Nothing Can Go Wrong (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”

Remember the power of not caring. Whatever happens, you don’t mind.

Breathe in and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”
Breathe out and really feel it. “I don’t give a fuck.”

It’s not going to matter in five years. It’s not going to matter in one year. It probably won’t matter in one week. Today, allow yourself to stop caring about all the little worries and let go. Just let yourself be here now, enjoying what you already have made for yourself.

Breathe in and say, “Yes to what is.”
Breathe out and welcome what is.

If you can’t just say, “I don’t give a fuck,” and let it go, welcome what is first. Yes, I’m stressed out about this person. Yes, I’m in a middle of a conflict. Yes, I’m worried about my safety. Yes, I am stressed about my home. Yes, I am worried about what’s going to happen. Yes, I am running over the possibilities over and over. Yes, I am stressed. Yes, I am mad. Yes, I am holding on to some things and resisting some things. Yes, I am seeking. Yes, I am mixed with experience. Yes, I am letting the world affect me.

Breathe in and notice where you’re letting the world affect you.
Breathe out and accept it.

You’re letting the world affect you. Your mood is being swayed by the comings and goings, the ups and downs, the gains and losses.

Breathe in and say yes to being affected.
Breathe out and get some distance.

Once you see that you’re too mixed with experience, that you’re too affected by the ups and downs, then you can get some space. Surrender to the ups and downs. Rest as you are, pure awareness, then the ups and downs won’t affect you so much.

Breathe in and connect to the only up that really matters.
And breathe out and connect to your source right now.

If you’re connected to god, if you’re practicing the presence of god, nothing can go wrong. Nothing is a down. It’s all love. It’s all god. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god.
Breathe out and know this presence, this moment, your awareness of awareness, is the presence of god.

Breathe in and feel the presence of god.
Breathe out and be the presence of god.

It’s all god. You don’t have to be afraid of anything. You are not your body. You are not your possessions. You are not your reputation. None of that belongs to you. You are simply the watcher, the pure awareness. And when you remember that you can’t hold on to anything and it’s all going to go, then you can reconnect to the only thing that provides lasting stability, happiness, love, and peace.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god right now.
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware?”

Notice what happens when you ask, “Am I aware?” Your attention stops running over all of the problems, the schedule, the worries, and it rests. It turns around and rests on itself, just being here, aware that it’s aware.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Ask yourself this question to stabilize as you are, to stabilize in the presence of god. And if you’re still too dragged around by the ups and downs, ask yourself, “Who am I who is so dragged around and affected? Who am I who is so affected?” And investigate that question.

Breathe in and investigate. Who are you?
And breathe out and really look, “Who am I who is so affected?”

Just a memory of yourself, just an image of yourself. None of that is real. When you ask questions like, “Am I aware?” or, “Who am I?” You place your attention on your source and who you really are. God, pure awareness. You are safe when you practice this presence of god. You are safe when you ask these questions. Today, make some safety for yourself.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and know: Yes, I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind is not agitated. I experience no separation from those I love and I notice no lack, so I am happy.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and know, “I am the presence of god.”

Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, surrender your worries.

Let it all go right now.

Breathe in and remember it’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel the feeling because it’s all happening in your favor.

Turn the boat right now. Flip the switch with gratitude, with thank you.

Breathe in and save yourself with thank you.
Breathe out and feel safe and secure with thank you.

Thank you. You are the source. Do you believe it or not? I’m telling you right now, you are the source of your experience. So if you believe that, choose to flip the switch right now and see how everything is happening in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts in your mind.
Breathe out and watch the thoughts in your mind.

Even those thoughts are happening in your favor. But you still don’t have to believe them or go down them, take the train of thought to its ultimate derailment.

Breathe in and get off the train now.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender trying to control with your thoughts by judging, analyzing, worrying, separating.

Breathe in and just say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Stand up to your thoughts right now. Yes, you have problems. Yes, they’re big problems. No, you don’t know how to solve them and you don’t know what to do. But you don’t have to do anything. You can let the tao do it. The tao does nothing and leaves nothing undone.

