You Are The Connection (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You can be happy either way!

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and close your eyes. Really think about what you want today.

I want to feel inspired. I want to know what to create. I want to feel creative. I want the flow to guide me. I want to let life live me today. What do you want?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “How would I feel if I got what I wanted?”
Breathe out and feel that feeling now.

If I was letting life live me, I would feel love. I would feel playful. I would feel in awe of reality. I would feel in awe of this moment.

Breathe in and remember: feeling precedes experience!
Breathe out and decide to feel the way you want to feel, right now!

I am in awe of my experience. This experience is awe-inspiring. It is awesome.

Breathe in and decide to feel the way you want to feel!
Breathe out and remember this is your power as the creator!

You feel it, then you see it. Think about what you want and then ask, “How will I feel when I get this?” And then just choose to feel that way.

Breathe in and identify how you want to feel.
Breathe out and practice feeling that way right now.

One way to practice feeling that way is to remember times when you felt that way before. When in the past have you felt in awe of your experience? When have you been awe-struck by reality?

Breathe in and remember life is so much deeper than you can perceive!
Breathe out and let your thoughts quiet down.

When you let your thoughts slow down to the pace of your breath, you make space for miracles. You make space to witness what’s actually happening in front of you. A miracle! Don’t you wonder where we came from? Why we’re here? Who made this??

Breathe in and be in awe of life!
Breathe out and know this reality is awesome!

Awesome is certainly an overused word or a word that doesn’t really convey what it’s supposed to mean, but do you remember a time in your life when you were so struck by how magickal life is, that you were so mesmerized by how perfect the timing was, or how miraculous the synchronicity was? Do you remember a time when you felt truly connected to life itself?

Breathe in and be connected to life itself!
Breathe out and feel that feeling of connection to life.

Life comes through and animates people and animals and plants, and we get attached to specific people and plants and animals. But it’s all the same life force. And we can be connected to life at any time. It’s all life. It’s all a miracle! It’s all magickal! It’s all synchronous! And the more we slow our thoughts down, or step away from them, the more we know in our bodies that this is how it’s meant to be. It’s perfect right now. Everything is perfect and in its place!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and connect to your higher self.

Connect to your total self. Connect to the life that is animating you, right now!

Breathe in and feel the life in your body.
Breathe out and be in awe of the miracle that is right now.

None of the things we usually worry about matter. Not our health, not our finances, not even our relationships. All that matters is this moment. All that matters is love. All that matters is whatever you want to matter. Whatever you decide matters. But all of those thoughts telling you that different things matter—none of those are true. What matters to you in this moment?

Breathe in and be connected.
Breathe out and feel connected.

The more you connect with the present moment, the more you connect with your total self, which is this present moment, the more connected you deliberately become. The more connection you’ll experience with other people and animals and plants and experiences.

You become it then you see it.

Breathe in and feel connected to all that is.
Breathe out and let connecting to this moment be enough.

This moment is all that’s real. And if you are connected right here, right now, that’s eternal. That’s infinite. And not only that, it’s generative. It’s creating future experiences of connection.

Breathe in and be connected.
Breathe out and feel so connected it doesn’t matter if you ever connect with another person or animal or plant again. You are the connection. It’s you!

Don’t Be Careful (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Bring your attention back to this present moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and smile!

Life is not serious! Relax your body. Let your thoughts go. Let yourself join the flow of life.

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Let what you want come to you. It’s all unfolding perfectly. It’s safe to relax now. It’s safe to open up to receiving. It’s safe to let your thoughts go!

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and be here now!

Breathe in and follow your breath.
Breathe out and let your breath anchor you here in the present moment.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Let it be easy today. Decide you don’t give a fuck! Decide you’re not going to be careful anymore!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

I don’t give a fuck about all of those things I’m worried about.I don’t give a fuck about all those little thoughts trying to catch my attention right now.

Breathing in, I am totally in love with myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Decide to not be careful today! This is an idea I got from Byron Katie. And she says, “Don’t be careful, you might hurt yourself.” The idea being that, all of the thoughts we attach to, are about our bodies. And our minds are so body-identified. But we are more than our physical bodies. We are so much more than our physical bodies. This is just an Earth meat suit we’re driving around. We can let go of all of those thoughts about our bodies, about their health, about their sickness, about diseases, about fitness, about diet—all of those thoughts, you are now free. You don’t have to worry about any of those anymore! Because you’re not careful!

