Who Am I Who Is Overwhelmed? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Most things in your life are going well. Relax into this moment. Put some genuine gratitude in your heart and let what you want come to you today.

Breathe in and say thank you for all that is.
Breathe out and really feel that gratitude.

Thank you for most things going well. Thank you for the health. Thank you for the safety. Thank you for the warmth. Thank you for the love. Thank you for the family. Thank you for the day. Thank you for another day to enjoy this reality. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. You can trust that when it’s time, it’s time. You’ll get the impulse when it’s time. For now, it’s safe to relax and just enjoy this moment.

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and smile.

Smiling does lift your spirit. It does open you up to more miracles.
Let yourself feel a little optimism today.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I am completely overwhelmed by my to-do list. Yes, I am anxious about how the next few days are going to go. Yes, I’m overwhelmed. Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I want to act out of anxiety. Yes, I just want to go back to bed.

Breathe in and notice all the swirling thoughts.
Breathe out and ask yourself, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Who am I who is so anxious? Who am I who has swirling thoughts? Let the question “Who am I?” pull you out of the mindstorm into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and ask, who am I who is so overwhelmed?
Breathe out and notice there’s no central being that is so overwhelmed.

It’s just a stream of thoughts and that’s creating a stream of sensation of being overwhelmed. You have the freedom to look beyond the thoughts and sensations. You have the freedom to expand.

Breathe in and expand to the size of this whole room.
Breathe out and expand as much as you can.

You are infinite and you are eternal. Take the broader perspective and let your problems become smaller and smaller.

Breathe in and remember only your thoughts make you feel bad.
Breathe out and find freedom in the present moment today.

Your problems are just thoughts and you can let them go and they’ll work themselves out. Allow yourself to deeply inquire into who is it who has a problem. It stops the thoughts long enough for you to wake up in the dream of this present moment and you can see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, who am I who is overwhelmed?
Breathing out, I am.

I exist. That’s the only thing I know for sure. Everything else is just a passing thought and I am now in the flow.

You Have A God-Sized Hole (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and remember the only thing this thing is god.
Breathe out and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.

Nothing changing in the world is going to make you feel any better than you feel right now. The only thing that will make you feel better is remembering that you’re god. God’s right here. That’s the only thing that’s gonna fill that hole today, god.

Breathe in and notice your god-sized hole.
Breathe out and notice all the things you’re trying to fill it with.

Even when you finish filing your taxes. Even when the person you love invites you over. Even when you get that check you want. Even when your health is back to 100%. Even when your weight is exactly where you want it. You’re not gonna feel any better than you feel right now.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and stop looking to the world to feel better.

It’s not in the world. The world is an illusion. It’s a projection of what’s going on inside of you. You have to take the first step. You make the decision and then you see it reflected.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and start projecting what you want to receive.

The simplest way is to say thank you and really feel gratitude, because getting what you want, you’ll start saying thank you. If you start saying thank you first you’ll start getting what you want.

Breathe in and think about what it is you even want.
Breathe out and notice right now what is it that you want.

I want all of my taxes to be done. My mom’s taxes. My other mom’s taxes. My wife’s taxes. My business’s taxes. My personal taxes. All the other taxes too that I can’t even remember right now. I want that to be done. But when I finish my taxes I’m not going to feel any better than I do right now. There will be another year of taxes. There will be unfinished business from the taxes. It will never end. I cannot base my happiness on the taxes being finished because it will never finish.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and really notice it.

What is it that you’re seeking for that you think when you get you’re going to feel better? I also want an invitation. I also want to be told I’m loved. I also want attention. I also want control. But when I get all of these things I’m not going to feel any better than I do right now.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and decide to feel better right now.

You do that by deciding to stop mixing with experience. Stop basing your satisfaction and worth on what happens in the world because you are deciding what happens in the world right now based on how you feel. It’s reflecting you. You have to change the way you look at things for the things you look at to change. You have to take the first step and decide how you want it to go.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you for the taxes being done. Thank you for the invitation and the love and attention. Thank you for the perfect health. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thanks in advance.
Breathe out and remember this is your magick power.

