Here I Am! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and slow down.

Surrender. Let go of those thoughts. It’s time to relax and just be here now. Because being here is enough.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel that answer. Know that answer. Yes. I am aware. I am here, aware of what’s happening. That’s all you have to do to get some space from your worries, some space from the drama of physical experience.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

I am here. When you ask yourself this question, am I aware, notice what happens in your inner world. It might feel like the clouds are parting and you’re becoming more clear. And you look around and you see, I’m here. That’s it. Here. Here I am! Here I am! That’s the goal: just to come out of the clouds of the mind and say to life, “Here I am!” Because it’s not you, it’s not your ego. It’s not the person who is here. It’s god who is here. God is right here, right now. Life, the universe, whatever magickal word you want to use to describe the thing that is bigger than us all, the thing that is holding us all together, love…

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the clouds parting.

Yes I am aware. I’m here! Here I am! Here I am! That’s all you ever have to be, is here. You don’t have to do anything else. You don’t have to achieve, struggle, strive, anticipate, plan, judge, you don’t even have to help anyone else.

Breathe in and help yourself today.
Breathe out and know that you can only help from a place of thriving and today you’re going to fucking thrive!

And you’re going to thrive by stepping out of the clouds of the mind, into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! We know this is true! We know presence is IT! We know that this right now is the main event and there is no need to stay stuck inside the mind, worrying, planning, wishing, waiting, hoping. All of that can go now. Here I am. Here you are! We’re here. We made it! We made it to our moment. We’re here.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and watch. Yes! I am aware! The clouds of the mind are parting. I don’t have to think about that anymore. I don’t have to worry about that anymore. I’m just here. That’s all I have to be. Here I am! Here I am. Here I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! here I am.

Feel the relief that comes when you step away from the clouds. When you bring your attention back in to rest on its source. You can feel that clarity. That knowing. That you don’t have to do anything else in this life but be. That’s your only job. You don’t owe anyone anything.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Here I am! I’m here! Here I am god! I’m here! Let this day be the best day of your life. It’s safe to surrender now. It’s safe to let go of every last one of those thoughts and worries.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware of the presence of god and now life can take care of life. Life will come to me. And I can now rest in the knowing that life already is the way I want it to be.

You Don’t Need Anything From Anyone (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and smile because today is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and relax your body, because it always comes when you’re relaxed.

And why do we want most of the things we want? So we can relax! We want to get our work done so we can relax. We want money so we can relax. We want love and relationships so we can relax and enjoy life. Today, decide to relax and enjoy life first, and then the things will come.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. And today, you don’t need anything from anyone. Today, you are whole. You are full. And you are a magnet for what you want.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen: Yes. I am aware.

As you go about your day, any time you notice yourself seeking, wanting something, needing something—like attention, or money, or people aren’t acting right, people aren’t doing what you think they need to be doing, and you want things to change—any time you feel like this today, ask yourself, “Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems.”

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and really look inside. Am I aware?

Yes! I am aware. It’s not a complex question. There’s not a deep answer. The answer is yes, you are aware. You are aware of what’s happening right now. You are aware that you are conscious. You are aware that you are here. And when you are going through contrast, when you are seeking and needing and wanting things to change, you’re not aware of awareness. You’re aware of lack. And when you shift your attention from awareness of lack to awareness of awareness, you become whole and complete because you’re god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware of the presence of god and I don’t need anything! You don’t need anything to change to feel good and be happy.

Right now, you can go within, look at the source of your consciousness, look at where you touch god right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Come out of the clouds today. You can tell when you’re stuck in your painful thoughts because you don’t feel good. You’re cloudy. You’re worrying and noticing things that are wrong and you’re focused on lack in the clouds. But every time you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” The sun peeks through the clouds. You can see the sky. You can get a breath of fresh air.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because I’m not thinking, I’m just resting my awareness on its source, dissolving the mind into the infinite. Life, reality—there’s more to it than just what our cloudy thoughts tell us. It’s not all pain and suffering. There’s love and happiness underneath it all and it’s always there. It’s there for us, right now. And we can have the best day of our lives, right here, right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware. And when I’m aware, I have no problems, because my awareness is resting on its source, merged with god, dissolved into the infinite, and nothing needs to change. And you don’t need anything from anyone.