Breathe in and let life take care of your problems today.
Breathe out and just say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

You could just sit there doing nothing. But if you sit there and think thank you in your heart and you really feel that gratitude, your problems are going to start solving themselves. And the next time someone calls you or you get an email or you check your messages, you’ll find solutions. You’ll find problems solved.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

This is your power. This is your magick wand.

This is how you win with thank you. Even if your problems have to do with other people, arguments, disagreements, conflict—if you start projecting a vibration of thank you, the conflict will resolve itself and that person is going to come groveling to you.

Breathe in and take back the upper hand right now.
Breathe out and feel your power with thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Just imagine you’re in a conflict with someone and they’re doing something you don’t like, but you decide to flip the switch and say thank you. Thank you and you feel it with love in your heart and you don’t know why it’s in your favor, but you feel the feeling and you project that feeling towards that person—I promise you you will win this conflict.

Breathe in and take back the upper hand.
Breathe out and feel the power of thank you.

It’s all god. It’s all love. It really is all happening in your favor. You just need to get the distance and perspective right now to stop struggling, to stop fighting what is, to stop thinking it’s against you, that it’s something bad that happened. It’s actually all for you. Even the thoughts in your own mind, even the conflicts with people you don’t like, it’s in your favor and you’re going to win if you keep thank you in your heart.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. You’re innocent. You haven’t done anything wrong. If life seems to be going wrong for you, it’s just because you don’t have a pure vibration in your heart. You’re worried. You’re projecting things you don’t want. You’re thinking about what you don’t want and you’re getting what you don’t want. Today, get rid of all of the mixing with experience. Stop letting life affect you and take back control by choosing to feel the way you want to feel and then you see it reflected.

You can have a good, loving, flowing, happy, peaceful life. You just choose it first.

Have this feeling in your heart and on your face when you face conflict and you will win.

Wake Up a Big Mysterious Part of You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Let go of those thoughts. Let go right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I who has those thoughts?”
Breathe out and really investigate, “Who am I who is thinking these thoughts?”

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and feel relieved already. It’s not serious.

All you have to do to get some space from your problems is inquire, “Who has the problems?”

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and ask, “Who am I who has these problems?”

Feel your attention turn around to look at itself. Feel your attention release its grip on the problems, turn around and relax on itself, on its source.

Breathing in, “Who am I who has these problems?”
Breathing out, “Who am I who has these problems?”

The point is not to find an answer. The point is to rest your attention on the source of who you are by looking for who you are. You end up placing your attention on where you come from, the infinite. Life, universal intelligence, god.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and feel yourself connect to god when you ask, “Who am I who has these problems?”

It instantly settles your attention back onto itself, back onto its source, back onto god.

Breathing in, “Who am I who is sitting here?”
Breathing out, “Who am I?”

When you ask, “Who am I?” the natural response is, “I am, I am, I am.” That’s your real name. That’s the name of god. I am. The beingness, the experiencing, the knowing, I am, I am the knowing, I am the experiencing.

Breathing in, “Who am I who is experiencing?”
Breathing out, “I am, I am experiencing.”

Your name is “I am.” Your true name in words is “I am.” Who you really are is just that beingness, the awareness, the existing.

Breathing in, “Who am I?”
Breathing out, “I am.”

It’s easy to lose the significance in thinking. Once you have the answer, “I am,” it’s easy for your mind to grab onto, “Who am I?” and just answer, “I am, I am.” Instead of really investigating.

But when you’re struggling, when you have a problem, when you’re uncomfortable, when you’re angry, when you’re sad, take the time to truly ask, “Who am I who is suffering?” Take one moment to really look. Look inside of yourself. Go within right now. “Who am I who is suffering?”

Breathe in and look, “Who am I who suffers?”
Breathe out and see how it’s all just a thought, it’s all just a play, it’s all just an illusion. Passing forms on the awareness.

It’s not who you really are. You don’t really have problems. You’re just the awareness noticing arisings.

Breathing in, “Who am I who notices?”
Breathing out, I am the noticing.

Take the time today to slow down and investigate, “Who am I?” When you do this in the moment that you have a conflict, you release your attention to the problem and you come back to center.

There’s no mental remembering of who you are. There’s no mental solution or answer. The answer is in your being. You suddenly become aware that you exist. You really are here being. None of the rest of it matters.

