Find the Safety of Right Now (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and ask yourself, how do I know that I know?

Bring your attention back into itself. Let the search end. Give up seeking right now. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender your thoughts, surrender your psychological suffering. It’s all unfolding perfectly. You can let go now.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s really not serious.
Breathe out and let go of the thoughts.

Let the thoughts go. Let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and welcome the flow into you.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome feeling like I have nothing to say. Welcome feeling so tired. Welcome feeling so much resistance. Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome your experience.
Breathe out and let the resistance go.

Welcome fatigue. Welcome obsessive thoughts. Welcome addictive thoughts. Welcome distraction. Welcome seeking. Welcome wanting something to change so I can feel better. Welcome wanting attention so I can feel better. Welcome seeking to feel better.

Breathe in and welcome the seeking.
Breathe out and let the seeking be what it is.

It’s just the mind looking for security, looking for safety, but the only safety is in this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and find the safety of right now.
Breathe out and notice how you’re already doing it.

You’re already being the background of awareness. You’re already safe and secure. You are the pure awareness that cannot be tarnished by experience. Nothing can harm you. Nothing can take anything away from you.

Breathe in and let the search slow down.
Breathe out and relax.

You don’t have to try so hard. You don’t have to struggle so hard. You can just be yourself. There’s no one you have to be. There’s nothing you have to do. Just be yourself.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel the relief of your attention coming to rest on itself. “Yes, I am aware.”

How do I know that I know? Who am I?

Breathe in and ask the sacred questions.
Breathe out and let the sacred questions pull you out of your mental suffering.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, how do I know that I know?
Breathing out, “I just know. I am just knowing. I am knowing itself.”

Even if you can only catch a glimpse of the relief that comes from these questions, that’s enough. You’ve broken the pattern. You’ve changed the trajectory of your entire life just by turning your attention around, giving up the search for things to change to feel better and relaxing into your source where life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

This tree bears immediate fruit. Test it for yourself. Try it. See if it works for you.

The idea is to drop the search, drop the thoughts, drop the psychological suffering, come back to center, to right here where you are simply pure awareness. It’s the thoughts that drag your attention out. It’s the thoughts that you go with that make you suffer. Bring your attention back into this moment, where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

How do I know that I know? How do I know that I know? It’s because I am the knowing itself right now.

You are simply pure awareness, simply consciousness, simply knowing. Everything else on top is just psychological suffering of thought. You are not those thoughts.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and sincerely look for the answer, “Am I aware?”

“Yes, I am.” Stay in that place between the question and the answer and even if you can only catch a millisecond of the relief right now, keep practicing and you will make that gap wider and wider and you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

How Do You Know That You Know? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Welcome grief. Welcome impatience. Welcome disappointment. Welcome self-criticism. Welcome regret. Welcome anxiety. Welcome disgust.

Breathe in and welcome your experience.
Breathe out and surrender.

Just fully surrender to what is.

Breathe in and be at peace with what is.
Breathe out and relax your body into what is.

It’s time to switch focusing your attention from the objects of your experience, to that which knows you are experiencing.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

You’re flipping the switch right now. You’re flipping the switch to open yourself up, to know that life is on your side, that god really does love you, that everything really is working out for you. Say thank you right now and feel it. Connect with god right now.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and feel connected with god right now.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Remember that if you don’t feel good, you’re suffering your thoughts, you’re separating yourself with your thoughts. The only thing missing from your experience is god and you are god and you can remember that you are god right now.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”

Let go of those thoughts. Let go of those worries, those judgments, those criticisms. Let go right now. Because right now you’re about to merge with god, remember who you really are, and see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes I am aware.

When you ask yourself, am I aware? your attention does the no thought thing of recognizing, “Yes, I am aware of awareness. I am being aware right now. I am aware-ing. I am the awareness that is aware of the experience.”

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and see how this is how you merge with god, or rather, reveal you already are god.

