Be In Love With Everything (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Become it to see it right now. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Feel your vibration rising. Feel yourself getting in a better mood. Feel yourself feeling relieved. It all is happening in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.

Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Become it to see it today. Get in that feeling place of gratitude. Transform your whole life in just one moment.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Let yourself relax into this right now.You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Trust that you are doing everything right.

Trust that your actions are god’s actions.

Breathing in, thank you.

And when you get irritable or you want things to be different and you don’t know what to do, remember to let god replace you and everything will start flowing smoothly again.

Now that you’ve become gratitude, you’ll see things to be grateful for. All that’s left to do is rest in awareness itself.

Breathing out, yes, I am and when I am aware, I have no problems.

Because when I am aware, I am identified as the thing we all have in common, the substratum of consciousness itself, awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

When I am aware, I have no problems because I am identified as pure awareness. My mind is not agitated, so I am peaceful. I am not noticing lack, so I am happy. And since I’m identified as the thing we all have in common, pure awareness, I experience no separation from those I love. I get to be in love with everything, everyone, because I am one with it all.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

I am simply identified as pure awareness. I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Breathe out and surrender all of your problems right now.

Let them all go. You don’t have to think about them anymore.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Feel yourself get into that vibration of gratitude and appreciation. Thank you, thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Lift your own mood. You are the source of your experience. You must become it to see it, so become it right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Celebrate how far you’ve come. Decide right now to shift your perspective from lack, from separation, to abundance, unity, oneness, love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

This question is always there for you. This question will always relax you. It will always solve your problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

As soon as those thoughts start creeping in about whatever problem you’re focused on:

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, my attention is resting on its source. When I am aware, Everything is unfolding in perfect timing. When I am aware, I can feel the rhythm of life. I can feel the flow. I can see the flow. I am the flow.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

You’ll know it’s working because you’ll start feeling better for no reason. Your immediate surroundings will become more interesting. Things will stand out. It’s like waking up in a dream.

Breathe in and wake up!
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

Even if your problems seem insurmountable, if you can stay as you are, resting as I AM, the problems will diminish. They’ll get better. Solutions will reveal themselves. It’s not up to you. You don’t have to control everything. Surrender control and let life take take care of life.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

It takes courage, it takes bravery, to be willing to drop your attention to problems and rest it. It takes balls to rest. But remember, your doing is only as good as your non-doing. Allow yourself to stop struggling and striving and trying and let the magick life take care of it.

I am now aware and I am now in the flow and I live the magick life.

Be It to See It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Let it go. Forget it. This moment is brand new. Welcome your beginner’s mind and relax into the fresh start of right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank you for all that’s going well in my life today. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for all those things happening that I thought were against me, but were actually in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and be it right now.

Be it to see it. Be the gratitude that you want to feel. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and be innocent today.

Thank you. It’s all happening in your favor. Anytime something happens that you’re like, “Oh, I wish I didn’t do that,” or “Oh, why did that person do that to me?”—just say thank you and remember it’s all happening in your favor, for you, as a gift.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

It’s a shift in perspective that you can feel in your body when the change takes place. Take a problem that you have, just a little annoyance or maybe you said something you regret and say to yourself, “Oh yeah, I know that was in my favor. Thank you, thank you,” and feel the burden lift.

Feel how practicing gratitude for something that you thought was against you shifts your attitude about it right away and then you let it go and you don’t dwell on it and think about it. A few minutes later you see how it happened in your favor, how you did say the right thing, how that person was sparing you by not inviting you. Whatever it is, it was a gift. Thank you.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and be so innocent with thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. You are the source. There are only two thoughts that you need. Am I aware? or thank you.

If you’re feeling messed up about life, if you’re feeling resistant, if you’re feeling separate, like life hates you, then you go with thank you and you shift your perspective on your own.

But if you’re desire-less or nothing is making you feel better or you don’t need anything to change, you just need to get in a better mood or you have a really big problem and you’re scared about it, then you rest with, Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And you stay there resting your attention on its source. Asking yourself, am I aware? makes you simply identify as pure awareness, the thing we all have in common. And when you rest as pure awareness, your mind is at peace because it’s not agitated, seeking. And you’re happy because you’re not noticing any lack. And best of all, you get the thing you want more than anything: you feel in love.

Because when you are aware, identified as pure awareness, You are connected to every single conscious being in existence. It’s only one awareness. And if you want to feel in love—love is just the absence of separation—if you want that feeling of oneness, of uniting with another soul, go to the source, pure awareness, and then you’re united with every soul. And you can have what you want with a special person with any person.

Breathing out, yes, I am!

I am now aware. I am now in love and I am now in the flow.

Let Awareness Dissolve Any Problem (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go. Let go. Just let life be. When you let go, it doesn’t mean you have to take any action. You don’t have to give something up. You just leave it alone. You let it be.

