This Is Where You’re Trying to Get (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go of trying to control, right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life is just for fun!

It’s hopeless! We’re helpless! It’s meaningless! We don’t have to DO anything! The whole point is just to be here right now, enjoying the miracle that is!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

The highest state of mind is when you don’t mind what happens. You’ll be happy either way, no matter what, because you’re safe in the present moment. Today, as you go about your day, remember: I don’t give a fuck!

Breathe in and don’t give a fuck about the timing!
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck about what people think about you!

Just relax and DO YOU today! Relax, take the time to slow down, and see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and feel how free you can be when you don’t care! When you don’t mind what happens! Then you’re free to just exist here, enjoying whatever is right here!

Breathe in and remind yourself: this is the beloved!
Breathe out and see: this moment is heaven.

This moment is god. You are god. You are the beloved. Whenever you’re rushing, or wanting to control someone else, or wanting to time-master, tell yourself, remind yourself, recognize: This Is The Beloved. This moment when I am suffering because I’m trying to control, this too is god. This too is the love I’m seeking.

Breathe in and stop seeking today.
Breathe out and stop resisting.

And you do that just by relaxing and opening your eyes to the miracle that’s right here. This is the beloved. There’s nowhere to go! There’s nothing to achieve. You don’t have to try to get somewhere else. When you get there, you’ll feel the same and then you’ll feel empty there too! Fill yourself up right now with god. Fill that god-sized hole. You can do it right now.

Breathe in and see this is the beloved!
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you god for replacing me with you. Thank you for opening my eyes to the miracle that’s already present.

Breathing in, this is the beloved.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Let yourself relax and enjoy what you already have. There’s nowhere else to be. Any time you start stressing today, remind yourself: just trust. This is the beloved! This is where you’re trying to get! It’s right here!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and slow down.

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself stay here and enjoy what’s already in front of you.

Breathe in and remember: this is it!
Breathe out and know: this is the beloved.

This moment is the main event. Right now is all there really is.

Breathe in and wake up to the miracle of right now.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let yourself smile. It’s pointless. It’s meaningless. It’s hopeless. Let yourself enjoy what’s right here. You don’t have to think about any of it ever again!

Breathe in and see: this is the beloved!
Breathe out and let that wake you up today.

The beloved, meaning unconditional love. God. Your higher self. That which you seek, that thing you want so bad—this is it. Right now. This is the thing you seek for. It’s this moment. It’s you. You are it! You are the beloved!

Breathe in and give up the search!
Breathe out and let yourself be found.

You are the beloved. You are it! This right now is all there is. This is the main event!

Breathe in and give up your hope for the future.
Breathe out and surrender into right now!

The miracles will come. As soon as you’re happy enough where you are, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and really see for yourself: this is the beloved.

This is that which you seek! What you’re seeking for is where you’re seeking from. It’s all right here. It’s all right now.

Breathe in and see this is the beloved!
Breathe out and know it in your body.

Know it in your soul. This is the beloved. Right now. This moment. Right here. You! You are it!

Breathe in and be it!
Breathe out and notice the swirls of thoughts calming down.

As you go about your day, remind yourself: this is the beloved. All the things you resist, al the things you seek, all the things you love, all the things you hate. All the people that annoy you. All the circumstances you wish you could change. This is it. This is the beloved. This is god. This is unconditional love. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and don’t miss the miracle of right now.

Remind yourself: this is the beloved. Let it wake you up out of your mind into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Experiencing Experiencing Experiencing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and know: yes I am!
Breathe out and see how when you are aware, there is no separation.

When you are aware, you are relaxed. You are at peace. You are happy and you are in the flow.

Breathe in and surrender to presence.
Breathe out and let go of the illusion of separation.

It’s all awareness. And when you recognize that you are awareness, you are one with everything. Unconditional love. No separation from anything or anyone. In love!

Breathe in and be in love today!
Breathe out and keep asking yourself, “Am I aware?”

Because when I am aware, there is no separation. Nothing to long for. Nothing to become. Nothing to resist or seek. You’re already whole.

Breathe in and see the perfection of this moment!
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious!

We’re just here for fun. We’re just here for love!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! If you can’t quite catch on to the unconditional love of awareness, if you’re a little too mixed in experience or mind-identified, just go back to thank you and become the feeling you want to receive!

And if you find yourself wanting things, feeling selfish, wanting to control, surrender it all! And just say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you. I give up. It’s not up to me. Please flow through me. Please let me be your conduit. Please!”

Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

Thank you for putting me in the right place at the right time. Thank you for helping me help. Thank you for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and let it all go today!
Breathe out and just be aware of being aware!

Relax into the unconditional love that makes up everything. Only our thoughts make us feel bad. Only our thoughts separate us and make us think that we’re alone.

Breathe in and know: oneness is seen.
Breathe out and just be experience experiencing experiencing.

That’s all it comes down to. We are just experiencing experiencing experiencing.

Breathe in and let yourself experience right now.
Breathe out and be who you really are: pure awareness.

Look Forward to Being Disappointed (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into a fresh start!
Breathe out and be open to new possibilities today!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Surrender your expectations. Today, look forward to being disappointed!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and decide to stop letting external reality be your reason for feeling good.

