What You Want Is on the Way (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Start saying yes to what is, right now. Yes, I’m overwhelmed. Yes, I’m caring about what other people think. Yes, I feel pressured. Yes, I’m worried about the timing. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I feel annoyed. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I just want to escape my mind.

Breathe in and make peace with where you are.
Breathe out and surrender.

Leave it up to god. Let god replace you right now. Thank you god for replacing me with you. I know it’s not up to me. I know that my control is letting go. Thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and surrender your separate self!
Breathe out and let god replace you today.

All you have to do to do it is say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you!” And while you have that thought on your mind, you know that god is working through you.

Breathe in and feel so relieved!
Breathe out and surrender!

God’s working through you now. You don’t have to second-guess your actions. You don’t have to worry about what happens. God, I’m in your hands.

Breathe in and become it to see it!
Breathe out and take your power back!

You become what you want, and then you see what you want. So if you become grateful, you’ll start receiving things to be grateful for. Right now, decide to become grateful, to say thank you for all you have and all that’s coming. Feel that feeling of gratitude. Feel that feeling of appreciation. And feel how it magnetizes you!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing! Thank you for the flawless victory car rental return! Thank you for the easy cooking. Thank you for the fun day. Thank you for the new ideas and the creativity. Thank you for the flow.

Breathe in and say thank you for all that is and all that’s coming!
Breathe out and feel the way you want to feel, right now!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Get excited about your day, what you want is on the way! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and feel so much better already! Thank you!

Thank you! This is your power! When you can stay in the vibration of gratitude no matter what’s happening, you have the upper hand. You get to feel good no matter what. You get what you want, which is to feel good.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Now you’ve accepted what is. You’ve let god replace you. You’ve let go of your preferences. You’ve practiced the feeling of gratitude. You feel the way you want to feel. All that’s left to do is rest as you are. Stay as you are. I am.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and remember: When I am aware, I have no problems.

That’s because your thoughts make the problems. And when you are aware, you’re still thinking, you still notice thoughts, but you’re the witness. You’re zoomed out watching the thoughts, not lost in the thoughts.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! I am shining as the light of knowing in which thoughts appear. Yes, I am aware!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am. And I am now in the flow!

God’s on the Case (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and relax into saying yes.

Yes, I’m anxious. Yes I’m overwhelmed. Yes I’m thinking about what I have to do next. Yes, I feel rushed. Yes, I want to see this person. Yes, I’m grasping and seeking and thinking I have something to gain. Yes, I feel overwhelmed and anxious. Yes, I want to hurry up and get to the good part!

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing into what is.

Keep deeply accepting what is.

Breathe in and let god take care of it today.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences by saying, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

I know that I want all of these things, and I want them to go my way, and I want the timing to be perfect. But I trust that if I let god live me—make my decisions—that I’ll be in the right place at the right time and everything will go perfectly. So, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

Thank you for helping me let go of what I think I want, the way I think things should go, when I know it’s not necessarily right. Thank you for replacing me with you. Thank you for living me. Thank you for getting my separate self out of the way!

Breathe in and feel that feeling of gratitude! Thank you!
Breathe out and really feeling. Thank you! Thank you!

It’s the best day of your life! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing! Thank you for helping me stay sober today! Thank you for the magick life! Thank you for the miracles and the solutions! Thank you for the love and connection! Thank you for helping stabilize as I am!

Breathe in and feel so grateful for all you have.
Breathe out and feel relaxed because you are grateful and now god is living you.

You don’t have to worry about anything. You don’t have to worry about decisions or your to-do list. You don’t have to wonder. God’s on the case. You can relax now!

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and stabilize as you are.

Allow yourself to shine as light of knowing. You can start with the thought, I AM. I am shining as the light of knowing in which these experiences arise. I am shining as the light of knowing in which these thoughts arise. As you go about your day, whenever something bothers you or you start resisting, or desperately seeking, say to yourself, “I am shining as the light of knowing in which these thoughts arise.” And help yourself see those thoughts aren’t you and you don’t have to listen to them! You don’t have to be a slave to your mind! You don’t have to identify with those thoughts! You are the light of knowing in which the thoughts appear! You are god!

