How Would You Feel If You Knew You Were Gonna Get What You Wanted? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow down into this moment.

Let your body relax. Bring your attention into right now.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender, it’s not serious.

Even while you’re sitting here meditating, you still have thoughts racing all over the place, worrying, wondering, because you are experiencing uncertainty.

Breathe in and notice all the uncertainty in your life.
Breathe out and know that uncertainty is god, the unknown is god, it’s nothing to be afraid of, but the mind disagrees.

Breathe in and notice the uncertainty.
Breathe out and welcome the unknown.

All of your worries are coming from not knowing. They’re coming from not knowing what’s going to happen. They’re coming from wondering if the worst case scenario is going to happen.

Breathe in and notice your worries.
Breathe out and welcome your worries.

They’re pointing you in the right direction.

Breathe in and notice where you’re scared of the unknown.
Breathe out and feel that feeling of fear.

Being scared of the unknown, not knowing what’s going to happen—that’s the worry. That’s the uncertainty, that’s the source of the worry, the unknown.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice that answer, yes, I am aware, I know that I am aware, I know that I am aware, I know that I exist, I know that I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and notice that feeling of knowing.
Breathe out and remind yourself of the one thing you know for sure, you exist, you are aware, you cannot deny that you are aware.

It’s the one thing you know for sure.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Whenever the worry gets to be too much, remind yourself, am I aware? And instantly you’re practicing the feeling of knowing. You’re combating the unknown with the feeling of knowing. And then the unknown isn’t scary because in every moment you have the choice to feel that feeling of knowing. And when you know that you are aware, that you are one with the presence of god, then nothing bad can happen to you or anyone else. It’s all in your favor, it’s all god’s plan.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, genuinely, yes, I am aware, I know that for sure.

Any time you’re overwhelmed with worry, this is what you do to practice the opposite feeling, to remind yourself that you know you exist, that you know you are aware of awareness, that you are awareness itself. And that’s what god is.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in that feeling of knowing, yes, I know I exist, I know I am aware, I know I am here.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s just not serious.
And breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are aware.

That’s your primary knowledge, the one thing you know firsthand—I am aware, I exist, I am here, you cannot negate it, you cannot refute it, you cannot deny it, you know for sure you are aware.

Breathe in and stand up to your worries today.
Breathe out and let yourself feel knowing.

How would you feel if you knew it was all gonna work out? How would you feel if you knew you were gonna get what you wanted? How would you feel if you knew it was all in your favor?

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you for the worries, for the fear.

They help me remember who I am. They help me remember what I know.

Breathe in and remember who you are today.
Breathe out and stand up to your worries.

Become worry-free today. Rest in the one sure knowledge that you have and then the rest of your life will flow with miracles and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. You knew all along it was going to work out. You knew it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am in the flow and I trust the process of life. Thank you, thank you.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Notice where you are right now. Notice the sensations in your body. Notice what you’re thinking.

Breathe in and just notice.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m livid. Yes, I am so furious at how unfair things are. Yes, I am so mad at being accused of things. Yes, I feel so sorry for other people. Yes, I am so frustrated. Yes, I am so irritated about time and the things that I have to do and the things other people have to do. Yes, I feel so defeated and helpless like everything is futile. Yes, I feel like exploding and giving up. Yes, I feel so fucking mad. Yes, I just miss my dad. Yes, I just want someone to help me make light of these problems. Yes, I’m trying so hard to be like my dad and do all the things he did but it’s hard. Yes, I really miss him and wish I could talk to him. I’d get some advice even though I wouldn’t want to hear it and I wouldn’t take it.

Yes, I’m so frustrated.

Breathe in and welcome the frustration.
Breathe out and just notice that it is what it is.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and notice the thoughts and the emotional reaction that you have in your body.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and just try not giving a fuck.

Yes, I’m so mad at being falsely accused. I don’t give a fuck. Yes, I feel so bad for other people. I don’t give a fuck about other people. See, it’s not a very effective one today. I do give a fuck. I give too much of a fuck.

Breathe in and give in to totally giving a fuck.
Breathe out and admit you give way too many fucks.

Breathe in and just keep giving until they’re gone.
Breathe out and surrender.

You want to control everything but it’s not up to you.

Breathe in and say fuck it.
Breathe out and maybe that one will work better.

Fuck it. I give a fuck. Fuck it. I admit it. Fuck it.

Breathe in and remember it’s just magnets.
Breathe out and let yourself just be a magnet.

