Everything Is Changing (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Everything is changing.

Breathe in and welcome change.
Breathe out and surrender to change.

Whatever problems you have, it truly doesn’t matter because everything is changing. Everything is changing other than that which watches the change.

Breathe in and relax into the changing.
Breathe out and center yourself in this moment.

You are the awareness of the changing. Who you really are never changes. If you relax into the knowing that you are the unchanging, all of the ups and downs of life fade into the background. They don’t have to affect you so much.

Breathe in and notice everything is changing.
Breathe out and let this make you feel optimistic.

Everything is changing. You don’t have to be attached to anything because everything is changing, including your body, including your problems, including your circumstances, your environment, your relationships, your health. Everything is changing so if there’s something you don’t like just let it go today because everything is changing. You don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Breathe in and empower yourself today.
Breathe out and relax into the relief that is knowing that everything is changing.

Everything is changing, so why get worked up about it? Everything is changing, so why stress? It’s not going to matter five minutes, five days, five months, five years from now.

Breathe in and embrace everything that’s changing.
Breathe out and let go of your attachment.

Your mind wants things to go a certain way but everything is changing so it doesn’t matter if your mind gets what it wants because it’s going to change. Nothing’s permanent other than who you are. Pure awareness. Stay there. You’re safe there.

Breathe in and take full advantage of this day.
Breathe out and feel how bittersweet it is that everything is changing.

You only get this moment once. Everything that happens
only happens once and if you’re stuck in your mind worrying about your problems you’re going to miss your life. You can let your problems go because everything is changing. It’s working itself out.

Breathe in and remember when you used to want where you are.
Breathe out and remember you used to pray for times like this.

Everything is changing. You don’t have to stress your problems anymore because everything is changing now.

Breathe in and stabilize as you are. Pure awareness.
Breathe out and surrender to this moment.

You can just relax into presence and you’ll get the impulse to act. You don’t have to force anything. You
don’t have to suffer your to-do list. Just relax into presence and you’ll get the impulse when it’s time. Otherwise just enjoy where you are because everything is changing.

Breathe in and feel free today.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

You don’t have to worry about your problems because everything’s changing and you are the one thing that doesn’t change so now you can enjoy where you are.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am now in the flow and I am at peace with whatever is.

Right Now Is Always Perfect (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Let yourself relax into this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and smile because it’ll help you feel better.
Breathe out and let your body relax.

Breathe in and let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.
Breathe out and relax, relax, relax.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Do you ever get to the point where the problems are coming at you from every angle and you want to escape but you can’t even go within, you can’t even find that place within?

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

When the thoughts keep piling up and the problems are relentless, remind yourself, they’re always going to come. All you can do is not be affected.

Breathe in and stop being affected.
Breathe out and yes, it’s easier said than done but it’s what you have to do.

If you keep having problem after problem after problem, know that the source is you. You’re the source of your experience so you created these problems and you can clean them up by simply identifying as pure awareness.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and welcome where you are.

Yes, I am overwhelmed. Yes, I feel like it’s getting worse. Yes, I am at a loss for what to do because I thought things were getting better and now they’re worse. Yes, the problems keep coming. Yes, if it’s not one thing, it’s another. Yes, I feel like I’ve already given too much. Yes, I’ve already blown my load, shown my hand. Yes, I’ve already revealed too much.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, there’s an endless list of things to do. Yes, there’s an endless list of things to worry about. Yes, there’s an endless list of things to feel guilty about, an endless list of things that I feel like I should be doing, but I’m not and I probably won’t. Yes, there’s an endless list of worries about thinking I should do something differently than I am. Yes, I am resisting what other people are doing really bad. Yes, I am resisting what other people are creating for themselves. Yes, I’m resisting so many things in my life right now.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious!
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.” It’s not serious.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Nothing. Right now is peaceful. Right now is perfect. It almost always is.

Breathe in and acknowledge the role the thoughts play.
Breathe out and stand up to your fucking thoughts today because that’s all the problems are.

The problems are just thinking about things. Are there any real problems right now? Not in my reality. In this moment, there is no emergency. There is no problem other than me thinking about things, thinking that I’m going to have to stand up for myself. I’m going to have to say something. I’m going to have to advocate for myself and it’s really annoying. I’m going to have to be stressed. I’m going to have to deal with drama. All of these are thoughts, creations that aren’t necessarily true. I’m just stuck in my head thinking about what’s going to happen, planning for what I don’t want to happen.

