The more you let go, the more it flows. And what you’re letting go of is your thoughts.

Breathe out and let each thought go as it comes.

Anchor yourself in the present moment with your breath.

Your mind may distrust this technique, but your mind doesn’t want you to stop thinking. But it’s up to you to transcend your thoughts, by stepping into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and step into your power!
Breathe out and let what you want come to you!

All you gotta do is just get out of your own way! You do that by anchoring yourself in the present moment.

It can sound like a tall order, to stop worrying, but if you keep your attention focused on your breath, here, now, your worries will just slip away and you’ll wake up in the dream.

That’s all you gotta do. Just focus on your breath. When you notice yourself thinking, just let the thoughts go by going back to your breath.

Each time you notice a thought, let it go by going back to this mental code.

There’s no need to rush. There is no thought that matters more than this moment. There is no thought that is more important than being present, I promise you!

When you let yourself be present, you start feeling better, because only your thoughts can make you feel bad. When you start feeling better, you become a match to better-feeling thoughts. When you slow down, and let yourself be present, the answers will come to you. You don’t have to think about them! Even little things that come into your mind like, “I should really take care of that. Oh I forgot to do that. Oh I need to write this down.” Even thoughts like those, you don’t have to act on them, you can just let them go. And the reminder will come to you when you need it. It will all come when you need it, at the exact moment you need it. If you’re present it, then you’re ready to receive it.

Get excited about this technique for presence. The miracles you want are coming. They’re right in front of you! And your breath is just a tool to make you present and aware of all that is being given to you right now!

As you go about your day, remember that presence is your power. Presence is what helps you manifest. And presence is all you need to feel good and have fun.

It is all written in the breath. If you want to transcend thinking, and go beyond what your intellectual mind can understand, get lost in the rhythm of your breath.

The point is not to stop thinking entirely, it’s to have something to constantly have your attention on so that you always remember, “Oh yeah I’m supposed to be present, not thinking about what I ate an hour ago, or what I’m going to do tonight. I’m just supposed to be here now. I just WANT to be here now.”

This helps you notice all the things you’re thinking about that are draining your energy. Presence creates energy. It channels it though you. Allow yourself to be a conduit of the flow, of god, of love, just by being here now. Just by focusing on your breath. You don’t have to think about what you last direct messaged somebody. You said the right thing. Stand by it!

The mind can get irritated with how slow focusing on the breath is. But if you allow yourself to slow down and be with your breath, you will rejoin the pace of life, of god, of love.

Today, we are going to be nice to ourselves and let go of all of those critical thoughts.

Breathe in and take a seat in witness perspective.
Breathe out and rest in the seat of your consciousness.

Become the observer right now.

Ask yourself, “What am I thinking?” Usually I’m thinking a lot of, “I should do this,” or, “I wish things were like this,” or, “I can’t believe that person’s doing this!” What are you thinking?

Breathe in and observe your thoughts.
Breathe out and just notice what it’s like to observe your thoughts.

Breathe in and say, “I’ve noticed I’m thinking and that’s ok.”
Breathe out and say, “I’ve noticed I have a lot of thoughts and that’s ok.”

Breathe in and make peace with your thoughts, no matter what they are.
Breathe out and relax, because it just doesn’t matter.

You are not your thoughts. You are that which observes your thoughts. Your thoughts mean nothing in relationship to who you really are. They’re just tools. They’re just things passing by and its up to you to decide whether to keep them or let them go.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and keep watching your thoughts.

The stream is endless, but it’s not a bad thing to be thinking. Your thoughts are creating. They’re creating your reality. You can choose what you think next.

Breathe in and choose what you want to think next.
Breathe out and decide to think that thought instead.

You can be at peace in any moment, just by sitting back and watching your thoughts. And after you settle your mind down and become still, you can start choosing thoughts that you want to create your world with.

Breathe out and just deliberately think a thought right now.

I want to think, “I love myself.”

Breathe in and think a thought on purpose.
Breathe out and feel your power.

This is your power as the creator. Now, you don’t have to choose to think anything. Even if you never made a deliberate choice to think a specific thought, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that you stop being identified with your thoughts, that you stand back from your thoughts and watch them instead of being them.

Breathe out and just watch them go by like clouds.

You can let go of each thought as it comes. Or you can choose to think a mantra or affirmation or mental code. Regardless of how you’re managing your inner world, today we’re going to let go of all of those thoughts that don’t serve us.

Decide today is going to be the best day of your life! All it takes to have the best day is to let go of the thoughts as they come. So if you have a thought that doesn’t feel good, just let it go. You don’t have to keep thinking it. If you’re judging yourself or others, just let it go. You don’t have to keep doing it.

Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about those thoughts floating by! I can let them go!”

You can let your thoughts go. You can wake up in the dream right here, right now. You can be present and experience the bliss that is right here in front of us!

Decide to be light today! Decode to be playful with your thoughts!

I always notice how I beat myself up in my head constantly! I am of course my own worst critic, but it’s a choice to keep thinking those thoughts or to let them go.

Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck about all of that criticism, any negativity, I don’t give a fuck! I’m letting it go. I’m sitting back in the seat of my consciousness, becoming the observer!”

You don’t need to order drugs online, you don’t need to drink, you don’t need to binge eat, you don’t need to find a new relationship. Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

It’s so easy to go down the rabbit hole of despair and dread and fear! But today we are standing up to our thoughts and choosing love and play and fun!