Breathing out, I am shining as the light of knowing in which this is appearing. I am the space in which it all arises. I am space. So what do I care?

Radiate Knowing (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say, I am.
Breathe out and feel your sense of being. I am.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and feel yourself exist, right here, right now.

Breathing in, I AM.
Breathing out, I AM.

I am shining as the light of knowing in which all of my thoughts appear. I am shining as the light of knowing in which everything is happening. Nothing has to affect me when I am shining as the light of knowing.

Breathe in and shine as the light of knowing.
Breathe out and remember you won’t find it in your mind.

There’s nothing to think about. Just start radiating right now. You’re already doing it. But take a moment to notice: you are shining as the light of knowing.

Breathe in and shine as the light of knowing.
Breathe out and shine as the light of knowing.

Recognize it right now. You exist. You are aware. You are the awareness that makes up everything.

Breathe in and be aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and recognize who you really are.

You are! That’s it! You don’t have to say anything else. You are. You exist. That’s it, that’s all! I am. I am the light of knowing in which everything appears. Nothing has to affect me because everything comes and goes but I get to stay as I am, the light of knowing in which it all appears. One with everything, in love.

Breathe in and be in love today.
Breathe out and trust.

Trust that you can do this, that you can flip the switch from being mind-identified, worried about problems, to simply identifying as the light of knowing in which the problems appear.

Breathe in and get some distance from the problems.
Breathe out and feel so relieved! You can spend the rest of your life identified as the light of knowing in which things appear.

The problems will never stop. The issues, the desires—it never stops. If you’re affected by things that happen, you’re going to keep getting affected worse and worse as you get older. It’s time to step away from the finite mind of matter and bodies and thoughts, into the light of knowing, the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and shine as the light of knowing!
Breathe out and just exist as the light of knowing for a moment.

Say to yourself, “I am shining as the light of knowing in which my thoughts appear.”

Breathe in and shine, radiate knowing!
Breathe out and be so free! You can stay here as you are, unaffected by the ups and downs of life. You can stay as you are, like this, the light of knowing, far beyond the death of your body. Eternally. Nothing has to bother you ever again! Because you are the pure love that everything is arising from. The pure love that everything appears in.

Breathe in and say, “I am shining as the light of knowing!”
Breathe out and keep returning to this all day.

I am shining as the light of knowing in which this thought appears. Any time something bothers you—I am shining as the light of knowing in which this problem appears. And then you can see the problem is so little, it’s a tiny cloud and you don’t have to focus on it. You can focus on who you really are—infinite! Pure awareness! The light of knowing! Love!

Breathe in and say, “I am shining as the light of knowing!”
Breathe out and know who you really are. The light of knowing. The pure love everything appears in. You are aware. You are now in the flow!

The Answer Is Not in the Mind (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and celebrate! You made it!
Breathe out and relax. You made it! You’re here! You’re awake! You’re alive! You’re awake in the dream right here, right now.

Breathe in and say, I am.
Breathe out and say, I am.

Feel right now your sense of being. Feel the recognition that you exist.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

I am existing. I am awake. I am here right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and be the source of everything in your reality.

Recognize right now that the more you rest as you are, the more you stabilize as “I am,” the more your reality will be permeated with peace and love and joy.

Breathe in and celebrate! Oneness is seen!
Breathe out and be one with everything.

Only language separates us. Only language makes us suffer psychologically. Allow yourself to go beyond the mind today. Step outside of the thought stream. Every time you get caught in worry, say to yourself, “The answer is not in the mind!”

Breathe in and feel for your sense of being.
Breathe out and say, I am.

I am shining as the light of knowing. I am the light of knowing in which my thoughts appear. In which thoughts appear—they’re not even your thoughts. They’re just thoughts.

Breath in and shine as the light of knowing.
Breathe out and shine as the light of knowing in which everything is happening. Everything is known. Everything is seen.

You are the light of knowing in which it is all appearing and disappearing. But you never appear or disappear. You are eternal, you are always here. I am always I am.

