Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Trust that life is taking care of you today. Trust that you can surrender your problems and your preferences. Trust that you are god and so there’s nothing that you have to control or manage or stress about or strive to achieve.

Breathe in and know it’s already done.
Breathe out and just be the witness.

Watch your life unfold today. Rest in your sense of being, in your sense I AM.

Breathe in and say thank you, thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

I know it’s happening in my favor.

As you go about your day, when your mind starts dragging you along for a painful ride, decide to let it go and stay as you are. Pure awareness, your sense of presence, the knowing that you exist.

Breathe in and bask in the only knowing you need.
Breathe out and feel secure and confident that you can trust life.

You can trust God. You can trust the self, the one.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

That is how you stay as you are. That is how you choose to rest in god, to rest in the presence of god, instead of following the mind to problems, destruction, pain.

Breathe in and let the mind go.
Breathe out and make the choice today to let life take care of you.

If you can have trust and confidence in god or life or oneness, pure awareness, whatever you want to call it—if you can trust that you are that and that it’s taking care of you, you don’t have to work hard. You don’t have to stress and strive. Life takes care of life and you are life.

Breathe in and open up to the impulses from life.
Breathe out and trust that when it’s time, it’s time.

You don’t need a single thought. Thoughts separate, they divide, they make you feel small, scared, in danger. But if you can rest as you are, stay as I am, you will be safe. You are secure. You are taken care of in every moment. Nothing can harm you.

Breathe in and be secure today.
Breathe out and feel safe today.

It helps to first say thank you and feel that feeling of gratitude if you’re trapped in your mind. It helps you remember the truth that everything is happening in your favor, even your actions. Everything that has happened up until now has been in your favor. Flip the switch with thank you and feel the feeling.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. I know it’s happening in my favor.

Say that to your mind when it starts dragging you. “No, I’m flipping the switch. I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.” And once you feel your mood lift just a tiny bit, once you remember that you are the source and that you do have control over your perspective and what you put your attention on, then you can relax in the presence of god and let god figure it out.

Breathe in and let god flow through you.
Breathe out and trust your intuition.

Trust the process of life, trust the impulses. Let go of all the thoughts about what should I do, should I have done that, what’s going to happen. I can’t believe they did that. Abandon all thoughts and stay as you are, pure awareness, and then you don’t have to struggle anymore. The perfect thing will happen at the perfect time. You will have the most beautiful serendipitous rendezvous.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and rest as the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t agitated. I am not focused on lack and there is no separation from those I love because I am identified as pure awareness, the thing that we all have in common, the scaffolding of existence.

Breathe in and rest in the scaffolding of existence.
Breathe out and feel connected to everything.

It’s all unfolding perfectly, in your favor. Let your life be magical today.

Practice Trusting Life (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Get in the mindset of receiving right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

No matter what is going on with your life, start saying thank you right now and you will see everything is happening in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

No matter what’s going on, flip the switch right now. Thank you. Thank you. And your thoughts might try to convince you that things are happening against you, things are going wrong, it’s not working out, but that’s just your thoughts. They’re not true, and everything really is happening in your favor. It’s a gift from God. It’s a gift from yourself to you.

Breathe in and allow yourself to receive.
Breathe out and welcome what is, because it’s causing the perfect timing for you to get what you want.

As soon as you flip the switch to thank you and feel that gratitude in your heart, you’ll see everything unfold exactly the way you wanted, but you couldn’t control, you couldn’t force it, you couldn’t make it happen.

You, your thoughts, your separate illusion self just had to get out of the way so that everything could coalesce perfectly. So that the right thing could happen at the right time.

It’s all happening in perfect timing and the sooner you switch to thank you and really feel that gratitude in your heart, the sooner you will see everything is happening for you, not against you.

Breathe in and see everything is happening for you.
Breathe out and let it be true.

Shift into the vibration of gratitude right now. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. No matter what you fear, no matter what outlandish theory is in your mind about what’s happening, no matter how personally you’re taking other people’s actions—it’s not against you. It’s all happening in perfect timing so that you can walk out your door and magick happens.

Breathe in and open up to that possibility.
Breathe out and get ready to walk out your door and see magick happen for you.

