You Are Protected (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Part the clouds of your thoughts. Everything is waiting for you there.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel the oneness that’s beyond the clouds of thought.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

Just let the flow through you. Let the flow carry away your thoughts. Let yourself just be here now, resting as you are, aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

As you go about your day, if you’re in a bad mood, or you don’t have energy, or you just don’t know what to do with yourself, keep going back to thank you!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! It really works! Now, especially if you have done something you regret, or you’re overthinking what you’ve done or said, and picking apart what happened last night, replace all of those worries with “thank you” and recreate your past right now.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and let yourself use this power in every moment!

When your mood dips below boredom into anxiety, fear, sadness, or depression, it’s hard to believe that thank you will work. But try it, even when you’re feeling low. Really feel that feeling: thank you! Thank you! And you’ll learn how to trust it more and more, that you really can pull yourself out every time.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

The miracles will keep coming! Just because you said thank you and got in this vibration of gratitude and manifested something to be grateful for—when you get attached to it and you think it’s going to get taken away from you, then use thank you again. It’s not that you’re using thank you to get things, but it’s kind of an aura that will protect you from anything going wrong.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and know you’re protected from anything going wrong when you rest in the vibration of gratitude, which is the same way you would feel if you were present, aware of awareness. It’s just a different way to get there.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

And even though it might feel like you’re using thank you to protect your manifestations, you still have to be open to change, and things coming that are new, and meeting new people and getting new opportunities.

Breathe in and be open to the change as well!
Breathe out and detach from all of your manifestations.

You have to be happy here, right now, regardless of what you get to keep, what leaves. It all leaves. But you are timeless awareness and you get to stay here in the present moment, eternally.

Surrender your preferences. You might want it to go a certain way, but trust the process of life today. Trust that it’s happening in your favor, whatever it is.

Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

You can relax now. You really can trust that it’s happening in your favor. Today, allow yourself to trust life so fully that you can just rest in the vibration of thank you, knowing that every single thing that happens is happening for you, in your favor, for your own good.

Breathe out and say thank you!

Feel that feeling of innocence and joy and enthusiasm! It’s right here! You create the feeling. You already have it in you! You don’t need anything in the world to change, for you to feel gratitude, for you to be happy to be alive.

Breathe in and let yourself enjoy this moment.
Breathe out and say thank you for this moment.

This is the best day of your life! You don’t have to be attached to how things used to be, to how they were yesterday, to how they were this morning. Things can change and change is always good. And when things change, you can trust, it’s happening in your favor. Your life is getting better and better. This is an upward spiral. Right now, choose to see it that way, and so it is!

It’s time to trust the process of life and say thank you for all that’s happening, because it truly is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Remember the power of thank you!

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and surrender!

Surrender your preferences. If you have a preference, if you want things to go a certain way, that means you are identified as the illusory separate self. It’s just a sign to step back and remember who you really are!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and hear that answer. Yes! I am aware!

When you ask, am I aware? And you answer, yes I am aware, you’re saying, I am aware of awareness. You are awareness itself. And that’s all god is. Pure awareness. And that’s what you are. So when you ask, am I aware? You’re really asking, am I aware of the presence of god?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware of the presence of god?
Breathe out and listen, or look, or perceive or sense—are you aware of the presence of god right now?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware of the presence of god?
Breathe out and listen. And if you can’t find that presence of god, if you can’t sense it, just ask, “Where?? Where’s the presence of god? Show me. Tell me. I want to know, where is it. Where is this presence of god??”

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and open your heart.

Open yourself up to new possibilities. Open yourself up to change. Open yourself up to the newness of this moment.

Breathing in, am I aware of the presence of god?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am the presence of god is the real answer. It’s you! You can rest in the presence of god, just by asking, am I aware? Or, am I aware of the presence of god? And just relax there. Stay with god. Stay as you are, pure awareness, one with everything.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel the separate self disintegrate when you ask that and truly listen for the answer.

You are simply aware that you aware. You are awareness itself. And yes you are aware of thoughts and feelings and perceptions and sensations, but all of those can fade into the background as you keep your focus and attention on awareness itself. That’s where your true happiness lies. Thats where your true abundance lies. And that’s where true unconditional love is born.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware of the presence of god right now?
Breathe out and sit there until you are.

