You Are the Source (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences!

The mind can get so hooked on wanting specific things to happen. And it can be all-consuming! But the best things in life come to us when we’re not expecting them. The best things happen when we’ve let go, when we’ve surrendered, when we’re not even aware that what’s being given to us is the greatest gift.

Breathe in and make peace with where you are.
Breathe out and know that when you are at peace with where you are, that’s when the things come to you.

When you are in receiving mode, that’s when they come. And when you are relaxed and grateful and just happy to be alive, that’s receiving mode.

Breathe in and say, “I am aware.”
Breathe out and let this be your mental code today.

Any time that stale desire comes up, “I am aware.” Any time you start grasping or seeking or resisting, “I am aware.”

Breathing in, I am aware.
Breathing out, I am aware.

Often, huge manifestations come as a result of our focus and presence. But then the manifestation comes and we get attached and we want more of that manifestation, and we need it to feel good. But remember, the manifestations come when you are surrendered. When you are detached. When you have let go of ever needing something to change again. When you’ve given up!

Breathe in and surrender those preferences!
Breathe out and trust the process of life!

Trust that this is the right place and the right time!

Let go of everything else outside of this moment!

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and notice where you’re mind identified, where you’re holding things away from you by thinking about them.

Breathe in and just watch your mind.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself.

It’s ok if you get hooked on manifestations. It’s ok if you get hooked on the good feeling that comes. But just remember you’re the one. You’re the source of these manifestations. You’re the creator. You are the magnet that attracts these things to you and you have the power to be the source of the wave. The source of what you want. And when you can get to that place of feeling so good in yourself that nothing needs to change, that’s when all of those great miracles happen.

Breathing in, I am aware.
Breathing out, I am aware.

Be confident in yourself today! In your abilities as the creator, as the magnet for what you want. All it takes to get what you want is to forget about it by becoming present. Surrender those preferences, give up caring if you ever get that thing you want. It’s time to let it go and rest in who you really are: pure awareness. That place where everything comes to you and everything is perfect and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathing in, I am aware.
Breathing out, I am aware.

This is the your power—to be present. To be in control of your vibration. And when you can reach that point, reveal that place of natural joy and enthusiasm, that’s when what you want comes to you. But remember you are the source, the manifestations are just reflection! You are the manifestation, you are the miracle!

You Are the Master of Your Reality(transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and enter into receiving mode.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this chance to be alive! Thank you for the magick life! Thank you for the miracles! Thank you for the fun and the love and the joy!

Breathe in and lighten up, because it’s not serious!
Breathe out and congratulate yourself. You have come so far!

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and keep saying thank you. Thank you.

That’s how you enter receiving mode. Thank you. Feel that feeling of gratitude in your heart. Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and step into this present moment!
Breathe out and say, “I am aware.”

Today let, “I am aware,” be your mental code.

Breathe in and say, “I am aware.”
Breathe out and say, “I am aware.”

I am aware. When you are aware, you are looking from the position of the watcher, the observer, the witness of all that is. When you are aware, you are resting in the seat of your consciousness, as pure awareness.

Breathing in, I am aware!
Breathing out, I am aware!

And when you choose to be aware of each moment as it comes, you get to see your thoughts and feelings in real time. And let them go in real time. And you get to watch life unfold, without being rocked by the ups and downs. You get to just watch it like a movie.

Breathing in, I am aware.
Breathing out, I am aware.

The pure awareness doesn’t judge. It doesn’t ascribe value. The pure awareness watches, and accepts everything. It lets it all unfold. Because life is unfolding perfectly. And all you gotta do is get out of the way!

Breathing in, I am aware.
Breathing out, I am aware.

The more you say, “I am aware,” the more you get into this feeling that you’re watching your self image or your personality, just like a tv character. It’s not real! Who you really are is pure awareness, and everything that you watch—all the thoughts, all the feelings, all of the conditioning that makes you say the things that you say—none of that is really real. It comes and goes. It’s temporary. It’s an illusion. It’s just the play of life. But you are pure awareness. Who you really are is consciousness itself. Nothing can stick to it. Nothing can hurt it. Nothing can kill it.

Breathing in, I am aware.
Breathing out, I am aware.

Try this today, saying, “I am aware,” as your mental code. See if it brings you into the present moment. See if it helps you get some distance from your thoughts and emotions, the ups and downs.

Breathing in, I am aware.
Breathing out, I am aware.

