Immune to All Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Yes, I’m rolling my damn eyes at myself. Yes I am furious with myself. Yes I’m so mad that I’m attached to outcome. Yes I feel so uptight. Yes I am completely wound up in anger. Yes I am so tense. Yes I am so mad.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep letting go.

When you shower what is with neutral attention, it releases the tension because the energy that was being used in resisting and seeking is now being used in neutral noticing.

Breathe in and neutrally notice what is.
Breathe out and neutrally notice what is.

Yes, I’m feeling fucking crazy. Yes I’m so mad. Yes I am so mad because I let something outside of me be my reason for feeling good. Yes I let something outside of me be the thing that I want or I can’t be happy. Yes I am so scattered. And I did it to myself. Yes I am so mad at myself for dropping the fucking ball, for losing my balance. I am so mad at myself for losing my balance. Yes I keep looking at the clock because I have something to do in 20 minutes. Yes I’m starting to wake up in the dream. Yes I would love to get a good attitude. Yes my light is facing the wrong way. Yes everything is amiss. Yes it’s a mess. Yes I’m breathing in. Yes I’m trying to relax. Yes I’m breathing out yes yes yes yes yes.

I’m shining the light of neutral noticing on what is and it’s losing its hold on me just by neutrally noticing it.

Breathe in and smile because life isn’t serious
Breathe out and laugh because it’s all in your favor.

Even though I’m so fucking mad and so pissed and so uptight about things not going the way I wanted, I still totally and completely love and accept myself exactly the way I am. And control is letting go, so I’m going to let go. Because the contrast got so great that now I have no choice.

Breathe in and smile because smiling helps you feel better.
Breathe out and say fuck it fuck if fuck it fuck it fuck it fuck it motherfucking fuck it!

It’s because I got so good at sticking to myself, to the I thought. So good that I started manifesting really good things, and then you know what happens. I got attached to the manifestations and I thought, “That’s why I feel so good because I got that awesome manifestation.” But it turns out that it was sticking to my Self that made the manifestation and I’m going to go back to sticking to my Self right now.

Stay with the I thought until the thoughts disappear into the infinite!

Breathe in and say fuck it!
Breathe out and feel better already!

This is the best day of your life. And as soon as you let go you’ll see how it all happened in you favor. It’s all working out perfectly. Trust. Trust. Trust. If you ever need one word of advice, it’s trust. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and stop looking at the clock.
Breathe out and start sticking to yourself, just by thinking I I I I I I I over and over until the thoughts dissolve. Until the thoughts disappear.

It works so well. I was totally immune to all problems! And then I was like, “Hmm I’d rather think about this good thing that happened over and over and over until I run it into the ground and start having a really bad day.”

Breathe in and stick to yourself if you don’t want to have a bad day.
Breathe out and just be conscious of your patterns.

You can keep doing whatever you want to do as long as you’re totally conscious. Keep engaging in whatever freaky addictive behaviors you have, just do it totally consciously. And now I’m totally conscious. I I I.

Thank you! Thank you! Yes I’m anxious. Yes I’m waiting. Yes I’m trying to decide what to do. Yes I feel uncertain. Yes I’m wondering. Yes I’m thinking about what other people think.

Breathe in and shower it with neutral attention!
Breathe out and relax.

When you shower what is with neutral attention, the tension that you feel, the resistance that you feel relaxes, because the energy that was tied up in resisting and seeking is now being used to just watch, neutrally.

Breathe in and shower what is with neutral attention!
Breathe out and feel the knots untying.

Feel the problems working themselves out. Feel the magick life! You live the magick life and only your thoughts can keep you out of it. Right now, surrender and let the magick take over!

Breathe in and lighten up! The magick’s taking over!
Breathe out and trust the process of life! The magick is taking over!

You know life is magick. Plants are magick. Animals are magick. You’re magick when you’re not thinking about it!

Breathe in and be magick.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Let them go! Let them go. Keep letting go, right now.

Breathe out and feel the detangling!

Yes I’m relaxing. Yes I’m slowing down my breath. Yes I’m feeling more at ease. Yes I’m letting what I want come to me.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and welcome what is by showering it with neutral attention!