Breathe in and decide to not be careful anymore!
Breathe out and smile!

Just imagine going through life not worrying about being careful with your body! All of these body-identified thoughts are about worrying about dying and getting sick and feeling pain. But none of those things are bad. All of those things can be filled with love and joy. Only our thoughts make us feel bad and we can let go of all of our stories about danger and preventative-whatever. It’s good to take care of your body, of course, but you don’t have to live your life in fear. You don’t have to be careful anymore!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

I’m not careful! It doesn’t matter what happens! I’ll be happy ether way!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Let today be fun and easy! What would your day be like if you loved yourself the way you were, if you didn’t give a fuck about your worries, if you didn’t have to be so careful with your body? What would life be like? You just wouldn’t be thinking about it all the time!

Breathe in and be free to enjoy the present without all of those thoughts!
Breathe out and let yourself have fun!

Do the things that sound fun that you’re scared of! Do the things that make you excited to be alive. And just because you’re not careful, it doesn’t mean you poison yourself. It still sucks to have a hangover. Not being careful just means not overthinking it. Not telling yourself the story of fear. Instead you can live love and it’s not even a story. It’s real!

Stand up to your thoughts today! Have the best day of your life! It’s all unfolding perfectly, and now you don’t even have to be careful!

You Really Do Love It All (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and love what is.

At your core, you are love. Underneath it all, underneath all of your thoughts, you are loving. You are love. Love is the only truth in our reality.

Breathe in and feel the love in your core.
Breathe out and feel that love grow stronger.

As you go about your day, practice loving what is.

Breathing in I am loving what is.
Breathing out I am loving what is.

You know it’s true, that you really do love it all. You love having a body. You love being on Earth in physical reality. You love the physical sensations that your body lets you have. You love getting to see other people and plants and animals. You love every little experience of being here. Your thoughts might say otherwise, but in your core, you love every high and every low.

Breathe in and welcome this love.
Breathe out and feel so relieved! You’re a lover! You’re loving!

You don’t have to change a thing! Loving what is, is the same thing as saying yes to what is. Loving what is, is the same thing as going with the flow. Loving what is, is easy when you remember you are a lover who is loving. As you go about your day today, say to yourself, “I am loving sitting in this chair. I am loving recording this video. I am loving breathing in. I am loving breathing out. I am loving being a little too cold. I am loving thinking about what I have to do next. I am loving thinking about the future. I am loving thinking about what other people think about me.” And on and on. Whatever you’re experiencing right now, love it because underneath your thoughts, you already do!

Breathe in and love what is!
Breathe out and feel so relieved! You don’t have to put up a fight anymore!

You don’t have to believe your resistant thoughts that tell you no and you hate things and you don’t like it and you’re tired. You can just say to all of those thoughts, “I am loving hating things. I am loving resisting. I am loving being tired! I am loving dreading things.” And just see how that feels to you. See if you can believe it. Underneath it all, it’s true.

Breathing in I am loving what is!
Breathing out I am loving what is!

Let this help you practice the feeling of love. And the more love you project, the more you get back. And this can carry you through your day, loving no matter what. Loving regardless of circumstance. Loving the highs and the lows. It’s just another way to watch your thoughts, to welcome your experience. To be present and enjoy life exactly the way it is.

Breathing in I am loving what is!
Breathing out I am loving what is!

And towards the end of your day, if you find your mood dipping, or you start wanting to engage in behavior that you don’t necessarily want to do, or your bad habits are talking to you, or you’re like, “Oh, what could it hurt to just do this one thing to make me feel better,”—if your mood ever starts to dip, if your mod ever starts to wander, looking for things outside of you to make you feel good, say to yourself, “I’m keeping it up! I’m keeping my vibration up!” And say that in the moment that you are craving, that you are wanting things outside of you to make you feel good. I’m keeping it up. You’ve worked so hard to get here. You’ve worked so hard to feel good for no reason. It’s time to keep up the good work and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Let this be the best day of your life! You can keep feeling better and better and better! And just because little thoughts creep into your mind trying to convince you that you need something outside of you to feel better, doesn’t mean you have to believe it. You can just love those thoughts but still keep it up!

Rise Above Your Thoughts (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Remember to watch your thoughts!

Breathe in and observe your thoughts.
Breathe out and just relax into the watcher position of your consciousness.