Feel your power! Feel like a patriarch or a matriarch in a show about billionaires. Feel like you are the master of your reality, because you just watch! You just observe it all. And you watch it play out perfectly, and all in your favor!

Stay Centered in Your Knowing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and bring your attention back into this present moment.

Let yourself slow down. Let those thoughts go. Just trust the process of life.

Breathe in and let yourself be light today!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

This is the best day of your life! Everything ever created led up to right now! You get to enjoy this day! You get to enjoy being in physical reality, having a body, and I promise you, as dark as life can get, it can get even lighter!

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and know it’s all working out for you!

Especially the things you don’t like in life—they are gifts! They are solutions! They are things trying to help you! And it’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad about them. Let yourself say thank you to everything in life today, and you’ll see how it’s all happening in your favor!

Breathe in and just be here now!
Breathe out and let your concepts go!

The more you allow yourself to be present, the more miraculous life will appear. In my experience, being present is easily achievable for split seconds, for moments at a time, but then I’ll keep picking up concepts like, I’ll stare at a point and start thinking about “What does this mean, that I’m staring at a point?” And I’ve just recently woken up to these concepts that I keep picking up while I think I’m practicing presence.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts today.
Breathe out and notice: are you still picking up concepts when you’re practicing presence?

You can say, “Yes I am here.” Or, “I know I am here.” And sit with that for a moment, and wait and watch yourself pick up another concept like, “What should I do next?” Or, “What’s that person thinking?” Or, “I should clean this.” It could be anything—any concept, any shape, any thought about yourself, even an emotion.

Breathe in and just notice yourself picking up concepts.
Breathe out and just be the watcher.

The one who watches is already free, because the one who watches knows they aren’t the thing they’re watching. You are not your thoughts. You are not your emotions. You are not any of the things you see. You are pure awareness. You are unchangeable. You were never born and you’re never going to die. You, the pure awareness, is always safe, always joyful, always content. And if you ever catch yourself feeling less than joyful and content, just ask yourself, “Am I picking up concepts?”

Breathe in and let yourself be here now.
Breathe out and let yourself practice presence today.

Stay as you are. Stay as, “I AM”. Say to yourself, “I know I am here.” And just watch. Watch the concepts arise. But you don’t have to pick them up. And that is how you stay centered in your knowing, centered in your gratitude, centered in joy. Pure awareness, I am.

Breathe in and have the best day of your life today!
Breathe out and relax.

It’s all happening in your favor! And if you ever get caught up in physical reality, resisting or seeking, go back to “thank you” and once you feel in a stable place, feeling ok, then return to your presence practice and stay as you are! I know I am here! Are you?

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Let yourself just enjoy this moment, right here, right now. Let the flow through you. Let what you want come to you.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. It’s not serious!

Everything is ok. Everything is as it should be. When you can step outside of your mind, into the present moment, you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and step outside of your mind.
Breathe out and see the perfection of life as it is.

But how do we step out of our minds? How do we see the perfection? I know logically, intellectually, that life takes care of life. That life really is perfect, that everything is working out for everyone. But how do we embody that feeling, that knowing?

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

The easiest way to embody that knowing, is to say thank you. To practice the feeling of gratitude, to reveal that true natural feeling of gratitude in our hearts, for the way things already are. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel that genuine gratitude. Thank you!
Breathe out and feel how it could really work for you! Thank you!

Get yourself in that feeling. Remember a time when you really did get what you wanted. Or you really were surprised by something you didn’t know you wanted yet. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and rest in your knowing that everything is perfect.
Breathe out and practice that feeling of knowing.

Say to yourself, “I know I am here.” That’s your first knowing. That’s the thing that you know above all else. The first thing you knew when you came into your human body—you knew that you are. I know that I am.

Breathing in I know I am here.
Breathing out I know I am here.

Let yourself rest in that feeling of knowing. I know I am here. When you feel these feelings of gratitude, and knowing, everything is blessed in your life. The things you want come to you. You’re a magnet for the perfect unfolding. Just let yourself relax and enjoy life the way it is. That’s all you have to do, is just enjoy it the way it is! And you can take two routes, sometimes simultaneously.

Breathing in I know I am here.
Breathing out thank you.

Thank you. I know I am here. Thank you. I know I am here. Thank you. I know I am here. Thank you.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come.
Breathe out and feel your power as the creator, as consciousness itself.

You have the power to live life any way you want, to receive anything you want. All it takes is stepping outside of your psychological mind, stepping aside from those thoughts that push the things you want away from you. Allow yourself to rest in gratitude and knowing today.

Breathing in I know I am here.

Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Let go of your thoughts. Bring your attention back to this moment. Remember who you really are: pure awareness.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Always remember that thank you is the most powerful phrase you can utter. It is the most effective prayer. Gratitude in advance is so effective, so quick. Just let yourself ease into that feeling of gratitude and forget about all the rest.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

You don’t have to think about things to be grateful for, but if that helps, go for it—but what really matters is the feeling of gratitude. And you can always pull up that one memory when you were just so grateful to get what you wanted. Get into that feeling, right now!

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Sometimes gratitude might bring up feelings of being undeserving, or unworthy. And to those feelings, you can say, thank you. Thank you, thank you! To all of life today, say thank you. And then you’ll see why it’s there and why it’s a gift for you and it’s not something happening TO you.

Breathing in thank you.
Breathing out thank you. Thank you!

Let yourself feel that excitement, that surge of energy and appreciation for life the way it is! When you get something you really want, or when you’re surprised with something you didn’t even know you really wanted—

Breathe in and say thank you, wow, thank you!
Breathe out and stay in that feeling.

Thank you! Thank you!

Now who are you thanking? It’s consciousness, or god, or whatever higher power you want to call it. Your higher self, infinite intelligence, whatever you want to call it. You’re thanking that thing that put you here. And when you feel that feeling of gratitude in your heart, you tune to the channel of receiving! That’s all of you have to do! Just say thank you and you’re tuned to receive.

Breathe in and feel so relieved! You’re tuned!
Breathe out and keep thank you on repeat in your mind today.

Thank you! Thank you! It really works. It really will bring what you want to you, but it doesn’t matter what you receive as a result, because you already feel like life is on your side. You already feel safe. You already feel content with what you have. Because you already feel gratitude just for existing. Thank you for this moment.

Relax your body. Let yourself enjoy the next few minutes. There’s no need to worry about what you’ve produced or accomplished in this life. All that matters is that you are here.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself today.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

Even if it feels like you have so far to go! Of course the journey is the destination, but really, you have come so far!

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It’s the right time and the right place, and you’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax. Let yourself step outside of the world of normal things, just for a few minutes. Take the time to remember who you really are, and why you’re really here.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and say fuck it!

Even if you’re judging yourself, even if you wish things were different, you can still feel good right here, right now. You can come back to center. You can step outside of your mind, into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and just let yourself exist. No need to produce. No need to accomplish. No need to strive.

Breathe in and just be here.
Breathe out and let your insides untwist.

Let your body relax. Let your mind relax.

Breathe in and be easy on yourself today!
Breathe out and really take a moment to be kind to yourself.

You deserve love. You deserve kindness. You deserve respect. And you deserve to get what you want.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and just be here.

Your mind wants to resist the slowing down. Your mind wants to resist being nice to you. Because once you step outside of your mind, once you see through the thought stream, you return to your natural state of joy and contentment and love. And that is where the miracles happen. When you feel better, when you feel your feelings and let them go and decide to just be present, just remember who you are for a minutes—when you make that choice, the universe conspires in your favor. Molecules rearrange themselves in reality. And what you want comes to you! But you have to take the first step. You have to make the choice to feel good before anything changes. You have to make the choice to be here now. To take the leap and trust that the net will appear.

Breathe in and take the leap!
Breathe out and trust in the magick life!

The world, capitalism, these things—they tie up our minds and we get obsessed and hyper-focused on what we’ve achieved and accomplished and what we’re striving for next. But that’s not the meaning of life. Striving is not the meaning of life. The meaning of life is just to exist, it’s just to be here. Do plants think about striving? Do plants think about what they’re achieving? What they’re producing? Whether they’re going to fruit? Probably not. They just exist. And they just enjoy existing.

Breathe in and decide to enjoy existing today.
Breathe out and trust the process of life!

It works for the plants and the animals, it can work for you too! Now to practice presence today, I have a new phrase that may help you snap into presence and get out of your mind!

Breathe in and say, “I know I am here!”
Breathe out and feel what it feel likes when you say, “I know I am here.”

That first knowing that you ARE, that you exist—the knowledge that you have that you are here—that’s presence. That’s your presence. Thats how you feel it. Thats how you feel your sense of being. Just say, “I know I am here! I know I am here.” That’s all you have to do to be present. That’s all you have to do today. Just know you are here. Be in your body. Observe what’s around you. Know that you are here. You are here! You know you are here!

Breathe in and feel relieved! You know you’re here!
Breathe out and rest in that knowing!

