Resist Nothing Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome disgust, welcome hatred, welcome irritation, welcome impatience, welcome repulsion. Welcome.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Let those thoughts go. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and just say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, I’m so mad. Yes, I’m so repulsed. Yes, I’m so disgusted. Yes, I’m so disappointed in myself. Yes, I’m so frustrated and over it.

Breathe in and resist nothing.
Breathe out and know resisting nothing is how you can slide through the cracks into love, into peace, into harmony.

Breathe in and resist nothing.
Breathe out and let that resistance go.

Resisting nothing is the same as love.

Breathe in and resist nothing.
Breathe out and welcome it all.

Thank you repulsion. Thank you disgust. Thank you fury. Thank you absolute hatred. I know you’re in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and welcome all of these sensations.

It’s just energy. It doesn’t have to mean anything. It will pass.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Resist nothing today. When you resist nothing, all of those things you don’t like collapse. You free up the energy from pinning the thing you don’t like into place, to resting on the awareness, on the presence of god, on the gratitude, on the miracles. Make the miracles bigger today.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Trust the process of life. Trust you’re in the right place. Trust it’s all working out for you. It’s safe to let those thoughts go and trust where you are.

Breathe in and resist nothing.
Breathe out and feel it in your body what it’s like to resist nothing.

Feel that total surrender. Feel all the barriers in your mind relax and come down. Resist nothing.

Breathe in and let it all flow over you.

Thinking Makes You Suffer (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome impatience. Welcome uncertainty. Welcome resentment. Welcome judgment. Welcome fear. Welcome.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Bring yourself back to this moment. It’s only the thoughts that make you feel bad. It’s only the thinking that makes you suffer.

Breathe in and get a break from the thoughts.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

When you ask yourself, am I aware? the point is to stop thinking and wake up in this moment and see there’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You can feel it. It’s like there’s a stem that goes through my whole body and normally my attention is out in the leaves of my plant self.

It’s out in the flowers, out in the world, seeking, looking for bees to pollinate looking for sun looking for water. Looking looking looking. But when I ask, am I aware? the attention goes back into the stem, back into the seed, back into the unknown—the unborn where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

The mind will never figure it out and all of these analogies and metaphors like I’m a stem and I have leaves and I’m bringing my attention back into the seed—it just gives your mind more to think about, more excuses to stay mind-identified. But the only work is dropping the thoughts. You don’t have to strive, you don’t have to achieve, you don’t have to suffer. The work is dropping the thoughts. It’s the easiest thing and the hardest thing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you ask yourself, am I aware? for a split second there’s a flicker of recognition, of knowing, of identifying with all that is. Pure awareness. All of this—me, you, the thoughts—it’s all one thing. Consciousness. Awareness. And everything that you see and experience is just a vibration within awareness but it’s all the same awareness or life force.

Breathe in and remember you are that life force.
Breathe out and relax. There is only the life force.

What is your body without the life force? Nothing. Dead. No animation. The life force is what is choosing, what is digesting, what is looking, what is experiencing. It’s all the life force and that is you.

Breathing in, am I aware of the life force?
Breathing out, am I aware of the life force?

Am I aware of the presence of god? You can call god the life force. You can call it love, infinite intelligence—all of these words, they just give your mind more things to think about. But the answer is never in the mind. It’s right here in front of you. It’s in that flicker of recognition when you ask, am I aware? You can feel it, that centering of your attention.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

And if you’re too caught up in your reality, if you’re too mixed with experience, suffering, suffering your preferences of “I like this and I don’t like this and I want this and I don’t want this”—if you’re too caught up in that just ask god to replace you.

Thank you god for replacing me with you.

You know it’s all happening in your favor. You know that it’s all unfolding perfectly. You know that there’s nothing to control but still you can get caught up in the preferences of wanting things to be a certain way and when you can’t drop those preferences, ask god to replace you and then you’ll know it’s all going god’s way. The best way, the only way.