Your noticing, neutrally, diffuses the tension. Keep noticing. Keep noticing without judging. Yes, I’m feeling distracted. Yes I’m still wondering what that person’s doing. Yes my thoughts keep coming back. Yes I feel uncertain. Yes I just want to know what will happen. Yes I don’t want to relax because then I’ll just have to get wound up again to get energized. Yes, showering with neutral attention reveals a lot that’s going on.

Breathe in and just notice what’s going on.
Breathe out and smile because it’s all just for fun.

Give yourself the distance to untangle the knots. For god to untangle the knots. You don’t have to do it. It’s not your job.

Breathe in and live the magick life just by saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep drawing that magick to you with thank you thank you thank you!

Thank you! Thank you for the magick life. Thank you for the patience. Thank you for my path lighting up for me!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and realize you can be free right now!

You don’t have to think those thoughts!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!

Relax. You’ve made it. This is it. You’re the best. You’re the best you’ve ever been. You’re at your pinnacle.

Breathe in and let this be the best day of your life!

If you can rest as I, I, I, you can be free.

Love your Self. I. Feel the feeling of I. What does it feel like when you notice I? The thought behind every thought. I. I. Keep repeating it until you dissolve into the infinite. Until you dissolve into I. The real I. Pure awareness.

Breathe out and recognize who you really are. Pure awareness. God in human form.

Breathing out, I. I. I. Feel the attention turn around to look at itself. Repeat I, I, and rest your attention on itself.

Look within and notice from where the I thought is arising.

Breathe out and look: from where does the I thought arise?

Keep this on repeat. Until your separate self dissolves into the infinite. I. I. I.

Breathe in and let it be simple.
Breathe out and keep rejecting every thought with I.

And if I loses its meaning—it can’t! It doesn’t ever lose its meaning. Because you always think, “I this, I that, I this, I that.” It’s always about I. Instead of going with the this or that, just stay with I. Every time you think a thought – I. Notice where the I is coming from. That’s who you really are.

No More Guilt (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

If at any time in your day, you find yourself criticizing yourself, beating yourself up, questioning your choices—simply say to yourself, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Give up control. Give up responsibility. Let go of guilt. Decide right now to let god replace you and then you’ll know all of your actions are perfect. All of your actions are the right actions. Allow god to replace you and everything will go smoothly in your life.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

When you get so tied up in your desires that you start making mistakes, that you start acting out of anxiety, that you start trying to control when you know you have no business controlling—it’s time to give up. It’s time to let god replace you right now.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

You know you’re always in the right place at the right time. And you know you’re doing everything right. And in the big picture everything is working out perfectly. There is no expression of consciousness that is wasted. Everything is appreciated. But if you want to stop suffering about your own self-criticism, let god replace you and then there’s nothing left to criticize.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Surrender your separate self. Become one with god right now. And if you don’t like the word god, say love or life or universe.

Breathing in, thank you universe for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you life, thank you love for replacing me with you.

Whatever higher power you believe in, merge with it right now and then you’re free! No more guilt! You’re innocent! All of your choices are perfect! You’re not acting out of anxiety. You’re not acting out of jealousy. You’re not acting out of anger.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Feel the relief that comes with letting go of having to make decisions. Letting go of having to control the outcome. Simply let god take care of it, and you are free!

Surrender. Let go. Give it up. You can’t control anyway. It’s just your thoughts providing an illusion of control. But your thoughts aren’t controlling. Your control is in letting go and letting god handle it.

Breathe out and listen for the answer. Who am I?

Feel your attention turn around on itself to sink back into its source.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know: yes! I am aware.

Go to the placeless place right now. Take the pathless path. You’re already here. You’re already enlightened. This is it! This is the main event!

If you can’t quite get to feeling your sense of being, if your mind is too noisy and you can’t get away from your thoughts, go back to thank you! Let life take care of everything. Let thank you adjust your vibration so that you start attracting what you want into your life!

You can feel it coming back already! Your innocence, your enthusiasm, your gratitude for being alive!

Thank you! I know it’s in my favor! I trust the timing is perfect. I know it’s all working out perfectly.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. Your suffering is only caused by wanting things to change. Your mind narrating what’s wrong, what’s good, what’s bad—that’s all the suffering. Life is unfolding as life wants to do. It’s not up to you!

Breathe out and let it play!

Take no action. Don’t try to change anything! Leave it alone! Leave it all alone. Thinking about it won’t help. Reject all of your thoughts and relax into the knowing of your being.

