Don’t Try to Change a Thing Today! (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is!

Deeply accept what is. That is your magick today: say yes to it. Deeply accept it. Don’t try to change a thing today!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to who you are!

Yes, I’m thinking about the future. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I feel anticipation. Yes, I am worrying. Yes I want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I’m afraid of the uncertain. I’m afraid of the unknown. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I just want to know what happens. Yes, I feel uptight. Yes, I feel wound up. Yes, I’m criticizing others. Yes, I feel selfish. Yes, I think that other people are keeping me from what I want. Yes, I don’t even know what I want. Yes, yes, yes.

Breathe in and deeply accept what is.
Breathe out and keep deeply accepting what is.

There are so many ways to make peace with what is. So many techniques and methods to be ok with how things are, right now.

Breathe in and be ok with how things are right now.
Breathe out, and let the technique that works for you come to you today.

You can say yes to what is. You can repeat “OK, OK, OK” over and over. You can focus on your breath. You can ask, “Am I aware?” You can say, “Thank you!” You can say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Breathe in and open up to receiving new ideas!
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you god for helping me accept what is. Thank you for helping me be at peace with what is.

Breathe in and know you can feel good regardless of your circumstances.
Breathe out and let yourself feel good regardless of your circumstances.

All you have to do is step outside of your thought stream. Your thoughts are the only thing making you feel bad. You can use any technique, mantra, affirmation that you want. But remember what the point is: the point is to be. Exist. Just, be here. Aware that you are aware. Just be empty!

Breathe in and be empty. That’s what god is!
Breathe out and hollow yourself out right now.

Get rid of the separate self, the illusion of the separate self. Let all of your preferences go. My favorite way to empty myself is to say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.” And I picture those words cleaning out my whole body, aura, like a torus, like a donut shape. And it’s just cleaning it out, cleaning it out, cleaning it out, emptying me, replacing me with god. And then I’m free!

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you for making me empty, so that there’s space for you to work. Thank you for helping me let go of my own suffering. Thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and be empty today.

Merge with God (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because it will help you lighten up!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

When you are aware, that you are aware, you have no problems. Because all of your suffering comes from your psychological mind, thinking.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition, the knowing: Yes, I am aware.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Trust that it’s all happening in your favor. Especially the things you don’t like. Especially the things that you wish were different. The responses from people that you wish were different. Trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I wish things were different. Yes, I’m thinking about controlling other people. Yes, I’m wanting approval. Yes, I want to buy love. Yes, I know that I am not present. Yes, I just want to be present. And let the rest work itself out.

Breathe in and be present.
Breathe out and let the rest work itself out.

As you go about your day, you can say to yourself, “Present! Present! I’m present!” Allow yourself to wake up in the dream, using whatever technique or method works for you today. Maybe it’s asking, “Am I aware?” Maybe it’s saying, “Present!” while you look around. Maybe it’s focusing on your breath. Maybe it’s saying,

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Surrender your attachment to outcome. Let go of thinking things need to be a certain way for you to be safe and secure. The only safety and security is presence and you can be that right now. You’re here! You already are! You already are safe and secure!

Only your thoughts can drag you out of the bliss of the present moment. Today, stand up to your thoughts, step outside of the thought stream and just watch. You are not your thoughts. You don’t have to let them control you. You are pure awareness, the witness, the space, the light of knowing in which it all arises. You are the source. Choose right now to stabilize as you are, to still your mind, to relax and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathing in, am I aware it’s happening in my favor?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware of the presence of god. I am shining as the light of knowing in which this is all appearing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Be vigilant today. Be devoted to love, devoted to god. When you are one with god, your life is a nonstop stream of miracles. Today, merge with god, and let the miracles reveal themselves.

Be the Tao (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I’m blaming. Yes, I’m anxious and fearful. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I’m looking outside of myself. Yes, I forgot I’m the source.

Breathe in and remember: you are the source!
Breathe out and ask yourself, am I aware?

That’s how you be the source. When you rest as you are, pure awareness, there is no agitation, there is no lack, and there is no separation. You emanate peace. You permeate your reality with love and happiness, because you don’t need anything outside of you to change in order to feel good.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the recognition of the answer. Yes, I am.