And you don’t have to interfere with your preferences that are not true or real. You don’t even know if it’s really what’s right for you. You don’t know if what you want is what is best for you. What is best for you is what is, so allow it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware, and when I am aware I have no problems because when I am aware I am not focused on lack so I’m happy. When I am aware my mind is not agitated so I am at peace. And when I am aware, I’m not separate from anyone or anything that I love, so I am love itself. I am in love, I am the love when I am aware.

Breathe in and merge with that love today.
Breathe out and let go of control.

Let the pure awareness handle it. It’s what made everything, you can trust it. Trust the pure awareness is doing it in your favor, trust it’s how it’s supposed to be because how it is, is what is best.

So drop the thoughts and let yourself enjoy the best day of your life right now.

You Are the Presence of God (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and slow down.

Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Remember you are the presence of god. So don’t let anything else try to make you feel bad because you are the presence of god.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and be the source of your experience.

You are the presence of god. Everything comes to you. Everything comes to help you. Everything here is for you and it’s happening in your favor because you are the presence of god.

Breathe in and worship yourself. You are the presence of god.
Breathe out and let your reality worship you because you are the presence of god.

You are one bad motherfucker. You are god itself. It’s time to drop all the thoughts, all the self-criticism, all the worries, all the wondering if you’re loved. You are loved. You are love itself because you are the presence of god. You don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Breathe in and remember, I’m the presence of god.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go for good.

As you go about your day when thoughts start bothering you like, “I wonder if this is going to happen. I wonder if this is going to go my way. I wonder if it’s going to work out. I wonder if I have enough money. I wonder if this person likes me.”—every time you have those whiny little bitch-ass thoughts, say to them, “I am the presence of god.”

And let whatever it is come to you because you don’t need anything to complete you. You are complete. You are the presence of god.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness, the presence of god.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

It’s all just for fun. Whatever little mental trick it takes to get you to loosen your grip on the thinking, use it.

Breathing in, I am the presence of god.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck because I am the presence of god and everything can bow down to me because I am the presence of god.

I don’t have to wonder if it’s going to go my way because it all is my way. I don’t have to wonder if it loves me because it’s all love.

Breathe in and be the presence of god.
Breathe out and feel safe and secure now.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Nothing. Everything is perfect and in its place and only your thoughts make you feel bad. Remember you are the presence of god. Stay there.

You know how to get to that feeling, to that knowing, to that recognition. You don’t need a mantra. You don’t need to do anything. You don’t need to change. You already are it.

Breathing in, I am the presence of god.
Breathing out, I am the presence of god.

Really take this to heart and know it. Remember it. Recognize it for yourself. You are the presence of god. You don’t need anything to change to be safe or secure or loved. Just the fact that you are aware that you are the presence of god is the only security that you need, the only abundance that you need, and the only love that you need.

You are so loved that you are animated into this body to enjoy physical reality. You are the presence of god. Do you think you did this? Do you think your separate illusion mind made this body and animated it? No.

Breathing in, am I aware that I’m the presence of god?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware I am the presence of god.

Like Being Yourself (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and get out of your own way.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. It’s only your thoughts making you suffer.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Whatever’s happening is a gift from love, from god, from infinite intelligence, from nature. Whatever is happening is a gift from nature. It’s in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When you feel the feeling of gratitude in your heart, you see right away that life already is the way you want it to be. You see how it all is in your favor before you have to go through the mental gymnastics and the resisting and finally the surrender and then you see but you can choose it now.

Breathing out, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you. Thank you.

Feel enthusiastic! You are the source. Your life experience, your physical reality is an outpicturing of your vibration. It’s coming from inside the house. You.

Breathe in and be the source.
Breathe out and feel how you want to feel now.

Ask yourself, what do you want? I want attention. I want love. And what does it feel like to get attention and love? It feels like I’m actually wanted. It feels like I’m actually appreciated. Like I’m seen. Like I’m wanted. It feels like I’m actually wanted.

