It’s Coming From You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and remember you are the source of your experience.

Remember right now, it’s you, it’s coming from you. It’s coming from inside the house. You are sending the signal. Choose your signal right now.

Breathe in and smile because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Remember, this is your power. You can do this. You can shift to gratitude right now and you will see it’s all happening in your favor. Life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Just smile and say thank you. Do this to turn off the thoughts, to disengage from the train of thought that is sending you into a spiral. Gratitude can always catch you. Smiling will always bring you back into your body, into this moment where everything is fun and there is nothing to worry about. When you are aware, you have no problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

I am registering everything as it is. I am noticing unconditionally. I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and keep smiling, it will help.
Breathe out and keep that thank you in your heart.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. I know it’s working out for me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Even if you’re scared, even if you’re sad, even if you don’t trust what’s going on, thank you. Shift it inside first. You have to take the first step. It’s up to you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor. The sooner you shift to thank you, to gratitude, to openness and receiving, the sooner you will see why it’s a solution, why it had to happen this way, why something bigger and better is coming.

Breathe in and keep asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and recognize. You’re already cognizing.

You’re already registering, noticing, aware-ing of everything. When you recognize something, you’re naming it, but when you cognize something, you’re aware of it. Today, stay with the cognizing instead of the recognizing. You don’t have to name it all. You don’t have to figure it out. You can trust life.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender control, surrender control, surrender control.

The meddling never works out, acting out of anxiety never helps.

Breathe in and go within first.
Breathe out and find your stable center.

The stable center. It’s not an entity. It’s everything. It’s the awareness. The stable part of you is the awareness, the knowing, the space in which it all arises. Notice the place within you that’s not struggling right now. That’s your stable center. That’s where you can rest your attention and let life work it out for you.

Breathe in and trust it’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and keep smiling, it’ll help.

Breathe in and be aware of awareness.
Breathe out and know when you are aware you have no problems.

When you are aware you are aware—when you ask yourself, am I aware? And you rest your attention in that space, the no-thought space of just being aware—when you rest there, you have no problems because your mind isn’t agitated, so you’re at peace. You don’t see any lack or problems or things to change. So you’re happy. And you’re not separate from anything. You’re one with everything. It’s all the same awareness. And that’s unconditional love. That’s how you merge with love. That’s how you be love and attract love.

Breathe in and be free of your problems today.
Breathe out and be brave enough to trust life.

Be brave enough to trust the life that is living you. Trust the energy intelligence, trust God, whatever you wanna call it. Surrender right now, let go. And let God figure it out.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.

Let Go of Giving a F*ck (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you. Always remind yourself you can shift the trajectory of your entire life with thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember the power of thank you.

Shift yourself right now, shift your energy right now. Anything you’re dreading, anything you’re paranoid about, anything you’re worried about, simply say to it, thank you. I know it’s in my favor, thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

And if there are things that you can’t quite get there with thank you, if you can’t quite feel gratitude because it’s too scary or you’re too nervous about it, just relax and remember, it’s all happening in your favor. And even when thank you isn’t working, you can trust the process of life. You can trust that it’s all happening in your favor and you can go back within and say,

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

Break the chains of thought that are tethering you to problems. It might feel selfish to say, “I don’t give a fuck about those worries.” But you cannot help someone from a place of worry. You cannot solve anything from a place of worry.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, “I don’t give a fuck. I don’t give a fuck.”

Feel the freedom that comes when you say that and you mean it. Even if your problems are big, even if it makes you feel so guilty to let go of giving a fuck about that person, try it. Just try it for 24 hours. Try not giving a fuck for one day and see what magick unfolds when you’re not worrying.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

I don’t give a fuck. Catch that feeling of being carefree. Catch that feeling of I’m looking out for myself, I’m taking care of myself, and I’m choosing not to worry because that’s the best way I can help others.

Breathe in and help from a place of thriving today.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck about other people’s problems, about your worries, about the stress.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Trust that it’s safe to let go.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

Your relationship with yourself is the only one that really matters. And if you give love to yourself, meaning you rest your attention on your source, then the rest will flow because it’s all a reflection of you. It’s an outpicturing of you. You’re the source.

So choose right now to change everything by going within, putting your attention on yourself and not giving a fuck about the problems and the worries.

Breathe in and enjoy this short life you have.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck.

