You Know Who You Really Are (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Are you aware?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and answer, “Yes, I am!”

Breathe in and wake up in the dream! Stop fucking around!
Breathe out and get some clarity right now!

Step back from your thoughts. Dissolve your mind into the infinite. It’s time!

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and become aware of awareness.

Feel your mind go to the placeless place, when it turns around to look at itself.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Now your mind will fight. It will say, “Why would I just sit here being aware, when I could be doing some mental trickery to get manifestations and miracles? Why would I want to give up control and just be aware of being aware?”

Breathe in and listen to the mind.
Breathe out and see that you’re not your mind. You’re aware of your mind. You’re aware of your thoughts. You’re just watching your thoughts. You’re watching your mind resist dissolving into the infinite.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and know you are the most open when you’re empty.

And you are the most empty when you’re simply aware of awareness, not thinking, not resisting, not seeking, not taking shape.

Breathe in and let it be as it is.
Breathe out and feel how everything is alive. Everything is conscious. Everything is you. Everything is awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

The mind gets afraid by the simple technique of asking, “Am I aware?” The mind wants to complicate it. But you know who you really are. You know that you’re watching it. You know that you’re the watcher, the witness of the witness.

Breathe in and remember you are that which is aware.
Breathe out and know: you are knowing itself!

Your mind condenses your perspective to a single point, for fun! Just to see what happens! Let’s see what happens! But at any time, you can return to the infinite and enjoy physical reality at the same time.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

There’s nothing else to it. I AM. Rest in this being. Rest in your sense of being.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Let yourself get out of the way. You’ll receive impulses to act that are synchronous and in the flow and you’ll have perfect timing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Go into the stillness. Be the silence. Be the unborn.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Rest in this being. Rest in just the feeling I AM. The knowing I AM. The recognizing I AM.

Breathe in and know everything is perfect and in its place.
Breathe out and relax because when you are aware, you have no problems!

Trust that you can let go. Trust that you can dissolve into the infinite. And come back renewed, creative, whole.

Be God’s Hands (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Right now, surrender. Give up those thoughts. Whatever is bothering you, whatever you’re thinking about, say to it: I surrender!

Breathing in, I surrender!
Breathing out, I am giving up control!

Remember that control is letting go. And when you let go and trust, you can see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and think about what you want today.
Breathe out and feel how you would feel when you get it.

Right now, pulse the feeling of thank you, of gratitude for getting what you want. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you thank you thank you! Now you’ve surrendered. You’ve practiced feeling the way you want to feel. All that’s left to do is stay as you are. Surrender. Rest in your awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Right now, let god replace you. Surrender your personhood. Surrender your preferences. Surrender your need to control.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

When you give up your personal desires, your need for things to go a certain way, and you ask god to replace you, then you know everything is working out. You’re doing everything right. You’re acting with love. You are being an instrument for god. And there’s nothing else to worry about!

Breathe in and say thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathe out and feel your power.

When you surrender what you want, and you let yourself be an instrument for god, what you want comes to you. And you get to serve. You get to be god’s hands.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

Today, as you go about your day, any time you start to doubt or worry or fear, feel paranoid, anxious, concerned—say to yourself, “If you believe in god, you have nothing to fear!”

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

If you let go of your personal desires and needs, your ego’s wants for things to go a certain way—if you can let that go and just let god replace you, you’ll know you’re doing everything right. You’ll know you’re acting with love. You’ll know you’re on the right path and you’ll know it’s all happening in your favor!

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

When you know that you are god inside and outside, you are whole and complete and you need nothing. And then, the things that your ego wanted, come to you! Because you are no longer projecting lack. And when you ask, it is given, you just have to get out of the way!

If you believe in god, you have nothing to fear. And if the word god tuns you off, replace it with life, love, infinite intelligence—whatever thing that’s bigger than you that you believe in. If you believe in that force, that flow of energy, you are safe. You are protected from all harm. And you have nothing to fear!

Trust that it’s all happening in your favor. You believe in god. You have nothing to fear!

Let’s See What Happens! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

However you feel right now, welcome it. Whatever you’re thinking right now, welcome it.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and surrender. And feel how much better you feel when you stop resisting what is.

Just surrender. Say it: I surrender.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

When you surrender, not only do you stop your own suffering, but you also make space for miracles and manifestations. And even though it feels like you’re giving up, like there’s nothing you can do, like you want to change things but you can’t—when you feel like there’s just nothing left that you can do to change the situation and you surrender—that’s when life takes care of it for you.

