You’re Doing A Great Job (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

When you stop resisting it, it will stop persisting. So right now welcome all of the unpleasant things. Welcome all of the parts of yourself you don’t like. Welcome all of the things you’re dissatisfied about.

Breathe in and say yes to dissatisfaction.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I feel not good enough. Yes, I feel scattered. Yes, I feel like I’m not doing enough. Yes, I feel like I am disappointing other people. Yes, I’m having a really hard time putting myself before other people’s needs. Yes, I feel stretched and pulled. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I feel angry. Yes, I feel so frustrated. Yes, I feel so mad at myself. Yes, I feel so imperfect. Yes, I feel really not good enough. Like I’m really fucking it up.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and just notice what is.

Yes, I am feeling so much self-criticism. Yes, I feel like I am making mistakes left and right. Yes, I am having a hard time being present. Yes, I am really in my head. Yes, I am really worried. Yes, I am feeling really stressed.

Breathe in and welcome the stress.
Breathe out and say thank you for the stress.

I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and notice how when you say thank you for what is, when you say thank you for the things you don’t like—thank you for the stress—you can feel your mind shift and start looking at that thing with curiosity instead of repulsion.

Thank you for the stress. Thank you for the stress. Thank you for the stress.

Breathe in and feel yourself getting curious.
Breathe out and let yourself be light.

You have the power to shift your perspective, to feel grateful for the things you don’t want. You have the power to see things in a new light, to see how it really is happening in your favor. Even the family drama, even the major health problems, even the decisions you made that you regret, it’s all happening in your favor. It really is. You’re doing a great job.

Breathe in and know, you’re still doing a great job.
Breathe out and know you’re doing your best and that’s all you can do. You’re doing your best.

Have some compassion for yourself like you would for a child.

Breathe in and know you’re doing a great job anyway.
Breathe out and see.

Even if you’re stressed, even if you feel like you’re not good enough, you’re doing a great job. You’re doing a great job. You are really doing a good job.

Breathe in and just keep doing what you’re doing.
Breathe out and say thank you as much as you can, because it’s a really good way to shift your perspective from being a victim to being open and curious and playful like the innocent baby you are.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself, you have come so far.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Everything is unfolding perfectly for you. Trust the process of life. Trust life will take care of you. Say thank you and fuck all the rest.

You’re Already Doing It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

All you want at the core is to be loved. That can come in so many ways. Today, surrender whatever preferences you have of wanting it to go a certain way and let the magick life fill in all of the empty spots.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious!
Breathe out and just be still.

Let your mind slow down.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Let it be easy today. The mind wants to struggle. The mind wants problems. The mind is looking for something to be hard and difficult. But who you really are, pure awareness, always is. Who you really are, pure awareness, is already here, and you don’t have to do any work to be here.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Genuinely look for the answer. “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and keep lightening up because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you because it’s all happening in your favor.

Let it be easy. Let yourself relax. Decide today that you’re going to stay as you are, pure awareness, and then your reality will be permeated with love, the thing you want more than anything.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems, because when I am aware, I am identified as pure awareness. My mind is not agitated, so I am peaceful. I’m not noticing any lack, so I am happy. And I am not separate from anyone who I love. So I am in love, I am love itself.

Breathe in and rest in your awareness today.
Breathe out and know you’re already doing it.

We try all of these mental tricks to be enlightened. We practice breathing and counting and awareness and praying and feeling the way we wanna feel. But the thing is, you’re already doing it. You’re already being. You already are pure awareness. You can’t get away from it. It’s only your thoughts that ever make you feel separate.

Breathe in and notice you’re aware.
Breathe out and notice you’re already doing it.

It’s much simpler than the mind wants it to be, because you’re already doing it.

Breathe in and notice: I’m already doing it.
Breathe out and see how saying that can wake you up in the dream.

I’m already doing it. I’m already aware. I’m already identified as pure awareness. I’m already stable as I am. I am already doing it with no effort, no thinking, no trickery in the mind.

Breathe in and say to yourself: I’m already doing it.
Breathe out and know it’s that simple.

You’re already doing it. There’s no more tricks. There’s no more inquiry. It is what it is and you are what it is and you are already doing it. You’re already enlightened. You’re already love.

Breathe in and see how you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and say it. I’m already doing it.