Breathe in and be whole today, and let what you want come to you!
Breathe out and convince yourself to do this by telling yourself you’ll manifest so many amazing things today.

And you will! But more importantly, you will be aware of awareness, resting in unconditional love, feeling peace and not giving a fuck about manifesting things. Because nothing needs to change! Everything is already perfect and in its place.

Breathing out, yes! I am aware! I am whole. I am complete, and I don’t need anything from anybody!

Disintegrate Your Blocks (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and remember it always comes when you’re relaxed.
Breathe out and keep slowing down.

Keep relaxing. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and surrender.

Just let the flow through you. Let go of everything. Empty yourself right now. Let yourself just be here now.

Breathe in and remember: being here is enough.
Breathe out and really feel what it feels like.

Being here is enough. I don’t need anything to change to be happy. I don’t need anything to change to feel good, to feel love. Being here is enough.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and let “Who am I?” help you get some distance from your thoughts, from your mind’s activity. Who am I?

Who am I who is talking and also thinking about what someone else is doing? Who am I who feels confused and distracted? Who am I who feels self-conscious? Who am I who is breathing out? Who am I who is sitting in this chair? Who am I who is breathing in? Who am I who is breathing out? Who am I who is feeling cold?

Every time you ask, “Who am I?” feel your attention turn inward. Feel yourself look inside to see: who is there?? Who is it who resists things? Who is it who wants things to be different from how they are? Who is it? Who am I?

Breathing in, who am I who is sitting here?
Breathing out, who am I?

I just am. Who am I who is sitting in this chair talking?

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I who is sitting in this chair?

Who am I who has problems? You can keep looking and looking and looking and looking: who am I, who am I? There’s nobody there!

Breathe in and keep looking! Who am I?
Breathe out and keep going within.

Turn around, look inside. Who am I who is wondering what time it is? Someone with something to gain or lose! Who am I who is thinking about the future? Someone who is insecure. Someone who is separate from god. When you go within and you see that you are being a thought that is separating you from god, it evaporates! It disappears! And you become one with god again.

Every time you truly go within and ask, “Who am I who is so stressed? Who am I who had a fucking panic attack? Who am I? Who am I? Who am I? Who am I who needs so much attention? Who am I who feels unloved? Who am I who feels so needy and lacking? Who am I who wants things to change before they can be happy?”

The answer is: a thought. The mind holding me separate from god. Just blocking the flow with god. Blocking the flow with thoughts. Who am I who is blocking the flow?

And when you look and you ask, “Who am I who is blocking the flow?” The block disintegrates.

Breathe in and disintegrate your fucking blocks today!
Breathe out and stop holding yourself separate from god!

Let yourself be whole. You can see when you go within and ask, “Who am I who is suffering?” It’s just a thought holding you apart. And the more you ask, “Who am I?” and really go within, the more one with god you feel. The more relief you feel. God’s right here. You’re not separate. You don’t need anything from anyone. You don’t need anything to change. God’s right here. You’re in gods hands.

Breathing in, who am I who is crying on a video camera?
Breathing out, just a thought.

There’s no one really there. And the more you uncover the thoughts separating you from god, the lighter you become, the happier you feel because you’re returning to your natural state of pure awareness and unconditional love.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and just keep looking and looking and looking, all day. And you’ll feel lighter and lighter and lighter!

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I just am!

Let those thoughts go!

Breathe in and relax.

Let go of your thoughts. Let go of trying to remember things or trying to figure out what’s next. Let go of your awareness of what time it is. Let go of your to do list. Let go of caring about what other people think.

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and keep slowing down.

Keep relaxing your body. Let it all go. You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

However it unfolds is how it’s supposed to be. Today, trust the process of life. Trust that it’s all happening in your favor. Trust that you don’t have to strategize out of anxiety. Trust that the next right step will present itself while you are here with me, enjoying what is.

Breathe in and welcome all that is.
Breathe out and say thank you for all that is.