We’re all made up of awareness. Reality is all one thing: awareness, pure awareness. But it’s abstract for the mind to understand this. It can be challenging to drop the thoughts and just stay as you are, pure awareness. When the mind is so active and resisting and seeking and wanting things to change, sometimes asking, “Am I aware?” just can’t get you there because the addiction to thought is so strong. But how do you know you’re addicted to the thought? How do you know that you’re experiencing? How do you know that you’re seeking and resisting? How do you know that you know?

Breathe in and ask yourself, how do I know that I know?
Breathe out and watch your attention do the no thought thing again.

This is another sacred question just like “Who am I?” or “Am I aware?”

How do I know that I know? It’s not, how do I know what I know, but how do I know that I know? How do I know that I know anything?

Breathe in and ask yourself, how do I know that I know?
Breathe out and see how your attention is pulled back into the moment of you knowing, of you being knowing.

Knowing is just another word for awareness or consciousness. Knowing, awareness, consciousness, it’s all another name for god. And if “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” isn’t working for you today, simply ask yourself, “How do I know that I know?”

The answer is not a thought, it’s not words, it’s an action, it’s a doing. You’re already doing it, you’re already knowing and knowing is god, knowing is awareness. You’re already doing it, being knowing, doing the knowing. You can’t stop knowing.

Breathe in and ask, how do I know that I know?
Breathe out and watch your attention turn around to rest on itself, to look at the source of knowing itself.

How do I know that I know? Right away the attention folds in on itself, rests on its center, on its source. And then you are just simply being the act of knowing. You are the knowing, knowing. You are the knowing, you are the awareness, you are the consciousness, you are the god. You don’t have to think about it, you don’t have to logically figure it out. Just ask yourself, how do I know that I know?

Breathe in and ask, how do I know that I know?
Breathe out and just rest there, knowing, you just know, you just know, you are knowing itself.

You cannot stop it, you are the knowing that knows. Rest here, knowing, aware-ing, god-ing, and life will flow to you. What you want will flow to you.

Breathing in, how do I know that I know?
Breathing out, I just know.

Knowing Knowing (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Remember your super power of gratitude. You become it and then you see it. So if you want things to be grateful for, start feeling thankful right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Everything that’s happening is happening in your favor. You can write down everything you think that’s happening against you, write the date and come back and check it in a few days and you’ll see: It did happen in my favor. It did work out for the best. It turns out that was a good thing.

Breathe in and see how it’s all happening in your favor.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Even before you know that it’s in your favor, before you know that it is a good thing, you say thank you first. You become it, then you see it and then you receive exactly what you want.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself release the tension, the stress. It’s all just thoughts. The suffering is just psychological. And your mind is not you. You are the knowing of the mind. You are the awareness of the mind.

Breathe in and expand to be the awareness that holds it.
Breathe out and know: you’re already doing it.

You’re already being aware of being aware. You’re already god. You’re already one with all that is.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

This is how you reunite with god. Pure awareness, infinite intelligence, life, magick, whatever you want to call it. Consciousness, love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Another way to look at this is, awareness is knowing. All there is to everything is the knowing of it. There is only knowing, knowing, knowing. That’s all reality is, is knowing. You can call it awareness or god or consciousness. Knowing is just another word that can help your logical mind understand and believe in this practice so that you can feel brave enough to let go of the thoughts and trust the process of life.

Breathe in and see how you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and notice right now: I’m already doing it.

What am I already doing? Being aware or being conscious or knowing. You can’t stop knowing. And sometimes when the words awareness or consciousness lose their flavor, you can try knowing. I’m already doing it, knowing. It’s simple. You’re knowing before you’re thinking. You’re knowing before you’re acting. You’re knowing before anything else. You are knowing itself.

Breathing in, I’m already doing it.
Breathing out, I’m already doing it.

