Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.
Surrender thinking you know the best way to go.
Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.
Trust that it’s all happening in your favor. Trust that you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and keep surrendering control.
Let go of trying to control. The only control you have is letting go.
Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Whatever is happening in your life is happening in your favor. The more you practice this and know this, the easier it is to accept things as they come. Initially, when something throws you off balance, it can send you into a tailspin of negative thinking and worrying and stressing. But as you practice trusting the process of life, you learn that everything is happening in your favor and you can just relax and be unaffected by the comings and goings in the world.
Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know it’s all happening in your favor.
Practice it right now. Feel the feeling of gratitude. Thank you. I’m so glad that happened. Thank you. That was in my favor. Thank you. That thing I thought was happening against me really turned out to be in my favor.
Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.
Take your power back. Your power is just trusting god, trusting life. Your main power in life is practicing the presence of god, and you do that by feeling gratitude or by resting in the source of your attention by asking, am I aware? Those are the two techniques that always work for me.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice the answer. Yes, I am.
Rest your attention here, aware of awareness. That is practicing the presence of god. All of this is god and when you ask, am I aware? and rest in the knowing that yes, I am, you get a break from your thoughts. Your thoughts are the only thing that ever separate you from god. This already is all god, even the thoughts. But in experiencing, thoughts can make us feel separate from god, separate from others. But when we practice the presence of god by getting some distance from our thoughts, we step back into our power and we see life already is the way we want it to be, right now.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Feel yourself magnetize. Feel yourself be empowered. You are in control when you’re practicing the presence of god because you’re one with god. You’re working with god. You’re acting as god. Everything you do is perfect.
Breathe in and practice the presence of god today.
Breathe out and know that’s the most powerful you can ever be: when you are in alignment with god.
All of your actions are divine. Your thoughts don’t separate you because you see them for what they are, just passing objects, illusions.
Breathe in and practice the presence of god.
Breathe out and be the most powerful you’ve ever been.
Aware of awareness. Grateful to be here in this moment.
