Turn Your Attention Around On Itself (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself.
Breathe out and see how you already are being kind to yourself right now, by taking a moment to breathe.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and just enjoy this moment right here.

You made it. This is it. You’re here. You’re relaxing. You made the time. You made the time to enjoy yourself, to enjoy the moment. You made the choice to feel better and now your reality will reflect it.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go of all of your worrying and your doubts and your wondering about what’s going to happen.

The only security you really have is trusting god. Trusting what happens. It’s all happening in your favor. You can relax now and enjoy it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for the presence I am!

Breathe in and be the presence I AM.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are. That’s it. When you remember who you are, you remember that you are. You exist. It’s as simple as it gets.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and know: you exist.

You are. You can rest in this place of knowing.

Breathe in and permeate your reality with knowing!
Breathe out and know what’s going to happen!

Keep asking yourself, am I aware? Because the answer is yes, I am. I am being aware. I am being. That’s the place to stay. Being. You know how to be. What do you feel like when you say, I am being?

Breathe in and say, I am being.
Breathe out and be. Radiate being.

Shine as your being.

Breathe in and rest as you are.
Breathe out and rest in the I AM.

There are so many questions where the answer is I AM. It just takes finding the one that works for you, that turns your attention around on itself, to rest in the source, in god. And when you rest the attention in god, your whole reality becomes visibly god. Visibly miraculous. Because your attention is on god, so all you see everywhere is god. Miracles. Love.

Breathe in and say yes! To what is!
Breathe out and say thank you! For what is!

Let yourself feel excited about this day! You hold the power! It’s all in where your attention is resting! Is your attention outside of you, seeking for things, resisting things? Or is your attention resting within, on its source, on god itself? And when it’s resting on god itself, it’s just presence. It’s just the sense of being. It’s just the I am. It’s simpler than your mind will ever believe.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

I am aware that I am aware. I am being aware that I am being aware. I am resting at the source, where god is, where I meet god, where I am one with god.

Breathe in and remember you are.
Breathe out and just be.

Radiate that sense of being. Keep your attention fixed on that sense of being, the god within, the presence of god. When people talk about presence, it’s the presence of god. It’s all god and if you can keep your attention there, god is all you’ll see.

Breathe in and say yes to seeing god everywhere!
Breathe out and say thank you! Because it’s so simple and easy! Thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! There is nothing to control. There is nothing to change. All that’s left to do is enjoy being.

Just Exist and That’s Enough (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and surrender! Let go of wanting it to be another way.

Your suffering is caused by wanting it to be different from how it is.

Breathe in and say yes to how it is.
Breathe out and say thank you for how it is, because it’s all happening in your favor!

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and open up to receiving by saying thank you.

Get in that place of gratitude right now. It’s all happening in your favor and you can reveal that to yourself by getting into the vibration of gratitude.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you for the best day of my life! Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the magick life! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for sparing me. Thank you for giving me what I need when I need it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and be innocent!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you!

As you go about your day, rest in this place of gratitude. And when you are still, and there’s nothing that you want and you just want to feel good and you don’t need anything to change, focus on being. Your sense of being, your knowing that you are aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

I am being aware of being aware. I am being.

Breathing in, I am being.
Breathing out, I am being.

I am being aware of being aware. Let yourself relax into being. When you say to yourself, I am being, can you feel your sense of being? Can you feel your sense I AM, or I exist? Rest in this place, this sense of being.

Breathing in, I am being!
Breathing out, I am being.

Keep practicing feeling for your sense of being. Gradually you’ll be able to just feel it without words, which is the whole goal—to not have to use any words. To not have to separate with concepts, to just exist and that’s enough.

Breathing in, I am being.
Breathing out, I am being.

Being. Just say the word to yourself quietly. Being. And stay there, rest there, be there. Everything is unfolding perfectly without your involvement. Today, allow the miracles to come to you by resting in your sense of being, with gratitude. And everything you want will flow to you. You won’t need it because you’ll feel good just how you are. And everything is perfect and in its place.

