The More Mad, The More In Your Favor (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and genuinely look: What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? Nothing.

Breathe in and see how only your thoughts make you feel bad.
Breathe out and notice how all problems are in the mind.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and relax your arms, relax your legs, relax your shoulders.

You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life isn’t serious.

This is the right place and this is the right time. You can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and notice everything happening against you.
Breathe out and say thank you for everything happening against you.

As you go about your day, when you notice yourself resisting, fighting against, being annoyed, remind yourself to say thank you. It really is in your favor, whatever it is, and the sooner you feel that gratitude, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

The more mad you get, the more you can trust it’s in your favor. The more you fight against what happens, the more you can really know it’s something good for you. The more activated your emotions are when something happens, that means there’s a lot of strength in the flow. That means if you feel really mad, you can feel equally as good if you can just flip the switch with thank you.

Breathe in and flip the switch.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it right now.

Thank you. Thank you for the inconveniences. Thank you for the disappointments. Thank you for the push and pull of wanting to do something but not having the energy. Thank you. Thank you for the schedule. Thank you for the commitments. Thank you for the obligations. Thank you for the worries. Thank you for the stress. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel optimistic.
Breathe out and feel in control.

This is your control. You don’t have to control what other people do. You don’t have to control what you do. You can only control your perspective. And you can switch your perspective right now with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Now, as you go about your day, there will be plenty of times when you’re not fighting something and you’re not celebrating something. You’re just going through the motions of your day. Checking boxes, doing whatever it is you do in your daily routine. Instead of letting your mind wander, instead of letting your vibration dip due to the worrying creeping back in, remind yourself to ask yourself over and over, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and ask, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?
Breathe out and really look.

When you’re in the moment of something you’re struggling with, something painful, for example, lifting weights, exercising—ask yourself, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? And you’ll see the body may feel pain, but it’s the thoughts that make something wrong. It’s the thoughts that fight what’s happening. It’s the thoughts that sap your energy. In the middle of a workout, if you can say what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? and see how there’s nothing wrong, you will be so much stronger. Things will go more smoothly. You will flow.

Breathe in and see how there’s nothing wrong with right now.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Life loves you. Life wants you to thrive. You’re doing everything right and you’re in the right place at the right time. Just get out of your own way with thank you and by genuinely inquiring, what is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? Nothing.

Anger Is Your Cue (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and smile because it’s really not serious.

This is the best day of your life. This is the best moment of your life. Right now, how you feel is dictating what happens in the future.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Today, I’m going to give you two examples of how thank you can really turn your life around before you know why.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say thank you to all those things you think are happening against you.

Every time something happens that you resist, that you don’t like, that you think, “Why is god doing this to me?” Remember to say thank you because it truly is in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really trust it.

Several weeks ago, my wife was ordering some perfume and she had a coupon code to get it for free. So she hits order and it’s supposed to be free.
But then something got thrown in her cart that cost $270. This company would not give her a refund. They said, “You just have to accept the package when it comes and then you can return it if you want your money back.” She was mad, really, really mad. She got so mad and she fought with the company and fought with the company and went through everything she could to try to get her money back, but it didn’t work. Now, several weeks later, she ended up getting another coupon code, got to get another bottle of perfume, and then on top of that, there was a glitch and she got another coupon code for another bottle of perfume, both costing $270. In conclusion, she got three bottles of perfume for the price of two and she was really happy it worked out like this because she never would have done this for herself.

Breathe in and don’t get so mad at the mistakes online.
Breathe out and see how even little shopping mishaps are in your favor.

In the moment that you get so mad, that’s your cue to say thank you. Thank you. It’s happening in my favor. I don’t know why, I don’t know how, I don’t know when, but this thing that’s making me so angry, that’s how I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you to the thing you think is happening against you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really trust it.