You know how practicing the feeling creates? You know how when you feel a certain way, that’s what draws things that feel like that to you? Knowing that you’re here, that’s how you feel the feeling of knowing on purpose. And when you rest in a state of knowing, what you want comes to you. Life works out for you. The molecules rearrange for you. And none of this matters because you know you’re here. And that’s enough! And your mind is not going to stop talking, but you don’t have to listen to it. You can just know that you are here. You can relax into the knowing.

Breathe in and know you are here!
Breathe out and say it: I know I am here!

Rest in that knowledge that you are here today! And that knowing—that feeling that you have when you pay attention to your sense of being—that feeling generates miracles. And it makes you a match to having the best day of your life!

Breathe out and rest in that knowing. You know you are here! And that’s all you have to know!

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go. You can trust the process of life.

It’s safe to let go. It’s safe to breathe out. It’s safe right now to relax and trust that it’s all working out in your favor. Just keep saying yes.

Breathe in and loosen up!
Breathe out and let yourself relax! You don’t have to be uptight about life anymore!

It’s not under your control. The only control you have is what you perceive, what you choose to look at. How you feel, your vibration, what you think. Your choices are your inner world. Everything else is a reflection.

Breathe in and design your inner world.
Breathe out and feel empowered.

You get to design your reality. You get to choose the way you want to experience life. You get to transcend suffering!

Breathe in and feel so excited! There’s no more suffering today!
Breathe out and let go of those worries!

You don’t have to suffer, no matter what pain you may experience. No matter how many things don’t go the way you want. It’s just your ego trying to control and your ego isn’t even real! It’s just a false self image!

Breathe in and be who you really are today!
Breathe out and welcome change!

Change is just another word for life. And change is always good.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let who you are be enough today!

If you feel good enough, if you feel like you’re in the right place at the right time, if you feel like life’s taking care of you, then there’s nothing to control. Nothing to force. Nothing to make happen. You can just let go and let it flow and let what you want come to you.

But how to do that? Well today, your mental code is, “I am is enough.”

Breathing in I AM is enough!
Breathing out who I am is enough.

So many of us have the limiting belief of “I’m not good enough.” My body’s not good enough. I’m not good enough at my job. I’m not good enough at being a daughter or a wife or a mother or a father or a brother or whatever, but all of that is about your person, your ego. Things that come and go. Things that aren’t even real! But who you really are—pure awareness—that’s always good enough. It’s all that’s true and real. Who you really are is the love of pure awareness! And so when you face challenges today, say to yourself, “I am is enough.” The fact that I AM is enough. And not only that, thinking I AM—feeling my sense of being—is enough. I don’t have to wrangle my attention. I don’t have to force mantras. I don’t have to care if I’m focused or unfocused because I AM. And I am is enough!

Breathe in and feel like enough today!
Breathe out and say it! I AM IS ENOUGH!

Who I am is enough. That I am is enough! It’s more than enough. It’s all I need!

Breathing in, I am is enough.
Breathing out that I am is enough!

Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time, and you’re doing everything right. Let yourself step outside of your mind, into this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and feel for your sense of being.
Breathe out and say, “I AM.”

Your sense I AM is your sense of being.

Breathe in and say, “I AM.”
Breathe out and say, “I AM.”

Breathing out AM

I am. That’s all there really is. The observer, the pure awareness, that which watches.

Breathe in and let your thoughts go.
Breathe out and keep feeling for your sense of being.

I am. And I am that I am. I am. I am that I am. Can you feel your sense of being? Can you feel that you exist?

Breathing in I exist!
Breathing out I, consciousness, am here!

Can you step away from your thoughts long enough to remember who you really are?

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Who am I?

What do you hear when you ask, Who am I?

Breathing in who am I?
Breathing out who am I?

Who am I? The answer I hear is, nothing. I am nothing. I am the unborn awareness. I am nothing.

Breathe in and let nothing be enough.
Breathe out and don’t be afraid of nothing!

Nothing is the unborn awareness. Nothing is what’s really at the center. But the nothing is alive! The nothing is vibrant! The nothing is everything! The nothing is infinity!

Breathe in and let I AM be enough!
Breathe out and keep asking yourself today, “Who am I?”

I am enough! When you say I AM enough, it’s the I AM that’s enough! It’s not like you have to think of some complicated reason why you are enough—why you already are good enough. It’s that I am—your sense I am—already is enough! That’s the point of life! Just to be here! I am the point of life. The point of life is I AM. I AM the point of life!

