Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax and enjoy this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and slow down.

The reason why you say yes to what is, is because your state of being creates your circumstances, not the other way around. Today, choose your state of being that you want to create your circumstances.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and start creating those circumstances to say yes to!

You become it and then you see it. What state of being do you want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine it. Imagine getting it. What do you want?

I want this book that we wrote to come in the mail today and for it to be totally perfect and ready to mail out. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine what state of being you’ll be in when you get what you want.
Breathe out and picture yourself feeling that state of being right now.

When my book arrives and it’s already perfect, I will feel enthusiastic. I will feel love. I will feel powerful and magickal. My state of being will be one of enthusiasm and joy! And I’ll be saying yes to what is!

Breathe out and feel enthusiastic about your day!

You feel it, then you see it. You must choose it right now, if you want to see it. You’re the creator. Forget about all of your circumstances and choose your state of being that YOU want to generate your next circumstances.

Breathe out and feel like it’s already perfect, wow!

Uncover your natural enthusiasm and joy and love, by saying yes to what is. By focusing on your breath. By just being here now.

Breathe out and celebrate! This is the best day of your life!

You are generating the circumstances you want, right now, by choosing to consciously feel enthusiastic, joyful and loving! By choosing to remember you are naturally enthusiastic, joyful and loving.

You are the creator! You are creating things to feel enthusiastic about today! It’s already perfect, wow!

Stop Reacting (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let your body relax.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You might want things to be a different way. But when you say yes to how things are, you feel better. And then the things that you don’t like are free to change, because you’re not resisting them, so they’re not persisting.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and start feeling enthusiastic about your day today!

You must become it to see it. You must feel enthusiastic to see things to be enthusiastic about.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel that enthusiasm shining through the clouds of thought!

Your natural state is one of love and joy and enthusiasm! Only your thoughts can cover up those natural feelings. So today, step away from your thoughts, into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

This is the secret! This is the key to getting what you want! Just feel excited for what you have! You don’t have to do mental gymnastics to figure out ways to like what’s currently going on. You just have to feel the feeling of enthusiasm. And you can do that by going back to your breath, and by saying yes to what is.

Imagine someone is trying to get a rise out of you. When you react with yes and love and enthusiasm, it disappoints them because they’re not getting a reaction out of you. It’s kind of the same thing with life. If you stop reacting to what’s going on, and you start being enthusiastic and loving and joyful, things just turn around for you! It’s like being in a funhouse and you look at things a different way and all of a sudden everything is changed.

Breathe out and feel so excited for this day!

Just think that on repeat:

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

And you don’t have to drum up that feeling of enthusiasm with each breath, but if you can, it will help! Otherwise just say yes in a state of surrender and acceptance. Allowing, letting go of your resistance. And when you let go of the fight in your body, the external fight in the world also surrenders.

Breathe out and feel so excited for this day! It’s the best day of your life!

Everything is perfect and in its place. Everything is happening in your favor! Choose to see it that way, and it is!

The circumstances, the conditions are perfect for you to get everything you want. You just have to take the first step by saying yes to what is.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and let life be easy today.
Breathe out and remember that presence will always help you. Presence will simplify life for you.

Breathe in and let your thoughts slow down.
Breathe out and let your body relax some more.

It’s safe to let go of your worries. It’s safe to relax.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and feel your power coming back to you.

Your presence is your power. And you can always get present with your breath.

Breathe in and open your connection to life.
Breathe out and be connected to god, source energy, universal intelligence.

It’s right here for you, right now.

Breathe out and remember it’s all written in the breath.

Life can be so simple. Just an in and an out. Off and on. It’s safe to relax and just go back to your breath. Your breath wakes you up in the dream, wakes you up in the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

I AM is what you can use to become present today. When you say I AM, you notice whatever it is you are doing or being or thinking or feeling. It puts you into the observer position of noticing. Of witnessing. Observing life instead of getting tossed around on the waves.

This is the best day of your life! Everything ever created led up to right now! Take advantage of this moment that you have here. Let yourself feel good and enjoy how far you’ve come! Let yourself enjoy who you are right now. You’re perfect. You’re already perfect, wow!

What you want will come to you when you are present. Because when you are present, you return to your natural state of love and joy and enthusiasm. And in that emotional state of love and joy and enthusiasm, you are a magnet for things that also make you feel love and joy and enthusiasm!

Everything is happening in your favor. In this moment, you are safe. In this moment, you are free to be or do or have whatever you want. Let yourself enjoy this day and being who you are. Let go of all of your thoughts, all of your worries and step into the present moment.

Breathe in and remember love is all that’s real.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Love is all that’s real. Everything else is an illusion.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself”
Breathe out and say, “I fucking love myself!”

You are the creator! You get to be whoever you want to be today! Who do you want to be?

Step into your power today. Become totally confident in who you are. Just by going back to love. If you choose to act with love today, you will be the best version of yourself you can possibly be. As you go about your day, just remind yourself to love, yeah, love.