Knowing, I already know. I’m already knowing. Rest in the knowing. Sometimes it’s challenging to catch that recognition if your thoughts are talking back. But just try different routes, different techniques to jolt yourself into presence, to remember: It’s all one. Reality is one. It’s all god. There is no separation. And however you get there, it doesn’t matter because you’re already there.

Breathing in, I’m already doing it.
Breathing out, what am I already doing?

I’m already knowing. I’m already doing it, knowing. I am already doing the knowing. I am already knowing.

Breathing in, I’m already doing it.
Breathing out, I’m already doing it.

Knowing, I can’t stop knowing. And when I rest as the knowing itself, there is no more psychological suffering. There is no more separation. And life already is the way I want it to be.

Breathe out and rest in the knowing that you are knowing, knowing.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies. You can trust this is the right place and the right time. You can trust you’re doing everything right and it’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and relax into what is.

Yes, I just found out my grandma died. Yes, I’m forcing myself to record this because I don’t have any videos left in my queue and I want to get them done. Yes, I just want to help my grandma make her transition to whatever.

Breathe in and be here with what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome sadness. Welcome resistance. Welcome gripping on to what happened. Welcome wishing things were different. Welcome second-guessing my decisions.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and focus on the love.

It can be taken from you just like that.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and make space for what is.

Welcome sadness. Welcome moving parts. Welcome stress about travel. Welcome all of the memories. Welcome regret.

Breathe in and welcome regret.
Breathe out and welcome whatever it is you’re feeling.

Welcome death. Welcome another death. Welcome change. Welcome transition.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. Welcome death. Welcome death. May you make me live my life more deliberately. More consciously with more love. Welcome death. May you help me be present and focus on what’s true and real. What really matters and it’s not getting stuff done. It’s not taxes.

Welcome the ending. Welcome the door to a new beginning. Welcome regret. Welcome the feeling that I did something wrong. Welcome the feeling that I should have tried harder.

Breathe in and just be the space in which the death arises.
Breathe out and know that you are infinite and bigger than death.

Awareness holds all the life, all the death, all the change, all the comings and goings.

Breathe in and expand to be the space that holds the death.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust the process of death.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and feel the thank you in your heart.

Thank you for the peaceful transition. Thank you for the long beautiful life. Thank you for the reason I’m here. Thank you for my ancestors and all the people who struggled so that I could sit here chilling, recording meditation videos.

Breathe out and say thank you for the beginnings and the endings.

I know it’s in my favor. This is the only protection you need. This is the only force field around you that you need. If you go through your life with gratitude in your heart, everything will happen in your favor. It is anyway, but now you’ll be able to see it.

Thank you. Thank you. This is your superpower. Thank you. You can flip the switch about anything. Any situation. Anything you’re dreading, especially. Thank you. Thank you. This is how you take back the upper hand. This is how you stay in control. The only control is letting go, of course. But when you say thank you, you’re letting go of attachment to outcome. You’re letting go of thinking you know what’s best.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you is such a good way to let go. To let go of control. To let go of thinking. To let go of thoughts that you can’t drop. You just say thank you and you feel the change in your heart. And then there’s no need to hold onto worrisome thoughts because you already felt the change in your heart. And the change in your heart is what creates the change in your experienced reality.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Someone unexpected shows up? Thank you. Something gets canceled? Thank you. Someone isn’t very nice to you? Thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

If you can stay in this state of gratitude and not get so personally offended by things that happen, then you will see how it is all in your favor. And you’ll always be able to give people the benefit of the doubt. You’ll never take something personally and say something you regret because you misunderstood or you thought it was something it wasn’t.

Thank you will protect you. Thank you will protect you from you hurting yourself, and that’s really the only one who can hurt you.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad and you are in control of if you let go of those thoughts or not. So today let go of control with thank you and then you will have the upper hand. You will be protected from harm and you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. This is so powerful. It works right away. Did you notice me in the beginning of this video? I was tired and resisting and then I flipped the switch with thank you and now it doesn’t matter what happens next because I feel good and grateful and I trust that even if there are little things that I wish were different, I know they’ll end up working out in my favor. I just know it. I have enough life experience. I have proven it to myself so many times that if I can rest in gratitude, I will see it all work out for me, every little detail, without me having to lift a finger, without me having to control and suffer my thoughts.

