Presence Is Always The Answer (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re safe. You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this moment and enjoy right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you, thank you for all that is. Most things in your life are going well.

Breathe in and say thank you for most things going well.
Breathe out and really feel that gratitude in your heart.

Magnetize yourself to be open to receiving more.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you, thank you. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts get in the way. Only your thoughts make you have a bad day.

Breathe in and get a little space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

When I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated because I’m not worrying. I’m focused on awareness. I’m not noticing any lack. So I’m happy. And I don’t notice separation from others. So I am love itself.

Breathe in and get excited about awareness.
Breathe out and get addicted to awareness.

Whenever you start getting too mixed up in experience, whenever you start noticing that you care too much about what happens or not, go back to awareness. That’s your safe place. That’s where you have power. That’s where you have help. That’s where you become one with god. You already are god, but when you are focused on awareness, the power of god works through you.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

God is just awareness. Everything is made up of awareness. It’s all one thing. That’s what non-duality is. Everything is the same awareness.

Breathe in and be the same awareness.
Breathe out and relax.

Relax into the knowing that you are awareness. Everything else is awareness. So you’re not separate from anything. That’s how you can know everything. That’s how you can be love. That’s how, no matter what happens to you, you can still feel good and enjoy being alive. No matter what happens to your body, no matter what happens to your money, no matter what happens to your house, no matter what happens, if you are identified as awareness, you can still be happy and feel good. That’s your infinite source of feeling good, your infinite source of power.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

You don’t need anything else. If you can’t really get into asking, “Am I aware?” today, go back to thank you and relax into thank you and notice how when you feel grateful, more things to be grateful for come. But if you’re able to believe in god today, before you need to, if you can focus on being awareness, your day will flow, you will have fun, you will live the magick life.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Prove to yourself that asking, “Am I aware?” can fix your whole life. Devote your whole attention to being one with awareness by just asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and be excited about awareness. You don’t need anything else.
Breathe out and remember the only thing you’re ever missing is god.

When you think you need a person, place, or thing, or money, or health, you need god. And that doesn’t mean anything other than drop the thoughts. Only the thoughts are messing it up. And if you can go back to asking, “Am I aware?” and resting in that knowing, “Yes, I am aware.” If you can trust in your power long enough to drop some thoughts, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into presence.

Presence is always the answer.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware that I am aware, I don’t need anything to change. When I am aware that I am aware, life flows and everything is perfect and in its place.

And I am in the flow.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. And so is everyone else.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and surrender trying to control.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Do it right now. Say thank you for all those things you’re resisting. Thank you for the people doing things that I don’t want.
Thank you for the bad attitude. Thank you for the desire to control everything. Thank you for the discomfort I feel from trying to control everything. Thank you for the fucking cold. Thank you for the snow.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and trust god’s plan.

Whatever is going to happen is going to happen whether you think about it or not. You’re going to do what you’re going to do whether you think about it or not. It’s all unfolding naturally. You don’t have to think about it.

Your thoughts, while they do affect your mood—worrying doesn’t really affect anything. It doesn’t change anything. It doesn’t help anything. The only thing that helps is getting out of the way. And getting out of the way means dropping your attention to the thoughts that make you feel bad.

Breathe in and get out of your own way today.
Breathe out and mind your own business today.

Every time you start wanting to control someone, or the weather, ask yourself, am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes, I am.

But when I ask, “Am I aware?” I’m actually thinking about controlling someone else. I’m wondering what someone else is doing. I’m wondering if they’re doing the thing that I want to do. I’m wondering if someone is getting in the way of me getting what I want.

Breathe in and become aware of the thoughts.
Breathe out and slow down enough to notice the thoughts.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Every person is creative, resourceful, and whole. You don’t have to control them. You don’t have to control what they’re doing. You don’t have to control the weather, so it affects them differently. You don’t have to control anything.

Breathe in and notice all you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and say, “Fuck it.”

Stop trying to control it today. All you can control is your own perspective. Today, instead of focusing on the problems—the perceived problems, the imagined problems—focus on the solution, which is awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Remember, this is your magick power. Stick to this. This has worked for you so many times.

What’s wrong with right now, if I don’t think about it? Other than I’m shivering from the cold, nothing.

I’m letting go of control. I’m controlling the only thing I can, which is where I rest my awareness.

Be Your Own Source (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not that serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

It’s all happening in your favor, whether you think it is or not.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is right now.

Yes, I’m disappointed. Yes, my feelings are hurt. Yes, I feel rejected. Yes, I feel helpless. Yes, I feel hopeless. Yes, I am disappointed. So disappointed I could cry. Yes, I feel unappreciated, unloved. Oh, and unwanted. Above all, I feel unwanted.

