The Real Solution to Codependency (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

Stop trying to change it. Just let it be what it is. It is what it is.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Instead of saying yes to what is today, say, “I don’t give a fuck,” to what is. Maybe that will help us accept things deeply, more easily.

Breathe in and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck if I ever see that person again. I don’t give a fuck if I ever stop being codependent. I don’t give a fuck if I ever figure this fucking life thing out. I don’t give a fuck if I cry and release these emotions. I don’t give a fuck if I ever feel better. I don’t give a fuck what happens the rest of my day. I don’t give a fuck if I finish this book over on time. I don’t give a fuck if I miss my deadlines. I don’t give a fuck if this person is mad at me. I don’t give a fuck! I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and see where you’re clearly giving a fuck!
Breathe out and just accept it.

It’s ok to care. But when you care, you push it away. Sometimes directly saying, “I don’t care,” helps you to release attachment to outcome.

Breathe in and acknowledge your attachment to outcome.
Breathe out and try it. Say, “I don’t give a fuck about the outcome. I don’t give a fuck if I ever see that person again. I don’t give a fuck if the whole thing blows up. I don’t give a fuck!”

Breathe in and decide to be happy either way!
Breathe out and notice where you are mixed with experience.

It can be fun and challenging to pick apart our lives to find out where we’re psychologically fucked up and where we need to stop being codependent and how we need to stand up for ourselves and learn to say no and make boundaries and all those things are great. But the only boundary that really matters is the illusory one that separates you from god. Today we are going to let go of all boundaries, so that oneness may be seen!

Breathe in and know: it’s not up to you!
Breathe out and surrender your responsibility.

Surrender thinking you’re a separate person who can make decisions. We’re all one, so you’re off the hook. You don’t have to feel guilty for your bad choices anymore. It was consciousness all along, not you!

Breathe in and lighten up! If we’re all one, it’s not your fault!
Breathe out and surrender. There’s no such thing as free will because we’re all one and the separate self is an illusion!

You as a person in a body—it’s an illusion. All that is real is awareness!

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness!
Breathe out and know that’s the real solution to codependency.

If you simply identify as pure awareness, you’re everything. There’s nothing separate to depend on!

Breathe in and be light about it! It just doesn’t matter!
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

It means letting go of your thoughts and attachments to outcome. It means letting go of letting things in your life make you feel good or bad. And if there are people in your life making you feel good, they’re going to make you feel bad, so right now decide to feel good regardless of your circumstances by simply identifying as pure awareness. And you do that by,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware that I am aware. When I am aware, I have no problems. Because when I am aware, there is no lack, no agitation, no separation. There’s no codependency when I am aware, because there is no separate self to suffer!

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and be codependent no more! Because you simply identify as pure awareness, and that’s it and that’s all.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! I am now aware and I am now in the fucking flow!

Breathe out and know this is the right time.

You were meant to be here. Everything is perfect and in its place. You are doing everything right.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you! Thank you. Thank you!

Breathe in and become a match to miracles.
Breathe out and let it be simple.

You just say thank you and really mean it. Whatever’s happening: thank you! Thank you. Yes. Thank you. Whatever you are being given is what you want if you can release the resistance to what is.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Just imagine how powerful, how fun life can be if you can say yes and thank you to everything and not be so affected by your circumstances!

Breathe in and activate your super power!
Breathe out and feel how powerful you are when you have a vibration of, “Yes, more please, thank you! Yes I trust the process of life! I trust god. I trust that this, what I’m being given, is what I really want.”

Breathe in and really trust life today.
Breathe out and know it’s all happening in your favor.

You really can relax. Whatever problems you’re facing, whatever things that are happening that you don’t like, they actually are happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you for what is. Thank you.

And really feel that feeling of gratitude. It’s the ultimate zinger to all the people in your life or the circumstances that get you down. If you can act like, “Don’t worry, I wanted this! This is actually what I wanted!” nothing can ever bring you down. Nothing can ever sway you or affect your mood, if you say thank you to everything that comes your way!

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! And then your good attitude, your gratitude, creates such a strong forcefield of manifestation, it creates miracles that now you’re able to see, because you made yourself feel better. You didn’t need the world to change to feel better. You felt better on your own because you decided to. And when you become it, you see it! It’s all in your hands!

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

I know it’s happening in my favor. I trust the process of life. I know it’s all working out for me. Everything ever has already worked out for me. I’m here! And I’m happy!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and be free.

Be free today. Quit letting the world affect you. And start affecting the world.

You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s safe to give up trying to control right now. Just surrender and let life figure it out.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and get in that vibration of gratitude.