God Does Everything Perfectly (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Let it all go. You have come so far. Let go of all of the past. Let go of your thoughts of the future and let yourself rest here right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and say thank you god for replacing me with you.

Surrender your personal preferences. Get your personal little ego self out of the way. Let god through you so you know that all of your actions are divine.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body. It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all in perfect timing.

Everything ever created led up to right now. In this moment you are safe. In this moment you are whole, you are loved, you are appreciated. You are perfect just as you are, right now.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and be kind to yourself.

You’ve been through so much. You have accomplished so much. It’s time to appreciate where you are, to accept the gift of presence that’s being handed to you right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am thank you!

Thank you, I am! Any time you start to notice problems in your life, remind yourself, “Am I aware? Because when I am aware I have no problems.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

As you go about your day, keep reminding yourself to ask this question or another similar question where the answer is I AM. Who am I? Am I unaware? Am I unconscious? No! I am aware!

Breathe in and be aware that you’re aware.
Breathe out and know: everything’s made out of awareness.

You are awareness. It’s all made of awareness. And awareness is god. Therefore you are god. It is all god. It’s ok to relax now because god does everything perfectly.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am. Thank you, I am!

Rest in this feeling of being aware of being aware. It’s what presence is. It’s what present moment awareness is, it’s just, am I aware? Do I exist? Do I know what’s going on? Am I perceiving? Yes, that’s it! I’m god! Done.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

Trust this question. The answer is not in the mind. The answer is an experience. When you ask the question, you go right to the experience of “I am aware.” There’s no thought, there’s no logical figuring out of anything. It’s not in the mind. It’s here! It’s already here!

Breathing in, am I aware? Am I conscious?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

I am aware that I am aware. And when I am aware I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no separation. Because it’s all awareness and I am aware. When I am aware there is no lack, because it’s whole! It’s all of it together. Everything you perceive is yours! It’s you!

When I am aware there is no agitation because there is no mind thinking, messing it up with problems. And when I am aware, there is happiness, there is no lack. There are no problems, there is just oneness. Leave everything as it is. Don’t try to change anything. Relax and let it all go. Stay as you are. Stay as I AM. And you won’t have to lift a finger to get everything you ever wanted.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am! I am now aware, and I am now in the flow!

You must become it to see it! You must become it to see it! If you want things to say thank you for, feel the vibration of gratitude now. You are the creator. You are the source! Take your power back right this second!

Thank you! Thank you! Feel the feeling in your heart. You’re not doing this to manifest. You’re not doing this to get something. You’re doing this so that you feel good, so that you have a good day because you’re optimistic and in a good mood and feeling like life loves you!

Breathe out and let go of all of your problems!

You don’t have any problems in the present moment! And when you practice the feeling of gratitude, when you stay focused on thank you and that feeling, there’s no room for problems because you’re present! You’re just here feeling grateful because you exist!

Thank you! Take your power back right now! It’s up to you! It’s your choice how your day goes! Flip the switch right now!

Thank you! And don’t check for evidence. Don’t look for things to manifest because you’re saying thank you. Just relax into the feeling of gratitude. You don’t need anything to change to feel peace and love and abundance and happiness. It’s all right here. You just choose it, right now.

Thank you! Thank you! Let it be the best day of your life! Let thank you pull you into the present moment! If your mind starts resisting saying thank you, just remind it, thank you is a symptom of presence. When you are present, you feel grateful, so if you can choose gratitude now the presence is already here! They’re connected. They come together. Choose presence. Choose gratitude. Choose the miracles! You don’t have to do anything! You have no control. Leave everything as it is. Don’t do anything else but follow the impulses of life.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and let the flow through you!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You want it to go a certain way, but it’s safe to relax now because it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes, there are so many moving parts. Yes, I’ve had to restart this video at least 5 times. Yes, I’m frustrated with myself. Yes, I’m anxious about this phone call I have to make. Yes I care about what other people think about me. Yes, I’m anxious, I’m resisting, I’m seeking. Yes I’m overwhelmed. Yes, I’m in my head. Yes, I’m overthinking. Yes, I’m worrying.