Gratitude in advance is all manifestation is. Today, take your power back. Manifest what you want, which is just feeling good right now, and do that with gratitude in advance.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Feel the lightness in your heart coming back. This is how you change your life—not by checking off your to-do list, not by getting what you want. You change your life by
changing your projection of your vibration. You change the way you look at things and when you change them from dread and seeking to gratitude and satisfaction, that’s what you see reflected. You have the power. Use it.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it in your heart. Breathe out and say thank you and be so light today.

This gratitude in advance is the manifestation tool you need, but when you get what you want you won’t need it anymore because you already got what you truly, truly wanted which was feeling better right now.

Focus On The Background (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

You don’t need them right now. You’re safe.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and let this moment be enough.

This moment has everything you need to feel good to thrive.

Breathe in and relax into right now.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and keep relaxing your body.
Breathe out and slow down.

You’re in the right place at the right time. There is no rush. You’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life.

Breathe in and open up.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go of the stress. Let go of the anxiety.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and be here now.

The thoughts keep coming. The anxiety keeps coming. But your awareness is big enough to hold it all.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and really look, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and genuinely look: “Am I aware?”

It doesn’t matter what you’re aware of. It doesn’t matter what you’re experiencing. The fact that you are aware is your safety net. The fact that you are aware is your knowledge of god.

Breathe in and be safe in your knowledge of god.
Breathe out and just let yourself be with the knowledge of god.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Don’t focus on what you’re aware of. Focus on the fact that you are aware.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Let your attention turn around and rest on its source. When you ask, “Am I aware?” you look at where the attention comes from. Awareness is the source. That’s the center. It holds everything. And when you relax into the common denominator of everything, life gets so simple, peaceful, joyful. It makes sense.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware that I am aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Do this over and over and over until you’re focused more on the background of awareness than on the foreground, the contents. Let the contents of awareness fade into the background. Make awareness the foreground.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Let the thoughts go. That’s the content of awareness. Let the emotions go. That’s the content of awareness. Focus on the fact that you are aware. Focus on the knowing that you are aware. It’s the one thing you know—that you’re here, that you’re aware, that you’re present.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I’m not noticing lack, so I’m happy, and I’m not separate from anyone I love. So I’m love itself.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am focused on the background of all experience, where it is safe and calm and peaceful, and the foreground of experience is free to move on.

Breathe in and be one with all that is.
Breathe out and enjoy being aware of awareness.

This is where you’re safe. This is where you’re one with god.

Make Your Own Miracles (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and welcome this moment.

Accept this moment as if you had chosen it exactly the way it is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I am craving, yes, I am seeking, yes, I feel like I’m getting sick.
Yes, I feel low energy, yes, I want something outside of myself to make me feel better. Yes, I’m not trusting the process of life. Yes, I want to do something to make myself feel better. Yes, I am dragging, yes, I want a miracle, yes, I want a miracle, yes, I want a miracle, and I don’t even know what it is that I want.

Breathe in and think about what it is you want.
Breathe out and notice it now.

I want to feel high energy. I want to feel good about myself. I want to feel confident. I want to have fun. I just want to have a lot of energy all the time.

Breathe in and acknowledge what you want.
Breathe out and say thank you in advance for receiving what you want.

Thank you for the unlimited energy. Thank you for the energy. Thank you for the energy. Thank you for so much energy, I don’t even know what to do with it all. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and trust in the process of life.

Trust in the power of your prayers. Thank you in advance as the only prayer you ever need.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Whatever it is you want, say thank you as if you already have it. That’s how you manifest. That’s how you create your own miracles.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and notice what you want.

What I really want is for everything with that car problem to stay resolved. I want the car problems resolved. Thank you, thank you. The car problem is resolved. Thank you, the car problem is resolved. Thank you. And I want to feel high energy enough to reply to the CPA and to finish these orders and to do all of my emails. Thank you, thank you for the energy to get my ducks in a row. Thank you for the energy to get my ducks in a row. Thank you, thank you for the energy.