Breathe in and decide to surrender now!
Breathe out and know: you don’t have to wait until you have no other choice but to surrender. You can surrender in every moment, before the contrast gets too high.

You can stay in a state of surrender. And there are so many techniques. You can say yes to what is. You can say thank you. Thank you god for replacing me with you. My personal current favorite is saying, “Let it play!” Whatever it is that’s stressing you out, anything that makes you feel anxious or paranoid:

Breathe in and say, “Let it play!”
Breathe out and step into the observer position just by saying, “Let it play! I’m here to watch. Let’s see what happens. Lets see what happens! Let it play!”

Start feeling confident about life! Life is taking care of you. And if you’re afraid or anxious or paranoid,

Breathe in and let it play.
Breathe out and let’s see what happens!

Even if the worst happens, you can survive. You’ll be fine. But the worst isn’t going to happen. And when you notice anxiety, fear, or paranoia and you say to it, “Let it play. Let’s see what happens”—you take your power back and you co-create with life and then the miracles come! And instead of getting your worst-case scenario, you’ll get a miracle that you never could have expected. Just by surrendering, letting it play, and just seeing what happens!

Breathe in and be playful about life today!
Breathe out and let the miracles come!

They always come when you’re playful! When you have a playful vibration, when you surrender and say, “Let it play. Let’s see what happens,” you can feel that shift in your energy. You start feeling curious and excited about, “Ooh, what could happen if I let this play?” And then life plays with you.

Breathe in and be playful today.
Breathe out and let’s see what happens!

Any time you notice that anxiety, fear, paranoia, or you’re just resisting things as you normally would as you go about your day, say to yourself, “Let it play. Let’s see what happens.” Because life takes care of life. Everything is happening in your favor. And when you let go, it flows!

Breathing in, let it play!
Breathing out, let’s see what happens!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Give up. Let go of your preferences. Just relax.

Breathe in and stop fighting what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Today, decide to trust the process of life. Anything that you want, that you’re looking for, that you’re seeking, you only want it because you think you’ll feel better when you get it. Today, decide to feel better right now!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

You are looking for you!

Breathe in and be here.
Breathe out and know: whatever it is that you want, it’s inside! It’s you! You are looking for you!

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Relax into awareness. When you’re looking for satisfaction or manifestation or just to get through life without suffering, you’re looking for you. You are the creator. You are god. You already are the thing that you’re looking for.

What you seek for is where you’re seeking from.

Breathe in and know it’s already inside of you.
Breathe out and start feeling excited because you are looking for you and you’re right here! So you already have it!

Who you really are—pure awareness—that’s what you’re looking for. When you let go of your thoughts, your sensations, your perceptions, your fears—when you let go of all of the mental activity, what remains? It’s pure awareness.

Breathe in and be that pure awareness.
Breathe out and know that’s what you’re looking for on this spiritual journey.

You’re just looking for you. You’re coming home to you. You are the one you’ve been looking for. You are the one you’ve been waiting for. Only your thoughts can separate you from you. You are already one with everything. You are already me.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and hear that answer: yes, I am aware.

Now if god is pure awareness, and you are aware of awareness, you already are connected to god. You already are god!

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and know: yes I am aware!

I am awareness itself! I already am god. I already found what I needed. The only thing missing, ever, is god. And when you remember you are pure awareness, and you remember god is pure awareness, nothing more is missing. You are whole. You are complete.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and know: yes, I am aware! I am aware of awareness. I am aware of the presence of god.

Breathe in and be aware of the presence of god.
Breathe out and rest in your awareness.

You are what you’ve been looking for. You are looking for you. And now you have found your true self—pure awareness. And now you have no problems, because when you are aware, you have no problems.

Breathe in and know nothing ever happens to pure awareness!
Breathe out and know: pure awareness was never born and it will never die. You are now aware, you are now in the flow!

Let It Play (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

It’s all happening in your favor, I promise!

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

It’s all working out for you. Today, as you go about your day, notice what you’re thinking. Notice what you’re perceiving. And let it play!

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and notice what you’re perceiving.

Any time you notice a thought that is seeking or resisting—a thought that makes you feel less than good, a thought that makes you feel incomplete—any time you notice something like this, say to yourself, “Let it play!”

Breathe in and notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and notice what you’re perceiving.