Breathe in and identify what is it you really want.
Breathe out and get to the root of why you want what you want.

I want to feel wanted. I want to feel like I’m meant to be here. I want to feel like I’m appreciated. I want to feel like I’m wanted here.

Breathe in and go to the root of what you want.
Breathe out and notice how wanting to feel appreciated really signifies you not appreciating, me not appreciating.

If I feel unappreciated it’s because I am not appreciating. I am the source and I can choose right now. I can choose to feel the gratitude that I want to receive. I can choose to feel the love that I want to receive and all I have to do is practice the presence of god.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god to get what you want.
Breathe out and see how this trickery of identifying what you want makes you see that really you’re just looking for god.

And you can convince your mind that you’ll get what you want if you practice the presence of god because the mind doesn’t want you to do that because the mind is the original sin. The mind is the evil. The mind is the only evil, the only thing making you suffer. And the mind doesn’t want to admit that all you have to do is merge with god. And all you have to do to merge with god is drop the mind.

Breathe in and merge with god.
Breathe out and want yourself here. Want your fucking self here.

If you want to feel wanted you have to want yourself. And wanting your self is just wanting the presence of god. It all comes down to practicing the presence of god, to remembering it’s all within. You just have to like being yourself and then the other people will like you.

Breathe in and like being yourself today.
Breathe out and practice that presence of god.

The only two thoughts you need are “Am I aware?” and thank you. Use these to practice the presence of god and feel the way you want to feel. And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Things might be uncomfortable at first, but you can trust it’s always in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I know it.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust you’re in the right place at the right time and that it’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and know it all happens in perfect timing.
Breathe out and see your life as a plant that’s growing naturally.

Yes, you can water it and give it sun, but you don’t force a plant to grow. You don’t know how a seed sprouts. You can’t make things unfold. You can’t force nature and your life is nature like everything else. You can’t force anything. You can just let go and let it unfold.

Breathe in and stop being so mixed with experience.
Breathe out and bring your attention back to its source, pure awareness.

If you’re caring too much about what happens in your life, if you want things to go a certain way, if you’re getting rocked by the ups and downs, it means your attention is seeking. You’re looking to the world for satisfaction and you’ll never find it. It’ll just get worse and worse and worse and you’ll get tossed around by the good and the bad.

Breathe in and stop getting tossed around.
Breathe out and rest your attention on its source.

The only way to be consistently satisfied in life is to rest your attention in this moment, on god, on presence, on love.

Breathe in and bring your attention back to its source.
Breathe out and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.

It’s never going to bring it. If you’re waiting for something to happen before you can feel good, you will always be affected by what happens. Decide to not be affected. Decide to be your reason for feeling good because you already are god. You already are presence, pure awareness, love.

Breathe in and stop seeking.
Breathe out and see how the mind wants to go out and look for things to make it feel better or to justify that it’s right.

But if you can stop seeking and just rest your attention here, you see life already is the way you want it to be. You already have it all because you have presence. And presence is god, presence is love, presence is pure awareness. You already have everything you’re seeking for.

Breathe in and see how you already have it.
Breathe out and just drop the thoughts.

You get to be alive. You get to be physical. You get to have fun. Even if you experience pain in your body, even if things go wrong in your life, you can always be at peace and in love and satisfied because you can always rest your attention on presence. You can rest your attention on pure awareness, on love, on god. And when you practice the presence of god, everything is taken care of. Life takes care of life and you know it’s all happening in your favor, even the pain, even the things you don’t like.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s just not serious.
Breathe out and feel your attention detangle from experience.

Rest your attention back on its source. And you do that by asking, “Am I aware?” It stops the thoughts. It makes your attention turn around to look at itself and rest on its source. Or you can ask, “Who am I? Who am I who cares?” You can ask, “How do I know that I know?” You can say, “I know you’re here,” meaning presence or god. “I know you’re here.”

Whatever sacred question it takes to stop the seeking and rest the attention on itself, use that today.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

Let those thoughts go right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe in and slow your breathing down.

Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember the power of “I don’t give a fuck.”

When you care, you push it away. Your preferences pin things in place. They make you resist how things are. And your attention to things being the way you don’t want them to be, keeps them the way you don’t want them to be.

Breathe in and take control of your attention.
Breathe out and remember you live the magick life.

You can do it all with magick. You don’t need to force. You don’t need to worry. You don’t need to strive. You can let it unfold and let the magick do it.

Breathe in and keep lightening up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say it: “I don’t give a fuck.”

Feel that feeling of not caring. When you let things matter, they become matter. Literally, when you let things matter to you, you make them real. Today, as you go about your day, remember you don’t have to care.

You don’t have to let it affect you. You don’t have to let it matter. You don’t have to give a fuck.

Breathe in and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”
Breathe out and feel the relief that comes with saying, “I don’t give a fuck.”

You think I give a fuck? When you let things matter, they become matter. Release caring about the way things are so that life can work it out for you. Your mind will never control the circumstances. Your control is letting go of the thoughts. Your control is letting go of thinking you have any power whatsoever. It’s an illusion. The only power is love or god. That’s you. You are the nature. You are god. It’s happening naturally. Let it unfold.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and keep letting go of caring.

Let go of all those fucks you give. Let go.

As you go about your day to day, your mantra is, “You think I give a fuck?” Because you don’t. Because when you care, you push it away. And when you let it matter, it becomes real.

Breathe in and let life do the work for you.
Breathe out and let the magick life live you.

Trust that god is here. I know you’re here. I know you’re here. Trust that you can rely on god instead of your thoughts. Your thoughts aren’t controlling shit. Your control is letting go of the thoughts. Thinking isn’t solving anything.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck today.

Allow yourself to take your power back. Remember, you are the source. You have to be happy either way. You have to not care what happens. You have to be okay with whatever happens. And the only way to do that is to know that you want things because you want god. And you can get god right now. So if you get the god right now, by letting go of the thoughts, realizing this already is god, you already are god, then life will go the right way, the perfect way, the in your favor way.

Breathe in and get the god right now.
Breathe out and do it in any number of ways.

But the main point is dropping the thoughts. You can do that by asking, “Am I aware?” You can do it by asking, “Who am I?” or “How do I know that I know?” You can do it by acknowledging god’s presence right here: “I know you’re here.”

Drop the thoughts. Drop the thoughts right now. Drop it.

Breathe in and get what you want right now.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck about the rest.

You don’t give a fuck. You think you give a fuck? No.

What’s Wrong With Right Now If You Don’t Think About It? (transcript)

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Let those thoughts go.

Ask yourself, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

This is a question from Sailor Bob and the title of one of his books. “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

Breathe in and ponder.
Breathe out and really investigate.

“What is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

Asking this question is a sacred question, just like, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” or “How do I know that I know?”

Breathe in and investigate.
Breathe out and look for the answer.

“What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

It causes your attention to turn around, to relax into presence, into awareness. All of your suffering comes from your thinking and you have the choice to shift your attention from the content of awareness to awareness itself.

“What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Your heart beats without thinking about it. You breathe without thinking about it. You grow without thinking about it. Life takes care of life. Nature takes care of nature and you are nature.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and look for that answer again.

“What is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” Nothing. You can’t come up with anything. The only right and wrong is in thought. That’s not truth. The only truth is presence. What is. Everything else is just separation, psychological suffering.

Breathe in and stop separating yourself.
Breathe out and just practice presence today.

Your magick power is your ability to stop focusing on the thoughts and start focusing on what is. Presence. Awareness. When you rest in awareness, you stop being affected by ups and downs. There is no right or wrong, good or bad.

Breathe in and rest in the presence.
Breathe out and let go of the right and wrong and good and bad.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? It’s all neutral. It’s all one without a second.

Breathing in, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?
Breathing out, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Rest in the investigation, the noticing, the coming back to center, the waking up from the dream of the mind into the present moment, where it’s always the best moment of your life.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and notice the sameness.