You have to be it to see it. So before we go anywhere else, let’s become what we want to see.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you!

Breathing in, yes! Yes!

Feel how what you want is coming to you. Feel how life is on your side. Feel how you are the creator! And all you have to do is choose to feel the way you want to feel, and then you see it reflected!

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You are primed for miracles now. You are primed for manifestations. It’s time to relax and just stay as you are, pure awareness. In the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Rest in the knowing of who you really are. You are aware. You are aware that you are aware. You are awareness itself, witnessing the play of consciousness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

When I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no lack, no agitation, no separation. When I am aware, everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am! Yes!

As you go about your day, use this sacred question, “Am I aware?” to stay as you are, to remain stabilized in the present moment. But if “Am I aware?” isn’t hitting, if you can’t quite pull your attention to be aware of being aware, try saying to yourself, as you look around, “I am that.”

Breathing in, I am That.
Breathing out, I am That.

Everything you see, everything you perceive, everything you sense, everything you think—it’s all one. It’s all you. Pure awareness. And when you look at things that you don’t like or that you resist or even that you’re neutral about, or that you love, and you say “I am that”—it’s so trippy! It really helps you see that you are everything! You are localized in your body, temporarily. But you can transcend this feeling of being localized awareness, just by looking around and saying, “I am That!”

Breathing in, oneness is seen!
Breathing out, oneness is seen.

I am that.

Breathe in and celebrate because oneness is seen!
Breath out and just relax in this moment.

There’s nothing to do, nowhere to go, nothing to achieve. Just pure awareness relaxed, happy, at peace, in love, enjoying being.

Breathe in and know: I am that.
Breathe out and be who you really are. I am that!

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and surrender those thoughts.
Breathe out and remember: there is a whole realm beyond thought. A whole world. A whole universe.

There is so much waiting for you beyond thought.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Just start saying yes to what is. Yes, things feel weird in my house. Yes I regret doing something. Yes I’m remembering it’s all happening in my favor. Yes I feel uneasy. Yes I feel insecure, confused, uncertain.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile!

Smiling really does help flip the switch! This is the best day of your life! Everything is working out for you and it’s all happening in your favor, especially those things you have to drag yourself to say yes to. Those things that you don’t like. The things that are bothering you, your problems—it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and smile because it really is happening in your favor!
Breathe out and just trust.

Just trust it’s in your favor. You’ve been spared.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Start priming your enthusiasm pump right now! Yes! Thank you! It’s all happening in my favor!

Breathe in and know this to be true!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Feel the feeling of gratitude. When you’re present, when you are one with life, you feel gratitude naturally. And so one shortcut to presence is to start feeling grateful now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! There’s so much to be grateful for!

Most things in your life are going well!

Breathe in and just say yes to what is so it can move on.
Breathe out and say thank you to feel that feeling of gratitude, to remember who you are! Pure awareness!

You have no problems! When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware, there is no lack, no agitation. There is no separation when you are aware.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer when you genuinely ask, “Am I aware?”

Yes! I am aware. That’s all you have to do to recognize, to remember, to realize who you really are. You are pure awareness, not mixed with anything like thoughts and perceptions and sensations and bodies. You are awareness. You were never born. You’re never going to die. You are that unchanging knowing.

Breathe in and feel safe because you are now aware!
Breathe out and feel secure and confident because you are aware that you are aware and that is it.

That’s all you need to know. It’s the absolute knowledge. The primary knowledge. The only thing that you need to relax into.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! I am aware that I am aware. I am aware of the presence of god. I am now aware. And I am now in the flow.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

Any time you notice a problem, remind yourself, “When I am aware, I have no problems. Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Feel that feeling of knowing. That certainly that, yes, I am aware. Rest in this certainty, in this knowing. This feeling of certainty and knowing will then permeate your entire reality with peace and happiness and love! It’s that simple!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware. I am aware of the presence of god. And life already is the way I want it to be!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and completely accept whatever is.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You think you want it to go a certain way, because you think you’ll feel better. But you can choose to feel better right now, and life will bring you exactly what you want, just bigger and better.

Breathe in and choose to feel good now!
Breathe out and remember how easy it is to feel good! It’s your natural state.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile! Smiling helps you feel good. It helps you lighten up. It helps you not take it so seriously. It’s not serious!

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It’s so easy to feel good. Because it is your natural state. When you get space from the thoughts that cause all of your suffering, happiness, peace, and love are revealed. That’s what you are!

Breathe in and stay as you are!
Breathe out and just rest as you are.