The more angry you get, the more it’s in your favor. The other example that just happened was, Maybelline discontinued my favorite liquid eyeliner
and I was really mad because I hate shopping for makeup and I didn’t want to find a new one, but I trusted it was in my favor. I went to the store and I found a new eyeliner and I like it better and now I’m not so mad. It was in my favor. And then I found this other thing of makeup that I liked and even when something happens that’s inconvenient, that pisses you off, it is a gift. Every time you get angry at something happening against you, try saying thank you and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Then as you go about your life, you never have to get so mad. You just train yourself to trust that every time something pisses you off, it’s actually a good thing happening in your favor. The anger is your cue to say thank you. The anger is the indicator that it’s a gift.

Breathe in and welcome the anger.
Breathe out and welcome all the little snafus and mistakes, all the little things that make you mad because they’re actually in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Really feel it. This is your superpower. You don’t ever have to be mad again. You can say thank you and enjoy the gift you’re being given.

You’ll Never Figure It Out (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and come to your senses right now.

Come into your body, come into your senses. Come into this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Open yourself up to receiving a good day. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and relax into the flow.
Breathe out and smile because smiling always helps you feel better.

You don’t have to think about it. You will never solve it with thought.

Breathe in and slow down into right now.
Breathe out and smile because you will feel better if you do.

You are never going to figure it out with your thoughts. No matter what you are thinking about, ruminating about, worrying about, wishing about, you are not going to figure it out.

Breathe in and ask, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?
Breathe out and see the answer so clearly: there’s nothing wrong with right now if I don’t think about it.

You’re in the right place at the right time. All of everything, led up to right now. You are so lucky to be here, getting to enjoy this physical moment.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

What is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? Nothing. That’s the point of the question, “Am I aware?” It’s to stop focusing on the thoughts and the worries and to bring your attention onto the source of attention, awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I feel peace. I’m not noticing lack, so I feel happy. And I’m not noticing separation from those I love. So I am love itself.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

This question is your source, this question is your supply. If you can keep your attention on this question and the resulting answer, you will see life already is the way you want it to be. You will have no problems. You will feel better in your body. If you can get a break from the thinking.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

Breathe in and really look, “Am I aware of awareness?”
Breathe out and wake up in the dream, “Yes, I am aware of awareness.”

To the mind, this question is abstract. Sometimes it can make you think more than it means to. If you get caught up thinking about the meaning of this question, just ask yourself, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” That’s the point of “Am I aware?” It’s to prove to you that there’s nothing wrong if you’re not thinking. All problems come from the mind. They’re your creation. You make your own problems.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and feel it so clearly in your body.

There is nothing wrong with right now. There is nothing wrong if I don’t think about it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and see life already is the way you want it to be.

There’s nothing wrong with right now.

See Through The Illusion Of The Separate Self (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences, surrender your control.

It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and smile because it’ll help you feel better.
Breathe out and take your power back right now.

You’re the creator. You’re the source of your experience. Start acting like it.

Breathe in and remember you’re the magician.
Breathe out and step into your magick again.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and have fun today.

Be magickal today. It’s all happening in your favor. You can trust the process of life. You can trust in your own power.

Breathe in and get rid of the separate self once and for all.
Breathe out and relax into the oneness that this is.

As you go about your day, notice how often you feel like a separate self, like you are separate from god, separate from other people, separate from things, and therefore vulnerable to harm.

Breathe in and notice where you feel separate.
Breathe out and notice where you feel vulnerable to harm.

Every time you notice yourself feeling vulnerable to harm, that is your clue, your indicator, that you are being a separate self, that you are under the illusion that you are separate from god.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and see through the illusion of the separate self.

If you feel vulnerable to harm, you are acting as a separate self.

Breathe in and notice how the separate self is an illusion.
Breathe out and notice right now: where in your life do you feel vulnerable to harm?

Who do you feel vulnerable in front of? What are you afraid to lose?

Breathe in and notice all the places you feel vulnerable.
Breathe out and let your vulnerabilities be your strength because the second you see where you are vulnerable, you can see that’s where you can take your power back.

That’s an opening for you to be stronger. That’s the opening for you to know god because the only thing ever missing is god.

Breathe in and see through the illusion of the separate self.
Breathe out and notice the vulnerabilities.