Notice what you’re witnessing. And let it play! Get out of the way, and let it play!

Breathe in and notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and notice what you are witnessing.

When you have a thought that you don’t like, when you notice your inner world is a way you don’t want it to be, instead of trying to change it, instead of trying to do something like think the opposite, or resist it, struggle, say you don’t like it—instead of trying to change what is, let it play!

This way, when you notice a thought that you don’t like and you say, “Let it play,” you don’t identify with it. You let it just peter out. You let it just fade away back into the infinite from where it came.

Breathe in and let it play!
Breathe out and trust the process of life—even the process of life that’s happening in your inner world.

Those thoughts you don’t like—the self criticism, the judgements, the resistance, the seeking, the lack—all of these thoughts that your ego produces—all of these thoughts that just pass through you, they’re not you! And instead of ever thinking that they’re yours and you have to change them, you can just look at them and let them play and then they disappear into the infinite and you don’t have to be affected by them and you don’t have to let them grow into problems!

Breathe in and feel so relieved! You get to let it play!
Breathe out and think about the real meaning of letting it play.

You’re letting IT—god, consciousness—play out. So that it can surprise with magickal synchronous solutions and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and let it play!
Breathe out and know: it’s all happening in your favor!

Whatever you’re observing, whether it’s something you’re thinking that you don’t like, or someone you’re judging, or even wanting to schedule things, time master things—whatever you’re perceiving, let it play instead of getting in the way!

Breathe in and let it play!
Breathe out and get out of the way!

When you notice anything you don’t like, say, “Let it play,” whether it’s inside of outside. Let it play. Let IT play. Let god play and you’ll see it’s a gift for you.

Breathing in, let it play!
Breathing out, get out of the way!

It’s all for you. It’s all happening in your favor. And if you can let go, surrender, and let god play, you’ll receive everything you ever wanted!

The One Thing That Can’t Be Taken From You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

It can only reflect you.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and take responsibility for your current situation.

Today, empower yourself. Take responsibility for how you feel.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “How do I feel?”
Breathe out and let yourself feel whatever it is you feel.

I feel abandoned. I feel insecure. I feel like I did something wrong. I feel unworthy.

Breathe in and think about how you feel.
Breathe out and sit with that feeling.

Where is that feeling in your body? Unworthiness is in my heart. It’s like a quicksand in my heart. And no matter what happens, everything just falls through that quicksand.

Breathe in and keep sitting with the feeling.
Breathe out and don’t be afraid to feel that feeling.

Keep feeling where the feeling is in your body. The quicksand just keeps falling away. Sand through my fingers. Anything I try to hold onto leaves.

Breathe in and keep sitting with the feeling.
Breathe out and feel that feeling in your body.

It feels like nothing I do is ever good enough. And when I do finally get into alignment, and the good manifestations come, then I get attached to them and they’re ripped away from me.

Breathe in and feel the feeling, wherever it is.
Breathe out and just sit with that feeling in your body.

Sinking, sinking, sinking, sinking, sinking. So now I’ve felt my unworthiness, my insecurity. I’ve felt it in my body. And I can feel the feeling passing. I’m letting it go. I’m surrendering.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes I feel insecure and unworthy. Yes I’ve been here before. Yes I know how to deal with it. Yes I can bounce back. Yes I can let go. Yes I can let go.

Breathe in and go within!
Breathe out and remember: everything you want on the outside can be given on the inside. Right now, I want attention. I want validation. I want love. And I can give myself attention, validation and love.

Breathe in and say “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, your personhood, your complaints, your likes and dislikes.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and hear that answer. Yes I am aware.

When you are aware, you have no problems. when you are aware, you are in alignment, merged with god.

Breathe in and become aware of being aware.
Breathe out and keep surrendering your thoughts.

If you have a painful emotion, feel it. Let it go. And go back to being aware. The one thing you always have that can’t be taken from you is your awareness. And when you rest in your awareness, you have that unconditional love. You are god. You have everything you could ever need. And you’ll never die and you were never born. And everything is perfect and in its place when you stay as you are.

Breathe in and just relax.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

It always comes when you’re relaxed.

If being aware of being aware isn’t working, it’s because your mind is too unfocused, too undisciplined. First, just practice the feeling you want.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Then go to some kind of focus practice like silent counting or focusing on your breath. You are the creator. It’s only reflecting you. Take your power back right now, and remember who the fuck you are!