There’s no meaning. It’s a simple yes or no, a push or a pull. If you care, you push it away. If you don’t it comes to you. You can’t force these feelings. You can’t force yourself to polarize in the other direction but you can try. You can notice how people work just like magnets.

Breathe in and notice your magnetism.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you’re a magnet even if you can’t control what your pull is.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and let your magnet neutralize.

Stop caring about what you push or pull in the world and then it won’t be such a big deal.

Breathe in and just say thank you.
Breathe out and know it’s all in your favor.

Thank you. Thank you for the magnetism. One day I’ll figure it out. One day I can change the poles on command. One day I’ll get a hang of this.

Breathe in and just surrender to what happens today.
Breathe out and let go.

You can’t stop caring. You can’t change your polarity but you can breathe and slow down and just watch it happen until the energy dissipates. Then you go back to neutral.

Breathe in and feel yourself neutralize.
Breathe out and feel the charge dissipate.

Everything is perfect and in its place and you know when you say thank you and really feel it the things end up happening in your favor. Whatever bullshit I have to go through today—when I have to fucking stand up to my people and tell them you’re wrong—whatever happens as a result of that will be in my favor. That much I know.

Breathe in and say thank you for the bullshit.
Breathe out and really feel it.

Thank you for the bullshit. Otherwise I would just be bored in eternity. At least something’s happening.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel that thank you.

Thank you. And that’s as close as you can get to changing your polarity today. Thank you. Thank you. I do know what’s in my favor. Thank you.

You Already Have What You Wanted (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender. Let the thoughts go.

You’re not going to figure it out and worrying doesn’t solve anything. It’s just wishing for what you don’t want.

Breathe in and center yourself here now.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

Am I aware that I am aware right now? Just like that, you can wake up in the dream. One simple question, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and take your power back.

As soon as you let go of the thoughts, everything changes. You feel better, things start to flow. Let go of the mental chatter. It doesn’t mean to stop it. It just means don’t follow it. Don’t believe it. Just let it go.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware right now?”
Breathe out and really investigate, “Am I aware that I am aware right now?”

It turns the attention inward to look at the source of attention itself.

Breathe in and look at the source of attention.
Breathe out and relax into the source.

Who are you who is looking for the source of attention?

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Drop the thoughts. Drop the attention to the thoughts. You are a powerful creator. And as soon as you let go of the worries, life conspires to bring you miracles.

Breathe in and see the miracle you already live in.
Breathe out and let your judgments go.

Let your criticisms go. It’s all happening in your favor. All of it. Even the things that make you so mad. It’s in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for what is.”

Even when people around you do things that you think are so dumb, it’s in your favor. Their mistakes are in your favor. It always ends up working out for you every single time.

Breathe in and relax into knowing.
Breathe out and relax into trusting the process of life.

You don’t have to control anything. You don’t have to resist anything. You don’t have to seek for anything. If you can drop the thoughts and let go of looking to the outside world for satisfaction, you’ll already be satisfied. And then the satisfying things come in your physical reality. But you don’t need them. You already have what you wanted inside.

Breathe in and be satisfied.
Breathe out and see how easy it is.

Let go of needing things outside of you to change to feel better. Let go of needing outside love or approval to feel better. You feel better by placing your attention on the source of attention.

Breathing in, “Am I aware that I am aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am. I am aware that I am aware.”

As soon as I drop the thoughts and focus on the awareness for a split second, as soon as I do that, I feel so much relief and it’s that relief that magnetizes you to receiving what you want, to receiving things that make you feel relieved because you’re the creator, you’re the source, and you become it to see it.

Breathe in and stop taking it so seriously.
Breathe out and remember it’s all just magnets.

There’s no meaning. When you stop caring, it comes. When you care, you push it away. That’s the magnet of desire.

If you can let go of wanting things to change, the magnet of your dropping the desire brings the desire to you. It’s already created. It already exists. Only your awareness of not having it keeps it away.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and be the strong magnet that pulls whatever you want to it.

You won’t even need it when it comes. It’s already yours.

Breathing in, am I aware that I’m aware right now?
Breathing out, yes I am and I am now in the flow.

Be Mesmerized By Your Own Presence (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Remember that having is evidence of wanting and wherever you are right now, you used to want this. This is what you wanted.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, my body is tired. Yes, I’m afraid of the uncertainty. Yes, I want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I want attention. Yes, I want to feel good about myself. Yes, I want solutions. Yes, I want attention. I want attention.

