Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Where is the place I’m not struggling?”
Breathe out and notice the place within you that’s not struggling.

Breathe in and notice the place within you that’s not struggling.
Breathe out and notice the place within you that’s not struggling.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and connect with your source.

Connect with that place within you that’s not struggling.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Am I aware of that place within me that’s not struggling? Am I aware that I am the source? Am I aware that I am shining as the light of knowing within which all of this is arising? Am I aware??

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. Give up control right now!

Your only control is letting go! So let go right now!

Breathe in and notice the place within you that’s not struggling!
Breathe out and be aware of the place within you that’s not struggling!

Take a moment right now to really feel it. Notice the place within you that’s not struggling. It’s like an underlying field that holds everything but is affected by nothing. It has no judgements. It has no cares or worries, no opinions, no good or bad. It just is.

Breathe in and go to that place where you’re not struggling!
Breathe out and welcome to the placeless place!

Welcome to the pathless path! There already is a place inside of you that’s not struggling and you are already there. You can rest there. You can stay there. And your problems will take care of themselves.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and let yourself be aware that you are aware.

Am I aware? Am I aware of the place within me that’s not struggling? Am I aware that I am shining as the light of knowing in which all of this is arising?

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and surrender.

All of your problems, all of your thoughts—they’re just in your psychological mind. And when you can put your attention on the place within you that’s not struggling, your problems become so insignificant that they disappear. Today, make your problems disappear by noticing the place within you that’s not struggling!

Breathing in, am I aware of the place within me that’s not struggling?
Breathing out, I am aware of the place within me that’s not struggling.

Breathe in and rest in that place of peace.
Breathe out and notice how there’s nothing you have to do here.

There are no problems here. Everything is as it is. It is what it is. And you don’t have to change any of it! It doesn’t matter. None of it matters.

Breathe in and notice the place within you that’s not struggling.
Breathe out and relax.

Enjoy. You are now aware. And you are now in the flow!

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Let whatever you want go. Desire is misery.

Breathe in and make peace with where you are.
Breathe out and let go of your desires.

Let go of your misery. Wanting things to be other than they are is suffering. And only your thoughts make you think things need to be different. But everything is perfect and in its place. You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. It’s all unfolding perfectly!

Breathe in and be ok with how it is!
Breathe out and stop trying to change how it is.

You might not consciously think you’re trying to change things, but if you’re resisting, if you’re unhappy with the way things are, you wish they were different. And when you wish things were different, when you fight against what is, you lose.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the space to do what I want. Thank you for the health. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for the perfection that is! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and keep surrendering your preferences!
Breathe out and remember when you say thank you, you always have the upper hand!

Thank you! Thank you! I know it’s all working out in my favor! Thank you! Get into this attitude right now. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This is the most powerful spell: feeling grateful now before anything changes. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you! Feel your vibration rising! Feel what it feels like to really be enthusiastic and grateful. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I can’t believe my good fortune! Thank you!

Breathe out and make your own good fortune today!

Make your own fortune, right now, with thank you. That’s all you have to do. This is your super power. Use it.

And if you can feel that way now, you already have the riches! You already have the love! You already have the peace, if you can feel that way now!

And when you get what you want, and you start thinking about what you want next, relax. And be aware that you are aware. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And then you don’t have to think about what’s happening and mess it up with your suffering thoughts. Just focus on gratitude and awareness. And you will make your good fortune.

Be Radiant! (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream! Wake up! Wake up! It’s time to get up! Wake up, right now!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice the recognition that yes, I am aware.

All day long, ask yourself, over and over: am I aware? Am I aware? And instead of thinking about the answer, go to the placeless place. Go to the pathless path. Just recognize. Look around: yes, I am aware. Feel the feeling of being aware. Notice what it’s like to be aware. It’s not a thought. And it’s not even a feeling. It’s a knowing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

To be aware feels like shining. It feels like radiating. Today, be radiant. Shine as the light of knowing. Shine as the light of awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

I am shining as the light of knowing. I am shining as the light of awareness. I am the witness, the observer that never changes. I am the observer of all that changes. But me? I was never born and I’ll never die. I am pure awareness.

