What You Want Is Already Yours! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! Those are the only two words you need today.

Breathe in and say thank you, thank you, thank you!
Breathe out and start feeling that feeling of gratitude in your heart. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Allow yourself to relax into this moment, and begin welcoming everything that already is.

Breathe in and say thank you for the way things are!
Breathe out and feel the power of your words: Thank you.

Thank you is your magick wand. Thank you is your super power. Thank you is how you always have the upper hand!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you! And really feel it!

Feel the way you’d feel if you just got what you wanted. Like a lot of money, or a relationship, or a car—whatever material thing, whatever physical thing you think you want to make you happy, say thank you for it right now, like you just received it.

Breathing in, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

Feel that excitement. Feel your emotions creating your reality! It’s like you’re sparking a flame inside your heart that’s attracting all of these glorious things into your life. And all you have to do is practice a little gratitude in advance. And you don’t even have to say thank you for things you don’t have yet. Just say thank you for all you already have. It’s so much, right?

Breathe in and don’t take anything for granted.
Breathe out and say thank you for everything!

And in the moment, when you completely relax and you look around with such gratitude at where you’re at, and you’re at peace, you’re happy with what you have because you’re grateful—that’s when more starts flowing. That’s when you get your major manifestations, your pinhead solutions.

Breathing in, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Feel your pump priming! Feel that feeling magnetizing you, attracting what you want to you! But none of it matters. It doesn’t matter if you get what you want, because you already feel the way you want to feel. Grateful. Joyful. Excited. Celebrating. Magickal! Lucky! Blessed!

Breathing in, thank you! Thank you!
Breathing out, thank you, thank you!

And if you start noticing things in your life going the way you don’t want them to go, or you notice someone else is in a bad mood, or you see things start to tip in a direction you don’t want, go right back to thank you. Thank you. And remind yourself, whatever’s happening, is a solution. Whatever’s happening, I know that this is happening in my favor. Thank you for this! Even if I don’t understand why yet, even if I don’t see why it’s a solution yet, thank you! Thank you! I know it’s in my favor! I know this is a solution! Thank you!

It’s Safe to Stop Thinking About Your Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s time to relax and let go of your awareness of anything not being the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and smile because smiles become things too!

Remember that you must feel it to see it. You choose to feel the way you want to feel first, and then you see the manifestations that reflect that feeling.

Breathe in and smile! And feel better already!
Breathe out and keep smiling!

Your mood is your work and you are in control of how you feel! Right now you can choose to feel better and better, and start attracting better and better circumstances. You are the source!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and feel that feeling of gratitude and appreciation and enthusiasm! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

You can trust that it’s safe to stop thinking about your problems. It’s safe to stop wondering when things are going to happen. It’s safe to let go of control right now.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes. I am.

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you go to the placeless place. Your mind moves in the objectless direction. You relieve your mind of its limitations because you’re no longer thinking about what’s lacking, what’s going wrong, what needs to be done. When you relax your thoughts, and step into the present moment, by simply asking, “Am I aware?”, you let go of your problems and life takes care of life! And when you trust the process of life enough to really let go—to just ask, “Am I aware?” and then you hear that answer, “Yes I am” and then you just rest in that feeling of being—you just feel your sense of being—when you stay there, when you stay as you are in the placeless place, better thoughts come to you. You don’t ever have to stop thinking. But if you first deal with your mood and choose to feel better by relaxing your mind, then you start attracting better-feeling thoughts. And then you start attracting solutions and good ideas and it all comes and thinking is fun again.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen. Yes, I am aware.

Asking, “Am I aware?” Results in better thoughts there.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

Remind yourself: the solutions are waiting for you in the placeless place. The solutions are waiting for you in the objectless direction. Let go of your awareness of objective reality. Let go of your awareness of anything and just stay aware of awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and know. Yes! I am aware! And now you are free. And now you are in the flow. Let the solutions come to you and relax in the placeless place.

I Am Without Words (transcript)
This meditation is inspired by the pointings of Mooji.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It’s all unfolding in perfect timing. There’s no need to rush. There’s nothing you have to do, nowhere you have to be.

Breathe in and just relax into this moment.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Empty yourself of your personhood. Empty yourself of your desires, your preferences, your likes, your dislikes, your opinions, your memories.

Breathe in and be empty.
Breathe out and just be.

Allow yourself to just feel your sense of being right now.

Breathe in and say I AM
Breathing out, I AM

Not I AM doing, I am thinking, I am feeling. Just, I am. I am.