Breathe in and notice what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Noticing is another way to say yes to what is. When you notice it, you allow it. You accept it. You don’t judge it. You don’t push it away. But you just let it be, and that’s what saying yes to what is, is all about.

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and watch your thoughts.

Allow yourself to transcend your thoughts, to rise above your thoughts today. You’ve always known how to do this. You’ve always known how to step outside of your thoughts so that you can watch what you’re thinking and not emotionally react to each thought.

Breathe in and rise above your thoughts!
Breathe out and transcend your thoughts!

You’ve always known how to do this. You just look at what you’re thinking. One technique is saying yes to each thought until it becomes clear what you’re thinking about. In my experience, my mind has been so busy that I haven’t even known what I was thinking. But when I say yes to my thoughts, they slow down and I notice. And I notice how often I think about certain subjects that I didn’t realize I was pondering all the time.

Breathe in and notice your thoughts.
Breathe out and step outside of your thoughts.

Try saying yes to what is, to slow down enough to see what you’re thinking, to get that distance. “Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I’m smiling. Yes I’m wondering what time it is. Yes I’m thinking about what my wife is doing downstairs. Yes I’m thinking about what I’m saying. Yes I’m wondering if I’m present. Yes I’m thinking about my mom. Yes I’m sitting in this chair. And on and on and on. Narrating each thought as it comes. Narrating your whole experience so that you can slow down your perception enough to notice. To be present. To rise above your thoughts!

Breathe in and rise above your thoughts!
Breathe out and transcend your thoughts.

Just say yes to each thought. It’s the same thing as noticing your thoughts, it’s just a different way to look at it. “Yes i’m wondering if I make sense. Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes my ankles are crossed. Yes I’m putting my feet flat on the floor. Yes I’m trying to look at myself out of the bottoms of my eyes. Yes I’m thinking about that meme video where that lawyer showed up as a cat on Zoom.”

Breathe in and watch your thoughts until they’re interesting.
Breathe out and know: watching your thoughts is more addictive and satisfying—pleasurable, enlightening—than any drug or alcohol, any food, any lover even.

Watching your thoughts, saying yes to what is, making peace with what is—that is unconditional love. That is absolute inner peace.

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and say yes to your thoughts!

It Doesn’t Have to Ruin Your Day (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel excited because things are looking up for you!

Everything is unfolding perfectly and you’re in the right place at the right time!

Breathe in and say yes to what is today!
Breathe out and surrender!

Surrender your preferences of how you want things to go. Life has much bigger and better things in store for you. You just need to get out of the way.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and get out of the way by saying yes to your thoughts.

And that doesn’t mean acting on them. It doesn’t mean you believe them. In fact, it means you don’t believe them. Say yes to your thoughts. All it means is acknowledging, “Yes, I have this thought.” You don’t have to react to it. You don’t have to have an emotion about it. You don’t have to let it ruin your day. You can just let it go.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts.
Breathe out and let this give you peace.

Now, when you say yes to your thoughts, you won’t notice the effects instantly. It builds up over the course of an hour or so, so give yourself an hour to watch your thoughts. And then notice in the following hours how you feel. It’s like taking a pill. When you say yes to your thoughts, it takes a good 30 minutes to an hour to fully release into your bloodstream.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts.
Breathe out and practice it right now.

“Yes I’m sitting in a chair. Yes I’m listening for what’s going on downstairs. Yes I’m wondering if I have enough time to do all the things I want to do. Yes I’m smiling. Yes I’m wondering if I should open my eyes. Yes I’m so happy the sun is out. Yes my ankles are tense. Yes I’m noticing the location services turning on and wondering if I should turn that off. Yes I have paranoid thoughts. Yes I’m dreading working out a little bit. Yes I’m overall in a good mood today.” And on, and on, and on. Just sit there and watch your thoughts.

Like yesterday, I went to the dentist. And the whole time I was in the chair getting my teeth cleaned, I said, “Yes I’m breathing in. Yes I’m breathing out. Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes she’s scraping my teeth. Yes she’s squirting water in my mouth. Yes I’m listening to what the dentist is saying in the other room,” and on and on. I was so calm and peaceful, and then afterwards so many miracles unfolded. Because I was present, because I wasn’t fighting with reality, putting myself in a bad mood. I was just accepting and peaceful and flexible and flowing.