Breathe in and say I AM ENOUGH!
Breathe out and say it: I am enough.

I am the point of life. You are the point of life. You’re already doing it. You’re already fulfilled. There’s nothing else to be done! You’re perfect as you are. Let yourself enjoy the nothing!

Breathing in I AM ENOUGH!
Breathing out, the I AM is enough!

Face How You Feel (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Ask yourself, right now, “What am I feeling?”

Breathe in and notice what you’re feeling.
Breathe out and pay attention to the sensations in your body.

Just before I sat down to record this, I was feeling very irritated and angry. And it felt like a knot of rope going from my stomach up to my head, twisting. Getting more and more taut and it just might snap.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What am I feeling inside?”
Breathe out and pay attention to those sensations of what you feel.

What you feel is Self knowledge. What you feel is what you know. It’s the truth. Allow yourself to pay attention to your feelings in your body, and deliberately feel them. And then they’ll pass and you’ll feel better. And you won’t have to bottle them up or escape them.

Breathe in and keep feeling for your feelings.
Breathe out and notice what it feels like.

That anger, that irritation, feeling like a twisting taut rope. It turns and turns and churns my guts. Pulling on my brain. Making me grit my teeth. Tenser and tenser.

Breathe in and notice what you’re feeling in your body.
Breathe out and keep feeling those feelings.

What does it feel like in your stomach? In your chest, in your heart, in your throat, in your head, in your face? Where do you hold this emotion?

Breathe in and face how you feel.
Breathe out and enjoy feeling your feelings.

Feeling your feelings is how you become more resilient. It’s how you let them go so you don’t have to resort to addictive behaviors to escape your feelings. And it’s just discomfort in our bodies that we hate so much. We don’t want to feel this tension. We don’t want to feel these clenched teeth. We want to feel relaxed and joyful. And when you allow yourself to feel your feelings, the feelings will pass in 90 seconds and you’ll return to your natural state of love and joy and contentment. Until you think a triggering thought again, but that’s a whole different story.

Breathe in and be willing to ride the wave of emotion.
Breathe out and feel confident today.

You are resilient. You know how to feel your feelings and let them go. You don’t have to escape your feelings. You don’t have to bottle them up and pretend they’re not there. You feel them, you let them go, you move on.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck! I’ve let that shit go!”

This is the best day of your life! And by feeling your feelings and letting them go, you will feel so light and so free and so resilient. And life already is the way you want it to be.

Let go of all of those thoughts dragging you down. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And right now, you can choose to be free of those thoughts just by stepping into the present moment and saying thank you!

Now really feel the feeling of gratitude when you say this!

How do you get an attitude adjustment when you’re crabby or tired or full of dread or worn out or dragging your feet, procrastinating, not wanting to do whatever it is you think you should do? How do you get into a good attitude, you ask?

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

All it takes is just to stop thinking, or to put your singular focus on something neutral. It’s up to you. What do you want to do, focus on something neutral with all of your attention, or practice gratitude and let gratitude drag you into the present moment?

Breathe in and say thank you for this moment!
Breathe out and don’t think about all the thoughts that come up when you start saying thank you.

It’s just your thoughts that make you feel bad. It’s just your thoughts creating resistance. And that resistance feels like you are literally dragging your feet, like you are being dragged to your next task. But you don’t have to live that way anymore, because you can just say thank you and feel gratitude and it will shift your reality so quickly!

Breathing out thank you!

Thank you for this moment. Thank you for this breath. You don’t even have to list things to be grateful for. Sometimes that can stir up more thoughts than it’s worth. Just focus on saying thank you and feeling the feeling! That’s the real key, to feel the gratitude regardless whether you really are grateful or not. You still know how to generate that feeling, or rather, reveal that feeling.

Breathing out thank you.

Thank you! Thank you. You can trust the process of life. And you don’t have to listen to your thoughts telling you that you have to do this and you should have done this and why aren’t you doing this and this person’s doing this wrong. You can disregard all of those thoughts, forever! And just put thank you on repeat.

Breathing out thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This is the most powerful phrase you can utter! The most powerful manifestation-al phrase you can think. The feeling of gratitude attracts things to be grateful for, period. You can disregard all of your worried thoughts, all of your dread, all of your shoulds, and go back to thank you!

Breathing out thank you!

You might want things to go a certain way, and when it seems like they’re not, start thinking thank you and feeling gratitude. And things will shift! You just really have to get into that feeling. Feel the feeling. It’s more important than the words. The feeling, the feeling, the feeling.