I’m already identified as awareness. I’m already whole and one with all that is. Don’t let the words get in the way. Don’t think about it too much. Just say to yourself, “I’m already doing it.” And notice, you’ve always already been doing it. You’ve always already been enlightened. You’re already here, you’re already doing it.

Breathing in, I’m already doing it.
Breathing out, I’m already doing it.

Say this to yourself all day today. Let it wake you up in the dream and notice how your perspective shifts when you say it. See how it’s true.

See how you are already doing it.

You are already resting as awareness.

You are already simply being. There’s nothing more required. Life takes care of life and your body knows what to do. Your body is a genius.

Breathe in and be so relieved you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and enjoy life in the simplicity of being.

You’re already doing it, you can’t stop. There’s nothing to think about. Just say to yourself, I’m already doing it. I’m already identified as pure awareness. It’s already done.

It’s already done. I’m already doing it. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Become it to see it right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is the best day of your life and everything is unfolding perfectly in your favor.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you and feel your vibration shift already.

Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Even my decisions, even the things that I think I do wrong, it’s all happening in my favor.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is, accepting what is, letting whatever is be.

You are unconditional love. You are infinite awareness. Allow everything to unfold within your boundless love

Breathe in and love today.
Breathe out and let go of your suffering.

Let go of your preferences. Let go of your opinions. You can’t change your conditioning. You can’t help the way you were raised. You can’t help the way that each little action built up your psyche and your psychological mind. But what you can help as your perspective. You can help the way you look at things.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and answer, yes I am.

You can choose what you look at. You can choose where you rest your attention. You can choose right now to be aware of being aware and merge back into the infinite where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I am identified as the thing we all have in common. Awareness is what makes up everything. I am awareness. You are awareness. Objects are awareness. Thoughts are awareness. That’s all everything is made up of. And awareness is love. And you can call it love because awareness never denies any arising. Awareness never rejects anything from happening. It is open and accepting of all possibilities, anything, unconditionally allowing.

Breathe in and feel what it feels like to be unconditionally allowing.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

Let the suffering go. It’s not your job to control. It’s not your job to judge. It’s not your job to change other people or even yourself. Your job is simply to be and you’re already doing it. You don’t have to change a thing or do a thing. You can relax now. You can let it unfold. You can merge with love and live the rest of your life in love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

When I am aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. When I am aware, I am not noticing lack, so I am happy. And when I am aware, there is no separation. So I am love itself because I’m not separated into the scared body separate from everything. No, I am pure awareness. The same thing as everything else that I witness in reality. It’s all the same thing. It’s all love. And when I stay as I am, pure awareness, I have no problems. I am in love and everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and accept what is.

Be the unconditional love that is pure awareness. Simply identify as pure awareness. And the more you do this, the more love you’ll feel, the more love you’ll see, and that’s all we really want—is love.

You already are it. Now relax into it and be it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow and I am now love, yeah, love.

Surrender Your Burden to God (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body. Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies. Welcome back to beginner’s mind where everything is new.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember only your thoughts make you feel bad. And your thoughts feel so real and so true, but they’re false, they’re separating you, they are an illusion, and only love is real.

Breathe in and open up to love.
Breathe out and accept what is.

Yes, I feel criticized. Yes, I’m infuriated. Yes, I’m disappointed. Yes, I’m tired of this shit. Yes, I’m grateful for the criticism because it’s making me know who I am. Yes, I am finally ready to stand up to this person. Yes, I am feeling turbulent. I am feeling turbulent. Yes, I am feeling helpless and mad at the same time.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

It’s all happening in your favor. Allow yourself to relax and say thank you for what is.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you for the disturbance. Thank you for the problems. Thank you for the thoughts that separate me so I can know the deliciousness of union.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile because you know deep down it’s not serious.

You’ll never figure it out in your thoughts. You’ll never solve the problem with your mind. Let yourself relax into the present moment. Simply identify as pure awareness and let life solve the fucking problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, my attention is resting on its source. When I am aware, my mind is not agitated and so I am at peace. When I am aware, I don’t notice lack, so I am happy. When I am aware, I am not separate from anyone or anything, so I feel love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. I am aware that I have the choice of where to place my attention. I am aware that my attention is running over the problems, making them bigger. I am aware that I am breathing in. I am aware that I feel separate, that I feel helpless, that I feel out of control, that I feel responsible and guilty.

Breathe in and let it be.
Breathe out and just rest in the discomfort.