Breathe in and say, I am.
Breathe out and feel it right now, recognize your sense of being. Feel yourself shining as the light of knowing right now. I am.

It’s not in the mind, you don’t have to think about it. There are no thoughts that apply. I am is just the pointer to that feeling, to that recognition that you exist.

Breathe in and simplify your life.
Breathe out and laugh because it’s so simple!

Thoughts make everything so complex, separating things more and more and more. Dissecting, analyzing, picking apart. But really it’s all one. We are all one and we can all rest easy now.

Oneness is seen.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am shining as the light of knowing in which it all appears!

I don’t have to identify as my thoughts. I don’t have to think this thought of resistance is me! I don’t have to be under the spell of thoughts, acting like they’re my problem! They’re just thoughts and if you ignore them, they go away!

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am shining as the light of knowing. That’s it and that’s all. Everything else is just arising. Coming and going. But I am stable as I am. Resting in my source. Pure awareness. At peace. In love.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am shining as the light of knowing!

Shine as the Light of Knowing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Do I have to identify as that voice?”
Breathe out and be the light of knowing that the voice appears in.

As you go about your day today, notice your thoughts. Notice how you immediately think your thoughts are you. “I don’t like this. I hate it when this happens. I need this to happen.” And on and on and on. But you are actually the light of knowing that the thoughts appear in. You are the pure awareness that things arise and disappear in. You are the awareness, the knowing, the light that everything comes and goes in. And you don’t have to identify as that voice that comes and goes.

Breathe in and be free from that voice in your head!
Breathe out and just take a moment to notice, right now.

Wait for a thought to come. I thought, “I don’t want to do this.” But that’s not me. That’s just a thought that came from nowhere and it will go back to nowhere. I AM the light of knowing that the thought appears in. I am the knowing that knows that thought came and went.

Breathe in and simply identify as the knowing.
Breathe out and shine as the light of knowing.

Breathe in and say, I am.
Breathe out and feel it. I am. I exist.

How long have you been seeking? How long have you been trying to get away from the torture in your head? How long have you been looking for the answer, the way to feel good no matter what? The way to enjoy being alive, even when bad things happen? How long have you been looking?

Breathe in and remember how long it’s been.
Breathe out and know: the search is over.

You’ve just been looking in the wrong place. You’ve been looking in your thoughts, in the mind, in books, in words. But the truth can never be spoken in words. The truth is not available in language. The truth that YOU ARE is simply that: you are! You exist.

Breathe in and exist.
Breathe out and rest as you are.

You just sit there and you can think, “I am.” But you feel that “I AM”. You feel that you are. I feel that I am. I know that I am. It’s a knowing. It’s not a thought. I know for sure I am. And so you can rest there, right now. You can start with the thought I AM to get the feeling to remember what you’re trying to do. I AM. And then just radiate knowing! Radiate the light of knowing. It’s not in your mind. It’s not a thought. You’ll never find it there. It’s knowing. It’s a recognition. It’s right here. It’s what you are.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

I am always I am. Everything else comes and goes. But I AM always I AM.

Breathe in and be.
Breathe out and just be.

The search is over. You don’t have to seek any more. You just stay as you are, shining as the light of knowing. Sit right there as long as you can, and say: I AM. I am shining as the light of knowing. And feel yourself shining knowing! Just sit there and shine. Can you sit there and shine? You don’t have to think about it. But I think you know how to shine.

Breathe in and shine as the light of knowing!
Breathe out and be the light of knowing. I am!

Free to Exist (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Remember that you have nothing! You have nothing to gain. Nothing to lose. You have nothing but what god gives you in this moment. That’s it and that’s all and that’s such a relief!

Breathe in and say, “I have nothing!”
Breathe out and feel free! You have nothing!

You own nothing. You have nothing that can be taken from you. You have nothing to lose! You have nothing to gain! You have nothing that can make you more whole or complete. All you have is right now. All you have is god. All you are is god!

Breathe in and feel so free today!
Breathe out and just keep reminding yourself, “I have nothing! I have nothing to gain, nothing to lose. I have nothing to dread. I have nothing to identify me. I have nothing to live up to. I have nothing other than what god gives me right now. That is it. This moment is all I ‘have’.”

