The Only Way to Feel Safe (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

The only security is presence. If you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed, remember the only security is presence. That’s the only way you’re going to feel safe. Not with more money, not with more love, not with more time, not with more things. The only way you’re going to feel safe and secure is with presence.

Breathe in and bring your attention back into this moment.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are pure awareness. You are not this little person with little problems. You are pure awareness. You are god.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and remember your power.

Step back into your power. Presence is your superpower. Never forget. You can do it right now. You can only do it right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer: Yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. Because when I am aware, my mind is at peace because I’m not agitated. When I am aware, I am happy because I’m not noticing any lack. I feel abundant. And when I am aware, I’m not focused on separation. So I feel love.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and do the no-thought thing of noticing, “Yes, I am aware.”

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Only your thoughts make you suffer. When you are aware, you get distance from the thoughts.

You don’t ever have to stop thinking. You really can’t control it. But you can remember that you are the awareness in which the thoughts arise.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s just not serious.
Breathe out and stop taking it so seriously.

When you are present, when you are aware, you feel light. You feel playful. Life is fun. You feel free because you’re not trapped in your thoughts. It all comes down to choosing awareness over getting lost in your thoughts. You have the choice right now. Use the power of your awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Trust this process. Trust that it’s going to work for you. This tree bears immediate fruit. Trust that if you can step away from your thoughts for just a few moments by identifying as pure awareness, you will feel better. You will feel lighter. You will feel relieved. Trust.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Trust this process. Trust this holy question. This question is holy because it makes you identify with god, pure awareness. When you ask, “Am I aware?” your attention drops the thoughts and settles on the one thing we all have in common: awareness. It’s all awareness. And when your attention is settled on awareness, you’re one with all that is. You’re safe. That’s the safety. That’s the security. It doesn’t matter what happens. You don’t have to mind what happens.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Commit to this practice. Trust this practice. Prove it to yourself that identifying as awareness solves your problems. It doesn’t even solve them. It makes them irrelevant because if you’re not putting your attention on them, they don’t exist.

Breathe in and let life work it out for you.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that you are life. You are the life essence. You don’t have to get involved with your little separate thoughts. Thinking is the disease. Thinking is what makes you suffer. Simply identify as pure awareness today and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow and I’m ready for the miracles. I’m already here.”

Relax Into The Knowing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and get some distance from your thoughts.
Breathe out and surrender.

Give up trying to control. Let it go. Let go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.”

Everything that’s happening, even your decisions, are in your favor.

Breathe in and come into this moment.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and see the perfection of right now.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Only our thoughts make us feel bad. Only our thoughts make life feel serious. But life is just for fun. Life is magickal. Life is love.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you.” And really feel it.
Breathe out and smile and feel that gratitude in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and just let yourself relax.

Relax into this moment. Relax into what is. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and relax into the knowing.
Breathe out and just keep asking, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

It stops your thoughts for long enough for you to see, it is the thoughts causing the suffering. It is the thoughts that make you feel bad. It’s not this moment. This moment is heaven. This moment is perfect. You are perfect. Everything is unfolding exactly as it should because it is how it is. It can’t be any other way. Allow yourself to surrender your thoughts. Stop suffering so much today.

Breathing in. Thank you.
Breathing out. Thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. And if feeling gratitude and saying thank you feels like too much effort, just think about how difficult life is when you’re not grateful, when you don’t want what is. That resistance, that suffering is so much worse than choosing to feel gratitude. Choosing to trust. That’s all it comes down to. Just trust the process of life. Trust it’s all unfolding perfectly. You don’t have to control anything. Just let life take care of life. Let life live you today.

Breathing in. Thank you.
Breathing out. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Everything that’s happening that I’m resisting or don’t like? Thank you. Every decision that I make that I resist or don’t like? Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Feel your lightness returning. Thank you. Thank you. Feel your innocence returning. Thank you. Thank you. You are innocent. You are god. Trust. Trust that god is living you.

Let go of the guilt. Let go of feeling like you’re in control. There’s no guilt if you didn’t do anything.

Breathing in. Thank you.
Breathing out. Thank you. Thank you.

What is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? Nothing. I’m safe. Everything is perfect and in its place. It’s only the thoughts causing the suffering. Even if you have physical pain, if you don’t think about it, the pain is still there, but not the suffering. Not the thinking about how it’s going to affect you in the future. Not the thinking about how you got the pain in the first place.