When you’re not judging or separating with your thoughts, all of existence, all of presence is the same. Every moment is the best because you’re here. You’re present. You exist. That’s the bliss and the glory. This.

Breathe in and have the best moment of your life today.
Breathe out and see how it’s right now.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Right now is perfect if you don’t think about it because you rejoin with god, presence, awareness. God is right now. God is what you’re looking for. Love or god or infinite intelligence—that’s what you’re seeking when you want money and health and relationships. But it’s all right here, right now. This moment is it. This presence is it.

Breathe in and see there’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.
Breathe out and keep asking all day: what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

It brings your attention back to presence, back to awareness. It brings your attention back to right now, where everything is perfect and in its place. Nothing has to change. This moment is the totality. This moment is the god, the love. It’s right here. You don’t need anything to change. If you can feel bliss and love right now, you don’t need anything else.

Breathe in and feel the bliss and the love right now.
Breathe out and know you’ll be okay no matter what happens.

No matter what happens, you have presence and that’s your true abundance. You have the presence of god with you right now. That is you.

Breathing out, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Nothing. Right now is perfect. I already have it all.

I Know You’re Here (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and trust it’s all working out in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Whatever it is, it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and become it right now.

Thank you, thank you. Whatever you want to see, become it right now. Often this means becoming the vibration of gratitude because you want to receive things to be grateful for.

Breathe in and say thank you, thank you, thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you and really feel it.

This is your magick power, your ultimate manifesting tool. Whatever is happening to you, it’s happening in your favor. Even if you don’t like it, you can still say thank you and trust that it’s making the circumstances you want.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

If you’re in an argument with someone, thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor. If you don’t get the email you’re waiting for, thank you, I know it’s in my favor. You lose something? Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Whatever it is, it’s paving the way for you to receive exactly what you want. You can become a match to it so much more quickly if you express gratitude in the moment rather than wait, get upset, have to do all this work, mental gymnastics to try to look on the bright side.

You can just say thank you right away. You can know that it’s happening in your favor because you are nature. You are life. And just like the seasons, the plants, the animals—just like all of that happens naturally, easily, effortlessly, you too can happen effortlessly and easily.

Breathe in and happen effortlessly.
Breathe out and let yourself happen easily.

Let yourself be a part of nature today. Let yourself bloom like a flower. Let yourself trust your intuition, go with the flow. However you want to look at it—you are nature and you don’t have to try to control anything with your thoughts.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

You’ll get the impulse when it’s time to do whatever it is that needs to be done. You don’t have to force anything and you don’t have to be mad about anything. It’s all in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

And as you go about your day, if you’re stuck in your thoughts, if you’re in your head too much, thinking about things, wondering, wishing, resisting—remind yourself to come back to where you are, to come back to the nature, your natural state. Remember who you are, god in human form. Remember all of this is one.

It’s all the same awareness. And if you ever want to remind yourself that you are that life force, you are god, just look around and remind yourself, I know you’re there. I know you’re there, meaning god, the life energy, infinite intelligence. I know you’re there, I know you’re there.

Let this pull you back into the present moment to see that this is where the magick is. I know you’re there. Whatever word you use to describe god, nature, life, magick: I know you’re there.

Trust that there is something bigger than your mind, bigger than your thoughts, that’s here with you, animating you. You’re not the one choosing to beat your heart or digest your food. That’s the magickal life force and that’s here right now. All of it is that.

I know you’re here.

Breathe in and remember where you are.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are god enjoying physical reality. You are nature, you are that life force energy, you are pure awareness. I know you’re there, I know you’re here right now. Use this phrase to pull your attention back into the present moment and remember life already is the way you want it to be, when you’re here. I know you’re here.

Your Future Is Taken Care Of (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and flip the switch with thank you.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts with thank you.

Thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Today as you go about your day, welcome all those little things that irritate you with thank you because they’re in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you. To all of those little things bothering you today: Thank you. Someone’s annoying you, thank you. You regret what you did yesterday? Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. The internet’s down, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and trust that thank you will always work because you are the source of your experience.

And if you can catch that feeling of gratitude, you will see in your reality things to be grateful for. It can happen no other way. You are the source of the wave and the physical reality you experience is the wave itself. You are the source emanating a signal and what you see is your signal reflecting back to you. All of reality is just a wave, a movement of consciousness and you are the source.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you. Trust that life is on your side. Trust that it’s all unfolding perfectly. Trust that even the things you do that you don’t like are in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you. Let yourself relax into this moment. Slow down, stop resisting so much. Stop fighting with this. Just let it be how it is and be grateful for how it is. And then anything that you want to change can change on its own because you’re not holding it in place with your resistance.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you. Whenever you feel challenged, thank you, thank you. Remember this is your prayer. This is the most powerful manifestation tool there is. You don’t even have to know exactly what you want, but if you feel gratitude in your heart, you will receive the things that make you feel grateful.

You are the source. Save yourself today. Give yourself what you want to receive today with thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel your power.

Really feel it, thank you, thank you. It doesn’t matter what happened in the past. It doesn’t matter what’s going to happen in the future. All that matters is the signal you’re sending right this moment.

Thank you. If you can say thank you and feel it in this moment, your future is taken care of. The past is cleaned up. All that exists is right now.

Welcome Anger (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender those thoughts right now. Let them go. Let them go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and remember you are the source of your experience.

You must become it to see it. So in order to see things to be grateful for, just become grateful right now.

Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Trust that whatever is happening is happening in your favor. Welcome your experience. Stop fighting it.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and be at peace with what is.

Welcome anger. Welcome frustration. Welcome impatience. Welcome judgment. Welcome fury. Welcome huge amounts of anger. Welcome anger. Welcome anger.

Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome the anger that is in your experience.
Breathe out and make peace with the anger in your experience.

Welcome anger. When I welcome the anger that I’m experiencing, it feels like instead of being consumed by a fiery fury, I can hold the fire. I can see the fire. The fire is not me. I am that which is observing the fire.

Breathe in and step back into the observer.
Breathe out and welcome your experience so that you can see you are the perceiver of the experience. You are not the experience. You are not angry. You are witnessing anger. Anger is passing through awareness, but you are not anger.

Breathe in and welcome anger into your experience.
Breathe out and hold it in your awareness.

Welcome anger. Welcome anger. As soon as I start welcoming it, I can see the fire of fury dissolves into tears, into an ocean of sadness and tears. And the anger is just a more comfortable emotion. It makes me feel more in control to be angry than it does to feel sad. I have a lot of anger. Blaming other people. And really, there is this huge wall of sadness under there. And when I welcome the anger, it dissolves right away. And I can see what is under there.

Breathe in and welcome what is under the anger.
Breathe out and welcome it right now.

Welcome sadness. Welcome a lifetime of devastation. Welcome. And as soon as I welcome the sadness and the lifetime of devastation, the tears start dissolving. They start watering the earth. That’s where the flowers come from. And so, all you have to do to produce flowers from the shit of your life is welcome where you are right now.

Welcome the uncomfortable emotions and then welcome what’s underneath the uncomfortable emotions. And then just hold them in your awareness. Welcome them. Don’t push them away.

Breathe in and welcome the emotions.
Breathe out and see how the emotions are eventually causing the flowers.

The contrast is creating. The negativity creates the positivity. It’s a dualistic universe that we perceive. And so, the emotions are creating the opposite side. Welcome them and allow the opposite to grow.

Breathe in and flip the switch.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and let it pass.
Breathe out and say thank you for all that is coming.

Now that you’ve welcomed the discomfort, dissolved the pain and expanded to be the infinite awareness in which anything can arise, anything can happen.

Breathe in and get ready for anything to happen.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. It is working out for you. The sooner you welcome what is, the sooner what you want will come.