Thank you. Thank you god for replacing me with you. Thank you for doing my bidding. Thank you. Thank you for the magick life.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and feel the feeling: thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Today is the best day of your life! And if you ever feel like you’re alone, like no one’s on your side, like no one understands, like no one’s there for you—remember: god’s always there for you.

Breathe in and connect with source.
Breathe out and remember: you always have life on your side.

If you want to call it god to make it seem more like an individual consciousness, you can. Whatever it takes to help you see there is a power, a flow, something bigger than us that is on your side right now, helping you. Giving you what you want. That thing, that god, that IT, is always on your team. Always helping you. You’re never alone.

Breathe in and say thank you for doing my bidding!
Breathe out and feel so excited because all of physical realty, including all of the people in your life, are just reflections of you.

It’s just a fractal of you. You’re the source! All these other people here, they’re reflecting you. They’re not real! You are alone in the sense that none of these people are ever going to fill you up. You are the source. You can go within, meet up with god, and all the people in your life will act right. You don’t need the people in your life to change for you to feel good. You just connect with god right now and all of your life will change for the better.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you for doing my bidding!

God is always on your side. And can you feel that feeling of power? When you decide to stop caring, to stop giving a fuck what other people think or do or say—when you stop giving a fuck about other people and you go within and you say, “God you’re on my team today. God, thank you for doing my bidding. God I know you’re always right here. God, let’s play today!”—When you do that, all of life works out for you. And you can feel that power, of how special you are, how unique you are. How magickal you are, and you don’t need shit from anyone else because you are the source of all that is good in your life. You and god together co-creating in an infinite möbius strip of love.

This is the right place and the right time.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and remember: you are the source!

You are the source of your experience. You have the power to decide how you feel and then see that reflected to you. Decide right now how you want to feel and start feeling that way.

Breathe in and take your power back!
Breathe out and welcome what is!

Decide right now to say yes and thank you to things exactly the way that they are. Start feeling so good about where you are that you don’t need anything to change!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Feel that feeling of genuine gratitude! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and smile because smiles become things too!

Let yourself enjoy this moment. Let yourself remember that when you are aware, you have no problems! Pull all of your attention back into your source.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Feel your attention return to its source when you ask, “Am I aware?” Release all of those tendrils of thoughts of worrying about this thing, wondering what will happen with this, waiting for this. If you’re waiting for something to happen, that means you need something, and if you need something, you’re not happy. And if you’re not happy, you’re not going to get what you want!

Breathe in and quit waiting and just be here now!
Breathe out and start feeling so good you don’t care if anything changes!

You are so happy in this moment that it doesn’t matter if you get what you want. Right now you feel good. Right now you are at peace. Right now you are aware that you are aware and just like flipping a switch, you’re here! Present! In love. Perfect. Whole. God!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Don’t let your mind fool you into thinking being aware of being aware is boring. Let yourself try it for just a couple minutes. And feel how your body and mind relax. The knots untie themselves. The problems solve themselves. And life takes care of life! Life comes to you when you relax and empty yourself.

Breathe in and empty yourself of thoughts.
Breathe out and be empty.

The more you empty yourself, the more space for god. Nature abhors a vacuum! Make yourself a vacuum and then nature will fill you up and help you know what to do!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And that’s all you have to be. That’s how you empty yourself. Just be aware of being aware. And let go of awareness OF anything else.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! There’s nothing else to do or be or have! Nowhere to go! When you are aware of being aware, you have no problems. Nothing needs to change. You’re already perfect. And life already is the way you want it to be, right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am. I am now aware. I am now in the flow!

Whenever you start to get stressed, whenever you start experiencing contrast, problems, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing out, yes! I am.

Feel your attention resting on its source when you ask, “Am I aware?” Feel yourself relax because you are relieving your mind of its stressful activity when you ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and be the watcher.
Breathe out and watch your life experience with detachment today.

Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Awareness is god. You are awareness. At your core, you are just awareness. No color, no attributes, no motion, no space, no time. Just awareness, just watching.

Breathe in and just watch.
Breathe out and just watch.

Am I aware? When I am aware I have no problems, because I’m not thinking. I’m not reacting. I’m not stressing myself out worrying!