Breathe in and let all the thoughts go.
Breathe out and just say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor. There’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and know, it’s all in your favor.

Know that it’s all happening for you and when you say thank you, you’ll see it so much more quickly.

Trust It’s In Your Favor (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome conflict. Welcome anxiety. Welcome uncertainty. Welcome anger. Welcome impatience. Welcome. Welcome feeling like I need to rush. Welcome feeling like I can’t please anyone. Welcome.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Remember that you are the source. You must become it to see it. So right now, choose to become it so you can see it.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Bring your attention back into this moment right here, right now. Drop the thoughts. Let them go. Just focus on the feeling of gratitude in your heart.

Breathing in. Thank you.

Whatever is happening is happening in your favor. It’s a gift for you, from life, from infinite intelligence. It’s all unfolding perfectly.

Take your power back right now. Thank you. No matter what is happening, you don’t have to resist it. You don’t have to get mad. You don’t have to get depressed. You can just say thank you and trust it’s in your favor. And then you’ll see so quickly how life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe out and trust the process of life today.

Breathe in and notice where your attention is going. Breathe out and bring it back to center.

You are the source. You are the center. Let yourself feel the way you want to feel. And then you can see your reality reflect it. But you have to choose it now.

Thank you. Thank you. You don’t have to see the logical way for things to work out for you. Your mind is never going to figure out the miracle that’s coming. You can never predict how amazing your life can become.

Breathe in and make space for your life to become amazing.

Thank you. Thank you. Just feel this feeling and fuck all the rest. Don’t worry about the thoughts. Don’t worry about the timing. Feel the gratitude and then it works out. You have to trust the process of life today. You have to trust it’s in your favor today.

Whatever You’re Resisting Is A Gift (transcript)
Aren’t you feeling so much better already?

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and let it be easy today.
Breathe out and just say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Feel that feeling in your heart right now. Feel the vibration of gratitude. You must become it to see it. So become grateful right now and you will receive so much to be thankful for.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and really feel so relieved.

When you flip the switch from being lost in your thoughts to letting go of control with thank you, you start feeling so much better right away and the reflections start coming right away showing you that yes, you’re the creator. Yes, you are the source of your experience. You get to decide how you feel and therefore what you see. It’s up to you right now.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and feel that gratitude in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Trust the process of life. Trust that it’s safe to let go of the thoughts. Trust that you don’t have to control. The only thing you can control is the way you look at things. And you can change the way you look at things and then the things you look at change.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Surrender right now. Surrender control. Surrender thinking you have to do everything. Life is doing everything. The life force in you is doing everything. You aren’t beating your heart. You aren’t the one, you aren’t even the one making the thoughts. They’re just arising.

Breathe in and let go of all of that illusion of control.
Breathe out and relax into right now.

You don’t have control. Let go. Let go. The impulse will come when it’s time. You cannot force things. You cannot make fruit ripen. All you can do is trust it’s happening in your favor and let it unfold.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Feel that relief that comes when you remember, “Oh right, even this thing that I’m resisting is in my favor.” Instantly, your essence relaxes. Your essence becomes more at ease because you remember that you’ve proven to yourself. When you choose to accept and welcome and be grateful for what is, you find out so quickly why what is, is a good thing in your favor that’s helping you. It’s a gift. Whatever you’re resisting, it’s a gift. Whatever you don’t like, it’s a gift. It’s for you. So just say thank you and feel it. And then you don’t have to go through life resisting everything, being miserable and then feeling guilty when you find out it actually was in your favor.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and let the resistance go.

Anything you resist today, just say thank you. Thank you. Trust it’s in your favor. Feel the gratitude in your heart. Flip the switch right away before you have to get in an argument or cry or ruin your day by resisting what is. You could simply accept it with a thank you.

Even if your mind doesn’t know why it’s good for you, if you feel in your heart that thank you, that gratitude, life will show you so quickly how it is taking care of you, how it is giving you exactly what you need.

Affect Reality Instead of Being Affected (transcript)

Let yourself relax. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and let god replace you.

Breathe in and empty yourself of thoughts.
Breathe out and relax into that space.

You don’t have to stop thinking. You just become the space in which the thoughts arise. You are not your thoughts. You are the consciousness in which the thoughts appear.

Breathe in and be that empty consciousness.
Breathe out and be the pure awareness.

Experiencing, experiencing.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s just not serious.
Breathe out and smile.