Breathe in and feel your vibration shift.
Breathe out and make your own miracles.

You don’t need anything outside of you to make a miracle. You make the miracle by being grateful in advance. That’s all you do to manifest. It’s simple. You just have to trust that it will work. You have to take one step in the direction of the flow. And you have to believe in your own power.

Breathe in and believe in your power today.
Breathe out and remember you’re god.

Of course you have power. You’re a drop of the ocean of god. You have the same attributes as all the ocean. You have the same powers as all of god. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts get in the way. Today, transcend your thoughts and make your own miracle.

Breathe in and say thank you for the miracle.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you for the miracle.
Thank you, thank you.

Yes, I feel like I’m getting sick. Yes, my schedule is all out of whack. Yes, I am worried about the future. Yes, I am craving and seeking. Yes, I am feeling run down. Yes, I am anxious. Yes, I am worried that what I do will affect other people. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I feel out of it.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and surrender to what is.

What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body. It’s not serious.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You can trust that life is on your side.

Breathe in and smile because you always feel better when you smile.
Breathe out and tell your body it’s time to start feeling better.

You are the one in control of your perspective. You can control that and that alone. What perspective do you want to see life from today?

Breathe in and choose the perspective you want to see life.
Breathe out and choose it right now.

I want to choose the perspective that everything is happening in my favor. Everything’s happening for me, not to me. And the easiest way to do that is say thank you. Even if I don’t have anything to be grateful for in this second, thank you. Even if I have complaints, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and rewire your pathways today.
Breathe out and manifest what you want today.

What is it that you want? I want to feel better. I want to feel good. I want to feel good in my body. I want to feel in control of everything.

Breathe in and acknowledge what you want.
Breathe out and let it come to you.

Your control is letting go. If you want to control everything, let go of everything. Trust, life will bring you what you need at the exact right moment. You don’t have to constantly worry to make sure things go okay. Life is going to happen the way it happens, regardless of what you’re thinking about it.

Breathe in and let go of the control today.
Breathe out and surrender.

You have to make space for the miracles. And if you’re worrying constantly about controlling or what you can’t control or what you want to control, there’s no space for miracles. Your thoughts are taking up space. When you let them go—and it’s not that you stop thinking, you just let the thoughts pass—when you let the thoughts go, there is space for miracles.

Breathe in and make space for the miracles today.
Breathe out and be one of the miracles today.

All you gotta do is let go of all of your worries. All you gotta do is let go of the overthinking, the trying to control, and to do that, you can say thank you over and over, but any mantra you say over and over is going to eventually just become background noise and the thoughts will overcome again. You have to devote yourself to this practice every day. You can ask, am I aware? Or who am I who’s worried?

You have to make a decision that you are going to triumph over your mind, that you’re going to let god live you. You have to decide to let god through you because we’re so free that we can choose bondage. Make the decision to let god flow through you right now.

Anything could happen. If you make the choice to believe it’s happening in your favor, to believe that it’s going to work out for you without you lifting a finger, the miracles will happen. Things will surprise you and you’ll be like, whoa, that’s the best thing that could have happened.

Breathe in and let the miracles flow today.
Breathe out and trust in your power of your perspective.

Choose gratitude before you know why. Choose awareness before the thoughts overcome you and you start acting out of anxiety and messing it all up.

Breathe in and let go of control today.
Breathe out and say thank you for the desire to control because now I know the relief of letting go and I know it’s all happening in my favor.

Control The Only Thing You Can (transcript)
Breathe in and release your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Yes, I have a lot of thoughts swirling around. Yes, I want to deal with them chemically. Yes, I am craving and seeking. Yes, I’m trying to correct my course. Yes, I’m concerned about what’s going to happen. Yes, I want to control everything.

Breathe in and notice where you want to control everything.
Breathe out and let go of control.

