Feel Good for Life (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you to get yourself in that vibration of gratitude.

Thank you, thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you God for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, surrender the stories, surrender the narrative in your mind.

You don’t need it. It’s not true. Let it go right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. This moment is it. This is all there is. If you can feel good right now, you’ll feel good for life. If you can feel good at this moment, if you can choose it, if you can choose to feel good no matter your circumstances, then no matter what happens in life, you’ll be okay.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Remember that you are pure awareness. And when you are identified as pure awareness, you have no problems. Today as you go about your day, alternate between thank you and asking yourself, am I aware?

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, am I aware.

Wake up in the dream right now. You say thank you to start feeling grateful, to accept what is, to shift your vibration, to become a match to what you want. You say thank you to become a match to presence, to reveal the presence, the miracle that’s already here. Thank you, thank you.

And then you say, am I aware? to drop the fixation on problems, to drop your attention to worries. Am I aware? Keep asking yourself, am I aware?

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, am I aware?

Because when I am aware, I have no problems. Problems are only in the mind. They’re only thoughts, they’re not real. There are no real problems in the moment that you have an emergency or a crisis. Your body knows how to deal with it. You don’t have to prepare yourself by worrying. If a crisis happens, your body will deal with it. It will do the best it can, and you don’t have to get involved. You don’t have to worry. Your body is a genius. Trust that life is taking care of life. It’s safe to relax now.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

No matter what happens—Thank you, thank you! No matter what happens to you today, say, “Thank you,” and mean it and you’ll see it’s happening in your favor. You’ll see you’ve been spared of something you didn’t want to be part of. You’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. Just choose it and so it is.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, am I aware?

Am I aware? Feel your attention turn around to look at itself. Feel your body relaxing. You don’t have to think about problems today or ever again. If you can drop your attention to problems, life will work them out for you. Life takes care of life. You are life. You don’t have a life. You are life.

Breathe in and drop your suffering today.
Breathe out and relax right now.

Relaxing is the only technique and things like thank you and am I aware?—They help your mind relax. They help you put your guard down. Go with the flow, surrender and trust.

Breathe in and trust the process of life today.
Breathe out and know everything is perfect and in its place. It’s all unfolding perfectly and you are in the right place at the right time, right now. You always are.

Breathe in and say, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Breathe out and feel that gratitude.

Remember, you have the upper hand when you can react with thank you to everything that comes your way. You will always be safe. You will always be secure. You will always be loved, if you can just drop your attention to the problems and relax into what is.

Breathe in and drop your attention to problems.
Breathe out and relax.

Let what you want come to you. Relax, relax. It’s all happening in your favor. Relax, you’re safe now.

RELAX Is the Ultimate Technique (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender your worries.

Surrender the thoughts that sound like this: “And then I have to do this. And then I have to do this. And then I have to do this. And then I have to do this.” It’s too much. This is it. This is the main event.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and let go of the thoughts about, “Then I have to do this, then I have to do this, then I have to do this.”

You don’t have to do anything. It’ll get done or not. Trust the process of life.

Breathe in and lighten up, it is not serious.
Breathe out and trust the perfect timing of life.

Trust it’s unfolding perfectly. Trust you’re in the right place at the right time. You don’t have to think about it. This miracle is here now.

Breathing in, this is it.
Breathing out, this is it.

There is only this. There is only this moment. There is only talking into a computer. There is only recording a video. There is only sitting in a chair.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and remember, RELAX is the ultimate technique.

Relax your attention. Let go of holding on to “Then I have to do this, then I have to do this, then I have to do this.”

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

It is all unfolding perfectly whether you’re thinking “And then I have to do this, and then I have to do this” or not.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

When you’re present you feel grateful. You just feel lucky to be here. So if you’re having trouble being present, feel gratitude first and the presence will reveal itself.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Let yourself relax today. Let yourself surrender the story. As you go about your day, just say to yourself, “This is it. There is only sitting in a chair.”

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and cast off the burden of your thoughts today.

You don’t need them. Not a single one of them. Whatever is necessary will happen. Your body will do what is necessary. You don’t have to think, drag yourself along with, “I have to do this,” and then “I have to do this.” No wonder we’re overwhelmed. Time is an illusion. The “I” is an illusion. There is only this. Everything else is a thought.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Let thank you relax you into the moment.

This is all there is. This is it. You don’t have to think or worry or strive or wonder. Surrender it all with gratitude and see life already is the way you want it to be.

See It All as a Dream (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Just see it all as a dream and be done with it.

Breathe in and see the dream.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. But most importantly, this is just a dream. Nothing matters. There are no consequences. There is no doer. It’s just a dream. It’s just an unfolding. It’s just a happening. And you’re not responsible.