Breathe in and be flexible and flowing today!
Breathe out and know that this is how you can be happy no matter what!

By saying yes to what is. Give up the fight. You don’t have to fight what is anymore. When you say yes to what is, it no longer has the power to make you react and feel bad. When you say yes to what is, you stand up to your thoughts. You go with the flow. And you let life happen for you. You let life live you. And then the miracles are here!

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts!
Breathe out and say yes to your thoughts!

Remember—it’s not believing your thoughts. Saying yes to them is just acknowledging that they’re there. That’s all they want, is a little acknowledgment that they’re there. Or they’ll keep pestering you and making you feel bad. But if you can say yes to your thoughts right as they come, right as they arise—you just notice them, and then they disappear. And that’s that. It doesn’t have to ruin your day.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts today!
Breathe out and have the best day of your life today!

You’re at peace. You’re accepting. You’re flexible and flowing. And life is living you!

Breathe in and get ready for the miracles!
Breathe out and say yes to the miracle that is right now!

Enjoy Life Exactly the Way It Is (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

The more you let go, the more it flows.

Let yourself relax into this moment. Just watch your thoughts come and go.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts.
Breathe out and welcome your thoughts.

It’s all happening in perfect timing. It’s all unfolding just the way it’s supposed to.

Breathe in and say yes to the dog barking.
Breathe out and welcome the dog barking.

When we get caught up in the way we want things to be, or the way we think things should be, it causes stress. And it causes suffering. But we can end our suffering by choosing to not believe these stressful thoughts.

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and notice what you’re feeling.

If you’re not sure exactly when you’re thinking stressful thoughts, just notice how you feel emotionally. If you feel good, you’re probably not thinking stressful thoughts. But if you feel bad, there are probably some thoughts that you can look at.

Breathe in and ask yourself how you’re feeling.
Breathe out and notice the thoughts connected to how you feel.

Lately I’ve been obsessed with Byron Katie’s “The Work” and it’s really helpful in managing thought, dealing with being human, having thoughts.

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and let yourself receive.

The Work of Byron Katie can be summed up by her rhyme: judge your neighbor, write it down, ask four questions and turn it around. The idea is you identify a stressful thought, like, “That dog shouldn’t be barking.” And then you ask, “Is that really true?” Yes of course! But can you really know that’s true? Well I don’t know if the dog shouldn’t be barking and the dog is barking so there’s probably a reason. Finally ask yourself, “How do I feel when I react to the thought, ‘That dog shouldn’t be barking,’?” I feel pissed! I feel annoyed. I feel inconvenienced. And lastly ask yourself, “Who would I be without that thought, ‘The dog shouldn’t be barking’?” I would be peaceful, accepting. Who cares! It doesn’t have to bother me. Without the thought, “That dog shouldn’t be barking,” I’m free. And then you turn it around by saying, “The dog should be barking,” or, “My thinking shouldn’t be barking”. Whatever you’re judging or blaming or having a problem with, change it to yourself, or “your thinking”.

Breathe in and feel so empowered to look at your thoughts!
Breathe out and let yourself be free of suffering!

No thought is true! Any time you think, “They should,” “I should,” “I need,” “I want,” you can ask these questions of these thoughts and find out they’re not really true. And then you can get to the root, which is you’re the source. You’re projecting it. It’s your thinking that needs to change, not reality.

Breathe in and be in control of your vibration today.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts today.

Be still and sit with yourself and watch what you’re thinking and ask, “Are these thoughts even true?” They’re not! Let yourself imagine who you’d be without these thoughts. You’d be free! You’d be peaceful. You’d be accepting. And when you turn it around, you see you’re the source. And that you are completely capable of changing your thinking.

Breathe in and have fun with your thinking today!
Breathe out and let go.

None of your thoughts are true. You’re free to enjoy life exactly the way it is!

Use Your Magick (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and lighten up.

Life is not serious!

This is the right place and the right time and there’s nothing else that you should be doing, other than what you’re doing right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

It’s all happening in your favor. Life is on your side.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Your thoughts are the only thing that can make you feel bad. Your thoughts are the only thing blocking what you want coming to you. Decide to free yourself from being identified with your thoughts today, simply by saying yes to them. Let YES give you the space, distance and perspective from your thoughts to see they’re just things floating by like waves in the ocean or clouds in the sky. They are not you. You are not your thoughts.