Breathe in and let life be as it is.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

You have the power to transform any situation that you’re in right here, right now, simply by identifying as pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention fold back in on itself, resting on its source as you hear the answer: Yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my attention is resting, not attending to problems.

Breathe in and rejoin all that is.
Breathe out and stop separating yourself from all that is.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts can separate you and make you feel like you’re alone, like the world is against you. But if you can rest your attention on its source by asking, am I aware? You will find you have no problems. You will find that life is happening in your favor. You will find that you are one with everything, and it’s all love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention resting on itself when you hear the answer, yes I am.

For me, it’s like tendrils of hair, but more substantial than hair. And my attention is out seeking, feeling problems, looking, looking for something to fill me up. But when I ask, am I aware, the attention gathers itself back into this tidy little thing that’s like a braid and it rests on the center of my being, my source.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention rest on its source, not agitated, at peace, not noticing lack, so it’s happy and abundant, and not noticing separation, the differences, right and wrong and so it’s all one love, it’s all god.

You can be here now with god, with no problems, letting life take care of life, letting life take care of the problems.

Breathe in and apply this to anything in your life.
Breathe out and let awareness dissolve any problem, any contrast.

The light of your awareness dispels all illusion, all lies. All that is not true disappears when you are aware that you are aware.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the answer. Yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I am identified as pure awareness and that is what we all have in common, what all beings have in common, awareness.

And so when you rest as awareness, you’re existing on the scaffolding, the substratum that creates us all.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. Apply this to every area of your life today. Apply it to every problem you have as soon as you feel your attention seeking and looking for problems, noticing problems—pull it back in and rest it on your source, all tidy and in a braid.

Am I aware? Yes, I am. I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor!”

Trust that you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust that you are the source of your experience. You get to choose what you see.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feel your vibration rising already. Thank you.

Breathing in, thank you, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you, thank you! I know it’s in my favor.

Whatever is going on in your life, it’s happening for you. It’s a gift for you. Trust it’s unfolding perfectly. Even the really big problems that you don’t know how to solve, that uncertainty is god.

Breathe in and let the uncertainty be god.
Breathe out and feel so excited.

The uncertainty is god.

You can trust god or life or the universe to take care of life. You can trust that whatever is happening, it’s in your favor and you don’t have to interfere, especially if you don’t know what to do.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious.
Breathe out and trust in your power to make miracles, to reveal miracles.

Let yourself relax into being aware of being aware. It can be challenging to drop your attention to problems, especially the big ones, especially the close ones, especially the unsolvable ones.

Breathe in and notice the problems you’re attending to.
Breathe out and trust that if you let those problems go, life will solve them for you.

Even and especially the really big ones where you feel guilty and responsible but don’t know what to do to help. Let those go. Cast your burden onto god.

Breathe in and be free today!
Breathe out and drop your awareness to problems. Even the big ones, especially the big ones.

Let it go. Try for just 24 hours. Don’t think about it. Don’t stress about it. Don’t sit there wondering how to help when you don’t know how. You’ll never think your way to the solution. The mind will not solve this big problem.

Breathe in and know the answer is never in the mind.
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware?

Because when I am aware, I have no problems. Because my attention is resting on its source, at peace, abundant, happy, in love, not separate from anything or anyone.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and know that’s how you can help.

That’s how you can help your family. That’s how you can help your friends. That’s how you can help your neighbors. That’s how you can help society. Be aware of being aware and stop attending to problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

As you practice this, you’ll get used to the feeling, the knowing that yes, I am aware, and yes, life is taking care of life. I can rest in the source of attention itself.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Just ask yourself this all day, am I aware? Am I aware? And get used to that feeling of your attention getting pulled back in to rest on itself. Practice it until you can feel it and know when you’re doing it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Stay as you are. Stay in your awareness of awareness.

It’s how you get out of the way so life can solve the problems and they will get solved if you can drop your attention to them.

Breathe in and solve the problem.
Breathe out and let the problem be solved.

Are you aware? Yes, you are. You are now in the flow.

Drop Every Problem You Have (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, Am I aware?
Breathe out and listen for that answer.

Yes, I am. And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because when I am aware, my mind is resting on its source. My attention to problems is dropped. My attention is resting on itself. And when I am not attending to problems, they don’t exist.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and clean up the whole mess right here, right now.

Drop every problem you have and let life figure it out for you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Don’t wait for the problems to get overwhelming to shift your attention from problems to relaxation.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

It’s almost a physical feeling when you ask this question. It’s a knowing that you can feel in your soul, in your heart center, when you’re successfully resting your attention on itself, when you’re genuinely looking for the answer to Am I Aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Feel your attention drop all the problems. When you are aware that you are aware you have no problems because you’re not thinking about them. And when you’re not thinking about the problems, you’re not making them bigger. You’re not perpetuating them by thinking about them.