Say, I don’t give a fuck. I don’t care what happens. That’s your power. Letting go of caring what happens. Letting go of control. Control is letting go. Life knows what’s best. You do not.

Breathe in and gather your attention.
Breathe out and let go of trying to control everything.

I want to control so much. I want to control what happens tomorrow. I want to control what happens to other people. I want to control what information I have. I want to control what time things happen. I want to control when people ask me things. I want to control so much. But today, I’m surrendering control by asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and light the flame of your awareness by asking, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

After you’ve decided to let go of control and you’ve said half-heartedly, I don’t care what happens, commit to letting life live you. Commit to letting go of control. And today, I’m doing that by asking, am I aware? every time the thoughts start creeping in. Every time I start thinking, “I hope this doesn’t happen. Should I do this? Should I do this? Should I act out of anxiety? Should I act out of fear? Should I spend money out of anxiety? What should I do? Should I do this? Should I do this?”

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am.

When I’m aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t agitated. When I’m aware, I have no problems because I’m not noticing lack. And when I’m aware, I have no problems because I’m not separate from anyone I love. I’m love itself.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and let this practice calm you down, help you stop acting out of anxiety.

If you’re asking, should I do this? Should I do this? What if this happens? Should I do this? It’s a good sign you’re trying to control everything. You’re trying to control the uncontrollable and everything is uncontrollable other than your perspective.

Breathe in and control the only thing you can, your perspective.
Breathe out and surrender control of everything else.

Even if you control the things you want to control, like what time things happen and what other people are doing, you don’t know what’s best. And you could make a big mess by controlling the way you want.

Breathe in and acknowledge you don’t know what’s best.
Breathe out and let life take care of life because life knows what’s best.

You can get out of the way. You can surrender control and you can feel good and enjoy your life because you don’t have to control everything. You don’t have to be responsible for everything. You can rest in your awareness and let the miracles come to you. That’s how it’s supposed to work.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and stay with that answer.

Yes, I am. Every time those anxious thoughts come back: am I aware? Am I aware? And that’s how you can let go of trying to control the uncontrollable and have the best day of your life.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am burning the candle of awareness and I am now in the flow.

Let The Muddy Water Settle (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and smile because it’ll lighten your mood maybe just a little bit.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and get some space from your thoughts.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and feel the clouds of thought parting.
Breathe out and see your thoughts for what they are, just some passing clouds.

Life can seem so heavy when we don’t take the time to let the muddy water settle.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Today as you go about your day, let go of your thoughts, let the flow through you. Let this day be easy. Stop making it so hard for yourself.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

You don’t have to come up with some final mantra pivot thought that’s going to save your life, although I do love doing that. You can just relax for a couple of minutes. Take a break from the thinking. Let the dust settle. And you’ll get a breath. You’ll get an inkling that life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and just relax.
Breathe out and let yourself just be here right now.

Ask yourself, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” In this moment, I’m perfectly comfortable. I’m not in a rush. I’m warm enough. In this moment, nothing is wrong if I don’t think about it.

Breathe in and just be in this moment.
Breathe out and let this moment save you.

So often I try to think my way to the perfect thought, to the final thought that’s going to undo all the other thoughts and set me free. But the freedom is right here underneath all the worry and panic, fears, anxiety. The freedom’s already here.

Breathe in and relax into your freedom.
Breathe out and let go of all the worries and anxieties.

Let go of caring what other people are doing. Let go of caring about how it’s going to go because you just know how it’s going to go because you’ve been here before and you know what’s gonna happen already. Let go of that right now. Anything could happen.

Breathe in and remember anything could happen.
Breathe out and remember a miracle could happen.

You don’t know how it’s going to go. Just because you’re good at statistics or you have a good memory doesn’t mean you know what’s going to happen. Your mind wants to protect you from repeating mistakes or pain, but a miracle could happen at any moment. Things can change. Things can be light.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

Today my mind says it’s not enough. Awareness is not enough today. I have too many problems, too much stress, too much to worry about.