What does the discomfort feel like in your body? It’s a knot in my throat. Where the words are stuck because I want to say things. But matching violence with violence doesn’t help. I can allow myself to become still and peaceful, to let the mind settle and let the problems work themselves out. I can trust god to work the problems out. It’s all God. I can trust it’s all God. I know it’s all God. And me, the separate person, cannot do god’s work. Me, the separate person cannot save someone else. Me, the separate person cannot intervene. Me the separate person cannot solve anything.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel yourself rejoining with all that is, merging with all that is.

That solves it, becoming one with God—that solves it.

Breathe in and ask am I aware?
Breathe out and stay as you are. Pure awareness.

Allow yourself to feel the emotions, to notice the complexity, to let the emotion pass through. But the thoughts won’t solve anything. What does the emotion feel like?

Breathe in and notice the emotion. It’s frustration and anger.
Breathe out and feel it in your body. It feels like an explosion, like fire.

Breathe in and feel the fire.
Breathe out and let the fire burn. Let the fire burn. Let the fire burn. Let the fire burn.

That fire is the flame of pure awareness and that fire is cleansing it all.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am and when I am aware I have no problems.

Stand up to your fucking problems today. Choose to identify simply as pure awareness and let the flame of awareness dissolve all that is untrue.

Breathe in and be light.
Breathe out and surrender your problems to pure awareness.

Surrender your burden to god. It’s not your fucking problem.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because I am merged with God. It’s all God. And if it’s all God, there’s no problems because there are no separate entities to have conflict. There is no conflict. It’s all god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.

Never Underestimate the Power of Thank You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you because it’s all happening in your favor.

Even the things you think are happening against you, they are gifts and they are in your favor.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

This is the best day of your life. If you can let go of your awareness of what you don’t have, you can celebrate and enjoy all that you do have. And miracles will reveal themselves and you’ll have an amazing day if you can just surrender your preferences and let it unfold.

Breathe in and acknowledge your preferences.
Breathe out and say yes to your preferences.

Yes, I wish I could go with. Yes, I wish things were unfolding differently. Yes, I miss this person. Yes, I wish I could see this person. Yes, I feel like other people are preventing me from seeing this person. Yes, I’m holding a grudge. Yes, I am feeling like it’s happening against me. Yes, I’m disappointed. Yes, I have strong preferences today.

Breathe in and notice your strong preferences.
Breathe out and acknowledge the disappointment that you’ll feel if they don’t go your way.

Now take that disappointment and say to it, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for sparing me.” Whenever you’re disappointed, say thank you, because you’ve been spared from something you really don’t want.

Breathe in and don’t trust your mind.
Breathe out and relax.

Your mind does not know what’s best. Your mind cannot fathom the infinite goodness that’s already unfolding, perfectly. Bigger and better than you could ever imagine.

Breathe in and surrender the preferences.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you to any disappointment that comes when you don’t get what you want.

That’s god, that’s life, sparing you and giving you something bigger and better. Be open to it.

Breathe in and open up to bigger and better.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for sparing me. Thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and be the source.

Become it to see it today. Get in that feeling place of gratitude. Transform your whole life in just one moment.

Because when I am aware, I am identified as the thing we all have in common, the substratum of consciousness itself, awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

When I am aware, I have no problems because I am identified as pure awareness. My mind is not agitated, so I am peaceful. I am not noticing lack, so I am happy. And since I’m identified as the thing we all have in common, pure awareness, I experience no separation from those I love. I get to be in love with everything, everyone, because I am one with it all.

I am simply identified as pure awareness. I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Celebrate how far you’ve come. Decide right now to shift your perspective from lack, from separation, to abundance, unity, oneness, love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

This question is always there for you. This question will always relax you. It will always solve your problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

As soon as those thoughts start creeping in about whatever problem you’re focused on:

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, my attention is resting on its source. When I am aware, Everything is unfolding in perfect timing. When I am aware, I can feel the rhythm of life. I can feel the flow. I can see the flow. I am the flow.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

You’ll know it’s working because you’ll start feeling better for no reason. Your immediate surroundings will become more interesting. Things will stand out. It’s like waking up in a dream.

