Flex Your Manifestation Muscle
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You might want things to go a certain way, but just let go and let the flow bring to you what you want.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

Keep relaxing your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is just for fun!
Breathe out and feel better already! Life is just for fun! Let’s have fun today!

Now ask yourself, “Am I the type of person who goes after what I want? Or am I the type to let it come to me?”

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and be the type to let it come to you!

That’s true abundance. That’s true knowledge of the infinite intelligence within you.

Breathe in and remember what you know!
Breathe out and commit to letting it come to you today!

Ask yourself, “What do I want?” Maybe focus on something that isn’t a major desire you’ve had for years. What’s something small that you’ve wanted recently, that you don’t care too much if you get it or not, but you do really want it? Think about what you want right now, a simple desire.

Breathe in and imagine that thing you want.
Breathe out and imagine how you’ll feel when you get what you want.

I want to do somersaults in the lake. Now, what do you want?

Breathe in and decide to let it come to you!
Breathe out and flex your manifestation muscle.

This is your power. You acknowledge what you want, you have a strong desire, and low resistance. Meaning, you don’t care so much if you get it. You’ve made peace with not getting it. And then, you just relax and let it come to you! The not-having-resistance part is very important, so whatever you want, make sure you have a plan to not care if it comes. How can you feel good even if it doesn’t come? That is key to manifesting. You have to not care if it comes.

Breathe in and acknowledge your desire. I want to do somersaults in the lake!
Breathe out and now say, “I am going to manifest this. I am going to let it come to me.” And that’s it! That’s the only process: “Im going to manifest this and I’m letting it come to me.”

Breathe in and keep opening up more and more to receiving.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s coming. You don’t ever have to think about it again. Just keep saying yes. The universe will bring you opportunities to get this thing. But you have to say yes. For example, say you want to buy something or have something you would shop for come to you. Keep saying yes, perhaps when someone suggests you try a certain website to look for it. Just say yes to every avenue the universe suggests.

Breathe in and feel your power!
Breathe out and just relax.

You don’t care if you ever get it, but you’re the type to let it come to you. And then when it comes to you, remember: this is your power. This is something you can do for anything big or small. All you have to be able to do is make peace with not ever getting it! Simple right?

Breathe in and be a powerful creator!
Breathe out and trust the process of life

This is all for you. It’s all happening in your favor. Relax and let what you want come to you!

This is the right place and this is the right time and you are doing everything right. You can trust the process of life. You can trust that everything is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come!

You’ve made it this far. You are doing a great job.

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and feel yourself slipping back in the flow of life.

Everything is working out for you. Let yourself stand back from your thoughts and see the perfection of this present moment.

Breathe in and decide to love today!
Breathe out and be the lover you know you are.

You are here to love. You are here to flow love, yeah, love. If at any time, someone hurts your feelings, or you take something personally, or someone is not loving you and you want them to, just remember that it’s YOU who is control of how you feel. And YOU can choose to align with love, even if the people around you aren’t.

Breathe in and align with love.
Breathe out and decide to not take anything personally.

If someone isn’t giving you love, it’s because they’re out of alignment. There’s nothing you can do about it. All you can do is align yourself and flow love yourself. Thats why you’re here, to flow love. That’s who you are, flowing love!

Breathe in and love!
Breathe out and flow love today.

You can relax knowing that you don’t ever have to take anything personally ever again. It doesn’t have anything to do with you. If someone isn’t sending love your way, it’s because they’re out of alignment. And you can choose right now to get into alignment yourself and be the flower of love. And then you’ll feel the love that you think you want from other people. But really you just want to be love! Yeah, love!

Breathe in and focus on love, yeah love!
Breathe out and decide to be a flower of love today.

Be a flow-er of love today. If you want to be a flow-er of love, a flower of love today, so that you can feel in love and it doesn’t matter what other people are doing, all you have to do, is flow love. And it’s so easy, you just say, I love ________ (fill in the blank). I love sitting here meditating with you. I love summer. I love being a powerful witch. I love yogurt and granola. I love feeling good in my body. I love my witch hat. I love my smile. I love your comments. I love attention. And on and on and on. Whatever you can find to appreciate, just flow love that way and in this action of flowing love, just by saying I love _________, you will align yourself and become a match to receiving love.

Breathe in and be a flower of love today!
Breathe out and feel that love in your heart. This is who you really are, a flower of love, a flow-er of love. I love being here with you. I love feeling peaceful. I love being in the present moment. I love the sound of my own voice. I love having fun. I love getting up early. I love remembering my dreams. I love getting income in my inbox. I love getting orders. I love talking to my family. I love being at peace.

Breathe in and be a flower of love today.
Breathe out and get ready for all the love that’s going to flow back to you.

We are not flowers of love to get love back. We are flowers of love because it feels good and it’s who we really are. Getting the love back is just a side effect that we love!

