Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.
It’s safe to let the thoughts go.
Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.
Surrender trying to control. Surrender all of your effort. Surrender the struggle.
Breathe in and let life be easy today.
Breathe out and remember every moment is supposed to be as good as any other.
When you are aware that you are aware, you go beyond yes and no, good and bad, right and wrong. And you hold all that is. You are the bliss containing everything. You are one.
Breathe in and let go of the up and down.
Breathe out and see how every moment can be the same—as good, as blissful as any other.
When you remember this, that this moment is supposed to be as good as when you get what you want, then life flows. You relax. You let go of your grip on needing to control because it doesn’t matter what you do. Every moment is the same. Yes, there are ups and downs in experiencing, but who you really are never changes, pure awareness. And when you identify as pure awareness, you don’t need anything to change. You don’t need the ups. You don’t need manifestations. You let life come and go as it pleases because you are one with everything. It doesn’t matter what comes and goes.
You are all of it.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am.
That is how you identify as awareness, god, the one thing we all have in common. When you let the thoughts go and just exist as awareness, life already is the way you want it to be. You recognize the miracle that we exist in right now. You feel love all the time. Love for the good, love for the bad. You see how it’s all one and you don’t have to resist anymore.
Breathe in and see how it’s all one.
Breathe out and let go of the resistance.
You don’t have to fight anything anymore. Just ask, am I aware? Because when you are aware, you have no problems because you’re not thinking. You’re not worrying. You’re not stressing. You’re not scheming. You’re not planning, trying to control. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you suffer. Today, identify as pure awareness, become one with all that is, and then enjoy being love itself. That is who you really are.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Life is magickal. Life is a miracle. Don’t let the petty day-to-day things disturb your peace. Everything comes and goes. You have to learn to feel good regardless of what comes and goes. You cannot wait for something to change to feel better. You can relax into awareness and reveal everything is already perfect and in its place.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Authentically, genuinely ask that question and truly look at the answer that only you can find. I can tell you all day what you have to do, but you have to make the choice to see for yourself that beyond all the thoughts, all the experiences, all the emotions, there is simply awareness. And when you rest there and let the thoughts and emotions and experiences come and go, you’re one with god, you’re one with love, what more can you ask for?

Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.
