Be Empty (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let yourself be empty today.

Breathe in and get some distance from your thoughts.
Breathe out and empty yourself of your thoughts.

Empty yourself of your preferences. Empty yourself of your likes and dislikes. When you are fully present, and aware in the moment, everything is your teacher. There’s nothing to resist. You can just be.

Breathe in and empty yourself of your thoughts.
Breathe out and empty yourself of your preferences.

Let the word empty be your mental code today. Empty. Empty it all out.

Breathe in and be empty.
Breathe out and be empty of judgements and preferences.

Be empty of criticisms and complaints. Be empty of cravings, desires. Be empty.

Breathe in and be empty.
Breathe out and and feel how free you are when you’re empty of your thoughts and your to do list, your preferences, your likes and dislikes and judgements. You can get rid of it all. You can empty yourself of it all. And it’s not like an action, like you have to purge these things, it’s just a noticing. You notice a thought and you let it go. You notice a preference and you let it go. You’re empty. You’re the space that thoughts come into. You’re the space that holds it all. Empty.

Breathe in and be empty.
Breathe out and keep emptying yourself of your preferences and your thoughts and your judgements. Everything is perfect and in its place. And everything can teach you. Everything can show you love. Everything can reveal the mystery if you’re empty.

Breathe in and feel so relieved!
Breathe out and know there’s nothing left to dread because you’re empty!

And if you’re empty of preferences and likes and dislikes and judgements, nothing can affect you either way. It just doesn’t matter. You’re peaceful. You’re empty. You’re love itself with room for everything!

Breathe in and be empty!
Breathe out and remind yourself throughout the day, to empty yourself.

Empty yourself of your thoughts and preferences and judgements. Empty yourself of all of that mental activity that tortures you, that makes you suffer. There’s a whole world free of suffering right outside the realm of thought! It’s the space of presence. The space of awareness. The space of consciousness. It’s empty.

And now so are you.

Renew Your Energy (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for all that is.

Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the love. Thank you for the friends.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and feel for your sense of being.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and feel your sense of being, your sense I AM.

Train your attention to go within. Whatever your attention is seeking out, searching for, looking for, paying attention to—take all of that energy and bring it back inside. Rest it on your awareness.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and keep your attention on your pure awareness.

Be aware of awareness.

Breathe in and feel the feeling of being aware of awareness.
Breathe out and keep your attention there. Aware of awareness.

For me, it’s like normally my energy is constantly dissipating outside with my attention seeking and looking, searching, exploring. But when I turn my attention back onto awareness itself, it’s like I’m gathering energy! I’m retaining my energy! My energy is getting stronger and more potent!

Breathe in and be aware of awareness.
Breathe out and rest your attention on your awareness. Be aware of awareness.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel your pure awareness.

When you keep your attention focused on awareness, and not on the world of form, you become a magnet for what you want to come to you. Life plays out perfectly, in perfect timing. Manifestations come for you, that you’ve been waiting for for years! But none of this matters to you, because you are whole. You are complete. You are aware that you are awareness! And you don’t need anything else! You are the untouchable.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and rest your attention on your pure awareness.

Breathing in I am pure awareness.
Breathing out I am aware of awareness.

You can use the Mooji chant, “Pure awareness, I am. Pure awareness, I am. Pure awareness, I am. Om.” And while you’re doing this, while you’re thinking these thoughts, feel the feeling of keeping your attention inside, on your source of awareness. On your heart, your inner world. While you keep this mental code repeating in your mind, “Pure awareness, I am,” and you keep your attention on that awareness, your energy will grow. Your energy will be replenished. Your energy will be renewed, invigorated.

Breathe in and renew your energy.
Breathe out and be invigorated.

It’s so peaceful here. It’s so calm. You can perform all of your normal actions in life, with such calmness, and with such stable energy that doesn’t get depleted throughout the day by thinking about problems and worries and what your family’s doing and what people think about you and what you have to do next.