Breathe in and stop perpetuating your problems.
Breathe out and let your problems go.

Trust just for 24 hours. Trust that life loves you. Trust that god wants the best for you. But you have the free will to think about whatever you want and therefore you have the free will to make problems, to perpetuate problems, to see problems where there really aren’t any. That is the illusion of the separate self. That is the illusion of a person thinking that you’re separate and you have a choice that can be different from god’s.

Breathe in and choose what god chooses.
Breathe out and realize it’s all god anyway.

It’s all an illusion and it doesn’t matter what you choose really because it’s all love and it’s all good. But if you want to stop your psychological suffering today, drop your attention to problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Let this question buoy you, let it carry you through your day, let it be a fluffy cloud you rest on. You might feel guilty for not thinking about your problems, but thinking about your problems doesn’t help. It doesn’t solve them. It doesn’t find the solution. It just makes you suffer.

Breathe in and surrender your suffering today.
Breathe out and know you’re in the right place at the right time.

You’re doing everything right and it’s all unfolding perfectly. Everything that happens is happening in your favor. You can trust the process of life. You can trust that it’s all good. You can trust that it’s all love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you are aware, you are a match to miracles. You have the space to perceive them because you’re not thinking about problems. You only have so much attention and if you want to have some attention for miracles to happen, drop the attention to problems and let life solve them for you.

Breathe in and let life take care of life.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy life.

It’s not supposed to be a struggle. It’s not supposed to be suffering. We’re here for fun. And if you can stand up to your thoughts, if you can be brave enough to drop your attention to problems, then you can be happy, you can be peaceful, you can be abundant and you can be in love.

Trust that wherever you are, it’s the right place at the right time.

Remember manifesting is your birthright. Thank you is your magick wand. Let yourself be patient with your magick wand today and see how life already is the way you want it to be.

We practice gratitude at first to trick the mind into thinking we’ll get something out of it. But really the only point to practicing gratitude, to saying thank you and really feeling it, is to feel the way we want to feel right now. Grateful, appreciative, joyful, happy.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

This is the only moment there is. If you can’t be happy now, you’ll never be happy. Choose it now. All the things that you want in the world, you want because you think you’ll feel better when you get them. Today, choose to feel better now. Choose to feel better first, and then the things come, but you don’t need them because you already feel good, grateful, appreciative, in love.

Breathe in and feel in love today.
Breathe out and feel that joyful feeling of gratitude.

Thank you. Thank you. I know this isn’t my favor. Thank you. Let yourself be optimistic. Let yourself be enthusiastic. You choose it, then you see it. You become it, then you see it. Become it right now. It’s a trick to convince your mind to surrender the thoughts and rest in awareness. You tell your mind you’ll get something out of it if you practice thank you. But really it’s just to drop the problems, relax the attention and rest as pure awareness. And then you feel abundant and happy and peaceful and in love and you don’t need anything to change.

Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Be patient with the manifestation part. What you want is coming, but when you get it you’ll just want something else. Don’t base how you feel on what’s coming and going in the world. It’s up and down, it’s sickening. Decide to not let the world affect you anymore. You are the source. You are the creator. You get to choose how you feel. Not the world. You’re the source of the world.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

You are the source of the world. So choose how you want to feel right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Once you’ve chosen how you want to feel, once you’ve relaxed into knowing that it’s all working out for you, then you can rest as pure awareness. Stable as you are, unaffected by the world.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Don’t wait until the thoughts get so overwhelming that you have no other choice. Don’t wait until the contrast is so high that you have no other choice. It may come to that. But you can choose right now to be aware of being aware to stop being affected by the world. And then you get what you want immediately. Feeling in love, feeling happy, feeling rich.

Feel Safe and Grateful for the Rest of Your Life (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences, surrender your schemes, surrender your planning, your plotting, your wishing, your wondering. Let it all go.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and relax.

This is all god. It’s all one. There’s nothing to worry about.

It’s all god. It’s all safe. It’s all just for fun.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in the safety and security of knowing that yes, I am aware.

When you stay as you are, resting as I am, you are safe. You are at peace, you are happy, you are abundant, and you are in love. You are love.

Breathe in and feel safe and secure.
Breathe out and rejoin god. Rejoin everything.

Only your thoughts separate you and make you feel bad. When you step away from your thoughts into the observer or witness position, you can see everything is perfect and in its place. Life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

That feeling of gratitude—it goes hand in hand with presence, with your sense of being, your sense I am. You’ll know you’re present when you feel truly grateful or appreciative of what’s around you.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because the problems are only thoughts. There are no problems that aren’t made up in your mind. It’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and rejoice in the temporary nature of life.
Breathe out and relax.