Breathe in and acknowledge your thoughts.
Breathe out and stand up to your fucking thoughts.

The mind is so sneaky, so tricky. It convinces you that you need to think about these problems and then it pins them in place. It makes them bigger. It makes you reactive. It makes you cause conflict where there wasn’t any yet.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and do it by asking, “Am I aware?”

Just keep asking, “Am I aware?” Yes, I am. I got a glimpse in that second of relief, of knowing that most of reality is not struggling. Only my thoughts are struggling.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my mind’s not agitated, so I’m not worried. I’m not focused on what’s missing or what’s wrong, so I feel happy and abundant. And I’m not focused on being separate from other people or god, and so I feel love because love is the absence of separation.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

The miracles are right here. Trust it, believe it. The miracles are right here if you’re brave enough to stand up to your thoughts. You got to lead by example. You got to be the one to do it first because the other people in your reality aren’t going to do it until you do.

Breathe in and take responsibility for how you feel.
Breathe out and acknowledge the power that you’ve been giving away to other people, letting them affect how you feel, letting other people affect how your day goes.

It’s only up to you, and you can flip the switch right now by asking,

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

You don’t have to think about it. It’s the thoughts causing the suffering. Stay as you are, pure awareness, and your problems will dissolve, and you will live the miraculous life you came here to live.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware, and I am now in the flow,
and my problems are going to solve themselves.”

How to Make Miracles (transcript)

Breathe in and release your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and release your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you. I knew it was in my favor. I knew it.”

Today as you go about your day, remember you are the source of your experience. Remember that if you stand up to your thoughts, your life has no choice but to start working itself out.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is no matter where you are.

Breathe in and welcome it.
Breathe out and embrace whatever is.

Yes, I am victorious. Yes, I triumphed over my problems. Yes, I trusted the process of life and didn’t back down and it all worked out for me. Yes, I am celebrating my victory. Yes, I am happy. Yes, I am so relieved. Yes, it all worked out in my favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Today, when you have problems, remind yourself you are the source of your experience. You’re the cause of the problem, but you’re also the solution to the problem. The reason you are the cause is because every thought has a consequence. Have you noticed anywhere else in your life feeling the same way? Pay attention to your thoughts and what’s being created. But when you acknowledge the power your thoughts have at creating, you can use the same power to change the reality you’re looking at. All you have to do to start changing things, to be more the way you want them, is drop the thoughts altogether.

You don’t have to do positive thinking. You don’t have to think, “I love myself.” You don’t have to force any specific thought. All you have to do is become present.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am. Yes, I am aware that I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because when I am aware, I’m focused on this present moment, awareness. I’m focused on the fact that I am aware that I am aware instead of thinking about my problems or thinking until I create a problem.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

You can feel the instant your attention drops the problems and rests in the present. “Am I aware?” “Am I aware?” You can do this anytime you have a problem. You can do this anytime you’re at peace. But if you do it when you have a problem, if you stand up to your thoughts, stand up to the thinking and worrying, by resting as awareness, life will untangle it all for you. Miracles are possible. Miracles are life. Life is a miracle.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that if you’re brave enough to stand up to your thoughts, it’s going to work out for you.

And you only have to ask, “Am I aware?” Genuinely, but that’s all you have to do. “Am I aware?” Just keep asking and asking and asking. Keep coming back to the present moment. “Yes, I am aware.” I am aware, I’m aware. Yes, I am aware. I am aware, I am aware. Yes, I am aware. I am aware of this present moment. I am aware of my presence.

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice again, “Yes, I am.”

This is how you make miracles. Just ask, “Am I aware?” It’s so easy. You have to believe in your ability to shift reality. You have to believe that god exists or life force, whatever your higher power is called. You have to believe that there is something that can help you that’s bigger than your ego, bigger than your thoughts. But if you already trust in some kind of higher power, some kind of invisible thing that created life, if you trust in that, you can merge with it by asking, “Am I aware?”

