Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax.

Relax into this moment. Let the flow through you.

Breathe in and say thank you and get in that feeling.
Breathe out and say thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Things might be uncomfortable at first, but you can trust it’s always in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I know it.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust you’re in the right place at the right time and that it’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and know it all happens in perfect timing.
Breathe out and see your life as a plant that’s growing naturally.

Yes, you can water it and give it sun, but you don’t force a plant to grow. You don’t know how a seed sprouts. You can’t make things unfold. You can’t force nature and your life is nature like everything else. You can’t force anything. You can just let go and let it unfold.

Breathe in and stop being so mixed with experience.
Breathe out and bring your attention back to its source, pure awareness.

If you’re caring too much about what happens in your life, if you want things to go a certain way, if you’re getting rocked by the ups and downs, it means your attention is seeking. You’re looking to the world for satisfaction and you’ll never find it. It’ll just get worse and worse and worse and you’ll get tossed around by the good and the bad.

Breathe in and stop getting tossed around.
Breathe out and rest your attention on its source.

The only way to be consistently satisfied in life is to rest your attention in this moment, on god, on presence, on love.

Breathe in and bring your attention back to its source.
Breathe out and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.

It’s never going to bring it. If you’re waiting for something to happen before you can feel good, you will always be affected by what happens. Decide to not be affected. Decide to be your reason for feeling good because you already are god. You already are presence, pure awareness, love.

Breathe in and stop seeking.
Breathe out and see how the mind wants to go out and look for things to make it feel better or to justify that it’s right.

But if you can stop seeking and just rest your attention here, you see life already is the way you want it to be. You already have it all because you have presence. And presence is god, presence is love, presence is pure awareness. You already have everything you’re seeking for.

Breathe in and see how you already have it.
Breathe out and just drop the thoughts.

You get to be alive. You get to be physical. You get to have fun. Even if you experience pain in your body, even if things go wrong in your life, you can always be at peace and in love and satisfied because you can always rest your attention on presence. You can rest your attention on pure awareness, on love, on god. And when you practice the presence of god, everything is taken care of. Life takes care of life and you know it’s all happening in your favor, even the pain, even the things you don’t like.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s just not serious.
Breathe out and feel your attention detangle from experience.

Rest your attention back on its source. And you do that by asking, “Am I aware?” It stops the thoughts. It makes your attention turn around to look at itself and rest on its source. Or you can ask, “Who am I? Who am I who cares?” You can ask, “How do I know that I know?” You can say, “I know you’re here,” meaning presence or god. “I know you’re here.”

Whatever sacred question it takes to stop the seeking and rest the attention on itself, use that today.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

You Think I Give A F*ck? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Let those thoughts go right now.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe in and slow your breathing down.

Let your mind slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember the power of “I don’t give a fuck.”

When you care, you push it away. Your preferences pin things in place. They make you resist how things are. And your attention to things being the way you don’t want them to be, keeps them the way you don’t want them to be.

Breathe in and take control of your attention.
Breathe out and remember you live the magick life.

You can do it all with magick. You don’t need to force. You don’t need to worry. You don’t need to strive. You can let it unfold and let the magick do it.

Breathe in and keep lightening up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say it: “I don’t give a fuck.”

Feel that feeling of not caring. When you let things matter, they become matter. Literally, when you let things matter to you, you make them real. Today, as you go about your day, remember you don’t have to care.

You don’t have to let it affect you. You don’t have to let it matter. You don’t have to give a fuck.

Breathe in and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”
Breathe out and feel the relief that comes with saying, “I don’t give a fuck.”

You think I give a fuck? When you let things matter, they become matter. Release caring about the way things are so that life can work it out for you. Your mind will never control the circumstances. Your control is letting go of the thoughts. Your control is letting go of thinking you have any power whatsoever. It’s an illusion. The only power is love or god. That’s you. You are the nature. You are god. It’s happening naturally. Let it unfold.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and keep letting go of caring.

Let go of all those fucks you give. Let go.

As you go about your day to day, your mantra is, “You think I give a fuck?” Because you don’t. Because when you care, you push it away. And when you let it matter, it becomes real.

