You are the creator. You are the creator of you, of your life experience.

Breathe in and step into your role as the creator.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Let yourself enjoy this moment, right here, right now. Let yourself just be.

You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. Surrender your preferences and let this moment guide you.

Breathe out and exhale any stale energy you don’t want anymore.

Decide to be focused today. Decide to be present. And you will be happy to be alive.

Take Your Medicine (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax.

Let go of your thoughts.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and smile because in this present moment, you’ll find your power.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and feel confident.

This is the best day of your life! You’re doing everything right. It’s all unfolding perfectly, in perfect timing.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

You can trust the process of life. Wherever you’re at, you can trust it. Allow yourself to say yes to what is. And let go of your resistance.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Anything you’re resisting today, that you know you’re going to do anyway—things like for your health or work—things that are your routine or maybe that you’re obligated to, things you’ve agreed to, routines that you want for yourself. Anything that you’re resisting today, that’s a good-for-you thing, think of it as your medicine. When it’s time to take your medicine, you want to feel better right? You don’t just look at your medicine and think, “Eh, I don’t want to do that today.”

Let yourself look at the things in your life you resist as the medicine you need to thrive.

Breathe in and take your medicine today.
Breathe out and let go of resisting things that you know you want for yourself.

Whether it’s a new habit, or keeping up an old habit, whether it’s what you consume or what you don’t consume, whether it’s a meeting, or a work project, or a project around the house, or something for fun that now you just don’t feel like doing anymore—anything that you’re resisting, anything in the back of your mind that you’re like, “Ugh, I’d rather just sit around,”—decide to take your medicine today. And you’ll feel better.

Breathe in and be relieved. You know what your medicine is!
Breathe out and take your medicine today.

The thing you’re resisting, there lies your medicine. And now you know how to feel better.

Breathe in and remember your power as the creator!
Breathe out and remember the power of your I AM.

If you want a good attitude today, say to yourself: “I AM in a good mood!” If you want to feel strong in your exercise, say to yourself, “I AM STRONG.” Whatever it is you want for ourself, declare it to be so today. You are the creator and I AM is your ultimate power.

Breathe in and remember why you came to this reality.
Breathe out and declare who you are today.

“I am strong. I am allowing. I am making my best work. I am having the time of my life!” Declare who you are today. That is your power, and that is your truth, and it’s all up to you!

Breathe in and live the life you want to live today!
Breathe out and say, “I am focused.”

Focus will come to you. Focus is already yours right now. Choose your singular focus, whether it’s your breath or counting or chanting, listening, flowing. Choose your singular focus and commit to it. Today mine is I AM.

Today I am taking my medicine. Today I am strong. Today I am in the flow. I am light. I am enjoying this moment. And I am having the time of my life!

Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Today we’re going to focus on I AM. The only two words you need to know.

Breathing out AM

I
AM

I AM is your power as the creator of your life. I AM is the only spell you ever need to know. I AM holds every ounce of power you could possibly desire. I AM is your manifesting birthright. I AM is all you need to have the best day of your life!

You are in control of YOUR vibration. You are in control of what YOU do and think and feel. You are the one who gets to choose who you are.

Who do you want to be today?

Let this be your mental code. Attach it to your breath.

You don’t ever need to say anything after AM, but you can if you have a desire. Whatever you want for yourself—say you want to be more energized—

Breathing in I
Breathing out AM ENERGIZED!

I am energized! Those two words are so powerful. It is absolutely true until you think a contradicting thought.

I AM is who YOU ARE. I AM is your core. I AM is god. I AM—that is your power here in physical reality. You get to choose whatever you want.

Breathe in and focus.
Breathe out and focus your attention.

Whenever you notice a desire, a contrast, a problem, a dislike, use it as an opportunity to create the life you want. Your contrast, your problems—that’s what’s giving you the ideas of what you want, so that you can say, “I AM that.” The contrast is giving you what you want. All you have to do is flip to the other side. Whatever your problem is, say, STATE, DECLARE who you are in relationship.

Whatever you want to be today, decide who you are and make it true. Say it is the way it is. That’s your power. Every single one of us gets this creative power: “I am ______.” What do you want to be? And if you don’t know, or you’re content where you’re at, “I am.” Then you’re just blissful being, existing in the present moment.

