Do The Inquiry (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and feel some enthusiasm for your day.
Breathe out and let yourself relax into this moment.

Everything is perfect and in its place. Let yourself relax into this right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Life is just for fun. Allow yourself to get some distance from your thoughts right now.

Breathe in and ask, to whom do these thoughts come?
Breathe out and answer. They come to me.

Who is me? I am. Well, who am I?

Breathe in and investigate. Who am I?
Breathe out and listen for an answer.

There is no answer in words. The answer is just presence, awareness, seeing. No words.

Breathe in and let this help you get that distance.
Breathe out and see how thoughts are just objects passing by your awareness.

They’re not you. They’re not true. You don’t have to go with any of them. Always remember the point is to stop thinking completely.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and relax into the knowing, I am.

“I am” are the closest words you can get to representing the “I”, the awareness, the pure knowing that I exist.

Breathing in, I
Breathing out, am.

Reject every thought with I am. As you go about your day, just repeat over and over.

I
am

to the exclusion of all other thoughts. Drop every other thought about every other thing. And if you find yourself caught up, lost in thought, you just ask, to whom do these thoughts come? To whom do these thoughts arise? And it pulls your attention back into center instantly. And you wake up in the dream. And you can see, life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, I
Breathing out, am

Over and over, all day, with every breath.

I
am.

It’s a rhythm, it’s the flow of the universe. Get into the on and off, the up and down. See how you’re existing in this duality of yes and no. But you are behind the yes and no. You are the I am.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, am.

I
am.

Let this make you lighter, freer, not focused on your thoughts. Every single time you notice yourself feeling bad, ask yourself to whom did these thoughts come because it’s your thoughts making you feel bad every single time.

Breathing in, I
Breathing out, am

The self-inquiry of asking, to whom do these thoughts come? helps jolt your attention from the thoughts. If you just go straight at it with I am, you’ll cover it up with more thoughts, not even knowing. Do the inquiry. To whom do these thoughts come? They come to me. Well, who is me? I am. Well, who am I? And follow the I back to center. Dissolve it into the infinite. See that you are everything. See that you have no problems when you are identified as I am.

Breathing in, I
Breathing out, am

Remember, the treasure is not outside of you. The treasure is I am. And the more you stay focused on I am, your sense of being, your presence, the more miracles will unfold in your life. And you won’t even care because you already feel good and that’s what you really want—just to feel good. And if you want to feel good, just stop thinking completely. It’s too easy, right?

Breathing in I
Breathing out am

I
Am.

The Point Is to Stop Thinking (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and ask, to whom do these thoughts arise?

Breathe in and just relax.
Breathe out and let yourself slow down.

There’s no rush, no worries, no hurries. You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything is unfolding perfectly. Let yourself relax and enjoy this moment just the way it is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you feel like life isn’t right the way it is. Only your thoughts are making you suffer.

Breathe in and notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Sometimes no matter how hard we try to feel better, to step into our power, the thoughts are still there, the thoughts keep coming, we still feel unsatisfied, unfulfilled, wanting more, bored. In those moments, ask yourself, who am I who is so bored? Who am I who’s so crabby? Who am I who is suffering?

Breathe in and ask, who am I who is suffering?
Breathe out and feel your attention turn around to look at itself.

In the past I have been so confused by the question “Who am I?” because I don’t know. I don’t know the answer. The “I” doesn’t know the answer. The personality doesn’t know the answer. The personality is just a stream of thoughts. There is no center. There is no single point where the thoughts are coming from. The personality is not fixed. The personality is not real.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and feel your attention turn around to look at itself.

There is no answer. The answer is what is. The answer is just the noticing, the awareness that is already here. Who you are is what is already here. There’s nothing to think about. There’s nothing to figure out. The answer to, who am I? is this. No words, no thoughts, no action. The answer to, who am I? is this.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am.

I exist. That’s it. There’s no deep answer. The answer that you’re looking for that will make you feel better is just the sensation of your attention turning around. The answer to, who am I? isn’t words. It isn’t in your mind. It’s this. The answer to, Who am I? is this.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and really look: who am I?