Breathe in and enjoy what you have!
Breathe out and be free! If there’s nothing to lose, nothing to gain, no future, no past to worry about—you’re free to just enjoy this moment! You’re free to relax. You’re free to enjoy whatever there is right here. Whatever you’re looking at, sensing, perceiving, thinking—it’s all so temporary. Right now is all you have. And everything else, just remind yourself: I have nothing!

Breathe in and be free! You have nothing!
Breathe out and be so relieved! I have nothing!

I came to this realization when all of my attachments were being ripped away from me—my relationships, the things I thought were mine. They were taken, and I was feeling sorry for myself and screaming and crying to myself, “I have nothing!” And then I felt the greatest relief because I have nothing! No one can take shit from me! No one can give me anything that will make me feel good. I have nothing! And in that moment, I saw, I have nothing to gain and nothing to lose and so I am free. It’s like a rock bottom, if nothing can be taken, I have nothing to protect. If nothing can be given, I have nothing to look forward to. I’m free to exist and not think and strive and try to protect and try to achieve and gain.

Breathe in and be so free today! You have nothing!
Breathe out and let all of your preferences go.

You will be given exactly what you need, at the exact right time and no sooner. You don’t even have to worry about what you’re going to do next, because god will give you the thought that tells you. God will give you the impulse when you need it. You have nothing to worry about. You have nothing to plan or dread. Even in the moment that you’re worried about your to do list, say to yourself, “I have nothing. I have nothing. I have nothing to gain by doing those things. I have nothing to lose by doing them or not doing them.” And surrender the whole planning thing. God will give you what you need when you need it. Until then you have nothing but what god gives you right now.

Breathing in I have nothing!
Breathing out I am free!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

You always have the upper hand if you can say yes and thank you.

Breathe in and smile because it will help you feel better.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences about the way you think things should go.

I have nothing. I have nothing but this moment. I have nothing to gain from the future. I have nothing to lose based on my behavior or lack thereof. I have nothing.

Breathe in and be free! You have nothing!
Breathe out and relax because you have nothing other than this moment!

This is all you get. This is all that’s real. This is all you have. Nothing.

Breathe in and see how you have nothing.
Breathe out and detach from everything.

You have nothing to gain, nothing to lose. No wealth, no fame, no fortune, no relationships, no love. You have nothing to gain. You have no money to lose. You have no status, no reputation, no love, no relationship to lose. You have nothing! All there is, is right now. Everything else is a thought.

Breathe in and feel free because you have nothing!
Breathe out and know that this world is an illusion. There is nothing to gain, nothing to lose. Nothing.

It’s all nothing. Absolutely nothing!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and keep surrendering. You have nothing!

You have nothing to gain by seeking. You have nothing to lose by resisting. And vice versa. You have absolutely nothing other than this moment. Nothing! It could be gone like THAT, whatever you think you have. It’s nothing! All you really have right now. That’s your only security, the only safety, is right now.

Breathe in and see how you have nothing.
Breathe out and feel free because you have nothing to lose! Nothing to gain! Absolutely nothing to add or subtract from your experience to make you feel better or worse. Nothing!

Breathe in and keep trying to lighten up!
Breathe out and keep surrendering your preferences.

Nothing to gain, nothing to lose. Whatever is right here, is all you get. All you are. All you have. Nothing else. Nothing to gain, nothing to lose.

This is it! This moment is it. This is it. And at the same time, this is not it. Because this is an illusion too. What we truly are, cannot be marked or maimed or hurt. What we truly are can’t have its feelings hurt. Can’t be disappointed. What we truly are can’t have things ripped away from us again and again and again! What we truly are can’t be attached to people. If we’re all one, nothing can be taken away. It’s all one, all the same thing.

Breathe in and feel free because you have nothing!
Breathe out and feel free because you have nothing to lose!

Whatever tenuous grasp you have on your possessions or your relationships or your health—it’s going to go. You’re going to lose it! You might as well make peace with it now. Let it go and don’t ever let it be your reason for feeling good ever again. No money, no person, no health, no lifestyle, no diet, no drug.