Breathe in and welcome feeling unwanted.
Breathe out and remember when you feel unwanted, what you really want is for your presence to be wanted.

This is always a clue that you’re not being present and that you, your higher self, god or whatever you wanna call it, wants your presence, your attentiveness to the now.

Breathe in and remember it’s simply that your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and take your fucking power back.

You want your presence. If you feel unwanted by other people, you’re too in your head. You’re thinking about it too much. You’re taking it personal when it’s not necessarily about you.

Breathe in and take your fucking power back.
Breathe out and stop needing things in the world to change for you to feel good.

You don’t need anything to change to feel good. All that’s missing is god, your presence. The only thing ever missing is god.

Breathe in and remember your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and become present right now.

When you drop your attention to the world and experience and focus it on the source of attention itself, when you become present, that’s when you stop needing things to change. That’s when you stop needing things from the world to feel good. When you’re present, you’re whole. You feel loved, you don’t want anything and you’re not anxious.

Breathe in and become present right now.
Breathe out and stop needing anything from the world to feel better.

You are the source of your experience. Not something outside of you that you keep looking towards to make you feel better when you’re the only one who can make you feel better.

Breathe in and realize your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and become present right now.

It’s so simple. It’s easy to be alone. It’s easy to be your own reason for feeling good. You just ask, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

That’s how you get in touch with god. Call god on the phone right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

This is god answering, yes I am aware of awareness.

Breathe in and have some faith in yourself.
Breathe out and stop taking the world personally.

It’s reflecting you. It can’t be anything other than you. So if it’s not doing what you want, you gotta change what you’re doing, not what other people are doing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Call god on the phone right now. Call god, that’s the only thing you need. That’s the only thing missing. You don’t need attention from anyone else. You don’t need money. You don’t need health. You don’t need activity. You don’t need anything but your awareness and you already have it. You’re already doing it. Just put your attention on it and everything else will work itself out.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware I have no problems because my mind is not agitated because it’s not worried. So I’m at peace. I’m not focused on lack, looking for what I don’t have. So I’m happy. And when I am aware, there is no separation between me and anything else because we’re all one. So I am love itself. I’m in love. I am love. So I’m not missing anyone. I don’t need someone else to fill me up. When it’s never gonna be enough ever.

Breathe in and stop looking to the world for your satisfaction.
Breathe out and be your own satisfaction today.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

I am aware. I am god. I’m answering the call. I’m answering, I’m present, I’m here now.

Breathe in and be your own source.
Breathe out and become one with god right now.

And then you don’t need anything to change to feel better. And then what you want will come flying at you so fast you’ll be like, but I don’t need that anymore. I already feel good. I don’t even want that anymore.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know with all of your soul, yes, I am aware, I am aware of awareness.

I am aware that I am awareness. I am aware that everything is awareness. So I am one with everything and I’m now in the flow.

Enjoy Right Now (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Just say thank you. Thank you for this present moment. Today’s motto is enjoy right now.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and relax. Enjoy right now.

That’s your only work, your only job.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and accept the challenge to enjoy right now.

No matter where you are or what you’re doing or what’s happening, you can still enjoy right now.

Breathe in and look for ways to enjoy right now.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy right now.

There are so many tricks, mental gymnastics, techniques that you can use to enjoy right now. But all it comes down to, is presence. When you’re present, you feel good. You’re happy. You’re not lacking. You’re love.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and enjoy right now.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. You can trust the process of life. You can trust it’s all working out for you. Your only job is to enjoy right now.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

This moment is perfect. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and enjoy right now.

Try it right now. Can you enjoy right now? Can you keep this motto on repeat in your mind today? Enjoy right now. That’s the only point of life. That’s the only work. That’s why we’re here just to enjoy it.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and be in joy right now.

The easiest way to access joy is to get a break from your thoughts. You can do that with things like focusing on your breath, silent counting, asking, am I aware, who am I? Anything that stops the thoughts for a moment to give you a breath of relief will help you enjoy right now. But you don’t need any technique to enjoy right now.

Breathe in and just do it. You’re already doing it.
Breathe out and look at the big picture.

We are here in these physical bodies for a limited time. You only have so many days left. Don’t let yourself regret anything. When you’re 80, 90, 100 years old, what are you going to regret? What are you going to wish you had done differently? I just want to enjoy my time while I’m here.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and enjoy your time here.

It’s always right now. You always have the ability to enjoy right now. Everything is perfect and in its place and life already is the way you want it to be.