Breathe in and be that pure awareness.
Breathe out and keep your attention on that pure awareness that you are.

Everything is perfect and in its place. And life is unfolding perfectly. Your only work is to relax and get out of the way! You can relax your whole being by relaxing your attention, resting it on your awareness itself.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and rest your awareness on awareness itself.

Feel your heart expanding. Feel your energy field strengthening. Feel yourself becoming at peace in this moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and be pure awareness!
Breathe out and rest in the awareness of awareness. Let what you want come to you!

Witness the Witness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let your mind slow down.

Use your breath to slow your mind down and relax into this moment.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Let go of your thoughts. Let go of your worries, by focusing on the witness.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Who am I?

Breathe in and notice: Who am I?
Breathe out and hear the answer: I AM.

Focus your attention on that part of you that watches it all. The observer. The witness. The awareness. Your attention.

Breathe in and observe.
Breathe out and witness this moment, right here.

That part of you that’s perceiving—the part of you that’s witnessing, the part of you that’s pure awareness—that’s who you really are. Everything else is just a thought, a temporary form manifesting in time and space. But YOU—who you really are—you are timeless. You are unchangeable. You are free from death. You have no beginning or end. You are pure awareness.

Breathe in and witness that pure awareness.
Breathe out and be that pure awareness.

Train your attention to rest on the witness. Today, try witnessing the witness.

Breathe in and witness the witness.
Breathe out and take a moment to really try to do this. Witness the witness.

The part of you that’s observing, or that’s aware, the part of you that watches your thoughts and your emotions and your experiences—place your attention on that part of you. Witness yourself witnessing. Witness the witness.

Breathe in and watch yourself.
Breathe out and witness the witness.

When you rest your attention on the observer, your attention stops leaking out of you. You stop being drained by scattering your attention on the world of form and change or on thoughts and emotions. When you rest your attention on your awareness, when you’re aware of awareness or conscious of consciousness, or witnessing the witness, your energy flows back into you. Your energy stabilizes. Your energy becomes buoyant and loving and joyful. Just by resting your attention on attention itself!

Breathe in and be aware of awareness.
Breathe out and practice it right now.

Witness the witness. Rest your attention on your attention. Be conscious of consciousness itself. It’s like trying to see your eyes with your own eyes. But when you sit there and rest your witnessing ability on the witness that sees the thoughts and emotions and experiences—when you rest there, you are limitless. You are full. You are stable. You are nothing! You are emptiness! You are complete.

Breathe in and witness the witness.
Breathe out and relax.

Don’t worry about the semantics or the words describing it, just see for yourself if you can feel, if you can sense, if you can be witnessing the witness.

Breathe in and rest your attention on attention.
Breathe out and witness the witness.

Feel your energy stabilizing. You are now whole and complete. You are safe and protected from all harm. Aware of awareness, conscious of consciousness. Who you really are. The witness of the witness.

Breathe in and let this be your practice today.
Breathe out and witness the witness.

In this moment, everything is perfect and in its place. You are timeless. You are who you really are. And now you are free.

Consciousness Is Here! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let all of those worries go.

Let your thoughts go just for right now. Let go of worrying about the future. Let go of thinking about the past. Let go of thinking about your to-do list, or what you said yesterday.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and really be here now.

If you feel angry or annoyed or depressed, ask yourself, “Who am I noticing the anger? Who am I noticing the depression? Who am I noticing the irritation?” And then look inside. Who is it who notices?

Breathe in and get some distance from your thoughts and emotions.
Breathe out and let those thoughts and emotions dissolve back into the infinite from where they came.

All that’s real is right here, right now. All that’s real is the Absolute. All that’s real is the observer, the witness. That’s the one thing that’s permanently here. The sense I AM is always here. It never changes. It doesn’t come and go.

Breathe in and feel for your sense of being.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

Allow yourself to disentangle from your personhood. Step away from your thoughts of preferences, desires, likes and dislikes, aversions.