It’s all working out. It’s all happening in your favor. Trust that it’s safe to drop those thoughts. Trust that you’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Trust that it’s all unfolding perfectly.

Thank you. Thank you. Feel this feeling in your heart. This is the only manifestation tool you need. Thank you. When you really feel it in your heart you know you’re magnetized to receive. Everything will work out for you. It already is. But it will be easier to see when you have gratitude in your heart.

Thank you. You don’t have to think about the future. You don’t have to dwell in the past. When these thoughts come to you, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and remember you only want everything because you want god.
Breathe out and know you can have god right here, right now.

You can have love right here, right now. You want things to be over so that you can get to relax, so that you feel better, so that you feel connected.

You want to get through your day so that you can relax, so you can feel love and connection and relief. You want to just get things over with so you can relax and feel good, feel relief. But you can choose the relief now. You can choose god now. You can choose to feel what you want to feel now, and then your day will flow like that and you won’t need anything to change. You are the source. You are the creator. Choose it now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Trust in the power of your perfect timing. Drop the thoughts about time. Drop the thoughts about caring what other people think. Drop the thoughts about worrying if it will all unfold perfectly. I promise you it will.

Breathe in and be light today. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember why you want the things you want.

You want love. You want to feel good. You want to be connected to god. You want to remove the separation between yourself and god. That’s all it is. And only the thoughts are separating you. Only the thoughts make you feel bad. You can drop them by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Feel yourself instantly coming back to center. The source of your attention, the place where you go when you ask, “Am I aware?” That’s god. God is just awareness. We are just awareness. It’s all awareness. You can call it consciousness, infinite intelligence. It’s all the same substance. We are just consciousness acting. Having some wave movement, some activity. We’re just activity in consciousness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

That is how you become still. That is how you remember who you are. Pure awareness, god, love. Bring yourself back to the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. You have the power to stand up to your thoughts. You have the power to have a flowing, magickal day. All you do is ask, “Am I aware?” And rest in the place between the question and the answer. Yes, I am.

Notice where I arises. Notice where the thought “I” comes from. That’s the source. That’s where you touch god. That’s where you can find the relief. That’s where the peace is.

Get the God Now (transcript)

Let them go right now. You don’t have to think about that anymore.

Breathe in and feel your mind slowing down.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

You don’t have to ride every train of thought to its ultimate derailment. Today, watch yourself. Watch your thoughts.

Breathe in and notice what you’re thinking right now.
Breathe out and smile because it’s just not that serious.

If you can let those thoughts go, you’ll see right away it’s not that serious. It never mattered that much. It’s not that important. We blow things out of proportion when we let our thoughts get out of control and we let our thoughts get out of control by identifying with them and believing them and thinking they’re true but they’re not.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and relax your body.

It always comes when you let go. The problems solve themselves when you give up. Today, give up before you’re forced to give up. Before you reach the end of your rope. Give up now. Fuck it. Give up now.

Breathe in and remember what you’re really looking for.
Breathe out and remember: everything you want, you want for love.

And what is love? Love is god. Pure awareness. It’s all the same thing. Pure awareness equals god equals love. You want what you want because you think you’ll get love. You want what you want because you think you’ll get god. You think you’ll be connected. You think you’ll be safe. You want everything you want because you want god and you can get that now.

Breathe in and get the god now.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender all the controlling thoughts that make you think, “I need to do this, this, this, and this before I can be happy, before I can get love, before I can relax.” That’s not true. That is a lie that your mind tells you so that it doesn’t disappear, so that you keep relying on it and you keep it alive. But your mind is just thoughts, one after the other after the other. It’s not an entity. It’s not a person. It’s just thoughts passing through awareness and you can let them go right now.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and get the god now.

