Daily Meditation – There’s Nobody There! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because smiling always feels good!
Breathe out and smile because smiles become things!

Let yourself relax. Let yourself ease into this moment.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep slowing down. Slow your mind down. Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Let your body keep relaxing. It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and listen. Who am I?

As you go about your day, any time you start resisting, any time you start seeking, any time you start judging—say to yourself, “Who am I who’s resisting this? Who am I who is seeking this? Who am I who is judging?”

Breathing in, who am I who is seeking?
Breathing out… it’s just a thought.

When you find yourself seeking or resisting or judging or otherwise having negative thoughts about life, when you ask, “Who am I who is having negative thoughts about life?” And you go within and you really look at who it is, what do you see?

Breathing in, who am I who is having these thoughts?
Breathing out, who am I who is having these thoughts?

What is it? Who is it? What is at my core? Who am I really?

Breathe in and keep going within.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

When you ask, “Who am I who is having these thoughts?” and you go within and look, you can see there’s nothing there. There’s just the watching. There’s just the observer. There’s just awareness aware of what’s happening.

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and really investigate right now, ask yourself—who am I who has these thoughts?

Sometimes it helps to say more specifically, who am I who is so mad at this person? Who am I who is mad?

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and keep looking for this answer. Who am I who gets mad? Who am I who thinks these thoughts?

They’re just thoughts! It’s not anyone. There’s nobody there! It’s just awareness. It’s not a person. It’s just awareness! There’s nobody there! It’s so liberating! It’s so freeing! Every time you experience contrast in your life, if you can go within and ask, “Who am I who is experiencing this contrast?” you will find the answer, which is NOBODY. There’s nobody there. And then your contrast evaporates. Your contrast dissolves into the infinite which you now are. Pure awareness just watching.

Breathing in, who am I ?
Breathing out, there’s nobody there! It’s just awareness.

It’s just watching.

Breathe in and practice being aware of awareness today.
Breathe out and let yourself be free today!

The more you go within and look—Who is it who is resisting? Who is it who has this problem?—the more you see, there’s no one there and life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I just am!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and slow down.

Keep relaxing your body.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and keep slowing down.

Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and keep breathing out keep breathing out.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Let yourself sink into this moment and really enjoy it exactly the way it is.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and keep letting go of your thoughts.

Keep letting go. Keep letting go. Stay here with me.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer.

What do you hear when you ask, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Ask this question with your whole attention. Place your whole attention. Really ask for real. Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes I am. Yes I am.

It cuts through your thoughts. It cuts through mind-identification instantly. But softly. In a relaxed manner.

Breathe in and be light! Life is just for fun!
Breathe out and think about how fun life could be if you could just stay here with me, just enjoying the present moment!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and enjoy being here now.

Remember that being here is enough. If you had to spend the rest of your life where you are right now, could you still be happy? What would you do in your mind to be happy, if you had to be here the rest of your life?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Let your attention relax back into its source. Let yourself become one with god. One with life. One with the universal intelligence that knows everything! You are also that!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am!

That’s all you have to do to stay here and enjoy being. Am I aware? Yes! I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am!

It might seem like nothing at first. But it’s so powerful. There is nothing more powerful than watching your thoughts with detachment. Watching your experience with detachment.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen: the answer is, “Yes I am.”

Stay as you are today! Stay as awareness. The miracles are right here waiting for you. You’re already here!

Breathe in and enjoy receiving today.
Breathe out and relax.

Any time you start thinking about this and wonder, “Where’s my receiving?” just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And when you hear, “Yes I am,” you’ll know you’re ready to receive!

Say Thank You, Get What You Want (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is, because it’s all a gift.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out thank you!

Thank you! Whatever your ego is resisting, or seeking, or doesn’t like, just say thank you.

Breathing in thank you!
Breathing out thank you!

Your ego is making up a constant narrative of why things are wrong or bad. Why there are problems. It’s all made up. It’s all in your head and it’s time to let it go and trust the process of life. What you want is coming to you. It’s time to get out of the way.

Breathing in yes!
Breathing out thank you!

Thank you! Get into this vibration right now! It really works! Sometimes your mind might think, “Ugh it’s so hard to feel the way I want to feel without manifestation! It’s hard to say thank you and feel it when there’s nothing to feel thankful about.”

Breathe in and stand up to your mind!
Breathe out and think about how easy it is to say thank you and get what you want, as opposed to focusing on what’s going wrong or making up a false narrative that makes you miserable and makes things worse!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

This is your power! Feel genuine gratitude right now, before you notice anything to be grateful for. Become it to see it. Choose it right now. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Then you don’t even have to think about what you want or don’t want. You just know that what you get is what you need. What you get is what you want. Because god is providing for you. Life takes care of life. The universe is trying to help you, if you can just get out of the way!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Really feel this feeling. Thank you! Whatever it is that you don’t like about life right now, imagine it was actually in your favor. And picture yourself saying thank you right now, for this thing that you thought was against you but it turns out it was for you.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! I’m so glad it went that way! Thank you life! I’m so glad it worked out that way. Thank you!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Feel the relief that comes when you get what you really want. And feel how you can feel that way right now. This is your manifestation muscle, to feel it before you see it.