And if you can’t find it, just ask for help. Where is the presence of god? Show me! Where is it? I’m open! Show me! Please!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware. I am aware of the presence of god. I am aware that I am the presence of god. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

Thank you! Thank you. Even if you don’t know why yet, thank you! Feel this feeling of gratitude. Feel how it’s generating your circumstances!

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Feel enthusiastic! You are the source. You are the source of the wave. What you see in your reality is based on what you expect. So if you start feeling good right now, your expectations are going to change. You’re going to start to expect good things.

Breathe in and say yes to the good things!
Breathe out and say thank you for the good things coming your way right now!

Allow yourself to relax and open up to the good things coming in ways you don’t expect. In ways that you couldn’t imagine.

Breathe in and open up your heart.
Breathe out and let go of the way you think things should be.

It’s time to get back to beginner’s mind right now, where everything is new, everything is fresh, you’re seeing it for the first time. You’re not stuck in these routines and stale thought patterns. Right now everything is new because you are aware that you are aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

And that’s it. You don’t have to make it complicated. Sometimes I make it complicated by saying “Am I aware of the presence of god?” But then the mind takes that and it wants to know “What’s the presence of god?” and “Where is it?” and think about it. But the question is simply, “Am I aware?” And the answer is simply, “Yes, I am.” Rest in the simplicity of that.

Breathe in and simplify your life today.
Breathe out and unite your life.

Allow yourself to see how everything is one. Let your separate self go—your separate self that’s just made up of likes and dislikes. That’s it, that’s all the person is—a history of preferences. And if you can surrender those preferences you can be blissful in every moment of your life!

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and be open to change!

Be open to new things coming your way! Whatever has left, whatever has changed, whatever you’re attached to that feels like it’s being ripped out of your heart, let it go! Let it go. Let go of that preference and something bigger and better will come your way.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for the new energy. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for getting my separate self out of the way. Thank you god for replacing me with you. I give up. I tried! But the person trying—it doesn’t ever end well. Allow yourself to surrender the preferences so god can come through you. So that you can feel the flow of love. So you can be the flow of life. So that you can see you are love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in the knowing that yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. And that awareness is the presence of god. But you don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to try to force yourself to feel anything. Just rest in the knowing that you are aware and let everything else go.

Because when you are aware, you have no problems. Right now, become aware that you are aware and see that you have no problems. You aren’t agitated. There is no lack. And best of all there is no separation.

When I am aware I have no problems, because all suffering, all problems that are psychological, are caused by thought.

The Real Solution to Codependency (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

Stop trying to change it. Just let it be what it is. It is what it is.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Instead of saying yes to what is today, say, “I don’t give a fuck,” to what is. Maybe that will help us accept things deeply, more easily.

Breathe in and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck if I ever see that person again. I don’t give a fuck if I ever stop being codependent. I don’t give a fuck if I ever figure this fucking life thing out. I don’t give a fuck if I cry and release these emotions. I don’t give a fuck if I ever feel better. I don’t give a fuck what happens the rest of my day. I don’t give a fuck if I finish this book over on time. I don’t give a fuck if I miss my deadlines. I don’t give a fuck if this person is mad at me. I don’t give a fuck! I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and see where you’re clearly giving a fuck!
Breathe out and just accept it.

It’s ok to care. But when you care, you push it away. Sometimes directly saying, “I don’t care,” helps you to release attachment to outcome.

Breathe in and acknowledge your attachment to outcome.
Breathe out and try it. Say, “I don’t give a fuck about the outcome. I don’t give a fuck if I ever see that person again. I don’t give a fuck if the whole thing blows up. I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathe in and decide to be happy either way!
Breathe out and notice where you are mixed with experience.

It can be fun and challenging to pick apart our lives to find out where we’re psychologically fucked up and where we need to stop being codependent and how we need to stand up for ourselves and learn to say no and make boundaries and all those things are great. But the only boundary that really matters is the illusory one that separates you from god. Today we are going to let go of all boundaries, so that oneness may be seen!