Breathe in and notice what you want.
Breathe out and smile because you are the source and whatever it is you want, you can give to yourself and then you’ll see it reflected in your reality.

Breathe in and give yourself attention.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

When you’re looking for approval or attention from other people, you can easily get the same feeling, even better, by giving it to yourself. When you want to feel wanted, it means your presence is wanted.

You want your own presence. You want to feel in the company of god. You want to feel like you’re loved for who you are as you are right now.

Breathe in and feel loved as you are right now.
Breathe out and do it by asking, “Am I aware?”

This simple question takes your attention off of the thoughts, off of the problems, off of the world and places it on your source. Pure awareness. Awareness is what everything is made up of. It’s what you are and when you identify as pure awareness by asking, “Am I aware?” You become one with all that is. You become one with god, with love. Your problems are solved. You don’t have any more problems because it’s all one. There can’t be any problems because there’s no separation. There’s nothing to fight against something else.

Breathe in and end the conflict.
Breathe out and relax into the safety of the now.

This moment is your security. This moment is your relief from uncertainty. Your mind is worried about what’s going to happen later, but if your attention is present here now, there’s nothing to wonder about. Everything just is.

Breathe in and return to the safety of now.
Breathe out and feel safe right now.

Right now you know you are aware, so you’re feeling the feeling of knowing. That counteracts the fear of the uncertainty, the fear that something bad is going to happen. If you keep your attention here in the knowing that you are, the knowing that you are aware, that feeling of knowing permeates your entire reality. You can move through your day feeling secure and confident and in love and you don’t need anything to change. You don’t need attention from other people because you’re giving it to yourself, mesmerized by your own presence, in love with your own presence. That’s the goal today. Be in love with your own presence and then you won’t need it from anyone else.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and genuinely look, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and wake up in the dream, “Yes, I am aware.”

Catch the glimpse of freedom that comes with stabilizing as pure awareness, identifying as awareness. All you have to do is ask, “Am I aware?” and put your whole being into looking. Don’t half-ass it thinking something else at the same time. Genuinely look, “Am I aware?”

“Yes, I know I am aware. I feel knowing. I am knowing. I know what’s happening. And if I stay here in this knowing, I don’t ever have to wonder if something bad will happen, if I will stay secure. When I am aware that I am aware, I am safe and I am always aware.

So I am always safe.”

The only work is moving your attention from the worried thoughts to the knowing that is right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am now in the flow
and I am safe and secure.”

You Know A Secret (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and feel so relieved you made it.

You’re here, you’re present. You’re awakened the dream right here, right now. You did it.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your worries. Surrender thinking about that thing that’s bothering you. Drop it right now.

Breathe in and open up.
Breathe out and say thank you.

When you say thank you, you can feel that openness in your heart. Thank you, thank you. That’s the feeling of receiving. Thank you. No matter what’s happening, no matter what you’re worried about—thank you.

Breathe in and see how it’s all connected.
Breathe out and notice your power.

Notice the influence of your observation, your perspective, your perception. You are influencing what happens merely by looking at it. Today, take your power back. Notice that you are the source and that you are influencing what you experience.

Breathe in and become one with it all.
Breathe out and see how it’s all the same awareness.

Everything you perceive, everything you experience, everything you are, is made up of awareness. It’s all the same thing, god, energy, universal intelligence, whatever you want to call it, what you are experiencing right now is all one thing with no separation. You can look at all of your reality as if it is you. You can call it by your name.

Breathe in and become one with all of your reality.
Breathe out and love and accept it all.

As you go about your day, project love and acceptance onto all of your reality, everything you see, everything you experience. Let yourself relax against life. Instead of looking at things and resisting them and saying, “I don’t like that. I want that to change,” project love and say to whatever you’re witnessing, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are.” You can use your name to remind yourself it’s all you. It’s all one.

Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

You direct that towards the people, towards the experiences, towards the news, whatever it is that’s happening that you’re witnessing that’s making you uncomfortable that you wish would change.

“Jesica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

Like a benevolent parent, like god itself. It’s all part of the same big picture. There’s nothing to change. There’s nothing to fight. It’s all you.

Breathing in, “Jesica, I love and accept you the way that you are.”
Breathing out, “Jesica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.”

This is the basis of EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique. This is a really effective method for dropping your resistance to what is.
When you stop fighting what is, it’s free to change. But wanting, wishing, thinking about wanting change—it doesn’t make change. Only letting go makes the flow flow.

