God Is Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your thoughts. Surrender your worries. Even right now you’re thinking something. You’re like, “Oh, what about that? What if this happens?” Surrender it.
Let it go right now.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that you don’t have to think about it.

Trust that you’re actually safer without thinking about it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your natural happiness and peace and love being revealed when you ask, “Am I aware?”

It’s like you were sitting in a closed tight opaque ball, but when you ask, “Am I aware?” Everything becomes translucent, clear, open. No more problems.

Breathe in and know you’re only missing god.
Breathe out and find the god right now by asking, “Am I aware?”

The things in life that you love are going to die or go away, whether it’s people, circumstances, jobs, resources. It’s all going to die or go away. Right now decide to let go of your attachment to these things. Decide that you can feel just as good as when you have these things, when you don’t have them, by identifying with awareness, by trusting awareness is god, by trusting that asking, “Am I aware?” is enough to feel good and then you don’t need anything outside of you to feel good.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

In the moment when you’re angry or you’re losing something or you’re really distraught, yeah, you’re going to have to process those emotions and you’re going to have to try some other techniques and you’re going to need help. But if you have a moment to slow down before you lose the things, if you can prepare yourself before the death, if you can decide to not be so attached right now, you can prove to yourself awareness is what actually makes you feel good.

Awareness or god is what is actually manifesting things, being the abundance. Whatever it is in your life that you like, it’s your alignment with god that brought those things to you and you can choose to align with god anytime and then you don’t need these physical things.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Trust that you can be still and know. Trust that if you drop the thoughts, the natural peace and happiness and love are revealed. Trust that god is awareness. Trust that you can identify as awareness and become one with god and not need anything.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

You have to be brave and stand up to your thoughts. You have to genuinely look at the awareness. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And then you catch a break from the thoughts. You catch a space where love is. The thoughts are just noise, distracting from the clear tranquility of love. That’s why we came here to have the noise to experience the ups and downs. But if you want to stop suffering so much in this physical reality, unite with god and let the rest figure itself out.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Don’t take this word, “god,” the wrong way. This is not religious. This is not some creature in the sky that’s going to punish you or bless you. God is what everything is. God is you. All you have to do is remember that. Remember that you are already god and then nothing can go wrong because you’re not separate.
You’re not separate from the people you love. So if they die, it’s not the end of the world because you’re god, you’re everything.

You’ll still be okay with the death. You’ll still be okay with the loss.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

It takes practice to trust the awareness over the thoughts. But if you’re done suffering, if you’ve suffered enough, stabilize as you are, pure awareness. Remember who you are. Stop letting life throw you around. You’re the creator of life. This is all your big dream. Enjoy it.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

And I am now in the fucking flow.

Trust In The Perfect Timing (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and feel lighter already. Life is not serious.

Allow yourself to relax into this moment and let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and say thank you for all that is.

Thank you, thank you. Everything is happening in your favor. You can relax now. Everything that’s happening, even the problems, are happening in your favor.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Let yourself make a list of everything that’s bothering you or all of your problems. And for each thing, practice saying thank you and really feeling like it’s happening in your favor. Imagine how it could actually be happening for you.

Breathe in and welcome your problems.
Breathe out and say yes to your problems.

Yes. I’m waiting for the stolen package situation to resolve. Thank you. Yes, I’m waiting for this leaky faucet situation to be resolved. Thank you. Yes, I’m waiting to hear what’s going to happen with my day. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the uncertainty. Yes, I’m dreading working out. Thank you for the dread. Thank you for the dragging my feet. Yes, I’m dreading doing all these emails and administrative and bureaucratic tasks. Yes, thank you for the dread. Thank you for the resistance to sending emails. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Yes, I’m nervous about what’s going to happen. Thank you. And yes, I’m pissed about the forecast.
Thank you for this cold, cold, cold ass forecast. Thank you.
Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and be playful today.
Breathe out and be light about your problems.

Be light about the little inconveniences. Be light about the things you’re resisting. It’s all in your favor. Just imagine it’s happening for you.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Just trust in the perfect timing. It’s all about letting go of control. You don’t have to control with your thoughts. It’s an illusion anyway.
You’re not doing anything with your thoughts, but making yourself sick.

Breathe in and get some space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and relax.

The only thing making you feel bad is your thoughts. And you can choose to stand up to your thoughts today with thank you or am I aware? or thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and let god replace you today.
Breathe out and feel what it feels like to totally surrender and trust.