Breathe in and let life do the work for you.
Breathe out and let the magick life live you.

Trust that god is here. I know you’re here. I know you’re here. Trust that you can rely on god instead of your thoughts. Your thoughts aren’t controlling shit. Your control is letting go of the thoughts. Thinking isn’t solving anything.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck today.

Allow yourself to take your power back. Remember, you are the source. You have to be happy either way. You have to not care what happens. You have to be okay with whatever happens. And the only way to do that is to know that you want things because you want god. And you can get god right now. So if you get the god right now, by letting go of the thoughts, realizing this already is god, you already are god, then life will go the right way, the perfect way, the in your favor way.

Breathe in and get the god right now.
Breathe out and do it in any number of ways.

But the main point is dropping the thoughts. You can do that by asking, “Am I aware?” You can do it by asking, “Who am I?” or “How do I know that I know?” You can do it by acknowledging god’s presence right here: “I know you’re here.”

Drop the thoughts. Drop the thoughts right now. Drop it.

Breathe in and get what you want right now.
Breathe out and don’t give a fuck about the rest.

You don’t give a fuck. You think you give a fuck? No.

What’s Wrong With Right Now If You Don’t Think About It? (transcript)

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax your body.

Let those thoughts go.

Ask yourself, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

This is a question from Sailor Bob and the title of one of his books. “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

Breathe in and ponder.
Breathe out and really investigate.

“What is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

Asking this question is a sacred question, just like, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” or “How do I know that I know?”

Breathe in and investigate.
Breathe out and look for the answer.

“What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

It causes your attention to turn around, to relax into presence, into awareness. All of your suffering comes from your thinking and you have the choice to shift your attention from the content of awareness to awareness itself.

“What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Your heart beats without thinking about it. You breathe without thinking about it. You grow without thinking about it. Life takes care of life. Nature takes care of nature and you are nature.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and look for that answer again.

“What is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” Nothing. You can’t come up with anything. The only right and wrong is in thought. That’s not truth. The only truth is presence. What is. Everything else is just separation, psychological suffering.

Breathe in and stop separating yourself.
Breathe out and just practice presence today.

Your magick power is your ability to stop focusing on the thoughts and start focusing on what is. Presence. Awareness. When you rest in awareness, you stop being affected by ups and downs. There is no right or wrong, good or bad.

Breathe in and rest in the presence.
Breathe out and let go of the right and wrong and good and bad.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? It’s all neutral. It’s all one without a second.

Breathing in, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?
Breathing out, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Rest in the investigation, the noticing, the coming back to center, the waking up from the dream of the mind into the present moment, where it’s always the best moment of your life.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and notice the sameness.

When you’re not judging or separating with your thoughts, all of existence, all of presence is the same. Every moment is the best because you’re here. You’re present. You exist. That’s the bliss and the glory. This.

Breathe in and have the best moment of your life today.
Breathe out and see how it’s right now.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? Right now is perfect if you don’t think about it because you rejoin with god, presence, awareness. God is right now. God is what you’re looking for. Love or god or infinite intelligence—that’s what you’re seeking when you want money and health and relationships. But it’s all right here, right now. This moment is it. This presence is it.

Breathe in and see there’s nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.
Breathe out and keep asking all day: what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

It brings your attention back to presence, back to awareness. It brings your attention back to right now, where everything is perfect and in its place. Nothing has to change. This moment is the totality. This moment is the god, the love. It’s right here. You don’t need anything to change. If you can feel bliss and love right now, you don’t need anything else.

Breathe in and feel the bliss and the love right now.
Breathe out and know you’ll be okay no matter what happens.

No matter what happens, you have presence and that’s your true abundance. You have the presence of god with you right now. That is you.

Nothing. Right now is perfect. I already have it all.

I Know You’re Here (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and trust it’s all working out in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Whatever it is, it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and become it right now.

Thank you, thank you. Whatever you want to see, become it right now. Often this means becoming the vibration of gratitude because you want to receive things to be grateful for.

Breathe in and say thank you, thank you, thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you and really feel it.