Breathing in, “Who am I?”
Breathing out, “Who am I who is experiencing this?”

Try this all day when you’re in the car, when you’re cooking, when you’re cleaning, when you’re working, when you’re trying to fall asleep, “Who am I who’s trying to fall asleep?” It really wakes up a big mysterious part of you. It opens the door to the infinite and you can relax there at peace and your worldly problems won’t bother you anymore. And when they stop bothering you, they just go away.

Breathing in, “Who am I who has problems?”
Breathing out, “Haha! Universal intelligence, infinite energy.”

The watcher, the knower who’s just watching it play out. The watcher is infinite. The problems are passing. Stay as you are, the infinite watcher. Then you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, “Who am I?”
Breathing out, “I am.”

It Will Come When You Relax (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Stop seeking for things to change. Seeking is suffering. And even wanting to stop seeking is seeking. Today as you go about your day, just be still. Stop sending your attention outward. Just exist where you are.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know the answer. Yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware I have no problems. Because my mind isn’t agitated. I don’t notice any lack so I’m happy and there is no separation so I am in love.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you, thank you. Completely relax today. It doesn’t necessarily mean lounging around on a couch, but it means staying still in every moment. Waiting for the impulse to act. Not lost in your thoughts, worrying.

Breathe in and stop seeking right now.
Breathe out and smile because everything will come to you when you stop seeking it.

You’ll see you already are it. The things you want are already yours.

Breathe in and get out of your own way.
Breathe out and smile.

You can relax now. Relax. It will all come when you relax.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and be still.

Make each moment a meditation. A meditation you just sit there not trying to change anything. You just sit there and watch. Do that throughout your day. Instead of thinking, planning, wondering, worrying—let all that go. Stop trying to change it and then it can change.

Breathe in and deeply accept what is.
Breathe out and stop trying to change what is.

No matter what it is. Your state of mind, your state of consciousness, your state of being, other people, the amount of money you have, your health, your relationships. If you’re seeking for a drug or a food, that’s seeking for a change in your state of mind. And you can just stop seeking all of that.

Breathe in and stop the search.
Breathe out and just be still here, because when you are still, you know.

Be still and know.

Breathe in and smile. It’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and relax.

The instant you stop seeking, it will be revealed. It’s already yours. It’s already working.

Breathe in and stop the seeking.
Breathe out and stop the suffering.

If you’re seeking your suffering, today end your suffering by stopping trying to change what is. Accept what is. Surrender. Drop the thoughts. Drop the criticism. Drop the judgment. Drop thinking you know it should be another way. If it were supposed to be another way, it would be. God does everything perfectly.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and say, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware that I am aware and that is all that is required for me to be happy, at peace, and in love.

Breathe in and let everything come to you today.
Breathe out and feel so grateful the search is over.

You don’t have to try so hard anymore. Let go and enjoy.

It’s all happening in your favor. Even the things you do, even the mistakes you make, even the bad habits you have—it’s all in your favor.

Breathe in and feel that pure gratitude in your heart.
Breathe out and pulse it right now. Thank you, thank you.

Remember you are the source of your experience. Send the signal you want to receive right now.

Whenever you notice something that surprises you, catches you off guard, makes you wonder if it’s a good thing or a bad thing, or if you notice something that sounds like bad news—immediately choose thank you and then you will see it’s happening in your favor. Even if your initial reaction is resistance, it’s a gift and the sooner you say thank you, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

There is no place for overthinking or worrying today. When you start to notice worries cropping up in your mind, just say thank you, thank you. And when you start to notice judgments against yourself or others, thank you, thank you. It’s all in your favor. You don’t have to resist anything. You don’t have to complain about complaining. You don’t have to resist resistance. You don’t have to worry about worrying. You can say thank you to worrying. Thank you to resistance. Thank you to complaints.

Breathe in and embrace it all.
Breathe out and accept it all like the pure awareness you really are.

Pure awareness is unconditional love because it allows everything and resists nothing. And you can be that. You can be the unconditional love today. Resisting nothing, accepting everything, saying thank you for everything.

Breathe in and know you’ll miss it when it’s gone.
Breathe out and appreciate what you have right now before it’s gone.