Thank you god for replacing me with you. Thank you god for replacing me with you. When you don’t know what to do, when you don’t know how to make yourself start, if you’re in an argument, if there’s any uncertainty in your vibration whatsoever, thank you god for replacing me with you. And then you know every motion is god’s motion, not your separate self.

Breathe in and be one with god.
Breathe out and enjoy your day because you’re one with god.

You’re letting god act for you. You know it’s all unfolding perfectly now. And the whole point of saying thank you god for replacing me with you is that it sucks you into this moment.
And then you look around and you’re here and you’re present.
And then you’re open to the impulses and the flow that’s guiding you in every second.

Breathe in and be open to the flow.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Thank you god for replacing me with you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.

Uncertainty Is God (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Shine the spotlight of your attention 100% on right now instead of dimly lighting the past and the future. Shine your light right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

You can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s really not serious.
Breathe out and bring your attention into this moment.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” it’s the same thing as shining the spotlight of your attention completely on this moment. Imagine every molecule of this moment is lit up by your awareness, lit with your spotlight of attention.

Breathe in and light up this moment.
Breathe out and fully see this moment.

Fully be here in this moment, the only place and time that matters. Instead of diffusing your attention on thoughts about the past and the future and worries, relax it into right now and everything will fall into place.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you for the anxiety that makes me focus on techniques to calm down. Thank you for the anxiety about the future that makes me question what right now even is. Thank you for the uncertainty that reminds me uncertainty is god. Thank you for the anxiety.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and use thank you to shine the spotlight of your awareness.

Thank you for this moment. Thank you for the presence. Thank you for thank you always working for me. Thank you.

Breathe in and see how it’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

It’s all unfolding in your favor. You don’t have to get involved. You certainly don’t have to control anything. You can just relax and enjoy the moment how it is and then the rest of the moments you can enjoy how they are. You don’t have to control.

Breathe in and smile. You don’t have to control anything today. Breathe out and practice shining your spotlight of awareness fully in the present moment.

Light up this moment with your awareness.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

Trust that your awareness is all you need to magnetize yourself to receiving miracles. You don’t have to think about what they are or when they’ll come.

Breathe in and trust they’re coming.
Breathe out and know they’re already here.

This moment is the miracle. This moment is the manifestation. Let the light of your awareness be the flame that all the moths of manifestation flock to.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am aware.

I am aware that my awareness is lighting up my reality. I am aware that thank you is lighting up my reality. I am aware that the uncertainty is god and I am now in the flow.

This Moment Will Protect You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let the irritations go.

Let it go, let it all go.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and know you’re doing everything right.

You can trust the process of life. It’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go of the thoughts.

Let go of the thoughts. That’s what’s making you suffer. Let go of the thoughts.

Breathe in and ask, who am I who is so irritated?
Breathe out and really investigate.

Who am I who is so irritated? Who am I who is so irritated? The more you look, the more you can see that there is no central self to be irritated. It’s just a series of sensations. And when you stop giving them so much meaning, they stop being so important.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. You can trust that life is on your side, that god will take care of you, that it’s safe to surrender right now.

Breathe in and keep asking, who am I?
Breathe out and really look, who am I who is irritated?

Who am I who is arguing in my head? Who am I who is arguing? Who am I who is defensive? Who am I whose feelings are hurt? Who am I?

Breathe in and keep looking, who am I?
Breathe out and smile.

Let yourself feel a little relief. There’s no one there. There’s no central you to have its feelings hurt. There’s no central you that’s wounded or threatened.

Breathe in and remember, presence is safety.
Breathe out and find the safety of presence right here.

When you slow down and get away from your thoughts or just stop believing your thoughts, you realize you’re fine, that this moment is fine. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Nothing.

Breathe in and keep getting distance from your thoughts.
Breathe out and keep looking, who am I who needs distance from my thoughts?

It’s just a bunch of thoughts and sensations. There is no you that’s collecting, that’s counting up the hurts. There’s no central you that you have to protect. This moment will protect you. It’s only the thoughts making you suffer.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

Let the thoughts go, be brave enough to let the thoughts go.
They’re not protecting you from anything. They’re not solving any problems. The thoughts are only making you suffer.

Breathe in and ask, who am I who suffers?
Breathe out and notice, the you falls apart when you really look.

There’s no one there to get hurt. You don’t have to protect anyone. You don’t have to fight against anyone. You don’t have to try to be better than anyone. You don’t have to win.
There is only right now. There is only this moment. And in this moment, you are safe.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that there is no central self to get so worked up and offended. I am aware that only the thoughts are making me feel bad. And I am aware that I have a choice, whether to identify with them or not.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And I am now in the flow.