Breathe in and deeply accept what is.
Breathe out and deeply accept where you are.

Yes, I feel wound up. Yes, I feel uptight. Yes, I want to control so bad. Yes, I want to take care of other people’s emotions for them so that they don’t have to. Yes, I just want people to like me. Yes, I’m caring what people think.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Whatever you’re experiencing, the opposite is also created when you experience it. Whatever anxiety or negative emotion you might feel today, remember the opposite is already created. And you can become a match to it instantly.

Breathe in and say yes to shivering in the recording studio.
Breathe out and say thank you for not giving a fuck.

Today, decide to not care. Even though things are going to get messed up, things aren’t going to go the way you wanted, you’re going to want to control and you can’t—enjoy it anyway. Relax into the knowing that it’s all happening in your favor! Relax. Relax. Relax right now. Relax.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and make peace with what is.

Don’t try to change a thing. Don’t try to change the shivering. Don’t try to change the controlling impulse.

Breathe in and accept it all.
Breathe out and keep slowing down, calming down, relaxing.

When you get too anxious and you can’t bear it, or you’re worrying so much and you can’t control it, ask yourself, “Am I unaware or unconscious right now?” No you are not. Congratulations. You’re aware. This is it. This is instantaneous recognition of the present moment, of god’s presence.

Breathe in and recognize god’s presence right here right now.
Breathe out and keep asking yourself: am I aware?

Am I unaware right now? No I am not. Congratulations, instantaneous recognition. That’s all this is all about. That’s all meditating is getting to. I’m aware. That’s it. I exist. That’s it. End of story. Nothing else to think about. Nothing else to say.

Breathing, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am. This is the instantaneous recognition of presence, of the presence of god. Let it be simple. Simplify your life today. This is all. This is all you need. This will make the miracles flow.

Breathing in, am I unaware or unconscious?
Breathing out, no I am not. Instantaneous recognition.

This is it. This is it. This is the moment you wanted. Enlightenment.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

There is no other story to tell, no other narrative to think about. This is instantaneous recognition, and this is where the miracles are.

Breathe in and enjoy the miracles today.
Breathe out and enjoy the instantaneous recognition that you get to keep now, all day.

Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes! I am aware. Instantaneous recognition of the presence of god!

Let go of trying to control the outcome.

This is the best day of your life! Let go of all of your controlling tendencies, your resisting tendencies. Surrender them all just by stepping back and looking at them.

Breathe in and notice the place within you that’s not struggling.
Breathe out and keep noticing the place within you that’s not struggling.

It’s most of you. It’s the field behind all polarities, the neutral ground, the fertile empty space of creation—that’s you.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and surrender control.

Stop trying to control. Your control is letting go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and stop trying to do! You don’t need to take any more action. You don’t need to control anything else. You can let it come to you now!

Breathe in and feel your power!
Breathe out and be the vacuum that draws god to it.

Empty yourself right now of your preferences, your likes and dislikes, the things you want to control and change. Let it all go just by noticing your desires with acceptance. Just say yes. Yes I want to control. Yes I’m judging. Notice it and leave it alone.

Breathe in and just notice.
Breathe out and relax.

Keep surrendering. Keep saying yes. Just accept everything as it is. Accept the good, accept the bad. They create each other. You can’t have one without the other. Today, go behind the good and bad, to just I am—the neutral empty field, the vacuum where god wants to be.

Breathe in and be the vacuum where god wants to be.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you for helping me let go of control. Thank you for helping me surrender judgement and fear and my need to time master everything and everyone. Thank you for helping me trust.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and feel excited about what is.