Every time you feel threatened or attacked, that’s where you are being separate. That’s where you feel like you are separate from god, from love, from all that is. But it’s an illusion, because this is all one awareness. You are the same awareness. It’s all the same fabric, the same material. You’re just a localization of awareness. It’s like—imagine those things, it’s like a child’s toy and it’s filled with all those pins and you can put your hand on it and it makes the shape of your hand—I don’t know what it’s called but you press your hand through all the pins and then you can see the outline of your hand and the pins. It’s like a little box.

You are god pushing through the little pins and sometimes you identify as the little pins. You think you’re the little box that’s the little pins but you’re the god pushing through showing the shape in the little pins. That’s all everything is. All of this reality is the little pins and you’re pushing through it as god making the shapes but never forget you’re the god making the shapes. You’re not the shape that is made.

Breathe in and stop seeing yourself as separate.
Breathe out and notice where you’re god pushing through the little pins.

You’re not the little pins.

Breathe in and feel free. You’re not the little pins.
Breathe out and remember you’re the one, the wholeness, the god, the love that is everything, the awareness.

You’re the awareness of the little pins, not the little pins. The little pins are just for fun. You just do it for the novelty, for the enjoyment, for the pleasure, for the thrill. That’s what physical reality life is about, the thrill.

Breathe in and live for the thrill today.
Breathe out and see through the illusion of the separate self.

When you feel vulnerable, remind yourself: I’m just being the separate self right now and that’s an illusion.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and notice: there’s nothing wrong with right now because it’s all god. It’s all one. It’s all you and now you can see through it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And I am now free of the illusion of the separate self.

Who Am I Who Wants Love So Bad? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Who am I who wants something so bad?

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and look within.

Who am I who wants this thing so bad?

Breathe in and listen for the answer.
Breathe out and acknowledge the answer.

I want attention. I want praise. I want attention. I want love. I want love. Who am I who wants love so bad?

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I who wants love so bad?”
Breathe out and look. Who am I who wants love so bad?

Breathe in and don’t be afraid of yourself.
Breathe out and don’t be afraid of your thoughts.

Don’t be afraid of going deeper. Who am I who wants to be loved so bad? Who am I who wants love so bad?

Breathe in and see the lonely child part of yourself.
Breathe out and make peace with the lonely child part of yourself.

When I ask, “Who am I who wants love so bad?” I’m just transported back to being a helpless child, just waiting and waiting and waiting for attention and for love. Just waiting so patiently. Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting. I can wait forever, but it hurts.

Breathe in and keep looking, who am I who wants love so bad?
Breathe out and notice. Who am I who wants love so bad?

Just an innocent baby. Just pick me up. Just hold me. That’s all I want.

Breathe in and acknowledge wanting comfort.
Breathe out and acknowledge wanting love.

Breathe in and recognize your patterns.
Breathe out and look at the patterns.

Right now I’m letting my past conditioning overwhelm the present. I’m letting some past conditioning color the present, thinking that I can get love from something around me right now, but really it’s just an old thought that isn’t healed, that’s been pushed down for decades.

Breathe in and acknowledge your conditioning.
Breathe out and smile because even your conditioning is not serious.

Breathe in and ask, “What is the source of the love I want?”
Breathe out and look, “What is the source of the love that I want so bad?”

I’m crediting it with being a person, someone separate from me, someone who has power over me and could give it to me, but they won’t because they hate me.

Breathe in and uncover your limiting beliefs.
Breathe out and look for the real source of love.

What is the source of love you want? What is it really?

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and notice.

You already know the truth. The love you want is inside of you. It always has been, because you’re the source. And if you want to feel that warm love given back to you, you have to become it first. You’re not going to attract it with emptiness. You’re not going to attract it begging for it, waiting for it, feeling like it’s missing. The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and take your power back.

You don’t have to wait for someone to give you love. You can give it to yourself right now by remembering the only thing missing is god. And what is god? It’s awareness. And how do you get that god or that awareness? It’s presence. You become present. That is awareness. You merge with god and then you get your love. You are the love that you’re seeking.

Breathe in and remember the formula is so simple.
Breathe out and just ask, “Am I aware?”