Breathe in and rest in your awareness.
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy the simplicity, the wholeness, the peace that comes with relieving your mind of its activity.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware that I am aware. I am aware that I am god. I am the presence of god.

Breathe in and trust its all happening in your favor!
Breathe out and surrender all of your worries today.

It’s going to be the best day of your life! It already is! Just let go of all of the moving parts, all of the lists, all of the stress, all of the what next. What next. What next. Let go of everything and just ask, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems!

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and motivate your mind by telling it the manifestations will come when you rest in your awareness. Because you’re not blocking your blessings with your thoughts.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and feel energized by awareness, by staying as you are: pure awareness.

Breathe in and remember: there is nothing to gain or lose in this life.
Breathe out and be whole right now.

You are already complete. You’re just here for fun. Let yourself enjoy whatever happens today by relieving your mind of its activity.

Feel the feeling of enthusiasm and gratitude today!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you! Thank you! It’s time to start trusting the process of life for real. It’s time to let go of trying to control and trust that this is the right place and this is the right time and things are all happening in your favor!

As you go about your day, allow yourself to pulse the feeling of gratitude, just by thinking, “Thank you! Thank you!” Every time you start to feel doubt or worry—thank you! Feel the feeling. Your feeling precedes your experience. Before you go into any situation, lift yourself into the vibration where you want to be. And then when you get to that place, it will all reflect you.

Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

When you relax into gratitude, when you relax into trusting that this is all god and it’s all here to help you—when you can relax into this knowing, this trusting in life, you can start to see that even the things you don’t like are there to help you.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say: “Thank you for doing my bidding!”

When you say, “Thank you for doing my bidding,” you’re telling all of reality, “Thank you. I know that this is in my favor even if my ego resists it right now. I know it’s creating what I really want. Thank you for doing my bidding god! Thank you for doing my bidding life! Every time you experience contrast or something you don’t want—let it jolt you into the feeling of trust, of remembering life is on your side! Thank you for doing my bidding. Thank you for doing my bidding. Feel your confidence rising. Feel you are powerful. This is your power. You can be one of those confident people who, anywhere you go, things go your way because you know it’s all happening just for you.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you for doing my bidding!”
Breathe out and feel the confidence that comes with knowing you’re magickal, you’re a powerful witch, you’ve got this, you’re the creator. Thank you for doing my bidding.

Now once you’ve practiced this feeling for a while, of, “Yeah life, thanks for doing my bidding.”—You can say this to yourself, “Thank you for doing my bidding,” and then you might start to wonder. Who is thanking who?

Breathing in, thank you for doing my bidding.
Breathing out, thank you for doing my bidding.

What’s actually happening is you are emptying yourself of your ego desires, of your likes and dislikes and you’re letting god through you! And you become a conduit for god! To move through you! The greatest bliss you could ever experience is having god flow through you. And when you say, “Thank you for doing my bidding,” that’s actually god saying thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for being brave and being willing to be a unique point of consciousness. That’s all you have to do. Watch. Be. Sense. The things you can’t help doing.

Breathing in, thank you for doing my bidding.
Breathing out, thank you for doing my bidding!

God is so grateful to you for being here. And when you practice, “Thank you for doing my bidding,” you can see that now you’re empty and you can say to god, “You’re welcome!”

Breathe out and keep relaxing.

It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Allow yourself to keep slowing down. Let whatever you thought was going to be, go. Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go. You don’t need them. Let the flow through you. Let life live you today.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and feel the universal flow of energy coursing through your body.

Breathe in and remember you live the magick life!
Breathe out and remember your power!

You get to become it and then see it! You are the creator and you get to decide how you want to feel and then see things reflected that feel the same way. Right now, identify how you want to feel when you get what you want. And then start feeling that way, right now!

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and think about how you’ll feel when you get it.

Breathe in and feel that feeling now!
Breathe out and feel how your feeling creates your experience!

Feelings precede experience. You become it to see it. Today, choose to stand up to your thoughts! Decide you’re not going to react to reality anymore! Decide you’re going to tell reality how it is! Just watch!