Breathe in and relax, it’s just a dream.
Breathe out and just see it as a dream.

All of these techniques to practice presence, to be aware of the presence of God, to see the oneness—you can get rid of all those techniques if you just look around and see life as a dream.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and become lucid in the dream.

You know when you’re dreaming and you’re asleep and you realize you’re dreaming? It doesn’t matter what’s happening or what you’re doing, you’re just so riveted that you’re dreaming and you’re aware of it. Today as you go about your day, wake up, become lucid, and just look around your life like it’s a dream because that’s what it is.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious because it’s just a dream.

Life as we know it, us as we know it—it’s just condensed nothingness.

Everything came out of nothing and when you really look down into the essence of things, it all comes from nothing, space. This is all just condensed nothing.

Breathe in and be relieved. It’s nothing.
Breathe out and be light.

You don’t have to take it seriously anymore. It’s just a dream. It’s just a dream. Be done with it. Be done with the inquiry. Be done with the quest. Give up the seeking. It’s just a dream. There’s nothing left to accomplish or do.

Breathe in and be light.
Breathe out and keep waking up in the dream.

As you go about your day, remind yourself it’s just a dream. See it as a dream and be done with it. This is an idea from Nisargadatta Maharaj, a teacher of non-duality. He reminds us: None of this is real. It all came from nothing and it’s such a relief to know we’re dreaming.

Breathe in and have the best lucid dream of your life.
Breathe out and let your life be the best lucid dream.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Everything is unfolding perfectly. There is nothing left to do. You can just enjoy.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and just see it as a dream and be done with it.

The Only Two Thoughts You Need (transcript)

Let go of those thoughts right now and start celebrating the best day of your life.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Shift your vibration right now. Flip the switch. Choose your own good fortune today.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender the thoughts.

Let go of the thoughts. Let go of the worries. Trust that it will work out if you can leave the problems alone.

Breathe in and leave those problems alone.
Breathe out and know that your work is to feel good because you are the source of your experience and when you feel good, you generate good-feeling circumstances.

Breathe in and choose to feel good today.
Breathe out and become it to see it.

You are the source. Never forget you are the source of what you perceive. You take the first step. Decide right now. Today really is the best day of your life. Imagine you just got some really good news. A lot of money, a relationship, a surprise, your books getting published, whatever it is that would make you so happy to receive that news. Imagine you got it and feel that way now.

Breathing in, yes.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Trust in your own power. Trust that you are the source, you are the creator. Just test it. Try it for yourself today. If you’re the source and you want to receive things to be grateful for, all you have to do is be grateful now. And it’s so easy you just say thank you and feel it.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

And when you have shifted your mood and you are thrumming in that high vibration, let go of your awareness of the world. Keep your mind and thoughts off of the world. Rest your attention on your attention. Rest your attention on the presence of god by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, Yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because there is no lack, no agitation, no lack, no separation from those I love!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Trust in your power today. Trust that you are the creator. Trust that the only two thoughts you need are thank you and am I aware. Let these thoughts get you through your day and turn it into the best day of your life.

That’s how you open up to receiving. You choose to feel gratitude first and then you see all the things to be grateful for.

As you go about your day, anytime you start doubting what’s happening, you start thinking, “Man, this is happening against me. This is not in my favor.” Whenever your thoughts start going downhill, remind yourself to practice the feeling of thank you and you can transform your day instantly.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you!

You are the source. You’re the creator. Whatever you’re projecting is what you’re getting back. Remember, you are the source of your experience.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and be the source. Thank you. Thank you. I am the source. Thank you.

Feel that feeling of gratitude. Feel the feeling of getting what you want. Thank you. Thank you. I wanted this. Thank you. I really wanted this. Thank you.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust your role in how your life unfolds.

It’s all up to your perception, your perspective, and you get to choose where you see things from, you get to choose how you look at things. And if you look at things from a place of gratitude, you see how they’re happening in your favor.

Breathe in and shift the fabric of reality.
Breathe out and feel empowered.

You’re shifting the fabric of reality right now just by saying thank you. It’s too easy. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, it’s so easy!

Breathe in and let life be easy today.
Breathe out and stop waiting around for something to happen to make you feel better.

You choose it and then you see it reflected. Choose to feel better right the second just by saying thank you and meaning it, feeling it.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Let it be easy. Feel your vibration raising by your own doing, your own choice. And now you’re feeling better, you’re feeling eager, enthusiastic, more excited about life. And now the good things are going to flow to you. They already were, but now you can see them. Now you have access to them.

Breathing in, thank you, thank you, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you. This is your superpower.

You always have the upper hand with thank you. You have so much power and control over your life experience. But it’s not hard. You don’t have to be specific and cast elaborate spells unless you want to. The only spell you need to make your life unfold magickally, perfectly, is thank you.