But do it genuinely. Sometimes you have to be in so much pain that you’re willing to try anything. And that’s when “Am I aware?” really works.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I’m not focused on lack, so I’m happy and I’m not separate from those I love. So I am love.

Breathe in and close the gap between you and god.
Breathe out and become whole right now.

You don’t need love from another person to be whole. You remember you are the source and you reveal it in yourself. And then the love comes to you like a moth to a flame and you don’t even need it anymore.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

This is the only thing that will work when I lose all of the things that I love. I’m making peace with never receiving any physical world manifestations that I think I need to make me happy. I am remembering the only thing missing is god and I don’t need anything else.

Breathe in and become whole.
Breathe out and smile because you know this is the answer even if it takes a few minutes to integrate it.

You are aware and you are now in the flow.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.

Shift your vibration right now with thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it right now.

Wake yourself up with thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and wake up.
Breathe out and become lucid right now.

Wake up from the nightmare of your thoughts. Wake up from the distraction of your worries. Wake up into this moment. What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Use this to wake up. Am I aware? Look around—yes I am aware. Use this to become present. Presence is always the answer. Presence will always make you feel better. Presence is where the miracles are.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

Wake up right now. Wake up from the nightmare of your thoughts, into this moment where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You can feel the catch when you look around and you’re not behind the screen of your thoughts. Feel the catch right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you become present, you know, because you feel better. It’s that trippy feeling of, oh my god I’m alive. This is my only moment that’s ever going to be like this. This is my one chance to be alive, physical in a body.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and do that with, am I aware?

Don’t waste this day, don’t waste this time with worry. Worrying is stealing your soul, it’s stealing your life. You only get this moment right here, right now, one time.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you are aware that you are aware, you have no problems because your mind isn’t agitated worrying. You’re happy because you’re not focused on lack and you’re love itself because you don’t notice separation. Love is just the absence of separation. We’re all one.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Devote yourself to this question. Devote yourself to presence today. Let the miracles come to you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Become obsessed with this question. Devote yourself so entirely that you don’t have time to worry. Just try it for one day, one hour.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Get to that trippy feeling of waking up, to the knowing that this is heaven. This is what you’ve been looking for. This, this is god. This is it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

This tree bears immediate fruit. Even if you can’t quite get to that heavenly loving feeling when you ask, am I aware, if you keep up the devotion, the miracles will start flowing because you’re not so focused on your worries and anxieties which block the miracles.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware and I am devoted to this practice, and the miracle is right here.

Turn Anything Around With Thank You (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Let go of your struggle right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

There’s nothing to escape. You’re safe right here right now. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. If you can get a break from your thoughts, you’ll feel so much better.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. You are the source of your experience. What you are projecting is what you’re receiving. Today, allow yourself to be what you want to see in this world with thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you. You can turn anything around with thank you. Whenever something is happening that you don’t like, if you can remind yourself to say thank you and feel that glimmer of gratitude, you will see the thing is happening in your favor. Your mind will instantly start looking for reasons why it’s a good thing. You will change the trajectory of your entire life just by feeling thank you.

Breathe in and keep opening up more to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you! You are so innocent. No matter what bad things happen to you, no matter who does what to you, if you can say thank you and feel it, you will remain untouchable, pure, innocent, deserving, so lovable. No one and nothing can hurt you when you say thank you for everything you experience.

Breathe in and be the creator of your experience today.
Breathe out and acknowledge you already are the creator of your experience.

What you are putting out, you are getting back. Some call it karma. It’s just the creative process of life.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel excited for what you’re creating.

You’re getting more to be grateful for right now. Thank you. And if the so-called bad things keep coming at you, if there’s still so much conflict that you don’t know what to do or what action to take, you can surrender your free will or your choice by saying, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

This is how you can surrender to the process of life. You can surrender to the infinite intelligence that’s already orchestrating everything. You really don’t have that much control. Your actions are spontaneous and natural. You just think about them and think about them, but the thoughts don’t really affect them. At the time, when it’s time to act, you do what’s most natural, the path of least resistance. You can’t plan or prepare even your own actions.

