Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and bring your attention to your breath!
Breathe out and remember: It’s all written in the breath.

This is the right place and the right time and you’re doing everything right! In this moment, you have everything you need to be satisfied, fulfilled, happy, ecstatic, joyful!

Breathe in and celebrate! You have it all, already!
Breathe out and relax.

All that you need is your breath. And you always have that with you.

Breathe in if you can.
Breathe out through your nose or your mouth.

Breathe out longer than you inhale if you can.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Today, focus your attention on your breath. Let it anchor you in the present moment. Let yourself bring health and vitality into your body through your breath.

Breathe in and feel at ease.
Breathe out and relax. You have everything you need to have a fulfilling life, to be satisfied, to feel like it’s enough, to feel good right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is! And keep breathing out. Get all of that stale air out!

Your breath is your guide. Your breath holds the secret. Yes, feeling is the secret, but your breath holds secrets too.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

It’s all written in your breath.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Keep letting that breath out. Exhale more than you inhale. Keep breathing out.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and smile because your breath can heal you!

Keep breathing only through your nose. Exhale through your mouth if you must, but try to keep breathing only through your nose. Inhale short sips of air. It doesn’t have to be too deep. It’s better if it’s not too deep. But keep exhaling far beyond what you think you should. Just keep exhaling. Get all that air out!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel yourself becoming healthier!

Feel your vitality increasing! Your breath can carry you through this day. You can have so much fun and feel so good if you keep your attention focused on your breath today. When you’re trying to exhale more than you inhale, count the exhale.

Inhale a short in breath.
And then when you exhale, keep counting like, “1234456789 10 123456789 20 123456789 30 123456789 40 123456789 50 123456789 60.”

As far as you can go. This will help you draw more air into your lungs, more oxygen. It will get all of the stale energy out and you will feel better and better and better! Just keep doing it though your nose.

Breathe in and feel excited about your breath!
Breathe out and let your breath give you life today!

The breath is such a deep endless topic. But all you need to know today, is to keep your attention on it, breathe through your nose, and exhale longer than you inhale. You will be improving your health, energizing yourself, healing your body and having the best day of your life!

You already have it all! You have your breath. And your life is getting so much better.

Breathe out and feel yourself connecting with infinite intelligence, source energy, life itself.

It’s already perfect. Right here, right now. Decide to feel that it’s already perfect, and you will begin to see perfection in your reality.

Breathe in and feel excited about life!
Breathe out and know you hold the secret: Feeling is the secret!

Start feeling the way you want to feel right now and you’ll see instant reflections! Life is already perfect, wow!

When you welcome what is by saying,

You stop qualifying your thoughts and things that happen, and you start to just experience life as it is, neutral. It’s neither good nor bad. You can embrace and accept it all and bask in being dreamer, the observer! You get to be here witnessing this, playing with this. It’s already perfect, you don’t have to change a thing!

All dis-ease is caused by resistance. And that’s just saying NO to what is! Resistance is just saying NO to what is. Resistance is saying NO to what is. And if you can say YES to what is, you’ll be allowing. You’ll be in the flow.

You don’t have to like or dislike or judge every single thing you think or see or do or have! You can just relax and embrace and accept it all.

If you start feeling anxious or depressed, just means you’re resisting what is.

The point is to keep your attention on a singular focus so you can’t think about that other thing.

Infinite Love to Receive and Give (transcript)

Let go of your thoughts. Keep letting go. Keep relaxing your body.

Listen to the sounds around you. Listen to the colors. Listen to the things that your eyes land upon.

Allow everything in life to be as it is. Keep allowing. Keep receiving. Keep saying yes. Keep knowing it’s ok.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself.

This moment is all that matters. You don’t have to think ahead to the future. Or think about the past. There’s only right now. And in the present moment, everything is perfect and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and lighten up! Keep lightening up!
Breathe out and surrender.

Right now, invite what you want into you. Whatever it is, you’re receptive. You’re open to receiving. Now invite it into you!

Keep letting go. You can have whatever you want if you keep giving it away.

Breathe out and give love away.

Keep giving love today. And you’ll keep receiving it. Picture yourself as a channel. You’re receptive. You’re open. You’re receiving the love. And if you want the flow to continue, keep giving the love, yeah love!

Breathe in and smile! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and say thank you for all you have.

This is the right time and this is the right place and you are doing everything right! Let yourself relax and be a receiver. A receptacle. Let yourself embrace and receive it all. Let it all flow through you. And then you’re free to give whatever it is that you want.

Breathe in and be a receiver!
Breathe out and transmit that signal you’re receiving.

It’s all one infinite loop. And you are in control right now of what you give and receive. Whatever it is you want to give and receive, intend it now.

Breathe in and bring love into your body.
Breathe out and be a signal of love.