Your thoughts are telling you, “You need the money. You need to do the tasks. You need the attention before you can feel good and be happy.” But those thoughts are the voice of separation from god. The thoughts themselves are the separation. The thoughts themselves are the reason you feel bad. The thoughts themselves are the reason you don’t feel connected to love or god.

Breathe in and stand up to them right now.
Breathe out and remember why you want what you want.

It’s for god. Every desire you have is because you want god. You want to feel whole. You want to feel like life is magickal. You want to feel like you’re safe. You want to feel like everything is working out. God really does love me.

Breathe in and connect to god right now.
Breathe out and do that in one of several ways.

You can ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And then you say, “Yes, I am.” And when you say, “Yes, I am,” you’re identified as pure awareness. That’s god.

Or you can say, “Thank you, god, for replacing me with you.”

Or, or you can just repeat, “I, I, I, I,” over and over, while you notice where that “I” is coming from. What’s the source of “I”? “I,” the letter “I,” the thing we all call ourselves, that’s the name of consciousness.

“I, I.”

And if you watch from where that “I” arises, that’s god.

There’s only one “I.” There’s only one consciousness. We’re all the same “I.” And if you rest in the “I,” if you watch where that “I” comes from, you’ll be merged with god. God is the one “I,” the all-seeing pure awareness.

When you start to get overwhelmed by your thoughts and your desires for things to change, remember you only want it because you want god. And you can get god now because you are god.

You are “I.” You are pure awareness. You are already love. You don’t need anything to change to merge with god.

So fuck all those desires. Let them all go and get the god now. Get the thing that you’re actually after now. And then your life will flow and you’ll get the things that you want. But never forget, you want what you want because you want god. And that’s available now.

You can let go of wanting the taxes to be done. Let go of wanting your mom to change. Let go of wanting more income. Let go of wanting that text message. Let go of wanting to control what other people are doing. Because you want all those things because you want god.

And you are god.

You can remember it right now. You can recognize it right now. It’s simple. It’s beyond thought. It’s who you really are.

It’s the “I. I.” I am god. I am god. Remember you want what you want because you want god. But you’re already god.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and smile.

Yes, I am aware. I am aware that I am aware. And that’s all I need to remember I am god. That’s all I need to remember. I am pure awareness. I am unconditional love. I am the one universal “I.”

This Moment Is Heaven (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

There’s nothing that you have to do, nowhere you have to go. Let yourself relax and let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer.

“Yes, I am.”

Remember, life is magickal. Remember, life is magickal. There is something so much bigger than our minds can ever comprehend. Today as you go about your day, allow yourself to slow down and trust the magick life.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s just not serious.
Breathe out and smile and say, “Fuck it. I don’t give a fuck.”

Let yourself surrender. Stop caring so much. Just let it all go. The more you let go, the more it flows.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

That’s all that matters. That’s the only question that matters. Your to-do list doesn’t matter. Your thoughts don’t matter. All that matters is that you are aware that you are aware. Life will take care of the rest.

Breathe in and say, “Fuck it.”
Breathe out and feel the freedom of stopping caring.

When you care, you push it away. When you care about an outcome, when you want things to go a certain way, you hold it away from yourself because your awareness that it’s not the way you want it to be, keeps creating it the way you don’t want it to be.

Breathe in and remove yourself from caring.
Breathe out and remember, this moment is what’s supposed to be the best, not when something changes, not when you get what you want.

This moment is it. This moment is heaven. This is the be all end all, right now. If you can’t feel good, if you can’t feel connected right now, you’ll never feel it. You can only have it now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that yes, you are aware.

Whenever you find yourself seeking for change, wanting something to be different before you can feel better, that’s when you have to remind yourself, “No, this is it. This is what’s supposed to be God. This right now is what’s supposed to be heaven. And if I’m not feeling heaven, it’s because I’m lost in my thoughts, believing false thoughts.”