Breathing in, am I aware that I am aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You don’t have to solve it with this question. Just get a break from the thoughts. Give yourself the grace to put the thoughts aside for just a moment. It’s enough to catch your breath.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Feel your attention come more into this moment. Come more into the peace of right now where there’s nothing wrong if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Even in the thick of it, when you’re worried and anxious, you know it’s not gonna go like that. Whatever you’re worried about, it’s not gonna go like that. The bad thing that happens, you won’t be expecting, so don’t worry, it’s not gonna go like that.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not gonna go like that.
Breathe out and just keep asking over and over, am I aware, am I aware, am I aware?

Whatever technique it takes to get a break from the worries today, try that. Give yourself a few minutes of space. And even if you can’t overcome your psychology forever, you can get a break, you can get a breath, and you can relax enough to let the miracles start flowing again.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware, and I know I can be in the flow, at least there’s that.

Stop Letting The World Affect You (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go. Let your suffering go.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Yes. I’m frustrated. Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I’m getting caught in old habits again. Yes, I feel like I’m moving backwards. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I am frustrated with myself and my external reality and I’m not taking responsibility and I’m feeling like the world is happening to me, not for me. Yes, I am giving my power away. Yes, I am giving my power away.

Breathe in and notice where you’re giving your power away.
Breathe out and decide to change that if you want to have power today.

If you want to have power today, take it back.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and feel better already.

You take your power back just by saying thank you and really feeling it. Thank you for the frustration. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the feeling of going backwards. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the piling up of negativity. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and enjoy your time today.

Breathe out and let your contrast make you know what you want.

My contrast is that I feel trapped and I feel anxious and I feel like the world is stopping me from enjoying life. What is your contrast?

I feel trapped so I want to feel free. I feel anxious so I want to feel calm and I feel like the world is stopping me from doing what I want. So I want to do what I want without the world stopping me.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and take it back right now.

Thank you for the feeling of being trapped. I know it’s in my favor because now I know I’m going to be free. Now I know I can notice the difference between trapped and freedom.

Breathe in and choose freedom.
Breathe out and take your power back.

You take your power back by not caring what happens, by saying thank you for all the stuff you don’t like and for not letting the world affect you.

Breathe in and stop letting the world affect you today.
Breathe out and surrender.

If the world is affecting you too much, remember that if you ask, “Am I aware?” and connect with the god that you are, if you remind yourself that you are awareness and you reunite with that awareness, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be because you don’t need anything outside of you to feel good. You can feel good no matter what your circumstances. You can enjoy being alive no matter what your circumstances.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

It’s just like tripping. It’s just like when you take a psychedelic and suddenly everything looks new. Everything is interesting. You’re curious about everything. You can have that right now by letting go of the thoughts and stabilizing as you are, pure awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

This is how you stop letting things affect you. This is how you stop needing things to change to feel good. You identify as pure awareness and you let go of seeking, of looking for something in the world to make you feel better. It’s not going to work. The only thing that can make you feel better is your own awareness of awareness because that’s god.

Breathe in and reunite with god right now.
Breathe out and be free.

You’re reunited with god right now. You don’t need anything to change. Are you aware?

Thank You For Your Bad Decisions (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and smile because smiling always helps you feel a little bit better.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say thank you for wherever you are, whatever it is.

Give thanks for where you are. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Feel the switch flipping right now.
Feel the optimism returning. Feel how when you genuinely say thank you, even if you have nothing to say thank you for, you start feeling better, you start feeling more optimistic, and you start feeling empowered.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you. Say it enthusiastically!

Even in the dead of winter, when you have no energy and you’re dreading what’s going to happen, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel that gratitude.
Breathe out and feel that enthusiasm. Thank you.

It might feel fake, but fake it till you make it. You might feel like you’re forcing it, but you are flipping the switch. You are changing the trajectory of your entire life with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

As you go about your day, whatever it is that happens, remember to say thank you, even and especially your own actions, your own behavior, your own choices, the things you want, the things you decide to do that maybe you don’t even like, you can still say thank you and trust even your actions that you don’t like are in your favor.

