Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything that’s happening is happening in your favor. Trust the perfect timing of life.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender your worries. Surrender your doubts. Surrender your planning and your wishing and your scheming. Let it all go.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body. You are safe.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Your presence is your safety. Your presence is your security.
Surrender the thoughts and wake up in the dream right now.

Breathe in and keep lightening up, it’s just not serious.
Breathe out and get distance from your thoughts.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you feel stressed. Only your thoughts make you feel impatient.

Breathe in and trust in the magick of life.
Breathe out and enjoy the magick of life today.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and feel the innocent magick of thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. When you feel that lightness in your heart that comes from genuine gratitude, you can trust the miracles are already right in front of you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. The annoying things, they’re in my favor. The timing that’s off, it’s in my favor. The irritation of others, it’s in my favor. Trust.

Thank you. Thank you. Take it so lightly you fly. Thank you. All of that stuff you think that’s happening against you. Thank you. You will see life already is the way you want it to be. When you flip the switch with thank you. When you deliberately choose to see that life already is the way you want it to be by saying thank you, it will reveal the miracle that’s already right in front of you.

You are the source. You have the power to change the trajectory of your entire life right now with thank you.

Thank you. You can have an amazing, miraculous day. Thank you. You can feel the best you’ve ever felt. Thank you. You can enjoy this whole day. You can enjoy your whole life by letting go of the resisting thoughts, by trusting that everything you’re resisting is actually a good thing happening for you, not to you.

Thank you. Especially those things that scare you or make you really uncomfortable or you maybe almost regret or that give you that yucky feeling like, “Ugh, a problem. Just when I was having a good day.” When you react with thank you, and trust that it’s in your favor, it will be revealed why it is a good thing for you, that your life is better now because of it.

Be In Love With How It Is (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” and feel that gratitude in your heart.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Remember, you are the source. Stop waiting for life to change for you to feel better. You must become it to see it, so become it right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. It might seem like a lot of work to keep your vibration high by remembering you’re the source, by forcing yourself to feel gratitude, but what is the alternative? Boredom, misery, depression, anger, all of these things that come from mixing with experience. Getting lost in the world, thinking that you’re a separate self that can get hurt and die.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and take the path that feels better today.

Choose to set the tone for your day right now. Choose to feel better so your life can feel better. It’s up to you. Take control of your life back. Stop trying to control other people and control your own life.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Your mind is tricking you into thinking you need a certain thing to feel better. It’s tricking you into thinking that it’s always going to be like this, that there’s always going to be this suffering, but it’s just a trick. It’s an illusion. The truth is you’re god. You’re the source and you can choose to set the tone. You can choose to enjoy your life right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Do not create your life by default. Do not just let it happen to you. You don’t have to do things like positive thinking and manifesting techniques. You don’t have to do all that stuff. You just have to remember that you’re the source, that you’re god. And that’s it.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and feel your power coming back to you right now, you’re god in human form, you’re pure awareness.

You set the tone instead of creating by default, instead of letting things happen and then letting them affect how you feel.
Choose how you want to feel right now. And then your life will reflect that.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

And the thing is, you don’t have to affect what happens. There will still be ups and downs. There will still be death and sickness. There will still be accidents and misfortunes. But if you choose to be the source by remembering who you really are, it’s the quality of your experience that improves. No matter what happens, you can still feel good and feel love and feel bliss at being alive. It doesn’t matter what happens.

Breathe in and be your own fucking drug today.
Breathe out and feel good no matter what happens.

You do that by remembering you are the source. You center yourself so firmly in the present moment that whatever happens, you’re curious about it. You’re intrigued. You’re entertained because you’re just watching it go by. Stay stable as you are. Pure awareness. You’re being the theater in which it’s all playing out. It’s all one thing. You’re not a separate self who’s going to get hurt. You’re everything.

Breathe in and expand your awareness today.
Breathe out and leave room for miracles today.