Because if it’s something bad, something good is coming. And if it’s something good and you’re attached to it, just relax and let it be. Enjoy it but don’t get too attached to it. Go beyond, behind, transcend. Go to the I am instead of the good or bad, I see good or bad. That’s it. I exist. Everything else is just temporary. Just a story. Just a brief change in form. You are the neutral empty vacuum that god wants to be in!

Breathing in I am!
Breathing out I am!

Get excited about your life! You don’t have to care anymore! You don’t have to control! You can surrender and let it all go and just let it play! Let life unfold. Get out of the way and get so excited because that’s when you get what you want, when you let go. When you surrender and give up and say fuck it.

Breathe in and be the empty vacuum.
Breathe out and welcome god into you.

The illusion that you have some kind of control is just that—an illusion. Only god is controlling what happens. It’s not up to you. Let go of the stress and the struggle of thinking you have control, and surrender. Let go. Just say yes and thank you. And forget about the rest because you exist and that’s the only permanent thing there is.

Let your body keep relaxing. Let yourself enjoy this moment, right here, right now.

This is the best day of your life, starting right now.

Let go of your worries. Let go of holding onto anything outside of this moment. Thoughts of the future, thoughts of the past, worries, doubts, to do lists—surrender it all and let life take care of life today.

Let it go. Every time you find yourself feeling a little off, feeling a little like, “Ugh, I have to worry about that now,”—go back to thank you. Attack everything with thank you. Combat everything with thank you. It’s the best way to fight without resistance.

Breathing out, thank you!

To every thought of worry—to every thought of anything!—thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. This is your super power! This attitude of, “You can’t hurt me, I’m grateful!” This attitude of, “That doesn’t sway me, that doesn’t throw me off. I’m grateful! I know it’s in my favor.” This is your super power, your magick wand! You can conquer anything, you can get anything, just by staying focused on thank you. The feeling in your heart that you know you trust life. You know it’s working out for you. Saying thank you is the feeling of knowing god has your back, knowing that it is all for you: the golden child. The perfect angel. The innocent one. That’s you.

Breathe in and be that perfect angel.
Breathe out and be the innocent one.

Be the golden child. It’s so easy. The only thought you ever need ever again is thank you. Feel it in your heart. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Feel the knowing that you know, no matter what it is, it’s for you. It’s a gift. You know that everything that happens, every thought, every decision—it’s a gift to you.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe out and wake up in the dream right now!

Wake up to this present moment. Wake up to the natural reality. Wake up to pure awareness, before words, before thought. Wake up right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and recognize the answer. Yes, I am aware.

Yes I exist. Yes I am here.

Breathe in and keep bringing your attention back to right here.
Breathe out and relax into right here.

In the present moment, everything is perfect and in its place. Everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. In the present moment, there is love, and abundance, peace, joy! It’s all right here for you.

Breathe in and let your thoughts go.
Breathe out and feel the bliss of presence!

Presence is the only measure of success. Presence is what you’re really looking for when you want a relationship or a drug or a thing or a circumstance.

Breathe in and welcome presence today.
Breathe out and know that your presence is wanted.

If you ever experience the feeling that you’re unwanted somewhere, or that you really want to be included and you want your presence to be wanted: all that means, is that your presence is wanted. Presence is wanted. If you want your presence to be wanted among other people or places, you have to want your own presence. Your own presence is wanted. And when you are present, that’s when you are wanted.

Breathe in and know your presence is wanted!
Breathe out and be present. And now you are wanted.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition that yes, I am.

I am aware. I am present! That’s all you have to do to be present, is just ask a simple question like, “Am I aware?” That brings your attention back in on itself. It does a thing that’s not a thought, it’s just a recognition of truth, of real knowing. The only thing you know for sure for sure is that you are here.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am!

Yes I am. Yes I am. And when you feel that feeling of being here without thought, with no mind, that’s presence. And your presence is wanted. You are wanted. And if you ever feel like you’re excluded or you’re not wanted, or you’re feeling insecure, it’s just because your presence is wanted. And then your presence is wanted! It’s that simple.