Let the love flow through you and out of you in a continuous loop, a continuous flow. You have an infinite amount to receive and give.

Breathing in I am love.
Breathing out I am love, yeah love!

Let this be the best day of your life. You are open. You are a receiver. And whatever it is you want to receive, give it right now!

Breathe in and bring love into your body.
Breathe out and project that same love.

If you feel like you aren’t receiving, give what it is that you want to receive first and that’ll get the flow going again.

If you want to give love so that you receive love today, just remember you are love.

Breathing in I am love.
Breathing out I am love, yeah love.

Everything is perfect and in its place. It’s already perfect. It’s already solved. Just relax and let the love flow through you.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Let’s let them go just for the next 5 minutes.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender. Let go of your likes and dislikes. Let yourself just be here, accepting all that is.

Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is.

Yes to this hot-ass room. Yes to feeling tired. Yes to not having motivation. Yes to at least I’m recording this video. Yes to feeling a little bit better since I started. Yes to my cravings. Yes to my annoying habits. Yes to my judging thoughts. Yes to my judging thoughts.

Breathe in and say yes to your judging thoughts.
Breathe out and let yourself be amused by your thoughts today.

Let yourself step back from your thoughts and watch yourself think them instead of getting lost in them.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and keep watching your thoughts.

Step back into the witness position—the observer, the seat of your consciousness. From there you can watch it all play out, peacefully. You don’t have to get dragged around by your thoughts telling you, “This is good. This is bad. I don’t like this. I like this. I don’t like this. I don’t like this.” You can step back and just watch it all play out and not get involved!

Breathe in and step back away from your thoughts!
Breathe out and surrender.

You don’t have to try to control everything. You don’t have to try to get it all done right now. You can choose to just enjoy your life, and then you’ll be inspired to take action. The wild horses won’t be able to stop you from taking action.

Breathe in and say yes to your thoughts!
Breathe out and let your judgements go!

If you’re ever feeling judged by others, it’s because you are judging people. Decide to say yes. Decide to embrace what is. Decide to make peace with what is!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say yes!

This is the best day of your life! If you can get out of your own way, you might even enjoy it!

Breathe in and open up to that possibility that you could enjoy the rest of your day!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts! It doesn’t matter what you have to do today! You can feel the best you’ve ever felt, doing whatever it is you think you have to do!

Breathe in and slow down!
Breathe out and relax your body.

Keep saying yes. Remember: it’s already perfect! Wow! This moment is already perfect, wow! Remind yourself to slow down, to step into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Here in the present moment, when you say to yourself as your affirmation, or mental code, “Already perfect, wow!” It opens you to the true, literal perfection that’s right in front of you!

Breathe in and be open to perfection today.

It’s already perfection. We’re already perfect. We came here for this moment right here. Slow your thoughts down. You don’t have to think about the future or the past anymore!

Already Perfect, Wow! (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let your body relax.

Let your mind slow down. Let your worries fade away.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time!
Breathe out and know: It’s all unfolding perfectly!

Today, we’re going to use a technique that Carolyn Elliott came up with. I read it in her book Existential Kink. Here’s what the concept is: You must feel as though life is already perfect, if you want to see perfect reality reflected to you.

Breathe in and choose to see life as already perfect!
Breathe out and commit to this viewpoint today!

The exact words Carolyn suggests are: “Already perfect, wow!” Make that your mental code today. Already perfect, wow! When you’re doing the dishes, “Already perfect, wow!” When you’re taking a walk, “Already perfect, wow!” When you’re eating, when you’re talking, when you’re reading—whatever you’re doing, remember: Already perfect, WOW!

Breathe in and know that this is your power!
Breathe out and decide to shift your perspective today.

If you can get into the vibration of “life is already perfect,” you’ll be planting the seeds of perfection into your subconscious. And then your conscious reality will birth children of perfection! Manifestations! Synchronicities! Things you want!

Breathe in and know: Life is already perfect!
Breathe out and say it to yourself right now: Already perfect, wow!

This is the mindset that it takes to see major shifts in your reality. You must become it to see it. You have to feel the feeling and then you see the reality. Feeling comes first. Feeling creates. Decide life is already perfect, wow!

And that’s what you’ll see evidence of! You are the creator!

Breathe out and commit to this perspective today. Just try it for 24 hours.

Really get into the feeling. I aways picture myself getting a massage. That’s when I feel the most “already perfect,” when I am receiving a massage. That’s when I can really get into the mindset of, “This is already perfect! I don’t want anything to change, I have everything I want right now.” Think about what it is that puts you in that mindset of “Already perfect, wow!” and use that as your emotional bookmark to reference when you’re practicing today’s mental code.

If you need to get energized, it’s time to bring your attention into this moment, where all of your power lies!

This is the best day of your life! And you’re doing everything right! Let yourself enjoy what you’ve created for yourself, right here, right now!