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck about all of these physical world temporary things! When I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! And I love myself and I don’t give a fuck!

Whatever Happens, You Don’t Mind (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is!

It’s time to surrender. And you can surrender by saying, “I surrender!” Or by repeating “YES! YES! YES!” Or with, “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” Or even, “Who am I who needs to surrender? Who am I who believes there is something to surrender?”

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and feel enthusiastic today.

Just keep saying yes to what is! However it is, is how it’s supposed to be. And your super power is that no matter what happens, you don’t mind!

Breathe in and decide to not mind today!
Breathe out and don’t steal my knuckle tattoo idea: DON’T MIND!

Remember this: whatever happens, you don’t mind!

Breathe in and decide to be happy either way!
Breathe out and know that you are happy either way!

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. You are god inside of there! You are god! There is a point in you that touches god! It’s god! It’s all god!

Breathe in and trust the process of life! It’s all god!
Breathe out and say YES and THANK YOU and WHO AM I who even gets stressed??

Everything is working out for you! Step back from the roller coaster of preferences and likes and dislikes and ups and downs and wanting something so bad and then you get it and you don’t even care! Just step away from all of the material world concerns! Dissolve yourself into the infinite, right now! And then you’re practicing the art of letting life come to you.

Breathe in and let life come to you today!
Breathe out and decide to not suffer anymore!

It’s up to you whether you suffer or not! So decide right now, you don’t mind what happens! Someone dies, you don’t mind. Someone lives, you don’t mind. You get a lot of money, you don’t mind. You lose a relationship, you don’t mind. In theory, it sounds wonderful. Sure I don’t mind whatever happens! It’s going to take practice. You can flip the switch and never mind again but for most of us, it’s a lifelong journey to stay as you are: perfect, whole, pure awareness.

Breathe in and practice right now, being that pure awareness.
Breathe out and let all of your material world concerns go!

Let them go. Release them. Drop it. Surrender.

Breathe in and surrender.
Breathe out and relax your body.

If there is one word for this year, it’s RELAX. Because it always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and stay as you are.

If you want life to work out, if you want what you want to come to you, if you want to be happy, drop all the seeking. Drop all the resisting. Right now! And just enjoy it the way it is.

Breathing in, I don’t mind!
Breathing out, I don’t mind!

And sure your ego resists this and says, “But I do mind! I do want things. I am seeking for things. I am resisting things.” And to that you can say, “Well, am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

When you ask, “Am I aware?” and your mind does that non-action thing of finding out, “Yes, I am aware,”—in those moments, you’re merged with god. In those moments, you’re free. And if you let those moments build up, if you keep practicing dissolving in the infinite, if you keep going there, relaxing, surrendering, letting go, not minding, you keep practicing that—then suddenly you feel unconditional love for no reason. Really good things happen to you for no reason.

Breathe in and let the miracles come!
Breathe out and stay as you are today!

No matter what happens, you don’t mind! And if you want to really mean it, just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And stay in that placeless place of pure awareness where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

However things are, is how it’s meant to be.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Being here is enough! This moment right here, everything ever created led up to right now. Being here is enough. You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to think about anything, worry about anything. You don’t have to wonder what’s next. You don’t have to think about your to-do list. Being here is enough.

Breathe in and just be here.
Breathe out and smile because being here is enough!

What if you really knew that to be true? That you could just be here and that’s enough to feel love? That’s enough to have abundance? That’s enough to get what you want?

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, being here is enough.

If you can believe that statement, if you can know it to be true—that being here really is enough—then everything you want will come to you. Life will bring you what you want. Life will take care of you.

Breathe in and know: being here is enough!
Breathe out and know it to be true! Being here is enough!

There’s nowhere else you have to be. You don’t have to please anyone. You don’t have to wait around for anything to change. Being here is enough. And if you can know that, what you want will come to you.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, being here is enough.

Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” That turns your mind around to look at itself. After you ask, “Am I aware?” and you know that you are aware, you can just rest in that knowing. Rest in the I AM. Know that it’s enough to just be here. It’s enough that you ARE. That’s all you have to do.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, being here is enough.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And that’s enough! It’s enough to just be here, to be aware of being aware.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, I am aware.

