Let those thoughts go. You don’t need them here.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and smile because life is just for fun!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Everything ever created led up to right now. This is it! This is the main event! This is the beloved! This moment right now, is god.

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts today!

You must become it to see it. And if you want to see things to be grateful for, it’s time to become grateful right now.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and feel it. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You have to trust that life is on your side. And when things happen that you don’t expect, like someone says something that you didn’t expect, or you don’t get a reply, or you’re not invited—any time something happens that you take personally, instead of taking it personally, say thank you! Thank you! Thank you for sparing me! Thank you, thank you!

Breathe in and know it’s all happening in your favor!
Breathe out and feel this feeling of thank you before you get anything!

This is your power! This is how you direct your trip. This is how everything flows to you and you get what you want—just by feeling gratitude now where you are for what you already have.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

You don’t need anything else. Just that feeling. Thank you! It’s creating as I speak, thank you! Thank you! You can feel the particles rearranging themselves. What you perceive is changing based on how you feel.

Breathing in, thank you!

It really works. You just have to trust. You have to choose to feel it, then you see it. That’s the way it works. I don’t make the rules. Feel it then see it. Actually I do make the rules, since I’m the creator, and that’s the rules.

No Separation from Those You Love (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Let your thoughts go. Say, “I don’t give a fuck.” You don’t really!

Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and remember that your suffering just comes from thinking.

And right now we can transcend thought, by staying as we already are, pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes! I am aware!

Yes I know this for sure. I feel the feeling of knowing. Yes I am aware.

Breathe in and relax because the mystery is solved!
Breathe out and put your trust in pure awareness.

Trust that all of this reality, all of you, all of it, is just awareness aware of itself. You are aware of what’s happening. You are aware that you are aware. And everything that you perceive or sense or think is all made up of awareness. It’s all awareness, pure awareness.

Breathe in and be that pure awareness.
Breathe out and rest as pure awareness.

Awareness is consciousness. It’s the substance that makes up everything, including you. And when you rest as awareness and let go of all the activity of perceptions and thoughts—when you let go of that activity, you are at peace. You are infinite. You are love itself.

Breathe in and let go of the activity.
Breathe out and just be the pure awareness, the background that everything is growing on, coming out of.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware that I am aware. To the logical mind it doesn’t sound like much. It sounds boring and dull and “What’s the point?” But practice this, asking yourself, “Am I aware?” genuinely looking for that answer and then staying in that feeling or recognition that, “Yes I am awareness itself!” Aware-ing. Knowing.

Breathe in and be free today!
Breathe out and surrender. You don’t have to give a fuck about anything but keeping your attention on awareness.

Just ask yourself, am I aware? And stay in that feeing. Stay in that knowing that yes, I am aware. Then you’re in the feeling of knowing. You have no problems because you’re not thinking. You’re not suffering. There is no lack. There is no agitation, and best of all, there is no separation from those you love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And when I am aware, I have no problems, no lack, no agitation, no separation. I am now aware. I am now in the flow!

Am I Not Aware? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let all of your thoughts go.

Keep relaxing your body. Keep letting go.

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and smile because it will help you feel better.

Relaxing is your work today. Let yourself just be. Let yourself be aware that you are aware. That’s all you have to do.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen. Yes! I am aware!

If you’ve been asking yourself that a lot, and it’s not quite hitting, try, “Am I NOT aware?”

Breathing in, am I not aware?
Breathing out, am I not aware?

I am aware. Yes of course. I am aware. That’s it. That’s the only place. That’s where you should be. That’s all there is to it. No mantras, no mental codes, no techniques, just exist. Just stay as you are. Just be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Stay in that place of being aware. Things will come and try to capture your attention. “I’m aware of this. I’m aware of this. I’m aware of this.” And if you’re caught up in being mixed with experience, just accept where you are with “yes”.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, yes!