Who am I who feels rushed and like I need to get things done? The question is just to stop the thoughts. The point is just to stop thinking, to stun yourself into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. The question “Who am I?” is just to stop the thoughts. It’s the turning around and looking, just being aware of being aware. The answer to “Who am I?” is effortless, choiceless, pure awareness, but you don’t have to think those thoughts when you ask that question. You already are those things.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

The answer isn’t words. The answer is your being. The answer is you are. It’s this. Everything. Nothing. The sensation of your attention looking at itself. That’s who you are, just awareness. You are effortless, choiceless, pure awareness.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

As you go about your day, ask this question. Instead of reacting to reality with “I’m mad at this, I want this to happen, I need this to change, I need more money, where is that message? I need, I need, I need, I want, I want, I want.” Every time you notice yourself getting tangled up in the mind, just ask, “Who am I who needs more money? Who am I who’s waiting for a message? Who am I who wants something to change so I can feel better? Who am I who’s sitting in this chair? And feel your attention turn around to look at itself, and in that split-second of bliss when there’s no thought—that’s who you are. Effortless, choiceless, pure awareness.

Breathe in and keep asking, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and keep resting in the answer that isn’t words.

It’s peaceful here. The answer is already solved. You’re already doing it. Let yourself relax into loving being alive.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out . . .

Rest and Receive (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let your worries go.

If you have a problem and you don’t know how to solve it, remember you can always trust the process of life and you can get there by saying thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really mean it.

Remember this is your innocent super power. Yes, presence is your super power, but saying thank you is what will pull you out of a funk when you are trapped in feeling sorry for yourself.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you. I know it’s happening in my favor.”

When you’re feeling sorry for yourself, when you have a problem, when you’re in a situation that just doesn’t seem like it’s going to change and you feel like, “Why me?” You can pull yourself out right away with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Whatever happens, you can trust it. And when you say thank you in response to the things that upset you, you are so powerful, nothing can touch you. This is what it means to say, “Absolutely nothing can resist a completely non-resistant person.” If you say thank you to everything that bothers you, you keep the upper hand, you are always flying high, you are the one who feels good regardless of the circumstances. You know that whatever is handed to you is what God wants for you. You know that whatever you receive is happening in your favor and you know that it’s all working out for you. You know this already and if you ever get stuck feeling like the world is against you or you’re stuck in a situation and you don’t know how to solve it, just say thank you and feel that feeling in your heart of genuine gratitude.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Let yourself be innocent and let yourself receive. You might push away your blessings because you feel guilty or you feel like it’ll make someone else jealous if you receive. But that blessing is for you. You deserve it. Open your arms. Receive what God is giving to you today. Allow it. Let it come. You deserve it. You don’t have to feel guilty anymore. All of history, of everything ever led up to the circumstances where you get to receive. Let yourself enjoy it. It’s going to happen either way.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

You don’t have to feel guilty anymore. You deserve the good fortune. You deserve the blessings. You’ve worked your ass off to get here. You have put in the time. Allow yourself to enjoy it. You’ve been human for so long. It hasn’t been too easy, but now you deserve to rest and receive. And all you have to do to open the floodgates is say thank you and really feel it.

Breathing in, thank you, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, thank you.

Nothing Will Disturb You Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Everything is perfect and in its place. You can relax now.

Breathe in and say I.
Breathe out and say am.

Today as you go about your day, becomes so rooted in your sense of being that no one’s absence can make you feel empty. No one’s presence can make you feel agitated. Stick to the I am and nothing will disturb you today.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, am.

I
am.

Get into this rhythm with every breath in: I.
With every breath out, am.

Over and over with every breath. Fall into the rhythm of life. Feel your sense of being. Let your problems solve themselves. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Today rest in the “I am.” Let it pull you into the infinite.

Breathing in, “I.”
Breathing out, “am.”

Rest in the sense of being. And whenever a problem comes to you, whenever you start worrying or wondering or wishing for change, just ask yourself, “To whom do these thoughts come?”

Breathe in and ask, “To whom do these thoughts come?”
Breathe out and answer.

To me, they come to me. I am thinking them. Well, who am I? Who is I? What is the source of I? By the time you get to the question, what is the source of I? You can feel your attention turn around to look at itself, sinking back into your heart, back into the infinite.