I am aware being here is enough. I am aware being here is enough. Why is being here enough? Because then you’re relaxed. You’re resting. You’re open to receiving. You’re content where you are. And the whole idea of all this spirituality practice, is to know you are the creator and that if you become it, you’ll see it in physical reality. That’s the fun of getting to be alive!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And I am aware that being here is enough. Resting in the I AM is enough. Being is enough. You’re already doing enough. You don’t have to do anything more. Today, as you go about your day, surrender. Embrace what is. And know that being aware of being aware, or being here, is enough.

Your Power Is Ready (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and remember: all of your power is here, right now, ready for you.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and just relax your body.

Surrender your preferences. However things are, is how it’s meant to be.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Keep letting go. Every time something distracts you, or you think about something that stresses you,

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Yes, I am aware.

When you’re distracted, when you feel tension in your body, that means you’re ego-identified. That means you are worried about what you have to gain or lose.

Breathe in and feel your body.
Breathe out and feel where you have any tension in your body.

Let that tension go. It’s time to stop identifying with the ego and start identifying with your true self.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and just laugh.

What can you do? When you’re distracted, it’s your ego wanting things to be a certain way. When you’re distracted, your ego thinks you have something to gain or lose. Right now I’m distracted worrying about losing views because of dogs barking, thinking I have something to lose. But when I am aware, I have nothing to gain or lose. Pure awareness is never in a hurry. It never resists. Nothing can happen to it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your mind turning back around in on itself. Yes, I am aware.

Relieve your mind of its activity. Dissolve back into the infinite. You don’t have to suffer anymore!

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice: Yes, I am aware.

Zoom out to be the watcher. To everything you can say, “Even this is seen.” You are the watcher. You are none of this activity.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep surrendering.

Any time you find yourself suffering, worrying about what someone else thinks, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

It might seem dull to be in the neutral state of awareness, but that’s where the miracles are. As soon as you release the tension and relax and go back to your neutral state, the miracles come to you!

Breathe in and practice the art of letting life come to you today!
Breathe out and relax. Because it always comes when you’re relaxed.

I surrender. I’m letting that go. I’ve decided to feel good about that. It’s working itself out! I surrender!

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and bring your attention into this moment.

Let those thoughts go. You can’t solve a problem while you’re thinking about the problem. You’re creating, perpetuating more of the problem.

Breathe in and let yourself become a match to the solution!
Breathe out and let life take care of life!

Your finite mind can’t understand how a miracle could happen to solve your problem. And that’s why you step away from your finite mind, dissolve into the infinite, and let life figure out for you.

Breathe in and let life take care of life.
Breathe out and trust the process of life!

Trust that there is something bigger than you. Trust in the infinite! Trust that help is available, right now! Trust that god is on your side and wants you to thrive. All you have to do is let go! It’s the easiest thing and the hardest thing. It’s the easiest because you’re already here! And it’s the hardest because your mind doesn’t want to let go of control.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of control today!

Surrender! Whatever the problem is that you think you have to figure out, whatever little thing gets stuck in your mind that you can tell is becoming a problem—decide right now to let life take care of it! Surender. Does it really matter if it doesn’t get taken care of? Give life a chance to help you! Give yourself 24 hours to let life take care of it. And you go relax!

Breathe in and surrender today!
Breathe out and let life take care of it!

Give life a chance to help you! You don’t have to control everything. You don’t have to figure it out! You don’t have to solve every problem as soon as it comes up. It always comes when you’re relaxed. The solutions come when you let go. Today, just let go. Surrender. Surrender. Surrender! And relax. And then life will bring you your solution!

Breathe in and relax today!
Breathe out and surrender today! Just let yourself relax for 24 hours.

Give yourself a break. You deserve it!

Whatever that mess is in your mind, whatever loose ends there are, you’re never going to get it done. You’re never going to finish. You’ll never check off everything on your list. But when you relax and feel good for no reason, just because you’re enjoying being, that’s when life takes care of your to-do list.

I’ve decided to feel good about that. I’ve let that shit go! And once you’ve made peace and let those thoughts go, you can say “thank you” to get yourself in that great mood of receiving!

Because you must be it to see it! And right now you can become what you want to receive!

Thank you! Thank you! And now that you’ve practiced the feeling of gratitude, go back to surrendering. Just be here now. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Practice this process as much as you can. Surrender whatever junk is going on in your mind. It’s just looking for problems. Surrender right now! Let it go!

Breathing out, I’m letting life take care of that today!

You surrender your control. You feel the way you want to feel with thank you. And then you just rest in your being. You relax in your awareness. You just sit there, happy to be alive. And then the miracles flow, I promise!