Life Is The Way You Want It To Be Right Now (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, thank you.

Whatever it is you’re holding out for right now, whatever it is that you want and you think you’re not getting, say thank you for it being the way it is.

You are being spared. You are being given a gift by not getting what you want right now.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you.

Thank you for that person not answering my call. Thank you for being left on read. Thank you for feeling abandoned. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

When you start enthusiastically saying thank you to the things you think are happening against you, you start to come up with all of the reasons why it might actually be in your favor.

Thank you. Just imagine the scenarios in which you are being spared. Imagine the good that can come from you not getting this one little thing you want. Thank you. Thank you. What a relief. Thank you. Thank god I didn’t get that thing I wanted because it turned out so much better this way.

Breathe in and trust god’s plan.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is because that’s god.

Whatever you are getting right now, that’s what’s meant for you. Whatever is, is god and it’s perfect.
Remember god does everything perfectly. Your mind thinks that you want it to go a certain way but that’s the viewpoint of your separate self that’s threatened and scared and finite, temporal.

Breathe in and step into your complete self.
Breathe out and identify with god, your complete self.

Your mind wants to keep you so small and trapped and insecure. Your mind wants to find ways to feel better that make your ego feel better. But when you step back and identify with just love, with just god, you can see life already is the way you want it to be. It’s already perfect and in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you for the way it is.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you for sparing me. Thank you for sparing me that awkward situation. Thank you for sparing me from that danger. Thank you for the way things turned out so that I’m sitting here recording a video and not doing something else. Thank you for the time to remember who I am. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and remember you are the source of your experience.
Breathe out and project what you want to receive.

You’re the source. Don’t wait for something to change to feel better. Decide it now. Nothing’s going to change and make you feel better, if you stay feeling the way that you do. You have to decide to not care.
You have to decide to identify with god. If you think something’s missing, remember the only thing missing is god. And when you remember god by practicing the presence of god with “Am I aware?” or any number of other techniques, you will see life is the way you want it to be right now!

Feel Free From The Ups And Downs (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Surrender your thoughts. Surrender thinking about the past. Surrender thinking about the future. Just let yourself be here now.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts as they come.
Breathe out and notice your emotional reaction to the thoughts as they come.

You can get off the roller coaster right now. You don’t have to let yourself be so affected by the ups and downs of life. Right now, choose. Get off the roller coaster.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and be that now.

You are pure awareness. You are god in human form. You don’t need anything to change in the world to feel better. You don’t need anything outside of you to feel satisfied.

Breathe in and remember the presence of god is right here.
Breathe out and know you are the presence of god.

And when you align with that, when you realize that, your life starts to flow again. Right now, stop waiting for something to change to feel better. Choose to align with the presence of god and you won’t need anything to change.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you, god, for replacing me with you. Thank you. Allow yourself to feel a little bit optimistic about where you are, who you are.

Breathe in and say thank you for where you are.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you. You know it’s in your favor. It always has been and it always will be. It’s always working out for you and in the moment that you’re scared and worried and hurt, just say thank you and remind yourself, “It’s in my favor. I know it is. I’ve practiced this. I’ve seen the evidence. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

Breathe in and feel your natural optimism be revealed.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel better already.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. This is your upper hand. This is how you take your power back. You remember god loves you. You are god. It’s all god and it’s all love and it’s all in your favor. If you can feel that feeling in your heart, you will start to see signs of that reflected in your world.

But once you start to see those signs, you get affected by the ups of life and it’s a cycle of being affected by the ups and then the ups are taken away and you’re affected by the downs. Choose now to get off the roller coaster. Stop letting yourself be so affected by what happens. It’s all impermanent. It all comes and goes.

Breathe in and align with the infinite.
Breathe out and be one with the thing that doesn’t change.

That’s your stability. That’s your true happiness. That’s true love, aligning with awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

This moment is it. This moment is all you have. You have nothing else. There is nothing else. This is the only thing that’s real. Choose to align with awareness now and let the thoughts go and the natural love will be revealed and you won’t need anything to change.

You have to genuinely look, seriously inquire into, am I aware? But when you catch that knowing, that break from the thoughts, the knowing that this moment is magickal, holy, special, the only one, then you see life already is the way you want it to be. Life is the end goal. Being is the end goal. Not getting something, not something changing in your reality. This is it.

Breathe in and get off the roller coaster today.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware? and really look.

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, your mind isn’t agitated so you’re peaceful. You don’t notice lack so you’re happy and there’s no separation so you’re in love.