Breathe in and feel excited about life! It’s all happening in your favor!
Breathe out and know that the more you say yes, the more it will flow. And YES is one way to let go. I often say, “Control is letting go,” but to also take control of your attention, so what does that mean if control is letting go, how do you take control of your attention?

Breathe in and notice where your attention is right now.
Breathe out and take control of your attention.

Control is letting go because it means you’re letting go of your thoughts. Those thoughts that grip you. That you can’t stop thinking about. False narratives, limiting beliefs. But if you want some control in your life over feeling better, over enjoying life, you just let go of your thoughts. So by taking control of your attention, you’re actually letting go of your thoughts.

Breathe into this present moment.
Breathe out and remember to use your magick today!

All of us want so many things. We want more money and more love and more friends and more food and more fun and more excitement. We want to travel, we want to go back to normal life. We want so many things. We want friends! We want people to reach out to us! We want to reach out to other people! We want connection and love! But we can give it to ourselves, starting right now, by using our magick.

Breathe in and decide to use your magick today.
Breathe out and remember what your magick is.

Magick with a “k” is the art of thinking about what you want, then returning to the present. When you are present, you feel good, you return to your natural state of love and enthusiasm and joy! When you’re present, your thoughts are just floating by and they’re not gripping you. Then you’re present, you’re enjoying life exactly the way it is. And those feelings and love and joy and enthusiasm that are revealed, are magnets that attract what you want to you. So if you just think about what you want, real quick, and go back to the present, you become a magnet for receiving what you want!

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What do I want?”
Breathe out and say it. I want love and connection. I want people from my past to reach out to me and tell me they miss me. I want to feel loved and appreciated and thought about. I want to feel loved! What do you want?

Breathe in and remember to use your magick today.
Breathe out and let it be easy. Just think about what you want, then return to the present.

Everything is unfolding perfectly. And the present is the safest, most blissful, fun place to be. It’s all happening right here, right now, and you can get here by saying yes to what is.

Saying yes to your thoughts gives you the distance to be the observer, and the observer is always right here just observing what’s going on.

Breathe in and think about what you want.

You’re Being Thought (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Breathe in and breathe in the sunset.
Breathe out and let yourself sink to the bottom of the ocean.

Surrender your limbs. Let go of your body. Let yourself float here, right now.

Breathe in and bring the energy that creates worlds into your body!
Breathe out and smile! Because life loves you! And life is living you right now!

Let the flow through you. Let life flow through you right now.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Let go of your resistance. Remember you’re infinite. This moment is infinite. We have all the time in the world! We were never born and we’re never going to die!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s just for fun!
Breathe out and feel lighter already! It’s just for fun!

Your thoughts are the only thing that make you feel bad. Your thoughts are the only thing weighing you down. Decide right now, to welcome your thoughts, embrace your thoughts, say yes to your thoughts. Let yourself be let go by the thoughts. If the thoughts are gripping you, if you say to yes to them, they’ll let you go.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts!
Breathe out and feel your thoughts letting you go!

All of those thoughts that torment you, those thoughts that are so loud you don’t even know you’re thinking them—just say yes to them. Let them bring you into the present moment, where all of your power lies, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Let yourself get excited to be you, just by saying yes to your thoughts!

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts!
Breathe out and feel your thoughts let you go!

You aren’t even thinking. You’re being thought.

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking.
Breathe out and feel yourself being thought.

Breathe in and say yes to the thoughts.
Breathe out and say yes to being thought.

Whatever thought you’re thinking, that’s what you’re being. And that’s why you can become anything you want, just by choosing a new thought.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts.
Breathe out and feel yourself being whatever thought you’re thinking.

When I say, “I am totally in love with myself!” I am being that thought. When I say, “I’m having the time of my life!” I am being that thought. I am that thought. So whatever thought you’re being, say yes to it, and it will let you go.

Breathe in and say yes to whatever thought it is.
Breathe out and feel that thought let you go!

Breathe in and decide to have fun with having a mind!
Breathe out and feel so excited to be you!

When you have the distance to see yourself being thought, you are free from being lost in your mind.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Control is letting go.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

This is the right place. This is the right time. You were meant to be here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go!

Surrender your preferences. However things are, is how they’re supposed to be. Whatever shoulds you might be thinking, are not true! Because however it is, is how it is. It is what it is. Reality is the only truth.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and take control of your attention.