Breathe in and feel for your sense of being.
Breathe out and let the words “I AM” help you locate it, recognize it, reveal it.

You exist. You are here. Rest in that being. Rest right now, just where you are naturally. You are. I am.

Breathing in, I AM.
Breathing out, I AM.

Now, as you feel your sense of being, instead of repeating the words, “I AM,” feel the feeling of I AM without words. I AM. But without words.

As you go about your day, practice saying to yourself, I AM and then feel for that sense of being without using any words at all.

Practice this. Practice training yourself to feel your sense of being with the words, I AM, and then let those words go. Throw them away. They’re a chain linking you to your mind and you can let go and dissolve into the infinite. You can let go and become absolutely knowing. You can let go of those words and just BE. Be the Devine. Practice the art of letting life come to you today. Let go of the chain to your mind. Use the words I AM to locate, to reveal, to recognize your sense of being. But then throw those words away and just rest here, where you are. As you are.

Be Aware of Being Aware (transcript)
This meditation is directly inspired by the book Being Aware of Being Aware by Rupert Spira.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and remember relaxing is your work.
Breathe out and just say thank you for what is.

When you’re relaxed you’re in the mode of receiving. When you’re relaxed, you’re open for things to come to you.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and unwind your mind. Relax your muscles.

Relax into this moment. Let yourself enjoy this time, no matter what else is going on in your life.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and hear that answer. Yes I am aware.

Bring your attention back into this moment. Turn your mind around to look at itself. Forget about your awareness of what other people are doing. Anything in this physical world, let go of being aware of things and just be aware of being aware.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your attention sinking back into itself.

Feel your mind dissolving into the infinite when you ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and turn your mind around to look at itself.
Breathe out and go to the placeless place.

It’s right here. You’re already doing it. You just have to recognize that you’re already here. And everything is already perfect and in its place.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Let go of your awareness of everything—what other people are doing, what’s going on online, your back account. Just bring all of your attention into this moment and rest it on your awareness. Be aware of being aware right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Wake up in the dream right now. Pure awareness has nothing to gain or lose. So if right now you are hoping to gain something like money or a text or you fear you have something to lose like your health or your time, know that you are ego-identified. Mixed in experience. Identified with being a person, when you can be pure awareness. Beyond all the opposites. Relaxed. At peace. Whole. Not needing anything to change for you to be happy, for you to feel joy and love. You are the source! Remember you are the source!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware! I am aware of the presence of god. I am the presence of god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware! I am now in the flow!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. It’s safe to let those thoughts go and dissolve into the infinite with me.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Whatever isn’t working out for you, whatever you’re resisting or whatever you’re seeking, you can let all of that go by switching to the vibration of thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Feel the feeling right now. Feel the feeling of being so grateful because you got what you wanted. You got a massage. You got the money. You got the job. You got the relationship. You got the house. You got the car. You got the good mood. You got the body. Whatever it is you want, picture you got it right now and say thank you for it. And feel that feeling. Feel that enthusiasm!

Breathing in thank you!
Breathing out thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Stay in this vibration. This vibration of appreciation and love, gratitude, wholeness. This is your beacon. This is what you’re projecting to receive back. This is what you’re tuning your receiver to.

Breathing in thank you!

And as you go about your day, when you’re in the moment, maybe you wish things were different. Maybe you want things to change. Maybe you want attention. Maybe you want a miracle. Maybe you want things to switch paths. In that case, it’s time to surrender your human earthly desires and let god replace you.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

When you’re consumed by an ego-driven desire, like for attention, for someone to do something for you—when you want to control other people, control other people’s behavior, that is the time when you need to surrender your personhood and let god do the rest.

Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

Let go of your personhood. Let go of your ego-driven desires. The desires like, “I don’t have enough. I need more. I’m jealous. I want what they have. I need more, I need more. I need something. I need this person to give me this. I need something. I need to control what this person is doing.” Any time you start having these selfish desires, of wanting things to go a certain way so you can get what you want, leave it up to god because only god knows how to do it right. And only god can work the miracle that you really want.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

This prayer will get your ego out of the way. You’ll stop feeling selfish and jealous and lacking. And you will become a vessel, a container, a conduit for the infinite energy of god. You will be put in the right place at the right time, your actions will be flawless, and you will feel the love of god coming through you and shining on all that surrounds you.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Let your body relax.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and smile because smiles become things too.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Everything is unfolding perfectly, in perfect timing. Let yourself relax and enjoy life the way it is.

Breathe in and let yourself relax.
Breathe out and rest your mind in your heart.

