Welcome Worry (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body. Bring your attention back into this present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s all in my favor.

Today, as you go about your day, if you can’t quite get there with gratitude, if you aren’t quite feeling grateful for what it is, start by welcoming what is, no matter what it is, because that’s what pure awareness does.

Pure awareness welcomes everything unconditionally. It’s open and accepting of everything. That’s why it is unconditional love.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and welcome it right now.

Whatever thoughts, whatever emotions you’re experiencing, good or bad, positive or negative, comfortable or not—welcome it all, just like the pure awareness you know you really are.

Breathe in and welcome what’s arising.
Breathe out and be a resistance-free person.

Welcome anxiety. Welcome pressure. Welcome the time that’s pressing me. Welcome the feeling of anxiety, needing to get everything done in time. Welcome the desire of wanting to be perfect. Welcome worrying if I did everything right. Welcome worry. Welcome worry. Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome what’s in your experience.
Breathe out and see how this is how you dissolve anything that isn’t love.

Anything like fear or anger, depression, jealousy, sadness—you can dissolve it all by simply welcoming it.

Breathe in and welcome all that is.
Breathe out and welcome it right now.

Welcome my attention seeking, wondering if something’s going to interrupt me. Welcome anxiety about the future. Welcome anxiety about the future. Welcome feeling rushed. Welcome the feeling of being rushed. Welcome. Feel what it feels like to really welcome those things that you don’t like, the feelings that are uncomfortable, the flashes of anger, the flashes of worry.

Breathe in and welcome it all.
Breathe out and be genuine when you welcome it.

Welcome anxiety. Welcome fear. Welcome fear of what other people think. Welcome and then you can see right away that this is just something arising and it’s not you. The fear, the anxiety, the worry, the depression—they’re all just arisings and you are the awareness aware of them.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and really feel it in your heart.

Welcome anxiety. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. And then you can really begin to identify as that pure awareness in which everything is arising.

You are not the thoughts. You are not the anxiety. You are not the depression. You are not the anger. They’re just little things popping up. You welcome them and they go away.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and be free from the discomfort of painful emotions.

You can just dissolve them by welcoming them. You don’t have to push them away. You don’t have to let your anger out. You just become aware of it and welcome it and through your love, it dissolves.

Breathe in and welcome it all.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

When you welcome the uncomfortable emotions, you dissolve them and then there’s nothing to escape from. You don’t have to run somewhere else. You don’t have to numb yourself with food or alcohol or drugs or relationships or money or work or anything.

You stay here. You be the welcoming, pure awareness, the unconditional love. You embrace and accept it all. And then anything that isn’t love dissolves and you get to live your life in the bliss of unconditional love.

Breathe in and be the bliss of unconditional love.
Breathe out and relax into the bliss of unconditional love.

When you notice these flare ups of uncomfortable emotion, ask yourself, “Am I angry or am I the awareness of anger? Am I sad or am I that which is aware of sadness?” Try these little tricks to remind yourself that you are the pure awareness in which it is all arising.

Nothing can harm you. Nothing can make you suffer. You can get this distance, this non-distant distance from the thoughts and emotions by remembering you are the unconditional love of pure awareness.

You get to stay. You get to stay here and enjoy.

Breathe then and welcome it all.

Dissolve Suffering With Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is right now.

When you resist things, they persist. When you express things like anger, you may get bigger. The only solution to dealing with negative emotions is awareness. And if you want to release all of your negativity today, just welcome whatever emotions, whatever uncomfortable thoughts come to you.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and welcome whatever uncomfortable things are in you.

Welcome whatever emotion it is that makes you uncomfortable. Welcome tiredness. Welcome frustration. Welcome impatience. Welcome judgment about what someone else is doing. Welcome.

Breathe in and welcome what passes through you.
Breathe out and see how welcoming shows you these emotions are not you.

You are the awareness which is aware of the emotions, of the negative feelings, of the painful thoughts. And when you welcome whatever emotion or thought is passing through you, you instantly get the perspective of pure awareness, that which is aware of the emotions and thoughts.

Breathe in and welcome the emotions and thoughts.
Breathe out and practice now.

