My 3 Part Plan to Get What You Want (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Surrender your thoughts. Surrender your preferences. I surrender! I surrender!

Breathe in and surrender to the field of knowing!
Breathe out and feel the relief that comes with surrender.

I give up! I surrender! I let go!

Breathe in and remember you must be it to see it!
Breathe out and start becoming it right now!

What is it that you want to see today? How do you want to feel when you get what you want today?

Breathe in and feel that way now.
Breathe out and say thank you because saying thank you is one of the easiest ways to feel the way you want to feel right now.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Today, you are receiving gifts from god. Today you are a gift from god. Today is a joyous occasion! And you get to play and have fun!

Breathing in, thank you for the joyous occasion!
Breathing out, thank you for the joyous occasion!

This day is a gift from god of course, but we can get lost in our thought tornadoes and caught up in worrying. But you can let all of that go with my 3 part plan! First, surrender. I give up! I’m not going to try to control anymore! I surrender! Whatever happens is what happens. I surrender! And then, you say thank you, to feel the way you want to feel! Because you have to feel it then you see it!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

And then, since you’ve already decided how it’s going to go, decided how you’re going to feel, all you can do is be aware. Rest in your awareness, in joy in your Self.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

There’s nothing left to think about. Nothing left to plan or control. You’ve surrendered. You’ve said thank you. You’re going to get what you want. Now just relax in who you really are. Stay as you are: pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! And I am now in the flow!

Refuse to Suffer Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Am I aware?

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Am I aware?

When I am aware, I have no problems. Today, let’s practice being aware of being aware.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your mind turn around to look at itself. Feel your mind sink back into its source. Am I aware?

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and feel the lightness that comes when you are aware of being aware!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” You relieve the mind of its activity. When you ask, “Am I aware?” your mind has to do something to find out the answer. What is it that it does when it finds out the answer, “Yes I am aware”?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Feel the mind look at itself, dissolving into the infinite. Feel your mind relax. Feel how your mind is normally such a tense rubber band. And when you ask, “Am I aware?” and listen for that answer, you can feel your mind relax like a rubber band going back to its relaxed state.

Breathe in and go back to your relaxed state.
Breathe out and remember: it always comes when you’re relaxed.

Let yourself surrender. You don’t have to do anything, plan anything, worry about anything, judge anything, when you are aware of being aware.

Breathe in and practice the art of letting life come to you today!
Breathe out and feel how your relaxed state is a magnet for abundance, miracles, relief.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Any time you feel stressed or you notice a problem start to form, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems. Decide today you’re not going to suffer anymore. And it’s so simple, you just sit there and ask yourself, “Am I aware?” and listen for that answer. Feel that answer. Be the answer. Be aware of being aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Refuse to suffer today. Suffering is just thinking about what’s going wrong. Suffering is just thinking. Pain is not suffering. You can feel pain and still be happy. But if you’re suffering it means your mind is seeking or resisting, and when you are aware of being aware, you are resting in your natural relaxed state. At peace. Whole. In love. Letting life come to you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Refuse to suffer today! Any time you notice a problem, think to yourself, “I’m not suffering about that anymore! Am I aware? Yes I am! I am aware of the presence of god. And when I am aware, I have no problems.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! And now I don’t have to suffer anymore!

When You Are Aware, You Have No Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let your thoughts go.

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let those thoughts go. You don’t have to think about that ever again.

Breathe in and say, “I’ve decided to feel good about that! It’s working itself out!”
Breathe out and really surrender.

Let go of whatever you’re thinking about, so that you can step into this present moment where all of your power lies, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and surrender.

Any time you notice yourself feeling stressed, or any negative emotion or bored, or you’re noticing your thoughts and you think something that’s stressful, say to yourself, “Well, am I aware?”

Breathing in, well, am I aware?
Breathing out, well, am I aware?

Any time you have a thought like this, like, “I wonder what that person thought about what I said.” Or, “I wonder how this is going to go.” Anything where you feel doubt or uncertainty, ask yourself, “Well, am I aware?” Because when you are aware you have no problems. So if you are noticing a problem form, or you’re thinking about a problem, just ask yourself, “Well, am I aware?”

Breathing out, am I aware?

You have to genuinely ask and really listen for the answer. You can’t just think about things and ask the question on the side. It has to receive all of your focus. This is how you turn your mind in around to look at itself. This is how you dissolve your personhood into the infinite. The is is how you remember your wholeness, when you become the unconditional love that you know you are. It’s just buried under thoughts.

Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware that you are aware, you have no problems because you’re not thinking. You’re just being. And you can only have problems if you’re thinking. You can only have problems if you’re judging things as good or bad. But when you are aware, your’e just watching. You’re just accepting. You’re noticing. And you’re witnessing the perfection of the unfolding.

Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Let this question pull you into the present moment, wake you up in the dream. Allow yourself to just be here, happy to be you in your body no matter what’s happening, just happy to get this chance to be physical!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

When you are aware, you have no problems. Any time you notice a painful thought, a stressful situation, a problem forming—“Well, am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel yourself wake up in the dream. Yes, I am aware.

I’m aware. You don’t have to be aware of anything. You’re just aware that you are aware. You’re aware that you exist. You’re aware that you know what’s going on.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Rest in this awareness. This awareness is god. God is just the knowing. God is just the awareness. It just is what is here now. And that’s you! All the rest is just an illusion.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And now that I am aware, I have no problems.

Surrender to the Mystery (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you.

This is the best day of your life! Everything is unfolding perfectly, just for you!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Today, when you feel your preferences coming through—when you feel yourself liking and disliking—instead of choosing, “I want it to be this way,” choose god. And let god figure it out for you.

Breathe in and choose god today.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Decide to surrender. You don’t know the best way. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And only your thoughts can push away what you want. Today, when you notice yourself getting caught up in your ego, your desires, your likes and dislikes, your judgements—when you find yourself in a mindstorm, when you find yourself preferring something so much—decide to prefer god. Decide to let god work it out. Decide to let god give you what you need. And so it is.

Breathe in and be light today! It’s just for fun!
Breathe out and be a conduit for god today.

This day can be a miracle. This day can be special. This day can be magickal. This day can be holy! Just by surrendering and letting god replace you.

Breathe in and choose god today!
Breathe out and surrender your other preferences!

Sure you want money or a relationship or a car or a house or whatever material, physical thing you might want, but when you feel that strong desire, say to yourself, “I choose god.” And then you know the perfect thing will come. The perfect thing already is!

Breathe in and choose god today.
Breathe out and let god replace you!

When you surrender—when you surrender to the mystery—you make space for miracles. You let what you want come to you. You get out of the way!

Breathe in and let life be magickal today!
Breathe out and remember: you live the magick life!

And the magick life is so easy. You just surrender. You just leave it up to god.

Breathing in, I choose god today.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

It’s all unfolding perfectly. Whatever happens is the best thing that can happen. It’s what is meant to be. However things are, is how they’re meant to be.

Breathe in and see the perfection in this moment.
Breathe out and keep surrendering.

Any time you really, really want something: “I surrender. I surrender to the mystery. I’m getting out of the way. Whatever happens, I don’t mind. I surrender.”

Breathe in and surrender today!
Breathe out and let all of that go! When you surrender, you don’t have to have anything in the back of your mind that you’re worried about. You’re free. You can just exist. And then god will give you what you want! God is already giving you what you want right now!

No More Need for Words (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and bring your attention into this present moment.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Let go. Let go.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts.

Let go of anything outside of this moment. Let go of being aware of anything but being aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Can you feel your attention or your mind returning to itself? Returning to its source? Seeking for that answer? And becoming more and more still? More and more still. As you rest in your awareness of awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

You know you’re aware when you’re not worrying, fighting, judging, thinking, stressing, planning, controlling, manipulating—even in the face of a storm, even in the face of drama or a conflict, if you can be in the middle of an argument and say “Am I aware?” and hear “Yes I am aware,” you’ve already won!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware! But after you ask, “Am I aware?” it’s not so much the words “Yes I am aware”—when you ask the question genuinely—am I aware?—your mind sinks back into itself. And remembers or recognizes, “Oh I am aware. I am awareness itself. There’s no more need for words.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, I am aware!

I am aware of the presence of god. This is it! Its like waking up in a dream! This is the lucid dream. This is the main event right now. You can do nothing wrong. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and lighten up! We’re just here for fun!
Breathe out and trust!

Keep your entire focus on being aware of being aware today and your day will be miraculous. And the more you can stay being aware of being aware, the more miracles will flow.

Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

No need to fight. No need to control. No need to stress. Whatever is happening, is what is meant to be. Surrender right now and let the miracles come to you! You’re not in control. It’s not up to you.

Breathing out, yes I am aware!

When you surrender all of your thoughts and your choosing and your wanting and deciding and needing—when you surrender your thoughts, life already is the way you want it to be and life gives you exactly what you’ve been wanting. Because that’s how it works! Life is a miracle. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad and push away the things you want!

Breathing out, yes I am aware!

And I am aware of the presence of god. I am so aware of the presence of god that I am without words!

Be All Knowing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and welcome this present moment.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Surrender your preferences. Let god replace you. Let love replace you. Let life be fun and easy today!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body. Relax your mind.

Keep slowing down. Relax into this moment.

Breathe in and practice the art of letting life come to you.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

As you go about your day, keep surrendering. Keep letting go. Any time you get uptight, any time you get angry or frustrated, any time you want to argue, start a fight—say to yourself: “I surrender!”