“Yes I’m thinking about the future. Yes I feel a little rushed. Yes I feel anxious and insecure. Yes I want things to go a certain way. Yes I’m thinking about what other people are doing. Yes I just want to feel good and be stable in my presence. Yes I can feel my attention seeking. Yes I’m noticing my attention seeking.” And on and on. If you can’t rest in awareness, say yes to where you are until you’re just sitting there like, “I am aware. I am now in the flow.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

See if you can just rest in the knowing that you are aware. Just be right here, right now. Am I not aware? No, of course I’m aware. That’s it! That feeling. I’m aware. I am aware. That’s it, stay there, right there. You’re there right now. Stay there.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Stay here for the whole year, the rest of the year, commit to it. You don’t need anything else. You don’t need anything to change. Awareness never changes. Awareness never moves. Awareness is always peaceful, happy and full, abundant, blissful. That’s how you really are. And it’s just the thoughts that make you suffer. But today you’re stepping outside of the thought stream into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathing out, of course I’m aware! I am now aware! I am now in the flow!

Breathe out and know it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and remember you are the source.

You are the creator. Take your power back right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You may want things to go a certain way and think that’s how you’ll be happy, but you have to choose to be happy first and then the things go your way. It can be no other way.

Breathe in and remember you must become it to see it.
Breathe out and surrender.

Quit taking action out of anxiety. Just be still until you have a fuck yeah. Be still until you know what to do. Be still. Be still. Be still.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s really not serious!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

It’s happening in your favor. This is happening in your favor. It’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and just accept what is.

Yes I’m feeling emotional because I’m reacting to a narrative in my head that’s probably not real. Yes I’m making things up to be worried about. Yes I’m giving my power away to someone else. Yes I feel like I messed up my video already. Yes I’m looking at the clock because I have something to do in 28 minutes. Yes I feel discombobulated. Yes I feel confused. Yes I feel lack. Yes I feel seeking. Yes I feel resistance.

Breathe in and keep accepting what is.
Breathe out and just say yes.

Be a yea sayer! Just be a yea sayer. Whatever’s happening is in your favor. You can relax now.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and be a yea sayer.

Yes I feel so sad. Yes I miss this person so bad and I care too much about what they think.

Breathe in and just accept what is!
Breathe out and surrender.

If you’re trying to get from a position of lack to a position of abundance, you first must pass through acceptance. You have to believe that things can work out for you. And if you don’t think that right now, just keep accepting what is until you feel better.

Breathe in and be a yea sayer!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is.

Yes this narrative in my head is frustrating. Yes I really need to cry a lot more than this. Yes I feel kinda devastated. Yes I’m too attached and I need to let go. Yes I am choosing to let go now. Yes I’m choosing to not give a fuck!

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Breathing in, I love myself!

Take your power back! Remember the power of thank you. After you’ve gone from devastated and passed through acceptance by being a yea sayer, just practice the feeling of gratitude and you’ll get what you want. I promise!

When you get all tense and tied up and worried, listen for that voice of god or your higher self or the universe or life—it just says: TRUST.

Thank you in advance! Thank you! I know it’s in my favor! Thank you! Thank you! You must become it to see it! Become it right now, so you can see it today!

Thank you! Thank you! Greet your day and everyone in it with unconditional enthusiasm.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel enthusiastic about what is!

Every new situation you go into, every segment of your day, greet it with unconditional enthusiasm, for everyone! Even those people whom you might have some resistance to, even those situations that you think you know how it’s going to play out, still! Go into it and meet these people with unconditional enthusiasm! Because when you be it, you see it! You become it, then you see it reflected. Because YOU are the source!

Breathe in and take your power back!
Breathe out and know: you are the source! You’re the creator of your life experience.

What you focus on, expands. If you can allow yourself to just relax and feel grateful for where you are, everything will start unfolding perfectly.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Feel this feeling of enthusiasm. Feel spirit coming into you, revealing itself.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Smile when you go into that situation. Be confident because you are the source and if you can go in there being what you want to see reflected, you’ll get it! You just have to be brave enough to take the first step!

Thank you! Thank you! You are the source! Be confident in that. Know that. Know that when you choose to feel the way you want to feel, you get those things in your experience. It can be no other way. You are the creator.

Thank you! Even if you have history of not getting along with someone. If you have history—if you think you know it’s going to go a certain way so you’re pessimistic—even in these situations, go into it with unconditional enthusiasm. Because it feels good! You’re not even really trying to get something out if it. You’re just living the way you want to be living. And that’s all you can do.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Remember that god is always on your side. And if the people in your life aren’t acting right, god is always there. And you can flip the switch in an instant. It can reflect it right away! History is an illusion. It’s just a thought. The past is just a thought. There is only the infinite right now.

