Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow down into this moment.
Let your body relax. Bring your attention into right now.
Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender, it’s not serious.
Even while you’re sitting here meditating, you still have thoughts racing all over the place, worrying, wondering, because you are experiencing uncertainty.
Breathe in and notice all the uncertainty in your life.
Breathe out and know that uncertainty is god, the unknown is god, it’s nothing to be afraid of, but the mind disagrees.
Breathe in and notice the uncertainty.
Breathe out and welcome the unknown.
All of your worries are coming from not knowing. They’re coming from not knowing what’s going to happen. They’re coming from wondering if the worst case scenario is going to happen.
Breathe in and notice your worries.
Breathe out and welcome your worries.
They’re pointing you in the right direction.
Breathe in and notice where you’re scared of the unknown.
Breathe out and feel that feeling of fear.
Being scared of the unknown, not knowing what’s going to happen—that’s the worry. That’s the uncertainty, that’s the source of the worry, the unknown.
Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice that answer, yes, I am aware, I know that I am aware, I know that I am aware, I know that I exist, I know that I am aware that I am aware.
Breathe in and notice that feeling of knowing.
Breathe out and remind yourself of the one thing you know for sure, you exist, you are aware, you cannot deny that you are aware.
It’s the one thing you know for sure.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
Whenever the worry gets to be too much, remind yourself, am I aware? And instantly you’re practicing the feeling of knowing. You’re combating the unknown with the feeling of knowing. And then the unknown isn’t scary because in every moment you have the choice to feel that feeling of knowing. And when you know that you are aware, that you are one with the presence of god, then nothing bad can happen to you or anyone else. It’s all in your favor, it’s all god’s plan.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, genuinely, yes, I am aware, I know that for sure.
Any time you’re overwhelmed with worry, this is what you do to practice the opposite feeling, to remind yourself that you know you exist, that you know you are aware of awareness, that you are awareness itself. And that’s what god is.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in that feeling of knowing, yes, I know I exist, I know I am aware, I know I am here.
Breathe in and lighten up, it’s just not serious.
And breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are aware.
That’s your primary knowledge, the one thing you know firsthand—I am aware, I exist, I am here, you cannot negate it, you cannot refute it, you cannot deny it, you know for sure you are aware.
Breathe in and stand up to your worries today.
Breathe out and let yourself feel knowing.
How would you feel if you knew it was all gonna work out? How would you feel if you knew you were gonna get what you wanted? How would you feel if you knew it was all in your favor?
Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you for the worries, for the fear.
They help me remember who I am. They help me remember what I know.
Breathe in and remember who you are today.
Breathe out and stand up to your worries.
Become worry-free today. Rest in the one sure knowledge that you have and then the rest of your life will flow with miracles and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. You knew all along it was going to work out. You knew it.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.
I am in the flow and I trust the process of life. Thank you, thank you.