This is all it takes. Just start feeling thank you and everything starts flowing perfectly for you. The perfect synchronicities, the perfect serendipity, everything will happen magickally, if you can get your thoughts out of the way and just rest in the vibration of thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Practice this for yourself. Practice trusting life. Trust that you are life and that life takes care of life. And if you can step away from your outlandish theory thoughts that say everything’s happening against you, then you will see everything is happening in your favor.

Life already is the way you want it to be. Magickal, perfect, fun, delightful.

Get the Thing You’ve Been Wanting (transcript)

Breathe in remember, this is it.
Breathe out and surrender because this is it.

This moment is all there is. Everything else is a story. The past is a story. The future is a story. Your to-do list is a story. All that exists is this.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and recognize the answer: “Yes, I am aware.”

Breathe in and feel relieved, because when you’re aware, you have no problems.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

When all else fails, go back to thank you. Feel the feeling of gratitude. Your vibration will rise right away. You’ll feel better and your circumstances will reflect it right away.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am and when I’m aware I have no problems.

Remember to ask yourself, would I rather think about it, or would I rather have it?

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is just not serious.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

It’s just for fun. It’s such a fun game we get to play here. Oneness, hiding from itself. Today, wake up in the dream a little bit more by constantly reminding yourself, “This is it. This is it. This is all.” All thoughts are a story. Past and future—a story.

Bring yourself into this moment. This is where it’s fun. This is where there’s nothing to worry about. This is all there is.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and surrender your worries and just say thank you, thank you, thank you.

It’s all working out in your favor. The more you let go of your attachment to outcome, the less you need things to change to feel good, the more things will change and you’ll feel good.

Whatever you want to manifest, let it go right now. Choose to find a way to enjoy this moment right here. And the instant you start enjoying your life the way it is—you start doing your own thing, pursuing your own creative interests—as soon as you do that, you’ll get the thing that you’ve been wanting. You’ll get the message, you’ll get the check, you’ll get the call. Whatever it is that you want, forget it, let it go, and be your own reason for feeling good by being so engrossed in this present moment that you forget that you need this thing. You forget that you wanted that.

All you have to do to become totally engrossed in this moment is remind yourself this is truly it. This is it. This is the main event. Nothing else exists. This is it.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream. This is it!
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware this is it? Am I aware this is all that exists?

This is oneness right here. Only one awareness. This is it. You don’t have to think about it. It’s not a thought. Let yourself just be it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Trust you can let go of your thoughts and still function. Trust you can let go of your thoughts and have a really good life. That’s the way to have a really good life. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go by becoming so entranced with this moment that you forget you have desires, you forget you have a past. You’re just happy to be alive here, being it.

This Is It & This Is Enough (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Let go of your thoughts. Let go of your worries. There is only this. This moment is all that is real. Everything else is a story and you can let it go.

Breathe in and know this is it.
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware?

Am I aware that this is it? This is it and this is sufficient. This is the miracle. The miracle is that we’re here, that we exist, that there’s all of this phenomena arising and we get to be here enjoying it.

Everything is perfect and in its place and there is nothing that you have to do, nothing you have to become. It’s already perfect, it’s this.

Breathe in and know, this is it.
Breathe out and see the sameness in everything.

It doesn’t matter what is coming and going. The changes don’t matter. The only thing that’s important is that this is it. This moment is it. This awareness is it. There is only one awareness and this is it.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and get some space from your thoughts.

This is it. You don’t have to think about anything else because none of it is real. Your body will do what your body needs to do at the right time. You will receive inspiration to take action when it’s time. Trust the process of life. Trust that you are life. Trust that it’s all working out for you. Life takes care of life.

Breathe in and relax. It’s not up to you.
Breathe out and surrender.

Relax. This is it. You’re free. This is the freedom you’re looking for, this moment. Look around you. This is all that’s real. Anything you’re thinking about—It’s just a story. It’s just a narrative. This right here, it doesn’t mean anything, but the meaning is that we’re here. We get to enjoy this. It’s just an experience for fun to break up the monotony of eternity. It’s not serious.

