Forgive Yourself Then Act
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I love myself!”

Whatever you’re going through, love will help. It may not answer everything. But underlying everything is love. Love really can be the answer and it starts within. We can start by loving ourselves, unconditionally.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I love myself.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I love myself.

Open yourself up to love right now. Decide to take action from love instead of fear. Intend to live your life with love today and let love guide your actions.

Part of unconditional love is forgiving the past. Letting the past go. Decide right now to forgive yourself so that you are open to flowing. Open to change. Open to action.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Forgive yourself for your ignorance. Forgive yourself for the times you acted out of fear instead of love. Forgive yourself for doubting yourself. Forgive yourself. You didn’t know back then. But now you do. It’s time to move on with love.

Even though in the past I’ve been ignorant, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself exactly the way I am. Even though I wish I would have done some things differently, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself. Even though I’m so critical of myself and know that I can do better, I still totally and completely love and accept and forgive myself. It’s only through this love and forgiveness that we can allow change to flow through ourselves.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

I forgive myself. I forgive myself. I forgive myself.

Breathing in, I love myself.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Decide to let the past go. And to move forward only with love. Decide to give yourself love first so that your cup is full and you have some to share.

Breathing in, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Breathing in, I love and accept myself exactly the way I am.
Breathing out, I forgive myself.

Now set your intention. Allow yourself to fully enter this present moment, where you power lies. Harness this power and direct it towards what you want. What is it that you want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and set that intention.

I want to help. I want to be of service. I want to uplift and inspire. I want to love. I want to love unconditionally, myself and everyone else. I want to live in unconditional love. I intend to live in unconditional love.

Breathing in, I love myself.

Breathing in, I intend to love unconditionally.
Breathing out, I love you unconditionally.

Trust that you’re in the right place at the right time. Trust that life is unfolding perfectly. Trust that you have the power to help shape this world.

Give yourself the love that you need. Give yourself the love that’s already inside of you. And then you will have love to give and share. Love to uplift the world. Love to change the things that need to be changed.

Today, make your mental code, “I love myself.”

Breathing in, I love myself!

Even if you don’t feel the effects right away, keep practicing it for an evening, or a morning, or an afternoon, or the whole day. And if you try it in the evening, the next day you’ll wake up feeling in a great mood. And you’ll be like, “Why do I feel so good? Oh yeah, because I love myself!”

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I love myself!

Can you feel how when you practice this thought, suddenly you find more things to appreciate about yourself? Your day gets more exciting. You’re more eager to take action.

What thought is more important than, “I love myself”? Saying, “I love myself,” is your magick power.

When you give yourself this love, you light up. You become a magnet for good manifestations, for abundance, for joy. And people want to be around you, because you’re uplifting.

Feel how it makes you feel more playful!

Let this be the best day of your life. Let your love for yourself guide your actions. See how much more helpful you can be when you are coming from a place of love, instead of beating yourself up or thinking thoughts like, “I hate myself.” I caught myself doing that the other day and the antidote to hate is obviously love. When you fill yourself up with love, you have love to give.

Life is not serious. But it can be dark. And every time we go into the darkness, we return with fistfuls of jewels. Right now, the arrow is pulling back, so that it may shoot forward into great progress. Great change. A great unfolding of love. And we are a part of it. Our love, our awareness, our presence, and our intention are all collectively shooting this arrow forward, into a future of love. Into a future of fun and play. But we all must do our part.

Breathe in and do your part to connect to your higher self today.
Breathe out and do your part to act with love today.

If that’s all you do today, is connect to your higher self and feel love in your heart, you are helping. You are contributing to peace.

In your core, you are a lover. In your core, you are connected to god. To infinite intelligence, to life itself. And at any time you can receive messages from this higher power that will guide you. That will make your path light up for you. You only have to listen. You only have to connect.

We are all one! We all have access to all knowledge. We all have access to infinite love. It’s time for us all to do everything we can to connect to love and to listen for inspiration to act.

Daily Meditation – FUCK THE POLICE

I make guided meditation videos because they help me feel better and I think it’s fun and meditation is my passion. Usually I focus on love and presence, and this video is still in that vein.

But I need to acknowledge that “violent” (i.e., destructive) revolution may be necessary to eradicate white supremacy. Even violence can be loving, when it’s aimed at dismantling oppression. Destruction makes space to build something new. 