And one way to do that is asking yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and go to the placeless place of pure awareness.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

It’s safe to let go of control. It’s safe to trust that where you are is the right place and whatever is happening is in your favor.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and say thank you thank you thank you!

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for sparing me from the things that aren’t meant for me. Thank you for bringing me exactly what I need at exactly the right time.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and hear the answer. Yes. I am aware.

Stay in that knowing. Stay in that feeling of YES! Yes! Yes!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

You’ll know it’s working when you start feeling lighter and you start feeling better, when you’re asking “Am I aware?” Go there with your whole attention. Let go of the thoughts. That’s why we trust and thank life. So that we can let go of worrying. And just stay as we are and let it all work out for us.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware of the presence of god. I am aware that it’s happening in my favor. I am aware that there’s no need for words here.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Rest in this knowing, this feeling, this recognition, this revelation of who you really are: simply pure awareness! And when you rest here, one with life, you can see in the present moment, there is no agitation. So there is only peace. You are peace. In the present moment, there is no lack. SO there is happiness. In the present moment, there is no separation, so there is love. And you are love!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Go here with your whole attention. Remember who you really are: Pure Awareness!

You have to trust that life is on your side. And when things happen that you don’t expect, like someone says something that you didn’t expect, or you don’t get a reply, or you’re not invited—any time something happens that you take personally, instead of taking it personally, say thank you! Thank you! Thank you for sparing me! Thank you, thank you!

Breathe in and know it’s all happening in your favor!
Breathe out and feel this feeling of thank you before you get anything!

This is your power! This is how you direct your trip. This is how everything flows to you and you get what you want—just by feeling gratitude now where you are for what you already have.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

You don’t need anything else. Just that feeling. Thank you! It’s creating as I speak, thank you! Thank you! You can feel the particles rearranging themselves. What you perceive is changing based on how you feel.

It really works. You just have to trust. You have to choose to feel it, then you see it. That’s the way it works. I don’t make the rules. Feel it then see it. Actually I do make the rules, since I’m the creator, and that’s the rules.

No Separation from Those You Love (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Let your thoughts go. Say, “I don’t give a fuck.” You don’t really!

Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and remember that your suffering just comes from thinking.

And right now we can transcend thought, by staying as we already are, pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes! I am aware!

Yes I know this for sure. I feel the feeling of knowing. Yes I am aware.

Breathe in and relax because the mystery is solved!
Breathe out and put your trust in pure awareness.

Trust that all of this reality, all of you, all of it, is just awareness aware of itself. You are aware of what’s happening. You are aware that you are aware. And everything that you perceive or sense or think is all made up of awareness. It’s all awareness, pure awareness.

Breathe in and be that pure awareness.
Breathe out and rest as pure awareness.

Awareness is consciousness. It’s the substance that makes up everything, including you. And when you rest as awareness and let go of all the activity of perceptions and thoughts—when you let go of that activity, you are at peace. You are infinite. You are love itself.

Breathe in and let go of the activity.
Breathe out and just be the pure awareness, the background that everything is growing on, coming out of.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware that I am aware. To the logical mind it doesn’t sound like much. It sounds boring and dull and “What’s the point?” But practice this, asking yourself, “Am I aware?” genuinely looking for that answer and then staying in that feeling or recognition that, “Yes I am awareness itself!” Aware-ing. Knowing.

Breathe in and be free today!
Breathe out and surrender. You don’t have to give a fuck about anything but keeping your attention on awareness.

Just ask yourself, am I aware? And stay in that feeing. Stay in that knowing that yes, I am aware. Then you’re in the feeling of knowing. You have no problems because you’re not thinking. You’re not suffering. There is no lack. There is no agitation, and best of all, there is no separation from those you love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And when I am aware, I have no problems, no lack, no agitation, no separation. I am now aware. I am now in the flow!

Am I Not Aware? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let all of your thoughts go.

Keep relaxing your body. Keep letting go.

Breathe in and open to receiving!
Breathe out and smile because it will help you feel better.

Relaxing is your work today. Let yourself just be. Let yourself be aware that you are aware. That’s all you have to do.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen. Yes! I am aware!

If you’ve been asking yourself that a lot, and it’s not quite hitting, try, “Am I NOT aware?”

Breathing in, am I not aware?
Breathing out, am I not aware?

I am aware. Yes of course. I am aware. That’s it. That’s the only place. That’s where you should be. That’s all there is to it. No mantras, no mental codes, no techniques, just exist. Just stay as you are. Just be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Stay in that place of being aware. Things will come and try to capture your attention. “I’m aware of this. I’m aware of this. I’m aware of this.” And if you’re caught up in being mixed with experience, just accept where you are with “yes”.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, yes!

