Life Is The Way You Want It To Be Right Now (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, thank you.

Whatever it is you’re holding out for right now, whatever it is that you want and you think you’re not getting, say thank you for it being the way it is.

You are being spared. You are being given a gift by not getting what you want right now.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you.

Thank you for that person not answering my call. Thank you for being left on read. Thank you for feeling abandoned. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

When you start enthusiastically saying thank you to the things you think are happening against you, you start to come up with all of the reasons why it might actually be in your favor.

Thank you. Just imagine the scenarios in which you are being spared. Imagine the good that can come from you not getting this one little thing you want. Thank you. Thank you. What a relief. Thank you. Thank god I didn’t get that thing I wanted because it turned out so much better this way.

Breathe in and trust god’s plan.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is because that’s god.

Whatever you are getting right now, that’s what’s meant for you. Whatever is, is god and it’s perfect.
Remember god does everything perfectly. Your mind thinks that you want it to go a certain way but that’s the viewpoint of your separate self that’s threatened and scared and finite, temporal.

Breathe in and step into your complete self.
Breathe out and identify with god, your complete self.

Your mind wants to keep you so small and trapped and insecure. Your mind wants to find ways to feel better that make your ego feel better. But when you step back and identify with just love, with just god, you can see life already is the way you want it to be. It’s already perfect and in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you for the way it is.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you for sparing me. Thank you for sparing me that awkward situation. Thank you for sparing me from that danger. Thank you for the way things turned out so that I’m sitting here recording a video and not doing something else. Thank you for the time to remember who I am. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and remember you are the source of your experience.
Breathe out and project what you want to receive.

You’re the source. Don’t wait for something to change to feel better. Decide it now. Nothing’s going to change and make you feel better, if you stay feeling the way that you do. You have to decide to not care.
You have to decide to identify with god. If you think something’s missing, remember the only thing missing is god. And when you remember god by practicing the presence of god with “Am I aware?” or any number of other techniques, you will see life is the way you want it to be right now!

Feel Free From The Ups And Downs (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Surrender your thoughts. Surrender thinking about the past. Surrender thinking about the future. Just let yourself be here now.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts as they come.
Breathe out and notice your emotional reaction to the thoughts as they come.

You can get off the roller coaster right now. You don’t have to let yourself be so affected by the ups and downs of life. Right now, choose. Get off the roller coaster.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and be that now.

You are pure awareness. You are god in human form. You don’t need anything to change in the world to feel better. You don’t need anything outside of you to feel satisfied.

Breathe in and remember the presence of god is right here.
Breathe out and know you are the presence of god.

And when you align with that, when you realize that, your life starts to flow again. Right now, stop waiting for something to change to feel better. Choose to align with the presence of god and you won’t need anything to change.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you, god, for replacing me with you. Thank you. Allow yourself to feel a little bit optimistic about where you are, who you are.

Breathe in and say thank you for where you are.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you. You know it’s in your favor. It always has been and it always will be. It’s always working out for you and in the moment that you’re scared and worried and hurt, just say thank you and remind yourself, “It’s in my favor. I know it is. I’ve practiced this. I’ve seen the evidence. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

Breathe in and feel your natural optimism be revealed.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel better already.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. This is your upper hand. This is how you take your power back. You remember god loves you. You are god. It’s all god and it’s all love and it’s all in your favor. If you can feel that feeling in your heart, you will start to see signs of that reflected in your world.

But once you start to see those signs, you get affected by the ups of life and it’s a cycle of being affected by the ups and then the ups are taken away and you’re affected by the downs. Choose now to get off the roller coaster. Stop letting yourself be so affected by what happens. It’s all impermanent. It all comes and goes.

Breathe in and align with the infinite.
Breathe out and be one with the thing that doesn’t change.

That’s your stability. That’s your true happiness. That’s true love, aligning with awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

This moment is it. This moment is all you have. You have nothing else. There is nothing else. This is the only thing that’s real. Choose to align with awareness now and let the thoughts go and the natural love will be revealed and you won’t need anything to change.

You have to genuinely look, seriously inquire into, am I aware? But when you catch that knowing, that break from the thoughts, the knowing that this moment is magickal, holy, special, the only one, then you see life already is the way you want it to be. Life is the end goal. Being is the end goal. Not getting something, not something changing in your reality. This is it.

Breathe in and get off the roller coaster today.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware? and really look.

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, your mind isn’t agitated so you’re peaceful. You don’t notice lack so you’re happy and there’s no separation so you’re in love.