Breathe in and dissolve the personal I.
Breathe out and become rooted in your sense of being, where there are no problems, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

You’re God and God has no problems.

Breathing in, I
Breathing out, am

I
am

I
am

Feel how much calmer you feel. Feel the rhythm of life pulse through you. Life is so much simpler than your thoughts make you think. God will take care of the problems. Life’s working on it. Your thoughts just get in the way. God doesn’t need your help. Allow yourself to simply rest in your sense of being and let God take care of it.

Breathe in and be an innocent child of God.
Breathe out and be God itself.

Life itself, universal intelligence itself, whatever you want to call it. Oneness, non-duality. Allow yourself to rest in presence in the “I am”—the thing we all have in common and your problems will work themselves out. Today, become so rooted in your sense of being that no one’s presence can disturb you and no one’s absence can make you feel empty. You are full. You are one with God, one with life.

Give Up the Burden (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender your worries. Give them all to God. Here God, this is your burden. I’m not worrying anymore.

Breathe in and say “I.”
Breathe out and say “Am.”

I
am.

This is how you keep your attention on God instead of problems and thoughts. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you suffer. Today, instead of keeping your attention tied up in thoughts and problems and worries, rest your attention on the name of God, “I am.” I am is your sense of being. I am is pure awareness. I am is who you really are.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, am.

I
am.

As soon as you notice yourself worrying about a problem, go back to the I am meditation. Connect it with your breath and let it relax you and solve your problems for you. It’s so easy. Just give up the burden to God.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, am.

I
am.

Do this over and over and over. Take the time to sit down and say, “I am.” Feel how relaxed you become. Feel how you start feeling good no matter what’s going on in your life. Feel how you’re identified with God instead of problems. God has no problems.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, am.

I
am.

I
am.

Let this calm you down and reveal your natural peace and happiness and abundance. Instead of thinking or worrying about problems, choose “I am.” Choose to rest your attention on God itself.

Breathing in, I
Breathing out, am.

I
am.

And if problems still come to you, if you’re still worried, if thoughts come to your mind, you simply say, “To whom do these thoughts arise? To whom do these thoughts come?”

Breathe in and inquire, “To whom do these thoughts come?”
Breathe out and look for the answer.

They come to me. Well, who is me? I am. Who am I? What is the source of I? And follow the I back into your heart. See how the small personal I that has problems can dissolve into the infinite I, pure awareness.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, am.

All of your problems—they’re just thoughts. And before all those thoughts is the “I” thought. “I want this. I have this problem. I feel like this.” But that I thought is also just a thought. And when you investigate, who am I, you see, you aren’t really the I thought. And it’s the I thought that has the problems. Not you—you’re pure awareness, you’re God, you’re the witness, you don’t have those problems, it’s just the I thought. It’s temporary, fleeting, passing right now.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, am.

Identify as God, with God. Allow yourself to surrender your thoughts and rest as I am. Your problems will solve themselves and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, I.
Breathing out, am.

I am.

Go Through the Portal (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Remember you are the source of your experience.

Breathe in and smile because that’s your power.
Breathe out and direct your experience by simply resting as you are.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

We’re just here for fun. It’s safe to relax now. Step into your power by getting some distance from your thoughts and preferences right now.

Breathe in and ask yourself, to whom do these thoughts come?
Breathe out and listen for the answer. To me, thoughts I think come to me.

Breathe in and ask, “Who is me?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. I am.

Well, who is I? Who am I?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and look for the answer. Who am I? I.

What is the source of I? Where does it come from?

Breathe in and look, who am I?
Breathe out and follow the I thought to the source.

Feel yourself think I, I. You can feel the I rising. I, I. Where is the source of the I? What is the source of that eye thought? Repeat the letter “I” over and over and watch where it comes from.

Breathing in “I”. “I”.
Breathing out “I”. “I”.

Follow the “I” back to the source. It’s your heart center. You can dissolve your personal “I” into the universal oneness, the big I, simply by following the eye back to the source.

Breathe in and follow “I” back to the source.
Breathe out and feel your small personal I dissolving into the infinite I.

Look around you right now. Everything you see, everything you perceive, is you. It’s all awareness. It’s all consciousness. It’s all the big I, the universal I. Everything you see is I.