Breathe in and say yes and flip the switch!
Breathe out and thank you! Thank you, the switch is flipped!

I am going into my day with unconditional enthusiasm, keeping the words yes and thank you on repeat.

Whatever it is, it’s helping you. It’s a gift. And it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say “thank you” to start seeing how it’s happening in your favor!
Breathe out and keep saying thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Even the uncomfortable things: Thank you. I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you. I trust the process of life. Thank you! I know that I am pure awareness and none of this experience can touch who I really am.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and drop all of those thoughts to really find out the answer.

Look right now. Am I aware? Yes. I am aware. Feel your mind dissolve into the infinite, as you go to the placeless place. As you become pure awareness, or rather, recognize you are pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and keep asking yourself that.

Especially if you’re in a bad mood. Especially if you’re going through contrast. Use brute force! Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? You don’t have to get on every worried thought train.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! And when I am aware, I have no problems. This tree bears immediate fruit as Mooji would say!

When you rest as you are: pure awareness, by asking the question “Am I aware,” you’re present. You’re aware. The light of your awareness is lit. And when you are aware of being aware, this tree bears immediate fruit of positive manifestation, of perfect timing, of magickal unfolding.

Breathe in and use brute force if you have to!
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware?”

Because this tree bears immediate fruit! Right away your life will start going smoothly when you stay as you already are, pure awareness.

Breathe in and really trust it’s happening in your favor.

If You’re Having A Hard Time… (transcript)

Let it go. Let it all go. Let those thoughts go!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is!

If you’re suffering today, it’s only because you’re resisting or seeking. And the easiest way to stop resisting and seeking, is to accept what is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and be aware of what is.

If you’re really having a hard time, start saying things like, “Yes I feel like shit. Yes I’m having a hard day. Yes nothing can help me. Yes I don’t know what to do. Yes I’m really suffering.” And on and on and on…

Breathe in and keep making peace with what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

The sooner you can accept the way things are, the sooner you’ll feel better and things will change.

Breathe in and trust it’s happening in your favor.
Breathe out and know it’s happening in your favor.

Even when you’re suffering, that suffering is happening in your favor. When you finally let go of those thoughts that are separating you, you will feel such relief, such joy, that it will have been worth it.

Breathe in and see how it’s all worth it.
Breathe out and just relax your body.

When you accept what is, you get back in the flow. You stop fighting what is. Because when you fight what is, you lose. And if you’re seeking—if you’re wanting something to come to you—it works the same way. “Yes I want this person to message me. Yes I miss this person. Yes I want to see this person. Yes I wonder what they’re doing and what they’re thinking. Yes I care too much about what this person thinks. Yes I’m a little too attached. Yes I miss this person.” And on and on.

Whatever it is that you’re seeking or resisting, just start saying yes to it. It doesn’t mean it’s going to stay any longer. It will actually pass much more quickly if you can accept it and just trust it’s happening in your favor!

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and relax. You don’t have to do anything.

You don’t have to change. If something happened that made you mad, or that you wish went differently, you can just act like it never happened and try again. Time, history—it’s just an illusion. It’s just a thought. The past is just a thought that happens in the present. It’s not real.

Breathe in and rewrite your past right now!
Breathe out and feel so excited!

It’s always right now and so you can always rewrite what has been. Because it’s only right now.

Breathe in and feel free!
Breathe out and rewrite your life to be however you want it to be. It’s all just a thought! It’s not real!

Breathe in and have fun with your life today!
Breathe out and remember to not give a fuck today!

And saying yes to what is is one way to stop giving a fuck.

Breathe out and know that even the things you do are happening in your favor.

All of the actions you take are the perfection actions. You’re doing everything right. You can relax and know that those things you said are the right things. The things you did are the right things. Everything is working out for you, even the things you’re doing.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself today.
Breathe out and feel confident in yourself!

You are doing something so brave by being alive, by being a human. You are so brave for being here, for getting out of bed, for showing up every day.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself for how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and be nice to yourself, really. You deserve it.