Breathe in and be free of your personhood!
Breathe out and wake up to who you really are! Pure awareness!

When you are pure awareness, when you stay as consciousness is, you have no problems. It’s all good. Everything just coming and going in the world of form, while you rest in the position of the witness, watching it all. Safe and protected from all harm. Imperishable!

Breathe in and be the witness today!
Breathe out and stay as consciousness is.

If the words “I AM” are the name of god, if “I AM” is who you really are, if “I AM” is the vibration of your sense of being, I (consciousness) AM, then you can also say “CONSCIOUSNESS IS.” But I am what? Consciousness is what? Consciousness is here!

Breathing in consciousness is here!
Breathing out consciousness is here!

Never fear, consciousness is here! It might be a little corny or a little cheesy to think like that, but you never have to be afraid of anything ever again! You never have to feel anxiety! You can rest in the perspective of the witness, watching your life unfold, unaffected by the ups and downs. Staying as consciousness is.

Breathing in consciousness is here!
Breathing out consciousness is here!

That’s all you need to know! Consciousness is here! You’re safe. Consciousness is here. It’s all good. Consciousness is here. It’s all love. Practice this mental code: consciousness is here. And let it help you get some distance from your personhood, your thoughts and emotions. Become the observer, become the watcher of your person.

Breathe in and just watch.
Breathe out and know: consciousness is here!

There’s nothing else to worry about! There’s nothing else to think about! You are safe. You are consciousness itself. And the world of form comes and goes, but you stay as consciousness is, imperishable. Safe in this moment eternally.

Nothing Ever Has to Bother You Again! (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and really ask the question, “Who am I who notices what’s going on right now?”

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let yourself be who you really are.

You’re in the right time at the right place. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this moment, and discover the peace that is already inside of you.

Breathe in and observe.
Breathe out and be the observer.

What’s going on with you today? How do you feel? What are you thinking about?

Breathe in and check in with yourself.
Breathe out and go within.

What emotions are you feeling? Right now I’m feeling a little anxiety. Just uncertainty about how things are going to unfold. How are you feeling?

Breathe in and close your eyes and look within.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Who am I who notices this feeling?”

Who am I who notices the anxiety? Who am I who notices the anger? Who am I who notices the overwhelment? Who am I who notices??

Breathe in and be the watcher.
Breathe out and watch yourself with detachment.

The next time you experience something that makes you angry, something that pushes your buttons, something that annoys you, something that bothers you—go within and ask yourself, “Who am I who notices this?”

Breathe in and look forward to your discomfort.
Breathe out and know that that’s what will wake you up in the dream.

Last night I was experiencing some annoyance, some irritation. And so I closed my eyes and asked myself, “Who am I who notices being annoyed?” And when the annoying thing happened, it was like I was looking at a doll of myself getting hit with a wave of annoyance. Splattered with annoyance. Being washed over with a wave of irritation. And I watched this doll of myself get hit with this annoyance, but I wasn’t the one being annoyed. It was just an image of myself. It was just a projection of myself. In my mind’s eye, there was a little person that looked like me who was getting hit with waves of annoyance. And I sat there and I watched and I watched, and the person, the doll, the image of me, just crumbled. Disappeared. I was so excited that I was watching the annoyance hit my false self image but then the annoying thing didn’t happen again. The light of my awareness made it disappear!

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I who notices this?”
Breathe out and feel so excited because any negative emotion or thought that you experience, is your turning point to awaken! To realize who you really are! Pure awareness, that’s it!

You’re just the watcher! You’re not affected! It doesn’t bother you! It can’t hurt you. It can’t change you. You’re timeless! You’re eternal! You’re imperishable! Who you really are is just the observer! And the annoyance and the anger and the things that trouble you, they don’t really trouble who you really are. They just trouble a false image of yourself! It’s all an illusion! And now you’re free!

Breathe in and keep asking yourself, “Who am I who notices??”
Breathe out and remember who you are! Pure awareness! I AM!

