Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and feel enthusiastic about this day!
Breathe out and remember: you must become it to see it!

You feel it and then you see it! Whatever you want to see, start feeling grateful for it right now!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and feel thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! In the moment when you’re resisting, or you’re seeking—you want something to happen, you’re waiting to get something, or you wish it were a different way, something happens that you don’t like—right away, flip the switch to thank you!

Breathe in and say thank you to what is!
Breathe out and feel that feeling of gratitude! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You feel it, then you see it. And it works every single time! Decide right now, that you are going to have such an amazing, flowing day. Because no matter what happens, you’re going to trust it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and trust it’s happening in your favor!
Breathe out and just say thank you! That’s how you practice knowing that it’s happening in your favor.

And the sooner you can flip that switch—when you see something that you don’t like, you get bad news, something goes away you didn’t want—right away, thank you! Thank you! I’m trusting this is happening in my favor! Thank you! Thank you!

Whatever is coming, it’s bigger and better than the thing you wanted. Life is taking care of you. Life is giving you what you want in a bigger and better way.

Breathe in and really trust the process of life today.
Breathe out and feel so grateful.

When you are present, you feel gratitude naturally. So practicing gratitude first is an easy access point for presence.

Breathing in thank you.
Breathing out, thank you!

When you feel that gratitude, you can access presence because when you’re present, all of the ordinary things in life are so magickal. The texture of things, just being able to hear, it’s all such a miracle. All of your senses—miraculous! And when you switch to thank you, you can get into that presence and see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and be present now!
Breathe out and feel that natural happiness and peace and love that’s right here, in the present moment.

In the present moment, you are happy because there is no lack. In the present moment, you are peaceful because there is no agitation. And in the present moment, you are love, loved and loving because there’s no separation.

Breathe in and say thank you and get to this present moment!
Breathe out and feel so happy and peaceful and full of love, yeah love.

It’s all happening in your favor. And now you can see, with a little bit of thank you, life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and smile because life really is just for fun!
Breathe out and welcome what is!

Let the flow through you! Let life live you right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender those preferences.

Surrender your thoughts. Get out of the piss stream, as I’ve been calling it. There’s just a stream of thoughts and you are awareness and you don’t have to be in the stream of thoughts. You can be outside of it, just watching it go by. You don’t have to get in!

Breathe in and decide to have fun today!
Breathe out and here’s how you can have fun today: Just say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Flip the switch right now to thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and really mean it! Thank you!

If you’re feeling down, taken for granted, unappreciated, unloved—what are you taking for granted? Where are you not appreciating? It’s an easy solution, you just start saying thank you!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you and mean it!

Breathe in and appreciate what is.
Breathe out and feel yourself appreciate when you appreciate!

Saying thank you is the easiest way to start participating in the flow again. You’re always in the flow but it’s a lot more fun when you are riding the wave instead of paddling against it.

Breathe out and say thank you!

Flip the switch! Thank you! Thank you! Saying thank you is also a wonderful tool for becoming present because you stop taking things for granted and start seeing the miracle of the ordinary.

Breathe out and feel the thank you.

Feel the gratitude. Feel the appreciation. Feel yourself appreciating.

Breathing in, thank you!

Thank you! That’s all it takes. Thank you for what is. This is it. This is sufficient. Thank you! Thank you! This is sufficient! This is enough! This is it! And it’s enough. Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Surrender. Trust that it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is!

Yes I feel irritable. Yes I have a pain in my neck. Yes I feel annoyed. Yes I’m kind of crabby. Yes I want to feel better. Yes I want to have a good day. Yes I’m feeling frustrated. Yes I don’t even know what I want. Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I’m recording a video. Yes I feel off. Yes I want to feel better. Yes I just want to relax and get good news. Yes I want a massage. Yes I want to feel good.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Let go of each thought as it comes. You are what is aware of your thoughts. You are not your thoughts.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen. Yes, I am.

You can also ask yourself, “Am I present?” It’s an easy answer but it causes you to go to your firsthand knowledge of yourself. No thought required to know, “Am I present?”

Breathing in, am I present?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

You can ask, “Am I here?”

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! I am here!

The mind thinks it’s so boring to be here. So boring to be present. But if you can train yourself to rest as you are, for just a few minutes, the unconditional love that makes up everything will reveal itself.

Breathe in and welcome the unconditional love!
Breathe out and relax into the unconditional love by staying as you are.

And you stay as you are by asking, “Am I aware?” I am!