Breathe in and remember love and play and fun are good for your immune system!
Breathe out and let go of your worries!

Today we are committing to becoming worry-free!

Breathe in and feel your mind slowing down.
Breathe out and relax.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let go of your worries.

It’s easier said than done, letting go of your worries. But there are so many things we can do to stand up to our thoughts, to feel better, to enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and believe in your power as the creator!
Breathe out and believe in your ability to stand up to your thoughts!

You have a choice in every moment: to follow your thoughts, or to get some distance from your thoughts. And when you get distance from your thoughts, you feel better. You start seeing solutions, and life feels better.

Breathe in and let life feel better today!
Breathe out and feel your confidence building!

Breathe in and feel calm.
Breathe out and open your connection to source.

You can always be your meditating self. You can always be that part of yourself that knows the answers, that is connected to infinite intelligence. You can always be the version of yourself thats connected to god, and that isn’t scared. You always have the choice to choose love.

Breathe in and choose love today!
Breahte out and commit to choosing love today!

You always have the choice in every moment to go back to your breath and open up that connection to source. You can always listen for the words of reassurance that are coming to you constantly from your higher self, god, whatever you want to call it. There is a constant stream of love flowing to you. And it’s up to you to access it.

Breathe in and open up to that stream of love.
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts blocking the love.

The love is always there. The reassurance is always there. You always have access. It’s inside of you right now.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and know you can always reassure yourself, just by going back to your breath and listening.

That’s all I do when I record these videos. I just say, “Breathe in…” and listen for what to say, “Breathe out…” and listen for what to say. You always have access to the voice of love in your head. It’s always there. Just commit to following your breath and you will have divine reassurance, constantly flowing to you, no matter what happens.

Breathe in and let the divine reassurance come to you.
Breathe out and and feel reassured.

Everything is going to be ok, even though our worries can convince us otherwise. We have the power to stand up to our thoughts. We have the power to reassure ourselves. Life is not serious! It doesn’t really matter what happens here! We’re just here for fun! And we can have fun no matter what happens!

Breathe in and be connected to your source.
Breathe out and feel empowered.

If you can connect to your breath, you have an unlimited source of power. You have an unlimited source of love and reassurance. It’s right here for you. It’s always constantly there for you. As long as you’re breathing, you have your connection.

Breathe in and feel the love in that connection.
Breathe out and relax.

Everything is going to be ok. No matter what happens on this earthly plane, your consciousness will prevail. Love will prevail. All thats left to do is enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! No matter what happens, we can always be present and enjoy life!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

You wanted to be here! You wanted this! Whatever’s happening is something you wanted. Trust the process of life. Trust that it’s all working out. But above all, trust your connection to source.

Breathe in and be connected.
Breathe out and be so reassured

God is inside of you. God is helping you right now. You always are connected. Just let go of those worries that block the connection. They don’t even block the connection, they just cover it up. They just create noise over it. But underneath the noise there is always love, yeah love!

Breathe in and commit to being your meditating self today!

It’s time to let go of all of those worried thoughts, step into the present moment, and start feeling better, right here, right now!

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go of those thoughts. Let go of those shoulds!

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and let go of everything you think you should be doing.

There is no wrong answer as to what you should be doing.

Breathe in and know the right answer is what you’re doing right now.
Breathe out and just be here now.

This what you were meant to do. You’re in the right place at the right time. You are doing everything right.

Breathe in and trust in the perfect timing of life.
Breathe out and remember: YOU are the perfect timing of life!

Everything that happens in your life that you do—it’s all in perfect timing no matter what, because YOU are nature. Nature is always in perfect timing and you are nature. This world is nature. Everything people have made is nature. It’s all natural.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and just be nature.

Just leave everything alone. Leave yourself alone.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and smile because you can trust the perfect timing of life.

You are life. Life has perfect timing. It’s all in perfect timing. You can trust it.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and feel better already.

Let yourself start to relax and enjoy this day. You have to choose what you put your attention on. You have to train your attention if you want to feel good and enjoy your life.

Breathe in and commit to training your attention today.
Breathe out and focus your attention right here, right now.

What are you focusing on? Do you want to expand it? Do you want it to get bigger? Think about what you want while you pay attention to any of it.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and feel focused.

Your attention—that you can feel when you’re present—when you’re in the present moment, you can feel the power of your attention. This attention is creative. You can use it to expand the things you like in life.

Breathe in and focus your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and feel your creative power.

It’s a lot of responsibility, sure. You’re creating your reality. But wouldn’t you rather have the fun of creating, than just letting it happen randomly?

Breathe in and lighten up! We’re just here for fun!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Yes, think about what you want, but then let go of attachment to the outcome!

It’s all happening in perfect timing, and you cannot know any better than life knows, what is right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life!
Breathe out and trust the process of you.

You’ll feel it when it’s time to take action. You’ll feel it. You felt it was time to listen to this, just trust!

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

This is the best day of your life! Train your attention today and grow what you like in reality! Start right now! What do you want to grow?

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and feel your power. It’s here right now. It’s yours; claim it!

Now use it to focus your attention. Put your attention on what you want, only what you want more of. So make lists of gratitudes or think about what you want or watch inspiring things. Notice it, get more of it, whatever it is.

From this moment forward, you are in control of your attention. You are in control of your creative power.

Breathe in and let yourself execute the power.
Breathe out and feel so much better.
