Who Am I Who Cares?? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Get in the vibration of gratitude! This is your manifesting power! Thank you! Feel the feeling of getting what you want! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and become it to see it!
Breathe out and feel that genuine gratitude!

Thank you! Thank you! You know it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life isn’t serious!
Breathe out and surrender your worries! Say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

It just doesn’t matter. It’s not serious. And most things will be forgotten 5 minutes after they happen.

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Today as you go about your day, whenever you notice yourself resisting or struggling, ask yourself, who am I who cares??

Breathing in, who am I who cares??
Breathing out…

What answer did you hear? When you really look, when you go within and ask, “Who am I?” There’s nothing there! There’s nothing! It’s just seeing. It’s just awareness. It’s just knowing. There’s no I. There’s no person, trapped inside your body. It’s just awareness. There’s nothing there. There’s no one to care!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and feel excited!

There’s no one there to care. It’s empty. It’s nothing. There’s nothing at the core. There’s just the witnessing, the seeing, the knowing of existence. That’s you.

Breathe in and be the pure awareness.
Breathe out and surrender.

Anything that isn’t emptiness, or nothing—it’s a thought, it’s a form, it’s temporary and it’s not you!

Breathing in, who am I who cares?
Breathing out, there’s no one there!

There’s nothing there! You might hear answers like, “a body”, but you’re not your body. You might hear something like, “a scared little kid”. But you’re not a scared little kid. That’s just a memory, a thought, a trapped belief that you can surrender right now by really investigating:

Breathing in, who am I who cares?
Breathing out, who am I who cares??

Who am I who cares about this video? Who am I who cares if the beef stew is good? Who am I who cares what happens? Just a thought! There’s nothing there!

Breathe in and feel liberated!
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy your day now!

If it’s empty in the core, if there’s nothing really to it, if it’s just the seeing—you get to sit back and relax and just watch and enjoy the show. You don’t have to get trapped in the personal thoughts, taking things personally, getting offended, having preferences. The emptiness has no preferences!

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, there’s nothing there!

You can say I AM—it’s the same thing as awareness or knowing. But when you really look, and genuinely listen to the answer to “Who am I?”—space. Stillness. Emptiness. Freedom. Nothing!

Breathe in and be the alive vibrant nothing!
Breathe out and be free!

You don’t have to suffer from your personal preference anymore because they are just thoughts and they’re not you. There’s not a thinker, they’re not a person thinking the thoughts. There is you, pure awareness, and there are thoughts passing by. And when you ask, “Who am I?” and really investigate, you’ll see, there’s no one there but the seeing. It’s just a thought and you can let it go right now!

Breathe in and make space.
Breathe out and be the space!

As you go about your day, any time you struggle, just ask, “Who am I who cares? Who am I? Who am I?” And listen for the answer. Brilliant, spacious, peaceful, nothing!

Breathe in and be free from the suffering of a person!
Breathe out and be free to be god! The all-seeing, the all-knowing, pure awareness that you really are.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, there’s nothing there! But freedom!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and decide to have the best day of your life!
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts!

Right now, take the drug I AM!

Breathe in and take the drug I AM!
Breathe out and take the drug I AM!

Whenever you’re craving, whenever you’re seeking, whenever you want something to fill you up, to fill that god sized hole—take the drug I AM!

Breathe in and take the I AM!
Breathe out and swallow your medicine right now!

Take the drug I AM. It is your medicine. Take it right now.

Breathing in, I AM.
Breathing out, I AM.

Stay focused on the permanent thing, the thing about you that never changes. Keep your attention fixated on the permanent awareness, the pure awareness I AM.

Breathe in and focus on the I AM.
Breathe out and keep your attention on the sense I AM.

The sense I AM never changes. It’s never affected. It never goes way. It was never born, it will never die.

Breathing in, I AM.
Breathing out, I AM.