Breathe in and know this is it.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

When you are aware, you have no problems because you’re not trapped in the story where the problems are. The story is not real. The thoughts are not real. This is it. And this is enough. Right where we are. If you can allow yourself to see the miracle, that there is a body here, that there is a glass of water, that there are trees growing—If you can see that miracle, You don’t need anything else to change.

See the miracle today. See that this is it. There’s nothing to strive for. There’s no place to get to. This is it and this is enough.

Breathe in and feel so relieved.
Breathe out and relax because this is it.

Anytime a thought crosses your mind about another person or a place or a to-do list item, tell yourself, that’s not real, this is it. That doesn’t matter, this is it. This, right here, is it. This is all there is. There is one awareness and it’s this. There’s not multiple awarenesses in the other people. There aren’t things that are dormant or haven’t yet happened. This is it.

Breathe in and see the miracle.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

You can relax now. You have no more problems. This is it and this is enough. As you go about your day, ask yourself, am I aware this is it?

Train yourself to see this is the miracle. And if you’re disappointed that this is it, you’re just stuck in the story, you’re stuck in your thoughts. Today, your goal, your mission is to see the miracle and perfection of this. Life already is the way you want it to be.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything is unfolding perfectly. Allow yourself to relax and enjoy this moment the way it is.

Breathe out and welcome what is.

Say thank you for what is. Remember you are the source of your experience. Choose to flip the switch right now.

Breathing in, fuck it.
Breathing out, fuck it.

Who gives a fuck? Let this day be light. Take it so lightly you fly.

Let go of the striving and the struggling to achieve and change today. Your wanting things to change is making you suffer. Surrender all of your preferences. Decide to not give a fuck today. Let it unfold as it will. You stay as you are, stable as you are, impervious to distraction and irritation.

Breathing in, fuck it.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

Let the thoughts go. Let the worries go. Flip the switch by saying fuck it first. Feel the way you want to feel by saying thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And remember there is only this. Only your thoughts are making you suffer. Only your thoughts are making you feel bad. The truth is there is only this moment. There is only right now. You don’t need anything to change to feel better. You don’t need anything to change to enjoy life. Let yourself enjoy it right here, right now.

Breathing in, fuck it.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Even when life feels so hard and stacked against you and nothing’s going your way because your relationships are fucked up, your choices are fucked up—All of the things that you’ve been looking to for satisfaction aren’t bringing that satisfaction anymore—That’s a perfect time to go within and remember you are the source and that the outside world doesn’t affect you.

Breathing in, Fuck it. Fuck all of of those outside things!
Breathing out. Thank you. Thank you, God, for replacing me with you.

Thank you for helping me see through the illusion of the separate self. Thank you for helping me identify as pure awareness so that I can stop suffering my preferences.

Breathing in, fuck it!
breathing out, Thank you. Thank you, God. Thank you. Thank you for sparing me.

Thank you for helping me see I don’t need any of those outside things. Thank you for helping me remember I am the source. Thank you for helping me surrender. Thank you for helping me trust.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s all happening in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and surrender the thoughts. You don’t need them.
Breathe out and stop seeking outside of yourself for satisfaction.

The only satisfaction comes from within and then the outside things start reflecting your inner satisfaction and you get attached to them and then you have to tear your attention away again. But for now, if you are suffering, decide to say fuck it to the external phenomena. Go within, become aware that you are aware and rest in the placeless place.

Breathe out and welcome what is because it’s all happening in your favor.

Every single thing that happens is in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

You never know what’s going to come from the changes. Change is always good. Today, trust the process of life. Trust you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust that life is living you, taking care of you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you.

It’s all in your favor. And the sooner you switch to a vibration of gratitude, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Allow yourself to relax into this moment. Understand that satisfaction is not available to you in the world. There is no change that will happen to stop your suffering. If you are looking outside to the world for something to change, to manifest, you will always suffer because it’s always impermanent. And you are the source anyway. You don’t need anything in the world. You choose it and then you see it. You are the source. If you want a happy life just choose to be happy first.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

And I know it’s easier said than done to just choose happiness, which is why things like taking care of yourself, your mental health, your physical health, those things do make a difference. Putting yourself first does make a difference because you are the source and the better you feel, the better your circumstances feel. Today, remember, you are the source. Things in your outside world will change and shift and you’ll be so happy because life is going smoothly again, but if life is going smoothly, it will get rough soon. If life is going rough, it will get smooth soon. This is the world of duality. The only way to feel good continuously is to choose it by resting in your awareness, not needing things to change.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Stop looking outside of you for satisfaction. Stop waiting for someone to come to you and tell you that you’re good or worthy or enough or loved, choose all of that first because everything else is just a reflection of you. It’s not separate from you. Nothing outside of you will give you the satisfaction that you give yourself by simply being aware of being aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am!