I endorse defunding the police. I stand with BIPOC and the Black Lives Matter movement. Today’s mental code is:

Breathe in and enter the present moment, where all of your power lies.

It’s time to use your power and presence for what’s right. It’s time to stand up for what you know is right. It’s time to stand up to any doubting thoughts you may have, any fearful thoughts. And it’s time to act with love, yeah, love.

Breathe in and say, “BLACK LIVES MATTER!”
Breathe out and say, “FUCK THE P*LICE!”

This is right time and this is the right place to start dismantling white supremacy. It’s time to burn white supremacy to the ground.

The people do not need to be p*liced. People need love. All people need love. All people need understanding and compassion. We are one organism. It’s time to treat every single person like they are your child. Like they are your parent. We are that close! We are one consciousness!

And when I say fuck the p*lice, I’m not encouraging violence, but if it comes to violence—if that’s what it takes—so be it. Lots of things need to change in our world, to reach Christ Consciousness. But you and me, we can reach it right now. We can reach it, right now. You’ve got to start with yourself. You’ve got to start inside yourself. Today, your mental code is:

Put this on repeat. Say this over and over and then do what you can. Donate what you can. Use your time how you can. Support the Black Lives Matter movement. Support equality for all people. It’s pretty obvious!

This is the right place and the right time, to make the change. Make it permanent. Make it today. Start doing everything you can to help. When we help our fellow humans, when we treat people as we want to be treated, that’s when we feel the best.

Every one of us is the same consciousness. We are all arms on one consciousness. And when we can start treating each other, when we can start caring for everybody so that everyone is safe, everyone is eating, everyone has water, everyone has a home—when we can do that, that’s when humans will evolve and achieve this so-called Christ Consciousness. But it starts here first, inside. And then it starts in whatever teeny-tiny actions you can take towards others.

I am not calling for violence, but I do condone violence if it’s necessary to overthrow white supremacy.

Breathe out and feel that energy seep through your whole body, lighting up your chakras, lighting up your extremities, lighting up your soul.

Breathe in and keep bringing power into your body.
Breathe out and surrender any resistance you may have.

Let the current be strong, let life help you.

Thank you is the vibration of success! Do you want this to work? Decide to believe in it by saying thank you like you’ve already been charged up!

Empower yourself, right now. You can literally just picture electricity flowing into your head. Imagine it really being an energy source. Your body believes what your mind tells it.

Breathe in and connect your mind and body.
Breathe out and now connect that electricity, your mind, your body.

Feel how it all connects. Feel how you do have the power to shift your perception. You do have the power to imagine good things happening to you. You do have the power to feel better just by changing your thoughts.

Breathe in and bring that power into you!
Breathe out and don’t doubt that power for a second!

Enjoy that power. Embraces that power. It’s yours. It’s your birthright. You have the ability to draw into your body endless, limitless energy.

Feel it electrifying you! Feel it placing power behind your intentions. Now what is your intention?

Daily Meditation – Step Into Your Power

With the protests going on, I want to give some context to my guided meditation videos. I say things in them like,

  • “With presence, you can overcome anything.”
  • “Accept life as it is.”
  • “Choose to fully be here now. And the things that you’re worried about will work themselves out.”
  • “In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.”

Those sentiments may sound like I’m suggesting people shouldn’t fight injustice, or challenge the status quo. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. The core message of my videos is, get your mental world in order, and then you’ll have the emotional endurance to face and shape our shared reality.

My message is based on my own life experience, and I can only offer what has helped me. I believe that only thoughts can make me feel bad, and that I have the power to stand up to my thoughts and choose ones that feel better. I also believe that inspiration and answers from Life Itself are revealed when my mind is still. That’s why I suggest that all the answers can be found with presence.

But when the meditation is over, there is injustice we cannot unsee. We must stand up for what’s right. Get to the present moment for some relief and inspiration, and when you know your next move, burn white supremacy to the ground.

Remember that presence will always save you. Presence is always available to rescue you from a bad mood, racing thoughts, negativity.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Allow yourself to relax into this present moment, and start feeling the best you’ve ever felt!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and smile because life is just for fun!

We live the magick life! We know that our thoughts create our reality. We know that the more we let go, the more it flows.

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and commit to practicing presence today.

How do you like to practice presence? Is it by feeling your inner body? Focusing on your breath? Listening to sounds?