It’s just not serious. Let those thoughts go. Let them go. The more you let go, the more it flows. The more you care, the more you push it away. Trust the process of life today. You don’t have to control anything with your thoughts. Just let it unfold.

It’s not serious. We get so heavy and weighed down with our thoughts, with trying to control, predict, plan, resist.

Breathe in and let all that go.
Breathe out and let the resistance go.

How it is, is how it’s supposed to be. Trust that it’s all unfolding perfectly. Trust that life is on your side. Remember, everything that’s happening is in your favor. And if you can switch your vibration right now to the vibration of gratitude, you’ll see how it’s all working out for you and how it is all happening in your favor. Remember the power of thank you.

This is your magick power. Never forget it. You feel and then you see. You become it and then you see it. You choose to feel the way you want to feel first and then reality reflects it because it’s all an outpicturing of you. You are the source.

Breathe in and stop being so affected.
Breathe out and be the thing affecting reality.

Instead of being affected by reality, you affect it by saying thank you, by feeling the way you want to feel right now. Thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Trust that everything that is happening is in perfect timing. Trust that even the things you resist and don’t like are actually for you, in your favor, for your own good. Life knows best. Trust it.

Feel how much lighter you feel already. Feel the relief that you know is coming just by flipping the switch to gratitude. You already feel better and when you feel better, you attract better feeling circumstances. It’s all a reflection of you. Remember you are the source. Your control is in letting go of the thoughts. Your control is in flipping the switch to trusting life. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to control it. Trust it and feel that gratitude in your heart.

Feel Your Power Returning (transcript)

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and let yourself relax into the totality.

Let yourself become one with all that is. Remember you already are one with all that is.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and recognize the answer. “Yes, I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated so I’m at peace. I don’t notice any lack so I’m happy and I’m not separate from anyone or anything so I am love itself.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and feel your power returning.

Only your thoughts cut off the power. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe out and remember who you are: god in human form.

You are the presence of god.

Breathe out and recognize the answer. “Yes, I am aware.”

Remember that resting as pure awareness is supposed to be better than getting anything that you want. When you rest as pure awareness, you remember you already are one with god. There’s nothing to get, nowhere to go. You already are it all.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing, “Yes, I am aware.”

The placeless place that watches the thoughts, that contains the thoughts—that’s what you’re looking for. The presence, the being—that’s the oneness with god. All the things you want, you want because you want oneness with god. Oneness with god is love. You want everything because you want love, but you already are love.

Breathe in and drop the thoughts separating you.
Breathe out and remind yourself: This presence, this thing I already am, is what I’m looking for when I want health and money and relationships, manifestations, things.

This presence of god is what I’m looking for when I want a text, an email, when I want something to go my way.

Breathe in and remember you already have it.
Breathe out and remind yourself: “What I want is already right here.”

This right here is better than receiving any physical manifestation. This right here, right now, is supposed to be better. And if I can catch that recognition that I am pure awareness, I see right away life already is the way I want it to be.

Breathe in and stop looking to manifestations to feel good.
Breathe out and stop mixing with reality.

Stop looking to physical reality for satisfaction. You’re never going to get it because it comes and goes. If you’re looking to the world to make you feel loved, you’re never going to get it. It’s going to come and go and come and go and you’ll be tossed around by the ups and downs. The only stability and security is presence and you can have that right now. You’re already doing it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am that recognition.

The flicker of awareness between asking the question and knowing the answer—stay there. That’s what’s better than love with another person. That’s what’s better than health in the body. That’s what’s better than receiving money or a house or a car, or whatever it is that you want. The flicker of awareness between asking, am I aware? and recognizing, yes I am. That’s what you’re looking for. That’s the presence of god. Merge with that. Stay there. And then you won’t need anything to change and the things you want will come to you. You’ll get attached and mixed with experience again…

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know: yes I am.

Stay in the recognition of presence, of being. That’s what you’re looking for when you want things. Life already is the way you want it to be. You already have what you want. Get a break from the thoughts and recognize you already have what you want. This is it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

This awareness is better than receiving any manifestation because this awareness is god. I’m already doing it. I’m already free.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome disgust, welcome hatred, welcome irritation, welcome impatience, welcome repulsion. Welcome.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Let those thoughts go. Let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and just say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, I’m so mad. Yes, I’m so repulsed. Yes, I’m so disgusted. Yes, I’m so disappointed in myself. Yes, I’m so frustrated and over it.

Breathe in and resist nothing.
Breathe out and know resisting nothing is how you can slide through the cracks into love, into peace, into harmony.