And all being aware of being aware is, is dropping your attention to problems and resting it on the god source within. It’s so simple.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You can shift your attitude with thank you and it will work and you will see reflections. But eventually you’ll see the reflections will always change. You can’t depend on them. You can’t rely on them. Just because something makes you feel good again, doesn’t mean it’ll keep doing that.

You are the source. You have to find the way to feel good no matter what changes in your life. And you do that by just asking yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out yes, I am aware, and when I am aware I have no problems, because my mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I’m not noticing lack, so I’m happy. And there is no separation from those I love, because I’m identified as the thing we have in common: awareness. So I am whole, I’m one with everything. I am in love.

Breathe in and be the love you want to receive.
Breathe out and let it be easy.

You don’t have to sit there and think “I love myself” or project love or do elaborate meditations.

Just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

It doesn’t happen instantly. Give yourself a few minutes to start feeling better when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Rest in that awareness of awareness. That is god. That is oneness. That is wholeness. Nonduality. Let yourself enjoy this physical world without being attached to the changes. We’re just here for fun, but it is an illusion. It’s just a dream. It’s not serious.

Who Is Selecting The Thoughts? (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your worries, surrender your cares, surrender your thoughts.

Let yourself relax into this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”

Remember, become it to see it. Become it to see it. Thank you. Thank you. Feel the feeling first and then you see what that feeling attracted.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and be innocent and grateful and so enthusiastic about this day.

Thank you. I know it’s all happening in my favor. Thank you. Feel your vibration rising. Feel yourself feeling better by the moment because you are the source. You get to project what you want to receive. Decide right now to just feel grateful and then you’ll see things to be grateful for right away.

As you go about your day, ask yourself, who is selecting this thought? You know how you start thinking about things and you get lost in thought, but then you remember, oh yeah—thank you, or am I aware, or I love myself, or whatever your affirmation or mental code is—who is selecting those thoughts?

Who is choosing to think, “Am I aware?” Who is it who is choosing the thought, thank you?

Breathe in and inquire within.
Breathe out and investigate.

Look with me now. Thank you. Who is selecting the thought, thank you? Look within yourself. Who is selecting this thought?

Breathe in and notice how it’s just selecting.
Breathe out and notice there is no doer, there is no selector.

It’s just happening, the thoughts are just coming. You’re not the doer. It feels like you have control over what you think and that you’re choosing the thoughts. But when you really ask, “Who is selecting thank you?” What answer do you become aware of?

Breathe in and feel calm.
Breathe out and feel peaceful.

There is only selecting. Nothing is choosing it. It’s just the unfolding, the natural happening, the results of all time ever.

Like when water flows, those first drips, the happy trails that start running down the driveway and you watch those trails and you see how they move and they just move with the flow. It’s always a surprise, but it couldn’t happen any other way.

Breathe in and notice the happy trails of thoughts.
Breathe out and see you can let go of control now.

It’s not up to you. Who is selecting the thoughts? It’s god! You’re god! It’s god selecting the thoughts. It’s god who’s helping you. It’s god who’s helping you remember thank you. You, the separate personality is an illusion. You—the I, the I think this, I think that—Those are just thoughts. They’re just illusions. Who is selecting those thoughts, really?

Breathe in and surrender it all.
Breathe out and let yourself sink into the mystery.

Who is selecting the thoughts? Who is selecting the thoughts?

Breathe in and feel so peaceful.
Breathe out and notice how when you ask that question you become one with god.

It’s god selecting the thoughts. You are god. Let yourself relax because god is running it all. There’s nothing to worry about, nothing to control. You can just sit back and enjoy the ride, watch the happy trails drip down, see how they play out, just witness. It’s all for you.