It’s all awareness. That’s all god is. Pure awareness. Everything is awareness. And when you ask, “Am I aware?” And you rest there knowing, “Yes, I am aware,” you’re merged with god. You’re merged with life force, energy. You’re merged with all that is. And when you’re aligned with life, your life is aligned. That’s all you got to do. Align with life, and your life is already aligned.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

When you have problems, go back to, “Am I aware?” When you are at peace, ask, “Am I aware?” You don’t need the thoughts. You don’t need the conflict. You don’t need the problems.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

I am aware and I trust the magick of life. I trust in the power of presence and I am now aligned.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Welcome what is. Wherever you are, make peace with it.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and welcome.

Just acknowledge where you are. Yes, I’m so hurt. Yes, my feelings are so hurt. Yes, I’m so mad that I’m not the chosen one. Yes, I am so disappointed that my fantasy was not reality. Yes, my feelings are so hurt. Yes, I’m so sad. Yes, I’m so fucking mad. Yes, I am so disappointed.

Breathe in and keep acknowledging where you are.
Breathe out and don’t resist where you are.

Yes, I feel so irritated. Yes, I feel so sad. Yes, I feel so used and taken advantage of and abused. Yes, I am so disappointed.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source of your disappointment.
Breathe out and feel even worse because you’re the source of your disappointment.

Breathe in and keep welcoming where you are.
Breathe out and say yes to being the source of your disappointment.

Yes, I created this situation. Yes, I’m taking responsibility for my role in this situation. Yes, it’s my own fault for being fake. Yes, it’s my own fault for eating shit when I didn’t have another choice even though I did. Yes, it’s my fault for accepting something that I shouldn’t have. Yes, I’m the one who had the low standards. I’m the one who was fake. I’m the one who pretended yes. I’m the one who created this fantasy world and expected other people to align with it.

Breathe in and acknowledge your role in your problems.
Breathe out and say fuck it.

Who cares? It’s all temporary.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and ask yourself, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

If I don’t think about it, I just have this lump in my throat and this energy that wants to leave my body. If I don’t think about it and analyze it, I don’t have a problem right now.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you feel stuck.
Breathe out and just let yourself be where you are.

Yes, I am stuck. Yes, I don’t know what to do. Yes, I can’t take back what I did. Yes, I can’t change what I did or how I feel. Yes, I am so disappointed that I wasn’t chosen.

Breathe in and choose yourself, I guess.
Breathe out and choose god, I guess.

Man, I’m so mad. I want people to do what I say. I want to control other people. I want other people to look at life the same way I do and they don’t and it’s ruining my day.

Breathe in and acknowledge how guilty you feel.
Breathe out and just say I don’t give a fuck because there’s no other choice.

There’s nothing I can be or do or say to change the past even though time’s not linear so I guess technically if I change my vibration, I can change the trajectory of my life.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and stop mixing with experience.

When you care, you push it away.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and just be here now.

If you don’t care, it’ll work out. Because it’s your caring that pushes it away.

Breathe in and say I don’t give a fuck.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck.

I can still choose myself. I can still choose alignment even if I’ve already done things to fuck up my own alignment today.

Breathe in and say I don’t give a fuck.
Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck.

I’ll be unhappy either way if I care what happens in the world. It’s all temporary and the only permanence is the god within, the presence within.

Breathe in and align with the presence within.
Breathe out and just ask god for help because the mind sure isn’t helping.

Thank you god for helping me. Thank you for helping me let go. Thank you for helping me let go.

Breathe in and trust god since you can’t trust yourself.
Breathe out and say thank you in advance for the help because you’re going to need it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I’ve proven it to myself it’s in my favor.

Breathing in, I don’t give a fuck.
Breathing out, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. I do know that. I just have to trust the so called god and ask what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, my feelings are hurt. Yes, I feel devastated. Yes, I’m having a really hard time letting go.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

It really feels serious. But what’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and welcome where you are.
Breathe out and say yes to where you are.

Yes, I feel stuck. Yes, my heart hurts so bad. Yes, I’m so mad at myself for getting sucked in over and over and over. Yes, I’m so mad at myself for living in a fantasy world. Yes, I’m so mad at myself for letting myself get manipulated, used, disrespected. Yes, I’m mad at myself for accepting disrespect.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you for the disrespect that’s making me mad so maybe I won’t eat it next time. Thank you for the anger because it’ll make me focus on myself and not other people so much. Yes, thank you. Thank you for the disrespect so that I can get away before it’s too late.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you for the awareness. Thank you for showing me the true colors. Thank you. Thank you for showing me what I’ve been settling for. Thank you for reminding me to have some self-respect and self-worth. Thank you.