Thank you. Just really feel the feeling. Feel that gratitude, feel the genuine enthusiasm for receiving what you wanted.

Drop the Problems (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile, life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Let go of trying to plan or figure it out. Let go of your thinking right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your mind do the no-thought thing of turning around to look at itself, to know for sure, yes I am aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

The point of this questioning is to drop the problems, drop the thoughts, drop your attention to the world, and place it on God itself. When you do this, when you rest attention on the source of attention—awareness—your natural peace, love, and happiness is revealed because that’s who you truly are without thoughts.

Breathe in and be who you truly are today.
Breathe out and be yourself today.

You be yourself just by being, just by the feeling I am, the knowing I am.

Breathing in, am I aware.
Breathing out, yes, I am aware and when I am aware I have no problems.

When I am aware there is no lack, so I’m happy. When I am aware there is no suffering, there is no agitation because the mind is still and when I am aware I am in love. I am love because there is no separation. Awareness is the thing we all have in common and when we choose to identify as awareness itself, we see the oneness. Oneness is seen.

Breathe in and let oneness be seen.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that God loves you. Trust that miracles are unfolding in front of you, for you, right this second. All you have to do is drop your attention to problems to see that you already live in heaven. This is it. This is the main event.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Keep asking this question to stabilize as you are, to be yourself. Keep asking it over and over. Anytime you notice yourself fixating on worries or problems or planning or wondering: am I aware? Because when I’m aware, I have no problems. After you train yourself into this, you will notice that the “Am I Aware?” question can instantly solve your problems because you really believe that when you are aware you have no problems, because through life experience you have shown yourself that when you choose to be aware of being aware instead of worrying about problems, life solves your problems for you. Life works it out. You, your thoughts are the only thing pushing away what you want.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

The mind is tricky. You don’t even know how much you’re thinking until you start investigating. Today, as you go about your day, ask yourself, am I aware, and genuinely answer. You must give your full attention to this question. Trust it’s safe to drop your problems just for a few moments to investigate. Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware.
Breathing out, yes.

I am aware. I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Let yourself relax into this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.

It’s all happening in your favor. And when there is a change of plans, or a surprise, or something unexpected, you can trust it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and say thank you, and really feel it, really mean it.

Feel genuine gratitude right now. Turn the boat, flip the switch, start your life over right now.

Breathing in, yes.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Feel your vibration rising! Feel yourself getting in a better mood! And when you feel better, you attract better feeling thoughts. You manifest better feeling things.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Today as you go about your day, remember you are the source. You’re the source of your experience.

There are many ways to influence your reality by remembering you are the source. First of all, just say thank you. Thank you. You are the source which means you are creating what you’re experiencing. You become it and then you see it. So when you choose gratitude first, you see it reflected. You must take the first step yourself.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you, thank you.

Feel your innocence. Feel how lucky you are. Feel how blessed you are.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Now as you go about your day, sometimes things might rub you the wrong way. You might get irritable. You might resist. You might want to escape. And in those times, you can try saying “thank you” to shift your vibration. But sometimes it’s not that easy. And in those cases, all you have to do is thank god for blessing the circumstance. And then you get to be a channel or a conduit of god’s blessings, and ultimately affect your reality for the better.

Breathe in and say thank you god for blessing that situation.
Breathe out and say thank you god for blessing that situation because I can’t.

If someone’s bothering you, say thank you for blessing that person. If you’re mad at someone, thank you for blessing that person. If you’re irritable and someone’s on your nerves—thank you for blessing that person. Anything that’s disturbing you, choose to bless it and you’ll see how it’s not only in your favor, but the whole thing will shift and will become pleasant and full of love because you took the first step because you are the creator, you are the source.

Step into your power today with gratitude and surrender. Leave it up to god. You don’t have to try so hard. Just say, “Thanks god for blessing that situation because I can’t.” And then everything will start flowing smoothly once again.

Know What’s Going to Happen (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Let it go. Let the thoughts go. Whatever you’re holding on to, let it go right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Let your body relax. Let yourself just be here now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and surrender.

Am I aware? Feel your attention turn around to look at itself. Yes, I am aware and when I am aware I have no problems because my attention is resting on God. When you ask, “Am I aware?” and you say, “Yes, I am.” You’re speaking the name of God. You are identifying with God itself. This is how you stabilize as I am. This is how you stabilize as God, how you go through life not affected because you are stable as you are.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and keep noticing that answer.