Breathe in and feel free from the ups and downs.
Breathe out and settle into the permanent bliss of right now by asking, am I aware? and resting in that knowing. That’s where the relief is. That’s where you’re safe.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware and I am now in the flow, off of the roller coaster.

Feel So Much Lighter (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, surrender your worries.

Everything is working out in your favor. God does everything perfectly. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Today, stand up to your thoughts.

Breathe in and get some space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and smile because life loves you.

Get some space from those thoughts right now. And you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

It’s all working out in your favor. Try this. When something isn’t going your way, say something gets messed up in your house and now you have to have someone come fix it and you’re really frustrated. Well, what if that someone who has to come fix it turns out to be your new best friend? Try to imagine something where this inconvenience is actually really in your favor and then you’ll catch that feeling of things working out for you. And in the future you’ll be like, “Oh, I’m so glad that thing went wrong in my house so that I met my new best friend.” These things happen for you all the time in the moment that you’re resisting what is.

Remember, it’s happening in your favor and the sooner you can catch that feeling of, “Oh, thank god it all worked out like that,” the sooner you will see it’s already the way you want it to be. It’s all in your favor. Just get a break from the thoughts.

Breathe in and lighten up. You’re getting a break from the thoughts today!
Breathe out and relax your body.

Your body is so relaxed when you get a break from the thoughts. And if you want a break from the thoughts, you can try chanting like “nam myoho renge kyo”, or say, “Ram” over and over, whatever you want to chant, that works well. Or you can ask, “Am I aware?” And relax into the awareness of awareness, the presence of god.

Breathe in and give yourself space from those thoughts.
Breathe out and relax.

You’re getting space from the thoughts right now. You will feel so much lighter, so much more free, so much more buoyant, buoyant, buoyant when you get that space from the thoughts.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Trust that the space from the thoughts is all it takes. Trust that the inconveniences are in your favor. Trust that you don’t have to resist what’s happening anymore. Remember, if you find satisfaction in this moment, you’ll always be satisfied.
This is it. This moment is what matters. Get the space here and you’ll feel better here and then things will start working out for you. I promise.

I am aware that I am aware. I am in the presence of god. I am in a break from my thoughts and life already is the way I want it to be.

Dissolve Your Problem (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.

You are the source. Right now, decide to take your power back.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and be the thing you want to receive.

What is it that you want today? I want attention. I want love and I want to know that everything is going to work out.

Breathe in and be the things you want.
Breathe out and give the things you want.

Give the attention. Give the love. Give the knowing that everything is going to work out.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and remember how to do this.

You take your attention off of the world. You keep your mind and thoughts off of the world. And you place your attention on the god within. That’s how you be the source. That’s how you merge with god. That’s how you manifest miracles.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and remember your power. Yes, I am.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” It brings your attention back into this moment, back into your center. It anchors you here, present. And in the present moment, you have the choice of what perspective you look at life from.

Breathe in and anchor yourself here.
Breathe out and just let yourself exist.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look, you come back to right now. This is where the power is. And when you rest your attention on the awareness that you are aware, you are one with god because god is awareness. Everything is made up of awareness. It’s the one thing we all have in common.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Whenever the problems start getting to you, “Am I aware?” Your thoughts will never figure it out. You will never solve the problem thinking about it. The only way to dissolve your problem is by returning within, aware of awareness, present. Then life works itself out. The problems solve themselves, but when you think about it and think about it and think about it, you’re pinning that problem in place. You’re perpetuating its existence by thinking about it because your thoughts create.

Breathe in and take your power back right now.
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware?”

This is all you need to do to solve your problems. “Am I aware?” And rest there. Aware of awareness. Aware of the presence of god.

Breathe in and be aware of the presence of god today.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Trust that however it works out is in your favor for the highest good. God does everything perfectly. You don’t have to lift a finger. You don’t have to try to control. You can simply surrender, rest in presence, and let god figure it out. It’s not up to you anyway.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

If you can allow yourself to rest in presence despite your problems, despite your circumstances, the problems will rearrange themselves into a solution. When you are aware that you are aware, your mind is not agitated so you feel peace. You feel happy because you’re not focused on lack and you feel love because there is no separation. When you are aware that you are aware, your problems solve themselves. They cease to exist.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and let it be easy. “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware that I am aware and I know that is the presence of god. And I know that when I am aligned with the presence of god, life flows smoothly. Everything works out and I know everything is going to work out.

I am now in the flow.