Breathe in and know: it’s not up to you!
Breathe out and surrender your responsibility.

Surrender thinking you’re a separate person who can make decisions. We’re all one, so you’re off the hook. You don’t have to feel guilty for your bad choices anymore. It was consciousness all along, not you!

Breathe in and lighten up! If we’re all one, it’s not your fault!
Breathe out and surrender. There’s no such thing as free will because we’re all one and the separate self is an illusion!

You as a person in a body—it’s an illusion. All that is real is awareness!

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness!
Breathe out and know that’s the real solution to codependency.

If you simply identify as pure awareness, you’re everything. There’s nothing separate to depend on!

Breathe in and be light about it! It just doesn’t matter!
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

It means letting go of your thoughts and attachments to outcome. It means letting go of letting things in your life make you feel good or bad. And if there are people in your life making you feel good, they’re going to make you feel bad, so right now decide to feel good regardless of your circumstances by simply identifying as pure awareness. And you do that by,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware that I am aware. When I am aware, I have no problems. Because when I am aware, there is no lack, no agitation, no separation. There’s no codependency when I am aware, because there is no separate self to suffer!

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and be codependent no more! Because you simply identify as pure awareness, and that’s it and that’s all.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! I am now aware and I am now in the fucking flow!

Just imagine how powerful, how fun life can be if you can say yes and thank you to everything and not be so affected by your circumstances!

Breathe in and activate your super power!
Breathe out and feel how powerful you are when you have a vibration of, “Yes, more please, thank you! Yes I trust the process of life! I trust god. I trust that this, what I’m being given, is what I really want.”

Breathe in and really trust life today.
Breathe out and know it’s all happening in your favor.

You really can relax. Whatever problems you’re facing, whatever things that are happening that you don’t like, they actually are happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you for what is. Thank you.

And really feel that feeling of gratitude. It’s the ultimate zinger to all the people in your life or the circumstances that get you down. If you can act like, “Don’t worry, I wanted this! This is actually what I wanted!” nothing can ever bring you down. Nothing can ever sway you or affect your mood, if you say thank you to everything that comes your way!

Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! And then your good attitude, your gratitude, creates such a strong forcefield of manifestation, it creates miracles that now you’re able to see, because you made yourself feel better. You didn’t need the world to change to feel better. You felt better on your own because you decided to. And when you become it, you see it! It’s all in your hands!

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

I know it’s happening in my favor. I trust the process of life. I know it’s all working out for me. Everything ever has already worked out for me. I’m here! And I’m happy!

You have to be it to see it. So before we go anywhere else, let’s become what we want to see.

Feel how what you want is coming to you. Feel how life is on your side. Feel how you are the creator! And all you have to do is choose to feel the way you want to feel, and then you see it reflected!

You are primed for miracles now. You are primed for manifestations. It’s time to relax and just stay as you are, pure awareness. In the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Rest in the knowing of who you really are. You are aware. You are aware that you are aware. You are awareness itself, witnessing the play of consciousness.

When I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no lack, no agitation, no separation. When I am aware, everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am! Yes!

As you go about your day, use this sacred question, “Am I aware?” to stay as you are, to remain stabilized in the present moment. But if “Am I aware?” isn’t hitting, if you can’t quite pull your attention to be aware of being aware, try saying to yourself, as you look around, “I am that.”

Breathing in, I am That.
Breathing out, I am That.

Everything you see, everything you perceive, everything you sense, everything you think—it’s all one. It’s all you. Pure awareness. And when you look at things that you don’t like or that you resist or even that you’re neutral about, or that you love, and you say “I am that”—it’s so trippy! It really helps you see that you are everything! You are localized in your body, temporarily. But you can transcend this feeling of being localized awareness, just by looking around and saying, “I am That!”

Breathing in, oneness is seen!
Breathing out, oneness is seen.

I am that.

Breathe in and celebrate because oneness is seen!
Breath out and just relax in this moment.

There’s nothing to do, nowhere to go, nothing to achieve. Just pure awareness relaxed, happy, at peace, in love, enjoying being.