Breathe out and notice how it’s all happening in your favor.

Even when you’re craving something and you give in to your craving, thank you. I know giving in to this craving is in my favor. Thank you. Even when you start seeking outside of yourself for something to make you feel better, thank you. Thank you for the seeking behavior. Thank you for the desire to look for something outside of me to make me feel better. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and see your superpower.
Breathe out and notice how when you look at everything as happening in your favor, it really is.

This is how people in power play. Everything that happens, they use to their advantage. And you can do it too, starting right now, starting with your own actions. Whatever it is, giving in to a craving, not doing something you wish you had done, spending money you didn’t think you should spend. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. It’s so easy to trick the mind. And when you trick the mind, you trick the projection of your reality. You are in control. When you say thank you and feel it, no matter what it is, you start shifting your experience. You start receiving.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, even for your bad decisions.

Say thank you for your own bad decisions, because you don’t even know if they’re bad. You’re judging them because that’s what the mind does, but you don’t know. Even the bad decisions will end up working out for you. And the sooner you choose thank you, the sooner you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Light The Candle Of Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” and feel it in your heart.

You’re the source of your experience. Right now, decide to be what you want to receive.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you,” and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and be what you want to receive.

Thank you, thank you. Be grateful right now, and the things you want will come. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep lightening up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and keep feeling that gratitude in your heart.

Life is not serious. You’re going to get through it, whatever it is. It will pass. But what do you do in the moments when you’re not quite at a manifestation, you’re not quite depressed, you just don’t really know what to do with yourself and you’re starting to reach for the drugs or the food or whatever it is, what do you do then?

Well you breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Today, light the candle of your awareness.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

When you are aware that you are aware, you have no problems. When you ask the question, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look, you do a no-thought thing of turning your attention from the outside world back onto the source from where your attention came: awareness.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Sometimes you can get an epiphany and you can understand, “Yeah, it’s all awareness, it’s all God, I’m awareness, I can identify as pure awareness, sure.” But the thoughts come back.
And for most of us, it’s a process to get to the point where we can go through life not affected by the ups and downs. The more you practice staying as you are, being awareness, being aware that you are aware, the easier it is to go through life without being rocked by the ups and downs. But how do you stay there?
How do you stay as awareness? How do you exist without the thoughts bothering you is basically the question.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and feel your awareness.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” the point is just to quiet the thoughts, to see that you are the awareness of the thoughts, to remember the thoughts are not true, they are not facts, they are just passing objects. You can choose to blow them up and make them a big deal or you can let them go and forget them and they never become a thing. But how do you stay in a place where the thoughts don’t affect you? How do you stay in a place where you can feel good without every little thing putting you in a bad mood?

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

When you are aware, you have no problems because you are not agitated, worrying. Your mind isn’t fixated on what’s missing, so you’re happy and your mind isn’t noticing the separation between you and other people, so you are love itself because love is the absence of separation.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and trust this question.

Trust that when you rest as awareness, the miracles come. The manifestations flock to you like moths to a flame and when you ask, “Am I aware?” the question, “Am I aware?” is like a lighter and it’s making a spark to create a flame to light the flame of your awareness and your body is like a candle. Your body is the candle, your awareness is the flame and when you ask, “Am I aware?” Your flame of awareness is lit, your candle is burning and you are holy, you are god, you are one with all that is. That’s the goal, to stay as the burning candle.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and be the burning candle of awareness.

Can you just sit there burning, burning the flame of your awareness instead of worrying, instead of wishing, instead of wanting something to change, instead of thinking you’d be happier if only you had this?

Breathe in and light the candle of awareness.
Breathe out and just sit there and burn the flame of your awareness.

Be a candle that is lit with awareness. That’s all you need to manifest everything you want. That’s all you need to feel good and not be affected by reality. That’s all you need to get through life, not affected by the ups and downs, just witness to the beauty and perfection that is right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and burn as the candle of awareness right now.

Yes, I am aware. I am burning with the light from within and I am now in the flow.
