Be the Powerful Witch (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are pure awareness. You can be or do or have anything you want because this is just an illusion.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and be here now, awake in the dream.

This is the best day of your life.

Remember who you are. You’re a powerful witch. You have the power to do whatever you want. All you have to do is practice the feeling and return to the present moment.

Breathe in and practice the feeling of the present moment.
Breathe out and feel so relieved that God is taking care of you.

Life is on your side. You can have what you want. You only have to get out of your own way and you do that by resting your awareness on awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Trust the process of life. Trust it will come at exactly the right time. Trust that you are the source of your experience. What you project is what you receive. You must become it to see it. So become it right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Allow yourself to put your trust, your faith, your knowing into God or life, whatever you want to call it. You are life and life takes care of life.

Breathe in and trust it’s all working out for you.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

You only have to decide that you trust life and then rest as pure awareness for everything to flow magickally, for what you want to come to you. Decide right now to stop struggling against the current.

Breathe in and surrender.
Breathe out and relax.

Let life carry you away. Trust it’s all unfolding perfectly. Follow your impulses, follow what feels fun. You don’t really have a choice anyway. You think you have so much choice, but really everything is just happening as a result of all time. It’s your conditioning making the choices. You can relax, you can enjoy, you can just be and let what you want come to you.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Thank you. Thank you.

When you are aware, you have no problems because your attention is resting on its source instead of on problems, thoughts. Today, as you go about your day, just remember to ask, “Am I aware? Am I aware?” And rest in that knowing instead of thinking about problems. The thoughts will still come, but every time you notice a problem, just say to yourself, “Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems.”

Breathe in and be the source.
Breathe out and be the powerful witch you know you are.

You are the source. You are in control of what your perspective is. Decide right now to trust life. Turn that trust into knowing and watch your life unfold perfectly, better than you ever could have designed yourself.

Let Life Solve Your Problems (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. It’s all happening in my favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and really accept it. Welcome it.

Yes, it’s raining still. Yes, the weather still sucks. Yes, I’m taking the weather personally. Yes, I’m dragging my feet because I have to go out in the rain and I’m annoyed. Yes, I have to do this stupid workout that I’m making myself do and I don’t want to do it. Yes, I am tired of having a body. Yes, I am feeling so stressed. Yes, I am so frustrated. Yes, I feel guilty. Yes, I feel overwhelmed. Yes, I feel irritated. Yes, I am disappointed. Yes, I am seeking within the world for pleasure and satisfaction. Yes, my attention is seeking. Yes, I am seeking. Yes, I am seeking.

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and remember the cliche that “what you are seeking for is where you are seeking from.”

Breathe in and ask, Am I aware?
Breathe out and really look for the answer. Am I aware?

Yes, I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, my mind is not agitated because I’m not worried. When I am aware, I’m happy because I’m not focused on lack. And when I am aware, there is no separation from those I love because I’m identified as the thing we all have in common.

Breathing in, am I aware.
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Let yourself slow down and come to center. Even if you’re overwhelmed, even if you’re frustrated, even if you’re angry, ask yourself, am I aware? Am I aware that I’m angry?

Breathe in and keep asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and see what you’re doing.

Instead of being aware of something, you’re noticing that you are aware. You are aware of awareness. You are awareness itself. And when you rest as awareness, the world doesn’t affect you.

Breathe in and stop letting yourself be affected by the world and the weather.
Breathe out and become impervious to these challenges.

When you stay as you are, pure awareness, nothing can touch you, nothing can bother you, nothing can harm you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

This is how you worship God. You know who said I am? God.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and look for the answer.

Yes, I am aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

Trust that it’s happening in your favor. Trust that when you drop your attention to problems, life solves your problems.

Today, let life solve your problems, whatever they are, trust.

As soon as you notice yourself feeling overwhelmed, yourself, “Am I aware?” and stop seeking for things to change, and rest in the unchanging pure awareness.