Anything could happen. Don’t get stuck in these limited paths of the mind that constrict you and make you feel small and make you feel like it’s always going to be like this. It sucks. Make the choice that life doesn’t suck today. Make the choice that you have some agency in what you experience. You have some agency in the quality of your experience.

Don’t leave it up to the default.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Once you get to the point where you feel good, where you are, no matter what’s happening, then the miracles start flowing and then you get attached to them and the whole thing starts over. But right now you can choose to feel good with what you have, to be in love with how it is, simply by remembering who you are, pure awareness.

And you do that by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

First, start with the gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And feel in your heart that life is not that bad. You’re the source.
You have some ability to influence your experience. Thank you. Thank you. And then once you feel that breath of optimism, remind yourself who you really are, pure awareness, by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Feel your innocence. Feel your optimism. It doesn’t matter what happens, good or bad. It doesn’t matter because you are the theater in which it all occurs. You are the love that makes up everything. And if you can drop the thoughts, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And I’m now in the flow and I’m now the creator and I’m being the source and I’m going to have a good day because I already am right now.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your thoughts. Surrender your controlling, your scheming and your planning.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

This moment is the only thing that’s real. Let yourself get out of your thoughts into this moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and open up to miracles today.
Breathe out and relax your body into the now.

It’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad. If you’re feeling out of control or depressed, angry, ask yourself why? Are you thinking about things?

Breathe in and become aware of your thoughts.
Breathe out and relax.

You don’t have to stop thinking. You don’t even have to take responsibility for your thoughts because they’re really not yours. Your brain is just a receiver that picks up thoughts that are going by. They’re not yours. Just like when you hear a sound, it doesn’t mean it’s your sound. It’s just your ear perceiving a sound.

Breathe in and feel free.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Instead of getting lost in your thoughts today, practice the presence of god and then life will flow. You’ll experience miracles and you’ll have fun. You’ll get to laugh. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by what life delights you with today.

Breathe in and smile because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and let yourself laugh today.

It’s not serious. You don’t have to control anything. You don’t have to plan or scheme. Let go of your to-do list and enter the present moment and you do that by asking simply,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

That’s all you have to do to practice the presence of god because god is awareness. God is suspected spam. It’s all awareness. It’s all god. It’s all suspected spam.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s all suspected spam.
Breathe out and don’t take anything seriously today.

Take it so lightly you fly. Let yourself have a good attitude. Let the thoughts go. Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Let go of everything else. Let go of doing the things your mind tells you to do. Let go of seeking for something to make you feel better and just center yourself. Right, smack dab in this moment. You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to control anything. Just be here by asking, am I aware? Rebel against your own mind. Rebel against your constructed life today. Just be aware. Try it. See how much life takes care of life. See how much of your to-do list does itself. See how much fun you have without lifting a finger. Let the magick come to you today. You’re off the hook.

It’s all awareness. God is awareness. Everything you experience is god. It’s all one. You don’t have to take it seriously. It’s just a funny movie.

Your Mistakes Are In Your Favor (transcript)

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes. I feel like my life is a weird train wreck right now. Yes. I feel completely out of sorts. Yes. I feel like I’ve really messed up. Yes. I’m really cold. Yes. I’m in a good mood but I feel like I’ve really messed up.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and just welcome what is.

Yes. I’ve been so focused on the world. Yes. I’ve been so mixed with experience. Yes. I’m going to keep doing it. Yes. I feel like I can’t stop messing up.

Breathe in and keep saying yes.
Breathe out and smile. It’s really not serious.

Even when you think you’re messing everything up. Even when you can’t stop yourself from doing the things you don’t want to do. Even when you keep looking to the world for satisfaction when you know you’re not going to find it but you keep doing it anyway.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and smile. It’s not serious.

No matter what you do. It just doesn’t matter. All that matters is how you feel right now. And right now, everything is okay.