Breathe in and dissolve the personal I.
Breathe out and merge with everything. All that is, all consciousness, all awareness, the big I, capital I, the God, I, that’s you.

Breathe in and liberate yourself today.
Breathe out and know it’s so simple.

You’re just freeing yourself from thoughts. Thoughts are the only thing that make you feel bad. They make you feel like you’re a person with responsibilities and consequences. It’s all just a thought.

Breathe in and follow the eye back to your heart center.
Breathe out and dissolve the personal I into the universal I.

Then you spread out and become everything and you see how it’s all you and nothing can hurt you and you were never born and you’re never going to die.

Breathe in and ask to whom do these thoughts come?
Breathe out and listen for that answer.

They are coming to me.

Breathe in and ask, who’s me? What’s me?
Breathe out and feel that answer.

I am.

Well, breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and feel that answer. I. I.

Who am I? Who is I? What is I? It’s just a thought arising and you can watch it rise by repeating I, I, I. Watch where it comes from. Watch that source of I. That’s the infinite. That’s the portal.

Breathe in and go through the portal.
Breathe out and dissolve the personal I into the universal I and merge with everything.

See how life already is the way you want it to be. See how you are God and everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and ask, to whom do these thoughts come.
Breathe out and feel your attention turn around to look at itself.

The thoughts come to me.

Breathe in and inquire who’s me?
Breathe out and listen for that answer. I am.

Feel your attention returning to center over and over. It’s getting easier to step away from your thoughts back into the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. No matter what happens, because your personal I is dissolved into the infinite. And you see how everything is you. There is no right or wrong or good or bad.

Breathe in and see only love and consciousness.
Breathe out and be only love and consciousness.

Allow yourself to dissolve into the infinite by inquiring to who the thoughts come to. Turn your attention back around on itself and see you are the source and when you rest your attention on the source, the miracles flow and everything happens in your favor.

Breathe in and ask to whom do these thoughts come?
Breathe out and answer. They come to me.

Breathe in and look, who is me?
Breathe out and answer. I am. I am me.

Breathe in ask, “Well, who am I?”
Breathe out and go within.

There is no answer in words to the question, “Who am I?” But if you keep asking and watching that I arise, you will merge with the source and then you will know who you are and you won’t have to think about it or talk about it, you will simply be.

Breathe in and have the best day of your life.
Breathe out and let it all come to you.

“I” Is A Thought (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and relax.

Let your thoughts go. Relax. Feel for your sense of being right now.

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes, I’m here.

Today as you go about your day, keep asking yourself, “Who am I? To whom are these thoughts arising? To whom do these thoughts come? Who am I?”

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

Whenever you notice a thought that’s making you suffer or you start to worry or you start to feel pressure about time, take a look at your thoughts and say, “To whom do these thoughts arise? To whom are these thoughts coming? It’s to me. Well, who’s me? Who am I?” And then follow that feeling of I. You know those thoughts came to I, came to me. But who am I? Who is me? Who is this “I”?

Breathe in and look, who am I?
Breathe out and really look: to whom are these thoughts coming? To me.

Who is me? I am. I am. But who is I? Follow that I all the way to the source. Where did that I come from? Where did the thought I come from?

Breathe in and inquire within.
Breathe out and really look: to whom did these thoughts arise? They arose to me. Who am I? Who is me? Who is this I?

Breathe in and investigate.
Breathe out and look right now.

Who is I? Who am I? When you follow the I, it sinks deeper and deeper into your heart and dissolves into the absolute, into the pure awareness. There’s no answer to “Who am I?” because it dissolves into nothing, just the seeing, just the awareness, just the knowing of existence. And when that I arises out of the heart into the mind, it’s just a thought. The letter I that comes when you say, “I feel this, I think that.” That I is a thought. It arises from consciousness and connects with the body, making you feel like you are consciousness trapped in a body, like you are a person trapped in a body and you are mortal and you’re going to die. But if you trace that I thought back to where it came from, the heart center, source, you’ll see it’s not real. It’s an illusion. It’s a thought like everything else you think. I, I, I, it’s a thought. It connects the consciousness to the body but it’s still a thought and it’s still not you.

Breathe in and get some distance from the I thought.
Breathe out and feel some freedom from the I thought.