This is your magick power, your ultimate manifesting tool. Whatever is happening to you, it’s happening in your favor. Even if you don’t like it, you can still say thank you and trust that it’s making the circumstances you want.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

If you’re in an argument with someone, thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor. If you don’t get the email you’re waiting for, thank you, I know it’s in my favor. You lose something? Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Whatever it is, it’s paving the way for you to receive exactly what you want. You can become a match to it so much more quickly if you express gratitude in the moment rather than wait, get upset, have to do all this work, mental gymnastics to try to look on the bright side.

You can just say thank you right away. You can know that it’s happening in your favor because you are nature. You are life. And just like the seasons, the plants, the animals—just like all of that happens naturally, easily, effortlessly, you too can happen effortlessly and easily.

Breathe in and happen effortlessly.
Breathe out and let yourself happen easily.

Let yourself be a part of nature today. Let yourself bloom like a flower. Let yourself trust your intuition, go with the flow. However you want to look at it—you are nature and you don’t have to try to control anything with your thoughts.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

You’ll get the impulse when it’s time to do whatever it is that needs to be done. You don’t have to force anything and you don’t have to be mad about anything. It’s all in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

And as you go about your day, if you’re stuck in your thoughts, if you’re in your head too much, thinking about things, wondering, wishing, resisting—remind yourself to come back to where you are, to come back to the nature, your natural state. Remember who you are, god in human form. Remember all of this is one.

It’s all the same awareness. And if you ever want to remind yourself that you are that life force, you are god, just look around and remind yourself, I know you’re there. I know you’re there, meaning god, the life energy, infinite intelligence. I know you’re there, I know you’re there.

Let this pull you back into the present moment to see that this is where the magick is. I know you’re there. Whatever word you use to describe god, nature, life, magick: I know you’re there.

Trust that there is something bigger than your mind, bigger than your thoughts, that’s here with you, animating you. You’re not the one choosing to beat your heart or digest your food. That’s the magickal life force and that’s here right now. All of it is that.

I know you’re here.

Breathe in and remember where you are.
Breathe out and remember who you are.

You are god enjoying physical reality. You are nature, you are that life force energy, you are pure awareness. I know you’re there, I know you’re here right now. Use this phrase to pull your attention back into the present moment and remember life already is the way you want it to be, when you’re here. I know you’re here.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and flip the switch with thank you.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts with thank you.

Thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Today as you go about your day, welcome all those little things that irritate you with thank you because they’re in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you. To all of those little things bothering you today: Thank you. Someone’s annoying you, thank you. You regret what you did yesterday? Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. The internet’s down, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and trust that thank you will always work because you are the source of your experience.

And if you can catch that feeling of gratitude, you will see in your reality things to be grateful for. It can happen no other way. You are the source of the wave and the physical reality you experience is the wave itself. You are the source emanating a signal and what you see is your signal reflecting back to you. All of reality is just a wave, a movement of consciousness and you are the source.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you. Trust that life is on your side. Trust that it’s all unfolding perfectly. Trust that even the things you do that you don’t like are in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.

Thank you. Let yourself relax into this moment. Slow down, stop resisting so much. Stop fighting with this. Just let it be how it is and be grateful for how it is. And then anything that you want to change can change on its own because you’re not holding it in place with your resistance.

Thank you. Whenever you feel challenged, thank you, thank you. Remember this is your prayer. This is the most powerful manifestation tool there is. You don’t even have to know exactly what you want, but if you feel gratitude in your heart, you will receive the things that make you feel grateful.

You are the source. Save yourself today. Give yourself what you want to receive today with thank you. Thank you.

Really feel it, thank you, thank you. It doesn’t matter what happened in the past. It doesn’t matter what’s going to happen in the future. All that matters is the signal you’re sending right this moment.

Thank you. If you can say thank you and feel it in this moment, your future is taken care of. The past is cleaned up. All that exists is right now.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender those thoughts right now. Let them go. Let them go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and remember you are the source of your experience.

You must become it to see it. So in order to see things to be grateful for, just become grateful right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Trust that whatever is happening is happening in your favor. Welcome your experience. Stop fighting it.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and be at peace with what is.

