Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body.
You’re safe. You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this moment and enjoy right now.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.
Thank you, thank you for all that is. Most things in your life are going well.
Breathe in and say thank you for most things going well.
Breathe out and really feel that gratitude in your heart.
Magnetize yourself to be open to receiving more.
Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.
Thank you, thank you. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts get in the way. Only your thoughts make you have a bad day.
Breathe in and get a little space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”
When I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated because I’m not worrying. I’m focused on awareness. I’m not noticing any lack. So I’m happy. And I don’t notice separation from others. So I am love itself.
Breathe in and get excited about awareness.
Breathe out and get addicted to awareness.
Whenever you start getting too mixed up in experience, whenever you start noticing that you care too much about what happens or not, go back to awareness. That’s your safe place. That’s where you have power. That’s where you have help. That’s where you become one with god. You already are god, but when you are focused on awareness, the power of god works through you.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”
God is just awareness. Everything is made up of awareness. It’s all one thing. That’s what non-duality is. Everything is the same awareness.
Breathe in and be the same awareness.
Breathe out and relax.
Relax into the knowing that you are awareness. Everything else is awareness. So you’re not separate from anything. That’s how you can know everything. That’s how you can be love. That’s how, no matter what happens to you, you can still feel good and enjoy being alive. No matter what happens to your body, no matter what happens to your money, no matter what happens to your house, no matter what happens, if you are identified as awareness, you can still be happy and feel good. That’s your infinite source of feeling good, your infinite source of power.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”
You don’t need anything else. If you can’t really get into asking, “Am I aware?” today, go back to thank you and relax into thank you and notice how when you feel grateful, more things to be grateful for come. But if you’re able to believe in god today, before you need to, if you can focus on being awareness, your day will flow, you will have fun, you will live the magick life.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”
Prove to yourself that asking, “Am I aware?” can fix your whole life. Devote your whole attention to being one with awareness by just asking, “Am I aware?”
Breathe in and be excited about awareness. You don’t need anything else.
Breathe out and remember the only thing you’re ever missing is god.
When you think you need a person, place, or thing, or money, or health, you need god. And that doesn’t mean anything other than drop the thoughts. Only the thoughts are messing it up. And if you can go back to asking, “Am I aware?” and resting in that knowing, “Yes, I am aware.” If you can trust in your power long enough to drop some thoughts, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.
Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into presence.
Presence is always the answer.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”
When I am aware that I am aware, I don’t need anything to change. When I am aware that I am aware, life flows and everything is perfect and in its place.
Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”
And I am in the flow.