You are doing your absolute best! You have come so far. Today, give yourself a break. And let yourself enjoy the life you’ve made for yourself.

It’s all in your favor. Even and especially the things you do. There’s nothing to regret. There’s nothing to feel guilty for. Everything ever created led up to right now. This is heaven. This is it! This is the beloved! This is the main event! It’s you!

You are so brave for being a human being. You are so brave for opening your eyes and looking around and existing. You are so brave for simply existing.

Breathe in and simply exist.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about any of those thoughts in my mind. I don’t give a fuck about what other people think. I don’t give a fuck about what I have to do later. I don’t give a fuck about what I’ve done in the past.”

Breathing in, I love myself!

I don’t give a fuck what those people think about me. I don’t give a fuck what I get done today. I don’t give a fuck what my parents think about me. I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and decide to have fun today!
Breathe out and be light today!

You’re here for fun! All you have to do is exist and you’re already doing that. All of those thoughts that make you suffer, it’s time to say: I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and have fun today!
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about any of those thoughts!”

From now on, today, as you go about your day, just keep reminding yourself: “I don’t give a fuck! I’m just existing!”

Breathe in and just exist today.
Breathe out and feel confident.

You get to have fun now. You get to enjoy the life you made, the life you came here for. You’re doing everything right. You can do no wrong!

How will you feel when you get what you want? I will feel so in love and so grateful.

Thank you! That’s the feeling of getting what you want! Yes! Thank you! Thank you! Yes! Channel all of your energy into enthusiasm today, into 3 words: yes and thank you.

Thank you! It might seem difficult to charge yourself up like this when you’re not feeling that great, but what’s the alternative? To get things that reflect you not feeling that great? It’s so much easier to just become it right now, and then you see it! And the rest of your life can be easy. You just put in a little work right now, and the flowers will grow.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Just keep practicing these three words and really feel what it feels like to get what you want.

Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! This is your super power! You can choose to feel the way you want to feel now, and then you get the things! And you don’t care because you already feel good.

Breathing in yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

You can really generate your own energy. Pull it from the air. Pull it from source. Pull it from god. It’s already inside. Gratitude and appreciation and enthusiasm are your natural state!

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Feel this feeling, right now. Feel excited to get what you want.

Breathing in, yes! Yes! Yes!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Feel the power of your words. Feel the power of directing your energy. You become it to see it. And now you’ve become it, and now we’ll see it.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and trust the perfect timing of what is.

Relax into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and smile because smiling directs your trip.
Breathe out and feel better already!

This is the best day of your life and it’s only going to get better from here!

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and let this be your super power today. Yes I am aware.

Any time you notice yourself struggling or your mood dips or you encounter a problem or things aren’t going the way you want, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. Every time you ask, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look for the answer, you go to the placeless place. Your mind does a thing that’s not a thought. It turns around to look at itself and awareness becomes aware that it’s aware.

Breathe in and rest in this awareness.
Breathe out and know: this is who you truly are.

You might think you’re a person with preferences and judgements and beliefs, but that’s just a thought stream. Every single thing about you is just a thought. Who you really are is simply pure awareness. Untainted, unchanged, no attributes, no qualities, just pure unconditional love and joy.

Breathe in and surrender your preferences!
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware?”

Because when I’m aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no separation. When I am aware, there is no agitation, and when I am aware there is no lack.

Breathe in and be abundant and peaceful and happy today!
Breathe out and merge with all that is.

You’re already doing it. But every time you let your attention drift into the thought stream, you become mesmerized. You become enchanted with the story, the narrative of your mind. But all that truly exists, all that is really real, is pure awareness and that is who you really are.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel yourself go to the placeless place, where you find that answer, where you recognize the answer. Yes I am aware, I am awareness. You can try asking yourself, “Am I not aware?” You know right away you are aware. Just stay in that sensation, stay in that knowing, that recognition: I am aware. That’s it and that’s all. If you can stay there, the rest of your life will flow.

Breathe in and surrender your preferences!
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

And any time you find yourself resisting or seeking, simply ask, “Am I aware?” And then you’re simply identified as pure awareness.

Breathe in and be unconditional love today!
Breathe out and know: you’ll be happy no matter what happens.

Because you are aware that you are aware, and now you are in the flow!