Breathe in and love and accept your reality exactly the way it is.
Breathe out and practice this unconditional love today.

Take your power back. Take the upper hand. Know that you are god. When you look at things, you don’t have to look at it like you’re better than those things. But like you have a secret knowing that it doesn’t affect you. It doesn’t matter because it’s all god. It’s all you. You know a secret today. And you love and accept it exactly the way it is.

Breathing in, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.
Breathing out, I love and accept you exactly the way that you are.

Breathe out and surrender to what is.

Surrender to those thoughts that you can’t let go of. Just say yes and welcome them. Yes, I can’t stop thinking about this Medicare/Medicaid, snafu. Yes, I can’t stop thinking about if I’m welcome. Yes, I can’t stop thinking about what I have to do next. Yes, I can’t stop thinking about wanting to control other people and make them do what I want them to do so I don’t have to do it. Yes, I am suffering because I want to control what other people do
and what happens. Yes, I want to control and yes, I feel like I can’t control.

Breathe in and acknowledge everything you want to control.
Breathe out and remember, control is letting go.

You know this already. The more you let go, the more it flows. Today, stop trying to control.

Breathe in and acknowledge everything you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and welcome the urge to control.

Yes, I want this person to do this. Yes, I want this person to do this. Yes, I want the computers or the government to do certain things and stop messing things up. Yes, I just wish things would go my way.

Breathe in and acknowledge everything you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and deliberately give up control right now.

In this moment, choose to drop the illusion of control because you really don’t have control anyway. You can’t control what someone else does. You can’t control what the government does. You can’t control what Medicare does. You can’t control what the computers do.

Breathe in and give up control.
Breathe out and feel how free you could be if you really gave up control.

What if you stopped controlling? What if you stopped trying to control because you’re really not controlling anything? All you have to do is stop trying to control.

Breathe in and acknowledge everything you want to control.
Breathe out and surrender that control right now.

I give up. I quit. I give up trying to control Medicare and Medicaid. I give up trying to control someone else doing this work I want them to do. I give up trying to control someone wanting my presence. I give up trying to feel useful so I’ll be wanted and welcome. I give up trying. I give up trying. I give up trying to be useful. I give up trying to control. I quit. I surrender. Welcome me or not. I quit.

Breathe in and just quit.
Breathe out and just give up control.

Say, “I don’t give a fuck. Life’s going to do what it wants to do anyway. It’s not up to me.”

Breathe in and feel the relief.
Breathe out and give up control.

When your mind’s trying to control, either by trying to come up with a plan to get someone to do something or trying to find a solution on its own, whenever you notice yourself going through that useless mental activity, simply ask yourself, “Am I aware? Am I aware that I am aware? Am I aware that I’m trying to control and it’s pointless? Am I aware that I can’t control anything? Am I aware that I am aware?”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

You are always aware that you are aware. You are awareness. You don’t even have to control it. The only thing you can control is letting go of the thoughts, letting go of the grip your mind has, and you can let go by asking, “Am I aware?” That breaks the spell that the thoughts have on you. Your thoughts are so convincing, trying to convince you that if you just think about it a little more, maybe you can fix it or solve it, or figure out why you’re so unlovable. But the mind is deceitful, the mind is looking for problems, and the mind will never figure it out.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

This awareness of awareness is what is better than any manifestation. This break from the thoughts will make you feel better than any manifestation you could ever receive. All of physical reality comes and goes, but awareness is permanent. It’s the only unchanging thing. And when you identify as the only unchanging thing, you’re unshakable, untouchable, unharmable. And when you’re in that state, nothing can bother you. There’s nothing to control. Because what is there to control if it’s unchanging? Nothing changes, so you can’t control anything.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Rest in the awareness of awareness. You can control what you’re choosing to focus on. You can either focus on the controlling futile thoughts, or you can focus on this present moment, aware of awareness. And when you choose to be aware of awareness, that’s the letting go that allows the miracles to flow.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am in the flow.”

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and be here now.

Wake up here now. You’re here. You made it.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.”

Whatever you think is happening against you today, remind yourself: “Relax. It’s all happening in my favor.”

Breathe in and say, “Thank you for what is.”
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Thank you for the uncertainty. Thank you for the seeking. Thank you for the attachment. Thank you for the fear of abandonment. Thank you. Thank you. Be light about your problems today. Be grateful for your problems. If you had to choose between your problems and someone else’s, you would almost always choose your own.

Breathe in and welcome your problems.
Breathe out and convince yourself they’re happening in your favor.

