Nothing to Gain or Lose (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and know: awareness never rushes.
Breathe out and rest as pure awareness.

If you find yourself in a hurry, or in a time crunch, allow yourself to relax back into your natural position, as the observer, the witness, pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and hear that answer, “Yes, I am aware!”

When you rest as pure awareness, life unfolds in perfect time. It always unfolds in perfect time, but you’re able to see it and participate and enjoy it, when you just relax into your natural state as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Now you may be burning with this flame of awareness—as the flame of awareness. But like all thoughts, or mental codes, “Am I aware?” might not always work. It might not always jog you into presence. It might not always be a match to you. And if you find yourself caught up in physical reality, worrying, trying to control, or you just want something so fucking bad and you don’t know how you’re going to get it—when you feel like that, it’s time to get out of the way with a simple prayer of, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Your ego, your personality, your personhood wants selfish things. It wants things that make you look good, that make you feel good that, things that boost you up and give you more. But remember pure awareness has nothing to gain or lose from any circumstance.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you god.”
Breathe out and say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Now when I say god, I don’t mean the religious god. I mean pure awareness, infinite intelligence, love. God is just a common word that most people can relate to. And when you say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you,” you are giving up your selfish human controlling desires and making yourself a channel for the greatest good. Making yourself available to be in the right place at the right time to help the right person right when they need it.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”
Breathe out and feel how easy it is to get out of the way, to be of service, to give what you wish you could receive.

It’s so easy when you let god replace your selfishness, when you let god replace you wanting to control things, when you don’t know! You don’t fucking know! You have no idea! You don’t know. But god knows. And you are god. And you can stay as god by resting in your pure awareness.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

I am aware and thank you god for replacing me with you!

The Message That You Need To Hear (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. It’s safe for you to let go of trying to control anything and just let it unfold. Let it work out. Let life take care of life today.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. “Am I aware? Yes I am aware.”

Trust the process of life. Trust that it is all leading up to everything you ever wanted. Every step led you to right here, the present moment, where everything is fun and there is nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and keep ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel that recognition. That’s presence—that spark that you notice when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

All the thoughts are kind of dusted away. And you’re just here, sinking your mind into your heart.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. You always know the answer. Yes I am aware!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Now when this mental code loses its flavor or it stops working, all it means is that you’re thinking at the same time as asking the question. You have to genuinely ask with curiosity and listen for the answer. And you’ll feel your mind sinking back into your self, dissolving into pure awareness. You can feel it. It’s just a recognition. It’s instant. But the sentence, the question, “Am I aware?” will always spark that flame of awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

You’ll know you got there when you feel like you’re just waking up in a dream, like, wow, what is life!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

If you can stay as you are—pure awareness—the manifestations will flow to you like never before. Trust that this is the message that you need to hear. Trust that this is the key. This is it! This is the main event, resting as pure awareness. It might seem boring or like you’re not doing enough. But trust me when I say, the high speed flow will come at you right away when you stay as you are, as pure awareness.

Breathe out and know: “Yes I am aware!”

Would You Rather Think About It Or Would You Rather Have It? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body. Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Let go of those thoughts. Would you rather think about it, or would you rather have it?

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and keep letting go of those thoughts.

The more you let go, the more it flows. And if there’s something specific that you want, decide to stop thinking about it today. And stay as you are: pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Yes! I am aware!

This is the best day of your life! And because you’re so happy, things are flowing to you. Because you’ve been feeling good, things are working out for you. Trust and believe that what you want is on the way. Your only job today is to stay as you are. Pure awareness!

Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Any time you find yourself overthinking, worrying, or even just ruminating on a good experience, ask yourself, “Do I want to think about it, or do I want to have it?” Do I want to live what I want, or do I just want to think about it?

Breathe in and decide to live what you want today.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Life is bringing you exactly what you want. You only have to get out of the way. And to get out of the way, you let your thoughts go. It’s not that you stop thinking, you just take your attention away from it and rest it on who you really are: pure awareness. And to rest your attention on pure awareness—who you really are—just ask yourself, over and over, “Am I aware?”

Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Let this be your super power today! Any time you find yourself lost in thought, whether it’s good or bad, ask yourself, do I want to think about it, or do I want to have it?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

And I promise you, staying aware, staying as you are, who you really are, pure awareness—there is nothing more satisfying. Nothing more loving. Nothing more whole. Nothing more complete. Allow yourself to receive today, by staying as you are!