Breathe out and let what you want come to you!

Trust that what you need will come when you need it. Trust that everything is working out for you.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and remember you are the process of life!

You are life itself. You don’t have a life, you are life!

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and surrender!

Surrender the past. Surrender the future. Be here now.

Breathe in and trust. It’s safe here!
Breathe out and trust. It’s all happening in your favor!

Your job right now is to relax. And one way to relax is to just ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer. Feel the recognition of “Yes I Am!”

You could also ask, “Am I here? Am I present?”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I present?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes! I am!”

And just like that you’re here. You’re present. You are resting your awareness on awareness itself. Resting as the source. Being the thing that you’re seeking.

Breathe in and notice the unconditional love that makes up everything!
Breathe out and just be that unconditional love that makes up everything.

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes I am here!

Yes I am present. Yes I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Stay as you are. Stay as awareness. Keep asking yourself these questions constantly. Am I aware? Because when you answer the question, you recognize the answer. You know the answer. You become knowing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

I am here. I am present, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

The Witness Perspective Program (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

It doesn’t matter. None of it matters. All there is, is right now.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let all of your thoughts go.

This is all there is. This right now, this moment, this is the totality of existence!

Breathe in and recognize This!
Breathe out and just be This!

This is it! This moment—whatever you’re being, perceiving, witnessing—this is it! This is the main event. Nothing else exists. Just This.

Breathe in and be in the totality of existence!
Breathe out and see that it’s all love. It’s all unconditional love.

You don’t have to think about anything today, or ever again really. It’s time to let the lower dimension of thinking go! Just let it go. Thoughts will still happen. But it’s really time to step back into the witness perspective, the witness perspective program if you will.

Breathe in and just be the observer!
Breathe out and let go of all of your thoughts and your plans and your schemes.

Just let yourself relax into This! Relax into This, the main event.

Breathe in and relax into This!
Breathe out and relax into This!

You never have to think about anything again, or plan, or scheme, or try to manifest. Let it all go. Presence is the answer! You know presence is the answer! That’s it and that’s all! Presence = success. Presence = unconditional love. Presence = miracles and synchronicity. Trust that This is It!

Breathe in and know: This is It.
Breathe out and relax into This.

If it’s too abstract, if your mind is fighting, go back to, “Am I aware?” And really focus on it. Really genuinely answer that question.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And I’m aware I have no problems. Only our thoughts can make us feel bad. All of our suffering comes from our thoughts. But today, that paradigm is over. We’re relaxing into This. And we are aware of being aware. And now we have no problems!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Hopeless Helpless Meaningless (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Let yourself slow down.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself enjoy right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Today, decide to be hopeless, helpless, and meaningless.

Breathe in and be hopeless.
Breathe out and see that you’re helpless.

This is a mantra from Richard Sylvester, an author on non-duality. And the idea is that we should be hopeless, because when you have hope, it means you want things to change. It means you’re not happy with the present. If you’re hopeless, nothing needs to change!

And acknowledge you are already helpless. If there is no one here, if we’re all one, if it’s all just pure awareness, who can help who? No one needs any help! No one exists! It’s just all oneness and unconditional love. And finally, it’s all meaningless. Nothing means anything until you think about it.

Breathe in and be hopeless.
Breathe out and be helpless.

See there is no meaning. See there is no hope at changing the present. It just is. There’s no help you can give or receive. There’s nothing to do. There’s nothing to NOT do. There’s nothing to change! And none of this means anything! Today, allow this to be your mantra. Hopeless, helpless, meaningless. And see there’s not even anyone repeating the mantra. It’s just oneness experiencing oneness. It’s just unconditional love existing.

Breathe in and be hopeless!
Breathe out and be helpless.

See there is no meaning to any of it! You’re free! You’re now free! There’s no hope. There’s no hope for any change, no one, nothing, nothing needs to change! And there’s no help for you, there’s no help you can give or receive, because you the person doesn’t even exist. You’re just god! You’re just oneness!

Breathe in and see the meaninglessness of it all!
Breathe out and be free!

The mind will resist and say that’s depressing for it to be hopeless, for me to be helpless, for there to be no meaning!? That’s depressing. But that’s just the mind. When you step back and watch, you can see it’s all unconditional love. When you free yourself from hope and the idea that you can do something to change, and the idea that things have meaning—all that’s left is unconditional love!

Breathe in and just enjoy the unconditional love today!
Breathe out and let go of any hope, any need to help or be helped, and any meaning. And then all that’s left is unconditional love, expressing itself as this illusion.