Surrender your preferences. Surrender your likes and dislikes. Let yourself just be here and accept whatever is here with you.

If you currently have something that you don’t want, it’s time to get really into that thing. It’s time to make peace with life the way it is. When you decide to want the thing you don’t want, you allow it to move on. To dissolve. To pass through. But if you resist that which you don’t want, it persists.

Breathe in and say yes to all that is!
Breathe out and say yes to ALL that is!

Yes to feeling tired! Yes to cooler weather! Yes to feeling hungry before I want to feel hungry. Yes to worrying about the neighbors. Yes to worrying about other things! Yes to sitting in this chair. Yes to recording this video. Yes to the way I feel right now, which is suddenly energized because I’m saying yes to what is!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let it energize you!

The only thing that drains your energy is resistance. Saying “No” in your head. Saying “I don’t like that” in your head. Saying “I don’t want that” in your head. Resistance makes you tired. Resistance drags you down. But, if you want to allow your natural enthusiasm to surface, if you want to allow your natural energy to flow through, just say yes to what is!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say yes to whatever is!

And most importantly, to what you’re thinking and feeling. However you feel right now, say yes to it. Say, “Yes I’m feeling ________. Yes, I’m thinking about ________.” That puts you into the observer position, witness consciousness. And once you’re there, you’re one with god. You’re aligned with source energy, because that’s what the witness is. That’s who you are in your core. You are pure awareness. You are love. You are god in human form.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

What is, is perfect. What is, is unfolding perfectly. And you are in the right place at the right time. Let yourself be energized today and enthusiastic, just by saying yes to what is!

Breathing in yes!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be here now.

Right now, ask yourself, “How do I feel?”

Breathe in and think about how you feel.
Breathe out and feel in your body. What emotion are you feeling right now?

I feel overwhelmed and like I can’t keep up. I feel kind of rushed. I feel like there’s so much I have to get done, and I don’t have the energy to do it all! I suppose you could say I feel overwhelmed. How do you feel?

Breathe in and welcome your emotion.
Breathe out and make peace with your emotion.

Wherever you are, however you feel, you can transmute your emotion into pure love, pure positive energy, just by welcoming it. Just by welcoming it with love.

Breathe in and welcome your emotion with love.
Breathe out and just relax into this moment.

I learned this trick from Carolyn Elliott. Let’s try it. However you feel, say to your emotion, “Hello overwhelment! Welcome to my world! Please, please ruin my day! Please devour my ego. Thank you for being here! Welcome into my world! Thank you, I love you! I love you overwhelment! I love you so much! Thank you for coming into my body! Thank you! Please make me feel stressed! Please make me feel like I can’t keep up! Please make me feel like I can’t keep up! Please eat my ego! Please burn it up! Please! I’m so glad you’re here! Thank you! I love you. I love you. I love you overwhlement! I love you! Thank you for coming into me! Thank you for being here. Thank you for bringing overwhelment into me! Thank you! Please make me stressed and feel like I can’t keep up! Please make me feel like there’s not enough time in the day! Please make me just want to go to sleep! Please! Please do you want with me! Please burn up my ego! Please! Please! Please devour my ego! I love you so much overwhelment! Thank you for being in me. Thank you! I love you!

Breathe in and make love to your demons!
Breathe out and say thank you to Carolyn Elliott for this wonderful transmutation idea!

However you’re feeling, you can just welcome it! And then that feeling will pass through you in seconds! And you’ll be on your way to feeling better! The cork of your awareness will bob to the top! Like you were holding it under water and then it’s bobbing to the top!

Breathe in and transmute your motherfucking emotions!
Breathe out and don’t be a victim anymore! However you feel, you’re the creator! You can transmute it! Just welcome it! Make love to your demons today!

Breathe in and make love to your demons!
Breathe out and let your demons become your little bitch!

You are the creator! You are in control! And your control is in your letting go! Release thinking you need things to go a certain way to have fun and have a good life! All you have to do to be happy and feel good, is be awareness. And when you welcome your emotions into your body, you are awareness. You are observing your emotion, and you are projecting love and welcoming. And that will be reflected back to you!

Breathe in and welcome however it is you feel!

Today we’re going to generate the feeling! We’re going to decide how we want to feel, and then we’re going to feel that way! Because feeling is the secret!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! You’re in the right place at the right time, and you’re doing everything right. You have the power right now to feel exactly how you want to feel. And when you can feel that feeling, your reality will start reflecting it and bringing you the things you want!

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and surrender your worries, your thoughts, your preferences.

Let it all go! What you see as your reality is just an old vibration! It’s old news! Don’t worry about it! Whatever’s happening in your reality can change in an instant based on how you feel!

Breathe in and step into your power as the creator!
Breathe out and let go!