Welcome anger. Welcome frustration. Welcome impatience. Welcome judgment. Welcome fury. Welcome huge amounts of anger. Welcome anger. Welcome anger.

Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome the anger that is in your experience.
Breathe out and make peace with the anger in your experience.

Welcome anger. When I welcome the anger that I’m experiencing, it feels like instead of being consumed by a fiery fury, I can hold the fire. I can see the fire. The fire is not me. I am that which is observing the fire.

Breathe in and step back into the observer.
Breathe out and welcome your experience so that you can see you are the perceiver of the experience. You are not the experience. You are not angry. You are witnessing anger. Anger is passing through awareness, but you are not anger.

Breathe in and welcome anger into your experience.
Breathe out and hold it in your awareness.

Welcome anger. Welcome anger. As soon as I start welcoming it, I can see the fire of fury dissolves into tears, into an ocean of sadness and tears. And the anger is just a more comfortable emotion. It makes me feel more in control to be angry than it does to feel sad. I have a lot of anger. Blaming other people. And really, there is this huge wall of sadness under there. And when I welcome the anger, it dissolves right away. And I can see what is under there.

Breathe in and welcome what is under the anger.
Breathe out and welcome it right now.

Welcome sadness. Welcome a lifetime of devastation. Welcome. And as soon as I welcome the sadness and the lifetime of devastation, the tears start dissolving. They start watering the earth. That’s where the flowers come from. And so, all you have to do to produce flowers from the shit of your life is welcome where you are right now.

Welcome the uncomfortable emotions and then welcome what’s underneath the uncomfortable emotions. And then just hold them in your awareness. Welcome them. Don’t push them away.

Breathe in and welcome the emotions.
Breathe out and see how the emotions are eventually causing the flowers.

The contrast is creating. The negativity creates the positivity. It’s a dualistic universe that we perceive. And so, the emotions are creating the opposite side. Welcome them and allow the opposite to grow.

Breathe in and flip the switch.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and let it pass.
Breathe out and say thank you for all that is coming.

Now that you’ve welcomed the discomfort, dissolved the pain and expanded to be the infinite awareness in which anything can arise, anything can happen.

Breathe in and get ready for anything to happen.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. It is working out for you. The sooner you welcome what is, the sooner what you want will come.

Become God’s Magick Wand (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Flip the switch right now. Let those thoughts go. Let them go right now. You don’t have to think about them.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender.

Let the thoughts go. If you’ve been feeling bad, it’s because you’re stuck in your thoughts, judging, waiting, wondering, wishing, hoping, fearing. Decide right now that you don’t have to think those thoughts and flip the switch with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Today as you go about your day, trust that it’s safe to drop the thoughts. We don’t even realize how much we’re thinking constantly and if things like asking the question, “Am I aware?” isn’t working for you, it might be because you’re refusing to drop the thoughts.

Breathe in and look.
Breathe out and notice.

Are you holding on to thoughts and not letting yourself drop them? Do you feel like you have to think about things or they’re not going to get solved like someone else’s health, someone else’s money, someone else’s problem? Do you find yourself thinking about someone else’s problem, wondering how to solve it when it’s not even your problem? You don’t have to think about it and if you drop those thoughts about the problem, whether it’s your problem or someone else’s, life will solve it for you.

Life will figure it out because that’s what life does. It does it so perfectly. Just picture how a garden grows or weeds or any kind of plant. You don’t expect it to come up the way that it does. It always comes in some surprising way and you’re like, “Wow, god really does do everything perfectly.” That can be your life if you drop the thoughts.

Breathe in and acknowledge what you’re not letting go.
Breathe out and drop the thoughts.

Say, “I don’t give a fuck about that problem. I don’t give a fuck about those other people’s problems. I don’t give a fuck.”

Today, allow yourself to become god’s magick wand. Allow yourself to be a conduit for god—and I know I say god all the time but it’s just the easiest shortcut to describe infinite intelligence, universal energy, love itself, pure awareness.

Breathe in and let pure awareness do it.
Breathe out and trust pure awareness to do it.