Presence As Your Manifestation Tool (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Start shifting that mood into optimism.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

No matter what you want, when you’re present, every moment feels like getting what you want. Every moment is the same and you don’t need to get what you want to feel better.

Breathe in and slow down into presence.
Breathe out and just accept what is.

Yes, I have a fucking cold. Yes, my eyes won’t stop watering. Yes, I’m worried about someone. Yes, I’m so worried.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, I’m so frustrated. Yes, I miss someone so bad. Yes, I’m waiting for a fucking call.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

When you’re present, you don’t need anything to change. When you’re present, every moment is the same. When you’re present, you don’t need anything to manifest. This is it.
This is a manifestation. This moment is supposed to be just as good as the one where you get what you want.

Breathe in and open to this moment being as good as getting what you want.
Breathe out and just open up to the possibility that this moment can feel as good as getting what you want.

What is it you want anyway?

Breathe in and identify what you want.
Breathe out and acknowledge what you want.

I just want to know this person is okay and that they’ll be home safe to me soon. I just want to know that I’m not gonna lose what I have.

Breathe in and open up to receiving more and more and more.
Breathe out and say thank you whatever happens.

It’s in your favor. You can trust that it’s in your favor. If you lose what you have, you can remind yourself it’s all temporary. You’re gonna lose it all anyway. The only thing you get to keep is presence and if you stay stable as you are, present, you never lose anything. You never miss anything.
You’re identified as the one thing that never changes, that you never lose and you feel whole and in love and happy and rich.

Breathe in and practice presence today.
Breathe out and know that’s all you need.

You don’t need anything to change and when you do become present and feel better, what you want will come right to you and you’ll be like, “Oh, I don’t even need that anymore. I feel better already.”

Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and choose to feel better already.

Magnetize yourself to getting what you want. If you can’t let go of that desire, practice presence as your manifestation tool.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

It’s a really good technique for catching a glimpse of presence.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and investigate, “Who am I who’s so worried about losing something? Who am I who’s so scared? Who am I who is suffering? Who am I who is missing someone?”

A separate self and if I was identified as god, I wouldn’t miss this person because there would be no separation to notice.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and slow down into presence.

Notice that, “Yes, you are aware.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

It might be hard to catch. Your thoughts might be too loud. But keep at it. Keep practicing. The promise is that you won’t need anything to change or manifest if you can practice presence and that in itself is enough reward to motivate you.
When you’re presence, you don’t need anything to change. Be that now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Remember how you got here. Remember how you got what you wanted. For me, “Am I aware?” was the greatest manifesting tool of my whole life experience. I can get back there. I know it. I can choose to be present and have a good moment right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

It’s not the things outside of you that make you feel good. If you miss someone, you’re just missing your connection to god because it was your connection to god that brought that person to you.

Breathe in and just connect to god and trust it.
Breathe out and connect to god today.

That’s the only thing you miss. The only thing missing is god. And if you can connect by becoming present with whatever technique you use, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. I promise.

Just give up. Just quit.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and give up.

Stop trying. Let life help you for once.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Remember gratitude in advance is the best magickal spell. The easiest prayer. Thank you.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Surrender. Quit. Give up. Stop trying. The more you let go, the more it flows. Give up control right now.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Life is not serious. We’re just here for fun.

Breathe in and stop trying to control.
Breathe out and just be grateful for everything working out.

Trust your power. Trust that you are the king of your kingdom. You don’t have to lift a finger. Let life take care of it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to all of the things you want to control.

Make a list right now of all the things you’re going to give up control and let life take care of for you. Yes, I want to control what other people do. Thank you for helping other people do what I want. Yes, I want to control my attitude. Thank you for giving me a better attitude. Yes, I want to control someone else’s desires. Thank you for helping me let go of trying to control other people’s desires. That’s what I always want to control—what other people want. Thank you for helping me let go of control. Thank you for the alignment. Thank you for helping me see life already is the way I want it to be. Thank you for helping me be present and just enjoy this moment
instead of constantly thinking about what I wish other people wanted.

Breathe in and focus on yourself.
Breathe out and center yourself in this moment.

You don’t have to think about what other people are wanting. You don’t have to think about what you’re wanting. Just relax into presence and life will take care of it for you. But you have to choose it first. You have to choose to be satisfied with this moment to see any kind of satisfaction in the material world.

Breathe in and be satisfied with this moment.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

Thank you, thank you. If you want to be satisfied with the moment just ask yourself, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Get curious about this moment. Get into this moment. This is where it’s all happening. This is where the magick is. Let this moment satisfy you and you will be forever satisfied.