Decide to have fun today. You earned it. You’re the one living in this body. You’re the one taking the risk, being alive. You’re the one living right now. Enjoy it.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Remember you are the source. You must become it to see it. So choose gratitude right now to receive things to be grateful for.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Trust it’s all in your favor. Trust it’s all working out for you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Let the thoughts go. You don’t have to go with the thoughts. You can let them go. Today as you go about your day, think to yourself: registering.

Breathing in, registering…
Breathing out, registering…

There is always the awareness, registering what’s happening. There is always the unconditional noticing. You cannot stop noticing. You cannot stop being aware. You cannot stop registering what is happening. You always know you exist. You always know you are here. And if you can stay in that knowing, you stay one with all that is. Because everything is the awareness. Everything is the registering. Everything is the unconditional noticing.

Breathe in and let it be simple.
Breathe out and rest as the thing that comes before thought.

Before you have the thought “I am,” you are the registering in which the thought “I am” arises. You are the awareness in which thoughts arise.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I registering what’s happening?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am registering what’s happening.

I’m registering the sounds of the lights. I am registering the sound of my voice. I am registering the light from my computer in front of me. I am registering the thoughts that are thinking about what I’m saying. I am registering the feeling of the breath coming out of my mouth. I am registering the feeling of my phone in my lap so that if it vibrates, you don’t hear it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I registering what’s happening?”
Breathe out and know for sure, for sure, yes, I am registering what’s happening.

I am noticing it unconditionally. I am aware of what’s happening. I am aware I exist.

Breathing in, am I registering what’s happening?
Breathing out, yes, I am registering what’s happening.

These techniques—they just help you identify as the pure awareness that comes before thoughts so that you can see you’re not your thoughts. You can see the thoughts are just arising and they’re not you. They don’t belong to you. They seem like they’re personal to your body-mind, but they’re just arisings. And if you don’t let them matter, they don’t matter.

Breathe in and be the registering.
Breathe out and be the registering.

The registering is just like a field, a flat field, a single point. The registering is the blank space in which the waves appear.

Breathe in and be the space in which it appears.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

I try so hard to explain to my mind how it works. My mind wants to know, so bad—“What is this? What is awareness? How do I feel good? What’s going on? Why am I here?” None of those thoughts matter. They’re all just thoughts. And the mind will never grasp what this really is, because the mind is held within the registering. The mind is held within the unconditional noticing, the pure awareness. The mind can never contain the pure awareness. It can never contain the unconditional noticing, so it will always be confusing to the mind.

Breathe in and rest as the registering of what’s happening.
Breathe out and let it be simple.

You’re already doing it. There’s no thought, there’s no mental trick. All thought is an effort, an action, an activity, subtle sound, motion, a wave of opposites. You are the still pure awareness. You are the field of registering that’s noticing everything unconditionally and if you can rest as that, the pure awareness, you will be one with all that is and that’s how you get love, that’s how you be love, that’s how you feel unconditional love, which is what we want from all of our worldly desires, like drugs and relationships and work, health. It’s all for love.

Breathe in and become one with the love.
Breathe out and know you’re already doing it.

You’re already here. Just let the wave of thought settle. You can ask yourself, “Am I aware? Who am I?” Or you can just say, “Registering. Am I registering? Am I registering what’s happening?” And then just be that noticing. Stay with the noticing. Watch the thoughts arise, but don’t get emotionally invested. Let them go. Just watch them.

Breathe in and be the registering.
Breathe out and relax into the oneness.

You’re already doing it. You made it. You’re here. This is it. This is it. This is the love, this is the moment you’ve been waiting for.

Breathe in and be the pure love that’s registering it all.
Breathe out and feel the pure love that you are, unconditionally noticing, unconditionally registering, unconditionally aware, accepting at all, resisting nothing, open. Receptive.

Breathe in and say yes to the registering.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am now identified as the registering. I am now in the flow.

Get Treated Like Royalty (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m distracted. Yes, I’m in a hurry. Yes, I have all of these things, these thoughts whirling around my mind about things that I have to do. Yes, I’m distracted. Yes, I’m in a good mood anyway. Yes, I am scattered.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and focus your attention into this moment.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and become lucid right now.

You’re already doing it. There is no mental effort required to be present.

Breathe in and just be.
Breathe out and relax.