I AM. And if the words I AM start losing their meaning, just ask a question with the answer I AM like,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

As soon as you notice yourself looking outside for things to feel good like relationships, drugs, food, experiences—take the drug I AM and be full again.

Breathe in and be the source!
Breathe out and know I AM the source.

I AM the drug. I AM the treasure. The treasure is I AM. The drug is I am. The source is I AM.

Breathe in and take the drug I AM!
Breathe out and be untouchable, imperturbable.

Nothing has to affect you today because your attention is on that which never changes—pure awareness!

Breathing in, I AM!
Breathing out, I AM!

I AM. I AM. Forget everything else that comes after I AM and rest your attention on the sense that you exist.

Breathe in and be free from suffering!
Breathe out and relax.

The reason this works is because it keeps your attention off of the changing forms and thoughts that make you suffer. It keeps your attention on the thing that never changes, god. I am. The sense I AM is god inside of you.

Breathing in, I AM.
Breathing out, I AM.

Take the drug I AM today. Take it right now. Fill yourself up with this drug that you are!

Breathe in and be the drug.
Breathe out and say it: I AM the drug.

You are what everyone else is looking for. You are what they come to. You are the source! You are the drug that everyone wants!

Breathe in and take the drug I AM!
Breathe out and be the drug everyone wants!

You are now aware and you are now in the flow!

Be A Resistance-Free Person (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be a resistance-free person today.
Breathe out and surrender everything. Every thought. Every little bit of resistance that you have in you today. Every NO—surrender it, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and be a resistance-free person today!

Nothing, no one in the universe, can resist a resistance-free person. Everything you want will flow to you when you are resistance-free person.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

To be resistance-free means you don’t care what happens! Whatever happens, you don’t mind. You’ll be happy either way. Because you are connected to the source and you are just happy to be alive!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

It’s all happening in your favor! Even your cravings, your desires, your habits, your impulses—it’s all happening in your favor, in perfect timing.

Breathe in and say yes to how things are!
Breathe out and welcome the way things are!

You’re a resistance-free person today! You don’t say no to anything. You are open to receiving! When you start to feel that prickle of, “I don’t like this, I don’t want that, no!” Just say to yourself,

Breathing in, I am a resistance-free person!
Breathing out, I resist nothing!

See how often you can do this today, when you start noticing resistance. This doesn’t apply to things that you really don’t want to do that involve danger, or other—you know—things that are truly harmful.

This includes all of the things that happen in your life. The interruptions, the annoyances, the unexpected. Everything in your life that happens to you, even the really bad things—you don’t have to like it, you don’t have to be a door mat, but you can be at peace no matter what happens, by letting go of your resistance to what is. And you can just say yes. You can remind yourself “I’m a resistance free person” or,

Breathe in and say I am!
Breathe out and feel the I AM!

Feel the treasure I AM! When you resist, it’s because you want something different. You think you’ll be happier if you get this other thing. When you resist, you think that your treasure is somewhere else and not right in front of you. You think your treasure is in an another person or circumstance or manifestation. But when you remember that the treasure is I AM, you don’t need anything. And there’s nothing to resist, because you already have what you want. The treasure within, the treasure I AM.

Breathe in and say yes to everything as it comes!
Breathe out and be a resistance-free person because you already are the treasure and you’re not seeking anything, you’re not craving anything. You don’t need anything to change. You are the treasure. You are the treasure I AM.

Breathe in and be the treasure I AM!
Breathe out and remind yourself as you go about your day: when you start seeking and craving and wanting things to change, remind yourself—that’s not the treasure. That person’s not the treasure. That circumstance, that money, that health—that’s not the treasure. The treasure is I AM! And you can go right back to I AM, instantly!

Breathe in and go back to the treasure I AM instantly!
Breathe out and be a resistance-free person today!

It’s all happening in your favor, and you don’t need anything to change!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! I’m free! I’m a resistance-free person today! I AM!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the flow of well being. Thank you for the peace of this moment.

Breathe in and let those thoughts go.
Breathe out and surrender. Let it all go.