Breathe in and choose your presence technique today.
Breathe out and feel so relieved. With presence, you can overcome anything. You can heal your body. You can feel the best you’ve ever felt. And you can have the best day of your life, starting right now!

Presence is always the answer. Getting some distance from your thoughts. Let yourself embrace what is. Let yourself accept life as it is. And then, you won’t be pushing away what you want with resistance.

There are no thoughts in the Now. There is only awareness. Stand up to your thoughts today, and choose presence. Choose to fully be here now. And the things that you’re worried about, will work themselves out. Everything will be fine. You’ll do a great job.

Focus on how you’re doing things today, instead of what you’re doing. Focus on your breath. Focus on listening. Focus on feeling your inner body. Whatever singular focus you choose, commit to it. And let it lift you up, into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. This life right now is just a trip. It’s just for fun. We will wake up into a larger understanding of reality.

Breathe in and decide to have fun today!
Breathe out and decide to not give a fuck!

You don’t have to care! You don’t have to care! When you let go of caring, the things you care so much about, work themselves out.

Use your focus deliberately today. Use your attention deliberately today. What you focus on, expands. Allow yourself to grow only what you want to grow.

Now, focus your attention.

You can focus your attention by chanting or counting or focusing on your breath.Today, we shall focus on our breath.

Decide right now to harness your power by saying, “I am: __________.” Whatever you want to be.

Breathe out and surrender your preferences. It’s going to go the way it’s meant to go and you don’t have to get involved.

Breathe in and let the wild horses in!
Breathe out and let go of caring about what you accomplish on your to do list! The wild horses will do it when it’s time!

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s all working out for you!
Breathe out and let yourself be here now.

Today, just listen.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and listen.

When you’re listening, you’re in receiving mode. And when you’re in receiving mode, what you want comes to you.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and keep listening.

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and surrender those thoughts too.

Breathing out I’m listening.

I’m listening. I’m listening. When you’re listening, you don’t even need to think in words. You can listen to anything. The ambient noise of the traffic. The sound of someone breathing. The sound of yourself breathing.

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and listen.

Listen for the flow of life. Listen for things working out for you. Listen to the miracles unfolding. Listen to the good news you’re receiving!

Breathing out I’m listening.

Ask yourself, “What do I want?”

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and really visualize it. Visualize. Yourself getting what you want.

Breathe in and think about how you’d feel if you got that.
Breathe out and feel that feeling now of getting what you want.

I would feel magickal!

Breathe in and listen.
Breathe out and keep listening.

The more you can listen, the more receptive you are to receiving what you wanted. Make it your mission today to listen. Listen for getting what you want. And when you get that thing that you want, credit your listening!

It’s the right place and the right time and you’re doing everything right! Add “I’m listening” to your arsenal of mental codes that help you manifest. But more importantly, feel good right now.

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and be here now!

This is your chance. This is your opportunity to practice presence. The more you practice, the more it overflows into your daily life. And the more peaceful and powerful you become!

Breathe in and be here now!
Breathe out and smile because it is fun here now!

You don’t have to worry about any of those thoughts in your mind. It’s time to let them go, every single little worry.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself!”
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck!”

It doesn’t matter what you say when you focus on your breath. All that matters is that you focus on something here, now, in this moment. And your breath just happens to be a convenient thing that’s always with you.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out I don’t give a fuck!

Just say that to yourself over and over and over today. Especially if you’ve been beating yourself up. Or if you’re really worried about something.

Remember that you can heal with your breath.

As you focus on your breath, imagine bringing a brilliant white light in through the crown of your head, into whatever body part or situation you want it to improve.

Let those thoughts and worries go. Keep your attention anchored here, in the present moment, and you will have so much fun. You will feel so relieved. You will feel relaxed and in the flow!

You’ve been here before. You’ve been in the present moment. You know that when you let go of your thoughts, and just enjoy where you’re at, that life really is fun. And there really isn’t anything to stress about!

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and trust the process of life!

Everything happens in perfect timing. Every single little thing. If you keep your attention on your breath, you’ll be able to see that even the things you don’t like are helpful and good for you. They end up being miracles!

Whatever affirmation or mental code you attach to your breath today, choose it now. And then let it carry you throughout the day into your sleep through your dreams, and you will see life already is the way you want it to be!