Breathe in and feel free from the ups and downs.
Breathe out and settle into the permanent bliss of right now by asking, am I aware? and resting in that knowing. That’s where the relief is. That’s where you’re safe.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware and I am now in the flow, off of the roller coaster.

Feel So Much Lighter (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, surrender your worries.

Everything is working out in your favor. God does everything perfectly. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Today, stand up to your thoughts.

Breathe in and get some space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and smile because life loves you.

Get some space from those thoughts right now. And you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

It’s all working out in your favor. Try this. When something isn’t going your way, say something gets messed up in your house and now you have to have someone come fix it and you’re really frustrated. Well, what if that someone who has to come fix it turns out to be your new best friend? Try to imagine something where this inconvenience is actually really in your favor and then you’ll catch that feeling of things working out for you. And in the future you’ll be like, “Oh, I’m so glad that thing went wrong in my house so that I met my new best friend.” These things happen for you all the time in the moment that you’re resisting what is.

Remember, it’s happening in your favor and the sooner you can catch that feeling of, “Oh, thank god it all worked out like that,” the sooner you will see it’s already the way you want it to be. It’s all in your favor. Just get a break from the thoughts.

Breathe in and lighten up. You’re getting a break from the thoughts today!
Breathe out and relax your body.

Your body is so relaxed when you get a break from the thoughts. And if you want a break from the thoughts, you can try chanting like “nam myoho renge kyo”, or say, “Ram” over and over, whatever you want to chant, that works well. Or you can ask, “Am I aware?” And relax into the awareness of awareness, the presence of god.

Breathe in and give yourself space from those thoughts.
Breathe out and relax.

You’re getting space from the thoughts right now. You will feel so much lighter, so much more free, so much more buoyant, buoyant, buoyant when you get that space from the thoughts.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Trust that the space from the thoughts is all it takes. Trust that the inconveniences are in your favor. Trust that you don’t have to resist what’s happening anymore. Remember, if you find satisfaction in this moment, you’ll always be satisfied.
This is it. This moment is what matters. Get the space here and you’ll feel better here and then things will start working out for you. I promise.

I am aware that I am aware. I am in the presence of god. I am in a break from my thoughts and life already is the way I want it to be.

Dissolve Your Problem (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.

You are the source. Right now, decide to take your power back.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and be the thing you want to receive.

What is it that you want today? I want attention. I want love and I want to know that everything is going to work out.

Breathe in and be the things you want.
Breathe out and give the things you want.

Give the attention. Give the love. Give the knowing that everything is going to work out.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and remember how to do this.

You take your attention off of the world. You keep your mind and thoughts off of the world. And you place your attention on the god within. That’s how you be the source. That’s how you merge with god. That’s how you manifest miracles.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and remember your power. Yes, I am.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” It brings your attention back into this moment, back into your center. It anchors you here, present. And in the present moment, you have the choice of what perspective you look at life from.

Breathe in and anchor yourself here.
Breathe out and just let yourself exist.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look, you come back to right now. This is where the power is. And when you rest your attention on the awareness that you are aware, you are one with god because god is awareness. Everything is made up of awareness. It’s the one thing we all have in common.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Whenever the problems start getting to you, “Am I aware?” Your thoughts will never figure it out. You will never solve the problem thinking about it. The only way to dissolve your problem is by returning within, aware of awareness, present. Then life works itself out. The problems solve themselves, but when you think about it and think about it and think about it, you’re pinning that problem in place. You’re perpetuating its existence by thinking about it because your thoughts create.

Breathe in and take your power back right now.
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware?”

This is all you need to do to solve your problems. “Am I aware?” And rest there. Aware of awareness. Aware of the presence of god.

Breathe in and be aware of the presence of god today.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Trust that however it works out is in your favor for the highest good. God does everything perfectly. You don’t have to lift a finger. You don’t have to try to control. You can simply surrender, rest in presence, and let god figure it out. It’s not up to you anyway.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

If you can allow yourself to rest in presence despite your problems, despite your circumstances, the problems will rearrange themselves into a solution. When you are aware that you are aware, your mind is not agitated so you feel peace. You feel happy because you’re not focused on lack and you feel love because there is no separation. When you are aware that you are aware, your problems solve themselves. They cease to exist.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and let it be easy. “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware that I am aware and I know that is the presence of god. And I know that when I am aligned with the presence of god, life flows smoothly. Everything works out and I know everything is going to work out.