Breathing in, I am hopeless!
Breathing out, I am helpless!

And this is all meaningless. So now we can just enjoy it!

Breathe in and be so free today!
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy hopelessness, helplessness and meaninglessness.

When you step away from those things, when you surrender, when you allow those things to drop away, only unconditional love remains. And then you get to enjoy and be fascinated with the miracle that this is!

Just presence. Just I AM.

Breathing in, it’s hopeless!
Breathing out, I’m helpless!

And it’s all meaningless!

Notice The Place Within You That’s Not Struggling (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

Allow yourself to relax into this moment. Trust this is the right place and the right time.

Breathe in and let your thoughts go.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

It always comes when you’re relaxed.

If there’s any part of you that’s struggling today—resisting, seeking, wanting, judging—if there’s any part of you that’s struggling with life today, say to yourself, “Notice the place within you that isn’t struggling.”

Breathe in and notice the place within you that isn’t struggling.
Breathe out and take the time right now.

Notice the place within you that’s not struggling. Just notice it.

Breathe in and notice that place that’s not struggling.
Breathe out and feel into that place that’s not struggling.

All of our struggle comes from our thoughts, from our mind resisting what is, wanting to change what is. We don’t have to struggle! We can step outside of our minds into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! And it’s simple to do, you just notice the place in yourself that’s not struggling! It’s already there! Most of it is not struggling! It’s everywhere. The only place that’s still struggling is just a tiny little speck of thought and you can train your attention to stay focused on the place where you’re not struggling, instead of getting wrapped up into the struggle.

Breathe in and see the illusion of struggling!
Breathe out and spend some more time noticing that place within you that’s not struggling.

It’s everywhere! It’s most of it! It’s not struggling! Most of reality is not struggling! Most of who you are is at peace right now. Notice that place within you that’s not struggling right now.

Breathe in and notice that place.
Breathe out and rest in that place right now.

Notice the place within you that’s not struggling.

Breathe in and notice that place.
Breathe out and exist in that place that’s not struggling.

It’s most of you! Most of your consciousness. There’s only one tiny little struggling thought and you can let that go now! You can live in peace now! Most of you is not struggling! Peace really is everywhere! Just recognize it right now.

Breathe in and keep noticing that place within you that’s not struggling.
Breathe out and know: life is not a struggle. Only your thoughts make you feel that way.

But you have a choice to just watch your thoughts struggle. Let them go struggle. You don’t have to stop them or change them or anything. Let them go struggle. Let them be an illusion, a little show you can watch if you’re bored. But most of you, all of you really, is not struggling.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and notice the place within you that already has what you want!!

If you want more abundance, say to yourself, “Notice the place within you that’s already abundant!”

Breathe in and know: you already have what you want.
Breathe out and relax. Life already is the way you want it to be.

Wherever You Go, A Garden Grows (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

Whatever happens, it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Decide today to not give a fuck what happens! Because you’ll be happy either way!

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and know: all of physical experience will come and go.

And when you get attached to how things are, or you’re attached to an outcome, you’re going to get hurt. Today, decide to be happy no matter what happens. And decide to be the source. Decide that no matter what is taken from you, you’ll be happy. Because you are the source of your good experiences and feelings and wherever you go, a garden grows!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and just witness what is.

Just watch what arises in your consciousness. Remember that when you are aware, you have no problems. Everything in this life will come and go and we suffer when we’re attached. Today, detach from outcome. Decide you’ll be happy no matter what happens! And then your suffering will be alleviated.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes I am aware.

Would you rather think about it, or would you rather have it? If you’re worried about something, it’s time to let those thoughts go and be aware of being aware.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know: yes I am aware!

Tell yourself. Tell your mind right now, “I am not suffering this anymore! Am I aware?”

Breathe in and cut those thoughts off!
Breathe out and trust. Trust. Trust that it’s happening in your favor. Know that it’s happening in your favor!

If you want to know that life is happening in your favor, go back to, “Am I aware?” Because you know you are, and then you stay in the feeling of knowing. And by staying in that feeling of knowing, you generate experiences that you know are going to happen. You generate a trust in life, a knowing that you are cared for! You generate circumstances where life takes care of you. Trust that life will take care of you! Trust that you deserve to be cared for. Trust that you are loved and you will be protected. Trust that you can handle any change that comes your way. Because you are aware of being aware, and when you are aware, you have no problems!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

When I am aware, I have no problems because I am just presence. Just watching. Just knowing. And everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I know this to be true. I am resting in my feeling of knowing. And I trust that whatever happens, is happening in my favor!

