Presence Is Your Safety (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. If there’s something you’re worried about today, flip the switch right now with thank you and you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel how innocent you are when you feel that vibration of gratitude.

Thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I trust the process of life. I trust that god is on my side. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and trust life.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I know it.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and remember you’re the source.

You are the source of your experience and if there is chaos in your life, go within. Relax into yourself and set the tone for your reality. Don’t let reality set the tone for you. You are the creator. You are the source.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s really not serious.
Breathe out and take your power back.

It’s not serious. It’s just for fun. This life is just for fun. As you go about your day, allow yourself to practice this feeling of gratitude. Every time you feel that worry, that sense of anxiety, of expecting the other shoe to drop, of waiting for an emergency. When you feel that anxiety, remind yourself: thank you. Thank you. I am the source. I know I am the source. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and be light.
Breathe out and take it so lightly you fly.

If you let your worries go and don’t let them drive you crazy, life will take care of the rest. Your only job is your mood. How you feel. Your mood is your work. The more you let go, the more it flows. Trust that no matter what your circumstances are, you can feel good, feel love, feel happy, and feel safe.

Breathing in. Thank you.
Breathing out. Thank you.

Thank you. It’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Nothing. It’s only your thoughts causing the anxiety It’s only your thoughts causing you to feel like there’s something wrong. There is nothing wrong.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and trust what is.

Trust what is with thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. You’ve proven it to yourself every single time before. Everything ever created led up to right now and you are safe in this moment. Presence is your safety. Whenever you feel that anxiety, just remember to be present. You’re the source and everything will work out around you.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god.
Breathe out and feel safe because you are in the presence of god right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice that’s the presence of god.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” your mind does that no-thought action of noticing, “Yes, I am aware. I am aware-ing right now.” When you do that, notice that’s the presence of god. God is just awareness and that’s what you are. Only the thoughts are separating you from god and you can get right back to it right here right now and have the best day of your life no matter what your thoughts tell you.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I trust that this is the presence of god. I know it is the presence of god. I’ve proven it to myself in the past and I will do it again today. I’m doing it right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am aware of the presence of god. I know I am safe here and I know what’s all happening in my favor.