Relax. Let yourself loosen up. Let yourself enjoy this moment. There’s nowhere else you have to be, nothing else you have to be doing. Trust it’s the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and trust in the power of your gratitude.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

As soon as you start saying thank you and really feeling it, you can feel your whole world shift.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Feel how light you’re feeling already. Thank you. Feel how innocent you are with thank you in your heart. Thank you. Thank you. Trust. It’s all in your favor. Trust. It’s all a gift. Trust that life takes care of life.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax.

Thank you. Thank you. Imagine life is serving you. Just say thank you. And life will keep bringing you miracles. Life will keep bringing you exactly what you need in every moment.

Imagine you’re getting the best service of your life. You’re getting treated like royalty. Thank you. Thank you. Imagine that you feel like you deserve it. Imagine that you’re so relaxed, you’re on vacation, and life is just bringing you more and more things that you want. Thank you, thank you.

Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feel the waves of gratitude wash over you. Thank you, thank you. This is all you have to do to turn your day around, to become a magnet for receiving.

Breathing in, thank you.

Feel how relaxing it is to practice gratitude. If you were saying thank you because you were receiving something that you really wanted, you would feel so loving, so relaxed, so joyful. Thank you, thank you. You know when someone gives you something unexpected and it’s a treasure that you just never even knew you needed? Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feel that delight that you are special and you do deserve so much. You deserve the best things. You deserve to feel rich and in love and at peace. Thank you. Thank you for the love. Thank you for the wealth. Thank you for the peace.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and be the source today.

It’s that simple. Feel the way you want to feel right now. Thank you. Thank you.

Let Presence Dissolve Your Problems (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go of control. Your only control is letting go. Let it go right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Breathe in and say, I love myself.
Breathe out and say, I don’t give a fuck!

As you go about your day, remind yourself that your presence is wanted. If you ever notice a time where you feel unwanted or unloved, unappreciated—all that means is your presence is wanted.

Breathe in and wake up.
Breathe out and become present right now.

Whenever you have a problem, whenever you feel resistance or seeking, whenever you feel agitation or dislike, remind yourself, “my presence is wanted.”

Breathe in and let presence dissolve your problems.
Breathe out and let it be easy.

Just select a technique that works for you like,

or

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am,

or ask yourself “Who am I whose presence is wanted? Who am I? Who am I?”

Breathe in and and wake up in the dream.

All that is wanted from you is your presence, your beingness. Let go of the thoughts, let go of the suffering and be the love you already are.

Breathe in and smile, life is not serious.
Breathe out and let go of the problems.

You don’t have to think about the problems, even when they seem big, even when they seem personal, even when they seem like you need to be the one to solve them. It’s not up to you. You can let it go right now.

Breathe in and trust life to solve your problems.
Breathe out and let life solve your problems.

Life will do everything else if you can get out of the way, by waking up in the dream, becoming present.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Feel your attention turn around to look at itself over and over and over. Rest your attention on its source. Stop looking for problems.

Breathe in and rest your attention.
Breathe out and recognize how this is how the problems solve themselves.

Everything in life works out. Everything happens in perfect timing. It is not up to you, it is not under your control. And now you can be free because you don’t have to worry anymore.

Breathe in and let yourself be treated how you deserve.
Breathe out and be the miracle, golden child, angel that you already are.

You’re already perfect. Nothing needs to change.

Breathe in and know your presence is wanted.
Breathe out and be the presence that is wanted.

That’s all. That’s it. That’s the only thing to do is be.

Breathe in and let life work out the problems.
Breathe out and just be, just relax.

Let go of the problems. Let go of the seeking and resisting.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Every time you notice your mind start trying to control like, “First this should happen and and then this should happen, and then this person needs to do this, and then this needs to happen at this time,”—As soon as you see yourself doing that, remind yourself:

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because I am trusting life. My mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace, I’m not seeking so I’m happy and I’m not separate so I am in love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am and now I don’t give a fuck.

Solve Your Problems With Presence (transcript)

Let the flow through you.

Breathe in and smile because smiles become things.
Breathe out and become it to see it.

Feel the way you want to feel right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you for what is. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and just say yes to what is.

Yes, I feel rushed. Yes, I keep worrying about these people. Yes, I have this stress in the back of my mind. Yes, I’m judging myself for my actions. Yes, I’m hoping I’m not too irritable today. Yes, I’m losing my train of thought. Yes, I’m just sitting here. Yes, I’m welcoming what is. Yes, yes, yes.

Breathe in and say thank you for all that you’re welcoming.
Breathe out and and welcome it and thank it.