You can rest your mind in your heart by asking, “Am I aware?” That turns your mind around to look at itself. You can ask, “Who am I?” Again, turning your mind around to look at itself. To rest in its source. To dissolve into the infinite.

Breathe in and dissolve into the infinite.
Breathe out and smile because life is just love! Love is all there is. It’s all good. And if you’re suffering in any way, just say yes. “Yes I’m suffering. Yes life is the way I don’t want it to be.” Embrace and accept it all. Welcome what is. The sooner you can accept what is, the sooner it can change.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and feel lighter already.

The mind is always seeking. Always resisting. Always thinking happiness is going to come when you get something, or avoid something. But happiness is here right now inside of you. You are the source of your happiness. Happiness is your natural state. It’s safe to surrender and let yourself be happy without anything changing!

Breathe in and be the source of your happiness and satisfaction!
Breathe out and remember the only thing that could ever be missing is god.

And you are god. You can reveal the god that you are right here, right now. Anything you think that you need to get to feel better, to be happy, to have a good life—it’s already inside of you.

Breathe in and say thank you thank you thank you!
Breathe out and know the power of your prayer, thank you.

When you say thank you and feel the feeling of gratitude, you start pulsing the signal of receiving. Making yourself a beacon to get more and more and more.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! It doesn’t matter what you’re thanking whoever for. All that matters is that you feel the feeling of gratitude, of knowing and trust that life is taking care of you. Life takes care of life! How do you think we got here?

Breathe in and be light today! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Let life work that out. Life knows what you want. Today your only thought that you need to think is thank you.

Allow yourself to feel grateful for the way things are. And then you become a conduit, a receiver for more.

Feel that feeling of excitement that you’re really getting what you want! Life really does love you! Life really is a miracle! And life really takes care of life. It’s true.

Don’t let another moment of your life pass taken for granted. The more you can step into this natural feeling of gratitude, the more your life will flow. The more you’ll get what you want. You are the creator! You are the divine.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and relax your body, because it always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences. You don’t know how it’s going to unfold, but whatever happens is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and welcome miracles today!
Breathe out and accept the miracles trying to get to you right now.

This is the right time and the right place. Today, let’s focus on revealing the miracles by chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.” It’s the Nichiren Buddhist chant that means, “I devote myself to the mystic law of cause and effect.” It’s the highest thought you can think. It’s the one thought you can think to reveal the miracles in your life.

Breathe in and welcome the miracles.
Breathe out and just chant with me for a moment and then as you go about your day, keep chanting Nam Myoho Renge Ky, and notice how this chant is the rhythm of your sense of being.

Breathe in and be open to miracles.
Breathe out and let the miracles flow.

As you chant this, feel it clearing space in your mind. Clearing space in your awareness. And in that space, now miracles can come!

Devote yourself to the mystic law of cause and effect. When you chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo you surrender to life. You let life take care of life. You’re saying, “Ok god, I trust that your way is best! I don’t know!” And that letting go is what gives life permission to work itself out. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts can prevent things from coming to you. Only your awareness of lack perpetuates the lack. Today, surrender your preferences. Surrender trying to control what happens. And let the miracles unfold. And you can get out of the way by chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.

Let this chant get you in the rhythm of your sense of being. As you’re chanting, feel for your sense of being. Feel yourself be pure awareness, the observer. Not strung along by the ups and downs of life. You are the one who watches and the one who watches is already free.

Breathe in and be a miracle worker today!
Breathe out and devote yourself to the mystic law of cause and effect.

You are in charge of the cause. Allow yourself to experience miraculous effects.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. It’s not serious.

Let yourself enjoy this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Let your mind slow down. Accept whatever is. This is how it is. If it were supposed to be any other way, it would be that way.

Breathe in and make peace with where you are.
Breathe out and keep saying yes to where you are.

Everything is happening in your favor. Everything is working out for you. Trust that it’s all unfolding perfectly. Trust that this is the right place and the right time.

Breathe in and smile because smiles become things!
Breathe out and smile because you have to feel it to see it!

Whatever you want in life, imagine how you’ll feel when you get it. Will you feel love? Enthusiasm? Joy? Pleasure? What is it that you really want to feel? Gratitude?

Breathe in and picture that feeling you want.
Breathe out and feel that feeling right now.

Often repeating “thank you” and really feeling “thank you” can help you access that feeling in you—reveal the feeling in you—of unconditional love and appreciation and joy. Take a moment right now to really feel grateful, enthusiastically grateful.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It’s all working out for me! Thank you!