Whatever form of love you want to focus on today—whether it’s loving yourself, the feeling of love, love for other people—hold that in your heart today. Hold the feeling of love, and remind yourself love is all that’s real. And when you act with love, love is what you’ll see reflected to you.

Let your day be fun and easy! Let yourself be playful today! Everything’s working out for you! You don’t have to stress about a single thing. Remind yourself that love is all that’s real. And love is your natural state. When you’re present in the moment, you return to your natural state of love.

You can use love to remind yourself to be present today. Just by focusing on the words, “love yeah love.” Or go back to I AM to remind you to be present today.

Presence is your power. Love is who you are. Combine the two and you’ll have the best day of your life, full of magickal synchronicities, perfect timing, miracles, and love!

Keep your attention on your breath. Remind yourself I AM to keep yourself present, and focused on love. Because when you’re present, love is all that’s there. You have no choice but to see it. And when you say, “I AM” a few times without thinking about anything else, you fall in love with your surroundings, whatever it is.

Don’t take this day for granted. Live like this is your last day on earth. Live with love in your heart today, and you will have the best day of your life.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Today, we are celebrating! When you get what you want, you’re going to feel the same as you feel right now. So decide to celebrate, right now! Celebrate getting what you want. Celebrate being alive! Celebrate presence. Celebrate who you are! Celebrate this present moment. And then, when you get what you want, you’ll already be celebrating! And, you’ll get what you want, because you’re celebrating!

Breathe out and feel so excited because today is a celebration!

Today is the best day of your life! Today, you have the key! You are present. And you are celebrating. And you are a magnet for receiving everything you want!

In this moment, it’s all working out for you. You can trust that life is taking care of you. You don’t have to have some kind of plan. You don’t have to outsmart life! You can just enjoy the ride and let life live you today!

Everything is perfect and in its place. Life is already perfect. You are already perfect! And when you look through god’s eyes, you can see that. When you pulse the feeling of total perfection, you begin to see total perfection in your reality. It’s right in front of you! Allow yourself to create perfect synchronicities for yourself today, by stepping into the perspective of god.

And you can embrace and accept it all!

Let yourself say yes to what is. Whatever’s happening in your life, stand back from it and see it from god’s perspective, life’s perspective, the universe’s perspective. The big picture.

You already know that everything is working out for you. You already know that it’s all happening in your favor. You already know that everything always works out for you. So in the moment that you experience any contrast or even boredom, go back to that god perspective. And you will see, life already is the way you want it to be!

Feel your power as the creator. Feel how untouchable you are, when you take on the perspective of god, when you remember the perspective of god. We are all god. This is all god. It’s all IT. It’s all love. Today, let’s get out of our own way, step into our power as the creators.

Let yourself smile just a little bit right now. It’ll tell your brain to start feeling better right now.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and remember your power as the creator.

Your feeling is creating and your thoughts are generating your feelings. What do you want to feel right now?

Breathe in and ask yourself, “What do I want?”
Breathe out and really imagine it. What do I want?

I just want to have fun and love and play. I want to play. I want to be so present and playful and just having fun and fuck all the rest!

Breathe in and imagine getting what you wanted!
Breathe out and ask yourself how you’ll feel when you get what you want.

When I’m feeling playful, when I’m having fun playing with my friends, joyful, actually playing like flirting or playing a game or playing with flow toys—whatever it is—I’ll be feeling love. And that is the feeling I am seeking today.

Breathe in and identify the way you want to feel.
Breathe out and picture feeling that way right now.

This is your power as the creator, to feel the way you want to feel right now before you see evidence that makes you feel that way. You choose to feel that way and then you see the evidence.

Breathe in and choose to feel the way you want to feel.
Breathe out and begin to feel empowered.

You are god in human form. You have limitless power at your fingertips. You are creating your experience in this moment. And however you choose to feel right now is what’s going to reflect back to you.

Breathe in and choose how you want to feel.
Breathe out and feel that way right now.

You don’t have to try to force it. Whatever those peak emotions are you want to feel, whether it’s joy or love or enthusiasm, satisfaction, success—whatever it is, all of those positive emotions already exist inside of you naturally. And only your thoughts can cover them up. So if you can step away from your thoughts and enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about, you’ll start feeling those feelings naturally. Because it’s who you are. You ARE love. You ARE joy. You ARE enthusiasm. You are the spirit moving through you!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and know your power as the creator.

You step away from your thoughts, and you naturally start feeling better. And that better feeling generates better feeling experiences.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and feel so excited to be here now.

There are so many techniques for becoming present, but really it’s just a switch. You just decide to be here. To step away from your thoughts. To focus on something that’s here now like your breath.

Breathing I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out I know I’m breathing out.

Just do that over and over. Put all of your attention on your breath. And the more attention on your breath, then the less attention on your thoughts, the better you’ll feel. And the better you feel, the better reality you get to experience.