You are the source. Ask yourself, how do you feel right now? Does anything else in your life make you feel that way?

Breathe in and notice how you feel.
Breathe out and feel it right now.

I feel so disappointed. I feel used. I feel defeated. I feel defeated.

Breathe in and acknowledge how you feel.
Breathe out and let yourself feel the way you feel.

I feel like I’ve been swimming upstream for years, being battered and battered and battered as I try to get to where I wanna go. And no amount of fighting or forcing is gonna get me there. I can’t hold on anymore. I gotta let go.

Breathe in and acknowledge how you feel.
Breathe out and let yourself feel the way you feel.

I feel like a really small mammal trying to swim and my fur is so flattened. Like I’m trying to fight crawling out of a drain with water rushing down it. I have to give up. I can’t do it anymore.

Breathe in and just feel the way you feel.
Breathe out and melt the feelings with awareness.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source of your experience.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you’re the source.

And what you’re living now is the result of your vibration, which can be overwhelming knowing that you caused your situation, but it’s also empowering because you have the power to fix it, to make things new, to restore the years the locusts have eaten.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and be the source.

Breathe in and stop trying to control.
Breathe out and just control the one thing you can control, your own vibration, the signal you’re putting out.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you for the miracles, even if it feels like it’s happening against you. It’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you for where you are.
Breathe out and say thank you for the things you see as problems.

Thank you for the arguments. Thank you for the conflict. Thank you for the things pulling me in two different directions. Thank you for the uneasiness I feel. Thank you for the clarity.
Thank you for helping me wake up and face my life. Thank you for helping me see where I’m trying to control too much. Thank you for helping me see where I’m trying to force. Thank you.

Breathe in and surrender to what is.
Breathe out and surrender, surrender, surrender, surrender, surrender, let go of the thoughts.

Breathe in and give up.
Breathe out and surrender, surrender, let go.

Stop trying to control it. Stop trying to think that if you just do this, this, this and this, then you’re gonna get what you want. You’re not gonna feel any better when you get what you want. It’s gonna taste the same.

Breathe in and be the source of your experience.
Breathe out and remember you don’t need anything to change.

Breathe in and just feel your feelings.
Breathe out and surrender to the feelings.

I try and try and try and try and try and try. It’s not enough. I can’t live for someone else, can’t make every decision for someone else.

Breathe in and just make the decisions for you today.
Breathe out and be the source of your experience.

Let something bigger and better come. Let go of your attachments.

Breathe in and say thank you for the attachments.
Breathe out and see life already is the way you want it to be.

In this moment you are aware, in this moment you have no problems.

Breathe out and let this be your mantra today.

Do not rush your life.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and notice all the places where you are rushing your life.

All those thoughts that say, “Then I gotta do this, then I gotta do this, then I gotta do this.” It’s always going to be right now. You’re never going to finish.

Breathe in and enjoy this moment.
Breathe out and stop trying to rush to the next moment.

When you get to where you think you want to be, you’re going to have more thoughts that say, “Then I gotta.”

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy this moment.

It’s always this moment. You’re never going to arrive at that final relaxation point. There will always be something else to do, something else to worry about.

Breathe in and notice where you’re rushing.
Breathe out and relax.

Don’t rush your life. If you rush right now, trying to finish something to get to the next task, you will always feel rushed. If you take your time and enjoy right now and stop thinking about what’s next, then what’s next will happen naturally. It will come in the flow and you’ll get to enjoy it when it arrives because you’re enjoying your life right now.

Breathe in and slow down enough to enjoy right now.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy right now.

Don’t rush your life. It’s always right now. If you’re rushing right now, you will continue rushing and never finish.

Breathe in and enjoy right now.
Breathe out and enjoy right now.

Relax into thank you. Thank you for right now. Thank you for the time to slow down and meditate and record. Thank you for the slow Sunday morning. Thank you for no appointments or errands today. Thank you for the morning. Thank you for the sunshine. Thank you for the warmer temperature.

Breathe in and relax into thank you.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Don’t rush your life. When you start noticing you’re tired and you’re getting that stress headache, don’t rush your life. Let it go. Let someone else pick up the slack. You don’t have to control every little detail.

Breathe in and notice all you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and relax.

The more you let go, the more it flows. The more you try to control, the less it flows.

Breathe in and notice all you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and let go of control.

Breathe in and be in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and slow down.

Don’t rush your life. The more you let go, the more it flows. Let go.

The way things are is how they’re supposed to be. You’re only trying to control because your mind is afraid. But when you let go of control, god picks up the slack. Life lives you. It all works out.