Thank you! Keep thank you on repeat. Any time something goes a way that you don’t like, thank you! It’s a gift and it’s what you wanted, if you can get your mind out of the way.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and slow down.

Keep slowing down.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and know: everything is working out for you.

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself remember: you are the source!

Breathe in and be the source today.
Breathe out and let yourself be the source.

What does it mean to be the source? It means that YOU are the projector. You are sending the signal that’s getting reflected back to you in your physical life experience.

Breathe in and think about the signal you’re sending.
Breathe out and have confidence!

You are the source! You know this. You know that when you become it, you see it. You know that life can only reflect you. That is your power.

Breathe in and step into your power today!
Breathe out and be the source!

Everything you see in your physical reality is a wave. And you are the source of all of the waves. It’s up to you to decide what kind of wave you’re projecting. What is the energy you’re sending out? What is the energy you want to receive back?

Breathe in and be the source!
Breathe out and choose what you want to project today!

Is it love? Is it gratitude? Is it joy? Is it fun? What is it you want to get back today? It’s time to become it right now.

Breathe in and choose what you want to see today.
Breathe out and start embodying it right now.

I want to receive gratitude. I’m feeling taken for granted. And I know that when I feel taken for granted, I’m taking things for granted. Because I am the source.

Breathe in and step into your power as the source!
Breathe out and become it to see it.

Whatever it is you want to see, whatever emotion you want to feel, identify it right now and start becoming it. So you can receive it!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

If you want to receive gratitude, if you want to receive—get things, manifest things, get what you want, have happy synchronicities—if you want to get, you’ve gotta give. And if you want to get thanks, just give thanks. It’s simple but it’s hard to be the one to take the first step if you’re feeling taken for granted.

Breathe in and take the first step.
Breathe out and let your faith carry you.

Believe in your power! Know that you are the source! You know that your mood affects your life experience. You know that when you feel good and don’t care things come easily. You know how to do this!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Feel that feeling of celebrating! Feel the solutions coming! Feel the celebration you’re about to have! You’re having it right now! And now that you have the feeling of gratitude and love and appreciation, it’s going to come into your life experience.

Breathe out and let go of everything that isn’t gratitude.

You have taken your power back. You are the source. Stay as you are. Grateful. In control of your vibration. Because you have taken the first step and now receiving is yours!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Whatever happens, I don’t mind. That’s the goal. That’s the destination. And we can be there right now.

Breathing in, god I’m in your hands.
Breathing out, god I’m in your hands.

Surrender right now. Let go of your preferences. Let go of fighting what is. When you fight what is, you lose!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is. Yes I’m annoyed. Yes I’m resisting. Yes I’m mad. Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I’m repulsed and disgusted. Yes I’m furious! Yes I’m angry. Yes I’m blaming. Yes I feel like a victim.

Breathe in and say yes to everything that is.
Breathe out and accept where you are, what you’re thinking, what you’re feeling.

Breathe in and keep watching your thoughts.
Breathe out and just keep observing.

Yes I’m relaxing a little more. Yes I’m slowing down. Yes I’m breathing in. Yes I’m listening to noises from outside this room. Yes I’m feeling a little critical. Yes I’m blaming someone else for my unhappiness. Yes I’m giving my power away by letting someone else control how I feel.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and let yourself be here now.

Take your power back right now. All of your problems can be solved with awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

If you’re suffering in any way, it’s because you’re in your mind, seeking for something or resisting something. Thinking you have something to gain, thinking you have something to lose. If you’re suffering right now from seeking or resisting, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you stop suffering because you relieve your mind of its activity. You stop going in circles worrying. And you bring your attention to rest at its source, at the point where you touch god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

If you’re suffering today, say to yourself, “I’m not going to suffer that anymore! Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And when I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Keep asking yourself this genuinely. Allow yourself to get to that place where you’re just watching, not affected, not reacting. Not having an emotional reaction to everything that happens in life! You can just be aware! You can just rest with god! Rest as god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Yes! I am aware of the presence of god. My power is now restored!

Breathing in, god I’m in your hands!
Breathing out, I am god’s hands now!

Breathe out and surrender.

Let go of those thoughts. You don’t need them anymore.

Breathe in and remember: you are in god’s hands today!
Breathe out and say it: god, I’m in your hands.