Breathe in and feel so relieved! Nothing ever has to bother you again!
Breathe out and keep asking. Keep doing the self inquiry. Who am I? Who am I? Who am I who notices this??

Because it’s not the self image watching. It’s pure awareness watching the self image be bothered. And the self image is just a thought! And it will disappear under the light of your truth!

Breathe in and welcome whatever happens!
Breathe out and feel so excited because anything that happens that you don’t like, that’s your opportunity to wake up! To be who you really are! To realize everything already is perfect and in its place!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

It’s all working out for you! And now you’re free!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is!

You’re in the right place at the right time, and you’re doing everything right! Let yourself surrender. Let yourself be here now without thinking about it.

Breathe in and smile because smiles becomes things too!
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Keep letting go of those thoughts. Feel for your sense of being. Feel for your I AM. Feel for the feeling of I EXIST.

I EXIST! I exist.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and become lucid right here, right now.

This is it! This moment is it! This is the main event! Let yourself enjoy it! This is it! This is the only time it’s going to be like this.

Breathe in and celebrate how far you’ve come!
Breathe out and keep letting go of your thoughts. Keep letting go of your thoughts. Keep letting go of your thoughts.

Breathe in and stay as consciousness is.
Breathe out and say it: consciousness is.

Step away from your psychological mind. Just get rid of the thoughts “I want this, I am this, I need this, I think this.”

Breathe out and just watch your thoughts.

Who am I who notices the thoughts?

Breathe in and be light.
Breathe out and stay as consciousness is.

Stay as consciousness is. Stay as consciousness is. If you can see from the perspective “consciousness is,” there will be nothing to be afraid of. There will be nothing to fear. Nothing to worry about. Nothing to shrink away from. It will all be welcome. It is all welcome, when you stay as consciousness is.

Breathe in and become lucid in the dream.
Breathe out and stay as consciousness is.

The witness, the observer, the I AM.

Breathe in and stay as consciousness is.
Breathe out and feel that sense of being.

Nothing to think about. Consciousness is. Nothing to think about. Consciousness is. Nothing to think about. Consciousness is.

Let yourself open up to the flow. Let yourself breathe easily. Surrender your preferences. It doesn’t have to go a certain way.

Keep letting go. Feel for your sense of being. Who are you without the thoughts? Who are you without the worries?

Let it be easy. Let it be simple. I AM comes before everything else. Notice that will little space, that little recognition when you say I AM, before anything else attaches to it in your mind.

I exist. We exist. We are. Whatever it is, whatever thought it takes you to get you feeling your sense of being, instead of thinking about your person, about your mind, about your body—let yourself just be and it’s not just a phrase. Let yourself be.

And a mantra or a mental code or a phrase won’t always work. There won’t always be a thought that’s the key into presence. It’s a feeling. It’s a remembering. It’s feeling for who you are when you say I AM, before anything else. What is there before you describe your person? What is there before you describe anything? What is there before you think about it?

Breathe in and let the flow take you there.
Breathe out and lighten up!

It’s just for fun! The present moment is always fun. It’s funny here!

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and don’t take any of this for granted.

If nothing else, say thank you for every single thing you experience today. Thank you for this step. Thank you for this breath. Thank you for this step. Take none of it for granted. Look at it all as if for the first time.

Breathe in and have beginner’s mind.
Breathe out and feel for that sense of being.

Feel for that sense of waking up in the dream. Like you’ve just become lucid.

Breathe in and see what comes when you say I AM.
Breathe out and feel for what comes when you say I AM.

What notices what comes?

Breathe in and say yes to who you really are.

Let yourself spend the next few minutes practicing The Feeling of presence.

Breathe out and wake up in the dream!

There are many techniques for practicing presence, for waking yourself up. You can focus on your breath. You can ask questions like, “Who am I who notices breathing? Who am I who notices thinking?” And look into your mind, and really look, really find the answer. Who am I who notices these thoughts?

Breathe in and look inside.
Breathe out and notice.