Breathe in and be the source.
Breathe out and choose right now to be the source, whether or not you have high contrast. Whether or not you have problems. Choose it now, to be the source and permeate your reality with love and happiness and abundance.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Ask yourself this constantly. Am I aware? Am I aware? Keep yourself in the present moment. Stay as you are: pure awareness. Get out of the thought stream, right now. You don’t have to think about anything!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Trust the process of life. Trust that it’s happening in your favor. Trust that everything is perfect and in its place and if you get out of the way, it will unfold so perfectly.

The tao does nothing and leaves nothing undone. Today, be the tao. Be pure awareness. Just rest and let life unfold for you. Get out of the way. Stop meddling. Stop forcing. Stop trying to figure it out. Stop trying to take action out of anxiety.

Breathe in and be the source.
Breathe out and remember who you are: pure awareness. The source of it all.

You can go back to your source and let life unfold. You don’t have to lift a finger to live a life of happiness and love and abundance. No matter what is going on with you today—what problems you have or don’t have—choose right now to be the source, by resting as you are: pure awareness. I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

I am shining as the light of knowing in which all of this is arising. I am now aware. I am now in the flow. And my reality is now permeated with peace, love, happiness and abundance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

It always comes when you let go. Let yourself relax into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You want things to go a certain way, but you can trust it’s all happening in your favor. Even the things you don’t like. Even the mistakes you’ve made. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and let yourself reach the pinnacle of experience, here in physical reality, where you are so happy just to be alive that it doesn’t matter what your circumstances are.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention go to the placeless place.

Yes, I am aware. When you ask the question “Am I aware?” you recognize that you’re here. You exist. And that’s all you have to do, to reach the pinnacle of experience in physical reality!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Ask yourself this all day today, over and over and over and let it wake you up in the dream. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems. Because I’m not lost in my thoughts. I’m not identified as the separate self. When I am aware, I have no problems because there is no agitation, the mind is at peace. There is no lack, the mind is abundant. There is no separation. There is only oneness.

Breathe in and be whole.
Breathe out and let go of the thoughts.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts are making you suffer psychologically. Today, ask yourself, over and over and over: am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Go to the placeless place. No agitation because the mind is still. No lack because you’re whole, you’re one with everything. No separation from those you love, because you are identified as pure awareness. That’s what makes up everything. So if you are pure awareness, you are one with everything. And you feel no pain of separation.

Breathe in and be one with all that is.
Breathe out and let it be easy! It’s the easiest thing you can do, because you’re already doing it!

Only your thoughts make you think that something is wrong, that something needs to change. But nothing needs to change. You already made it. This is it! You’re just here to enjoy it! There’s nothing to change, nowhere to go, nothing to do. Nothing to achieve. You made it. This is it. The pinnacle of experience in physical reality.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. There is no lack, no agitation, no separation from those I love. I am now aware and I am now in the flow!

Pure Awareness Never Rushes (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let it go. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and trust in the perfect timing of life.
Breathe out and remember: pure awareness never rushes.

Let yourself relax. There’s nowhere else you have to be. There’s nothing else you have to be doing, other than what you’re doing right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your preferences about the future, about what you want to happen next. Only life knows best. Your job is just to enjoy it.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. And trust me when I say, pure awareness never rushes. Everything in life is unfolding in perfect timing. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is missing. Nothing is forgotten. It’s all in perfect timing.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Say yes to what is, to start, to acknowledge. You don’t have to do anything emotionally. You don’t have to do any work to say yes to what is. Start right there. That’s how you can start letting go and trusting life. Just start saying yes.

Yes I’m rushing to try to finish everything so I can get somewhere else. Yes I think I’ll feel better when I get somewhere else. Yes I want to please people so I want to rush and hurry up to take care of my needs to that I can go take better care of someone else’s needs. Yes I’m putting others before myself. Yes I’m rushing. Yes I’m upright. I’m wound up. Yes I want to please other people. Yes I want to race through taking care of myself so I can give to other people, so that I can get love. Yes I want approval and validation from the world instead of from within. Yes I’m looking outside of myself to feel good, when I know it’s inside.