Breathe in and wake up!
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

Even if your problems seem insurmountable, if you can stay as you are, resting as I AM, the problems will diminish. They’ll get better. Solutions will reveal themselves. It’s not up to you. You don’t have to control everything. Surrender control and let life take take care of life.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

It takes courage, it takes bravery, to be willing to drop your attention to problems and rest it. It takes balls to rest. But remember, your doing is only as good as your non-doing. Allow yourself to stop struggling and striving and trying and let the magick life take care of it.

I am now aware and I am now in the flow and I live the magick life.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Let it go. Forget it. This moment is brand new. Welcome your beginner’s mind and relax into the fresh start of right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank you for all that’s going well in my life today. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for all those things happening that I thought were against me, but were actually in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and be it right now.

Be it to see it. Be the gratitude that you want to feel. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and be innocent today.

Thank you. It’s all happening in your favor. Anytime something happens that you’re like, “Oh, I wish I didn’t do that,” or “Oh, why did that person do that to me?”—just say thank you and remember it’s all happening in your favor, for you, as a gift.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

It’s a shift in perspective that you can feel in your body when the change takes place. Take a problem that you have, just a little annoyance or maybe you said something you regret and say to yourself, “Oh yeah, I know that was in my favor. Thank you, thank you,” and feel the burden lift.

Feel how practicing gratitude for something that you thought was against you shifts your attitude about it right away and then you let it go and you don’t dwell on it and think about it. A few minutes later you see how it happened in your favor, how you did say the right thing, how that person was sparing you by not inviting you. Whatever it is, it was a gift. Thank you.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and be so innocent with thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. You are the source. There are only two thoughts that you need. Am I aware? or thank you.

If you’re feeling messed up about life, if you’re feeling resistant, if you’re feeling separate, like life hates you, then you go with thank you and you shift your perspective on your own.

But if you’re desire-less or nothing is making you feel better or you don’t need anything to change, you just need to get in a better mood or you have a really big problem and you’re scared about it, then you rest with, Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And you stay there resting your attention on its source. Asking yourself, am I aware? makes you simply identify as pure awareness, the thing we all have in common. And when you rest as pure awareness, your mind is at peace because it’s not agitated, seeking. And you’re happy because you’re not noticing any lack. And best of all, you get the thing you want more than anything: you feel in love.

Because when you are aware, identified as pure awareness, You are connected to every single conscious being in existence. It’s only one awareness. And if you want to feel in love—love is just the absence of separation—if you want that feeling of oneness, of uniting with another soul, go to the source, pure awareness, and then you’re united with every soul. And you can have what you want with a special person with any person.

Breathing out, yes, I am!

I am now aware. I am now in love and I am now in the flow.

Let Awareness Dissolve Any Problem (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go. Let go. Just let life be. When you let go, it doesn’t mean you have to take any action. You don’t have to give something up. You just leave it alone. You let it be.

Breathe in and let life be as it is.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

You have the power to transform any situation that you’re in right here, right now, simply by identifying as pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention fold back in on itself, resting on its source as you hear the answer: Yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my attention is resting, not attending to problems.

Breathe in and rejoin all that is.
Breathe out and stop separating yourself from all that is.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts can separate you and make you feel like you’re alone, like the world is against you. But if you can rest your attention on its source by asking, am I aware? You will find you have no problems. You will find that life is happening in your favor. You will find that you are one with everything, and it’s all love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention resting on itself when you hear the answer, yes I am.

For me, it’s like tendrils of hair, but more substantial than hair. And my attention is out seeking, feeling problems, looking, looking for something to fill me up. But when I ask, am I aware, the attention gathers itself back into this tidy little thing that’s like a braid and it rests on the center of my being, my source.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention rest on its source, not agitated, at peace, not noticing lack, so it’s happy and abundant, and not noticing separation, the differences, right and wrong and so it’s all one love, it’s all god.

You can be here now with god, with no problems, letting life take care of life, letting life take care of the problems.

Breathe in and apply this to anything in your life.
Breathe out and let awareness dissolve any problem, any contrast.

The light of your awareness dispels all illusion, all lies. All that is not true disappears when you are aware that you are aware.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the answer. Yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I am identified as pure awareness and that is what we all have in common, what all beings have in common, awareness.

And so when you rest as awareness, you’re existing on the scaffolding, the substratum that creates us all.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. Apply this to every area of your life today. Apply it to every problem you have as soon as you feel your attention seeking and looking for problems, noticing problems—pull it back in and rest it on your source, all tidy and in a braid.

Am I aware? Yes, I am. I am now aware and I am now in the flow.