Breathe in and remember, this moment is heaven.
Breathe out and know, this moment contains all that you need to be happy, joyful, abundant, in love.

This moment is where it is all at. Not in the future, not when something changes. You can only have it now. So choose it now.

Breathe in and choose it by asking, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and know, “Yes, I am aware.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I don’t notice any lack, so I am happy and abundant. And I don’t notice any separation from anyone else, so I am in love.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Keep practicing until you feel it, until you catch the knowing that this moment is god, and that nothing has to change for you to be in love, happy, and at peace. This moment is god. Nothing has to change. You don’t have to get anything done. You don’t have to check anything off your list. You don’t have to get a text. You don’t have to get any amount of money.

Breathe in and know, “This moment is god.”
Breathe out and see the heaven that is this moment.

If you can’t catch it now, you can’t catch it ever. Relax into the knowing that this moment is what you’ve been looking for, right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

When you notice yourself lacking, when you notice yourself seeking for change, remind yourself, “No, this moment is supposed to be it. This moment is supposed to be where all the happiness and love and joy is.”
And then practice asking, “Am I aware?” Until you catch it, and you will. And you already did.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

And I’m now in the flow. This is the heaven I’ve been seeking for.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you.”

This is your power to flip the switch right this second. Choose a good attitude and then a good day will flow to you.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you.”
Breathe out and say, “Thank you” and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s really not serious.
Breathe out and let yourself slow down.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Decide right now to let go of whatever thoughts you’re attached to and relax into the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and let yourself be here now.
Breathe out and slow down. Let your thoughts slow down.

You don’t have to go with those thoughts. If you let yourself wake up in the dream, stabilize as you are, pure awareness, everything will start working out for you. The things you want to change will change themselves. It always comes when you relax and you relax by surrendering the thoughts and just being here now.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and surrender the thoughts.

You can ask yourself, “Am I aware?” to notice what thoughts you’re gripping onto, to notice where your attention is seeking. When you ask, “Am I aware?” it brings your attention back to its source, back to the awareness that makes up everything. And it drops the thoughts. It drops the attachment. It drops the worry.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

Train yourself to ask this question when you notice yourself worrying, when you notice yourself lost in thought, trying to fix something or solve something. You’ll never figure it out. If you want your life to work out, drop the thoughts and let yourself enjoy the moment just as it is without anything having to change.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

You really do have the power to make your life start flowing the way you want by surrendering the thoughts, surrendering the thoughts like, “I wish this would change right now. I just need this person to do this and then I’ll be happy. I’m waiting for this to happen and then I can do this, this and this.” All of this calculating and planning and waiting for things to change so that you can feel better—it’s holding you outside of bliss. It’s holding you outside of your power. It’s your mind, your thoughts, keeping your natural state of peace and love and joy and happiness away from you. They’re right there. They’re you, but the thoughts cover them up and you can surrender the thoughts and let it all work out by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

You stay in that place between asking, “Am I aware?” and answering, “Yes, I am.” “Am I aware?” is a thought and “Yes, I am” is a thought. Between those two thoughts is presence, knowing, pure awareness. That’s where you can stay. And when you stay there and stop waiting for change, things start changing for you.

Breathe in and let the things change for you.
Breathe out and keep surrendering the thoughts as they come, because they will keep coming.

You can’t stop the thoughts. Now, if you want to stay resting in that space between, “Am I aware?” and “Yes, I am,” try saying to yourself,
“Thank you, god, for replacing me with you. Thank you, god, for replacing me with you.” And if you don’t like god, say, “Thank you, life, for replacing me with you. Thank you, universal intelligence, for replacing me with you. Thank you, magick, for replacing me with you.”

The idea is that you surrender the thoughts and you acknowledge there is a power greater than your mind that can act on your behalf.

Repeating, “Thank you, god, for replacing me with you” helps me stay in that space between, “Am I aware?” and “Yes, I am.”