You can look forward to moments throughout your day where you’re irritated, where something doesn’t go your way, where you’re disappointed. Because each time you experience one of these negative emotions, it’s an opportunity to welcome it. And when you welcome this emotion, it dissolves right away because the light of your awareness dissolves anything that’s not true, anything that’s not love. So for example, you’re irritated and you’re in the kitchen and you say welcome irritation, welcome, welcome irritating feeling. And you welcome it and you make space for it. And then it dissolves so quickly and then you no longer have to race to get through your day, to get to the next thing, to try to get away from that feeling.

You no longer have to try to get away from your feelings. They just dissolve and then you get to feel high.

Breathe in and welcome your negative feelings.
Breathe out and stop trying to escape the negative feelings.

When you push them away or you ignore them, they don’t go away. They just fester. All you have to do to transmute your misery today is welcome the negative emotions in the moment that they come to you. Welcome them. Make space. Be the pure awareness in which they arise and then they dissolve and you’re free.

Breathe in and welcome negative emotions.
Breathe out and practice more right now.

Welcome. Welcome anxiety about the future. And then my anxious thought just disappears and I no longer have anxiety about the future and I’m happy to stay here.

The thing about dissolving your negative emotions is that then you don’t have to escape. Then you don’t have to go anywhere. Then you don’t need anything to change because you already feel better because you chose to welcome your negative emotions. You chose to dissolve suffering with awareness.

Breathe in and welcome the negative emotions today.
Breathe out and feel so excited for the negative emotions to come because every time you welcome one, it dissolves and then the next time it won’t bother you as much.

And eventually you’ll just be so happy to be where you are that nothing will bother you and you won’t need anything to change ever.

Breathe in and welcome whatever is.
Breathe out and make space, be the pure awareness.

Welcome thoughts about the future. Welcome feeling of being rushed. Welcome feeling like I’m going to run out of time.

Welcome. Your awareness can dissolve all the discomfort and pain and suffering. You simply have to slow down and be able to face what is. Welcome it. Welcome it. That’s how you do it. Pure awareness welcomes everything unconditionally. You can do it too.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and relax because you don’t have to escape anymore.

Deflate All Arguments (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and feel the flow flowing through you, the pulse of life.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and feel that pulse of life flowing through you.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Trust it’s all happening in your favor, with thank you!

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and relax into the relief of thank you.

Your mind is resisting everything. Every single thing you perceive or think or feel—your mind is resisting it right now. When you counteract your mind’s tendencies with thank you, you train yourself to know that it really is all happening in your favor and then thank you can start immediately silencing your mind, immediately dissolving the thoughts.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Sometimes it’s hard to say thank you when you’re resisting so much so we can start by saying yes to what is.

Yes, I feel funny. Yes, I’ve made some questionable decisions. Yes, I’m thinking about what other people are doing. Yes, I’m feeling guilty. Yes, I’m worrying about my to-do list. Yes, I’m wondering what time it is. Yes, I’m cold. Yes, I’m annoying myself with my resistance. Yes, I’m stressing myself out. Yes, I’m wondering what’s going to happen. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I’m slowing down. Yes, I’m a little confused. Yes, I’m a little spaced out. Yes, I’m accepting what is. Yes, yes, yes.

Breathe in and slow your mind down by saying yes. Breathe out and see how when you agree with the mind, when you say yes, it deflates all arguments.

It loses all the power, all the steam behind the resistance.

Breathe in and say thank you for all those things. Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you.

Thank you for the resistance. Thank you for the confusion. Thank you for the questionable decisions. I’ve never really regretted a questionable decision.

Breathe in and say thank you for the mistakes.
Breathe out and say thank you for the fuck ups.

Thank you. Thank you for the energy that feels constrictive. Thank you for the thoughts that make me silence myself, that make me make myself smaller. Thank you for the thoughts that are judging me for messing up my words because of reasons. Thank you. Thank you. It’s all in my favor.

Breathe in and say thank you for the mistakes.
Breathe out and feel how light you can feel when you say thank you for those things your mind tells you are wrong. They’re not.

There is no good or bad. It’s just the thoughts judging.

Breathe in and counteract judgment with thank you. Breathe out and feel so free, so light. Thank you. Thank you.

This is your superpower. This is how you always take back the upper hand. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I know stumbling over my words was in my favor. I know feeling confused was in my favor. Thank you. Thank you. It really all is in your favor. I promise.