Breathe in and surrender to life.
Breathe out and let god replace you and then you know all of your actions are innocent and for the greatest good.

Thank you god for replacing me with you. This is especially useful when you’re in an argument or an impasse and there’s conflict you cannot think of how to resolve. You’re never going to figure it out in your mind. You will never think your way to the solution. The solution comes when you let go. Let god replace you and then you’ll know life already is the way you want it to be.

Let go of all control. Let god determine your actions today. You are not responsible. It’s all nature. It’s all happening in your favor and it’s all just the process of life unfolding. Get out of your own way.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and smile.

It’s not serious. You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. This is the best day of your life, if you choose.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source of your experience.
Breathe out and remember everything that’s happening is in your favor.

And all those little worries, all those little resistances, all of those problems you think you have, are actually happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m freezing. Yes, it’s really cold. Yes, the snow is relentless this year. Yes, there are problems in the area. Yes, there are relationship difficulties in my life. Yes, there is tension and conflict. Yes, there is drama. Yes, there is unresolved bullshit.

Breathe in and welcome the unresolved bullshit.
Breathe out and say thank you for the unresolved bullshit.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and release your attachments.

Surrender your preferences. You think it should go a certain way, but you don’t know what’s best. Only god knows what’s best.

Breathe in and surrender your preferences.
Breathe out and admit you don’t know what’s best.

You don’t know what’s best for those people. You don’t know what’s best for yourself. All you know is that you exist and that is the only true knowledge you have.

Breathe in and acknowledge that you exist.
Breathe out and realize that is the only truth you know for sure, for sure.

Everything else is just thoughts.

Breathe in and stand up to the thoughts today.
Breathe out and let yourself be present today.

The unresolved bullshit will resolve in time. You don’t have to get involved. You don’t have to control it.

Breathe in and let go of your preferences today.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”

That’s how you surrender your preferences. You might still care. You might still have a preference, but acknowledge that your preferences are what’s making you suffer. You want things to be a certain way and when they’re not, you suffer.

Breathe in and accept things the way they are.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you for the way things are. Thank you for the unresolved bullshit. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go of those preferences.

Say, “I don’t give a fuck.” Even if you don’t feel it yet, acknowledge what it would be like to not care, to not take it so seriously whether it goes your way or not.

Breathe in and feel free without your preferences.
Breathe out and be free to enjoy the present moment without all the preferences.

You suffer so much wanting things to be different when you could simply let go of the preferences and enjoy what is. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and let yourself be present today.
Breathe out and let god do the rest.

Let the flow do the rest. Let the Tao do the rest. The Tao does nothing and leaves nothing undone.

Be the Tao today.

Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about the unresolved bullshit. I’m focused on my present moment, enjoying it the way it is, and everything else will work itself out.”

Presence Solves Everything (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for the way things are.

Thank you for the rush. Thank you for the holidays. Thank you for the really cold weather that has returned. Thank you for the headache. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for this human experience. Thank you for another day alive.

Breathe in and slow down. There is no rush.
Breathe out and smile. Get some perspective. Get some levity in your life.

It’s not serious.

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and let go of the rush. Let go of the worries. Let go of feeling so responsible.

Breathe in and stop taking it so seriously.
Breathe out and just say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and make peace with what is by saying yes.

Get a new perspective. Lighten up by saying yes. Yes, I’m a little irritated. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Yes, I’m a little rushed. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Yes, I’m anxious about the future. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Yes, I’m overwhelmed with all I want to do and there’s not enough time. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and slow down. There is no rush. You’ll never get it done. There will always be another project.

There will always be another problem. All you can do is enjoy what’s in front of you right now. And then when it’s time to do the thing, you’ll get the impulse.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and know you’re doing everything right.

Life is unfolding perfectly, just like the plants are growing perfectly. The animals are doing their thing perfectly. Humans are also doing it perfectly. It’s only the thoughts that make you feel bad or that make you think there are problems, but they’re not. It’s all nature. It’s all natural, even the humans.

Breathe in and let nature take its course.
Breathe out and just flow with nature today. When it’s time, it’s time. You always know when it’s time. Until you know it’s time, relax and enjoy where you are.