“Yes I’m thinking about the future. Yes I feel a little rushed. Yes I feel anxious and insecure. Yes I want things to go a certain way. Yes I’m thinking about what other people are doing. Yes I just want to feel good and be stable in my presence. Yes I can feel my attention seeking. Yes I’m noticing my attention seeking.” And on and on. If you can’t rest in awareness, say yes to where you are until you’re just sitting there like, “I am aware. I am now in the flow.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

See if you can just rest in the knowing that you are aware. Just be right here, right now. Am I not aware? No, of course I’m aware. That’s it! That feeling. I’m aware. I am aware. That’s it, stay there, right there. You’re there right now. Stay there.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Stay here for the whole year, the rest of the year, commit to it. You don’t need anything else. You don’t need anything to change. Awareness never changes. Awareness never moves. Awareness is always peaceful, happy and full, abundant, blissful. That’s how you really are. And it’s just the thoughts that make you suffer. But today you’re stepping outside of the thought stream into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathing out, of course I’m aware! I am now aware! I am now in the flow!

You are the creator. Take your power back right now.

Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You may want things to go a certain way and think that’s how you’ll be happy, but you have to choose to be happy first and then the things go your way. It can be no other way.

Breathe in and remember you must become it to see it.
Breathe out and surrender.

Quit taking action out of anxiety. Just be still until you have a fuck yeah. Be still until you know what to do. Be still. Be still. Be still.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s really not serious!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

It’s happening in your favor. This is happening in your favor. It’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and just accept what is.

Yes I’m feeling emotional because I’m reacting to a narrative in my head that’s probably not real. Yes I’m making things up to be worried about. Yes I’m giving my power away to someone else. Yes I feel like I messed up my video already. Yes I’m looking at the clock because I have something to do in 28 minutes. Yes I feel discombobulated. Yes I feel confused. Yes I feel lack. Yes I feel seeking. Yes I feel resistance.

Breathe in and keep accepting what is.
Breathe out and just say yes.

Be a yea sayer! Just be a yea sayer. Whatever’s happening is in your favor. You can relax now.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and be a yea sayer.

Yes I feel so sad. Yes I miss this person so bad and I care too much about what they think.

Breathe in and just accept what is!
Breathe out and surrender.

If you’re trying to get from a position of lack to a position of abundance, you first must pass through acceptance. You have to believe that things can work out for you. And if you don’t think that right now, just keep accepting what is until you feel better.

Breathe in and be a yea sayer!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is.

Yes this narrative in my head is frustrating. Yes I really need to cry a lot more than this. Yes I feel kinda devastated. Yes I’m too attached and I need to let go. Yes I am choosing to let go now. Yes I’m choosing to not give a fuck!

Take your power back! Remember the power of thank you. After you’ve gone from devastated and passed through acceptance by being a yea sayer, just practice the feeling of gratitude and you’ll get what you want. I promise!

Every new situation you go into, every segment of your day, greet it with unconditional enthusiasm, for everyone! Even those people whom you might have some resistance to, even those situations that you think you know how it’s going to play out, still! Go into it and meet these people with unconditional enthusiasm! Because when you be it, you see it! You become it, then you see it reflected. Because YOU are the source!

Breathe in and take your power back!
Breathe out and know: you are the source! You’re the creator of your life experience.

What you focus on, expands. If you can allow yourself to just relax and feel grateful for where you are, everything will start unfolding perfectly.

Thank you! Feel this feeling of enthusiasm. Feel spirit coming into you, revealing itself.

Thank you! Thank you! Smile when you go into that situation. Be confident because you are the source and if you can go in there being what you want to see reflected, you’ll get it! You just have to be brave enough to take the first step!

Thank you! Thank you! You are the source! Be confident in that. Know that. Know that when you choose to feel the way you want to feel, you get those things in your experience. It can be no other way. You are the creator.

Thank you! Even if you have history of not getting along with someone. If you have history—if you think you know it’s going to go a certain way so you’re pessimistic—even in these situations, go into it with unconditional enthusiasm. Because it feels good! You’re not even really trying to get something out if it. You’re just living the way you want to be living. And that’s all you can do.

Thank you! Remember that god is always on your side. And if the people in your life aren’t acting right, god is always there. And you can flip the switch in an instant. It can reflect it right away! History is an illusion. It’s just a thought. The past is just a thought. There is only the infinite right now.

Breathe out and thank you! Thank you, the switch is flipped!