Breathe in and be light. It’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and smile.

It’s all in your favor. You can just stay with thank you all day and feel this lightness and this freedom. And then life will match that feeling of lightness and freedom. You’re so powerful. You just have to trust yourself.

Breathe in and say thank you for everything that led you here.
Breathe out and say thank you for the power of thank you. It really works.

Feel how much better you feel now. Feel how free and free you are now with thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you to all that is.
Breathe out and see how it’s all in your favor.

You’re already doing everything right and with thank you, you see it right away. And more importantly, you feel it and you no longer have to give a fuck about any self-criticism or judgment because you know it’s all in your favor.

Stay Divinely Determined (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and slow down.

Let your thoughts slow down to the pace of your breath. Let yourself relax into this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, the dogs are barking. Yes, I feel irritable. Yes, I want people to do things other than what they’re doing. Yes, I want things to be other than how they are. Yes, I’m seeking for change so that I can feel better. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I’m seeking again. Yes, I’m seeking again.

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and just notice.

Notice the tendency of your thoughts to look for problems. Notice the tendency of your thoughts to be measuring, comparing, describing—all pointless activities, unless you need them for math or to make decisions.

Breathe in and notice the pointlessness of your thoughts.
Breathe out and notice your thoughts, period.

If you’re in a bad mood, if you don’t feel well, it’s your thoughts. Today, take some time to notice what you’re thinking.

Breathe in and notice your next thought.
Breathe out and wait for it to come.

What is your next thought? Mine is, I can’t wait for this to be over.

Breathe in and notice your next thought.
Breathe out and watch it come.

Let it go, let it go.

Breathe in and notice the next thought.
Breathe out and watch it cross your attention.

What is your next thought? “I wonder what he’s doing down there.” The thoughts keep coming and coming and coming and coming. If you’re not watching, if you’re not noticing them, you become them. And that’s when the suffering begins.

Breathe in and watch your thoughts.
Breathe out and notice your thoughts.

Notice how it’s the uncomfortable thoughts causing the uncomfortable feelings. Now that you’ve noticed, you’re free. Now that you’ve noticed, the change you wanted is already here.
You’re not your thoughts. You don’t have to believe them. They’re not true. They’re not you.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Asking, “Am I aware?” as your presence practice helps you keep that distance from your thoughts. It helps you notice your thoughts instead of being your thoughts.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware that I am aware. When I am aware, I have no problems because I am the pure awareness in which the thoughts arise. I’m not the thoughts that are the problems themselves.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

Stay devoted to this practice. Stay divinely determined to be awareness, to stay as you are, to reveal your natural state of bliss. You already are all the things you want. It’s only the thoughts covering up your natural state that makes you suffer.

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and really investigate. Do it for real right now. “Am I aware?”

Am I aware? Do I exist? Do I know what’s going on? Yes, I am aware.

When you are focused on awareness itself, there’s no more room left for attention on thinking. The suffering dissipates. You’re free.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Rest here in the background of experience. It’s the awareness that makes up everything. And when you rest your attention on the background, life takes care of the rest. Your problems are solved. Life works it out magickally.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Even if you don’t immediately feel relief or miracles or manifestations, stay with this practice for a few minutes at a time and you will notice tangible results very quickly. This tree bears immediate fruit.

Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

This is the immediate fruit. The flow is here. It’s revealed.

Make Your Whole Life Easy (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and slow down.

Slow your body down. Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and stay with this question today.

Yes, I am aware. When you ask yourself this, you’re bringing your attention into the present moment. It’s a technique to achieve presence, to reveal presence. Because you already exist. You don’t have to do anything to be present. But the thoughts, they come. And they overwhelm. And they cover. And they cloud. When you ask, “Am I aware?” you cut right through those clouds. You cut right through to the awareness of the thoughts.

Asking, “Am I aware?” is just a way to get space from the thoughts. So you can see they’re not you. They’re just passing objects. You are the awareness which holds everything.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and wake up in the dream.

Yes, I am aware. Stay there. Stay aware that you are aware. And that’s all you have to do to feel bliss, joy, love, peace. It’s all waiting for you. It’s all already here.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and calm down into that answer.