Breathe in and ask, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?
Breathe out and notice: what is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Nothing. Nothing’s wrong with right now. I’m safe. I might be cold but I can get warm if I want to. Right now, I’m getting something I wanted which is to feel like recording again. Right now, there’s nothing wrong if I don’t think about it.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Even when you’re out of harmony with your reality, it’s part of the bigger picture. You wouldn’t know the joy of coming back into harmony if you didn’t experience going out of tune.

Breathe in and let yourself be out of tune.
Breathe out and surrender to being out of tune.

Surrender to making a mess. Surrender to fucking up. Surrender to making the same mistakes over and over. Surrender to seeking. Surrender to thinking that there’s some kind of satisfaction in the world.

Breathe in and open up.
Breathe out and become a match to receiving.

Even if you know you’re going to keep going out in the world looking for satisfaction, even if you know you’re going to keep making the same mistakes, you can still say thank you and feel that gratitude in your heart and know that even your mistakes are in your favor, even your future mistakes you know you’re going to make are in your favor. Just say thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Feel how light you are. Feel how innocent you are when you feel that true gratitude in your heart.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

I know that being out of tune is in my favor. I know that seeking is in my favor. I know that looking to the world for satisfaction is ultimately in my favor because it teaches me it’s not there. That’s not where the satisfaction is. The satisfaction is when you go within and stop looking to the world to make you feel better.

Breathe in and stop looking to the world to make you feel better.
Breathe out and go within to feel better.

You can do that by saying thank you and feeling it. Thank you, thank you. And you can do it by asking, am I aware? Because when you are aware you have no problems. When you are aware you don’t need the world to change to feel better.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

The world is going to make you forget. Seeking for satisfaction in the world is going to make you forget that the only satisfaction is within.
The only way is to find the god within. That’s the only thing missing. You might think it’s in the world, in the shopping, in the relationships, in the health, in the money. But the only thing missing is god. And you get that by asking, am I aware? Because you’ve dropped the thoughts that separate you from god and become one with all that is, pure awareness.

Breathe in and stop separating yourself from god.
Breathe out and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.

Simply ask, am I aware? And rest in the knowing that yes, I am aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I’m still going to be seeking, but at least I’m aware that I can be in the flow.

Surrender your worries. Surrender.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.

Keep letting go of those thoughts. What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m distracted. Yes, I’m a little worried. Yes, I just want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I want… I don’t know what I want. Yes, I’m uncertain. Yes, I don’t know what I want.

Breathe in and welcome it all.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

If I don’t know what I want, it means I don’t have much contrast in my life, meaning I don’t really have any problems. So while I’m in this perfect place of not having problems, not wanting anything, the best thing I can do is rest in gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Instead of getting lazy with my attention, letting my vibration slip.

Breathe in and say thank you and keep your vibration high.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Even though the second I realized that if I don’t have any desires, that means I don’t have any problems, which means I don’t have a lot of contrast, which means contrast is coming—all of that feeling of responsibility and worry that I need to do something to keep bad things from happening—all of that is mental activity that is unnecessary. Life is what it is. It’s not good or bad until you think about it.

Breathe in and go beyond good and bad.
Breathe out and just rest in gratitude and awareness.

Every moment is the same when you are pure awareness. Stabilize as you are. The unchanging. And let life come and go. Let the ups and downs come and go. It’s all the same. It’s all one. It’s all god.

Breathe in and stabilize as you are.
Breathe out and do that by asking, am I aware?

When I am aware I have no problems. When I am aware my mind is at peace because I’m not agitated with thinking. When I am aware I’m happy because I’m not thinking about what’s lacking and when I am aware I am love itself because I don’t notice separation from anyone or anything that I love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

And sometimes asking, am I aware? can introduce a lot more thinking. If you don’t have the devotion right now to genuinely ask, am I aware? and investigate, you can just invite a lot more thinking with that question. If you are beating yourself up or uncertain or you feel like you don’t deserve a good day you can just ask yourself, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and see the perfection of this moment.
Breathe out and know this moment is perfect no matter what you are doing, no matter what other people are doing or not doing.