Life, I’m in your hands. Today, decide to truly believe that life takes care of life. You are being looked out for. You are being cared for. You are safe. You are protected! You are thriving! Because life wants you to thrive.

Breathing in, life, I’m in your hands.
Breathing out, life, I am in your hands!

Trust that you are a flower of life. Trust that life wants to help you! God wants to help you! Whatever you want to call it, there is something looking out for you. And it’s inside, readily accessible, right here, right now.

Breathe in and feel excited because you have no more problems!
Breathe out and be free!

If you can surrender to god or life or whatever thing bigger than you—if you can surrender, truly let go and stop caring so much about timing, controlling people, getting things done—if you can stop caring about those things, your life will be a flow of miracles. It already is, but then you’ll be able to really see it, and enjoy it.

Breathing in, god, I’m in your hands!
Breathing out, god, I’m in your hands!

Feel the release when you let go of overthinking, when you let go of thinking, “What’s next, what am I going to do after this, what do I have to do next, what do I have to do next, what’s next?” Surrender and trust that what’s next will come and you’ll know what to do when it’s time!

Breathing in, god, I’m in your hands!
Breathing out, god, I’m in your hands!

There is so much freedom that comes with surrendering your life to god. You still get what you want, it just comes in bigger and better ways. It surprises you. You get these pinhead solution miracles that you never could have thought of yourself!

Breathing in, god, I’m in your hands!
Breathing out, god, I’m in your hands!

Leave the timing up to god. Let there be room for magick today. You don’t have to control everything. You don’t have to constantly think about what you’re going to do next to maximize your productivity!

Breathe in and just let god be your productivity!
Breathe out and let god produce for you!

It’s so easy when you let go. Just let yourself relax into god’s hands right now.

Breathing in, god, I’m in your hands.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you god, I’m in your hands. Thank you for solving my whole life. Thank you for giving me everything I ever wanted. Thank you for the magick life. Thank you for the fun and the bliss and the joy and the love!

Let yourself rest in your sense of being, your sense “I AM”. That’s where god is. As you go about your day, just keep surrendering. God I’m in your hands. Life I’m in your hands. Every time you want to control something.

Let go of the way you think things should be and start celebrating how things are!

Breathing in, god, I am in your hands.
Breathing out, god, I am in your hands.

You can surrender now. You can let life take care of life. You can relax now!

Breathing in, god, I am in your hands.
Breathing out, god, I am in your hands.

You can just surrender like this. You can just let go and let life figure it out for you. God, I am in your hands. You don’t have to resist anything ever again!

Breathe in and feel empowered!
Breathe out and know: Your power is letting go.

When you say, “God, I am in your hands,” you are letting go. And you already know control is letting go. As you go about your day, all day, think to yourself, “God, I am in your hands.” Every time you resist something, every time you don’t like something, any time you’re anxious or paranoid or nervous—“God, I am in your hands.” And feel what it feels like to be in god’s hands. To be in the hands of life, of love, of the universe. What does it feel like to just sit there, held by love, like you’re a little baby bird. So cared for. So loved. So safe and protected.

Breathing in, god I am in your hands.
Breathing out, god I’m in your hands.

When this is on your mind, when the name of god is on your mind, you can do no wrong. Everything that comes from you is love. Everything that comes from you is on the right path. You’re inspired. You’re helping in ways you didn’t expect to hep. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathing in, god I’m in your hands.
Breathing out, god I’m in your hands!

And sometimes it can be harder to do this if you’re hungry or tired or lonely or angry. When that happens, when it’s harder to access that feeling of security, just slow down and be a little more deliberate in your asking. In your declaring. In your prayer.

Breathing in, god I’m in your hands.
Breathing out, god I’m in your hands.

Feel your sense of being when you do this. When you say, “God, I’m in your hands,” feel the sense “I AM.” Feel what it’s like to just exist in god’s hands without thinking, without controlling or planning or scheming or judging.

Breathing in, god I’m in your hands.
Breathing out, god I’m in your hands.

I’m in your hands and now I am so free!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your preferences. Surrender your thoughts. Say to yourself, “God I am in your hands.”

Breathe in and remember: the more you let go, the more it flows.
Breathe out and keep bringing your attention back into center.

Let yourself relax. Forget about your earthly troubles. Let yourself just enjoy this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and smile because it’s really not serious!
Breathe out and say thank you for every little step along the way!

It’s all happening in your favor! Even the dark things. Even the sad things. Even the annoying things. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathing in, god I am in your hands.
Breathing out, god I am in your hands.

As you go about your day, every time you find yourself resisting where you are, or seeking for something else, surrender by saying, “God, I’m in your hands.” It’s so liberating! It’s not up to you! You don’t have to try to control anymore! You especially don’t have to try to control other people, or the timing of things.