There’s no need to feel pressure to create. You don’t have to check off any items on a list. Today your only work is to feel the way you want to feel. Which is easier said that done but together we will get there!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and let go! Keep letting go of your thoughts as they come.

It’s all working out for you. Trust the process of life. You were meant to be here at this time. You were meant to receive this information. You are open. You are ready. You are willing to feel the way you want to feel to get what you want!

And it doesn’t matter about getting what you want—that’s just a side effect. What matters is feeling the way you want to feel, and we can do that right here, right now. Because the only reason you want anything is so that you feel better. If you can just feel better on your own, you don’t need that thing. And then that thing comes, because you’ve let go of your awareness of lack.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and feel better than ever!

This is your time! This moment is the main event! We are here together to have fun and feel the way we want to feel. This moment is magickal. This moment is potent. This moment is all that is real!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Now ask yourself, what do I want today?

I want… I guess I want epiphanies, insights… I want to be productive, but I feel like that’s capitalism poisoning. What I really want today is to have fun, of course!

Breathe in and tell yourself what you want.
Breathe out and imagine how you’ll feel when you get what you want.

When I’m having fun, no matter where I am, I feel delighted. I feel playful. I feel happy to be alive. I feel blessed that I get to be here, doing this. I feel grateful. I feel relieved. But when I feel playful, mostly I feel playful. So I want to feel playful. How do you feel when you get what you want?

Breathe in and decide to feel the way you want to feel today!
Breathe out and if you want to feel playful, how can we generate that feeling right now? How can we generate the feeling of fun, right now?

Breathe in and let the answer come to you.
Breathe out and just laugh. That’s the answer. If you want to play, you’re probably going to laugh. So, want to laugh together? What’s something funny that’s happened lately? Do you have any jokes for me?

Breathe in and feel your vibration rising.
Breathe out and decide to feel playful today and have fun!

You may want to feel some other way, but feeling playful, feeling enthusiastic, feeling joyful, feeling love, they’re all very similar. And, for me, repeating the word YES often helps me feel better. Thrilled. Happy to be alive. And if I can really get the emotion into saying the word YES, that generates the feeling within me. So, it’s kind of hard to make myself laugh really hard right now, but I can say YES enthusiastically. So this what we’re going to use as our mental code today!

Breathe out and say yes! YES yes yes!

Imagine you get what you want! Yes! I got what I wanted! Imagine you got that huge ass direct deposit, yes! Imagine you get to have fun with your friends! Yes! Imagine that you get all your work done! YES! Imagine that your work does itself! YES! Imagine that you get really good news from your family! Yes! Imagine that you get to play a really fun game that you love! Yes! Imagine that miracles come to you all day today, yes yes yes!

Use YES as your mental code today, and you’ll generate that feeling within you, of receiving what you want.

Breathe out and and say yes! Yes!

I practiced this feeling, yes! Yes yes! It works, just try it! Keep saying yes and what you want will come, but it won’t matter because you’ll already feel the way you want to feel!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Breathe in and feel your mind slow down.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and relax your mind.

Feeling is the secret. One of our earlier spiritual teachers, Neville Goddard, wrote a book called Feeling Is the Secret. And in this book, he describes how, in order to have your wishes fulfilled, you must feel the way you’ll feel when you get your wish granted.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and really visualize it. What is it that you want today?

I want to make progress on my journal. I want to have fun working out. I want to have fun with my wife. And I just want to be energized and in the flow. And I want everything to get done without me having to try. What do you want?

Breathe in and imagine how you’ll feel when you get what you want.
Breathe out and really imagine that feeling.

How will I feel when I’ve made great progress on the new journal and I’ve worked out and had fun and I’ve laughed with my life? I’ll feel on top of the world. I’ll feel enthusiastic about life! And that’s the feeling I’m going to choose right now. You must become it, to see it!

Breathe in and choose to feel the way you want to feel right now!
Breathe out and really choose that feeling. Do it right now.

What does it feel like to get what you want? Summon that feeling! By summoning that feeling, your conscious mind impresses upon your subconscious what you want. And then your subconscious makes that your reality. It objectifies your emotions. So, remember: Whatever it is you want, start feeling the way you would feel if you got it, right now!

Breathe in and feel enthusiastic about life!
Breathe out and remember: Yes is the language of enthusiasm!

As you go about your day, if enthusiasm is what you want to feel, say to yourself, all day, “YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!” When you’re filling the water pitcher: YES! When you’re cleaning the cat litter: YES! When you’re staring off into space: YES! When you’re hearing annoying noises: YES! Repeat the word YES to yourself over and over and over and over! This will conjure the feeling of enthusiasm within you! Make feeling the way you want to feel your priority today! And you will find your emotion is objectified into your life experience.

Breathe out and feel so enthusiastic about your day! Because feeling is the secret! Yes!