Surrender. Surrender. All surrender means is let the thoughts go. Drop them. Right now.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

It’s all happening in your favor, I promise! Everything that happens is a gift for you, from god.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and welcome the gifts from god.

As you go about your day, if you find yourself beating yourself up, or not feeling good about yourself, or criticizing yourself—if you find yourself feeling like trash, ask yourself what do you want instead? To feel like treasure, perhaps?

Breathe in and decide to feel like the treasure today!
Breathe out and be the treasure I AM.

If you ever feel like trash, remember: I AM the treasure. The treasure is I AM.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and know that even the things that you think are happening against you, are just the arrow pulling back to shoot you forward into glorious manifestation.

You couldn’t have the fun, the joy, the love without the contrast of pain and suffering.

Breathe in and let the pain and suffering pull your arrow back!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You know it’s all happening in your favor. You know in your heart that this is all god and it’s all for you and it’s all perfect and in its place. It’s only the thoughts that make you feel bad. So, to escape that, or rather, be at peace with that,

Breathe in and say I AM.
Breathe out and be the treasure I AM.

I AM is the door to heaven. I AM is the mirror to see god. Right now, feel the feeling I AM. I exist. I am here.

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! I am here.

Allow that to be enough. It’s only your thoughts pulling you out of the Now that make it feel like it’s not enough. It’s everything. The thoughts—the thinker isn’t even real. The witness, the pure awareness that you really are is just watching these thoughts that say, “I feel sad. I miss this person. I wish this would happen. I want this to happen.” Those are all separate thoughts, not connected to the thinker. The I is a thought, it’s not even you! You can let every thought go, because every thought is false!

Breathe in and connect to the truth. You’re here and that’s it.
Breathe out and be the treasure I AM.

Feel the treasure I AM. The treasure is I AM. If you feel like trash, the treasure is I AM.

Breathing in, I AM.
Breathing out, I AM.

Not I am this or that, just, I exist. I am here. That’s it. Stay there, resting in the knowing of knowing. Resting in pure awareness, where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, I AM the treasure.
Breathing out, the treasure is that I AM.

Only the thoughts make you feel like trash. You already are the treasure. The treasure is I AM.

Breathe in and treasure the I AM.
Breathe out and hold it like the precious jewel you are. I AM.

I AM. I AM. Feel the space clearing. Feel the obstacles being removed. I AM. I AM. I AM. I AM.

Breathing in, I AM the treasure.
Breathing out, the treasure is I AM.

Stop Being A Victim! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because it’s not serious!
Breathe out and remember: YOU ARE THE SOURCE!

If you’re going through your life, thinking that people are doing things to you and things are happening to you and it’s not fair, and you’re not getting what you want—whose fault is it?? It’s yours! Because you’re the source! And you can flip the switch right now! This isn’t meant to make you feel bad, it’s meant to empower you! You get to choose. Flip the switch, right now!

Breathe in and take responsibility for how you feel!
Breathe out and flip that fucking switch right now with thank you! Thank you! I know it’s all in my favor! Thank you!

As you go about your day, when things happen to you that make you feel like, “Ugh, why is god doing that to me? Why does god hate me? Why? Why? Why am I not getting what I want? Why are these things that I hate happening?” When that happens, remind yourself, thank you! I know it’s all in my favor!

Breathe in and know: it’s all in your favor!
Breathe out and choose to smile and laugh and be enthusiastic and grateful!

And then you will see in your reality, reasons to smile and laugh. Things to be grateful for. And things that you feel so enthusiastic about!

Breathe in and step into your own fucking power!
Breathe out and stop letting life toss you around, because you’re the one in control!

Your control is being able to let go of your thoughts. Control is letting go. So let go of those thoughts that say things like, “This is happening against me. I don’t like this. Why is this happening to me?”

Breathe in and stop being a fucking victim!
Breathe out and take your power back right now!