Today as you go about your day, keep your attention on your breath. And with every inhale and exhale, say thank you. Your day will magically transform.

As you practice this, remember to feel the feeling of gratitude. You are a powerful magnet and you are the source. Choose what you want to project so that you can receive exactly what you want.

Feel Perfect (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Ask yourself right now and really listen. Inquire genuinely right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware.

Am I aware? Yes, I am aware. I am aware that I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems because I am identified as the thing we all have in common. I am merged back into the One, safe and protected from all harm.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

As you go about your day, slow down and take the time to ask yourself genuinely. It’s not a mantra, it’s not an affirmation. It’s an inquiry that you have to honestly answer, honestly look, and in the time it takes to ask the question and see the answer, you go from agitated to peaceful, lacking to happy, separate to in love, just by asking that question.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

See if you can feel your attention turning around to look at itself. Am I aware? The attention draws back in to the source, sinks into your heart center. The mind becomes one with all that is. And you’re no longer projecting outward, seeking for change, looking for something to happen so you can feel good. You’re merged with the infinite, so you feel perfect.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Just keep asking yourself over and over, and then the time between asking the question gets longer and longer as you learn to rest in your awareness, relaxed, one with all that is.

Let it be simple today. Let this question answer your problems. It’s so simple.

If you still find yourself seeking for things to change, go back to thank you and really feel the feeling of gratitude and you will learn to trust that everything is happening in your favor. Even the things you do, even your so-called mistakes—it all had to happen that way so that it could unfold perfectly for you. God does everything perfectly, no matter what, always, every day, constantly, all the time, right now.

Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Build your trust in life today. Build your trust that you are the source and that it’s up to you and your perspective shift to create the life you want to live. The only two thoughts you need are “am I aware?” and thank you and leave everything else up to life to work out. You don’t have to solve your problems and when you are aware, you don’t have any problems.

You become it to see it. Choose to become it right now.

Shift the trajectory of your entire life right this second with thank you.

Practice this feeling. Become gratitude itself. Even if you don’t know what to be grateful for, choose the feeling and then you will see it reflected.

Trust it’s all happening in your favor. Trust you’re in the right place at the right time. It’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.

You are the source. You can flip the switch right the second. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You can feel it instantly. Thank you. Thank you.

You know exactly what it feels like to receive what you want. You know exactly what it feels like to get something that you’ve wanted for a long time and suddenly you receive it unexpectedly. A surprise. A gift from god. Thank you, thank you.

Today, as you go about your day, look out for signs that god is giving you the gifts that you’ve been looking for. To everything you see, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Trust that everything that happens is leading you to the perfect thing you wanted.

As you relax into the vibration of gratitude, you’ll see this is it. Life already is the way you want it to be. This is the manifestation right now, right here. Thank you!

All of those things that you resist or that you wonder if it’s against you or if it’s going to make your life harder—to every one of those instances. Say to yourself, “Trust.”

It is a rare person who can trust that god will take care of them. Today decide to be the kind of person who knows god takes care of them. Life takes care of them.

Today, your superpower, your magical ability is knowing that life takes care of life. You don’t have to struggle and strive.

You can relax into the knowing that everything is happening in your favor. When it’s time it’s time. And you don’t have to try to force or accomplish or manipulate anymore.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and be the kind of person who knows god is taking care of them.

Be the kind of person who trusts life takes care of life. You know nature takes care of itself. You are nature.

Breathe out and say thank you.

That’s all you have to do for every need of yours to be taken care of. Stay in the vibration of thank you. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and just be here grateful.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware? Because when I am aware I have no problems.

My favorite technique for getting through the day is to shift my vibration with thank you to set the tone, to remind myself it’s all unfolding perfectly, and then to just rest as pure awareness, relaxed as pure awareness, letting it unfold.

You don’t have to constantly be forcing that thank you energy, but if you’re in a place of not trusting, it’s an easy way to instantly get back in the flow.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware and when I am aware I have no problems because I’m not lost in thought, lost in the story, all of which is false.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and see for yourself. Yes, you are aware, and when you are aware, you have no problems.