Breathe in and be the pure awareness.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

Sometimes it’s challenging to get to the point where you can let go and stay as you are. Sometimes it takes a lot of contrast. But when your contrast is so great, when your problems are overwhelming, say to them: I’m not suffering that anymore! Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no lack. Because I’m whole. I’m everything. When I am aware, there is no agitation. Because the mind is still. You’ve sunk back into your source. There is only peace. And when I am aware, there is no separation from those I love, because everything is pure awareness. And when you are identified as pure awareness, you’re one with everything. It might sound like just talk right now, like, “Ok yeah, no separation sounds pretty boring to just stay as I am.” But try it. Practice being aware that you are aware, and your whole reality will be permeated with peace and happiness and love.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. I am shining as the light of knowing. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

Take Back the Upper Hand (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Remember: you are the source! You become and then you see it. You are the creator. You’re god! Choose right now to feel the way you want to feel. And then you’ll start seeing reflections that feel the same way.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You don’t have to say thank you for anything specific. You don’t have to think of anything you want, nothing that you already have. Just feel the feeling. You know what it feels like to be truly grateful. Activate that feeling right now! Activate the best day of your life right now!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! These two words are your good luck charm. These two words are your magick wand. Thank you. Thank you! You always have the upper hand with thank you. And you really can trust that god is on your side. That it’s all happening in your favor. And if you practice this feeling of gratitude, you’ll see the results so much quicker. You’ll see how things are happening in your favor, right away! Instead of having to wait for the whole cycle to complete. Decide, right now, to level up, to take back the upper hand, to have the best day of your life!

Breathing in, thank you! Thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

Keep this on repeat. Charge yourself up. You are the creator! You are god in human form! This is your power! This is your right, your birthright! You become it, and then you see it, right now. Activate your enthusiasm. Activate your gratitude. Let yourself enjoy this day to the fullest!

Choosing to feel gratitude is another route to practicing presence, because when you are present, when you are without thought, when you are one with god, all you feel is love and gratitude and appreciation. So if you can choose the feeling of gratitude right now, it’s a shortcut to presence.

Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Let yourself trust it’s happening in your favor. Let yourself feel optimistic. Let yourself access your natural enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is just letting the spirit of god through you! Right now, choose to let god through you, so that you can be a channel for miracles and love and joy and fun and laughter!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and deeply accept what is.

Your mind has so many preferences, so many likes and dislikes. So much to gain, so much to lose. Today, allow yourself to feel good regardless of your preferences.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and deeply accept what is.

Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I want things to go a certain way. Yes I’m attached. Yes I feel like I have something to lose and something to gain. Yes I feel limited. Yes I feel constrained. Yes I feel kind of trapped. Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I’m irritated. Yes I’m judging. Yes I am being really judgmental today.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and deeply accept what is.

I deeply accept that I’m being judgmental. I deeply accept that I am mind-identified. I deeply accept that I am letting the world affect me. I deeply accept that I forgot I’m the source. But I just remembered now.

Breathe in and be the source!
Breathe out and be the source!

You are the source of your reality. You are the origin of the wave. If you want to see waves of a certain kind, be a certain way. It’s not even a certain way, you just be.

Breathe in and align with the rhythm of nature.
Breathe out and align with the flow of life.

Everything is happening in perfect timing. Everything is happening in your favor. It’s safe to trust that now. It’s safe to relax. And it’s safe to remember you are the creator. You are the source. And you can take back your power right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition that yes, I am aware. I am aware that I am alive. I am aware that I exist. I am aware that I am aware.

This is how you be the source. This is how you choose to feel the way you want to feel, and then you see it reflected in reality. Right now, become the source, by simply asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and let the contrast make you focus.

Only when you have problems do you care to focus on a technique to try to manifest things. If you’re having contrast today, celebrate it, because it’s making you focus. It’s making you use your magick. If you don’t want anything to change, what need do you have for magick?

Breathe in and relax into the now.
Breathe out and remember: the point is to get to the point where you don’t need magick, where you don’t need anything to change. And when you ask, am I aware? And you rest in the knowing of your being, you don’t need anything to change. You don’t need any magick. You are the magick.

Breathe in and be the magick today.
Breathe out and trust it’s happening in your favor and it’s safe to let go of trying to control. You don’t have to control the timing or your to do list or what happens or what other people do. Your only control today is in asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and be the source!
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Because when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I’m not thinking, I’m not suffering for psychological reasons. When I am aware, I am present and when I am present, I am content! There’s no lack. There’s no agitation. There’s no separation. When I am aware, I have no problems and I need no magick because I am the magick!

Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

I am aware of the presence of god. I am the presence of god!

Don’t Try to Change a Thing Today! (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is!

Deeply accept what is. That is your magick today: say yes to it. Deeply accept it. Don’t try to change a thing today!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to who you are!