There’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and get some space from your mind.
Breathe out and let life just be perfect today.

What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? As soon as the thoughts come back remember, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and see that there’s nothing wrong today.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing there’s nothing wrong.

There is nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and say thank you for the perfection of the moment.
Breathe out and welcome whatever comes.

It’s always this moment. It’s always perfect and there is never anything wrong if you don’t think about it.

Stop Seeking (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

Drop the thoughts right now. Drop the trying to control. Let life do it. Let god do it. Stop trying to control right now.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and smile because you can surrender now.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Trust that you can let go of trying to control right now. Let go of the thoughts that are scheming and planning and trying to figure it out. Trying to insert you, trying to do something, to gain favor, to gain something. There’s nothing to gain.

Breathe in and know this moment is all there is.
Breathe out and let this moment be just as good as that moment you think you’re gonna get what you want.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and be present.

Wake up right here, right now. Wake up. This is it. This is the main event, not when you get the thing you want, not when something changes.

Breathe in and wake up.
Breathe out and smile.

This moment is it. This moment is supposed to be as good as the moment when you get what you want. Feel that way now and then you’ll get what you want but you won’t need it because you already feel the way you want to feel.

Breathe in and remember your fucking power.
Breathe out and take your fucking power back now.

Stop looking to the world for satisfaction. Stop looking to the world for something to change to make you feel better. You become it then you see it. Take your power back right now. You are the source. Take it back now.

Breathe in and take your power back right now.
Breathe out and smile because it’s that simple.

Take it back. Remember you’re the creator. You take your power back by dropping the thoughts, dropping the worry and you do that by asking, am I aware?

Remind yourself over and over and over. This moment is it, am I aware? This moment is the best moment. This moment is the paradise, the heaven that I’ve been looking for. It’s right here when I drop the thoughts.

Breathe in and take your power back today.
Breathe out and be the fucking creator.

Stop waiting for the world to change to feel better. Stop waiting for the world to tell you how to feel. Stop waiting for something to change. You are the unchanging. Be that. Who you really are never changes. Be that. Be the creator.

Breathe in and take your power back right now.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go. You’re god, you’re source. Stop waiting. Stop seeking.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

And when I am aware I have no problems because my mind’s not agitated so I’m at peace. I’m not focused on lack so I’m happy and I’m not separate from those I love so I am love itself.

Be confident today. Take your power back. Trust that you are god. You are the creator. You are the source.
Stop waiting and stop seeking. Drop the thoughts and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Thank you, thank you. Everything is perfect and in its place and it’s all happening in your favor. Every single thing that you think is happening against you, it’s actually in your favor.

Breathe out and say thank you for what is, because it’s all in your favor.

Welcome the things that you don’t like about your day right now. Welcome people not replying. Thank you, thank you for not replying. I’m recording this video because they didn’t reply. Thank you, thank you for not replying. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what you think is against you.
Breathe out and say thank you for what you think is against you.

Welcome cramps and feeling uncomfortable in my body. Thank you cramps. Thank you for feeling uncomfortable in my body. Thank you. Because of this I’ve slowed down and let myself read half a book today. Thank you, thank you. You never know when reading half a book is going to change the trajectory of your entire life.

Breathe in and welcome what you think is happening against you.
Breathe out and say thank you for those things you think are happening against you.

Welcome cravings and seeking. Welcome thinking I need something outside of me to feel better. Welcome looking to the world for satisfaction. Thank you. Thank you for this tendency that’s making me look to the world for satisfaction so that I get burned every time. And I don’t get satisfaction from my seeking and it makes me go within and find out that I’m the source. Nothing in the world is ever going to be the god that’s inside of me. Thank you. Thank you seeking. Thank you for helping me see life already is the way I want it to be, thank you for helping me see the only thing missing is god and I can get that god right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome the things you think are happening against you.