Control is an illusion anyway. Life is going to do what life is going to do. You don’t have control. It’s an illusion. Drop the illusion.

Breathe in and stop rushing your life today.
Breathe out and let go of the illusion of control.

Just say thank you for how things are. Thank you for all the expenses. Thank you for all the unknowns. Thank you for all of the illogical decisions. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. You don’t have to control anymore.
Breathe out and relax because you’re no longer rushing your life.

You’re enjoying it the way it is, grateful for how it is and now more is on the way.

Transform Your Day With Thank You (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Surrender your preferences. It doesn’t have to go a certain way for you to be happy. You can choose to be happy right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and remember your superpower of thank you.

It’s going to work every day, no matter what. Just feel that gratitude in your heart and your life will change right away.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

This is your most important prayer, the most powerful prayer. Whether you’re saying thank you for something you think is happening against you or thank you for something good or thank you for something that you don’t have yet—when you feel that genuine gratitude in your heart, you become a magnet for more to be grateful for. And you train your mind into noticing how everything that happens is happening for you, not to you.

Most things in your life are going well. Thank you. Most things are perfect. You’re alive. You’re conscious. This moment is a fresh start.

Thank you for the total feeling of laziness. Thank you for the crabbiness. Thank you for the resistance to starting my day. Thank you to the self-judgment. Thank you for the gray cold weather. Thank you for all the anxiety about the future. Thank you for the seeking, looking for something to fill me up. Thank you for the bottomless pit of despair in my soul. Thank you.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes, I feel depressed and I’m pissed I feel depressed. Yes, I’m resisting doing the things that I said I would do when I felt better. Yes, I’m cold. Yes, I feel bitchy and complainy. Yes, I feel whiny.

Breathe in and welcome the whininess.
Breathe out and be easy on yourself today.

Even though you might wish for something different, the way things are is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that even the way you feel right now is in your favor.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and slow down.

Whatever it is you’re resisting is happening in your favor. And the sooner you can say thank you and accept it, the sooner you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you for the way things are.
Breathe out and feel the thank you.

Thank you for the world not satisfying me today. Thank you for the uncertainty that’s making me so anxious. Thank you for the feeling of responsibility like, now I have more work. Like, now I have to control even more. Thank you. Thank you for this feeling of responsibility. Thank you.

Breathe in and welcome the dread.
Breathe out and don’t take it so seriously.

When you feel an uncomfortable feeling in your body like dread or anxiety, the mind wants to escape it and make it into something bigger than it is.

Breathe in and slow down enough to feel what you’re feeling.
Breathe out and notice what you’re feeling in your body.

I feel this dread and anxiety in my heart that’s like a cold gray cement stone.

Breathe in and feel the cold gray cement stone.
Breathe out and just feel it.

This cold gray cement stone. It’s heavy. It’s rough. I can’t move it. Nothing’s going to move it but time.

Breathe in and feel your attention melting it already.
Breathe out and just be with that feeling, you don’t have to run from it.

The cold gray cement stone is stressing my body but when I slow down and feel it and look at it and relax into it, I can feel it melting already. The awareness and attention is giving it a yellow light, making it softer. I know there is a heart of gold under it.

Breathe in and feel what’s there.
Breathe out and don’t be afraid to feel what’s there.

Breathe in and see how time and awareness can chip away the cold gray.
Breathe out and feel it melting already.

I’ve been allowing a situation to stress me out when really it’s a good thing and it’s not that big of a deal.

Breathe in and just feel your fucking feelings.
Breathe out and give yourself the time and space to feel your fucking feelings today.

The mind can create so much chaos and discomfort when it’s trying not to feel the fucking feeling. But all you have to do is slow down, “drop into your body” and just be aware of what’s there. When you let yourself feel your emotions, they dissipate. They warm up. They melt away.

Breathe in and melt away the discomfort.
Breathe out and see it’s not that serious.

It’s just a sensation in the body. It’s not that serious. It’s not the big scary thing that your mind thinks it is that it has to escape from.

Breathe in and give yourself the grace to feel today.
Breathe out and let yourself feel today.

You don’t have to run from how you feel if you just face it and feel it for a few seconds. You’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and just be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

You used to run from this feeling. You used to try to escape it at all costs. But now you can see it’s your strength. It’s your absolute superpower to feel the way you feel. Melt away the discomfort and truly see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and let thank you guide you.

When you find yourself saying thank you to what you don’t like, take the time to feel the genuine gratitude, to feel it in your body, and let go of the resisting and seeking. And you’ll feel better.