Breathe in and just accept where you are.
Breathe out and say thank you for where you are.

Thank you for the hurt feelings. Thank you for them not choosing me so that I can choose myself. Thank you. Thank you for the hurt feelings so that I take responsibility for how I feel. Thank you for reminding me to stop looking to another fucking wave for satisfaction when I’m the source of the wave.

Breathe in and remember you are the source of your experience.
Breathe out and be the source of your experience.

You have to become it before you see it. And I certainly haven’t become it yet because I don’t even know exactly what I want to become.

So, breathe in and take responsibility for how you feel.
Breathe out and acknowledge where you’re giving your power away.

Oh, everything you want in life you just want because you want to be connected to god. You want that magick. And when you get it, you start crediting other people, their circumstances for that magick, but it’s not them. It was you all along, you’re the magickal one.

Breathe in and remember to be the source.
Breathe out and stop letting it affect you.

Stop being so mixed with experience. Every single moment is supposed to be the same, the same miracle, the same god, no matter what’s happening. And if you’re upset about how people are treating you, you’re mind identified. You’re in your thoughts. And if what other people are doing is bothering you, you’re thinking too much about other people, and your attention is clearly not on your source, clearly not on god. And if you put your attention on god, your life will start unfolding miraculously again.

Breathe in and put your attention on god.
Breathe out and do it by asking, “Am I aware?”

It gives you a break from the thoughts. It reminds you to identify with the thing we all have in common, awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

You can’t get attached to these things in life. All you can be attached to is your own source. That’s the only unchanging thing, that’s the only permanence, is the god within you. You can go within and get it right now. Let the outside world take care of itself. It’s just a reflection of you.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and be the source. Take your power back. It’s all happening in your favor. Trust.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am connected to god and that’s all I fucking need. I’m now in the flow.”

What Happens Is the Right Thing (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m furious. Yes, I am so anxious. Yes, I am shaking with anger and anxiety. Yes, I am trapped in my thoughts, thinking about what’s going to happen. Yes, I am so mad. Yes, I am scared. Yes, I am furious. Yes, I am so angry. Yes, I am 100% angry. Yes, I am disgusted. Yes, I am so mad. Yes, I am pushed to my limit.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and accept what is.

Yes. I can’t stop thinking about how mad I am. Yes, I don’t know what I’m going to do. Yes, I’m afraid of certain scenarios happening. Yes, I’m thinking about the worst case scenario. Yes, I’m mad.

Breathe in and notice where you are.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Keep calming yourself down.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Trust the process of life. Trust that it’s happening in your favor. Remember the power of thank you. Even if you’re mad, even if you’re furious, it’s still in your favor.

Breathe in and notice how it’s in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you for the anger. Thank you for the energy getting pulled through me. Thank you for the reason to stand up for myself. Thank you for the reason to speak my mind. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel empowered.
Breathe out and feel grateful for where you are.

Thank you for the new perspective. Thank you for the energy to say what I need to say. Thank you for the energy to have boundaries. Thank you for the energy to stand up for myself.

Breathe in and stand up for yourself today.
Breathe out and let life help you.

You don’t have to think about the future. You don’t have to plan what you’re going to say. You only have to be present and then everything you do will be in alignment with god.

Breathe in and remember to be in alignment with god.
Breathe out and do that by saying thank you god for replacing me with you.

How does god feel about the situation? What would god do in this situation?

Breathe in and remove yourself from the equation.
Breathe out and let god move through you.

You don’t know what’s ultimately best. All you know is what you have right here, that you exist. Everything else is a mystery. Trust that whatever is happening is in your favor and trust that you will do the right action at the right time. Get out of your own way, get out of your own head and let god replace you.

Breathe in and say thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathe out and say thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you god for replacing me with you. Don’t let anger make you do things you will regret. Just trust that god always does everything perfectly and let it unfold. Let the thoughts go, let it unfold.

In this moment everything is perfect and in its place. In this moment you are safe. In this moment, everything is possible. Anything could happen.

Breathe out and feel that gratitude in your heart. Thank you. Thank you.