If you can surrender by genuinely saying, “God, I’m in your hands,” god will provide for you. And I’m not trying to sound like a religious zealot, I just know that there is a force, the tao, the flow, infinite intelligence, something bigger than us, something that holds us all together, the glue of reality–it’s taking care of us. And when we surrender and let the goo of reality figure it out, we get to live miracles and manifestations and we get to be happy!

Breathe in and know this life is a treat for us!
Breathe out and let yourself enjoy this delicious treat of life!

You don’t have to try to control anything! Especially timing, especially what other people are doing.

Breathing in, god I am in your hands!
Breathing out, god I am in your hands!

When you say this, feel what it feels like to be enveloped by god’s hands. To be in a bubble, a cocoon of safety and love, unconditional love. When you say, “God, I’m in your hands,” you’re free! You’re liberated. You are truly free in this world! Life takes care of life. Everything is working out. It’s all unfolding perfectly. And if you can let go of control, everything will be handed to you!

Breathing in, god I’m in your hands.
Breathing out, god I’m in your hands.

Whatever happens, I’ll be happy either way. God I am in your hands. I don’t mind what happens. God I am in your hands. I trust that it’s all happening in my favor. And when I trust it’s all happening in my favor, it is!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and surrender.

Let yourself slow down.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Let yourself wake up right now.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

If you ever start getting overwhelmed with caring about what other people think or caring about what other people are doing, always go back to not giving a fuck!

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Sometimes the thoughts and experiences and perceptions just pile up and we don’t know what to do. We don’t know how to feel better. Just start with,

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

It’s the same thing as saying, “I don’t mind.” No matter what happens, I don’t mind. And that’s the highest state you can aspire to in spirituality. Whatever happens, I don’t mind.

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

And why, why do you not give a fuck? Because when you care, you push it away. When you care, you make a mess. When you care, nothing goes your way, because you’re focused on lack. You’re focused on having something to lose. But when you let go of your fucks, when you decide you don’t mind no matter what happens, you free yourself. You free life to take care of life.

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

And after you feel a little lighter from not giving a fuck, surrender. Let go of control. Because it’s not up to you and it never was.

Breathe in and say, “God I am in your hands.”
Breathe out and say it again: “God, I am in your hands.”

You know when you’re sliding in a vehicle on ice, and you can’t press the brake or the gas, you can just keep sliding until you stop and hope that you end up in the right direction? When that happens, you have to surrender. You might say something like, “God, I’m in your hands!” You can apply this all day, every day to your own life, any time you start sliding out of control.

Breathing in, god I am in your hands.
Breathing out, god I am in your hands.

Surrender control. Surrender thinking there’s anything you can do with force or trying. Let life take care of life. Let the miracles come to you.

Breathing in, god I am in your hands.
Breathing out, god I am in your hands.

And then just let go. Let go of worrying about time. Let go of worrying about what other people do or think. Trust god to take care of it. You’re now free.

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Breathing in, god I am in your hands!
Breathing out, I’m in god’s hands now!

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and take your power back, right now!
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts. Stand up to your experiences, your perceptions. Stand up for your Self right now.

Breathe in and go beyond good and bad.
Breathe out and let all of that physical world drama go.

You are the source. You are the creator. Stand up for yourself right now!

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. It’s more of a feeling. It’s more of an experience. It’s a recognition. Yes, I am aware.

Breathe in and smile because smiles become things too!
Breathe out and say thank you because your thank yous become things too.

Thank you. Thank you. All you have to do is feel good to change the trajectory of your entire life! It’s up to you!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen. Yes I am!!

Go beyond the good and bad. Go beyond the labels. I want this. I don’t want this. This is good. This is bad. I don’t want this to happen. I do want this to happen. All of that—trying to control physical reality—it’s a waste of time. It’s bullshit. And it is never over.

Breathe in and release your control of physical reality!
Breathe out and smile because now you’re free!

You really can stop trying to control reality with your thoughts. You just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And you stay in that place where you are. You’re already there. Any time you start suffering, you stand up for yourself and you say, “I’m not suffering that anymore. Am I aware?”

Breathing in, I’m not suffering that anymore!
Breathing out, I am aware!

When you are aware, you have no problems. Because you’re not thinking. You’re not trying to control. You’re not judging. You’re just being. You’re being god. You’re being your natural self of bliss.

Breathe in and go back to being god.
Breathe out and know your fucking power!

You are the creator! Don’t let physical reality make you react and then make a bigger vibration of what you don’t want! You are the creator. And your control is letting go of your thoughts. It’s letting go of reacting. It’s letting go of trying to control.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Let your contrast wake you up today! Go beyond good and bad. Today, you are not going to suffer this physical world drama because you created it and you can end it. You can go back to peace and see peace reflected. It starts right this second.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

And I’m not suffering that anymore!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am! I am now aware. I am now in the flow!