Trust It’s Happening in Your Favor (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile to direct your trip!
Breathe out and smile to start feeling better right now.

You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s safe to relax and trust the process of life.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and trust that you’re in the right place at the right time.

Trust that it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and know. It’s happening in your favor.
Breathe out and feel confident. It’s happening in your favor!

Today as you go about your day, practice trusting, knowing, that it’s all happening in your favor. Anytime you witness an argument, or conflict, contrast, negativity, problems, something you don’t like, say to yourself: Trust!

Breathe in and trust!
Breathe out and know you’re in god’s hands!

Life takes care of life! All you have to do is get out of the way! And you do that by surrendering your thoughts. Surrendering your resistance and your seeking and just relax into the now, by trusting it’s all the way it’s supposed to be.

Breathe in and feel powerful today!
Breathe out and know: your ability to trust that it’s happening in your favor is your magick.

This is your super power! Just being able to relax and know: it’s all happening just for you. It’s all working out in your favor! Trust!

Breathe in and trust that god’s taking care of you!
Breathe out and know it’s all happening in your favor!

Now as you go about your day, and things happen that you don’t like, there’s an argument, there’s conflict, there’s contrast, something surprises you, it’s not what you wanted—say to yourself, TRUST! And go within, bring your attention within, and picture in your mind, a white or clear ball of energy that says TRUST and every time you start to resist or seek or worry or wonder, look for that ball that says TRUST. Trust. And you can see the thoughts creeping out, like tree branches, like roots, coming out from your ball of trust, your center of knowing. And these worries start growing and creeping and they’re going to grow into a plant, if you don’t cut them right now and trust that it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and trust!
Breathe out and keep your awareness resting on awareness.

Feel that feeling. Just say to yourself, trust. And just be here. Just rest in that trust. That knowing. Just rest! You don’t have to shoot out your attention into worries and what-ifs! Just relax and trust and KNOW it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and feel like royalty because you know.
Breathe out and feel so powerful.

You’re a powerful witch. You are so powerful. You can just rest in this knowing all day. Trust! It’s happening in your favor! You can rest there all day and let everything come to you. Let everything work itself out. And you just relax. And when life gives you impulses to act, you act out of knowing, out of love, out of certainty that, “Yes I’m on the right path because I trust this is happening in my favor!”

Breathe in and trust it’s happening in your favor today!
Breathe out and rest in your center of knowing, where everything is perfect and in its place, and life comes to you!

Keep letting them go as they come. Everything that comes to you, open your heart and release it.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and remember your presence is your super power.

Whatever you’re striving for, whatever you’re struggling to achieve, whatever you want that you think will make you happy—you only want it because you think you’ll feel good when you get it. And you can choose to feel as you would feel if you had what you wanted, right now.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Take your mind and thoughts off of this world today. Go within, connect to source, and be the source of all that is good in your life!

Breathe in and smile because smiling feels good!
Breathe out and feel your power growing, getting stronger by the moment, because you are letting go of your awareness of objective experience, turning your attention within to rest on its source, and letting life take care of life.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and let that be your mental code today: Trust.

Whenever things aren’t going your way, say to yourself: Trust. You don’t have to take any action, especially if you don’t feel good. Never take any action out of anxiety or fear or anger.

Breathe out and keep that word on repeat. Trust.

Trust that life takes care of life. Trust that it’s happening in your favor. Trust that even though it’s not how you want it right now, it’s setting up how you do want it in just a few moments. Just relax. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And cut off your awareness of any tendrils of problems or worries. Cut them off right now! As soon as you start noticing yourself going down a path of worry, anger, fear, doubt, anxiety—say to yourself, CUT! Cut it! And cut that shit before it grows into a tree!

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and know. It’s all happening ing your favor.

Any time today that something happens that you don’t like, tell yourself: “TRUST. It’s happening in my favor.” And once you’ve acknowledged that you are trusting and surrendering, go back to resting as you are. Pure awareness. Just ask, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems. And stay as you are. Stay as pure awareness. And any time little tendrils of problems start creeping up, cut it before it grows into something real. This is your power and I know that you are strong and powerful today. And everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe out and stay as you are today.

When you are aware, you have no problems. As soon as you notice a problem, cut it off. Go back to asking, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware I have no problems.