Breathe in and make for the center!
Breathe out and let the periphery take care of itself!

The more you rest your attention on your Self, the more love you give your Self, by staying as you are, the more easily your life will work out. The problems you thought you had will take care of themselves if you get out of the way! You can stop your suffering right now by making for the center!

Breathe out and let the periphery take care of itself!

How do you make for the center? You rest your attention on your Self. And how do you rest your attention on your Self? By staying with your sense of being. Staying as you are. You can go about it with thoughts like “I am” or the letter “I” or sacred questions like “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” You can just rest in gratitude. Say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you god for replacing me with you! How do you center yourself? How do you make for the center? How do you rest your attention on your Self?

Breathe in and rest your attention on your Self!
Breathe out and feel how this is what Self love is.

Just sticking to your Self. Keeping your attention inside, on your Self, off of this world. Resting as you are. Just repeat “I, I, I” or “I AM” or “Am I aware?” Or “Who am I?” Whatever thought brings you to center, stay there and your problems will take care of themselves.

Breathe in and make for the center!
Breathe out and let the periphery take care of itself!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right! And everything that’s happening is unfolding in your favor. Your only work is to trust and get out of the way! And to trust and get out of the way, you make for the center. Just repeat “I” over and over. Stay as you are, in the I AM. Resting on god itself.

Attract Attention (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and bring your attention into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Who am I?

I am.

Breathe in and investigate.
Breathe out and look deeper. Who am I?

Who am I? Today as you go about your day, keep your attention stuck to your self. Stick to your capital S Self.

Breathe in and know this is how you love your self.
Breathe out and give your self the attention you want from other people.

It’s so simple, you just keep saying I over and over and over.

Breathe in and stick to your self.
Breathe out and stick to the I-thought.

We think that we have these minds that are entities and that’s who we are. We have a mind and it’s thinking and it’s this thing we have to control, we have to discipline, like it’s a creature. But all the mind is, is thoughts. There’s no central creature thinking. There’s no central creature bringing the thoughts in and choosing them.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts just come and go.
Breathe out and be free because there is no central mind. It’s just thoughts coming and going.

And behind every thought is the main thought: I. If you can keep your attention on that underlying thought of “I” you’ll see how there is no central mind and it’s just thoughts coming and going.

Breathe in and stick to your self.
Breathe out and just repeat I. I. And feel what it feels like to be I. That’s it.

It’s the sense I AM. The feeling you exist. Stick to your Self today. Give your self that attention that you crave from other people.

Breathing in, I. I.
Breathing out, I. I. What does it feel like when you say I?

Go to that underlying I-thought that is what’s underneath all of your other thoughts.

Breathing in, I, I, I.
Breathing out, I, I, I.

However it works for you, just repeat I, but really feel the feeling of existing, of being. I. I. Who am I? Keep looking at this I and you’ll see there’s nothing there, and you dissolve into the infinite and you become god and you become miracles.

Breathe in and become miracles today.
Breathe out and stick to your self.

Staying with the sense I Am is how you stay present, it’s how you attract miracles and attention from others.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I. I.

Stick to your self. Stay with the I thought. Repeat it until you dissolve into the infinite and you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for it all happening in my favor. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for the best day of my life!

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your desires.

Become desireless today. All of your suffering comes from wanting things to be different from how they are. Today, just accept it how it is. And then you don’t have to suffer. And then the things you want to change will take care of themselves.

Breathe in and make for the center!
Breathe out and let the periphery take care of itself!

Keep your attention on your inner being. Keep your attention on the presence of god within.

Breathe in and make for the center.
Breathe out and keep your attention on the presence of god within.

Ask yourself, over and over and over, who am I? Who am I? Who am I? To whom are these thoughts arising? To me? Who is me? I am! That’s it!

Breathe in and ask, to whom are these thoughts arising?
Breathe out and feel your mind turn around into the directionless direction, to rest in the source of attention, god itself.

Breathe in and go in the directionless direction.
Breathe out and rest your attention on the source of attention.

Who am I? To whom are these thoughts arising? Who am I? Am I aware? Who am I? Keep asking these questions. Investigate. Who are you??

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

Keep looking. Feel that feeling. When you say, “I”, that’s your sense of being.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

I. I. I. Let the letter I wake you up in the dream! Keep your attention on your sense of being. Stick to your Self. Become completely obsessed with your Self. Not your person, not your personality, not your body, not the way you look, not any of your physical characteristics. Keep your attention on the source within, the I, the I AM.