Breathe in and know: I am that.
Breathe out and be who you really are. I am that!

Breathe out and remember: there is a whole realm beyond thought. A whole world. A whole universe.

There is so much waiting for you beyond thought.

Just start saying yes to what is. Yes, things feel weird in my house. Yes I regret doing something. Yes I’m remembering it’s all happening in my favor. Yes I feel uneasy. Yes I feel insecure, confused, uncertain.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile!

Smiling really does help flip the switch! This is the best day of your life! Everything is working out for you and it’s all happening in your favor, especially those things you have to drag yourself to say yes to. Those things that you don’t like. The things that are bothering you, your problems—it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and smile because it really is happening in your favor!
Breathe out and just trust.

Just trust it’s in your favor. You’ve been spared.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Start priming your enthusiasm pump right now! Yes! Thank you! It’s all happening in my favor!

Breathe in and know this to be true!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Feel the feeling of gratitude. When you’re present, when you are one with life, you feel gratitude naturally. And so one shortcut to presence is to start feeling grateful now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! There’s so much to be grateful for!

Most things in your life are going well!

Breathe in and just say yes to what is so it can move on.
Breathe out and say thank you to feel that feeling of gratitude, to remember who you are! Pure awareness!

You have no problems! When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, there is no lack, no agitation. There is no separation when you are aware.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer when you genuinely ask, “Am I aware?”

Yes! I am aware. That’s all you have to do to recognize, to remember, to realize who you really are. You are pure awareness, not mixed with anything like thoughts and perceptions and sensations and bodies. You are awareness. You were never born. You’re never going to die. You are that unchanging knowing.

Breathe in and feel safe because you are now aware!
Breathe out and feel secure and confident because you are aware that you are aware and that is it.

That’s all you need to know. It’s the absolute knowledge. The primary knowledge. The only thing that you need to relax into.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! I am aware that I am aware. I am aware of the presence of god. I am now aware. And I am now in the flow.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

Any time you notice a problem, remind yourself, “When I am aware, I have no problems. Am I aware?”

Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Feel that feeling of knowing. That certainly that, yes, I am aware. Rest in this certainty, in this knowing. This feeling of certainty and knowing will then permeate your entire reality with peace and happiness and love! It’s that simple!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware. I am aware of the presence of god. And life already is the way I want it to be!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and completely accept whatever is.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You think you want it to go a certain way, because you think you’ll feel better. But you can choose to feel better right now, and life will bring you exactly what you want, just bigger and better.

Breathe in and choose to feel good now!
Breathe out and remember how easy it is to feel good! It’s your natural state.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile! Smiling helps you feel good. It helps you lighten up. It helps you not take it so seriously. It’s not serious!

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It’s so easy to feel good. Because it is your natural state. When you get space from the thoughts that cause all of your suffering, happiness, peace, and love are revealed. That’s what you are!

Breathe in and stay as you are!
Breathe out and just rest as you are.

And one way to do that is asking yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and go to the placeless place of pure awareness.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

It’s safe to let go of control. It’s safe to trust that where you are is the right place and whatever is happening is in your favor.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and say thank you thank you thank you!

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for sparing me from the things that aren’t meant for me. Thank you for bringing me exactly what I need at exactly the right time.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and hear the answer. Yes. I am aware.

Stay in that knowing. Stay in that feeling of YES! Yes! Yes!

Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

You’ll know it’s working when you start feeling lighter and you start feeling better, when you’re asking “Am I aware?” Go there with your whole attention. Let go of the thoughts. That’s why we trust and thank life. So that we can let go of worrying. And just stay as we are and let it all work out for us.

Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware of the presence of god. I am aware that it’s happening in my favor. I am aware that there’s no need for words here.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Rest in this knowing, this feeling, this recognition, this revelation of who you really are: simply pure awareness! And when you rest here, one with life, you can see in the present moment, there is no agitation. So there is only peace. You are peace. In the present moment, there is no lack. SO there is happiness. In the present moment, there is no separation, so there is love. And you are love!

Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Go here with your whole attention. Remember who you really are: Pure Awareness!