I am now in the flow.

Presence As Your Manifestation Tool (transcript)

Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Start shifting that mood into optimism.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

No matter what you want, when you’re present, every moment feels like getting what you want. Every moment is the same and you don’t need to get what you want to feel better.

Breathe in and slow down into presence.
Breathe out and just accept what is.

Yes, I have a fucking cold. Yes, my eyes won’t stop watering. Yes, I’m worried about someone. Yes, I’m so worried.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, I’m so frustrated. Yes, I miss someone so bad. Yes, I’m waiting for a fucking call.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

When you’re present, you don’t need anything to change. When you’re present, every moment is the same. When you’re present, you don’t need anything to manifest. This is it.
This is a manifestation. This moment is supposed to be just as good as the one where you get what you want.

Breathe in and open to this moment being as good as getting what you want.
Breathe out and just open up to the possibility that this moment can feel as good as getting what you want.

What is it you want anyway?

Breathe in and identify what you want.
Breathe out and acknowledge what you want.

I just want to know this person is okay and that they’ll be home safe to me soon. I just want to know that I’m not gonna lose what I have.

Breathe in and open up to receiving more and more and more.
Breathe out and say thank you whatever happens.

It’s in your favor. You can trust that it’s in your favor. If you lose what you have, you can remind yourself it’s all temporary. You’re gonna lose it all anyway. The only thing you get to keep is presence and if you stay stable as you are, present, you never lose anything. You never miss anything.
You’re identified as the one thing that never changes, that you never lose and you feel whole and in love and happy and rich.

Breathe in and practice presence today.
Breathe out and know that’s all you need.

You don’t need anything to change and when you do become present and feel better, what you want will come right to you and you’ll be like, “Oh, I don’t even need that anymore. I feel better already.”

Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and choose to feel better already.

Magnetize yourself to getting what you want. If you can’t let go of that desire, practice presence as your manifestation tool.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

It’s a really good technique for catching a glimpse of presence.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and investigate, “Who am I who’s so worried about losing something? Who am I who’s so scared? Who am I who is suffering? Who am I who is missing someone?”

A separate self and if I was identified as god, I wouldn’t miss this person because there would be no separation to notice.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and slow down into presence.

Notice that, “Yes, you are aware.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

It might be hard to catch. Your thoughts might be too loud. But keep at it. Keep practicing. The promise is that you won’t need anything to change or manifest if you can practice presence and that in itself is enough reward to motivate you.
When you’re presence, you don’t need anything to change. Be that now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Remember how you got here. Remember how you got what you wanted. For me, “Am I aware?” was the greatest manifesting tool of my whole life experience. I can get back there. I know it. I can choose to be present and have a good moment right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

It’s not the things outside of you that make you feel good. If you miss someone, you’re just missing your connection to god because it was your connection to god that brought that person to you.

Breathe in and just connect to god and trust it.
Breathe out and connect to god today.

That’s the only thing you miss. The only thing missing is god. And if you can connect by becoming present with whatever technique you use, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. I promise.

Be Forever Satisfied (transcript)

Just give up. Just quit.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and give up.

Stop trying. Let life help you for once.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Remember gratitude in advance is the best magickal spell. The easiest prayer. Thank you.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Surrender. Quit. Give up. Stop trying. The more you let go, the more it flows. Give up control right now.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Life is not serious. We’re just here for fun.

Breathe in and stop trying to control.
Breathe out and just be grateful for everything working out.

Trust your power. Trust that you are the king of your kingdom. You don’t have to lift a finger. Let life take care of it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to all of the things you want to control.

Make a list right now of all the things you’re going to give up control and let life take care of for you. Yes, I want to control what other people do. Thank you for helping other people do what I want. Yes, I want to control my attitude. Thank you for giving me a better attitude. Yes, I want to control someone else’s desires. Thank you for helping me let go of trying to control other people’s desires. That’s what I always want to control—what other people want. Thank you for helping me let go of control. Thank you for the alignment. Thank you for helping me see life already is the way I want it to be. Thank you for helping me be present and just enjoy this moment
instead of constantly thinking about what I wish other people wanted.

Breathe in and focus on yourself.
Breathe out and center yourself in this moment.

You don’t have to think about what other people are wanting. You don’t have to think about what you’re wanting. Just relax into presence and life will take care of it for you. But you have to choose it first. You have to choose to be satisfied with this moment to see any kind of satisfaction in the material world.