Life is taking care of you. Trust, believe, and let it already be done.

Welcome back to the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Trust that life is taking care of you today. Trust that you can surrender your problems and your preferences. Trust that you are god and so there’s nothing that you have to control or manage or stress about or strive to achieve.

Breathe in and know it’s already done.
Breathe out and just be the witness.

Watch your life unfold today. Rest in your sense of being, in your sense I AM.

Breathe in and say thank you, thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

I know it’s happening in my favor.

As you go about your day, when your mind starts dragging you along for a painful ride, decide to let it go and stay as you are. Pure awareness, your sense of presence, the knowing that you exist.

Breathe in and bask in the only knowing you need.
Breathe out and feel secure and confident that you can trust life.

You can trust God. You can trust the self, the one.

Breathing out, yes I am.

That is how you stay as you are. That is how you choose to rest in god, to rest in the presence of god, instead of following the mind to problems, destruction, pain.

Breathe in and let the mind go.
Breathe out and make the choice today to let life take care of you.

If you can have trust and confidence in god or life or oneness, pure awareness, whatever you want to call it—if you can trust that you are that and that it’s taking care of you, you don’t have to work hard. You don’t have to stress and strive. Life takes care of life and you are life.

Breathe in and open up to the impulses from life.
Breathe out and trust that when it’s time, it’s time.

You don’t need a single thought. Thoughts separate, they divide, they make you feel small, scared, in danger. But if you can rest as you are, stay as I am, you will be safe. You are secure. You are taken care of in every moment. Nothing can harm you.

Breathe in and be secure today.
Breathe out and feel safe today.

It helps to first say thank you and feel that feeling of gratitude if you’re trapped in your mind. It helps you remember the truth that everything is happening in your favor, even your actions. Everything that has happened up until now has been in your favor. Flip the switch with thank you and feel the feeling.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. I know it’s happening in my favor.

Say that to your mind when it starts dragging you. “No, I’m flipping the switch. I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.” And once you feel your mood lift just a tiny bit, once you remember that you are the source and that you do have control over your perspective and what you put your attention on, then you can relax in the presence of god and let god figure it out.

Breathe in and let god flow through you.
Breathe out and trust your intuition.

Trust the process of life, trust the impulses. Let go of all the thoughts about what should I do, should I have done that, what’s going to happen. I can’t believe they did that. Abandon all thoughts and stay as you are, pure awareness, and then you don’t have to struggle anymore. The perfect thing will happen at the perfect time. You will have the most beautiful serendipitous rendezvous.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and rest as the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t agitated. I am not focused on lack and there is no separation from those I love because I am identified as pure awareness, the thing that we all have in common, the scaffolding of existence.

Breathe in and rest in the scaffolding of existence.
Breathe out and feel connected to everything.

It’s all unfolding perfectly, in your favor. Let your life be magical today.

Practice Trusting Life (transcript)

Get in the mindset of receiving right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

No matter what is going on with your life, start saying thank you right now and you will see everything is happening in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

No matter what’s going on, flip the switch right now. Thank you. Thank you. And your thoughts might try to convince you that things are happening against you, things are going wrong, it’s not working out, but that’s just your thoughts. They’re not true, and everything really is happening in your favor. It’s a gift from God. It’s a gift from yourself to you.

Breathe in and allow yourself to receive.
Breathe out and welcome what is, because it’s causing the perfect timing for you to get what you want.

As soon as you flip the switch to thank you and feel that gratitude in your heart, you’ll see everything unfold exactly the way you wanted, but you couldn’t control, you couldn’t force it, you couldn’t make it happen.

You, your thoughts, your separate illusion self just had to get out of the way so that everything could coalesce perfectly. So that the right thing could happen at the right time.

It’s all happening in perfect timing and the sooner you switch to thank you and really feel that gratitude in your heart, the sooner you will see everything is happening for you, not against you.