Breathe in and relieved because you have nothing!
Breathe out and keep saying that to yourself today: I have nothing. I have nothing. I have nothing! And so I am free!

And while it hurts my illusory separate self to acknowledge that I have nothing to gain, nothing to lose, nothing to hold onto—at least I’m free to float in the nothing that is right now, this moment. The only safety and security there is. Fuck all the rest, anything you’re attached to. If you let it make you feel good, it’s going to make you feel bad!

Breathe in and detach from all the ups and downs.
Breathe out and smile. Let yourself feel relieved that you have nothing.

Nothing to gain, nothing to lose. All you have is right now.

Breathe in and say, I love myself even if no one else does!
Breathe out and say, I don’t give a fuck! No one else does!

Who cares? Theres nothing to gain, nothing to lose. This moment is all there is. We came here for this moment. we came here for… This, I guess.

Breathe in and feel relieved. There’s nothing to gain or lose.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go right now and detach right now. All that’s left is god. That’s the only thing you really have. That’s the only thing you really are. And if you don’t know what else to do with your stupid little mind, say “thank you god for replacing me with you.” And let god figure it out, because it sure isn’t me.

Breathe in and have nothing to gain!
Breathe out and have nothing to lose!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Breathe in and become it to see it!
Breathe out and really be what you want to get!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Ask yourself right now, what do I want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine getting it.

How will you feel when you get what you want? Love. I’ll feel love. I’ll feel grateful and love!

Breathe in and feel that love right now.
Breathe out and be that love right now.

Thank you. Thank you. Gratitude isn’t quite up at the same level as love, but it’s nearly there. And to start feeling more loving, you can start feeling more grateful right now. It’s so easy. You don’t have to be grateful for anything in particular. Just start saying thank you and feel what it feels like to mean it.

Breathe in and practice gratitude in advance!
Breathe out and flex your manifestation muscle!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the best date of my life. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the love and affection. Thank you for the positive attention. Thank you for the opportunity to help. Thank you for putting me in the right place at the right time. Thank you for letting me be a channel of god. Thank you for helping me help.

Breathe in and think about what it is you really want.
Breathe out and identify that feeling.

We just want to feel love. And we feel love when we are free of our thoughts, resting as pure awareness. Love is our natural state. All love is, is the absence of separation. It’s oneness, wholeness, unity. Seeing that we’re not separate from each other. Love is the absence of separation, that’s it.

Breathe in and become one with your reality!
Breathe out and do it right now.

How do you become one with your reality? You can do it logically by explaining to your mind that you are simply pure awareness and everything you see and perceive and think is also made up of pure awareness, so when you rest as pure awareness, you are one with all of the pure awareness.

Breathe in and rest as pure awareness.
Breathe out and be one with all that is, because it’s all pure awareness. It’s all god.

Ask yourself, right now, am I aware? And if “Am I aware?” isn’t quite working, notice the watcher. Notice that watching is happening. Awareness and watching, it’s the same thing. Instead of noticing what you’re watching, ask yourself, is there watching? Yes there is watching. I am watching.

Breathe in and know it’s all made up of the watching.
Breathe out and feel and recognize it’s all watching.

It’s all awareness. Everything you perceive, sense, know, feel—it’s all aware. It’s all just knowing, watching, aware-ing.

Breathe in and be one with the watching.
Breathe out and trust that this is the route to love.

Just ask, is there watching?

By practicing this, you start becoming so happy to be YOU, your individual point of perspective, that you don’t care about what’s happening with other people and money and time and health. You’re just happy that you get to be this individual point of perspective, watching.

Breathe in and feel yourself falling in love with who you are.
Breathe out and just notice: is there watching?

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let yourself just enjoy this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right! Everything ever created led up to right now! This moment is magickal!

Breathe in and keep opening up!
Breathe out and let go.

Open and release. Open your heart and release your resistance. Allow yourself to relax. Let yourself surrender your preferences. Right now, start saying yes to what is.