As you go about your day, return to thank you whenever you notice your mood dipping, but also allow yourself to surrender your personal thoughts, your desires, your worries.

Identify where your “I” thought is coming from.

Repeat the letter “I” to yourself all day. I… I… I… Let it help you feel your sense of being.

Let it help you notice who you really are by repeating “I” over and over, all other thoughts get dropped and the “I” thought dissolves into the infinite.

Breathe in and become one with the infinite.
Breathe out and surrender, dissolve into the infinite today.

Yes, thank you really helps you feel presence and raise your vibration and and trust that life is working out for you. But remember who you really are. You are not your thoughts, you are not your emotions. And you might wanna use thank you to manifest and get things and make your day feel better. But none of that is really you. And if you wanna know who you really are, hold on to the “I” thought and don’t let it go.

Stick to yourself, don’t let it go.

Breathing out, I… I… I…

Watch where it rises from. That’s the connection to nothing. That’s the connection to the infinite, absolute.

Let it wake you up in the dream. You know who you really are. Pure awareness. Dissolve your personal problem “I” into the infinite God eye.

Breathing out I, I, I…

Let go of all the other thoughts. And just watch where I arises from.

Let yourself relax into the “I”, the infinite “I.” Dissolve your mind. Surrender the thoughts. Let it be easy.

Trust. You are God in human form. Trust. You are God itself. Trust. Life is living you and it’s all working out for you. Trust. This is the best day of your life.

As you go about your day, whenever you notice your moods start to dip because you’re thinking too much, go back to thank you and flip the switch right away.

This feeling of gratitude is similar to the feeling of knowing. It’s the feeling of trusting everything is working out for you.

Thank you, thank you. I know it’s all happening in my favor. Feel your vibration raising. Feel yourself feeling better. Your mood is your work. When you feel good, you’re a match to good feeling things. Allow yourself to remember you are the source and you get to choose.

Feel the excitement building. Feel how optimistic you are already.

I know it’s all happening in my favor. You know through life experience that everything always works out for you. And in the moment that you have a problem, life can be stressful. But if you surrender and trust that it’s all happening in your favor, you can just relax and enjoy the ride. Nothing to stress about. Nothing to worry about. You can just let it be easy because it’s all happening for you.

Let yourself enjoy this day. Everything is perfect and in its place. It’s all unfolding perfectly. Trust the process of life.

Don’t let your thoughts stress you out. What’s going to happen is going to happen whether you think about it or not. You can just sit still and not worry, not think, just relax and enjoy being and you’ll get the impulse to act when it’s time. Something will happen. The phone will ring. Someone will talk to you. In the meantime, you don’t have to worry. You don’t have to sit there and think. You can just relax. Just imagine you already got what you wanted. Sit back, relax, and enjoy it.

It’s all happening in your favor. Wake up in the dream right now. This is just a dream. It doesn’t matter what happens. You’re pure awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

Ask yourself this all day, “Am I aware?” Even just for a few minutes while you meditate, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And feel your attention turn around to look at itself.

You might not feel instantly better, you might not instantly manifest, but this turning of the attention around creates the space for miracles to happen. It creates the space for you to perceive the miracles already happening.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

Rest here, relax here, aware that you are aware. Just relax here.

See how long you can stay in that feeling. See how long you can relax into being aware of being aware.

When your attention rests on itself, there’s no stress because you’re not seeking objects. Your attention isn’t touching all the worries and the what-ifs. Your attention is at peace.

It might not feel like much at first but keep practicing. You’ll start to recognize you’ve been here before. You know how to do this. Presence is easy. Am I aware?

Breathe in and let presence be easy today.
Breathe out and keep asking yourself, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware I have no problems.

When I am aware, there is no lack, so I am happy. When I am aware, there is no agitation in the mind, so I am at peace. And when I am aware, there is no separation from those I love, so I am whole.

Breathe in and rejoin the love.
Breathe out and be aware that you are aware.

Everything is perfect and in its place and by taking a few moments to be aware of being aware you’re revealing the miracles everywhere they already are.