As you go about your day, if you want something—you want to get some money or some love or some health to make you feel better—get ready to be disappointed. Look forward to being disappointed. Because when you’re looking to be disappointed, you push it away!

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and have fun with yourself today!

You are already whole and complete. There is nothing to gain or lose in this experience. So if you’re looking outside of yourself, to receive something, to manifest something, decide right now: I’m looking forward to being disappointed!

Breathe in and look forward to being disappointed today!
Breathe out and feel your power!

Your power is in not letting your reality affect you. You are the source! You are the one who gets to project what you want to receive. So if you’re seeking, if you’re looking for something to make you feel good, that’s what you’ll keep getting. But if you know that external reality will never give you the love, the unconditional love that you already are, then there’s nothing to seek, nothing to gain, nothing to lose! You’re free!

Breathe in and look forward to being disappointed!
Breathe out and know it’s already inside of you!

The love you want is inside right now, where you’re seeking from is what you’re seeking. You are it! Your already it!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in the knowing that yes, you are aware.

Let all of those thoughts and expectations and desires go! You can watch them. They’re still there. You’re not pushing them away. But you’re not clinging onto them, identifying with them, thinking that’s you! You’re whole. You’re pure awareness. You’re already one. You’re already unconditional love. You’re already perfect!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know. Yes! I am!

I am aware of the presence of god. I am the presence of god.

Breathe in and know there’s nothing to gain or lose today.
Breathe out and be whole right now. Nothing is ever missing except for god!

And you are god. Because you are aware. And god is just pure awareness and that’s the same thing you are. Everything else is just an illusion, a dream for fun. Today, rest as you are. Stay as awareness. And let that separate self go. Because love is the absence of separation and today you are nothing but love, yah love!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am whole. I don’t need anything because I am the world and the world is me. How could I need anything if its already inside of me?

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Thank you! Thank you for all of the things that led up to this moment.

Breathe in and be in the totality of existence.
Breathe out and relax. This is totality of existence.

Breathe in and slow down. This is it!
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

This is it. This is sufficient. This is enough.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know the answer. Yes I am.

Go to the placeless place of pure awareness. Let what you want come to you today! You don’t have to force or try or struggle or scheme. You don’t have to think about anything that’s coming next, or anything in the past!

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Give life a chance to take care of you today. Give life a chance to spoil you today. All you have to do is relax! Stop trying. Don’t try to DO anything with life today. Don’t try to DO anything. When the time is right, you’ll get the impulse. But if you have to try, or strive, or struggle, or force—let it go. Just let it go. And trust that life will take care of life.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention go to the placeless place.

Yes I am aware. And in that flicker, in the time it takes to ask the question and get the answer, a light is sparked. You remember who you are. Pure awareness!

Breathe in and know everything is pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel so relieved! It’s all pure awareness! It really is all one!

You are pure awareness. I am pure awareness. Everything we perceive is awareness. We really are made up of the same thing. We really are all one consciousness.

Breathe in and know that oneness is seen.
Breathe out and feel so relieved. You don’t have to DO anything! You’ll get the impulse when it’s time!

All you can DO is relax! All you can DO is rest as you are! Stay as you are: awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Feel that question lighting your fire. Every time you ask it, you’re flicking the lighter. Let that flame burn today! Let it purify. Let it attract what you want like a moth to a flame!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And when I am aware, I have no problems because I’m not creating them with my thoughts.

Breathe in and feel happy because there is an absence of lack.
Breathe out and feel peace because there’s an absence of agitation.

See how this moment is unconditional love. See how everything is unconditional love. See how right now there is an absence of separation. We’re in love right now.

Breathe in and be so happy to be here!
Breathe out and keep going back to, “Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware?” Like you’re flicking the lighter all day, “Am I aware?”

Let the spark ignite the flame of awareness. It will bring everything you want to you. It already is!

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and feel enthusiastic about this day!
Breathe out and remember: you must become it to see it!

You feel it and then you see it! Whatever you want to see, start feeling grateful for it right now!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and feel thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! In the moment when you’re resisting, or you’re seeking—you want something to happen, you’re waiting to get something, or you wish it were a different way, something happens that you don’t like—right away, flip the switch to thank you!

Breathe in and say thank you to what is!
Breathe out and feel that feeling of gratitude! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You feel it, then you see it. And it works every single time! Decide right now, that you are going to have such an amazing, flowing day. Because no matter what happens, you’re going to trust it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and trust it’s happening in your favor!
Breathe out and just say thank you! That’s how you practice knowing that it’s happening in your favor.

And the sooner you can flip that switch—when you see something that you don’t like, you get bad news, something goes away you didn’t want—right away, thank you! Thank you! I’m trusting this is happening in my favor! Thank you! Thank you!

Whatever is coming, it’s bigger and better than the thing you wanted. Life is taking care of you. Life is giving you what you want in a bigger and better way.

Breathe in and really trust the process of life today.
Breathe out and feel so grateful.

When you are present, you feel gratitude naturally. So practicing gratitude first is an easy access point for presence.