Breathe in and embrace and accept it all.
Breathe out and just acknowledge where you are. It doesn’t mean you like it or that it’s going to stay. But acknowledging, saying yes to what is, is how you start giving yourself a break. Just noticing it, with curiosity. Instead of stuck in the stress of, “I have to do this, I have to do this, I have to do this.”

Breathe in and feel more relaxed already.
Breathe out and trust.

It is really, truly, literally, for real happening in your favor, even the things you do. Even the mistakes you think you’ve made. It’s all happening in your favor. And it’s not even up to you! You don’t have to feel guilty about anything you do. You are oneness. You are love. You are the pure awareness that makes up everything. You can relax now. It’s all perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and take care of yourself today.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences of how you want it to be.

Your preferences just stress you out, thinking it should be another way! But how it is, is how it’s supposed to be!

Breathe in and trust the process of life today. It’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and celebrate! It’s all happening in your favor!

And if you can’t say yes, if you can’t surrender your preferences, if you can’t trust, go back to a simple affirmation, a simple mental code and get a few breaths away from the separate self that’s an illusion.

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Say that to your thoughts. If you can’t surrender your preferences in any other way, just practice loving yourself and not giving a fuck. That’s as simple as it can be.

Breathing in, I love myself!

Stop trying to look for feeling good in other people, other circumstances, other times. It’s right here. It’s right here. It’s right here. It’s right here.

Start saying yes to what is, right now. Yes, I’m overwhelmed. Yes, I’m caring about what other people think. Yes, I feel pressured. Yes, I’m worried about the timing. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I feel annoyed. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I just want to escape my mind.

Breathe in and make peace with where you are.
Breathe out and surrender.

Leave it up to god. Let god replace you right now. Thank you god for replacing me with you. I know it’s not up to me. I know that my control is letting go. Thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and surrender your separate self!
Breathe out and let god replace you today.

All you have to do to do it is say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you!” And while you have that thought on your mind, you know that god is working through you.

Breathe in and feel so relieved!
Breathe out and surrender!

God’s working through you now. You don’t have to second-guess your actions. You don’t have to worry about what happens. God, I’m in your hands.

Breathe in and become it to see it!
Breathe out and take your power back!

You become what you want, and then you see what you want. So if you become grateful, you’ll start receiving things to be grateful for. Right now, decide to become grateful, to say thank you for all you have and all that’s coming. Feel that feeling of gratitude. Feel that feeling of appreciation. And feel how it magnetizes you!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing! Thank you for the flawless victory car rental return! Thank you for the easy cooking. Thank you for the fun day. Thank you for the new ideas and the creativity. Thank you for the flow.

Breathe in and say thank you for all that is and all that’s coming!
Breathe out and feel the way you want to feel, right now!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Get excited about your day, what you want is on the way! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe out and feel so much better already! Thank you!

Thank you! This is your power! When you can stay in the vibration of gratitude no matter what’s happening, you have the upper hand. You get to feel good no matter what. You get what you want, which is to feel good.

Now you’ve accepted what is. You’ve let god replace you. You’ve let go of your preferences. You’ve practiced the feeling of gratitude. You feel the way you want to feel. All that’s left to do is rest as you are. Stay as you are. I am.

That’s because your thoughts make the problems. And when you are aware, you’re still thinking, you still notice thoughts, but you’re the witness. You’re zoomed out watching the thoughts, not lost in the thoughts.

Relax your body.

Breathe out and relax into saying yes.

Yes, I’m anxious. Yes I’m overwhelmed. Yes I’m thinking about what I have to do next. Yes, I feel rushed. Yes, I want to see this person. Yes, I’m grasping and seeking and thinking I have something to gain. Yes, I feel overwhelmed and anxious. Yes, I want to hurry up and get to the good part!

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing into what is.

Keep deeply accepting what is.

Breathe in and let god take care of it today.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences by saying, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

I know that I want all of these things, and I want them to go my way, and I want the timing to be perfect. But I trust that if I let god live me—make my decisions—that I’ll be in the right place at the right time and everything will go perfectly. So, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

Thank you for helping me let go of what I think I want, the way I think things should go, when I know it’s not necessarily right. Thank you for replacing me with you. Thank you for living me. Thank you for getting my separate self out of the way!

Breathe out and really feeling. Thank you! Thank you!