Breathe in and see everything is happening for you.
Breathe out and let it be true.

Shift into the vibration of gratitude right now. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. No matter what you fear, no matter what outlandish theory is in your mind about what’s happening, no matter how personally you’re taking other people’s actions—it’s not against you. It’s all happening in perfect timing so that you can walk out your door and magick happens.

Breathe in and open up to that possibility.
Breathe out and get ready to walk out your door and see magick happen for you.

This is all it takes. Just start feeling thank you and everything starts flowing perfectly for you. The perfect synchronicities, the perfect serendipity, everything will happen magickally, if you can get your thoughts out of the way and just rest in the vibration of thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Practice this for yourself. Practice trusting life. Trust that you are life and that life takes care of life. And if you can step away from your outlandish theory thoughts that say everything’s happening against you, then you will see everything is happening in your favor.

Life already is the way you want it to be. Magickal, perfect, fun, delightful.

This moment is all there is. Everything else is a story. The past is a story. The future is a story. Your to-do list is a story. All that exists is this.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and recognize the answer: “Yes, I am aware.”

Breathe in and feel relieved, because when you’re aware, you have no problems.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

When all else fails, go back to thank you. Feel the feeling of gratitude. Your vibration will rise right away. You’ll feel better and your circumstances will reflect it right away.

Remember to ask yourself, would I rather think about it, or would I rather have it?

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is just not serious.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

It’s just for fun. It’s such a fun game we get to play here. Oneness, hiding from itself. Today, wake up in the dream a little bit more by constantly reminding yourself, “This is it. This is it. This is all.” All thoughts are a story. Past and future—a story.

Bring yourself into this moment. This is where it’s fun. This is where there’s nothing to worry about. This is all there is.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and surrender your worries and just say thank you, thank you, thank you.

It’s all working out in your favor. The more you let go of your attachment to outcome, the less you need things to change to feel good, the more things will change and you’ll feel good.

Whatever you want to manifest, let it go right now. Choose to find a way to enjoy this moment right here. And the instant you start enjoying your life the way it is—you start doing your own thing, pursuing your own creative interests—as soon as you do that, you’ll get the thing that you’ve been wanting. You’ll get the message, you’ll get the check, you’ll get the call. Whatever it is that you want, forget it, let it go, and be your own reason for feeling good by being so engrossed in this present moment that you forget that you need this thing. You forget that you wanted that.

All you have to do to become totally engrossed in this moment is remind yourself this is truly it. This is it. This is the main event. Nothing else exists. This is it.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream. This is it!
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware this is it? Am I aware this is all that exists?

This is oneness right here. Only one awareness. This is it. You don’t have to think about it. It’s not a thought. Let yourself just be it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Trust you can let go of your thoughts and still function. Trust you can let go of your thoughts and have a really good life. That’s the way to have a really good life. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go by becoming so entranced with this moment that you forget you have desires, you forget you have a past. You’re just happy to be alive here, being it.

This Is It & This Is Enough (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go of your thoughts. Let go of your worries. There is only this. This moment is all that is real. Everything else is a story and you can let it go.

Breathe in and know this is it.
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware?

Am I aware that this is it? This is it and this is sufficient. This is the miracle. The miracle is that we’re here, that we exist, that there’s all of this phenomena arising and we get to be here enjoying it.

Everything is perfect and in its place and there is nothing that you have to do, nothing you have to become. It’s already perfect, it’s this.

Breathe in and know, this is it.
Breathe out and see the sameness in everything.

It doesn’t matter what is coming and going. The changes don’t matter. The only thing that’s important is that this is it. This moment is it. This awareness is it. There is only one awareness and this is it.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and get some space from your thoughts.

This is it. You don’t have to think about anything else because none of it is real. Your body will do what your body needs to do at the right time. You will receive inspiration to take action when it’s time. Trust the process of life. Trust that you are life. Trust that it’s all working out for you. Life takes care of life.

Breathe in and relax. It’s not up to you.
Breathe out and surrender.