So it’s also a great presence tool. When you just think to yourself I AM, you just are. You’re present, you’re here, in the present moment where everything’s fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Bit if life isn’t fun or if you are worried, use the contrast to find the other side of the wave. And the instant you declare who you are, that is who you are.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Surrender your worries. Surrender your preferences. And step into this present moment, where everything is fun and there is nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and lighten up! We’re just here for fun!
Breathe out and feel calmer already.

Trust that life is working out for you. Trust that what you need will come to you, when you need it. Trust that even when you’re having a bad day, or feeling bad, it’s just one side of the wave. And the opposite is always created. And it will come, the instant you distract yourself and decide to feel better.

Breathe in and take one step in the direction of the flow.
Breathe out and congratulate yourself.

You’ve already taken the step in the direction of the flow. From here on out, your day is going to get better and better and better! You’ve done your part. You’ve decided to feel better. You’ve decided to feel good no matter what.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Wherever you are, you’ll experience the opposite. So if life feels rough, know that bliss is around the corner. And you have access to it right now. You can flip the switch right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep coming back to your breath. You can always go back to your breath to feel relief. You can always go back to your breath to get some space from your thoughts.

Remember that there’s an infinite realm beyond thought. Infinite intelligence. A whole universe beyond logical thinking. Our minds—they don’t know the answer. Our minds look for problems, And if you’re sick of problems, if you’re sick of feeling bad, if you’re sick of resisting your life, its time to step outside of your mind into the present moment, the infinite realm of possibility. The present moment has everything that you could possibly need to feel better and have the best day of your life!

Breathe in and and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and keep letting those thoughts go.

Just keep saying yes to what is. However you feel, say yes to it. Whatever your circumstances, say yes. Welcome and embrace them. Accept them. And when you really accept where you’re at—when you make peace with where you’re at, then what you want will come to you. The circumstances will change. The things you don’t like will flow away from you..

The trick is to want what you have. Whatever it is that you wish you would stop doing, or that you wish would end—start wanting it. Decide to want it. And as soon as you want what that is that you’re resisting, it will go away. And you’ll be like, “I was just starting to like that!”

Breathe in and find the good where you’re at.
Breathe out and let go of your doubts and your worries.

This is the best day of your life, and your mind will find problems. But you can stand up to your thoughts and have the best day of your life, simply by saying yes to what is.

Breathe in and say yes to where you’re at.
Breathe out and want to be where you at.

Having is evidence of wanting. Say yes to what you have, to what you’ve already manifested for yourself. Yes, thank you. Yes, thank you. Yes, yes yes.

And as soon as you accept where you are, you’ll move on to the next level.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and feel so excited! This present moment is the only level you could ever need!

Mine is chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. When I chant this mantra, all day, and when I listen to chanting tracks on Spotify or youtube, my mind enters the universal rhythm, and I’m in the flow and miracles start revealing themselves.

Breathe in and let the miracles reveal themselves today!
Breathe out and have total confidence in your singular focus.

Whatever you choose—whether it’s focusing on your breath, silent counting, chanting, feeling your body from within—whatever it is, stay to committed to it. Keep your attention on it 100% all day today, and you will see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and let life be everything you hoped it would be.

There is infinite possibility here. There is infinite fun to be had. And we’ve only just begun!

The Power of Chanting (transcript)

Relax your body. Trust and devote to yourself to the mystic law of cause and effect. Everything is already created. And you can switch to the reality you prefer right now, by focusing your attention here in the present moment.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious!
Breathe out and focus your attention right here, right now.

You can focus on your breath. You can focus on counting. But today, we’re going to focus on chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. A Nichiren Buddhist chant that means “I devote myself to the mystic law of cause and effect.”

Breathe in and open your mind to solutions!
Breathe out and believe in the power of chanting!

For further reference, check out Tina Turner’s new book Happiness Becomes You. It’s all about Nichiren Buddhism and chanting and how it changed her life. Believe in the power of chanting and you will be lifted into perfection.

When you devote yourself to the mystic law of cause and effect, you open yourself up to the highest good, to miracles coming to you. This is known as the miracle mantra. When you chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, it creates—no, it reveals miracles in your life. They’re all already here. Waiting for you to perceive them. And when you focus your attention on this chant, you’re putting your faith in the universe. You’re getting out of the way. You’re letting go of your resistance, so that what you want can reveal itself. So that you can feel the best you’ve ever felt. And everything you want comes to you and you don’t even care because you feel better. You’re in control of your vibration. So today, let’s chant together just a little bit, and then when its over, look up Tina Turner book.