It’s the best day of your life! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing! Thank you for helping me stay sober today! Thank you for the magick life! Thank you for the miracles and the solutions! Thank you for the love and connection! Thank you for helping stabilize as I am!

Breathe in and feel so grateful for all you have.
Breathe out and feel relaxed because you are grateful and now god is living you.

You don’t have to worry about anything. You don’t have to worry about decisions or your to-do list. You don’t have to wonder. God’s on the case. You can relax now!

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and stabilize as you are.

Allow yourself to shine as light of knowing. You can start with the thought, I AM. I am shining as the light of knowing in which these experiences arise. I am shining as the light of knowing in which these thoughts arise. As you go about your day, whenever something bothers you or you start resisting, or desperately seeking, say to yourself, “I am shining as the light of knowing in which these thoughts arise.” And help yourself see those thoughts aren’t you and you don’t have to listen to them! You don’t have to be a slave to your mind! You don’t have to identify with those thoughts! You are the light of knowing in which the thoughts appear! You are god!

Breathing in, I am shining as the light of knowing.
Breathing out, I am shining as the light of knowing in which this is appearing. I am the space in which it all arises. I am space. So what do I care?

Radiate Knowing (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say, I am.
Breathe out and feel your sense of being. I am.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and feel yourself exist, right here, right now.

Breathing in, I AM.
Breathing out, I AM.

I am shining as the light of knowing in which all of my thoughts appear. I am shining as the light of knowing in which everything is happening. Nothing has to affect me when I am shining as the light of knowing.

Breathe in and shine as the light of knowing.
Breathe out and remember you won’t find it in your mind.

There’s nothing to think about. Just start radiating right now. You’re already doing it. But take a moment to notice: you are shining as the light of knowing.

Breathe in and shine as the light of knowing.
Breathe out and shine as the light of knowing.

Recognize it right now. You exist. You are aware. You are the awareness that makes up everything.

Breathe in and be aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and recognize who you really are.

You are! That’s it! You don’t have to say anything else. You are. You exist. That’s it, that’s all! I am. I am the light of knowing in which everything appears. Nothing has to affect me because everything comes and goes but I get to stay as I am, the light of knowing in which it all appears. One with everything, in love.

Breathe in and be in love today.
Breathe out and trust.

Trust that you can do this, that you can flip the switch from being mind-identified, worried about problems, to simply identifying as the light of knowing in which the problems appear.

Breathe in and get some distance from the problems.
Breathe out and feel so relieved! You can spend the rest of your life identified as the light of knowing in which things appear.

The problems will never stop. The issues, the desires—it never stops. If you’re affected by things that happen, you’re going to keep getting affected worse and worse as you get older. It’s time to step away from the finite mind of matter and bodies and thoughts, into the light of knowing, the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and shine as the light of knowing!
Breathe out and just exist as the light of knowing for a moment.

Say to yourself, “I am shining as the light of knowing in which my thoughts appear.”

Breathe in and shine, radiate knowing!
Breathe out and be so free! You can stay here as you are, unaffected by the ups and downs of life. You can stay as you are, like this, the light of knowing, far beyond the death of your body. Eternally. Nothing has to bother you ever again! Because you are the pure love that everything is arising from. The pure love that everything appears in.

Breathe in and say, “I am shining as the light of knowing!”
Breathe out and keep returning to this all day.

I am shining as the light of knowing in which this thought appears. Any time something bothers you—I am shining as the light of knowing in which this problem appears. And then you can see the problem is so little, it’s a tiny cloud and you don’t have to focus on it. You can focus on who you really are—infinite! Pure awareness! The light of knowing! Love!

Breathe in and say, “I am shining as the light of knowing!”
Breathe out and know who you really are. The light of knowing. The pure love everything appears in. You are aware. You are now in the flow!

Breathe out and relax. You made it! You’re here! You’re awake! You’re alive! You’re awake in the dream right here, right now.

Breathe in and say, I am.
Breathe out and say, I am.

Feel right now your sense of being. Feel the recognition that you exist.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

I am existing. I am awake. I am here right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and be the source of everything in your reality.

Recognize right now that the more you rest as you are, the more you stabilize as “I am,” the more your reality will be permeated with peace and love and joy.