Thank you for losing my train of thought. Thank you for hoping I’m not too irritable. Thank you for the little bit of stress in the back of my mind. Thank you for the worrying about the other people.

Breathe in and say thank you for all that is.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s happening in your favor. What if you just got out of the way, stopped worrying and didn’t think it was up to you to control it? What if you just trusted god on this one?

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and just trust god on this one.

There’s no action to take. Thinking about it isn’t going to help. All you can do is be and let what you want come to you. There is no amount of forcing or striving or achieving or stressing that’s going to help your problems. Problems are never solved with the mind. They are never solved with thought.

Breathe in and solve your problems with presence.
Breathe out and let thank you make you present today.

Thank you Everything you touch, everything you see, everything you hear. Thank you, thank you, everything you think. Thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor, I do.

Breathe in and keep welcoming and thanking what is.
Breathe out and let go of thinking you have to control or fix or change anything.

Nothing needs to change. You’re in the right place at the right time and if you can get out of the way, life will solve your problems for you.

Breathe in and get out of the way.
Breathe out and get out of the way with thank you.

It gets you out of the way because you stop resisting. You just welcome and relax. And in that state of welcoming and relaxation, you become a match to miracles.

Let thank you be your tether to the present moment today. Let it pull your attention back to where you are.

As you go about your day, let yourself relax into gratitude. Trust it’s all working out for you. You don’t have to change anything.

Nothing has to change. Remember that the job of the mind is to look for things that need to be changed. It’s always looking for problems.

Breathe in and notice the nature of your mind.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing.

When you’re looking for problems, when you’re noticing problems or things that need to change, you know you’re mind-identified. You know that you’re trapped in the separate self. When you are one with all that is, nothing needs to change, and the change just happens naturally, effortlessly, easily.

Breathe in and let the change happen naturally.
Breathe out and let go of forcing.

Let go of trying, let go of striving, let go of trying to please, let go.

Breathe in and keep relaxing.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

The most magickal moments of your life were not planned, they were not forced. You didn’t even think about them before they happened, or if you did it was just for a moment and then you let it go.

Breathe in and make space for magickal moments today. Breathe out and say thank you for the magickal moments.

Today there will be magickal moments. Right now already is one. You can feel it, right?

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Feel how you are revealing the love in the world, the abundance, the joy, just by choosing to shift your perspective from mind-identified, looking for problems, to gratitude, thank you. It’s already perfect. Nothing needs to change. Thank you.

Breathe in and become what you want to see.
Breathe out and trust in your power as the source of your experience.

You become it, then you see it. It’s that simple. And if you’re seeing things you don’t like, you don’t have to let them affect you and make it worse. You can just notice how things are and then relax into gratitude. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Thank you. And your energy shift will shift the energy of your entire world and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be and it really is happening in your favor, for you, as a gift.

Feel how light and free and innocent you are when you feel pure gratitude.

Breathing in, thank you.

It’s safe to let go and to trust that it is happening in your favor. Trust that whatever happens, when your plans go awry, something unexpected happens, something doesn’t turn out, you leave your items at the grocery store and have to walk all the way back—when these unexpected intrusions happen, these unexpected circumstances,
just say thank you and know: get excited. There’s something better for you. It’s in your favor. Your path is being rerouted so that you can receive a gift.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

You don’t have to control everything. You’re not controlling anything. Your only control is letting go. Life is happening, whether you think about it or not. What’s going to happen is going to happen. There’re too many forces at work for you to have any kind of real control over what happens in the world. But when you let go, when you let go of your resistant thoughts or your seeking for things to change, then life can flow through you and work with you and the things that you want come to you with no work, no straining, no effort, because life loves you, life wants to help you.

But we get caught up in our separating thoughts thinking, it’s all on our shoulders to control everything. But none of it is. The control is letting go and you can let go by saying thank you to what is. Whenever you’re resisting, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Whenever you’re seeking, like you want something but you can’t have it—thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Just say thank you as soon as you can and really feel it as soon as these unexpected circumstances occur. Thank you.

Get excited about it. It’s a gift.

Breathing in. Thank you.
Breathing out. Thank you, thank you.

Trust. Trust that you live the magick life, trust that god loves you, trust that you are god. There’s nothing to think about, just surrender and say thank you and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Get Addicted (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Remember, you must become it to see it.