If you find yourself thinking about what other people are doing, or worrying about what other people think about you, or worrying about what other people are doing with their own problems, remind yourself of this wisdom from Byron Katie: there are 3 types of business. Other people’s business, god’s business, and your business. If you are thinking about what someone else is doing or thinking, you are in their business. Who’s minding your business then? No one’s living you then! And if you’re worrying about when you’re going to die, or natural disasters, you’re in god’s business, and you certainly can’t control that. And again you’re not in your own business. Decide today to mind your own business, and keep your attention on yourself and loving yourself, and enjoying your life!

Breathe in and decide to enjoy your life today!
Breathe out and decide to not worry about other people anymore.

If you find yourself worrying about someone else’s health, or whether they’re taking care of themselves, or what they think about you, say to yourself, “All is well.”

Decide to assume all is well.

Breathe in and know: all is well.
Breathe out and know that is the truth. All is well

Everything is perfect and in its place. And the best thing you can do to help someone else is assume all is well.

Breathe in and know everyone is creative, resourceful and whole.
Breathe out and really feel it in your bones.

All is well!

No matter what happens, it’s unfolding perfectly. It’s all working out. It’s all happening in your favor. You can relax now. You don’t have to care about what anyone else thinks anymore. And you certainly don’t have to worry about anyone else anymore. All is well.

Breathe in and lighten up! All is well!
Breathe out and just enjoy being.

It’s safe to assume all is well. Even if the worst happens, it’s still happening in your favor. It still is how things should be, because it’s how things are. You don’t have to intervene. You don’t have to worry. Worrying doesn’t help anyone.

Breathe in and know: all is well!
Breathe out and feel so relieved!

You don’t have to worry about anyone else! You don’t have to care about what they think. You don’t have to worry about their business. And you don’t have to worry about when you’re going to die, or what if the worst happens. All is well!

Breathe in and say it: all is well!
Breathe out and really know it. All is well!

Everything is perfect and in its place. You’re doing everything right. It’s safe to sit back, relax and enjoy your life now.

Yes to the thoughts I’m thinking right now. Yes to the feelings I’m feeling. Yes to where I’m sitting. Yes to my location in the world.

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and be at peace with what is!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and feel so excited! Life is on your side!

Life is living you! Life wants you here! Life made you special for this moment!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is never serious!
Breathe out and remember: only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And none of your thoughts are true. Stand up to your thoughts today.

Decide to be your reason for feeling good, just by facing your thoughts, welcoming them, and letting them go.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts.
Breathe out and welcome your thoughts.

Today, decide to be totally in love with yourself. If you want to be a magnet for love, if you want to play and have fun, and enjoy life, just decide to be totally in love with yourself, exactly the way you are!

Practice thinking this thought a few times. See if you can feel what it really feels like. This thought can unlock so much for you. The emotion of love is what we are at our core. And you can access it with certain thoughts. Or you can let the thoughts go, and love is already there.

Breathing in I am totally in love with myself!
Breathing out I am totally in love with myself!

Get into the feeling place of being totally in love with yourself, exactly the way you are. You can use this thought in conjunction with saying yes to what is.

Breathe in and say “Yes, I am totally in love with myself!”
Breathe out and know it’s true! You’re totally in love with yourself!

Underneath all of the thoughts, you are totally in love with yourself.

Breathe in and feel that love at your core.
Breathe out and know: love is all that’s real.

You can choose to know true reality right now, by choosing the feeling of love, however you get there.

Breathing in I am totally in love with myself!
Breathing out I am totally in love with myself!

Practice this thought on repeat, all day today. Convince yourself that it is true. You don’t have to change a thing. Underneath all of the thoughts, it really is true. You are totally in love with yourself. You’re perfect the way you are!

Breathing out I am totally in love with myself.

Any thought that you might think to the contrary, just say yes to it. “Yes I’m resisting this thought. Yes I’ve noticed I feel weird about this thought. Yes, but what about when I don’t have access to this thought?” And on and on, just keep saying yes. When you say yes to what is. you stop fighting reality. When you stop fighting reality, you win!

Breathing in I am totally in love with myself!
Breathing out I am totally in love with myself!

And I am totally in love with you! Because you are me. I am you. We’re all one consciousness. We’re all made of the same love. And today, we are totally in love with ourselves. And each other.