Feel your magick turning on. Feel yourself turning on. You can go through this day feeling magickal and in love and attractive and fun.

The goal is to get to that trippy lucid dreaming feeling of waking up in the dream. Realizing you’re here now—the only place you ever are. The only place where you have any power. Now, not in your thoughts, not in the past, not in the future. Your power is now.

Breathe in and be light. Your power is now.
Breathe out and take it so lightly you fly.

Your power is now. You have a choice how you react to things. You can react in your thoughts, in your mind, or you can react with awareness.

Breathing out, yes I am.

Feel this moment expanding. Feel this moment, how infinite it is. Feel how infinite your power is right here right now.

You can feel your mind skipping around to the thoughts instead of answering the question. When you ask, am I aware? Does your mind first go to a worry or second guess the question? Just keep asking with focus authentically, genuinely, and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. You’re already in the right place at the right time. You already have perfect timing.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust the power of awareness.

You can solve any problem today by releasing the thoughts and asking, am I aware? Rest as pure awareness. Test it. Try it. When the worries start overwhelming you, just say, fuck it, am I aware? And stay there. Lucid. Stay lucid today.

I am lucid in this reality. I am lucid in the dream. I know what’s going on. That’s all lucid means. Right now you are lucid. You are aware. You are in control of your vibration. Nothing can hurt you and you have infinite power.

Breathe in and bask in your infinite power.
Breathe out and keep letting the thoughts go as they come.

Feel your attention zoom out from the problems, the thoughts, to the knowing of reality. The one thing that’s un-changing, pure awareness. You already know this. You’re already doing it. Now you can enjoy it.

Your Own Mistakes Are In Your Favor (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Trust the process of life. Trust you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust it’s all happening in your favor. Even your own mistakes are in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Take your power back right this second.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.

This is your power. This is your magick. This is how you let the thoughts go and let it unfold. This is how you let go and let life flow. This is how you let life fix your problems for you. You ask, am I aware? Genuinely. You look for the answer and you recognize I am aware. I am pure awareness. I don’t need the thoughts. I am pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am aware.

Keep asking this over and over and over instead of thinking, dreading, wishing, wondering, resisting, complaining. Just ask, am I aware? That’s the answer to all of your problems. Am I aware?

Breathing out, yes I am.

In the moment that you have conflict, you have an intuitive reaction. You can’t plan for it. All of the times that you rehearse conversations in your mind, it’s never going to play out like that. Instead of thinking about the future, worrying about what you’re going to say or do, just practice being present and then you’ll always be present and you’ll always have the correct intuitive response instead of something canned from your mind that’s just going to create more conflict.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You don’t need your mind for anything. Whatever you need it for will come naturally. The math, the maps, the directions, the logic—sure, those thoughts will happen in the flow. But you don’t need to sit there ruminating, worrying, and planning for the things you don’t want. Just ask yourself, am I aware? And be done with it. Stay there.
That’s the solution. That’s the only answer. Presence is the only answer.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Keep practicing and asking and practicing and asking until you catch the feeling, the knowing, yes I am aware. This is what god is. God is now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

I am aware now. God is now. The answer is now. Presence is now. This is the only time you have to act. If you spend your time arguing with people in your mind, you’re wasting your time and you’re creating more conflict.

Breathing out, yes I am.

You have to slow down enough to ask genuinely, to pay attention to the answer. You have to trust life enough that it’s safe to stop worrying and just rest as pure awareness. But if you devote yourself to this practice, your life will be miraculous. It already is, but you’ll actually be able to see the miracles and experience them in the present moment. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathing out, yes I am.

And that’s the only miracle I need. I’m aware. That means I am one with god. I am happy. I am abundant. And I am at peace. When I am aware, I have no problems.

This tree bears immediate fruit. Trust this holy, sacred question to get you through your day, get you through your life. Miraculously, peacefully, happily, and in love. That’s the best part. You get so much love. You reveal so much love when you are aware. You are aware.

And I am now in love, yeah, love.

Clean Up All Your Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Let it all go right now. The more you let go, the more it flows.

Breathe in and relax until this moment.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Let yourself just exist for a minute. Let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax. There is no rush.

Breathe in and keep slowing down into this moment.
Breathe out and slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Nothing can hurt you when you are identified with pure awareness. Nothing can harm you when you step outside of your thoughts into the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and stop second guessing your decisions.