When you chant this, you release resistance. When you devote yourself to the mystic law of cause and effect you recognize that your thoughts are instantly creating. And that when you think to yourself Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, that’s the highest thought you can think. That means you’re aware your thoughts are creating. It means you’re devoted to letting it unfold perfectly. It means that you’re devoted to everyone’s highest bliss, highest good. Trust in the power of chanting today, and look into that book by Tina Turner.

Breathe in and feel relieved. You get to just chant today!
Breathe out and trust. Life loves you so much.

From any place where you’re at, you can attain bliss, Buddhahood. Wherever you’re at, you can flip the switch and have the best day of your life, feel the best you’ve ever felt, make your best work, feel in love with life. It all comes back to your singular focus.

You Are Already Perfect (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

However it is, it’s already perfect. Today, as you go about your day, remind yourself: It’s already perfect!

Breathe in and say, “It’s already perfect!”
Breathe out and say, “I’m already perfect!”

Let yourself get into the feeling place of it already being perfect.

Allow yourself—every time you feel discomfort or a negative thought, or anything you don’t like—say to yourself, “It’s already perfect, wow!”

I’m already perfect! Wow!

Breathe in and feel relieved! It’s already perfect, wow!
Breathe out and let this work for you.

Saying something is already perfect, especially when you don’t like it, opens you up to seeing how it’s happening in your favor. For example, my knee was hurting really bad. And I said to it, “My knee is already perfect, wow!” Over the next few days, I was able to work on my form in the ways that I was working out, and pay close attention to when I was resisting and not being flexible and flowing, and it turned out that the pain in my knee was helping me become more present, and get better form in my workouts.

Breathe in and say, “It’s already perfect, wow!”
Breathe out and really feel the relief of trusting that life is on your side.

The pain is on your side. The discomfort is on your side. The things that you’re judging or worried about or that you just don’t like—they’re happening in your favor. And when you switch perspectives to acknowledging that they’re already perfect, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe in and say, “It’s already perfect, wow!”
Breathe out and feel that feeling of right now being enough. Who you are right now is enough. Who you are right now is perfect. Wow!

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

Let yourself be light and playful today, because it’s all already perfect and there is nothing left to stress about. Whatever you get done today, it’s already perfect. Whatever you left off your list today, it’s already perfect and there was a reason why you couldn’t get to it. You’re already perfect, wow!

Breathing in, it’s already perfect!
Breathing out, I’m already perfect!

You are already perfect! And the more you can feel this feeling of, “Right now is enough! Right now is exactly as it should be!” The more you can feel like that, the more you’ll see it’s true. And the more you’ll see why it had to happen that way. How it is happening in your favor, as soon as you get out of the way.

Breathe in and be flexible and flowing today!
Breathe out and look at everything around you, including yourself, and say, “It’s already perfect, wow!”

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts!

In the present moment, there are no thoughts. In the present moment, everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know that you are in the right place at the right time.

You were meant to be here, right now!

Breathe in and start feeling enthusiastic about your day!
Breathe out and smile because smiling always makes you feel better!

Smiling naturally boost your mood. And when you feel better, you attract better-feeling thoughts, and you manifest better-feeling things. Your mood is your work!

Breathe in and decide to feel good today!
Breathe out and feel confident in yourself!

As you go about your day, if you ever have any doubt about yourself, or what you’re doing, say to yourself, “I’m good at this! Yes! I’m good at this!”

Breathe in and know: You are good at this!
Breathe out and be totally confident! You’re good at this!

Whatever it is you’re doing, put this thought on repeat: “I am good at this! I’m good at this! Yes! I’m good at this!”

Breathe in and feel your power as the creator!
Breathe out and know your power is whatever you put after, “I AM _____.”

You’re the creator. And whatever you say after “I am” becomes true. And if you can feel that it’s true, you’ll see it start to manifest in your physical reality. You must become it to see it! So today, choose what you want to be true after you say I AM.

Breathing out AM.

You are good at this. Say this to yourself today: I’m good at this! Yes, I’m good at this!

Whatever it is you’re doing—chopping vegetables, cleaning, doing your work, exercising, resting: I’m good at this!