Welcome criticizing the way I speak. Thank you, self-criticism. Thank you. It makes me better over time. Thank you. Thank you. You can do this over and over and over. Make the list of things that are happening against you and even if you can’t see it right now why it’s actually in your favor, write it down and in a few days, you’ll see it did happen in your favor. Good did come from it. You are better off for it.

Breathe in and welcome what’s happening against you.
Breathe out and say thank you for what’s happening against you.

Let God Give It To You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Am I aware? Am I aware of how thirsty I am? Am I aware of the pounding? Am I aware? Am I aware of how emotional I feel? Am I aware?

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and just welcome what is.

Yes, I’m beating myself up. Yes, I want to be seen and understood and welcomed and loved, but by the people that don’t see me and don’t welcome me and don’t love me only.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, I already feel regret today. Yes, I’m already distracted. Yes, I’m already seeking in the world for something to change to feel better. Yes, I’m seeking.

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and relax your body.

If you’re seeking, you’re suffering. And yes, I am suffering right now.

Breathe in and become aware of where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and shine the light of awareness on the seeking.

I’m looking to something in my life experience to change so that I can feel better. When I am the source! And I know all I have to do is say thank you and really feel it and I’ll shift my whole reality.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and watch your mind still scheming.
Breathe out and notice your thoughts extending out.

Maybe if I do this, this will change. Maybe if I do this, I’ll get this. All of this cause and effect, if then statements. But you don’t have to scheme. You don’t have to try. You don’t have to force. Quit trying to force. Quit trying to force it. Let god give it to you. What’s meant for you will come to you. You’re open enough.

Breathe in and ask am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

When I am aware I have no problems. Often I’m torn between, do I sit around saying thank you? but then I’m looking for a manifestation or do I ask, am I aware? But I feel empty and I need something to change. All of these questions are just excuses putting off presence. All of this confusion and wondering about what to do with my mind—it’s just the mind busying itself.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Let yourself be an artist today. Let god flow through you. Let yourself enjoy your own life. Quit trying to scheme and change. Quit trying to change. Surrender. The more you let go the more it flows. Let it go.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

Feel the gratitude for this moment. You don’t need anything to change. You already have what you want right here. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and empty yourself.
Breathe out and stop needing things to change to feel better.

Yes I feel unneeded. Yes that’s my suffering today. I’m seeking to feel needed.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and just welcome it.

As long as you’re aware, it’s not a problem.

Breathe in and need yourself.
Breathe out and give yourself what you need.

I want to feel needed so that I won’t be abandoned. I want to feel needed so I have value.

Breathe in and let your value be your presence.
Breathe out and devote yourself to presence today.

The only thing missing is god. Remember that. The only thing missing is god. You can get the god by being present and you can be present by asking, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out yes. I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. I am aware that awareness is god. That being aware is practicing the presence of god and that the only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and devote yourself to practicing the presence of god today.
Breathe out and be the thing that was missing, the presence of god.

Feel Good Regardless (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

It’s safe to let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender trying to control. Surrender all of your effort. Surrender the struggle.

Breathe in and let life be easy today.
Breathe out and remember every moment is supposed to be as good as any other.

When you are aware that you are aware, you go beyond yes and no, good and bad, right and wrong. And you hold all that is. You are the bliss containing everything. You are one.

Breathe in and let go of the up and down.
Breathe out and see how every moment can be the same—as good, as blissful as any other.

When you remember this, that this moment is supposed to be as good as when you get what you want, then life flows. You relax. You let go of your grip on needing to control because it doesn’t matter what you do. Every moment is the same. Yes, there are ups and downs in experiencing, but who you really are never changes, pure awareness. And when you identify as pure awareness, you don’t need anything to change. You don’t need the ups. You don’t need manifestations. You let life come and go as it pleases because you are one with everything. It doesn’t matter what comes and goes.
You are all of it.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am.