Breathe in and be satisfied with this moment.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

Thank you, thank you. If you want to be satisfied with the moment just ask yourself, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Get curious about this moment. Get into this moment. This is where it’s all happening. This is where the magick is. Let this moment satisfy you and you will be forever satisfied.

And I am now satisfied with what I have.

Decide It’s In Your Favor (transcript)

You are the source of your experience. Right now, take your attitude and turn it around with thank you.

Thank you, thank you. When there are things happening in your life that you’re resisting or that you’re uncertain about, just say thank you and feel it in your heart and things will start working out for you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

When you’re waiting for an important phone call, thank you, thank you. This shift in your vibration, in your energy, opens up the channels of receiving and things will start flowing for you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Whatever it is that’s going on, a blizzard, a reschedule, jury duty, someone pressing you for tax documents, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It is not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body.

It’s not serious.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and settle into this moment.

It’s not serious. You’re going to get the phone call. You’re going to make the deadline. The relationship’s going to work out either way. No matter what happens, if you care about the outcome, you’ll be unhappy either way. So instead, decide to feel good now. Decide to be grateful now before you get what you want, before anything changes, and then you already have the result you want. You feel good, you feel gratitude, and you feel safe.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

All of the uncertainty in your life, that’s god. Uncertainty is just another name for god. It’s the mystery. It’s the unknown and it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and stop expecting the worst.
Breathe out and stop worrying about what you don’t want.

Choose to decide it’s in your favor. It’s going to work out in a way that is for your highest good. It can be no other way. You’re god in human form. Everything is always working out. Trust the process of life. Trust that it all works out in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you. You are so innocent and you are so powerful. Believe in yourself. Believe in the power of your expectation, your vibration.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.

I know I record a lot of videos about saying thank you and I say the same thing over and over and over. Say thank you because it’s in your favor—because it’s true. And the more you practice, the more you prove to yourself that this really works. When you shift your energy, your reality shifts. It can be no other way because you are the source of your experience.

Breathe in and take your power back as the source.
Breathe out and be the source right now.

Be what you want to receive. That “be the change you want to see in the world”—It really works. It’s really truth because you are the projector. Everything you experience is a reflection of you. You can choose right now to set the tone for your reality with thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Whatever it is that you’re waiting for to change, whether it’s to receive a call, whether it’s to receive a change in a relationship, money, health, love, whatever it is, choose the gratitude now.

Trust that god can figure it out. Trust that you don’t need to do anything to fix anyone. You can simply let them.

Breathe in and let them do whatever they’re going to do.
Breathe out and stop trying to fix everyone else.

Stop trying to rescue everyone else. Stop trying to fix other people’s problems. Let them suffer their own consequences. The only way anyone learns anything is through life experience. Today as you go about your day, stop trying to solve problems for other people. Stop trying to live for other people. Stop trying to change other people.
And just let them. Let them be themselves. Let them figure it out themselves.

Breathe in and let them figure it out themselves.
Breathe out and feel so free. You are free.

You are free of trying to fix other people. Just do you. Focus on yourself. Forget feeling like you’re responsible for anyone else. And when you let go of feeling responsible for other people’s health and well-being, god steps in. Things change. Miracles happen.

Breathe in and let them.
Breathe out and let them face the consequences of their own actions.

Let them figure it out themselves. The people that are right for you will come to you. Let them.

Breathe in and let go of control.
Breathe out and let them.

Let them go. Let go of trying to control. It’s an illusion anyway. You’re suffering because you have an illusion that you can control anyone, but it’s not up to you. Your thoughts occur after the fact. You’re not controlling anything. Let it go. Let them go. Let them.

Breathe in and feel lighter already.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the people who came to me. Thank you to PK for teaching me “Let them.” Thank you to Mary for telling PK to tell me to let them.

Breathe in and enjoy your own life.
Breathe out and stop trying to control the lives of others.

The only control you have is the way you look at things. Your perspective. What you choose to focus on.

Breathe out and choose your own perspective.

Choose gratitude. Choose to be aware of being aware. Let go of thinking you can save someone. Let go of thinking you can fix someone. They can only do it themselves. Let them.

Breathe in and transcend your conditioning.
Breathe out and transcend your DNA.

Yes, you were conditioned to want to fix and save other people. But today you are free to let them fix and save themselves or break and destroy themselves. Let them.
You’re free.

Breathe in and let them.

Now you can let them go.

Breathe out and welcome what is.