This experience is temporary. This experience is an illusion. It’s a dream. Just let yourself enjoy it. The ups and downs, the good and bad, we’re just here for fun and you’re going to miss it when it’s gone.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

You don’t have to think about your problems today. You don’t have to try to figure it out. You don’t have to stress. Rest in the vibration of thank you and let life work out your problems for you today.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and feel optimistic about even those hard, big, big problems. Thank you. Thank you!

Even those are in your favor. You don’t have to figure it out.

Practice the Feeling of Not Caring (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your thoughts. Surrender your to-do list. Surrender it all with “I don’t give a fuck.”

Breathe in and say “I don’t give a fuck.”
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck.”

This is your manifesting power. You have strong desires. You have things you really want. But today, train yourself to not give a fuck what happens. The more you care what happens out in the world, the more affected you are by the comings and goings and you get tossed around by the waves of good and bad. But if you don’t give a fuck about the good or the bad, you can stay firmly in your center, relaxed, at peace, at ease, feeling good regardless of your circumstances.

Breathe in and don’t give a fuck today.
Breathe out and say “I don’t give a fuck.”

I don’t give a fuck if this video is good. I don’t give a fuck if my friend calls me today. I don’t give a fuck if I get this deck published on time. I don’t give a fuck if I post my live video on time. I don’t give a fuck if I call my mom and handle these accounts. I don’t give a fuck what I eat for lunch. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and list all those things you don’t give a fuck about.
Breathe out and practice the feeling of not caring.

It really doesn’t matter. It really doesn’t matter if I get these phone calls done today. It really doesn’t matter if my friend calls me today. None of it really matters.

Breathe in and notice what does matter.
Breathe out and be that now.

It’s presence. That’s the only thing that matters. That’s the only thing that actually makes you feel good and whole and complete and in love.

Breathe in and notice you can be present no matter what.
Breathe out and notice how you’re doing it right now already.

You’re already present. You’re already right here. This is it. This is the goal. You’re here. All those other things on your list. All those other conditions your mind is making—you don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and don’t give a fuck today.
Breathe out and say it to each and every thought pressing you.

I don’t give a fuck what happens. I don’t give a fuck if I get the things done on my list. I don’t give a fuck what people think about me. I don’t give a fuck if I lose it all. I don’t give a fuck if I never speak to her again. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and get some distance between you and your experience.
Breathe out and be the watcher.

Just watch. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” and stay as you are aware of awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I’m already doing it.”

Today as you go about your day when things start bothering you remember you don’t give a fuck and then stay as you are, pure awareness, by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and shake off the thoughts.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck about those thoughts torturing you.

It’s an illusion. It’s not who you really are. You don’t have to be so affected by the ups and downs. Today stabilize as you are pure awareness, present, the only place that matters: here.

Breathe in and know you can be happy no matter what happens.
Breathe out and choose to be happy no matter what happens.

Say, “I don’t give a fuck” to all those thoughts and stay as you are—pure awareness—by asking, “Am I aware?”

Am I aware? Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.

It’s going to go the way it’s going to go and no amount of thinking about it is going to change anything. Today, allow yourself to rest as you are, pure awareness and let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go.

Breathe out and notice how it’s only your thoughts that make you think it’s serious.

It’s only your thoughts causing the problems. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our thoughts that we can’t see them. We can’t see that it’s our thoughts making us feel bad and we blame other people and we blame our circumstances, but it’s only the thoughts making you feel bad. Not your circumstances, not other people, just the thoughts.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and feel empowered because once you stand up to your thoughts, you don’t have to suffer anymore no matter what happens.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

Every time you start getting trapped in the thinking, lost in the worrying, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” until you wake up from the mind storm. Wake up from the mind storm right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

It’s like the clouds are clearing and the clouds are your thoughts. Slow down, take the time to investigate and see how the clouds of thought can dissipate right now.

Breathe in and let life be trippy today.
Breathe out and let life be magickal today.

It’s not serious. It’s not a problem. Life is not a problem. Life is a miracle. Life is magickal. You can surrender the thoughts and get back in the magick right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind is not agitated, so I’m not worried. I’m not noticing any lack, so I feel happy. And I’m not noticing any separation, so I feel love. Try this when you are in the moment with other people, in the moment doing your work, in the moment washing the dishes, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And let life get trippy. Let life get miraculous. Let life get magickal.