Breathe in and resist nothing.
Breathe out and let that resistance go.

Resisting nothing is the same as love.

Breathe in and resist nothing.
Breathe out and welcome it all.

Thank you repulsion. Thank you disgust. Thank you fury. Thank you absolute hatred. I know you’re in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and welcome all of these sensations.

It’s just energy. It doesn’t have to mean anything. It will pass.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Resist nothing today. When you resist nothing, all of those things you don’t like collapse. You free up the energy from pinning the thing you don’t like into place, to resting on the awareness, on the presence of god, on the gratitude, on the miracles. Make the miracles bigger today.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Trust the process of life. Trust you’re in the right place. Trust it’s all working out for you. It’s safe to let those thoughts go and trust where you are.

Breathe in and resist nothing.
Breathe out and feel it in your body what it’s like to resist nothing.

Feel that total surrender. Feel all the barriers in your mind relax and come down. Resist nothing.

Breathe in and let it all flow over you.
Breathe out and let it all flow away.

When you resist nothing, the things you don’t like don’t get stuck there.

Thinking Makes You Suffer (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome impatience. Welcome uncertainty. Welcome resentment. Welcome judgment. Welcome fear. Welcome.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Bring yourself back to this moment. It’s only the thoughts that make you feel bad. It’s only the thinking that makes you suffer.

Breathe in and get a break from the thoughts.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

When you ask yourself, am I aware? the point is to stop thinking and wake up in this moment and see there’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You can feel it. It’s like there’s a stem that goes through my whole body and normally my attention is out in the leaves of my plant self.

It’s out in the flowers, out in the world, seeking, looking for bees to pollinate looking for sun looking for water. Looking looking looking. But when I ask, am I aware? the attention goes back into the stem, back into the seed, back into the unknown—the unborn where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

The mind will never figure it out and all of these analogies and metaphors like I’m a stem and I have leaves and I’m bringing my attention back into the seed—it just gives your mind more to think about, more excuses to stay mind-identified. But the only work is dropping the thoughts. You don’t have to strive, you don’t have to achieve, you don’t have to suffer. The work is dropping the thoughts. It’s the easiest thing and the hardest thing.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you ask yourself, am I aware? for a split second there’s a flicker of recognition, of knowing, of identifying with all that is. Pure awareness. All of this—me, you, the thoughts—it’s all one thing. Consciousness. Awareness. And everything that you see and experience is just a vibration within awareness but it’s all the same awareness or life force.

Breathe in and remember you are that life force.
Breathe out and relax. There is only the life force.

What is your body without the life force? Nothing. Dead. No animation. The life force is what is choosing, what is digesting, what is looking, what is experiencing. It’s all the life force and that is you.

Breathing in, am I aware of the life force?
Breathing out, am I aware of the life force?

Am I aware of the presence of god? You can call god the life force. You can call it love, infinite intelligence—all of these words, they just give your mind more things to think about. But the answer is never in the mind. It’s right here in front of you. It’s in that flicker of recognition when you ask, am I aware? You can feel it, that centering of your attention.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

And if you’re too caught up in your reality, if you’re too mixed with experience, suffering, suffering your preferences of “I like this and I don’t like this and I want this and I don’t want this”—if you’re too caught up in that just ask god to replace you.

Thank you god for replacing me with you.

You know it’s all happening in your favor. You know that it’s all unfolding perfectly. You know that there’s nothing to control but still you can get caught up in the preferences of wanting things to be a certain way and when you can’t drop those preferences, ask god to replace you and then you’ll know it’s all going god’s way. The best way, the only way.

And you don’t have to interfere with your preferences that are not true or real. You don’t even know if it’s really what’s right for you. You don’t know if what you want is what is best for you. What is best for you is what is, so allow it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware, and when I am aware I have no problems because when I am aware I am not focused on lack so I’m happy. When I am aware my mind is not agitated so I am at peace. And when I am aware, I’m not separate from anyone or anything that I love, so I am love itself. I am in love, I am the love when I am aware.

Breathe in and merge with that love today.
Breathe out and let go of control.

Let the pure awareness handle it. It’s what made everything, you can trust it. Trust the pure awareness is doing it in your favor, trust it’s how it’s supposed to be because how it is, is what is best.

So drop the thoughts and let yourself enjoy the best day of your life right now.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and slow down.

Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Remember you are the presence of god. So don’t let anything else try to make you feel bad because you are the presence of god.