“Thank you, god, for replacing me with you.” It keeps me anchored in the present moment. Just here, just happy to be.

Breathe in and let yourself be replaced by god.
Breathe out and let those thoughts be replaced by god.

Practicing the presence of god is how you live a magickal life. You have the power to do it right now.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Become a Beacon of Joy (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Welcome what is. Welcome fatigue. Welcome feeling cold and tired. Welcome feeling slow. Welcome resistance. Welcome confusion. Welcome lack of focus. Welcome lack of clarity. Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome everything in your experience.
Breathe out and become the space in which these things arise.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and see how this is how you become the space in which things arise.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

It seems so unremarkable at first. Asking yourself, am I aware? Even I roll my eyes when I ask myself when I’m lost in thought. Am I aware? Am I aware? But stay diligently focused on this question. This is your path to miracles, to millions, to magick.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice the answer: yes I am.

This is all you have to do to imbue your life with miracles, to reveal the magick that already is.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Train yourself to trust this question so that when you are lost in thought, you remember to ask. You remember to pull back, to be the observer, to be the awareness in which it’s all arising—instead of getting lost in thought, identified with thought, mixed with experience, trapped in the ups and downs of the illusion.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice that answer: yes, I am aware.

When I am aware I have no problems because my attention is not lost in thought. My attention is not seeking for change so that I can feel better. When I am aware, I am present. I am happy where I am.

Breathe in and be happy where you are today.
Breathe out and notice you can always be happy where you are.

It’s only the thoughts that make you feel bad. It’s only the thoughts dragging your attention, making you feel like you have to change something to feel better, to feel whole, to feel complete, to feel in love. But nothing has to change.

You already are all that is. You are one with the one awareness that makes up everything.

Breathe in and remember who you are: pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax.

Relax your attention away from the limiting beliefs that you have to go do something in order to be happy. Relax away from those limiting beliefs that say something has to change before I can feel good. Nothing has to change.

All you have to do is recognize you already are perfect. You already are god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you do this practice, when you ask, am I aware? Notice how the clouds part in your experience. The clouds of thought diminish, revealing the light of your awareness. When you ask, am I aware? you’re revealing the light, the flame, the sun that you are, the shining light of knowing.

Breathe in and part the clouds.
Breathe out and be the shining light of awareness.

This is how you become optimistic. This is how you become a beacon of joy. You reveal that you already are. You’re already doing it. You can’t stop.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

This is your superpower, your magick—simply resting as you are, pure awareness.

It’s so much simpler than your mind wants you to think. You don’t have to do elaborate things, complicated routines, sacrifices—you don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to discipline anything. You don’t have to act perfectly before you’re allowed to be one with god. You’re already doing it. It’s all already perfect.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Stay in that space between asking the question and knowing the answer. That’s where pure awareness is, untarnished by thought, untarnished by experience.

Breathing in, am I aware.
Breathing out, yes I am.

This question is always here for you. Am I aware? And the more you practice it with devotion and gratitude, the more you will reveal your true essence, your natural state of peace and love and joy and happiness. And then all of the worldly things that you want will come to you.

The money, the love, the relationships, the good fortune, the health, the joy—it all comes after you decide you don’t need it.

You are perfect as you are, pure awareness. You are perfect, already love, already god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

When you are aware you have no problems. You’re not focused on lack so you’re happy. Your mind isn’t agitated with worry so you feel peace. And you don’t notice separation from anything that you love so you are in love. You are one with all that is and that is love, yeah, love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware and that awareness is the same awareness that makes up you and all the animals and all the plants and all that we perceive.
It’s all made of the same awareness, and that’s you.

Breathe in and feel magickally connected with all that is.
Breathe out and feel so relieved. It’s so easy.

Trust this question, am I aware? Trust that resting between the question and the answer is where the magick is, is where god is, where everything works out for you and you don’t have to lift a finger or change a thing or do any work to reveal love, infinite love, infinite abundance.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware, and I am now in the flow.