You just say thank you and feel it and then you’re in control again! You have the upper hand again! Because remember, it IS all happening in your favor! God does everything perfectly! You just have to remind yourself in the moment that you’re feeling like a victim.

Breathe in and stop being a victim!
Breathe out and be the victor!

You won against your thoughts! You won against that emotion dragging you down! You are now aware. You are now in the flow! You are back in control because you let go!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! I know it’s in my favor!

When you’re not getting what you want, it’s because life is trying to give you something better. When you’re not getting what you want, it’s because you don’t really want it. Having is evidence of wanting! So acknowledge your role as the creator and source of your experience, and choose right now to stand up to your thoughts. Take control of your day by letting go of the thoughts that hurt you.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! I know it’s in my favor! I really know that! I know for sure, for sure, that everything that happens is in my favor. I know god does everything perfectly. And I know that in mere moments, I will see how life already is the way I want it to be. Because I flipped the switch with thank you!

If You’re Here, You’re Ok (transcript)

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts are causing your psychological suffering. Today, stand up to your thoughts and enter the present moment, where you are safe, and where life is fun.

Breathe in and enter the present moment.
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I here?

It’s a different way to ask “Who am I?” or, “Am I aware?” Just notice, am I here? Of course I am. Yes, I am here. And that’s it. It pulls you back into the moment. Not thinking about the future. Not ruminating on the past. Just here!

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! Of course I am here.

I sure am here. Yes, I am here. That’s it! That’s presence. You’re here. You made it. And when you are here, ask yourself, “Am I here?” And you hear the answer, “Yes I am here,”—immediately, the thought comes: then everything’s ok. Am I here? Then I’m ok. If you’re here, you’re ok. That’s it! Practice this in your mind.

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! I am here. So everything’s ok. I’m ok.

Because I’m here. It’s the one requirement for you to be safe. It’s the one requirement for you to enjoy life: that you’re simply here. Not in the future, not in the past, not in your worries, not in your expectations. You’re just here. Safe. Everything’s ok.

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! I am here. Of course I am here!

Use this question to pull your attention back in, back into this moment. Rest your attention on itself. And then you can relax. You can let those thoughts go. And then your problems will solve themselves, because you’re not thinking about them, making them worse. What you focus on expands so if you think about your problems all the time, you’re making more problems. You’re making them bigger. And it doesn’t have to be like that. You don’t have to suffer anymore, because you’re here. So everything’s ok.

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! I am here! Of course I am here! Yes, I am here. So everything’s ok. I’m ok.

Breathe in and let it be simple.
Breathe out and feel so relieved. It’s simple!

You can be enthusiastic about life now, because if you are here, you’re ok. If you are here, everything’s ok. It’s not the end, you’re still alive, you’re still safe, you still have hope, opportunity, things coming your way that you want. Just stay here and what you want will come to you! And you won’t be making your problems any bigger with your attention.

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! I am here. Of course I am here. I am here. Everything’s ok. I’m ok. And you’re ok!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and say thank you, and really feel the feeling.

Thank you! Thank you for this time. Thank you for the miracles. Thank you for everything working out for me. Thank you.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen. Am I aware? Yes, I am.

Don’t complicate it. It’s simple. Am I aware? Yes, I am. And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because my attention is in the current present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and enter the present moment!
Breathe out and relax because you’re already here.

You’re always already here. You’re always in the right place at the right time, in the magickal flow of life. Only your thoughts separate you and make you feel like you’re alone, like you have to fight.

Breathe in and step away from those thoughts.
Breathe out and find the unity that’s right here. You’re already here!

Right now, you can choose to align with the unconditional love that you already are, simply by taking your attention from your thoughts and placing it on itself by asking a question like, “Am I aware?” Or, “Who am I?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Ask yourself this over and over, all day. Keep your attention resting on itself, looking at itself, instead of stretching out, wondering what other people are doing or thinking, thinking about the future or the past. There’s only right here. There’s only right now. Everything else is an illusion.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving today!
Breathe out and get ready for miracles!