Breathe in and stick to your self.
Breathe out and know that this is how everything comes to you!

This is what self love truly is—when you just keep your attention on your capital S Self.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am.

Keep your attention on your Self. Love your Self by resting your attention on I. I am. Whatever tiny little thought it is that helps you feel your sense of being, like Am I aware, who am I, I am, I—whatever works for you, keep your attention there all day. That is how you love yourself, that is how what you want comes to you like a moth to a flame.

I. I. I. Whatever technique works for you to feel your sense of being, stay there today. Am I aware? Who am I? I am. I. Whatever tiny little thought it takes to get you to feel your sense of being, use that and stay here. Stay as you are.

Stay focused on Self. Rest your attention on your Self, by repeating the letter I. You gradually sink deeper and deeper into pure awareness. You stop being so mixed with your experience. And you start feeling completely satisfied because you’ve gone within, where everything is perfect and in its place.

Repeat the letter I over and over. See if that works for you to feel your sense of being. Reject every other thought. Reject all thoughts. To every single thought, respond with, “Who am I?” Or “Am I aware?” Or “I”.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and know. It is I. Pure awareness. God. Consciousness.

Breathe in and stop mixing with experience.
Breathe out and be the source.

You are the source. When you rest as I, when you rest as pure awareness, when you rest as I am, you’re the source. You’re awareness. You’re god. And everything you want comes to you, but you don’t need it because you feel so good being awareness.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and know the answer. I am. I am pure awareness. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lighten up because it’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

If you care about the outcome, you’ll be unhappy either way. If you let the outcome affect how you feel, everything’s going to affect how you feel. Today, decide to be happy either way! And then your happiness is not dependent on circumstances.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

That’s the real work: to notice, “I want this. I don’t want this. I really care about this. I really want it to go this way.” All of that is just your mind trying to control. And it’s not who you really are. Pure awareness has no preferences. Pure awareness is just happy to be.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness!
Breathe out and be happy to simply be.

Let yourself enjoy being. Let yourself just exist without seeking for something to change.

Breathe in and give up the search.
Breathe out and let go of the seeking.

Ask yourself right now, “What am I seeking?” Feel the attention turn around on itself. What am I seeking?

Breathe out and see the answer. Hear the answer. What are you seeking still?

I can feel my attention poking out, looking for things that are missing, looking for things that are wrong. Looking for attention, stimulation. But all of that is under your control. The seeking can be dropped right now! And then you don’t suffer because it’s the seeking itself causing the suffering. Wanting things to be different from how they are makes you suffer.

Breathe in and notice the seeking.
Breathe out and feel your attention seeking for something, anything.

What’s missing? What’s too much? What’s wrong, what’s good, what’s bad? Seeking seeking seeking. Give up the search! If you stop searching, you’ll be at peace.

Breathe out and see how right now is perfect. Nothing needs to change, because you exist. You’re here! That’s all!

And if you can let the thoughts go, if you can just watch them and notice that you’re seeking, but stay in the position of awareness—if you can stay there, you’ll be at peace. You’ll be happy. Right now, you’re there. Right now. There’s just clouds of thought covering it up.

Breathe in and give up the search!
Breathe out and be found.

The instant you stop seeking, you see that what you wanted, what you were seeking for is with you already! It is you already! You have to stand up to your attention, to the seeking activity. That’s just automatic, it’s just conditioned. It’s not your fault that you seek, it’s just how it is. But you—now that you know that it’s just seeking making you suffer—you can let it go. You can drop the activity. Just don’t go there!

Breathe in and stop seeking.
Breathe out and let it be as it is.

Right now, let it be. Let everything be as it is. You need to find a way to feel good and be whole without anything changing. Because if you need something to change to be happy, you’ll never be happy.

Breathe out and access the peace, love, joy, abundance and happiness that’s already here, right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen: yes! I am.

Stay as you are. Rest in the I AM. If asking, “Am I aware?” doesn’t jolt you into presence, try Mooji’s question of, “Can you, the perceiver, be seen?” Can you, the perceiver of all that is, be seen? And just relax into that question. Let it stop your mind. Let it stop the seeking. And let it help you enjoy what is.