Breathe in and be god breathing in.
Breathe out and step into your power as the creator. It’s so simple. It’s just a switch. An on or an off. Are you present or not? And if not, you’ll know because you won’t feel great. And if you don’t feel great, just go back to your breath and know that joy and love and enthusiasm are waiting inside of you! Just waiting for that breath of fresh air. For that little gap between thoughts. They’re right inside of you right now and you can start having the best day of your life right now!

Decide to take pleasure in your presence today. Whenever you’re craving something outside of yourself, like coffee, or sugar, a cigarette, alcohol, sex—whatever it is—decide when you’re craving, to instead seek pleasure in presence.

The only thing that can make you feel bad is your thoughts. And if you can get some space from your thoughts, you’ll start feeling better. And you start feeling better because your natural state is joy and love and enthusiasm. In the present moment, there are no thoughts. So if you enter the present moment, where there are no thoughts, you’ll start feeling joyful and loving and enthusiastic about life! And that’s pretty pleasant right?

Breathe out and be so pleased to be here!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is! That’s one way to be present, to stop resisting with your thoughts.

Whatever technique it takes for you to enter the present moment, do that today.

Breathe in and commit to your presence today.
Breathe out and start feeling pleasure already.

Begin to equate presence with pleasure. I know that I find my mind seeking for hits of pleasure all day, every day. Maybe I should have some coffee. Maybe I should take something. Maybe I should smoke something, maybe I should drink something. Maybe I should talk to someone. And on and on and on. But in the present moment, joy and love and enthusiasm are natural. And awe! And when you’re in awe of life, of where you’re at, you don’t care about putting things in your mouth!

Breathe in and find your pleasure right here.
Breathe out and feel excited about being present today.

It’s always right now. You can have infinite pleasure, right now. And you won’t need to buy another drink or buy another pack of cigarettes or whatever it is. You can get all of your pleasure right here, right now.

Breathe in and feel free!
Breathe out and be free of seeking for pleasure outside of yourself, outside of this moment.

It’s all right here! It’s all right now! This moment is infinite! It’s eternally unfolding. Perfectly.

Breathe in and see the perfection of this moment.
Breathe out and remember: It’s already perfect, wow!

This is the best day of your life! And you’re doing everything right! Let yourself just be here. Just exist. Just practice being. And you’ll see, life already is the way you want it to be!

Breathe out and commit to the pleasure of presence today. In whatever way you can—by focusing on your breath, by saying yes to what is, by silent counting, chanting—practice all the different techniques. They’re all fun. Anything that gives you some distance from your thoughts and helps you return to your natural state of joy and love and enthusiasm!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. Today we’re going to choose to not suffer. We’re going to choose to feel good regardless of our circumstances, because feeling is the secret. Feeling creates.

Breathe in and decide to feel good.
Breathe out and decide to feel good no matter what’s going on around you.

Often we have a little thing that’s keeping us from feeling good like, too many things on our to-do list, or someone blew us off, or we did something we’re disappointed about. There could be any number of reasons why you don’t feel good. But today, we’re choosing not to suffer, and to feel good anyway!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Decide to stand up to your thoughts! Only your thoughts make you feel bad! So today, stand up to your thoughts by saying, “I refuse to let ______ be my reason for feeling bad!” Whatever it is, I refuse to let this looming chore be reason for feeling bad. I refuse to let her not texting back be my reason for feeling bad. I refuse to let worrying be my reason for feeling bad. I refuse to suffer!

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and refuse to suffer today!

There’s a very good reason why you should refuse to suffer. It’s because when you choose to feel good, you’ll start creating that in your reality. When you look in the mirror and get mad at what you see, you don’t try to change the mirror. You change what’s causing the reflection, the source of the reflection. You—your emotional world— it’s what’s causing your reality to play out the way it is. You must become it to see it.

Breathe in and decide to feel the way you want to feel today!
Breathe out and refuse to suffer!

Right now ask yourself, “What do I want?”

I want my work to get done in the flow. I want to feel disciplined. I want to feel love, for myself. What do you want today?

Breathe in and think about how you would feel if you got what you wanted.
Breathe out and start practicing that feeling right now.

I want to feel love for myself. So I can think, “I love myself,” but what’s more important than the thought is the feeling you feel while thinking it.

Breathe in and really feel the feeling of loving yourself.
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

But feel the feeling! If you think something needs to change in order to love yourself, picture yourself as that person while you say “I love myself.” I love myself. I love myself.

Breathe in and choose to love yourself.
Breathe out and know this is the secret! You choose to feel it first and then the evidence appears!

If you choose to love yourself right now without changing a thing, the changes you want for yourself will come naturally, because YOU changed the source of the reflection!

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

Feeling is the secret. And there is no reason to suffer anymore, because you are the creator. Choose to feel the way you want to feel right now. And reality has no choice but to reflect that!

I love myself. I love myself. Just keep repeating this over and over, while you feel for the feeling. Imagine that it’s true. And then soon you will see, life already is the way you want it to be!