Relax. This is it. You’re free. This is the freedom you’re looking for, this moment. Look around you. This is all that’s real. Anything you’re thinking about—It’s just a story. It’s just a narrative. This right here, it doesn’t mean anything, but the meaning is that we’re here. We get to enjoy this. It’s just an experience for fun to break up the monotony of eternity. It’s not serious.

Breathe in and know this is it.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

When you are aware, you have no problems because you’re not trapped in the story where the problems are. The story is not real. The thoughts are not real. This is it. And this is enough. Right where we are. If you can allow yourself to see the miracle, that there is a body here, that there is a glass of water, that there are trees growing—If you can see that miracle, You don’t need anything else to change.

See the miracle today. See that this is it. There’s nothing to strive for. There’s no place to get to. This is it and this is enough.

Breathe in and feel so relieved.
Breathe out and relax because this is it.

Anytime a thought crosses your mind about another person or a place or a to-do list item, tell yourself, that’s not real, this is it. That doesn’t matter, this is it. This, right here, is it. This is all there is. There is one awareness and it’s this. There’s not multiple awarenesses in the other people. There aren’t things that are dormant or haven’t yet happened. This is it.

Breathe in and see the miracle.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

You can relax now. You have no more problems. This is it and this is enough. As you go about your day, ask yourself, am I aware this is it?

Train yourself to see this is the miracle. And if you’re disappointed that this is it, you’re just stuck in the story, you’re stuck in your thoughts. Today, your goal, your mission is to see the miracle and perfection of this. Life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware this is it?
Breathing out, yes.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, I can relax now. This is it.

Breathe in and remember this is it.
Breathe out and surrender because it couldn’t happen any other way.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything is unfolding perfectly. Allow yourself to relax and enjoy this moment the way it is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Say thank you for what is. Remember you are the source of your experience. Choose to flip the switch right now.

Breathing in, fuck it.
Breathing out, fuck it.

Who gives a fuck? Let this day be light. Take it so lightly you fly.

Breathing in, fuck it.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Let go of the striving and the struggling to achieve and change today. Your wanting things to change is making you suffer. Surrender all of your preferences. Decide to not give a fuck today. Let it unfold as it will. You stay as you are, stable as you are, impervious to distraction and irritation.

Breathing in, fuck it.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck.

Let the thoughts go. Let the worries go. Flip the switch by saying fuck it first. Feel the way you want to feel by saying thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And remember there is only this. Only your thoughts are making you suffer. Only your thoughts are making you feel bad. The truth is there is only this moment. There is only right now. You don’t need anything to change to feel better. You don’t need anything to change to enjoy life. Let yourself enjoy it right here, right now.

Breathing in, fuck it.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Even when life feels so hard and stacked against you and nothing’s going your way because your relationships are fucked up, your choices are fucked up—All of the things that you’ve been looking to for satisfaction aren’t bringing that satisfaction anymore—That’s a perfect time to go within and remember you are the source and that the outside world doesn’t affect you.

Breathing in, Fuck it. Fuck all of of those outside things!
Breathing out. Thank you. Thank you, God, for replacing me with you.

Thank you for helping me see through the illusion of the separate self. Thank you for helping me identify as pure awareness so that I can stop suffering my preferences.

Breathing in, fuck it!
breathing out, Thank you. Thank you, God. Thank you. Thank you for sparing me.

Thank you for helping me see I don’t need any of those outside things. Thank you for helping me remember I am the source. Thank you for helping me surrender. Thank you for helping me trust.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s all happening in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and surrender the thoughts. You don’t need them.
Breathe out and stop seeking outside of yourself for satisfaction.

The only satisfaction comes from within and then the outside things start reflecting your inner satisfaction and you get attached to them and then you have to tear your attention away again. But for now, if you are suffering, decide to say fuck it to the external phenomena. Go within, become aware that you are aware and rest in the placeless place.

Breathing out, yes I am thank you. Thank you.

I’m choosing to trust god. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