Let go of it all. Let yourself enter this present moment, where everything is perfect and in its place!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!

Would you rather be right? Or would you rather be happy?

Breathe in and decide to be happy today!
Breathe out and let go of caring about being right.

If you can let go of caring about being right, when you really let it go, that thing you were right about will come around and say, “You were right!”

Breathe in and step into love.
Breathe out and remember unconditional love is power.

You have the power to stand up to your thoughts. Even when they’re telling you to be mad, to be offended, to feel indignant! You have the power to stand up to your thoughts and feel good anyway.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and feel your power waking back up in your body!

It’s up to you. You get to choose. You’re the creator. It’s time to let go of caring about what other people think, caring about what other people are doing, caring about the past, or the future. It’s time to relax into the present, where everything really is fun and there really isn’t anything to worry about.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let your thoughts go!

Just keep letting your thoughts go. There are no thoughts in the present moment. And only your thoughts can make you feel bad, so that’s why when you’re present, you feel good. It’s natural. Your natural set point is feeling good. If you can just get some distance from your thoughts, you’ll feel better, and then you’ll start attracting solutions, better-feeling thoughts. They’ll come to you. You don’t have to work.

Breathe in and lighten up! Today is the best day of your life!
Breathe out and surrender.

Let source take the wheel. Remember that if you can respond with yes or thank you to all of your circumstances, you’ll have the upper hand. That’s your power: having a good attitude no matter what’s happening. And when you have a good attitude no matter whats happening, you’ll see shortly that what’s happening is actually in your favor.

Breathe in and commit to a good attitude today!
Breathe out and feel excited, because everything is going to reveal itself as happening in your favor.

And then you’ll already be in a good mood to enjoy it!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

You are a powerful creator and this is the best day of your life. Commit to accepting life as it is. Commit to presence today. Commit to being happy instead of right and then it will turn out you were right all along.

Today is your day! Today is the best day of your life! You are in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right. It’s time to start saying yes to everything that is. And then you never have to care what happens, ever again!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and feel enthusiastic about whatever is happening in your life!

You don’t have to really believe it in your mind, just get to that feeling. Something unexpected happens? Yes! Someone’s trying to talk to that you don’t want to talk to? Yes! Yes! Unless someone is disrespecting you or hurting you, be open to opportunities that your mind is resisting. Be open to things that your mind is like, “Ugh that’s not going to work out.” Start being open. Start saying yes!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say yes to the opportunities coming your way!

You are receiving opportunities in every moment. While you’re doing the dishes, just say yes, yes, yes! While you’re talking to people, say yes! Yes! Yes! When you receive an email, say yes yes yes!That doesn’t mean you have to agree to everything you’re asked, but it means to say yes to things that your mind would normally resist. Because your mind has all of these memories and experiences that it’s trying to protect itself from.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and feel your power! You don’t have to care about anything that happens ever again, if you can train yourself to say yes to what is, if you can train yourself to feel enthusiast about where you’re at!

Breathe in and say yes to where you are!
Breathe out and let go of any resistance to where you are!

You have come so far. Where you are is amazing and perfect!

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and say yes!

This language of enthusiasm will carry you to your treasure. It will carry you on the path of least resistance to those things you want.

Breathing in yes!
Breathing out yes!

Yes! Yes! It’s all about just practicing that feeling of enthusiasm and being excited about life. Just saying yes to the mundane things in your life can make you start feeling energized and like you’re dancing through life instead of trudging through it!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and feel so enthusiastic about your life!

You don’t ever have to care what happens because you’re enthusiastic about what is. And no matter what happens in your life, if you can greet it with acceptance and enthusiasm, you can feel good and have fun, no matter what.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax. Let yourself breathe a sigh of relief.

Breathe in and appreciate all that is.
Breathe out and breathe a sigh of relief!

Practice this today, to practice the feeling of getting what you want. When you get what you want, how do you feel? Peaceful? Joyful? Relieved? Now take some time to practice breathing, to inhale deeply, and exhale even more deeply. Feel the relief that you would feel if you had what you wanted. Feel the relief you would feel if you woke up tomorrow and you had all the money in your bank account you wanted, and you could just look at it and breathe a sigh of relief knowing you didn’t have to worry ever again.

Breathe in and feel so relieved!
Breathe out and just feel so peaceful.

You never have to worry again. Make this your practice today, just breathe a sigh of relief at every opportunity.

Breathe in and appreciate getting what you want.
Breathe out and breathe that sigh of relief.

That’s all you need to do to practice the feeling of getting what you want. That sigh of relief. That feeling of peace. That feeling of, ahhh everything is perfect and in its place. Life already is the way I want it to be.

Breathe in and make peace with what is!
Breathe out and breathe that sigh of relief.