Breathe in and feel confident today!
Breathe out and feel how powerful you are!

As the creator you get to say I AM, and follow it with whatever you fancy!

This is the best day of your life! You came to this physical reality to have fun as the creator! Today, decide to enjoy your powers. Enjoy being who you are. Because you are good at this. You’re good at being human. You’re good at being in physical reality.

Trust the process of life. You were meant to be here right now. You were meant to step into your power right now. No matter what has happened in the past, this moment is a fresh start and you’re good at this!

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. It’s all unfolding perfectly!

Breathe out and be here now, in the present moment where all of your power lies.

Let your body relax. Let yourself focus on your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Today, decide to feel a sense of enough. Today we’re going practice feeling like we are good enough. Like we have enough. Like this moment is enough.

Breathe in and say, “I am good enough.”
Breathe out and say, “This moment is enough.”

Say to yourself over and over today, “I am enough. I am good enough.” And if you have finished a project, it’s good enough. If you’ve cooked a meal, it’s good enough. Today make it a point to let go of any criticisms about yourself and feel good enough. Because you are good enough. You are more than good enough. You are enough!

Breathe in and say, “I am enough!”
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

You’re in control here. You get to choose what you think and what you feel.

Breathing in, I am good enough!
Breathing out, I am enough!

I make enough. I produce enough. I’m doing enough. Let yourself feel this sense of enough today. And you’ll be a magnet for more to come. When you feel like you have enough, when feel like you are enough, you start to see that reflected in your reality. Abundance shows up in your life. People compliment you. People flock towards you. Because you are full. You have more than enough to give. You’re shining bright, when you feel like you are good enough.

Breathe in and say it: “I am good enough!”
Breathe out and know it: You are good enough!

You’re good enough to do whatever it is you want to do. You’re good enough to succeed. You’re good enough to get whatever amount of money you want. You’re good enough to get whatever you want. You’re more than good enough.

Breathing in, I am good enough!
Breathing out, this moment is good enough!

Feel this feeling of having enough. And you will be full emotionally. You will be full spiritually, psychically. Which magnetizes you to receiving more of what you want.

Breathing in, I am good enough!
Breathing out, I have enough!

Breathe in and be light today! You are good enough!
Breathe out and let go.

You have enough. You don’t have to hold onto anything. You don’t have to hold onto your thoughts. You don’t have to hold onto emotions. You can let it all flow through you.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your worries go.

Let your thoughts go. Focus your attention in this moment, right here, right now. Where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

Let go of your resistance. Let go of any judgements. Just let yourself be here now, relaxed. In joy in (Enjoyin’) yourself.

Breathe in and step into your power as the creator!
Breathe out and remember that’s who you are!

You’re the creator of you. You’re the creator of your life experience.

Let this day be fun and easy, by choosing a singular focus, and keeping your attention devoted to your focus.

Breathe in and know: attention is love.
Breathe out and use your attention like love.

Keep your attention on what you want more of. Keep your attention on what you love. Keep your attention on flowing love through you.

Breathe in and focus your attention.
Breathe out and be open to miracles today!

The more focused your attention, the more miracles you’ll see! They’re already right in front of you, but the less clutter in your mind, the more clarity you get to experience in your life.

Breathe in and focus.
Breathe out and feel empowered.

Focus is all you need to have the best day of your life. And, remember: feeling is the secret. So decide to start feeling the way you want to feel right now, and your circumstances will reflect that emotion.

Breathe in and choose to feel the way you want to feel today.
Breathe out and say “I’m having the time of my life today!”

“I’m having the time of my life!” Doesn’t that feel good to say? Doesn’t it feel so good to get in the feeling place of having the time of your life?

Breathe in and say, “I’m having the time of my life!”
Breathe out and feel that feeling of being thrilled. Being in the flow. Being happy to be alive.

Breathing in, I’m having the time of my life!
Breathing out, I’m having the time of my life today!

Let yourself have the best day of your life. Take a moment to practice that feeling of joy, of flow, and enthusiasm, just by saying, “I’m having the time of my life!” Let that be your mental code whenever your mood starts to dip. Practice saying that. I’m having the time of my life! You feel it and then you see it. I’m having the time of my life right now!

Breathe in and have the time of your life today!
Breathe out and feel so powerful!

Your focus is sharper than it’s ever been. Your attention is flowing love onto the things you want. And you’re having the time of your life!