See, it doesn’t have quite the same ring as god. Let god figure it out for you and I’m only talking about pure awareness or love but I’m gonna call it god because it makes it seem like there’s something other than me who’s gonna figure it out so I don’t have to. And it’s true. It’s just the thoughts that make me think I have to figure it out. Those thoughts are not true. They are an illusion and if I drop them I step back into what I already am: god.

Breathe in and step back into what you already are.
Breathe out and drop the thoughts.

Devote yourself to asking yourself, “Am I aware?” today. Say it on the rosary if you’d like. My new thing in the morning is instead of praying the Hail Mary for each bead that you would normally say a Hail Mary I say, “Am I aware?” And for each Our Father bead I say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you, god for replacing me with you.” Whatever it takes to drill it into your mind that it’s safe to drop the thoughts—because once you get a taste of the power of asking, “Am I aware?” you’ll never forget it. You might get lost in the thoughts again, yes it’s true. You might pick up old addictions again, yes it’s true, but you’ll never forget the taste of the infinite, the taste of true love that you found in yourself and you can get there right now simply by identifying as pure awareness and you do that by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Trust that simply identifying as pure awareness is all you need to live a magickal life. You can ask, “Am I god?” But you can’t answer that so easily. Asking, “Am I aware?” or “How do I know that I know?” shows you in a physical, literal, real way, your attention dropping thoughts to rest on itself.

“Am I aware?” I have to look to find out and in that looking I merge with god. I become one with god. I stop thinking basically. The thought is paused and when I ask, “Am I aware?” the thoughts pause and that’s freedom. That’s uniting with god because it’s all god. It’s only our thoughts making us think otherwise.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am and I am now in the flow.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Become it to see it right now. Flip the switch. Feel the gratitude and then receive things to be grateful for.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and let yourself relax into this moment.
Breathe out and slow down.

There is no rush. There is no rush to go anywhere, to do anything, to become anything. Everything is unfolding in perfect timing. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and let yourself relax.

It always comes when you relax. As you go about your day, remind yourself: this is it, this moment is it. There’s nowhere else to get. There’s nothing else that you need to do. This moment is where the happiness is. This moment is where god is, not in the future, not in the past. You don’t have to rush to finish things, to get somewhere to relax, to feel good. You can choose relaxing now and then your world relaxes.

Breathe in and let yourself relax today.
Breathe out and enjoy it.

This is such a strong manifesting technique because when you relax, you feel at peace. And when you feel peaceful, you attract peaceful circumstances. You might feel like you need to push through, speed up, get things done, rush through it to finish. But the more you relax, the easier your experience is. The more things do themselves. You don’t have to try to control everything. When you relax, life picks up the control. When you release your grip on how you think things need to be, you make space for life to show you how perfect things already are.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing into this moment.

Your thoughts might be racing. You might be suffering your thoughts. You might feel like you need to get things done and go places and do things. But every time you feel that urgency, that impatience, remind yourself, you only want to get to where you’re going so that you can connect with god or love or universal intelligence. You only want to finish and get it all done so that you can relax and feel peace. But if you choose the peace now, your life is already peaceful and the circumstances are peaceful.

You’re the source. Take advantage of your power. You get to both relax and manifest what you want. You don’t have to try or struggle anymore. Surrender and let life do it for you.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that, “Yes, I am.”

When you start getting frantic or impatient, remind yourself you only want things to change because you are missing god. You are missing love. And you can have that god or love right here, right now by asking, “Am I aware?” Or, “Who am I?” Or, “How do I know that I know?”

You merge with god by remembering, by identifying as pure awareness. And it’s not a thought, it’s not a trick of logic. It’s a recognition of who you already are.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Feel how the thoughts get dropped and you get centered in this moment. Feel how relaxing it is to drop the urgency and impatience and frantic thinking and just relax into the awareness of right now. This is where the magick is. This is where the manifesting happens.

Relax into this moment. Everything you want will come to you. No matter how strong your desire is, you only want it because you want to connect with god and you already are god and you can connect, you can recognize the truth right now.

Stop Separating Yourself (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and say thank you and really mean it.