The miracle can simply be that you feel better. And then physical reflections happen. But the miracle is that you feel better, you feel confident, you feel like god. Like you’re unaffected by what happens in the physical world. It’s just a play for enjoyment!

Breathe in and be unaffected!
Breathe out and remember when you care, you push it away.

Today, don’t give a fuck! You don’t have to give a fuck! Because you are your source. You are the source! And if you want to shift everything right now and start having a miraculous day, first just say thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you!

And get in that vibration of true gratitude! And once you have shifted your mood in a split second, stay here, in the present moment and enjoy by asking yourself, over and over, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I am one with the love that makes everything! When I am aware, the people, the things, the circumstances, the health, the good fortune—it comes to me like a moth to a flame! You just have to be brave enough to drop the thoughts with a simple question, am I aware?

Breathe in and be brave enough to drop the thoughts today!
Breathe out and be the source!

Time is not linear. The past and the future are an illusion. It doesn’t matter what happened in the past. Right now is your fresh start. Right now everything is shifting.

Breathing in, thank you! Thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! I am aware! And I am now in the flow!

Let Yourself Relax (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all happening in perfect timing. Let yourself relax.

Breathe in and let yourself relax.
Breathe out and let yourself relax.

For the next couple minutes, surrender. Let it all go. Don’t think about it. Don’t worry about it. You can let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and step away from your thoughts.
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Remove the emotional charge. When you become aware, you cut the cord between your thoughts and emotions. You start to see the way your thoughts are affecting you. You don’t have to be so affected. You can choose right now to get some distance from the thoughts, and let the emotions dissipate.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and look for the answer.

Yes, I am aware. And when I am aware I have no problems, because I’m not thinking about them. I’m not creating psychological suffering. I’m not worrying about controlling the future. I’m not worrying about something I did in the past. When I am aware, I am here. I am aware that I exist, and that’s it. It’s peaceful. It’s loving. It’s abundant. It’s happy. In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about, and you can get there right now. You’re already here. Let the clouds dissipate now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Create some distance between you and your thoughts. You are pure awareness. You are the one seeing the thoughts arise. You don’t have to become each thought. You don’t have to go with each train of thought. Just because something occurs to you, doesn’t mean it’s true. It doesn’t mean it needs thinking about.

Breathe in and feel a little lighter.
Breathe out and surrender.

It’s out of your control. Leave it up to god. God, I’m in your hands. Surrender. Thank you god for replacing me with you. I surrender. It’s not up to me. I’m letting go of control right now.

Breathe in and notice what you’re trying to control.
Breathe out and surrender that control.

Just let it go. Drop it. Let it go right now. When you notice yourself starting to try to control by worrying, or wondering, or wishing, or getting mad, just say to yourself, “Am I aware? Because when I am aware I have no problems.” Train your mind to believe that, to know that. It works every time.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

I exist. I am here. I am awake. I am aware.

Breathe in and be relaxed.
Breathe out and let those problems go.

They’ll work themselves out when you simply identify as pure awareness. Life takes of life. God does everything perfectly. It’s not up to you. You’re innocent. You don’t have to be responsible for everything.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you!

God I’m in your hands! Thank you for replacing me! I surrender. Thank you! Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and keep going deeper and deeper and deeper. Yes, I am aware. And when I am aware I have no problems, because I am simply here, and whatever life gives me is the perfect thing.

Breathe in and trust the process of life today.
Breathe out and relax.

You are now aware, and you are now in the flow!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

Whatever is, is god. There’s no need to fight against what is. It’s time to relax, say yes, and welcome the moment you are currently in.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Yes, you want it to be a certain way. Yes, you want the timing to go a certain way. Yes, you want people to act a certain way. You have all of these preferences. But it’s your preferences that are causing you suffering.

Breathe in and acknowledge your preferences.
Breathe out and let them go!