Take the Pathless Path (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Keep welcoming what is. Keep making peace with what is. And remember, you are the source of your manifestations. You are the source of all that is good in your life.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

The easiest way to get what you want is to feel as good as if you had it right now. And you do that by resting in your pure awareness. All day every day, ask yourself,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Let “Am I aware?” wake you up in the dream! When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” your mind takes the pathless path back to its source. Your mind turns in on itself. It rests in your heart center.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

See if you can feel that sense of being, that sense of waking up in a dream, like, “Oh wow I’m dreaming! I’m just going to look around and see what a dream is like.” That’s what this is. That’s all this is. You’re waking up in the dream right now.

Breathing, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

Rest in that feeling, in that space between “Am I aware?” and the knowing of “Yes I am aware.” And when you stay rested, at ease, relaxed in your awareness, you feel a sense of knowing. You know you are here. And when you rest in the feeling of knowing, that feeling of knowing creates. And you know what’s going to happen. And you know it’s all working out for you. And you know life loves you. And you know that you’re on the right path and you know that life is good.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Stay resting in your knowing. Stay as you are. Your presence is your superpower and this is how you practice presence: by asking yourself, “Am I aware?” Instantly present. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And then you’re here! There’s no step you have to take. There’s no distance to travel. There’s nothing to unblock. There’s nothing to change. You’re already here. It’s just a recognition.

Breathe in and recognize: you are aware.
Breathe out know: yes, you are aware!

You’re here. You’re awake. Rest in that feeling. At first it might not feel like much. You might want instant manifestations or to instantly feel great. Give it a few minutes of resting as you are. Staying as you are. Am I aware? Yes. Stay in that feeling. Stay in your sense of being. Stay in your presence.

Breathing out, yes I am aware!

Any time you get caught up in the world of objects, things you want to happen, things you don’t want to happen—any time your attention is straining outward, pull it back in by asking, “Am I aware?”

I am aware of the miracle. And I am letting them come to me!

The Miracles Will Come to You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and just observe what it is you’re thinking.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and just watch your thoughts.

What are you thinking right now? When I slow down enough to listen to what I’m thinking, it’s thoughts like, “I should hurry. I need to this. And then I need to do this. I need to be doing this. I don’t want to forget this.” The thoughts of worrying and planning and wondering—they never stop. They’re always going. And if you find yourself feeling uneasy or anxious or feeling uncomfortable in any way, step back and look. Are you being overwhelmed by your thoughts?

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

Even if your thoughts come a mile a minute, even if it feels like you can’t get any space from them, even if it feels like, “Yeah, I get it, I’m thinking too much, but I don’t know how to stop,” there’s still hope. There’re still things that you can do to get a break from your thoughts without stopping them, without having to sit in meditation.

Breathe in and feel optimistic today!
Breathe out and feel confident in your ability as the creator!

You are god in human form. And you can call upon your god-like powers at any second. Starting right now.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes I am aware!

In the time it takes to ask, “Am I aware?” to answering, “Yes, I am aware,” your mind sinks back into its source. Your mind relaxes from its state of being tense and stretched and seeking or resisting.

Breathe in and relax your mind today!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You know how to observe your thoughts. You know how to get distance from them. You just say yes to what is. Yes I’m thinking this. Yes I’m thinking this. And now, you can also just be aware. And when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” You know you’re present. When you go from “Am I aware” to “Yes I am aware”—in that space is presence. In that space you recognize your pure awareness. You recognize who you really are.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

This is your power! To rest in that space of presence. To be the pure awareness you are. And if you can just—it feels like waking up in a dream—if you can just rest in that place of “yes I am aware,” the miracles will come to you. The miracles will unfold perfectly.

Breathe out and know the answer: yes, I am aware.

Yes I am aware. Yes. I am burning as the flame of pure awareness!

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath. Let yourself be here now.

Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

When you’re relaxed, you’re open to receiving. When you’re relaxed, you’re open to miracles

Breathe in and open up to miracles today!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

Life is going to give you miracles that you never expected. That you never could have asked for. They’ll be bigger and better than anything you could have imagined!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Even if you want things to go a certain way, you don’t know what’s really the best way. It’s time to surrender your desires. Surrender your preferences. Let go of trying to control life. Life takes care of life. Life is helping you right now. You just have to get out of the way.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and be at peace with what is!