Yes, I’m thinking about the future. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I feel anticipation. Yes, I am worrying. Yes I want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I’m afraid of the uncertain. I’m afraid of the unknown. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I just want to know what happens. Yes, I feel uptight. Yes, I feel wound up. Yes, I’m criticizing others. Yes, I feel selfish. Yes, I think that other people are keeping me from what I want. Yes, I don’t even know what I want. Yes, yes, yes.

Breathe in and deeply accept what is.
Breathe out and keep deeply accepting what is.

There are so many ways to make peace with what is. So many techniques and methods to be ok with how things are, right now.

Breathe in and be ok with how things are right now.
Breathe out, and let the technique that works for you come to you today.

You can say yes to what is. You can repeat “OK, OK, OK” over and over. You can focus on your breath. You can ask, “Am I aware?” You can say, “Thank you!” You can say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Breathe in and open up to receiving new ideas!
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you god for helping me accept what is. Thank you for helping me be at peace with what is.

Breathe in and know you can feel good regardless of your circumstances.
Breathe out and let yourself feel good regardless of your circumstances.

All you have to do is step outside of your thought stream. Your thoughts are the only thing making you feel bad. You can use any technique, mantra, affirmation that you want. But remember what the point is: the point is to be. Exist. Just, be here. Aware that you are aware. Just be empty!

Breathe in and be empty. That’s what god is!
Breathe out and hollow yourself out right now.

Get rid of the separate self, the illusion of the separate self. Let all of your preferences go. My favorite way to empty myself is to say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.” And I picture those words cleaning out my whole body, aura, like a torus, like a donut shape. And it’s just cleaning it out, cleaning it out, cleaning it out, emptying me, replacing me with god. And then I’m free!

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you for making me empty, so that there’s space for you to work. Thank you for helping me let go of my own suffering. Thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and be empty today.
Breathe out and be free!

Breathe in and smile because it will help you lighten up!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

When you are aware, that you are aware, you have no problems. Because all of your suffering comes from your psychological mind, thinking.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition, the knowing: Yes, I am aware.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Trust that it’s all happening in your favor. Especially the things you don’t like. Especially the things that you wish were different. The responses from people that you wish were different. Trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I wish things were different. Yes, I’m thinking about controlling other people. Yes, I’m wanting approval. Yes, I want to buy love. Yes, I know that I am not present. Yes, I just want to be present. And let the rest work itself out.

Breathe in and be present.
Breathe out and let the rest work itself out.

As you go about your day, you can say to yourself, “Present! Present! I’m present!” Allow yourself to wake up in the dream, using whatever technique or method works for you today. Maybe it’s asking, “Am I aware?” Maybe it’s saying, “Present!” while you look around. Maybe it’s focusing on your breath. Maybe it’s saying,

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Surrender your attachment to outcome. Let go of thinking things need to be a certain way for you to be safe and secure. The only safety and security is presence and you can be that right now. You’re here! You already are! You already are safe and secure!

Only your thoughts can drag you out of the bliss of the present moment. Today, stand up to your thoughts, step outside of the thought stream and just watch. You are not your thoughts. You don’t have to let them control you. You are pure awareness, the witness, the space, the light of knowing in which it all arises. You are the source. Choose right now to stabilize as you are, to still your mind, to relax and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathing in, am I aware it’s happening in my favor?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware of the presence of god. I am shining as the light of knowing in which this is all appearing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Be vigilant today. Be devoted to love, devoted to god. When you are one with god, your life is a nonstop stream of miracles. Today, merge with god, and let the miracles reveal themselves.

Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I’m blaming. Yes, I’m anxious and fearful. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I’m looking outside of myself. Yes, I forgot I’m the source.

Breathe in and remember: you are the source!
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware?

That’s how you be the source. When you rest as you are, pure awareness, there is no agitation, there is no lack, and there is no separation. You emanate peace. You permeate your reality with love and happiness, because you don’t need anything outside of you to change in order to feel good.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition of the answer. Yes, I am.

Breathe in and be the source.
Breathe out and choose right now to be the source, whether or not you have high contrast. Whether or not you have problems. Choose it now, to be the source and permeate your reality with love and happiness and abundance.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Ask yourself this constantly. Am I aware? Am I aware? Keep yourself in the present moment. Stay as you are: pure awareness. Get out of the thought stream, right now. You don’t have to think about anything!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Trust the process of life. Trust that it’s happening in your favor. Trust that everything is perfect and in its place and if you get out of the way, it will unfold so perfectly.

The tao does nothing and leaves nothing undone. Today, be the tao. Be pure awareness. Just rest and let life unfold for you. Get out of the way. Stop meddling. Stop forcing. Stop trying to figure it out. Stop trying to take action out of anxiety.