Breathe in and keep asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and keep recognizing: yes, I am aware.

Yes I am here. Yes, I am present. I am present. I am here. I am aware. Your presence is wanted. That’s all that’s wanted, by your Self, your higher self, god. The people around you. Your presence is your present. Today, as you go about your day, be a gift for all of the people in your life, simply by being present, by asking, am I aware? Yes! I am aware! Yes, I am present. And now my presence is wanted.

It’s so simple. There’s no need to make it any more complicated. To manifest what you want, just say thank you. That’s it and that’s all. Thank you.

Thank you! Thank you! Of course you have to forget about the thing that you want and there’s all of these manifesting tricks, but to simply enjoy your life and have the things you want come to you steadily, continuously, effortlessly—all you have to do is stay in a vibration of gratitude.

Thank you! It might take practice. Sometimes, you might feel too tired. But it’s a lot harder to stay in a pessimistic attitude. It’s a lot harder to live with the effects of creation by default. It’s a lot easier to choose thank you now, and live an easier life as it comes.

Remember: you’re innocent! You deserve everything. You volunteered to be a physical human! You’ve done the hardest work possible, just by being born into a human body. You deserve a good life. You deserve to enjoy being alive. You deserve to feel good no matter what happens. And when you stay grateful, when you choose thank you before you have reasons to say it, you get everything that you’ve ever wanted.

Trust in the magick of life! Trust that it really works! Trust the science that you must become it to see it, that perception affects what you observe. Trust that the way you look at things changes what you look at. It’s science, I promise!

Life is supposed to be fun! You’re supposed to have a good time. And you don’t have a good time because you’re being given fun times, you have a fun time because you choose it by feeling gratitude. And then you get to enjoy a life to be grateful for. But you’re the creator, you are the source. And you have to be brave enough to take the first step right now.

Breathing out, thank you! I know it’s all happening in my favor. And it’s all happening in your favor too. Everything, all of your choices, they led up to right now. Everything is perfect and in its place. You deserve to enjoy life now. Allow yourself to relax and let it come to you.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It’s all happening in your favor. Everything that happens, every surprise, every action you take—it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and keep lightening up! It’s the best day of your life!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It’s the best day of my life!

As you go about your day today, keep thank you on your mind, in your heart, on your tongue, and see how well your day flows.

You do have control! You do have an ability to affect what happens. And you do that by feeling the way you want to feel, now. You become it, to see it. And the reason thank you works so well for controlling your reality, is because it’s actually surrendering. It’s welcoming what is. It’s being grateful for what is. And it’s trusting that what you get is what you need. And it’s all in your favor.

Breathe out and feel thank you! Thank you!

Feel this feeling of gratitude before you get what you want, before you have anything to be grateful for. You always have things to be grateful for, but if you’re stuck on something, and you want it to happen, it’s time to surrender with thank you and trust it’s happening in your favor.

Allow yourself to feel gratitude now, before you get what you want. And that is how you control what happens.

Every time a thought comes to you that’s doubting, or criticizing, or wondering or worrying, say thank you. And really feel it. Every time you notice that little dip in your mood because a thought occurred to you that you didn’t like: thank you! And you can change your vibration instantly! You can stay in the high vibe! You don’t have to get dragged away by every worrisome thought. If you can stay with thank you, the miracles will keep flowing and you will see how everything that’s happening is happening for you, not to you.

Breathe in and feel that gratitude!
Breathe out and feel the feeling of thank you!

Thank you! Feel how exciting it is! Feel how it feels like love, like you’re being taken care of! Like life likes you.

Breathe in and let life like you today!
Breathe out and like life today!

You have to take the first step. You’re the creator. You wanted this power.

The miracles are already here! You reveal them with gratitude. You reveal them by becoming a vibrational match and when you feel gratitude in your heart, you start seeing all of the physical reflections that match that feeling. Miracles! Abundance! Love! Peace! Fun!