Breathe in and thank you for the cold, gray stone.
Breathe out and thank you for the heart of gold.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and mind your own business.
Breathe out and go within today.

Take your power back by taking your attention off of the world. Keep your mind and thoughts off of the world and place your attention completely on the source within you.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor. Thank you. Thank you. I trust the process of life. I trust this is in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am.

That’s how you take your attention off of the world and place it on the source within. Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

The world that you experience is an out-picturing of your vibration. You are in control of what you see, but your control is letting go. It’s letting go of the thoughts. It’s letting go of the overthinking, the stressing and the worrying. God knows what you want. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to resist. You don’t have to seek. You just have to rest on the love that is your source. And then you’ll be so content with where you are, so happy with the present that the miracles
flow to you but you don’t even care because you don’t need them anymore. You’re already whole. You’re already complete.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

This is how you do it. This is all there is to it. You ask, am I aware? You genuinely look and you rest in that presence, in that knowing that you exist. There’s nothing complicated. You’re already doing it but only the thoughts make you feel bad and get in the way.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and trust that whatever happens, it’s in your favor.

Everything that happens is happening for you, not to you. In the big picture it already worked out for you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Stay with this presence. Stay with this knowing. When you feel that sense of knowing that yes, I am aware, you’re practicing the feeling of knowing. And when you feel knowing you understand that life is good. That life is love. That it is all unfolding perfectly. You don’t have to wonder. There’s no uncertainty. There’s just flow and ease and awe and delight.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am.

Am I aware? Ask yourself this question every time the thoughts come back. Every time you get caught up in the mind storm. You’re not trying to stop thinking. You’re just getting a zoomed out view. You’re becoming the bigger picture, the awareness that contains the thoughts. You are not your thoughts.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. Awareness is god. When I am aware that I am aware, I am practicing the presence of god. When I am aware that I am aware, I have no problems, because my mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I don’t notice lack, so I’m happy, and I’m not separate from those I love. So I am in love.

Breathe in and be in love today.
Breathe out and keep your mind and thoughts off of this world.

It’s all happening in your favor and if you can just get out of the way you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Trust God’s Plan Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be present today.
Breathe out and relax into right now.

Everything that’s happening is happening in your favor, and if you’re going to have a meltdown today, even that is in your favor. But trust me when I say whatever you’re melting down about is actually happening in your favor. It’s actually a gift from god. Trust god’s plan today.

Breathe in and relax into the present.
Breathe out and trust god’s plan today.

Whatever god means to you—your higher power, life, the universe, infinite intelligence, god is just a shorthand word to describe that which the mind cannot comprehend.

Breathe in and trust the magick life today.
Breathe out and enjoy the magick life today.

You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s all unfolding perfectly. And the more you dread something, the better it goes, usually.

Breathe in and lighten up. None of it is serious.
Breathe out and stop torturing yourself with your thoughts today.

It’s only the thoughts making you feel bad. You wanting to control, you wanting things to go your way—that’s what’s making you suffer.

Breathe in and open up to new perspectives.
Breathe out and entertain the possibility that you don’t know what’s best for you.

You don’t know what’s best for someone else. Only god does. Only god knows. And whatever happens is in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart. Thank you.

The more you practice this when you’re feeling good or just average, the easier it is to pick up the pieces when something bad happens.

Breathe in and practice the feeling of thank you.
Breathe out and feel it in your heart.

Train yourself to notice that every little thing that happens is a blessing, sometimes not in disguise, sometimes in disguise. As you go about your day, when you’re feeling good, say thank you to everything. When you have a minor inconvenience, say thank you. I know it’s in my favor. And then when the real inconvenience happens, when the real shock and horror happens, it’s easier to bounce back with thank you. You don’t have to be so tortured. You don’t have to suffer so much.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust thank you. Thank you.

It’s always in your favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and let go of control today.
Breathe out and surrender to the mystery.

We get so wound up, so uptight trying to control, worrying, overthinking, thinking it’s all fucked up. But this winding up, this tightening, it feels even better to relax when you finally reach the point where you give up, you can’t control anything else, you’ve failed. And at that point, the relief, the release, the miracle that comes is so much more delicious
when you’ve wound yourself up so tight.

Breathe in and know even you being uptight is in your favor.
Breathe out and enjoy being uptight today if that’s how you are.

The release wouldn’t feel as good if you weren’t so tight.

Breathe in and say thank you even for the way you are.
Breathe out and just enjoy today.

You deserve to enjoy one day of your life. Get there with thank you. Get there by feeling the gratitude and trusting god’s plan.