Yes, I am. Yes, I am. Yes, I am. That feeling, that recognition, that’s presence. That’s the presence of God, of life, the universe, infinite intelligence, whatever you want to call it. The animating intelligence that brought us all here, that gave us all life. You are that.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Every time you ask, you practice your sense of being. You practice the presence of God. Today, practice the presence of God by asking yourself,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

I am aware. I am aware that I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no lack, because I’m not noticing lack. I’m focused on the abundance of wholeness of being one with God. When I am aware, I’m not agitated because I’m not thinking about problems. There is only peace. And when I am aware, there is no separation from the people I love, from the things and places I love. Because when I am aware, when I am identified as I AM, I am identified as the thing we all have in common. And when I keep my attention on the common thread, the substratum of consciousness, I’m connected to it all. I’m telepathic. I know what’s going to happen. I know. When I rest as I am, I am one with God. I am one with you. I am one with all that is. And no one’s presence agitates me and no one’s absence makes me feel empty. I am whole.

Breathe in and be whole today.
Breathe out and identify as the presence of God.

All day ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And then stay as you are. Yes, I am.

The space will get bigger and bigger and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

Everything Happens In Your Favor (transcript)

However it is, is how it’s supposed to be. Relax and let yourself enjoy life the way that it is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.

It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

You’re so much better at this now, so much better at staying as you are instead of reacting to what happens.

Breathe in and be at peace.
Breathe out and feel how stable you are.

You are pure awareness. You are the I AM. You know you can trust the process of life. You know it’s all happening in your favor. Every little thing that happens in your life is a gift from God, from life, from the universe, from infinite intelligence.

Breathe in and trust the infinite intelligence.
Breathe out and trust that when it’s time, your body will do the right thing.

You never have to think about what you’re going to do. The body is a genius. It knows exactly what to do and when.

Breathe in and be free from overthinking.
Breathe out and be free from worrying.

All of the activity of the mind—the worrying, the wondering, the wishing, the willing—you don’t need any of it. If you can surrender your thoughts and stay as you are, the I AM, life will take care of all of your problems. If you can stay as you are, the miracles will be revealed. Allow yourself to relax into what is and just say thank you to everything. And then you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and trust I AM.

Trust that “I am” is God. It’s the name of God. And when you keep the name of God on your mind to the exclusion of all other thoughts, your life begins to reflect that. You begin to see miracles in every moment.
Everything happens in your favor and you see it right away. You see how everything is a gift when you allow yourself to relax and stabilize as I AM.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and hear that answer. Yes, I am.

That is how you stabilize as you are, as the “I am.” You just ask yourself over and over, “Am I aware?” And when your attention turns around to look at itself and you hear the answer, “I am,” that is you abiding in the “I am.” That is you identifying with the name of God, identifying with God itself, the presence of God. When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely listen and feel your attention turn around to look at itself, that is when your mind is resting on God. And when your mind rests on God, the God element in your life, the miracle element, expands. It starts encompassing everything. This is how your life starts running smoothly and complete with miracles.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware I have no problems, because my mind isn’t agitated. I don’t see any lack. I’m not separate from the ones I love because I’m identified as the thing we all have in common and then we’re all connected. You can communicate with anyone telepathically just by stabilizing as you are.

Breathe in and identify with God today.
Breathe out and be free from the worries and the wondering and the wishing and the willing.

Just stay as you are. Just keep asking, “Am I aware?” all day. And when you relax into that I AM, you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

It’s all happening in your favor. Remind yourself you can always flip the switch with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you. I know it’s all happening in my favor.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Everything is perfect and in its place. You can trust the process of life. Today, as you go about your day, when you’re seeking for things to change, just ask yourself, What is the source of this thing I want? What is the source of this manifestation? What is the source of the solution? What is the source of what I want to happen?

Breathe in and ask, what is the source?
Breathe out and listen for the answer.

I am, I am the source. I am the source of the money. I am the source of the love, I am the source of the relationships, I am the source of the success.

Breathe in and be the source today.
Breathe out and let it be easy.

To be the source, you just rest as I AM. Stay as you are. You just be and then you’re the source.

Breathe in and manifest what you want today.
Breathe out and trust I am.

Trust the words I am. Trust the name of God to bring you what you want. It’s just a feeling. It’s a knowing. It’s a revealing.

Whenever you want something, say to yourself, What is the source of that thing? What is the source of the peace and harmony? What is the source of that relationship? I am.

Trust I AM. Trust the name of God. Trust the presence of God that’s right here. Rest your attention on I AM instead of going outward into the world, wondering, worrying, wishing. Surrender all of that and trust I AM. Stabilize as you are today.

Let your thoughts go. You don’t need them. You don’t have to follow any of those thoughts. Just let them go as they come. Stay as you are. Trust I am.

Get into this flow, into the rhythm that you already are. Surrender all the thoughts and worries and what you want will be revealed as already yours. You are the source and you can flip the switch just like that. Flip it right now, trust I am.