Breathe in and remember you’re the source.
Breathe out and be the source of your experience.

You are the presence of god. Everything comes to you. Everything comes to help you. Everything here is for you and it’s happening in your favor because you are the presence of god.

Breathe in and worship yourself. You are the presence of god.
Breathe out and let your reality worship you because you are the presence of god.

You are one bad motherfucker. You are god itself. It’s time to drop all the thoughts, all the self-criticism, all the worries, all the wondering if you’re loved. You are loved. You are love itself because you are the presence of god. You don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Breathe in and remember, I’m the presence of god.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go for good.

As you go about your day when thoughts start bothering you like, “I wonder if this is going to happen. I wonder if this is going to go my way. I wonder if it’s going to work out. I wonder if I have enough money. I wonder if this person likes me.”—every time you have those whiny little bitch-ass thoughts, say to them, “I am the presence of god.”

And let whatever it is come to you because you don’t need anything to complete you. You are complete. You are the presence of god.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness, the presence of god.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

It’s all just for fun. Whatever little mental trick it takes to get you to loosen your grip on the thinking, use it.

Breathing in, I am the presence of god.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck because I am the presence of god and everything can bow down to me because I am the presence of god.

I don’t have to wonder if it’s going to go my way because it all is my way. I don’t have to wonder if it loves me because it’s all love.

Breathe in and be the presence of god.
Breathe out and feel safe and secure now.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Nothing. Everything is perfect and in its place and only your thoughts make you feel bad. Remember you are the presence of god. Stay there.

You know how to get to that feeling, to that knowing, to that recognition. You don’t need a mantra. You don’t need to do anything. You don’t need to change. You already are it.

Breathing in, I am the presence of god.
Breathing out, I am the presence of god.

Really take this to heart and know it. Remember it. Recognize it for yourself. You are the presence of god. You don’t need anything to change to be safe or secure or loved. Just the fact that you are aware that you are the presence of god is the only security that you need, the only abundance that you need, and the only love that you need.

You are so loved that you are animated into this body to enjoy physical reality. You are the presence of god. Do you think you did this? Do you think your separate illusion mind made this body and animated it? No.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware I am the presence of god.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and get out of your own way.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. It’s only your thoughts making you suffer.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Whatever’s happening is a gift from love, from god, from infinite intelligence, from nature. Whatever is happening is a gift from nature. It’s in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

When you feel the feeling of gratitude in your heart, you see right away that life already is the way you want it to be. You see how it all is in your favor before you have to go through the mental gymnastics and the resisting and finally the surrender and then you see but you can choose it now.

Feel enthusiastic! You are the source. Your life experience, your physical reality is an outpicturing of your vibration. It’s coming from inside the house. You.

Breathe in and be the source.
Breathe out and feel how you want to feel now.

Ask yourself, what do you want? I want attention. I want love. And what does it feel like to get attention and love? It feels like I’m actually wanted. It feels like I’m actually appreciated. Like I’m seen. Like I’m wanted. It feels like I’m actually wanted.

Breathe in and identify what is it you really want.
Breathe out and get to the root of why you want what you want.

I want to feel wanted. I want to feel like I’m meant to be here. I want to feel like I’m appreciated. I want to feel like I’m wanted here.

Breathe in and go to the root of what you want.
Breathe out and notice how wanting to feel appreciated really signifies you not appreciating, me not appreciating.

If I feel unappreciated it’s because I am not appreciating. I am the source and I can choose right now. I can choose to feel the gratitude that I want to receive. I can choose to feel the love that I want to receive and all I have to do is practice the presence of god.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god to get what you want.
Breathe out and see how this trickery of identifying what you want makes you see that really you’re just looking for god.

And you can convince your mind that you’ll get what you want if you practice the presence of god because the mind doesn’t want you to do that because the mind is the original sin. The mind is the evil. The mind is the only evil, the only thing making you suffer. And the mind doesn’t want to admit that all you have to do is merge with god. And all you have to do to merge with god is drop the mind.

Breathe in and merge with god.
Breathe out and want yourself here. Want your fucking self here.

If you want to feel wanted you have to want yourself. And wanting your self is just wanting the presence of god. It all comes down to practicing the presence of god, to remembering it’s all within. You just have to like being yourself and then the other people will like you.

Breathe in and like being yourself today.
Breathe out and practice that presence of god.

The only two thoughts you need are “Am I aware?” and thank you. Use these to practice the presence of god and feel the way you want to feel. And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.