Ask yourself, “To whom does this pain arise? To me, to I, I feel the pain.” Well, you are the thinker. You are the perceiver of the thought “I feel the pain.” It’s not you feeling the pain. It’s just the I thought that feels the pain. And if you dissolve the I thought, there’s no more pain.

Breathe in and trace that I thought back to source.
Breathe out and dissolve into the infinite.

You can see the body is not you. The pain is not you. The thoughts are not you. You’re the pure awareness. You can identify as that thing who you truly are, the thing that never changes. Pure awareness, I am.

Breathe in and just watch the I thought today.
Breathe out and say to yourself over and over, “I, I, I, I,” to catch it when it comes, to catch those thoughts of, “I’m late. I need to do this. I still need to do this. I’m wondering about this. I wonder what this person thinks.” All thoughts. And the “I” is the thought behind all those thoughts, but it’s still a thought. And you can dissolve it and be free.

Breathe in and see I is just a thought.
Breathe out and be liberated from personhood.

Be liberated from thinking you are I. You’re pure awareness. That’s it. It’s everything.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I. I. I. I. I.

Stop Looking for Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Remember YOU ARE THE SOURCE OF YOUR EXPERIENCE!

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and let the flow through you!

You are the source! All you have to do is ask, am I aware? And really investigate that answer, and when your attention is resting on the sense I AM, you’re the source. You’re the love. You’re the abundance. You’re the happiness. Naturally. Effortlessly.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And when I am aware, I have no problems. Remember this! Any time your life starts going off the rails, you start losing your balance, ask yourself—would I rather think about it, or would I rather have it?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

Rest here. Stay here. Stay as you are. Pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. And when I am aware, there’s no separation from the people I love. There is only peace because my mind isn’t agitated. There is only happiness because there is no lack to be noticed!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

Use this question to wake up in the dream, to remember that all of physical reality is the same. There’s no good or bad. Notice the sameness, whether you’re at home, at your job, at your friend’s house—wherever you are, it’s all the same. You are the source and it will always reflect you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because I’m not thinking. I’m not causing problems. I’m not going over these thoughts that cause me pain. I’m not creating bigger problems.

Breathe in and rest your attention.
Breathe out and stop looking for problems. Stop looking for problems, period.

When you are aware that you are aware, you have no problems. And when you are lost in thought, overthinking, running conversations through your mind—you’re looking for problems.

Breathe in and let your worries go today.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts.

Be the source. Be the one in control of your experience. You are whether you like it or not. You are whether you’re trying to do it or not. You are the source. Your reality is reflecting you. Remember you are the creator. And you can transform your life into love, happiness, peace, and abundance right this second.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

When I am aware, I have no problems. All of physical reality is the same. Everything is perfect and in its place and I’m just happy to be alive. Happy to be here.

Breathe in and be one with all that is.
Breathe out and merge with all that is.

Let god replace you. Let your thoughts go. Your thoughts are the only thing separating you, the only thing making you feel bad. Stop looking for problems, and rest your attention.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Ask yourself this all day. Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems. Am I aware? Yes. I am aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware. And I am now in the flow!

Enjoy Your Innocent Power (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and be kind to yourself right now!
Breathe out and just say thank you!

You can always flip the switch with thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I know it’s happening in my favor! Thank you!

Breathe in and feel that true gratitude! Thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you—to raise your vibration, to flip the switch, to change the trajectory of your whole life! Just say thank you and feel it. And relax.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

Feel this true gratitude! Feel how innocent you feel when you say thank you! You know you deserve to be blessed. You know you’re lucky. You know you deserve to receive! You know you deserve a good life. You know you deserve nice things and happiness and peace and love! You know all of those things are your birthright! And to activate them, to reveal them, simply say thank you and mean it and then they’re there!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Feel your innocence! Feel how gratitude changes everything! You see how everything that happens is in your favor! You see how the things you thought were against you were actually gifts from god!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! And if you can’t get in that vibration, if you’re feeling ornery, or you’re feeling angry, or you’re having conversations and arguments in your head with people that you’ll never actually have in real life—ask god to replace you. Let god diffuse your anger. Let god direct your actions.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

Really make the space and open up for god to replace you, to replace your selfish thoughts, your angry thoughts.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

Thank you! Thank you! I know it’s all in my favor! Thank you!