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment. Thank you.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Nothing. Right now, I’m warm and I’m safe and I’m doing my work and I have optimism about the future. I know that everything is working out. In this moment, I have no problems.

Breathe in and relax into this moment.
Breathe out and relax into the feeling of having no problems.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Nothing.

Breathe in and remember, presence will give you the answer.
Breathe out and solve your problems with presence.

If it helps to first say yes to your resistance and your worries, do that. If it helps to say thank you, to flip the switch and feel optimistic, do that. But the real answer is always presence. Presence always solves everything because presence means you’re not overwhelmed by your thoughts. You are here. Your thoughts are still happening, but you are the awareness that is aware of the thoughts. You’re not mixed up thinking you are the thoughts or believing the thoughts. You just watch them go by.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. I’m present. I’m not agitated. I’m not focused on lack and I notice no separation. So I’m love itself.

Breathe in and solve your problems with presence.
Breathe out and notice how you don’t even have any more problems and you are now in the flow.

They’re Doing Everything Right (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body into this moment.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and relax your body into this perfect moment.

Everything is perfect and in its place. You’re doing everything right and so is everyone around you.

Breathe in and stop struggling against what is.
Breathe out and notice: everything everyone else is doing, is also the right thing.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and accept it as if you had chosen it.

Whatever problem you have with what other people are doing, remind yourself they’re doing everything right. This can be your mantra or your pivot thought. Whenever you criticize someone else,
whenever you think that they’re fucking up their life and you wish they would have asked you first.

Breathe in and notice they’re doing everything right.
Breathe out and trust they’re doing everything right.

This is all nature. All of this reality is in the flow. There is nothing going wrong. It’s all for fun. It’s all for play. It’s all simply experience
experiencing experience.

Breathe in and stop being so judgmental.
Breathe out and let your judgments go with, “they’re doing everything right.”

You can see the catch how when you tell your mind they’re doing everything right, your mind says “but they’re still not having a decent life. They’re still suffering.” But you don’t know what’s best for them. You don’t know the best path. Only god knows the best path. And whatever is, is god. It’s the best path.

Breathe in and stop trying to control other people.
Breathe out and stop trying to control yourself.

Stop trying to control. You’re doing everything right. They are doing everything right. God is doing everything right. This is everything right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and let your criticisms go.

Let your fighting go. You can’t control what other people are doing. You can’t control it. You can only control your perspective. That’s it. That’s the only control you have.

Breathe in and control the only thing you can.
Breathe out and do that by remembering you are the source.

Today, see your experience from the perspective of being the source of your experience.

Breathe in and notice how you affect your experience.
Breathe out and witness how your perspective changes your experience.

When you feel like you have no control, like life is happening against you, like evil is acting upon you, remind yourself: your control is your perspective. You can choose to see what’s happening as a good thing without knowing why, without knowing how.

Breathe in and choose to see it happening in your favor.
Breathe out and notice how even the things other people are doing are happening in your favor.

It’s safe to say thank you to what is. You’re the source of your experience. You can change everything in an instant right now.

Breathe in and know you’re the center of time.
Breathe out and change the past and the future by embracing your power, embracing your choice of perspective. You’re the source. Enjoy it.

Breathe in and notice they’re doing everything right.
Breathe out and notice you’re doing everything right.

In this moment, you have the power to restore the years the locusts have eaten. You have the power to make all things new.

Breathe in and say thank you for this power.
Breathe out and say thank you for the perspective.

Thank you for the things other people are doing that make me judge them and make me wish I could control them. Thank you. Thank you for teaching me. It’s a reflection of me. Thank you for teaching me the more I try to control the more there is to control.

Breathe in and be the source of your experience.
Breathe out and feel so empowered.

You can control your perspective. You can control how you look at things.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am.

Other than thank you, asking “am I aware?” is the best way to control your perspective. It instantly shifts your attention from the troublesome thoughts to the pure awareness that is the peace and love and joy that you already are.

I am aware that I am one with the peace and love and joy that makes up all of reality and I am now in the flow. Thank you. Thank you.