Every problem, every challenge that you have surmounted has made you stronger. It has made you who you are. It has made you more knowledgeable, experienced, strong.

Breathe in and let the challenge make you strong.
Breathe out and be confident in yourself today.

You are so strong. You can handle anything.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and remember your power.

Your power is presence. Your power is your ability to practice the presence of god, to remember that you are the presence of god. And when you are consciously practicing the presence of god, your life is nothing but one continuous miracle.

Breathe in and know it’s possible to live in a miracle.
Breathe out and know that it is possible to have a good life
continuously, easily, and effortlessly, simply by practicing the presence of god.

Breathe in and be one with god today.
Breathe out and surrender.

All you have to do is ask, “Am I aware?” Now you’re practicing the presence of god.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Wake up in the dream. Bring your attention into this moment. It’s only the thoughts making you feel bad. It’s only the thoughts that are the problems. You don’t actually have problems. It’s just thinking that is the problem. You can’t have problems without thoughts. Without thought, it just is what it is. It’s just existence, existing.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Whenever you have a problem or you want someone to do something by a certain time, you’re not going to do it or convince them to do it by thinking about it, by trying to passive-aggressively convince them or come up with a manipulation to get them to do what you want. The miracles happen when you drop the thoughts and you practice the presence of god.

All you have to do is ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Do this over and over and over and over and over and over and stay in the presence of god. Because god is awareness. It’s all awareness. That’s all everything is, awareness. And that’s what you are.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am practicing the presence of god when I am aware that I am aware. And I am now in the flow.

Your Life Transforms Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and smile because you must become it to see it.

Whatever you want in life, you become it and then it’s reflected because you are the source, you are the creator.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine receiving what you want.

When you receive what you want, what do you feel like?
What’s something you would say? For me, I would say thank you, thank you, thank you. And so saying thank you and feeling it in my heart is an easy way to show the universe that I’m ready to receive things that make me say thank you. Physical reality is just an illusion. It’s just a mirror of your mind. You have the power to conjure the reality you prefer right now.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and feel what you want in your heart.

If it’s not receiving something like a physical thing, money, health, whatever, what is it? What is something that you would say when you get what you want?

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and say yes and really feel it.

Yes. What’s the feeling of celebration you want? What is it that you’re going to say when you get what you want?
Yes. Thank you. Yes. I knew it was going to work out. I’m so relieved. Thank you.

Breathe in and don’t be afraid.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

You’ve got to be brave to live the life that you want because your mind wants to protect you. But there is no real threat. Everything is perfect and in its place. You are god in human form. Nothing can kill you. You’re never going to die. This is just a dream. Let yourself enjoy it now. Take all the risks you want. It’s safe and it’s worth it.

Breathe in and say yes and really feel that feeling.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel gratitude in your heart.

Yes. Thank you. I’m so relieved. Yes. Thank you. I am so relieved. Thank you.

Breathe in and take responsibility for your own life.
Breathe out and have a good attitude today.

All you have to know is that you become it to see it. You don’t have to have anything change in your outside reality for you to change how you feel. The instant you shift your own vibration, you will see it reflected.

Breathing in, yes.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Trust that this life is a miracle. Trust that we’re here just for fun and that you deserve a good life. It’s in your power. It’s in your hands. It’s in your heart.

Breathe in and be what you want to see.
Breathe out and believe in yourself.

Be confident in yourself. What do you have to lose? Nothing.

Breathe in and say yes and feel that enthusiasm.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel that gratitude.

Trust In The Magick Of This Day (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and welcome what is. Thank you for what is.

Let yourself relax into this moment and remember who you are. Pure awareness.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and take your power back right now.

You’ve been so mixed with experience. Letting the world affect you, up and down and up and down on the roller coaster. Today, recognize, remember, realize satisfaction cannot be found in the world. It can only be found within.

Breathe in and bring your attention within.
Breathe out and withdraw your attention from the world.

You will never find satisfaction in the world. If you’re waiting for something to change in the world to feel better, you will always be waiting.

Breathe in and decide to feel better now.
Breathe out and take your power back.

You feel it and then you see it. External, physical reality is just reflecting what’s inside you, what’s in your consciousness. You can change your thoughts and then change the world. It doesn’t happen the other way around. You are the source. Take your power back and project what you want to see today.

Breathe in and remember who you are. The creator.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy this day. You’re the creator.

You be it to see it. Become what you want right now.

Breathe in and ask yourself what you want.
Breathe out and recognize it right away.