Breathing in, I surrender!
Breathing out, I surrender!

I surrender. What is it that you’re surrendering to when you do this? You can think of it as god, or love, or the universe. But you can also think of it as you’re surrendering to the field of knowing.

Breathe in and surrender to the field of knowing.
Breathe out and become psychic right now!

When you surrender your ego or your personhood, when you surrender your conditioning—the mental conditioning that makes you act a certain way and react in a another way—when you let go of that conditioning, relax your mind, dissolve it into the infinite—you become one with the knowing that makes up all that is.

Breathe in and surrender to the field of knowing.
Breathe out and know.

Another way to access the field of knowing, is asking, “Am I aware?” Yes, I know I am aware. And then you feel knowing. You access your primary knowledge. You recognize, reveal, remember your primary knowledge. Yes I am aware! I know I am aware! All this is, all consciousness is, all reality is, is knowing.

Breathe in and surrender to that field of knowing!
Breathe out and know you are the field of knowing!

You are everything. Right now, you are contracted, condensed into a single point of consciousness so that you can enjoy an individual perspective and preferences, but you can always relax that perspective, dissolve into the infinite, and remember who you really are: all-knowing.

Breathe in and be all-knowing today.
Breathe out and keep surrendering to the field of knowing.

Any time you find yourself with your thoughts in a tornado, when your mind feels like it’s fighting itself, when there are dust clouds of thoughts whirling around in you, say to yourself, “I surrender!” And feel that dust settle. Dissolve back into the infinite. And then you can remember who you really are: all knowing!

Breathing in, I surrender to the field of knowing!
Breathing out, I surrender to the field of knowing.

When you surrender, you stop pushing what you want away with your thoughts. When you surrender you become a conduit, a receiver, a recipient for grace, for miracles.

Breathing in, I surrender to the field of knowing!
Breathing out I surrender to the field of knowing. And now I am all knowing!

Relax your body. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe out and keep letting those thoughts go.

Let them go and then they don’t get any bigger. Let them go now.

Breathe in and welcome the miracles.
Breathe out and remember: you have perfect timing.

And if it ever feels like you don’t have perfect timing, go back to thank you and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you! Thank you. You myst become it to see it, so right now become grateful for everything working out perfectly. Bigger and better than you ever could have imagined.

Thank you! Thank you. Feel your vibration rising! Feel yourself feeling better already!

For the perfect timing. Thank you for the miracles. Thank you for the better mood. Thank you for the manifestations. Thank you.

Thank you. Say thank you to the way things are. Yes they might be different from how you want them to be, but they’re making you ask for what you want. Everything is happening in your favor. Trust the timing. Trust you already have perfect timing. You’ve made it this far. Just trust.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Who am I?”

Who am I, who has a problem? Who am I who is stressed? Who am I who is worried about time? Who am I who cares so much about time? The answer to “Who am I?” It’s awareness or “I am,” but you can also call it knowing. Who am I? Knowing. Just the pure—not that it’s an action, it’s not even a state—the is-ness of knowing. That’s all we are, that’s all this is. Pure awareness, or knowing.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, knowing.

You know you’re here. You know what you’re sensing and perceiving. You know where you are. But what is it that knows? It’s just knowing.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, knowing.

Now, you’ve prayed with thank you. The perfect timing is yours. It’s all happening in your favor. Now as you go about your day, keep asking yourself any time you get caught up in time: who am I who cares so much? And the answer is knowing. Knowing is what knows how you feel. Knowing is what notices. But nothing happens to knowing. Knowing itself isn’t good or bad. It isn’t affected. It isn’t in a bad mood. It doesn’t have problems. It just knows whatever there is to know.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, knowing.

I am knowing. After you’ve let your time-mastering go by saying thank you for perfect timing, practice being in a state of pure knowing. Where nothing ever happens to harm you. There’s nothing to gain or lose and everything is perfect and in its place.

Thank you! I am knowing.

Being Here Is Enough (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Being here is enough! Remind yourself of this all day. Being here is enough! Your mind will resist it and say, “No. I need to go here and do this and this is unfinished and this is a problem and what about this?!” But you can tell your mind, “Being here is enough.”

Breathe in and know: being here is enough.
Breathe out and say it to yourself: being here is enough.

Being here is enough. What is it enough for? It’s enough to be happy. It’s enough to magnetize yourself to attract what you want. It’s enough to feel abundant. It’s enough to feel joyful. It’s enough to enjoy your life. Being here is enough. It’s all you have to do. The only requirement in life—just be here.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, being here is enough.