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and surrender. Surrender your preferences. You don’t know the best way. Only life knows the best way. The best way is what is. And there’s no sense in fighting it. You can’t change it. When you fight what is, you lose. Allow yourself to say thank you for what is. And then you have the upper hand! And then you shift your perception and you see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! I know it’s all in my favor! Thank you!

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and take control of your experience with thank you!

I always say control is letting go, and what that means is letting go of the thoughts that hurt you, the resistant thoughts about your preferences. The thoughts that make you suffer. The arguments in your head. The worries. Control is letting go. You control your experience by letting go of the thoughts. And the easiest way to let go of the thoughts and feel better, is simply saying thank you.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I know it’s in my favor! Thank you! Feel the blessings raining on you! Feel your vibration totally shift! Feel everything change! Feel the light of god on you, coming from you, simply because you chose to tune yourself, to shift your vibration to gratitude, to raise your own vibration, because that’s your power! You’re the creator! Become a match to god right now!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

Feel this innocence! Feel this power. It’s innocent power. Allow yourself to enjoy your innocent power today!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you, thank you! Thank you!

Who Am I Who Cares?? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Get in the vibration of gratitude! This is your manifesting power! Thank you! Feel the feeling of getting what you want! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and become it to see it!
Breathe out and feel that genuine gratitude!

Thank you! Thank you! You know it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life isn’t serious!
Breathe out and surrender your worries! Say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

It just doesn’t matter. It’s not serious. And most things will be forgotten 5 minutes after they happen.

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Today as you go about your day, whenever you notice yourself resisting or struggling, ask yourself, who am I who cares??

Breathing in, who am I who cares??
Breathing out…

What answer did you hear? When you really look, when you go within and ask, “Who am I?” There’s nothing there! There’s nothing! It’s just seeing. It’s just awareness. It’s just knowing. There’s no I. There’s no person, trapped inside your body. It’s just awareness. There’s nothing there. There’s no one to care!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and feel excited!

There’s no one there to care. It’s empty. It’s nothing. There’s nothing at the core. There’s just the witnessing, the seeing, the knowing of existence. That’s you.

Breathe in and be the pure awareness.
Breathe out and surrender.

Anything that isn’t emptiness, or nothing—it’s a thought, it’s a form, it’s temporary and it’s not you!

Breathing in, who am I who cares?
Breathing out, there’s no one there!

There’s nothing there! You might hear answers like, “a body”, but you’re not your body. You might hear something like, “a scared little kid”. But you’re not a scared little kid. That’s just a memory, a thought, a trapped belief that you can surrender right now by really investigating:

Breathing in, who am I who cares?
Breathing out, who am I who cares??

Who am I who cares about this video? Who am I who cares if the beef stew is good? Who am I who cares what happens? Just a thought! There’s nothing there!

Breathe in and feel liberated!
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy your day now!

If it’s empty in the core, if there’s nothing really to it, if it’s just the seeing—you get to sit back and relax and just watch and enjoy the show. You don’t have to get trapped in the personal thoughts, taking things personally, getting offended, having preferences. The emptiness has no preferences!

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, there’s nothing there!

You can say I AM—it’s the same thing as awareness or knowing. But when you really look, and genuinely listen to the answer to “Who am I?”—space. Stillness. Emptiness. Freedom. Nothing!

Breathe in and be the alive vibrant nothing!
Breathe out and be free!

You don’t have to suffer from your personal preference anymore because they are just thoughts and they’re not you. There’s not a thinker, they’re not a person thinking the thoughts. There is you, pure awareness, and there are thoughts passing by. And when you ask, “Who am I?” and really investigate, you’ll see, there’s no one there but the seeing. It’s just a thought and you can let it go right now!

Breathe in and make space.
Breathe out and be the space!

As you go about your day, any time you struggle, just ask, “Who am I who cares? Who am I? Who am I?” And listen for the answer. Brilliant, spacious, peaceful, nothing!

Breathe in and be free from the suffering of a person!
Breathe out and be free to be god! The all-seeing, the all-knowing, pure awareness that you really are.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, there’s nothing there! But freedom!