Breathe in and be the source.
Breathe out and remember who you are: pure awareness. The source of it all.

You can go back to your source and let life unfold. You don’t have to lift a finger to live a life of happiness and love and abundance. No matter what is going on with you today—what problems you have or don’t have—choose right now to be the source, by resting as you are: pure awareness. I am.

I am shining as the light of knowing in which all of this is arising. I am now aware. I am now in the flow. And my reality is now permeated with peace, love, happiness and abundance.

It always comes when you let go. Let yourself relax into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You want things to go a certain way, but you can trust it’s all happening in your favor. Even the things you don’t like. Even the mistakes you’ve made. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and let yourself reach the pinnacle of experience, here in physical reality, where you are so happy just to be alive that it doesn’t matter what your circumstances are.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention go to the placeless place.

Yes, I am aware. When you ask the question “Am I aware?” you recognize that you’re here. You exist. And that’s all you have to do, to reach the pinnacle of experience in physical reality!

Breathing out, am I aware?

Ask yourself this all day today, over and over and over and let it wake you up in the dream. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems. Because I’m not lost in my thoughts. I’m not identified as the separate self. When I am aware, I have no problems because there is no agitation, the mind is at peace. There is no lack, the mind is abundant. There is no separation. There is only oneness.

Breathe in and be whole.
Breathe out and let go of the thoughts.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts are making you suffer psychologically. Today, ask yourself, over and over and over: am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Go to the placeless place. No agitation because the mind is still. No lack because you’re whole, you’re one with everything. No separation from those you love, because you are identified as pure awareness. That’s what makes up everything. So if you are pure awareness, you are one with everything. And you feel no pain of separation.

Breathe in and be one with all that is.
Breathe out and let it be easy! It’s the easiest thing you can do, because you’re already doing it!

Only your thoughts make you think that something is wrong, that something needs to change. But nothing needs to change. You already made it. This is it! You’re just here to enjoy it! There’s nothing to change, nowhere to go, nothing to do. Nothing to achieve. You made it. This is it. The pinnacle of experience in physical reality.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. There is no lack, no agitation, no separation from those I love. I am now aware and I am now in the flow!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let it go. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and trust in the perfect timing of life.
Breathe out and remember: pure awareness never rushes.

Let yourself relax. There’s nowhere else you have to be. There’s nothing else you have to be doing, other than what you’re doing right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your preferences about the future, about what you want to happen next. Only life knows best. Your job is just to enjoy it.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. And trust me when I say, pure awareness never rushes. Everything in life is unfolding in perfect timing. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is missing. Nothing is forgotten. It’s all in perfect timing.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Say yes to what is, to start, to acknowledge. You don’t have to do anything emotionally. You don’t have to do any work to say yes to what is. Start right there. That’s how you can start letting go and trusting life. Just start saying yes.

Yes I’m rushing to try to finish everything so I can get somewhere else. Yes I think I’ll feel better when I get somewhere else. Yes I want to please people so I want to rush and hurry up to take care of my needs to that I can go take better care of someone else’s needs. Yes I’m putting others before myself. Yes I’m rushing. Yes I’m upright. I’m wound up. Yes I want to please other people. Yes I want to race through taking care of myself so I can give to other people, so that I can get love. Yes I want approval and validation from the world instead of from within. Yes I’m looking outside of myself to feel good, when I know it’s inside.

Breathe in and embrace and accept it all.
Breathe out and just acknowledge where you are. It doesn’t mean you like it or that it’s going to stay. But acknowledging, saying yes to what is, is how you start giving yourself a break. Just noticing it, with curiosity. Instead of stuck in the stress of, “I have to do this, I have to do this, I have to do this.”

Breathe in and feel more relaxed already.
Breathe out and trust.

It is really, truly, literally, for real happening in your favor, even the things you do. Even the mistakes you think you’ve made. It’s all happening in your favor. And it’s not even up to you! You don’t have to feel guilty about anything you do. You are oneness. You are love. You are the pure awareness that makes up everything. You can relax now. It’s all perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and take care of yourself today.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences of how you want it to be.

Your preferences just stress you out, thinking it should be another way! But how it is, is how it’s supposed to be!

Breathe in and trust the process of life today. It’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and celebrate! It’s all happening in your favor!

And if you can’t say yes, if you can’t surrender your preferences, if you can’t trust, go back to a simple affirmation, a simple mental code and get a few breaths away from the separate self that’s an illusion.

Say that to your thoughts. If you can’t surrender your preferences in any other way, just practice loving yourself and not giving a fuck. That’s as simple as it can be.