Breathe in and celebrate! Oneness is seen!
Breathe out and be one with everything.

Only language separates us. Only language makes us suffer psychologically. Allow yourself to go beyond the mind today. Step outside of the thought stream. Every time you get caught in worry, say to yourself, “The answer is not in the mind!”

Breathe in and feel for your sense of being.
Breathe out and say, I am.

I am shining as the light of knowing. I am the light of knowing in which my thoughts appear. In which thoughts appear—they’re not even your thoughts. They’re just thoughts.

Breath in and shine as the light of knowing.
Breathe out and shine as the light of knowing in which everything is happening. Everything is known. Everything is seen.

You are the light of knowing in which it is all appearing and disappearing. But you never appear or disappear. You are eternal, you are always here. I am always I am.

Breathe in and say, I am.
Breathe out and feel it right now, recognize your sense of being. Feel yourself shining as the light of knowing right now. I am.

It’s not in the mind, you don’t have to think about it. There are no thoughts that apply. I am is just the pointer to that feeling, to that recognition that you exist.

Breathe in and simplify your life.
Breathe out and laugh because it’s so simple!

Thoughts make everything so complex, separating things more and more and more. Dissecting, analyzing, picking apart. But really it’s all one. We are all one and we can all rest easy now.

Oneness is seen.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am shining as the light of knowing in which it all appears!

I don’t have to identify as my thoughts. I don’t have to think this thought of resistance is me! I don’t have to be under the spell of thoughts, acting like they’re my problem! They’re just thoughts and if you ignore them, they go away!

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am shining as the light of knowing. That’s it and that’s all. Everything else is just arising. Coming and going. But I am stable as I am. Resting in my source. Pure awareness. At peace. In love.

Shine as the Light of Knowing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Do I have to identify as that voice?”
Breathe out and be the light of knowing that the voice appears in.

As you go about your day today, notice your thoughts. Notice how you immediately think your thoughts are you. “I don’t like this. I hate it when this happens. I need this to happen.” And on and on and on. But you are actually the light of knowing that the thoughts appear in. You are the pure awareness that things arise and disappear in. You are the awareness, the knowing, the light that everything comes and goes in. And you don’t have to identify as that voice that comes and goes.

Breathe in and be free from that voice in your head!
Breathe out and just take a moment to notice, right now.

Wait for a thought to come. I thought, “I don’t want to do this.” But that’s not me. That’s just a thought that came from nowhere and it will go back to nowhere. I AM the light of knowing that the thought appears in. I am the knowing that knows that thought came and went.

Breathe in and simply identify as the knowing.
Breathe out and shine as the light of knowing.

Breathe in and say, I am.
Breathe out and feel it. I am. I exist.

How long have you been seeking? How long have you been trying to get away from the torture in your head? How long have you been looking for the answer, the way to feel good no matter what? The way to enjoy being alive, even when bad things happen? How long have you been looking?

Breathe in and remember how long it’s been.
Breathe out and know: the search is over.

You’ve just been looking in the wrong place. You’ve been looking in your thoughts, in the mind, in books, in words. But the truth can never be spoken in words. The truth is not available in language. The truth that YOU ARE is simply that: you are! You exist.

Breathe in and exist.
Breathe out and rest as you are.

You just sit there and you can think, “I am.” But you feel that “I AM”. You feel that you are. I feel that I am. I know that I am. It’s a knowing. It’s not a thought. I know for sure I am. And so you can rest there, right now. You can start with the thought I AM to get the feeling to remember what you’re trying to do. I AM. And then just radiate knowing! Radiate the light of knowing. It’s not in your mind. It’s not a thought. You’ll never find it there. It’s knowing. It’s a recognition. It’s right here. It’s what you are.

Breathing in, I am.
Breathing out, I am.

I am always I am. Everything else comes and goes. But I AM always I AM.

Breathe in and be.
Breathe out and just be.

The search is over. You don’t have to seek any more. You just stay as you are, shining as the light of knowing. Sit right there as long as you can, and say: I AM. I am shining as the light of knowing. And feel yourself shining knowing! Just sit there and shine. Can you sit there and shine? You don’t have to think about it. But I think you know how to shine.