You are now at peace with what is. Everything is perfect and in its place. Now remember when you get that thing you wanted, you practiced this feeling! You practiced. You trained your body. You didn’t necessarily trick your mind, but you switched to the reality you prefer, and now you’re seeing physical evidence in physical reality.

Breathe in and appreciate life the way it is
Breathe out and breathe a sigh of relief.

You have what you want. You are now at peace.

If you can let go of your resistant thoughts and be present, you will be open and available to the miracles life is giving you. You will be able to hear impulses and new ideas from life. You will be able to hear the inspiration that you desperately want!

Welcome the flow! Welcome the unknown!

Yes. Yes! This doesn’t mean to say yes to injustices or what you see on the news or social media. It means to say yes to opportunities. It means to say yes to YOUR life as it is. It means to stop resisting things so that you can create some quiet and clarity in your mind, so that you are open to receive inspiration, solutions, abundance. Big manifestations! Pinhead solutions!

Breathe in and create some space in your mind.
Breathe out and say yes to what is!

Saying yes to what is, is just a technique for letting go of your resistant thoughts. It doesn’t mean you accept unjust things. It means that you are taking a moment to let your thoughts go, so you can get a breath of fresh air and inspiration from life. Life is always trying to help you. Life is always trying to serve the greatest good. Life is always acting with love.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I love myself!

Make your focus today getting out of the way! Getting the fuck out of the way! Make your focus letting go of resistant thoughts. And you can do that by choosing love or by saying yes, or focusing on your breath. Anything that works for you today to bring you into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and say yes to the flow of life!
Breathe out and let go of any resistant thoughts.

All resistant thoughts do is make you feel bad. They don’t solve any problems.

Breathe in and enter that flow of solutions!
Breathe out and welcome the abundance into your life.

Keep saying yes today. Say yes to what is. Let go of your problems! Let go of your complaints! Let go of noticing what you don’t like! And you will see life already is the way you want it to be, here in the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

That’s life telling you it loves you! Every time you say, “I love myself,” just think of it as life telling you you’re loved! You’re appreciated! You’re meant to be here! Everyone wants you here! Everyone needs you here!

When you say that, that is life saying that to you. That is god saying that to you. You are so loved! You are important! It is so important that you are here, doing your part in the world.

Even if there are things that you wish you could change about yourself, even if sometimes, you don’t feel like you matter, I am here to tell you, life is here to tell you, that this wouldn’t exist without you!

Your Path Is Lighting Up For You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Let each one pass you by.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Become aware of whatever it is that you’re doing. Enter the present moment by asking yourself, “Am I aware of what I’m doing?”

Breathe in and be aware of whatever you’re doing.
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

This present moment is the point and the goal. You no longer need to strive to achieve. You don’t need to set any goals. It’s time to just relax and let life live you!

Breathe in and listen to life.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts.

You can’t listen to life if you’re constantly thinking.

Breathe in and make space for life.
Breathe out and notice the space for life.

What does it mean to notice life? We’re all living life right here right now. All it means is to quiet your thoughts or get some distance from them, so that you can hear impulses from life. It may come in the form of a thought, a sudden epiphany. It might really look like your path is lighting up before you. Like you’ll look up and you’ll see exactly what you need. It could be a feeling in your body, of knowing exactly where to put your hand at the right moment. In every moment you have infinite intelligence available to you, with the pertinent information that you need for that moment to thrive.

Breathe in and decide to thrive today!
Breathe out and feel yourself thriving right now!

What does it feel like to thrive? To me it feels like there’s a flower growing in every single cell of my body. And every single flower is dancing in the sun and the breeze.

Breathe in and feel every cell in your body light up!
Breathe out and listen to life.

If you want to be more open to listening to life, just keep your attention on your breath. You’ll lull your mind into the rhythm of just following your breath. In, out, in, out. And you’ll have access to this upper level awareness that allows you to be present, to listen, to see what you may have missed before. To feel what you haven’t been feeling at all.

Breathe in and make space for life to guide you.
Breathe out and be in this present moment right here, right now.

The reason everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about in the present moment, is because life is giving you guidance right now. In the present moment, life will give you whatever pertinent information you need for that moment to be in the flow, to serve your best interests, to thrive!

Breathe in and listen for life!
Breathe out and know your path is lighting up for you right now.

It’s lighting up for you in every moment, because every moment is still right now!

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

The mind wants to complicate presence and say things like, “Am I doing it now? Am I present now?” Just allow yourself to listen to the mind, but let the thoughts go. And that will open you to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and be aware of whatever it is you’re doing.

That’s another technique to be present, just be aware of whatever it is you’re doing. And when you are aware of what you’re doing right now, like breathing, life gives you the pertinent info to thrive.

Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Let this be the best day of your life. Where you find the answers you’re looking for and you help the people you need to help. Let this be the best day of your life, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!