Who am I noticing these thoughts?

Breathe out and say AM

Feel for your sense of being. It’s your sense “I AM” that is noticing all of the comings and goings. It is your sense “I AM” that never changes. It always stays the same. It’s always there, it never comes and goes. You always have your sense “I AM”.

But if you’re anything like me, it’s easy to still get caught up in the personhood, the I, the psychological mind when I’m saying “I AM”. I am what?? What does I AM mean?? But you can become pure awareness. You can transcend your thoughts and remember who you really are. Transcend the psychological mind, by remembering, “I (consciousness) AM, so consciousness IS.” And just think to yourself: Consciousness IS. Consciousness is all of this.

Breathing out is.

Consciousness
IS

It’s a feeling. Well, it’s beyond a feeling, but the way through is feeling. It’s not a thought. But the words “Consciousness IS” or “I AM” or “I (consciousness) AM”—all of these words are pointers or directions to the feeling. Directions to the state of being.

Breathe in and feel for your sense I AM.
Breathe out and be pure awareness!

And the psychological mind will keep coming back. The mind keeps coming back. It keeps coming back. It’s never going to stop coming back. But each time let it remind you, “Oh yeah, I am. Consciousness is.”

There is a knowing, there is a love. There is a natural ease inside of you already. And it’s accessible right here right now, without doing anything!

Just look inside and feel for that sense of being. Feel for that oneness. Feel for that feeling of waking up in a lucid dream, or realizing everything is alive. Everything is consciousness. Look around your life, like it is a dream. And start waking up to the reality that you are eternal. You are pure awareness. And your thoughts just distract you from that. They’re not real!

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and feel for that consciousness. Feel for that oneness with your reality.

Take a few seconds right now to feel for it. Consciousness is.

Breathing in consciousness is.
Breathing out consciousness is.

Breathing in consciousness is.
Breathing out consciousness is.

And the more you practice feeling for this natural state, that is beyond your thoughts, above your thoughts, the space between your thoughts—the more you practice this, the more joyful and loving you’ll become. And then the things you want will come to you, but you don’t care because you already have everything you want. You have love. You are love! You are gratitude! You are joyful! Relax Into the Observer (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and keep relaxing. You’re in the right time at the right place. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax and enjoy where you’re at, right here, right now.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let yourself be here now.

It’s all unfolding perfectly, without you having to intervene. You don’t have to lift a finger to get what you want. You don’t have to lift a finger for things to unfold perfectly. Just get out of the way, by stepping outside of your thoughts, into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you is the vibration of success! Thank you is how you’ll feel when you’re present. You’ll feel gratitude. The words thank you will come naturally when you’re present. So if you want a shortcut to get here, just say thank you and practice really feeling it. Thank you for my health. Thank you for inspiration. Thank you for my family. Thank you for perfect timing! Thank you for the rain. Thank you for this time to my Self.

Breathe in and feel gratitude for where you’re at!
Breathe out and really feel that feeling of gratitude.

When you’re present, you feel gratitude naturally. You feel love naturally. You feel joyful naturally. Because those emotions are your natural state. You were born joyful. You were born love, yeah, love.

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and remember your power. It’s your presence.

You are always free to return to witness consciousness, who you really are, at any time. If you don’t feel good, ask yourself, “Who am I who notices not feeling good?” Step away from your thoughts. Relax into the observer position. Remember you are pure awareness. And when you rest in the changeless, timeless, state you lose all fear. All fear of death, all fear of life. And you’re out of the way so you can watch life unfold perfectly. And everything you want will be brought to you!

Breathe in and feel your part as nature!
Breathe out and transcend the illusion of your psychological mind.

You are pure awareness. You are imperishable. You are safe and protected from all harm. Because that which you really are, cannot be harmed, and it cannot die!

Remember who you are! You are consciousness. And when you are conscious of consciousness, you feel that natural love. You remember who you are. And life lives you. And everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.