When you are at peace with what is, you are a magnet for more to come! You are a manifesting magnet when you are relaxed and at peace with the way things already are.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes I am aware.

Yes I am pure awareness. Remember that when you rest in your knowing that you are here, that feeling that you feel, that certainty, that primary knowledge—that’s generating so many circumstances in your physical reality of love and joy and synchronicity. Really feeling the feeling of synchronicity, the feeling of knowing brings synchronicities into your life. It makes you able to perceive them!

Breathe in and get ready for synchronicities today!
Breathe out and let life bring you the miracles.

You’re already doing everything right. You’re already in the right place at the right time. You are already perfect! Now just relax and let it come to you. Stay as you are!

Stay in that centered feeling of knowing. Knowing that you are aware. Knowing who you really are. When you rest in that knowing, life unfolds perfectly for you! It always unfolds perfectly for you, but when you are resting in the knowing, you know it’s all perfect!

Let yourself burn as the flame of awareness today. Rest in your primary knowledge of who you are. And the synchronicities and miracles will come straight to you. You don’t have to do anything but enjoy life the way it is!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Let go of your resistance. Let yourself enter this moment, where all of your power lies. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and smile because smiles create too!

To enter the present moment, simply ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

When you ask yourself “Am I aware?” you feel a spark of recognition. Yes! I am aware! And that’s all there is to it. That’s all there is to presence. And when you ask yourself “Am I aware?” and you notice that spark of recognition, allow it to ignite the flame of your awareness today!

Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Yes is the flame of awareness! As you go about your day, keep asking yourself, “Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes I am aware!” And notice the recognition that yes, you are aware! You’re here! You’re present. You’re noticing your sense of being. And when you recognize that you are aware, that you are aware of awareness, feel that flame ignite in you! Feel awareness burning in you! Feel awareness burning as you! Let it burn away all of the worries. Let it burn away all of the doubts and the criticisms and the judgements.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

I am aware! The more that you practice this, the more that you stay as you are, the more that you know that you are aware, the more miracles will come to you. And, when you ask yourself “Am I aware?” and you answer “Yes I am aware,” that’s the feeling of knowing. And when you rest in the feeling of knowing, you almost become psychic. You become knowing what’s going to happen. You know things that you wouldn’t otherwise be attuned to, because you’re resting in knowing. And knowing comes naturally to you! And anything that you want to be aware of, you’ll just know!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

And I am burning with the flame of awareness!

Come Home (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and surrender!

Let go of your thoughts. Let go of your feelings, your sensations, your perceptions.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and feel for your sense of being.

What does it feel like to say I AM? What does your sense of being feel like?

Breathe in and keep feeling for that sense of being.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious, and the more you rest in your sense of being, the more you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Everything is unfolding in perfect timing. You don’t have to strive. You don’t have to struggle. You don’t even have to focus! To truly know peace and contentment in this moment, all you have to do is NOTHING! All you have to do is rest your awareness on itself.

Breathe in and feel for that awareness.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

When you ask, “Am I aware?” your attention, your awareness itself sinks back into the source of awareness. And there it is able to rest. And when you say “Yes, I am aware,” that is you practicing your sense of being. You’re being aware of being aware. Your awareness of awareness. And this technique—this lack of technique—of just asking the question, “Am I aware?” is all you need to come home, to love, joy, god itself. Awareness is god. If you believe in your religious terminology, pure awareness is god.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your attention sinking back into itself, into your heart center.

Feel your awareness sinking back into the source from where it came. This practice of becoming aware of your awareness is truly the pinnacle practice as a human that you can do, or rather not do, to be content with the way life already is, right now. Take your attention away from objects. Away from thoughts, feelings, perceptions, sensations, and rest your awareness on awareness itself.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware”
Breathe out and feel your awareness sinking back into itself, back into its source.

It’s like when you are looking at objects in reality, like your thoughts or emotions or the things you perceive, you’re focused on the waves of the ocean. But when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you sink down into the bottom of the ocean where it’s still. The waves are still the ocean but they’re chaotic and frenetic and destabilizing. Your true self, your true joy and contentment lies at the bottom of the ocean, when you rest awareness on awareness.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Feel the awareness sinking back into itself.

Yes I am aware.

Breathe in and be easy on yourself if it doesn’t come instantly.
Breathe out and just try to practice this whenever you get a chance today.

Whenever you notice yourself destabilized, feeling bad, distracted by objects, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And feel that awareness coming home to itself! Feel yourself return to god, return to love, return to your source, simply by asking, “Am I aware?”