This is your superpower. You become it and then you see it. Thank you. Thank you. Feel this feeling in your heart right now and then you’ll see the evidence.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

It’s time to lighten up, trust the process of life, stop rushing, stop being so impatient, and enjoy right now.

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and remember when you want something, you’re really just seeking communion with god or life energy, universal intelligence, the big picture.

When you have a desire, it’s for love, ultimately. So as you go about your day, when you notice yourself wanting things so bad, wanting things to change, remind yourself, “I only want this because I want to feel connected to god. I want to feel connected to love. I want to be loved. I want to not feel separate. I want connection.”

Breathe in and remember what you’re really seeking for.
Breathe out and know you can do it yourself right now.

You can connect to god right now. Connect to love right now.

Breathe in and connect to love right now.
Breathe out and merge with god right now.

When I say god, I’m not talking about some man in the sky. I’m just talking about pure awareness, consciousness, the thing that makes up us all, knowing.

Breathe in and stop being separate.
Breathe out and know it’s only your thoughts that separate you from god.

It’s only thinking that divides. Thinking is not wrong or bad. It’s what’s manifesting all of this physical experience. But when we start believing our thoughts and believing this is true and real—that’s when we suffer. We think we’re separate, but we’re not separate. We’re all one awareness. And when you want something, what you really want is to stop separating yourself from the one awareness.

So breathe in and stop separating yourself.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” your mind does the no-thought action of starting with the thought, “Am I aware?” But then you have to really look. You do an action, a recognition of noticing. “Yes, I am aware. Yes, I am the pure awareness that makes up everything. Oh yeah, I am one with everything. I am not separate from anything. I am the pure awareness that makes up everything.”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and stop separating yourself.

Yes, you are aware. And when you are aware, you’re one with god. You’re one with everything because you’re identified as pure awareness and pure awareness is what makes up everything.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my mind’s not agitated. So I’m at peace. I don’t notice separation, so I feel love. And I don’t notice lack, so I feel abundant and happy.

Breathe in and stop separating yourself today.
Breathe out and relax into the now.

Nothing has to change, only your perspective. You just have to switch from the foreground to the background, from the objects to the awareness of the objects. And when you do this, when you shift your attention into the pure awareness, you see life already is the way you want it to be. And the things you want come to you, but you don’t need them because you don’t need anything to change, to feel love.

Thank You, Cravings (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Let them go right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Flip the switch with thank you right now. If nothing else, you know that thank you will change the trajectory of your entire life by shifting your vibration from wherever it is—boredom, lack—to abundance, gratitude, joy, thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and smile when you say thank you.

Imagine you just received something you really wanted. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Breathe in and remember this is your superpower.
Breathe out and know you can call on thank you anytime.

Thank you, thank you. As soon as you flip the switch with thank you, you’ll feel so much better and you’ll start manifesting the things you want.

Breathing out, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Everything that’s happening in your day—even if it’s you who’s giving you a hard time with your thoughts or your habits: thank you, thank you. If you’re annoying yourself with your addictive thoughts, with your cravings: thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you!

Breathe in and thank yourself.
Breathe out and turn that thank you around on yourself.

We often go through life affected by things outside of us. Something changes, something’s canceled, someone says something you don’t like and we can flip the switch with thank you and trust it’s in our favor. Thank you.

But what if it’s our own selves who’s causing the problems? What if it’s our own thoughts or actions, behaviors, habits that are causing the suffering?

Breathe in and say thank you to your own self causing suffering.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Flipping the switch with gratitude is not just for external events. It’s all coming from within anyway. It’s all you anyway. You are the source. So if you’re annoying yourself, if you’re bothering yourself with your own thoughts, flip the switch with thank you and change the trajectory of your entire life today.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you craving thoughts. I know you’re in my favor. Thank you addictive thoughts. I know you’re in my favor. Thank you bad habits. I know you’re in my favor. Thank you. And your mind wants to resist and say, no, those bad habits aren’t in my favor! But you are the source. You choose thank you and then you see evidence of that vibration. You’ll see how even the things you do are in your favor. And life already is the way you want it to be. Nothing has to change for you to feel peaceful, blissful and loving.