Yes, I’m thinking about what’s next. Yes, I’m trying to control. Yes, I want the timing to be perfect. And on and on. Whatever it is that’s happening right now for you, say yes to it, good or bad. Yes. Yes. Deeply accept it. Yes.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and deeply accept what is.

Now, surrender your preferences. However you want things to go today, it’s not up to you. It’s really not. You are not the one in control, so stop pretending. Stop suffering, thinking that you have to control what happens.

Breathe in and surrender those preferences.
Breathe out and let god replace you.

Let go of your separate self, the illusory self that’s made up of your likes and dislikes. You don’t know what’s best. You don’t know. Only god knows the perfect unfolding, and it’s going to happen whether you try to control in your mind or not.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you. Thank you for getting me out of the way, so that I can be a channel for your love.

Breathe in and let go of that control.
Breathe out and know that whatever happens, it’s god’s will.

You don’t have to feel guilty or responsible anymore. You’ve let that shit go!

Breathe in and feel the feeling of gratitude. Thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Feel that feeling. Practice that feeling. Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the magick life. Thank you for the perfect day. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel that gratitude!
Breathe out and know that that feeling is attracting things to be grateful for!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Now you’ve deeply accepted what is, you’ve surrendered your preferences, you’ve practiced the feeling of gratitude. All that remains is to stay as you are, pure awareness, relaxed into your source.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Because when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no agitation, only peace. When I am aware, there is no lack, only abundance. When I am aware that I am aware, there is no separation from those I love. Because it’s all pure awareness, that’s what really are. Just simply pure awareness, experiencing experiencing.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are aware.

Keep it simple. Let it be simple. The easiest thing is the hardest thing. Simply identify as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Stay as you are. Stay in this knowing. Relax into your source. And let the peace, the happiness, the abundance, the love permeate your whole reality. You can let go now! And your personal life will work itself out! When you are aware, you have no problems.

Breathe in and be aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

Let yourself relax today. You have surrendered your preferences, deeply accepted what is, practiced the feeling of gratitude, and now you can relax into the knowing that everything is perfect and in its place. You are aware that you are aware. And you are now in the flow!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and remember: only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

Thoughts are the cause of all psychological suffering.

Breathe in and step into the present moment.
Breathe out and smile because it’s easier to have an optimistic attitude if you smile!

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust it’s happening in your favor.

When you’re struggling, when you wish things were a different way, remind yourself to say yes and thank you. And it will be revealed why it had to happen, and that it did happen in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Yes, I miss this person an almost-unbearable amount. Yes I’m going through withdrawal from being addicted to a relationship. Yes I want to let myself cry so I can let this out. And not be so stopped up.

Breathe in and keep welcoming and accepting what is.
Breathe out and let yourself deeply accept what is.

Don’t try to change it. Don’t try to resist it. Just let it be.

Breathe in and say yes to what you’re going through right now.
Breathe out and deeply deeply accept it.

If you let yourself feel the feeling then it will pass and you won’t have to feel it anymore. Yes, I feel so sad and helpless. Yes I feel so anxious and worried. Yes I’m disappointed in myself for not being able to keep it together better. Yes I just want to be a strong person and not be so affected by comings and goings of illusory form.

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and remember who you are!

Everything in this world comes and goes, except that which you really are: the awareness that’s witnessing.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Even if you can’t see why you should be grateful, if you choose the feeling of gratitude first, the things to be grateful for show up. Because you are the source. You are the creator. And you can take your power back right fucking now.

Breathe in and say yes to the text message because you didn’t turn on do not disturb.
Breathe out and feel lighter already.

You can just say yes to it all. Yes I miss this person. Yes I’m disappointed in myself for feeling so strongly. Yes I’m not even close to done crying. Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I feel weak. Yes I’m disappointed. Yes I want to transmute this into some creative work. I guess thats what I’m doing.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

When you get to the other side you’ll be so grateful for what you went through, so choose the feeling now and trust the process of life!

Breathe in and say yes to the process of life.
Breathe out and say thank you.

I know it’s happening in my favor. I know it’s happening in my favor. I trust it’s happening in my favor. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine you get it!

And when you feel that feeling for real, you know what you want is really on the way.