You Don’t Have To Be Caught In Your Sh*tty Mind Trap (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

Let go of your resistance to what is. What am I resisting right now? The way I fucking feel! I hate feeling bad! I never want to feel bad! And I’m really annoyed when I don’t feel great. So right now I’m saying yes to feeling bored, complete self-hatred, completely sick of myself! Yes I am so sick of myself!

Breathe in and say yes to what is! Whatever it is!
Breathe out and say yes to however you feel about yourself.

I am so frustrated with myself. Yes I am so frustrated. Yes I am so sick of myself. Yes I am so tired of trying! Yes I am so tired of thinking! Yes I am so tired of my facade. I am so tired of maintaining some kind of image. Yes I am so sick of caring about what I look like. Yes I am so sick of caring about what other people think about me. Yes I am so sick of worrying. Yes I am so sick of being in my head!

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel better already!

The more you say yes to what is, the more those things are free to move on. I feel better already! I can already tell I am on an upswing!

Breathe in and welcome whatever it is.
Breathe out and keep saying yes.

Yes my arm hurts from that stupid vaccine. Yes I am so frustrated. Yes I am so tired of myself!

Breathe in and welcome whatever it is you’re feeling!
Breathe out and know: it’s only the mind.

And if you have recently come across some experience of enlightenment, where you felt on top of the world, like you really had a handle on this ego shit, like you really knew what you were doing with presence—if you felt like that recently and all of a sudden you have crashed and become more of your ego self than ever, well that’s just your mind fighting against its ultimate dissolution.

Breathe in and welcome the downward spiral!
Breathe out and welcome the trash you may feel like after a moment of awakening.

We’re human. We have ups and downs. It’s the mind. The mind has ups and downs, but inside, in our core, we are pure awareness. We just are. Inside we are pure love. Inside we are pure joy and contentment. And we can get there if we transcend our thoughts. If we witness our minds instead of getting caught up in these hateful thoughts.

Breathe in and be pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax.

If it’s hard to be pure awareness, it might be because you don’t feel that great. And if you don’t feel that great, it’s because you’re stuck in your mind with your shitty thoughts. And the easiest way to get out of that trap of shitty thoughts is to say yes to them. Yes I am stuck in a mind trap of shitty thoughts. Yes I feel horrible about my recent decisions. Yes I am feeling completely hateful of myself. Yes I am deeply regretting some of my actions. Yes I am blowing this out of proportion. Yes I am making a big deal out of a small thing. And on and on. You can feel the relief come. It comes quick when you just acknowledge where you’re at. And underneath the mind that’s going crazy because it’s afraid it’s going to die—and it’s GOING to die. It dies when you stop giving attention to shitty thoughts. The mind doesn’t like that.

Breathe in and give attention to your capital S self.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts.

Take control of your attention. You don’t have to hate yourself. You don’t have to be caught in your shitty mind trap. First say yes to those stupid thoughts and just acknowledge that they’re there and you’ll feel so relieved. And as you feel better and better and get more space and clarity from your mind, you relax into the witness position, the observer, the watcher. Pure awareness. And from there, you’re content. You’re joyful. You’re at peace. So if you’re having trouble getting to that place of presence, if you’re having trouble feeling your sense of being, first say yes to all of those painful thoughts. They just want acknowledgement. Acknowledge those painful feelings. Acknowledge what you’re thinking and feeling. Just say yes. And by saying yes you let it go and you’ll feel so relieved, and then you’ll be in a space where you’re able to BE present. You’ll get some distance. You’ll get a breath of fresh air. There is so much freedom available for you, right here, right now. All of the love, all of the joy, all of the contentment. It’s here. It’s in you. Ready to be revealed. Just a couple quick yeses to your stupid fucking thoughts, your stupid fucking feelings, and then you’re free. The one who watches is already free!

Breathe in and say yes to your stupid fucking thoughts and feelings.
Breathe out and feel so relieved. Now you’re free to be present and just enjoy being!