Slow down enough to let the clouds of thought dissipate and just notice your awareness and then you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and commit to being aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and enjoy being aware of being aware.

You’ve worked so hard to get here. Let yourself enjoy where you are now.

Let Life Figure It Out (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and slow down.

Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Today, allow yourself to have the best day of your life by remembering your magick.

Breathe in and remember your magick.
Breathe out and remember you are the source.

You are the source of your experience. You set the tone for your life. Right now, decide to take the first step. Feel gratitude in your heart and let what you want come to you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Feel the innocent, pure gratitude in your heart when you say thank you and you really mean it. Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and use your magick today.
Breathe out and surrender your problems.

You might feel like you have so many problems and they’re so big that you have to keep thinking about them. But what if you used your magick instead? What if you trusted the process of life instead? What if instead of thinking about your problems, you rested your attention? What if instead of worrying about your problems, you practiced gratitude and let the problems go?

Breathe in and practice gratitude.
Breathe out and let the problems go.

Your problems will solve themselves if you can stop thinking about them. If you can feel better—and it’s not exactly pretending that they’re not happening—but it’s removing your attention from the worry, from the thoughts, from the beliefs that, “This problem is too big. I don’t know what to do. It’s such a mess. I need to figure this out. I need to figure this out.”

Breathe in and know there’s nothing to figure out.
Breathe out and let life figure it out for you.

Life has figured out everything up until now. All of the mysteries that humans have no idea how life does it.

Breathe in and let life figure out your problems.
Breathe out and surrender your problems and use your magick instead.

Your magick is remembering you are the source, you are setting the tone for your life and if you want to set a tone for solutions, feel in your heart, gratitude.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Instead of getting in the way by trying to control and meddle, get out of the way with thank you. Get out of the way by allowing yourself to feel innocent, to feel grateful, to feel relieved.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

You are the source. That’s the only magick you need to know. However you feel is your magnet. However you’re looking at things is how you see them and how they are. It’s up to you. So choose right now to see life the way you want to see it.

Breathe in and think about what you want today.
Breathe out and really imagine it. What do you want today?

I want to feel in the flow. Enjoy whatever tasks come to me. Feel productive, feel satisfied, feel invigorated. Get my work done and then enjoy the company of other people.

Breathe in and say thank you for getting what you want.
Breathe out and feel it in your heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

You are the source of your miracles. The miracles come from your heart. Choose now to accept, to believe, to embrace, to know you are the source. Decide to use your magick today.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

And when you’re in the moment getting what you want and little thoughts start tickling you, making you worry—remind yourself to stabilize as you are, pure awareness, by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Whenever you’re in the middle of getting what you want, in the middle of a manifestation, your mind is going to keep jumping, looking for the next thing and you won’t feel satisfied when you get it unless you rest your attention on itself. Letting yourself be fully present in the moment, enjoying it. And it’s really easy to do when you ask, am I aware? And rest your attention on the noticing that, yes I am aware, I am aware of this present moment.

I am the awareness of this present moment.

Breathe in and rest your attention on awareness.
Breathe out and feel so relaxed and relieved.

You can use your magick with thank you to get what you want and then when you get it, you can actually feel satisfied by asking, am I aware? And staying where you are, pure awareness.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the magick life. Thank you for the way things already are. Thank you.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and become it right now.

Thank you. Thank you. Become that feeling of gratitude to see things to be grateful for.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

As you go about your day, whenever you notice things happening against you, things that you think are not in your favor, remind yourself you are the source, you are the creator of your experience. You get to choose, you get to set the tone.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and set the tone with thank you.

Thank you. You are the source, you are the projector. Today, step into your power. Project what you want to receive. Let it be easy and let yourself feel good and have fun with it.

Breathe in and step into your magic today.
Breathe out and remember you’re magickal.

This physical reality we’re living in is a miracle. This pure awareness allows anything to arise. Anything could happen. We’re just here for fun. Today, let life be fun. Let yourself be surprised by the miracles. Surrender all of your thinking and planning and manipulating and just let the magick flow with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all unfolding perfectly and the sooner you switch to gratitude, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be.