Breathing in thank you.
Breathing out, thank you!

When you feel that gratitude, you can access presence because when you’re present, all of the ordinary things in life are so magickal. The texture of things, just being able to hear, it’s all such a miracle. All of your senses—miraculous! And when you switch to thank you, you can get into that presence and see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and be present now!
Breathe out and feel that natural happiness and peace and love that’s right here, in the present moment.

In the present moment, you are happy because there is no lack. In the present moment, you are peaceful because there is no agitation. And in the present moment, you are love, loved and loving because there’s no separation.

Breathe in and say thank you and get to this present moment!
Breathe out and feel so happy and peaceful and full of love, yeah love.

It’s all happening in your favor. And now you can see, with a little bit of thank you, life already is the way you want it to be!

Surrender your thoughts. Get out of the piss stream, as I’ve been calling it. There’s just a stream of thoughts and you are awareness and you don’t have to be in the stream of thoughts. You can be outside of it, just watching it go by. You don’t have to get in!

Breathe in and decide to have fun today!
Breathe out and here’s how you can have fun today: Just say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Flip the switch right now to thank you.

Breathe out and really mean it! Thank you!

If you’re feeling down, taken for granted, unappreciated, unloved—what are you taking for granted? Where are you not appreciating? It’s an easy solution, you just start saying thank you!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you and mean it!

Breathe in and appreciate what is.
Breathe out and feel yourself appreciate when you appreciate!

Saying thank you is the easiest way to start participating in the flow again. You’re always in the flow but it’s a lot more fun when you are riding the wave instead of paddling against it.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Flip the switch! Thank you! Thank you! Saying thank you is also a wonderful tool for becoming present because you stop taking things for granted and start seeing the miracle of the ordinary.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and feel the thank you.

Feel the gratitude. Feel the appreciation. Feel yourself appreciating.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! That’s all it takes. Thank you for what is. This is it. This is sufficient. Thank you! Thank you! This is sufficient! This is enough! This is it! And it’s enough. Thank you! Thank you!

Yes I feel irritable. Yes I have a pain in my neck. Yes I feel annoyed. Yes I’m kind of crabby. Yes I want to feel better. Yes I want to have a good day. Yes I’m feeling frustrated. Yes I don’t even know what I want. Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I’m recording a video. Yes I feel off. Yes I want to feel better. Yes I just want to relax and get good news. Yes I want a massage. Yes I want to feel good.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Let go of each thought as it comes. You are what is aware of your thoughts. You are not your thoughts.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen. Yes, I am.

You can also ask yourself, “Am I present?” It’s an easy answer but it causes you to go to your firsthand knowledge of yourself. No thought required to know, “Am I present?”

Breathing in, am I present?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

You can ask, “Am I here?”

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes! I am here!

The mind thinks it’s so boring to be here. So boring to be present. But if you can train yourself to rest as you are, for just a few minutes, the unconditional love that makes up everything will reveal itself.

Breathe in and welcome the unconditional love!
Breathe out and relax into the unconditional love by staying as you are.

And you stay as you are by asking, “Am I aware?” I am!

Breathing out, I am now!

Breathe in and trust. It’s safe here!

Your job right now is to relax. And one way to relax is to just ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathe out and notice the answer. Feel the recognition of “Yes I Am!”

You could also ask, “Am I here? Am I present?”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I present?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes! I am!”

And just like that you’re here. You’re present. You are resting your awareness on awareness itself. Resting as the source. Being the thing that you’re seeking.

Breathe in and notice the unconditional love that makes up everything!
Breathe out and just be that unconditional love that makes up everything.

Breathing in, am I here?
Breathing out, yes I am here!

Yes I am present. Yes I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Stay as you are. Stay as awareness. Keep asking yourself these questions constantly. Am I aware? Because when you answer the question, you recognize the answer. You know the answer. You become knowing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

I am here. I am present, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

This is it! This moment—whatever you’re being, perceiving, witnessing—this is it! This is the main event. Nothing else exists. Just This.

Breathe in and be in the totality of existence!
Breathe out and see that it’s all love. It’s all unconditional love.

You don’t have to think about anything today, or ever again really. It’s time to let the lower dimension of thinking go! Just let it go. Thoughts will still happen. But it’s really time to step back into the witness perspective, the witness perspective program if you will.

Breathe in and just be the observer!
Breathe out and let go of all of your thoughts and your plans and your schemes.

Just let yourself relax into This! Relax into This, the main event.

Breathe in and relax into This!
Breathe out and relax into This!

You never have to think about anything again, or plan, or scheme, or try to manifest. Let it all go. Presence is the answer! You know presence is the answer! That’s it and that’s all! Presence = success. Presence = unconditional love. Presence = miracles and synchronicity. Trust that This is It!

Breathe in and know: This is It.
Breathe out and relax into This.

If it’s too abstract, if your mind is fighting, go back to, “Am I aware?” And really focus on it. Really genuinely answer that question.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And I’m aware I have no problems. Only our thoughts can make us feel bad. All of our suffering comes from our thoughts. But today, that paradigm is over. We’re relaxing into This. And we are aware of being aware. And now we have no problems!
