Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.
Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.
Drag your attention back into this moment right now. Wake up, wake up right now.
Breathe in and wake up in the dream right now.
Breathe out and snap awake now.
Wake up! Wake up, wake up, you’re here. Wake up, right now. This is it, this is the main event. This is why we’re here, right now, right here.
Breathe in and wake up.
Breathe out and become aware right now.
Become aware that you are aware. Merge with God right now.
Breathe in and stop suffering.
Breathe out and get out of those outlandish theories in your head.
Just be aware of being aware. And then you’ll be one with God and everything else. And you won’t have to stress or struggle or strive or suffer.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and really, really look.
Am I aware?
Breathe in and notice, yes I am aware.
Breathe out and smile because it’s so simple.
That’s all you have to do. Just be aware that you’re aware. Rest your attention on your awareness, on the source of your attention. What you seek is where you’re seeking from. Where you’re seeking from is awareness. You’re seeking awareness. You’re seeking awareness because when you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, you are at peace because your mind isn’t agitated. When you are aware, you are abundant and rich, happy because you aren’t noticing lack. And when you are aware, most importantly, you feel love. You are love because you aren’t separate from anyone or anything. You’re identified as awareness, which is what everything and everyone is.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts today.
Stand up to your thoughts. Part the veil, look through the clouds right now. Am I aware? Yes, I am aware. Keep asking yourself until you feel that relief, that freedom, that relaxation, that, “Oh yeah, everything is okay. I am in the right place at the right time. Life is fun. I do feel good and optimistic. Life’s working out for me.”
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
This is your superpower. Use it. End your own suffering today. Do it right. Really look when you ask the question, “Am I aware? Am I aware? Do I know I exist? Do I know what’s going on?”
Breathe in and be the background of pure awareness.
Breathe out and rest here.
Rest as awareness.
That’s all you have to do to be free from your suffering. Do it now. Do it right and be free.