I want magick. I want flow. I want to live in god’s presence and feel loved and taken care of and not feel so affected by what happens in the world by what other people are doing.

Breathe in and remember you live the magick life.
Breathe out and remember how to do it.

To live the magick life, you just practice the presence of god. You become present and the second you realize you haven’t been present, you’re present. You’re already doing it. There is no work involved in being present. You’re already doing it. Just recognize it.
That’s all it takes to practice the presence of god. Awareness of awareness. That’s it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

You might have to make some choices like get enough sleep, take care of your physical body. It can be hard to practice presence if you don’t have your health. But presence is the surest way back to health. So if it feels hard to be present, just remind yourself, “the second I realize I’m not present, I am.”

Breathe in and claw your way back to presence right now.
Breathe out and let it be easy. Wake up in the dream right now.

There, you’re back. You’re present. You’re practicing the presence of god at this moment. You don’t have to do anything else.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Stop letting the world affect you. Stop feeling how you feel because of something that happened in the world. Decide how you want to feel. Decide you want to feel grateful, magickal, in the flow, in love.
Only your thoughts are making you feel bad. Only your thoughts are blocking the flow. When you become present, the thoughts float away. They disappear and you regain your power. Your natural power. You already have it. You’re already doing it.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and see you’re already doing it.

There is no work. There is nothing you have to change about yourself. It’s just a recognition that you’re here, that you exist. You are the presence of god already. When you live in the awareness that you are the presence of god, everything is a miracle. Everything unfolds in perfect timing. Never forget it’s all happening in your favor. And if you’re resisting what happens, or if something is upsetting you, say, “Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

You are the presence of god. Trust in the magick of this day. Trust that god will flow through you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. And that’s all it is to practice the presence of god. I am now aware and I am now in the flow, and I can now live the miracle that already is.

God Is Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your thoughts. Surrender your worries. Even right now you’re thinking something. You’re like, “Oh, what about that? What if this happens?” Surrender it.
Let it go right now.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that you don’t have to think about it.

Trust that you’re actually safer without thinking about it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your natural happiness and peace and love being revealed when you ask, “Am I aware?”

It’s like you were sitting in a closed tight opaque ball, but when you ask, “Am I aware?” Everything becomes translucent, clear, open. No more problems.

Breathe in and know you’re only missing god.
Breathe out and find the god right now by asking, “Am I aware?”

The things in life that you love are going to die or go away, whether it’s people, circumstances, jobs, resources. It’s all going to die or go away. Right now decide to let go of your attachment to these things. Decide that you can feel just as good as when you have these things, when you don’t have them, by identifying with awareness, by trusting awareness is god, by trusting that asking, “Am I aware?” is enough to feel good and then you don’t need anything outside of you to feel good.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

In the moment when you’re angry or you’re losing something or you’re really distraught, yeah, you’re going to have to process those emotions and you’re going to have to try some other techniques and you’re going to need help. But if you have a moment to slow down before you lose the things, if you can prepare yourself before the death, if you can decide to not be so attached right now, you can prove to yourself awareness is what actually makes you feel good.

Awareness or god is what is actually manifesting things, being the abundance. Whatever it is in your life that you like, it’s your alignment with god that brought those things to you and you can choose to align with god anytime and then you don’t need these physical things.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Trust that you can be still and know. Trust that if you drop the thoughts, the natural peace and happiness and love are revealed. Trust that god is awareness. Trust that you can identify as awareness and become one with god and not need anything.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

You have to be brave and stand up to your thoughts. You have to genuinely look at the awareness. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And then you catch a break from the thoughts. You catch a space where love is. The thoughts are just noise, distracting from the clear tranquility of love. That’s why we came here to have the noise to experience the ups and downs. But if you want to stop suffering so much in this physical reality, unite with god and let the rest figure itself out.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Don’t take this word, “god,” the wrong way. This is not religious. This is not some creature in the sky that’s going to punish you or bless you. God is what everything is. God is you. All you have to do is remember that. Remember that you are already god and then nothing can go wrong because you’re not separate.
You’re not separate from the people you love. So if they die, it’s not the end of the world because you’re god, you’re everything.

You’ll still be okay with the death. You’ll still be okay with the loss.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

It takes practice to trust the awareness over the thoughts. But if you’re done suffering, if you’ve suffered enough, stabilize as you are, pure awareness. Remember who you are. Stop letting life throw you around. You’re the creator of life. This is all your big dream. Enjoy it.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

And I am now in the fucking flow.