Say yes to what is. Stop fighting what is. Your suffering is caused by wanting something to change.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and welcome it right now.

Welcome how sleepy I feel. Welcome the cold weather. Welcome the threat of more snow. Welcome the disappointment that I felt this morning. Welcome the exhaustion. Welcome the uncertainty. Welcome the purgatory. Welcome waiting and waiting and waiting.
Welcome waiting. Welcome.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feel the optimism returning. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and remember it really is in your favor.

No matter what is happening, it’s happening for you, not to you. And when you look back on this time, you will be so grateful for how things unfolded. Your life will keep getting better and better. You’ll see it’s already the way you want it to be. Flip the switch right now with thank you.

Don’t even think about it. Don’t think about the problems.
Don’t think about how you’re not actually sure if you’ve proven it to yourself that your life’s going to get better, that it’s all already in your favor. There’s nothing to think about.
Your mind wants things to change so that you can feel better. But if you can make peace with how things are and feel better right now, you won’t need anything to change.
Letting go of that resistance is what lets the flow back through you. And that flow brings the miracles, the opportunities, the synchronicities.

Breathe in and stop resisting what is.
Breathe out and know that as soon as you stop resisting how it is, it’ll change.

The greatest magick trick in life is to stop caring if you get what you want because then you get what you want. When you ask it as given, that’s why you’re here to expand reality, to expand the universe. When you have a new desire, it’s created. Everything is already created. But if you wanna be a match to experiencing what you want in this reality, all you have to do is stop caring if you get it by making peace with what is, by letting go of your resistance,
by not needing anything to change.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

You don’t need anything to change to feel better. You already feel better. And since you already feel better, you’re optimistic, you’re open to new ideas, you’re open to impulses from the universe, good ideas, things that are going to take you in the direction of getting what you want,
things that will take you in the direction of miracles.

Breathe in and welcome how it is.
Breathe out and say thank you for how it is.

Thank you for this waiting period. Thank you for this purgatory. Thank you for this chance to meditate and rest and relax. Thank you for reminding me it’s already in my favor. Thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and feel so much more optimistic about life.
Breathe out and don’t need anything to change.

Now that you don’t need it to change, it’s going to change and you’re gonna resist that too. So relax, let go of your preferences and just enjoy where you are.

All suffering is caused by resisting what is, by wanting it to be a different way.

Welcome the feeling in my body of anger. Welcome resisting what someone said. Welcome the desire to control someone else. Welcome being mad. Welcome feeling impatient. Welcome feeling angry. Welcome, welcome.

Breathe in and open yourself up.
Breathe out and smile.

When you open up, you’re welcoming. When you’re welcoming, you’re opening up. Just feel yourself say the word welcome. It makes you smile. Welcome. Welcome.
Feel that in your heart. Welcome. Welcome your reality, whatever it is.

Breathe out and welcome whatever is.

Feel yourself relax. Feel your body unfurl instead of contracting. Feel yourself expanding, opening up to receiving.

Open up to what is. Open. Welcome. Welcome deep, deep sadness. Welcome deep attachment. Welcome anxiety.
Welcome feeling like I need to control. Welcome the need to control. Welcome.

Breathe out and relax your body.

Breathe in and notice the tension.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and welcome the sensations.

Even if your body is feeling uncomfortable sensations, you don’t have to create a story about them to get away from them. Just welcome them.

Breathing in, welcome.
Breathing out, welcome.

Welcome the uncertainty in my body. Welcome the panic of wanting to control and not being able to. Welcome.

Breathe in and keep welcoming.
Breathe out and just let what is be.

Stop resisting what is. You don’t have to like it, but you can be open to it. You can welcome it. When you welcome the things you don’t like, you make space and then they don’t bother you and then they’re free to just dissolve. You don’t pin them in place with your resistance.

Breathing in, welcome.
Breathing out, welcome.

Welcome the circumstances I don’t like. Welcome the bristling, the anger, the frustration. Welcome.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and keep surrendering.

When you keep welcome on the tip of your mind, it keeps you present because you’re noticing the unpleasant sensations. You’re noticing the thoughts. You’re noticing the resistance. In every moment, you have the choice to resist or to welcome. Today, open up and relax and let what is be. Then you make space for change. You expand.
You open up to possibilities.

Breathing in, welcome.
Breathing out, welcome, welcome, welcome.

It’s all happening in your favor. Trust the process of life. Trust that you are safe when you are present and when you are welcoming, you are present. That’s your power.