Breathe in and lift your own mood.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Become the gratitude that you want to feel. Become the gratitude you want to receive. Become the love that you want to get right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

The mind will get tired of this question. Am I aware? Am I aware? Over and over and over. Because this question annihilates the mind, it stops the thoughts. The mind doesn’t like that. But if you genuinely ask, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look for the answer and you feel your mind turn around, your attention turn around to look at itself, at its source, you will be resting it on the presence of god, and the love that you seek will permeate your reality.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

All of the conditions are perfect for you to become aware of being aware right now. Rest your attention so that you may join with all that is, or rather realize you are already one with all that is.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and genuinely look even if your mind is sick of asking that question.

Even if the question hasn’t been working for you, keep trying. It doesn’t matter what the mantra is, what matters is your devotion to the practice. If you try every day to be aware of being aware, to rest your attention on the presence of god, you will be rewarded. You already are being rewarded right now.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

When your mind is seeking and resisting, looking for problems and running over potential worst case scenarios, that’s when you rein it in and rest your attention on its source.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

You can feel it happening, it’s like, sort of like your eyes are shifting focus, but it’s happening with your attention. Your attention is shifting focus from external objects in the world, including thoughts and your body, and it’s shifting within to the source of itself. God, pure awareness.

Breathe in and be empowered. It’s simple.
Breathe out and don’t give up.

Keep practicing. And when you want to take action out of anxiety, if you want to take a drug or do something to soothe yourself because things aren’t going your way—decide instead to trust life and drop your attention to the problems, to the objects, and rest it on its source. And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. You don’t have to take that drug. You don’t have to soothe with TV or alcohol or whatever it is that you’re reaching for. Get addicted to being aware of being aware. Because when you practice being aware of being aware, it’s a better feeling than any food or drug or relationship or situation or success could ever provide.

Breathe in and be the presence of God.
Breathe out and remember, life is magickal.

It’s not serious. We are here for fun. And the more you trust and be light and trust in the power of your own awareness, the more life will flow and the things you want will come to you without you having to try.

Breathe in and rest on the presence of God.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you.

You are the source. Everything wants to come to you now.

Be Free From The Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for what is. Whatever is happening, is happening in your favor. It’s a gift. Let yourself relax and enjoy it.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and remember you don’t have to give a fuck.

It’s all unfolding perfectly whether you think about it or not. Today surrender your thoughts, let them go, let your worries go and see how life is already happening in your favor. You are life. It’s all for you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and smile. It’s not serious.

Whatever is happening, it’s not serious. We’re all one. We’re all the same. When we die, we realize that. We rejoin the universal consciousness. It simply just doesn’t matter what happens.

Breathe in and be light. It just doesn’t matter.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Today, stand up to your thoughts, trust the process of life and let it be easy.

Do this all day to keep your attention resting on its source. Practicing the presence of God.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Over and over and over, am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? And if you’re suffering too much, if your thoughts are making you feel out of control, ask yourself, who am I who is suffering so much? And look, look for the answer. This will instantly give you space from the suffering and it will help you see the suffering as just a passing thought. You are the one watching the suffering and you can surrender and let it pass by right now.

Breathing in, “Who am I who is suffering?”
Breathing out, “Who am I who is suffering?”

Use this question when you are so distraught that you don’t know what to do. “Who am I? Who am I who is suffering?” It will help you see there’s no one there. There’s no central core. There is only the awareness, and the suffering is just a passing form.

When you ask yourself, who am I? you see you are simply the awareness in which everything is arising, including the suffering. And when you get that distance by asking, who am I who is suffering?—the suffering starts to loosen up. It relaxes. You can see there is no central sufferer. There is no one who the suffering is sticking to. Just your attention on the thoughts is what makes them stay. Turn your attention around to your source by asking, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” and you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

Really notice the sensation, the feeling, the knowing, the recognition that happens when you ask, am I aware? and you really look. What does it feel like when you ask, “Am I aware?”

For me, I feel the attention release the thoughts, relax its grip, and settle onto itself. And I come back to where I am, and the suffering is gone. It’s a practice—you have to do it all day, every day, but you can do it while you’re cooking or working or cleaning or talking.

Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Keep practicing. It doesn’t happen immediately, but if you devote a little bit of time to noticing that you are aware, you will see things work out for you. You will feel better. And miracles will come because your attention isn’t pinning your problems into place.

Breathe in and be free from the problems today.
Breathe out and be free.

Be free to be the unconditional love that is pure awareness. You are already aware. You are already in the flow.