That is how you identify as awareness, god, the one thing we all have in common. When you let the thoughts go and just exist as awareness, life already is the way you want it to be. You recognize the miracle that we exist in right now. You feel love all the time. Love for the good, love for the bad. You see how it’s all one and you don’t have to resist anymore.

Breathe in and see how it’s all one.
Breathe out and let go of the resistance.

You don’t have to fight anything anymore. Just ask, am I aware? Because when you are aware, you have no problems because you’re not thinking. You’re not worrying. You’re not stressing. You’re not scheming. You’re not planning, trying to control. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you suffer. Today, identify as pure awareness, become one with all that is, and then enjoy being love itself. That is who you really are.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Life is magickal. Life is a miracle. Don’t let the petty day-to-day things disturb your peace. Everything comes and goes. You have to learn to feel good regardless of what comes and goes. You cannot wait for something to change to feel better. You can relax into awareness and reveal everything is already perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Authentically, genuinely ask that question and truly look at the answer that only you can find. I can tell you all day what you have to do, but you have to make the choice to see for yourself that beyond all the thoughts, all the experiences, all the emotions, there is simply awareness. And when you rest there and let the thoughts and emotions and experiences come and go, you’re one with god, you’re one with love, what more can you ask for?

Be The Theater (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Everything is just happening, whether you think about it or not. It’s safe to trust the safety of this present moment and let go of the thoughts, let go of the planning, let go of the scheming, let go of the worrying.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and remember the power of thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. You must become it to see it. So flip the switch right now with thank you. Reveal the gratitude in your heart and shift the trajectory of your entire life right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Life is taking care of life and if you can get out of the way and relax into gratitude, you will experience nothing but miracles today.

Breathe in and open up to miracles today.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Breathe in and imagine getting what you want.
Breathe out and say thank you like you really got what you wanted.

Thank you. Thank you. Even though you want to manifest things, you want things to change, you want higher highs, you want good things. Remember that each high comes with a low and chasing after the highs or the manifestations just opens you up to the lows and the disappointments. The trick is to enjoy your life no matter what happens and not get so attached to what comes and goes.

Breathe in and see the perfection of this moment.
Breathe out and feel like this moment is exactly what you wanted.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This moment is exactly what I wanted. Let yourself slow down into the relief that’s available right here. You’ve come so far. Let yourself stop and enjoy your success. Enjoy what life is giving you at this second. You made it. This is it. This moment is the miracle that your mind tells you you’re seeking for.

Breathe in and say thank you. It worked.
Breathe out and take the time to appreciate having what you used to pray for.

Remember wanting what you currently have? You made it. You can relax. You can let go.

Breathe in and say thank you for this moment.
Breathe out and stop rushing for the future.

This moment holds what you wanted. Aren’t you so relieved to be here? Remember wanting this? You made it. Take the time to appreciate it.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Today you don’t need to manifest anything. Treat your successes the same as your disappointments or your failures. It’s all the same. Nothing affects the pure awareness that you truly are. Each moment is equally blissful when you step outside of your mind. When you let the thoughts go. When you stabilize as you are, pure awareness. All of life can be bliss. Not affected by success and failure. Not affected by the ups and downs.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and zoom out and notice yes I am aware.

I am the awareness. I am the theater in which this is all happening. Stay there. Be the theater. Not the character.

Breathe in and be the theater today.
Breathe out and just be.

Let it unfold. Appreciate where you are. You used to pray for times like this.

Breathe in and let every moment be blissful today.
Breathe out and be the theater in which it’s all occurring.

That’s where the bliss is. Holding the yes and no. Holding the good and bad. Holding the up and down. Containing it all. Zoom out. Be the theater and let yourself enjoy life regardless of your circumstances.