Allow yourself to surrender to the mystery. When your mind resists being here, it’s because it’s messing about in time. The future, the past, what’s next, what happened before, what did that person say, what should I do—when you get lost in the mental time-mastering, say to yourself, “Being here is enough!” And then your mind says, “No it isn’t,” and then you can say, “I surrender to the mystery! I trust the process of life.”

Breathing in, being here is enough!
Breathing out, I surrender to the mystery.

If things aren’t going exactly as you want, it’s because life has a bigger and better plan. Things are unfolding better than you can imagine. Pinhead solutions are coming to you. Miracles, manifestations. And it all comes when you’re relaxed. When you’re just being here. When you’re just happy to be exactly where you are! Today, know: being here is enough.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, being here is enough.

And when you truly believe that and you feel it in your heart—that you’re content exactly where you are—that’s when the change comes. That’s when the miracles manifest. Let yourself surrender to the mystery and trust that life takes care of life. Life will bring you what you want, you just have to be happy where you are.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, I surrender to the mystery!

Any thoughts about your problems, what other people are doing, what you have to do next—let it all go.

Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and keep surrendering.

Whatever will be, will be. It’s safe to let go, to just be here now, and breathe.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and welcome miracles into your life.

If life isn’t going the way you want it to go, or you have desires that just aren’t coming true, let yourself be replaced with love today, and let love guide you.

Breathe in and open up to love.
Breathe out and feel the love in your heart.

As you go about your day, say to yourself, “Thank you love for replacing me with you. Thank you love for replacing me with you.” Before I’ve talked about saying, “Thank you god for replacing me with you,” but today substitute love. It’s the same thing but see if you can feel the feeling of letting love guide all your actions, instead of your ego-driven desires.

Breathing in, thank you love for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you love for replacing me with you.

Let love inform your next action and your next thought. Surrender what you want. Let go of your preferences. You don’t know what’s best. Everything that’s happening is happening in your favor. Right now, decide to welcome the miracles. Decide to trust the process of life. Decide to let it unfold and know that it’s all happening just for you, for your own good, in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you love for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you love for replacing me with you.

Let love guide you today. Let love make your phone calls, return your emails, talk to your neighbors. Anything that you’re doing, think to yourself, “Thank you love for replacing me with you.” Don’t take anything for granted today, and let yourself be a conduit for love. Let yourself feel the ultimate, best feeling in the world which is the love you feel when you’re giving love. Today, be the conduit. Be the source of love. Let yourself feel the flow of love that’s already there. You’re just recognizing it, revealing it.

Breathing in, thank you love for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you love for replacing me with you.

Let your ego go. Let your selfish desires go. Let your wanting to control other people go. You want people to do these things at this time in this order, including yourself. But you can let go of all of your controlling and manipulating and frantic wanting. And replace it all with love. And then you can see life already is the way you want it to be. It’s all for you.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and keep relaxing into this moment.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and be nice to yourself today.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You’ve come so far! You’re still here! You are triumphant! You are succeeding! Everything is working out for you! And when you zoom out, you can see every step led up to this present moment—a miracle. In this moment, everything is perfect and in its place. It all worked out, up until now right?

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and surrender.

If you want to be open to receiving love, you have to first give it. Give it to yourself. Become it. Reveal it. Love is your natural state. But we cloud it with our thoughts. But today, we are returning to our natural state of unconditional love.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and start feeling excited about life, because life loves you!

Today, as you go about your day, ask yourself, “Am I on my own team? Am I caring for myself and loving myself? Am I putting myself first? Am I on Team Jessica today or not?”

Breathe in and be on your own team today.
Breathe out and think about it: what is your team playing for?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I on my own team today?”
Breathe out and relax.

Listen for that answer. Are you on your own team today? If you’re not on your own team, if you’re beating yourself up, criticizing yourself, feeling unloved—how can you be on your own team? How can you get in the feeling of wanting to help yourself? How can you get in the feeling of wanting to make yourself feel better, like you would your best friend?

Breathe in and be on your own team today!
Breathe out and surrender.

The easiest way to be on your own team, is to know that everything is happening in your favor. Everything is conspiring to help you already. All of life is already on your team. You are the only one who could be preventing you from winning, if you’re not on your own team.

Breathe in and know life is on your team!
Breathe out and know everything else is on your team!

So if you’re the only one preventing yourself from winning, how can you get on your own team right now?

Breathe in and be on your team!
Breathe out and relax your body.

If you can just flip the switch and get on your own team, everything will cascade in your favor. And to get there, you just have to make peace with where you are. You just have to decide that where you are, is where you’re supposed to be. Where you are, is where you’re meant to be. Where you are is the best place you can be to win! You are already winning! You’re already on your own team! And what do you say when you’re already winning and you’re getting that trophy? Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I’d like to thank myself for getting on my own team. I’d like to thank life for always being on my side. And I’d like to thank you, for listening, for giving me this opportunity to see life already is the way I want it to be!