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Surrender your preferences. Let yourself relax into this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let yourself rest. Rest as the witness.

Rest as the observer of your experience.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself.

Listen to your body. Listen to your intuition. But today, stand up to your thoughts!

Breathe in and pay attention to what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “What am I thinking?”

If you’re anything like me, you might be resisting a few things, or seeking for a few things. Overall, are you minding things? Are there things going on that you mind? Are things happening around you that you do mind?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Do I mind?”
Breathe out and really think about it. Have you been minding lately?

Today as you go about your day, say to yourself, whenever you catch yourself seeking or resisting, say, “I don’t mind!”

Breathing in, I don’t mind!
Breathing out, I don’t mind!

When you mind what’s going on, you’re resisting it. You wish it would be different. You wish it would be the way you want it to be. But when you don’t mind, you’re empty. You’re observing. You’re the witness. You’ll be happy either way, no matter what happens! Decide today, you don’t mind! Whatever happens, you don’t mind!

Breathing in, I don’t mind!
Breathing out, I don’t mind!

So much of our day is full of minding. Getting caught up in preferences, getting caught up in likes and dislikes, getting caught up in wanting things to be different from the way they are. All of this causes so much suffering! And today we don’t need to suffer, because today, we don’t mind!

Breathe in and notice where you’re suffering
Breathe out and decide: I don’t mind!

Yes, I’m tired. I don’t mind. Yes I want to eat my feelings. I don’t mind. Yes I’m dragging my feet about starting my work. I don’t mind!

Breathing in, I don’t mind!
Breathing out, I don’t mind!

Yes I don’t have a lot of energy today. I don’t mind. Yes I’m resisting doing my to do list. I don’t mind. Yes I feel overwhelmed. I don’t mind. Say this to every single thing you notice yourself minding today. Whether you mind that you’re not getting what you want, or you mind that something is annoying you. Whatever it is you’re minding, it’s causing you suffering. Today, make it your goal, make it your main point of focus to not mind.

Breathing in, I don’t mind.
Breathing out, I don’t mind.

When you say “I don’t mind,” you’re saying you—consciousness, pure awareness—are not mind-identified. And when you do mind, it just means you’re mind-identified, meaning you’re suffering. Today, stand up to your thoughts. Stand up to that suffering and decide to not mind, no matter what happens.

Breathing in, I don’t mind!
Breathing out, I don’t mind!

Everything You Seek Is Where You’re Seeking From! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Breathe out and let yourself be here now.

When you are present, when you are waking up in the dream—what are you really doing? What does it mean to be present? Well I’ll tell you! Being present is simply resting as pure awareness, instead of thinking or identifying with your emotions or your experience or your sensations or your thoughts. When you are present, you are here, right now, just observing. You are pure awareness, just experiencing reality.

Breathe in and be that pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Who you really are, pure awareness—you don’t have to work to be there. It’s effortless. It’s who you already are. Pure awareness. You can’t change it. It’s at the root of who you are. There is no killing it. It was never born. Awareness is the one thing in you that never changes. It’s your essence. It’s your source.

Breathe in and be that pure awareness.
Breathe out and reveal the pure awareness.

It’s easy to say with words, “Just be the pure awareness and then everything will be great!” But how do you actually practice that in real life when you have thoughts and emotions and sensations all day every day?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Am I aware?

The answer is clearly, “Yes I am aware.” And you can ask yourself this question, “Am I aware?” all day, to turn your awareness back in on itself, to witness the witness, observe the observer. Pay attention to your attention.

Breathe in and turn your awareness back in on itself.
Breathe out and witness the witness.

Am I aware? It instantly takes your awareness and turns it back on itself to look at itself. And when you do that, you can see that what you’ve been seeking for is where you’re seeking from! It’s YOU! You’re already it!

Breathe in and be that pure awareness!
Breathe out and just ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

If you want to stay present, if you want to stay as you are, if you want to rest in the knowing of who you really are, without getting pulled and distracted and caught up in the whirlwind of thoughts and emotions and sensations:

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware

Keep asking yourself this question over and over and over until it’s easy for you to keep your awareness turned in on itself, resting as I AM. Resting in your sense of being. Not identified with any thought or emotion. Just resting as you are. That’s where the peace and love and joy and contentment is. Everything you seek is where you’re seeking from!