Trust that you’re in the right place! Trust that you’re in the right time! When it’s time to get what you want, you’ll get it. But you won’t care because you’ll already feel the way you want to feel when you get it.

Breathing in thank you!
Breathing out thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Generate this feeling. Reveal this feeling. Joy is your natural state and only your thoughts can cloud that natural joy.

Breathe in and access your natural joy.
Breathe out and let your thoughts and worries go!

You can step into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. And if you can let go of your thoughts and just be content with where you are, all the things you want will come to you. It’s practicing the art of letting life come to you: being content where you are.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Feel that feeling in your heart, of true gratitude, true joy, true appreciation, true love!

Remember wanting what you currently have? You can keep getting the things that you want. You can keep getting more and more. There’s no limit to how good you can feel. But you have to choose the feeling before you get the thing. You have to choose because you are the source. You are the source of all that is good. It is you and how you feel that’s attracting what happens.

Let your preferences go. Allow yourself to realize that everything is happening in your favor. Everything is perfect and in its place. And it’s all unfolding in perfect timing.

Breathe in and slow down. You don’t have to rush.
Breathe out and remember: pure awareness never rushes.

Pure awareness is never in a hurry. You are pure awareness. That is who you really are. Pure awareness never rushes because pure awareness has nothing to gain and nothing to lose from any experience!

Breathe in and just be here now. There’s no rush.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Now remember when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you are sparking your flame of awareness, which burns away all personhood, all worries, all drama. Allow yourself to burn away everything that isn’t real, and be that flame of pure awareness!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And you feel that flicker of recognition, let that flame burn before letting any other thoughts in. Every time you notice a thought, keep asking yourself, “But am I aware?” And then you become aware of your thoughts, not tangled in your thoughts. Any time you worry or resist or seek, “Am I aware?” And then you become aware that you’re worried and resisting and seeking. And then you can relax and remember: pure awareness has nothing to gain and nothing to lose.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware! I am burning with the flame of awareness!

I am burning as the flame of awareness! And when you burn as the flame of awareness, what you want comes to you, like a moth to a flame.

Breathe in and be that flame of awareness.
Breathe out and feel what you want coming to you, like a moth to a flame!

This is how you get what you want. But when you are burning as pure awareness, you don’t need anything. You’re already whole, you’re already complete, you’re already happy and satisfied. It’s your natural state.

Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am burning as the flame of pure awareness. And what I want comes to me like a moth to a flame!

Be the Seer (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body. Make peace with what is.

Just relax and let this moment be enough.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and be here now.

Right now, practice feeling for your sense of being.

Breathe in and say, “I.”
Breathe out and focus on the thought, “I.”

I am. I is pure awareness. I—the feeling—is your sense of being. When you say, “I,” you’re noticing your sense of being. You’re noticing that you are aware and you are here.

Breathe in and say, “I.”
Breathe out and let the thought “I” (capital letter I) help you feel your sense of being.

Repeat the thought “I” until “I” the thought disappears and all that remains is the sense of being. The impersonal witness. The seer.

Breathe in and be the seer today.
Breathe out and give up seeking.

There’s nothing left to seek. Relax into being the seer.

Breathe in and say, “I.”
Breathe out and feel your sense of being when you say “I.”

Notice your sense of being. If the letter I stirs up too many thoughts for you, go back to “Who am I?” or “Am I aware?”

Breathing out, I am!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

All of these thoughts and techniques are used for you to feel your sense of being. And when you become aware of becoming aware—when you feel your sense of being, when you step outside of your thoughts, you become one with life. You remember you are unconditional love,

Breathe in and be unconditional love.
Breathe out and get there by focusing on being the seer, not the seeker.

There’s nothing left to seek for. When you are seeking, you are ego-identified. When you are seeking, you forgot you’re god and that you’re whole. Decide right now to be the observer of all that you experience. And find peace at the bottom of the ocean, where you are still. Where you are infinite. Where life comes to you.

Breathe in and be the seer.
Breathe out and give up seeking.

To be the seer, focus on those sacred questions. Whatever’s working for you today—“Who am I?”, “Am I aware?”, “Yes!”—there are many techniques, many thoughts you can use to feel for your sense of being. Today, let yourself slow down and just watch your life unfold. And see how it’s all in perfect timing and it’s all pure unconditional love yeah love!

Breathe in and give up seeking today!
Breathe out and be the seer.

See your life unfold. See the miracle in front of you. See the perfection of every moment. See that you are already whole and complete. And you get there just by turning your mind in on itself, looking at the source.