You are the source. Remember this today. You set the tone. It can be hard to get it started, to make that first step, but you get to choose right now to have the best day of your life by choosing the vibration you want to project and therefore receive.

Now as you go about your day and you’re thinking thank you and projecting gratitude and feeling great, things still might happen that throw you off balance that make you think, oh I should worry about that. Oh that’s a big change. That could be a problem.

But as soon as you notice a problem or the start of a problem, that’s when you remind yourself, am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Because only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts contain the problems.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

You can be having the best day ever, so grateful, manifesting miracles but as soon as you notice a problem it can throw you off and sometimes saying thank you when you notice a problem is not quite the magick you would want it to be. But if you simply identify as pure awareness, the instant you notice a problem, the problem will dissipate before it ever becomes a thing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you notice yourself starting to feel not so good because you’re in your thoughts, just repeat over and over, am I aware? Am I aware? Until you wake up and remember, yes I am aware. This moment is the miracle. This right now is what’s real. All of the thoughts are false. All of the thoughts are separating. All of the thoughts are illusions.

Breathe in and wake up to the one reality.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

When you are aware, you have no problems because your mind isn’t agitated. You aren’t separate from everything so you’re in love and you’re not noticing lack so you’re happy.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness today.
Breathe out and know you are the source, you are the creator and you have the power today.

Am I aware? and thank you are the only thoughts you need to manifest whatever you want and solve any problem before it starts.

Things Change Themselves (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let this moment be enough.

Notice your thoughts where they’re reaching out, looking for things, seeking for things, wondering about things. Notice your thoughts extending from the core of your consciousness and then pull your attention back in.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and just notice your attention is seeking and seeking and seeking for things to change.

But you can relax into this moment and let this moment be enough and then you don’t need anything to change to feel good and then the things that need to be changed, change themselves.

Breathe in and let this moment be enough.
Breathe out and slow down.

Notice where you’re thinking about something else. Notice where you’re splitting your attention in two or three or four different places.

Breathe in and just notice where your attention is.
Breathe out and feel your attention settle back onto its source right now.

You can let go of all the seeking, your thoughts reaching out, seeking, looking for change, looking for problems.

Breathe in and notice where your attention is.
Breathe out and relax it back into this moment.

You can slow down, bring your attention into this moment and that can be enough. You don’t need anything else to fill you up or make you whole. If you let your attention settle into this moment, you’re already full. You already have enough.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. I am aware of where my attention is. I am aware that I have attention, attending to things.

Breathe in and attend to your attention.
Breathe out and notice how this is how you pay attention to yourself.

This is how you practice self-love. You attend to your own attention. You become aware of your awareness. That’s all it is.

Breathe in and practice your presence.
Breathe out and know you’re already doing it and you don’t have to practice anything.

You don’t have to change anything. You’re already perfect and you can’t stop being perfect.

Breathe in and let yourself enjoy it how it is.
Breathe out and know everything is happening in your favor, especially the things you think that are happening against you.

It’s all for you. It’s all a gift and all the little things your attention is worried about—all of those things are actually in your favor and you can drop your attention to problems right this very second.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and really look, am I aware?

It’s like waking up in a dream. It’s waking up to reality. It’s waking up to what really is real. This is it. This is god. This moment is the only reality.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and feel so relaxed and at ease.

You’re always pure awareness so you’re always safe. No matter what changes in the perception, you are always the pure awareness. You are always safe and everything is always working out for you.

Breathe in and be the pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax into identifying as pure awareness.

Resting your attention in this moment fills you up. It helps you stop craving things like drugs and food and love because you reconnect with unconditional love itself. You become the unconditional love that pure awareness already is and pure awareness is unconditional love because it allows everything. It rejects nothing. Awareness doesn’t discriminate. It allows whatever is to be.

Breathe in and allow whatever is to be.
Breathe out and just enjoy it.

That’s why you’re here. Just enjoy it. Let yourself enjoy it and you do that by bringing your attention back into this moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. And that’s the reward itself. Yes, you’ll manifest but when you are present, you’re not worried. And for me, that’s about as big a manifestation as I can get.

Breathe in and become worry-free today.
Breathe out and let yourself live in the flow.