Yes, I want it to be a certain way. Yes, I want UPS to come back and make this delivery right now. Yes, I want to go see someone in the hospital. Yes, I want someone to call me. Yes, I want to be sure that I wake up at the right time so that I get to this place at the right time. Yes, I want to control what happens.

Breathe in and acknowledge wanting to control.
Breathe out and realize: your control is letting go.

Your thoughts aren’t controlling things. They just make you suffer. Your physical force can control up to a little bit, but not really. The only one in control is god. So you can relax now! God does everything perfectly! You don’t have to worry!

Breathe in and know: it’s all happening in your favor!
Breathe out and trust where you are.

Trust what’s happening. Trust your self. You’re doing everything right. It’s safe to let those preferences go. It’s safe to let go of trying to control.

Breathe in and know you’ve done all that you could.
Breathe out and relax.

Because if you can stop thinking about your problems, they will solve themselves. It’s god. God is in control! Life is in control. Everything is unfolding perfectly. It’s not up to you. You don’t have to control it. You’re innocent. You’re just an innocent little baby. You don’t have to control anything! Let life take care of you for once! You don’t have to be so responsible for everyone else! You can surrender now. It’s safe to let go. It’s safe to trust that god knows what it’s doing.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your problems.

Just do a little experiment. For the next 12 hours, don’t try to control anything, especially in your head. And when you worry, it’s trying to control. When you’re overthinking, it’s trying to control. When you’re stressing about time and running the plan over and over in your mind, you’re trying to control. You’ll never think your way to peace. You’ll never think your way out of this problem. You can let go. Let god solve the problem. You are innocent. You’re an innocent little baby. Let god take care of you!

Breathe in and let god take care of you.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go of trying to control. It’s all happening in your favor. You’ve done everything you could! Relax now. Let god take care of you.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you god! Thank god it all worked out. The problem solved itself!

And in the meantime, while you’re trying to let go of control and things keep coming up that you want to control, all you have to do is ask yourself, “Am I aware? Because when I am aware I have no problems.”

It’s just a question to get your attention to release its grip from problems and rest on its source—god.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel that feeling of knowing. When you know that answer, that’s the feeling you’re looking for—the certainty, the security, the knowing. Yes, I am aware. And I know when I am aware, I have no problems.

That’s how you can help the people in your life. That’s how you can help yourself. That’s how you can help god solve the problems for you. Just be aware that you are aware, and trust. It’s all in you favor.

Let go of your preferences. Let go of thinking it should be a certain way.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I have a headache. Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I get really overwhelmed if I think about the future. Yes, I want this to be good. Yes, I want to feel better. Yes, I want to get my balance back. Yes, I’m feeling discombobulated. Yes, I want to feel better. Yes, I want to feel good again.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and just enter the present moment.

Ask yourself right now, am I aware?

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and ask that question. Am I aware?

Yes, I am. I am here. I exist. I’m here.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and keep surrendering your preferences.

What do you even want? I want to stabilize as I am. I want to feel good, no matter what happens.

Breathe in and think about how you want to feel.
Breathe out and imagine it right now.

How do I want to feel? I want to feel magickal and like I’m in synchronicities and like life loves me and there’s miracles happening and god’s on my side!

Breathe in and know: god is on your side.
Breathe out and relax.

If you can’t get back to where you want to be, you can always use thank you and the miracles start flowing again!

Breathe in and notice your preferences.
Breathe out and use them to help you know what you want to feel, and then choose to feel that way. Then you don’t need to get anything to feel better.

Breathe in and open up to miracles!
Breathe out and use thank you to get your miracles.

Start feeling the way you want to feel now, and then you don’t care what comes. And then the miracles come!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Raise your own vibration! Take the first step! Feel how you want to feel before anything changes! And then everything will shift and the miracles will be visible. They’re always right here, but you can make the miracles visible by saying thank you and really meaning it.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Lift yourself up! Raise your own vibration! Make your own miracles! You’re the creator! No one else is going to save you. No one else is going to vibrate for you. It’s up to you to turn the boat right now!