Enjoy it. Whatever’s happening—this is the only time it’s ever going to happen. You only get one moment at a time. It’s always this moment. This is always where you will be. And if you can relax and feel safe and grateful right now, you can feel safe and grateful for the rest of your life because it’s always just one moment right now.

You’re always here. It’s never the past. It’s never the future.

Breathe in and just be here.
Breathe out and be one with all that is.

Wake up. See this is all Ggod and there’s nothing to worry about.

If you’re god, I’m god, it’s all god. It’s all one thing. There’s no conflict. There’s no danger. It’s just play.

Breathe in and and let yourself play today.
Breathe out and feel safe and secure.

This moment is the only moment there is, and right now you are safe and secure. You are identified as pure awareness. You are one with all that is. You are identified as god, looking at god, listening to god, being god.

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and be aware that this moment is divine. This moment is god.

You are safe and you never have to worry.

Breathe out and really feel it.

As you go about your day, keep this question on repeat. It will always save you. It will always pick you up out of the drama, out of the turmoil, let you relax in safety in the eye of the storm, peaceful.

Breathe in and enter the eye of the storm.
Breathe out and be the calm nothing that watches it all.

There might be activity happening all around you, but no matter what your circumstances are, you are the calm eye, the calm I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Remember, you’re staying identified as pure awareness so that you don’t get identified with your thoughts or emotions or perceptions, so that you don’t get lost in the world tossed around like a ship on the top of a stormy ocean. You are safe at the bottom of the sea, watching it all, secure, in love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Any question with the answer I am can help you stabilize as you are. You can try “Who am I?” Often if I’m caught up in a mind storm of worry, of stress, I can just ask myself, “Who am I who cares? Who am I who cares so much?”

And when you genuinely ask the question and look for the answer, you see there is no central thinker that’s stressed, it’s just passing thoughts.

Breathing in, who am I who cares?
Breathing out, I am is the answer.

I exist. There’s just existing. There’s no central person who cares. Who are you who cares? You might hear answers like a small scared child or a body, but those aren’t what you really are. You are pure awareness and nothing can harm you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Keep asking yourself this to wake up in the dream. Am I aware? No matter what’s going on, what’s happening, am I aware? Am I aware this is happening? Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Just stay aware of being aware. It doesn’t matter what’s happening, what you’re aware of. You are aware that you are aware and therefore you are aware that you are god.

Breathe in and don’t worry about another thing you are god!
Breathe out and surrender.

Let those worries go. You’re simply identified as pure awareness, God itself. Resting as you are. In love, abundant at peace.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender your cares, surrender giving a fuck.

Let it go. Yes, this is my seventh attempt to record a video. Yes, I’m in a rush. Yes, I wanna roll these blunts before I leave the house. Yes, I want to give. Yes, I want the perfect gift. Yes, I want to get $5,000 so that I can pay for things for other people. Yes, I want. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I feel incomplete. Yes, I want attention and affection and approval and love from somebody else.

Yes, I’m craving. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I want stimulation. Yes, I want drugs. Yes, I want to go wild.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I feel out of sorts. Yes, I’m in a good mood, but I feel so scattered. Yes, I feel like I’m disappointing people. Yes, I’m so scared of what people think about me. Yes, I’m scared to do too much and not be appreciated. Yes, I’m so in the world seeking, looking for approval. Yes, I want approval. Yes, I want approval. Yes, I want approval.

Yes, I want approval please and five thousand dollars, please!

Breathe in and welcome the five thousand dollars.
Breathe out and welcome the approval.

Notice what you’re seeking for and then remember you are the source of what you seek. What you’re seeking for is where you’re seeking from.

And what does that mean?

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and remember the power of simply identifying as pure awareness.

You can think about your problems all day and never solve them. You can think about tricks to manifest money all day and never get anywhere. You can think about how to get someone’s approval all day and you’ll never get it. The mind separates. The mind looks for problems. The mind will never provide the answer.

Breathe in and step away from the mind.
Breathe out and relax into the source. Pure awareness, I am.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and do it genuinely.

Really look. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes, I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems because my attention is resting on its source.

My mind is not agitated. I perceive no lack, so I am happy. And when I am simply identified as pure awareness, I am identified as the thing we all have in common and so I feel one with all that is and I experience no separation from those I love.

Asking “Am I aware?” is magick. Asking “Am I aware?” is life-saving, life-giving.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Now make a list of your problems right now that you want life to solve. I want $5,000 and I want it by tomorrow. I want to give the perfect gift and I want to have it in my hands by tomorrow and I want approval and love and affection and I want it by tomorrow.

Breathe in and make your list of what you want.
Breathe out and feel how you would feel if you got it.

Love, yeah, love. Now simply identify as pure awareness for the next 24 hours and let life take care of your problems. You will be resting as you are, in your source, simply identified as pure awareness.