Breathe in and watch!
Breathe out and tell reality how it’s going to be.

Here’s what’s going to happen: we’re going to have the best days of our lives today! We’re going to play! And we’re going to be loved! It’s that simple. You just decide how it’s going to be, and you feel the way you want to feel, right now. Watch!

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your mind be relieved of its activity!

That’s how you feel playful! That’s how you feel love! By letting go of the thoughts. Because underneath the thoughts, you are love. And you are playful. Because we’re just here to have fun.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

Now. Anytime you start to doubt your power today, you just have to remember, “Here’s what’s going to happen.” It’s the best day of your life! Watch!

Daily Meditation – There’s Nobody There! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because smiling always feels good!
Breathe out and smile because smiles become things!

Let yourself relax. Let yourself ease into this moment.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep slowing down. Slow your mind down. Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Let your body keep relaxing. It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and listen. Who am I?

As you go about your day, any time you start resisting, any time you start seeking, any time you start judging—say to yourself, “Who am I who’s resisting this? Who am I who is seeking this? Who am I who is judging?”

Breathing in, who am I who is seeking?
Breathing out… it’s just a thought.

When you find yourself seeking or resisting or judging or otherwise having negative thoughts about life, when you ask, “Who am I who is having negative thoughts about life?” And you go within and you really look at who it is, what do you see?

Breathing in, who am I who is having these thoughts?
Breathing out, who am I who is having these thoughts?

What is it? Who is it? What is at my core? Who am I really?

Breathe in and keep going within.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

When you ask, “Who am I who is having these thoughts?” and you go within and look, you can see there’s nothing there. There’s just the watching. There’s just the observer. There’s just awareness aware of what’s happening.

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and really investigate right now, ask yourself—who am I who has these thoughts?

Sometimes it helps to say more specifically, who am I who is so mad at this person? Who am I who is mad?

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and keep looking for this answer. Who am I who gets mad? Who am I who thinks these thoughts?

They’re just thoughts! It’s not anyone. There’s nobody there! It’s just awareness. It’s not a person. It’s just awareness! There’s nobody there! It’s so liberating! It’s so freeing! Every time you experience contrast in your life, if you can go within and ask, “Who am I who is experiencing this contrast?” you will find the answer, which is NOBODY. There’s nobody there. And then your contrast evaporates. Your contrast dissolves into the infinite which you now are. Pure awareness just watching.

Breathing in, who am I ?
Breathing out, there’s nobody there! It’s just awareness.

It’s just watching.

Breathe in and practice being aware of awareness today.
Breathe out and let yourself be free today!

The more you go within and look—Who is it who is resisting? Who is it who has this problem?—the more you see, there’s no one there and life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I just am!

Keep relaxing your body.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.

Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and keep breathing out keep breathing out.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Let yourself sink into this moment and really enjoy it exactly the way it is.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and keep letting go of your thoughts.

Keep letting go. Keep letting go. Stay here with me.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer.

What do you hear when you ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Ask this question with your whole attention. Place your whole attention. Really ask for real. Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes I am. Yes I am.

It cuts through your thoughts. It cuts through mind-identification instantly. But softly. In a relaxed manner.

Breathe in and be light! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and think about how fun life could be if you could just stay here with me, just enjoying the present moment!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and enjoy being here now.

Remember that being here is enough. If you had to spend the rest of your life where you are right now, could you still be happy? What would you do in your mind to be happy, if you had to be here the rest of your life?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Let your attention relax back into its source. Let yourself become one with god. One with life. One with the universal intelligence that knows everything! You are also that!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

That’s all you have to do to stay here and enjoy being. Am I aware? Yes! I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am!

It might seem like nothing at first. But it’s so powerful. There is nothing more powerful than watching your thoughts with detachment. Watching your experience with detachment.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen: the answer is, “Yes I am.”

Stay as you are today! Stay as awareness. The miracles are right here waiting for you. You’re already here!

Breathe in and enjoy receiving today.
Breathe out and relax.

Any time you start thinking about this and wonder, “Where’s my receiving?” just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And when you hear, “Yes I am,” you’ll know you’re ready to receive!