Time is not linear. Everything can be cleaned up in an instant. If you can shift your perspective from the problems to the solutions, everything is resolved in unborn awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I have no problems. My mind is not agitated because I’m not focused on thoughts. I am happy because I am not focused on lack and I am in love because I am not focused on separation.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

Clean up all your problems right now by identifying as pure awareness and you do that by asking, “Am I aware?” Be brave enough to drop your fixation on the problems. Rest where the solutions already exist. Pure awareness, that’s what you really are. That’s what lies beyond the thoughts. Trust that it’s safe to drop the thoughts.

Breathe in and make miracles today.
Breathe out and be firm but polite with your thoughts.

Stand up to your thoughts. You don’t need them. Be firm but polite to all of your worldly problems. You don’t need them. Clean them up now by dropping your attention to them and resting as pure awareness.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

Test yourself. Test your magick today. See if a spiritual solution will actually solve your problems or if you’re going to have to meddle in your thoughts the rest of your life, suffering your problems.

Breathe in and test your magick right now.
Breathe out and pass the test.

Your problems have a spiritual solution that you can access right now. You’ll never find it in the mind. You’ll never think your way to feeling better.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Trust that presence holds the answers. Trust that presence is the solution. Trust that you’re magickal. Life isn’t worth living if you don’t believe in magick. Then it’s just trudging through the day, dreading,
resisting, worrying, and then you die. Make your life worth living today. Believe in the magick today. Bring the magic back. You don’t have to trudge. You don’t have to worry. You don’t have to stress until you die.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life can be fun today.
Breathe out and believe in your own magick.

And you do that by just dropping the thoughts. And you do that by resting as pure awareness. And you do that by asking, am I aware? And you just stay in that recognizing place. That still, timeless, magickal, loving place of pure awareness. That’s god. Merge with god and your problems will be over.

It’s time for new energy. It’s time for change. Let all of that old stagnant, yucky energy go. Let the old thoughts go.

Keep letting go of the thoughts. Let go of the past. Let go of the future. Let go of the judgments.

Breathe in and remember who you are. God.
Breathe out and know everything you want, you want because ultimately it connects you to god. You want to be one with god or love or life.

That’s why you want everything you want. You want money so that you feel safe because that’s what feeling connected to god feels like. You want love so that you feel appreciated and like life is worth living and that’s what it’s like to be connected with god or the universe. Whatever you want to call it. Anything that you want in this physical reality you want because you want to be connected to god. You want to be one with god and you can do that now.

Breathe in and become one with god right now. It’s easy.
Breathe out and just ask yourself, am I aware?

Yes I am aware. That’s it. I’m connected to god. I’m one with god because god is just pure awareness. Everything is just pure awareness. You are pure awareness. I am pure awareness and when you relax into identifying as pure awareness, you’re one with god. You’re one with love. You’re one with life and no thoughts can make you suffer. No pain can make you suffer. You are one with god. Love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice the answer.

It’s not a thought. It’s a recognition. Yes I am aware. I’ve been talking about asking am I aware for over three years now and the mind wants to resist it and say this is boring. This doesn’t work. I need something fresh. I need something new. But if you really do it, if you genuinely inquire into the question, am I aware? You can get that magick back right now. You can connect with god and love right now.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

Ask it for real. Ask genuinely, authentically. Am I aware? Wake yourself up in the dream. Am I aware?

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out yes I am.

Rest there even if you’re just getting a millisecond of recognition. Keep practicing and practicing. Remember the goal. It’s to connect with god so that you don’t need to manifest. You don’t need anything to change. You’re already one with love.

Breathe in and let go of needing.
Breathe out and let go of wanting.

You already have what you want. It’s right here.

And when I am aware I have no problems because my mind’s not agitated so I’m at peace. I don’t notice any lack so I’m happy and I’m not separate from anyone or anything so I am love itself.

The mind will take this and make it boring but keep asking. Keep looking for real. Do the inquiry for real even if you’re three years in and it’s boring and you want something fresh. The freshness is right here. The freshness is right now this moment.

If you’re doing it right nothing will bother you. If you’re doing it right you won’t be annoyed. Keep practicing today. Be free from your suffering. Become one with god right now and then you won’t want for anything else.