Relax into that answer. Yes, I am aware. Any time you have contrast, any time you catch yourself thinking, ask, “Am I aware?” And immediately you get space, distance, and perspective on those thoughts. And you see they’re not true. They’re not you. They’re just objects. You can let them go like anything else.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel the relief that comes when you really look.

When you really look, that’s your attention dropping the thoughts and resting on its source—god, presence, pure awareness, divine energy, infinite intelligence. When you ask, “Am I aware?” you immediately settle in to infinite intelligence.

Breathe in and ask again, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and keep practicing this motion that’s not a motion.

This path that’s not a path. There is no work, no distance, no effort required because you are already aware. It’s just that the thoughts cover it up. And when you purposely ask, “Am I aware?” and you stay in that knowing, “Yes, I am aware.” The thoughts can’t touch you. Contrast doesn’t harm you. You’re stable, serene, no matter what happens.

Breathe in and remember this is how you become one with god. Breathe out and become one with god right now and then your whole life is easy.

It doesn’t matter what happens because you’re one with god. Nothing is better than that. Nothing is easier than that. Nothing is more loving than that.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Let yourself fall, trip, stumble into this rabbit hole of pure awareness. Let yourself sink your attention. Your attention is constantly reaching out towards thought, past, present, future. What’s going to happen? What if this? I’m judging this. They’re all just thoughts and you can drop them right now and stay as you are, pure awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware that I am aware. I am practicing the presence of god and I am now in the flow.

Life Will Solve Your Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and slow down.

Let yourself relax into this moment. This is the best day of your life. Let yourself surrender your thoughts that trouble you and enter the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s really not serious.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Every single thing that happens is happening in your favor, for you.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and shift your energy completely with thank you.

Thank you, thank you. Feel yourself getting more enthusiastic. Feel yourself lightening up. Life isn’t serious. We’re just here for fun. It’s just a dream. Only your thoughts make you suffer. Only your thoughts are pulling you out of the present moment.

Breathe in and get some space from your thoughts.
Breathe out and decide to be brave today.

Brave enough to step away from the thoughts. You can do this. It is safe to drop the thoughts. You don’t have to stop thinking. You don’t have to force different thoughts.
You just have to let them go. Pick up your attention from the thoughts and place it on pure awareness and you do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

When you do this, you relieve the mind of its activity. You relax and ground yourself into the moment by noticing, “Yes, I am aware that I am aware.” You notice that you are the thing that makes up all things, pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax.

Shifting your attention from your thoughts to awareness can seem abstract to the mind and it can be hard to let go. But when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Imagine that normally your attention is a camera hyper-focused on the thoughts, on the experiences, on physical things,
comings and goings, objects.

But when you ask, “Am I aware?” You zoom out the camera to a wide-angle shot, a 360-degree panorama that contains everything within your perception. This relaxing of your attention from the hyper-focus on thoughts to the broad background of awareness, relaxes your mind, relaxes your body, and merges you into the oneness that you already are.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax your attention from your thoughts, zooming out, opening up, relaxing to contain all of the awareness that makes up the background of everything.

Rest your attention on this background of everything. That’s god, that’s who you really are, that’s presence.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax your attention onto awareness.

Yes, I am aware. You can just rest here, relaxing, trusting life to take care of life. This is what requires bravery or courage, the ability to shift your attention from the foreground to the background.

Breathe in and shift your attention from the foreground to the background.
Breathe out and relax.

Life will solve your problems if you can release your attention to the problems. Place it on the pure awareness that makes up all that is, the background of all experience, and you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

The Greatest Secret (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Allow yourself to slow down, to get some space from your mind to remember who you really are: pure awareness.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and feel better already.

You’ve already taken the step to have a great day, to feel the flow, to live in alignment with who you really are. Today I have some exciting news for you. Did you know the lady who wrote the book The Secret, Rhonda Byrne, has written another book called, I think, it’s The Greatest Secret. Her book, the original one, was about law of attraction. But now the new one is about awareness and non-duality, and all of the topics that I talk about in these meditations. And her one technique for living in bliss is asking, am I aware? —that she directly got from Rupert Spira.

So I just wanted to let you know that the lady who wrote The Secret, who made that major movie The Secret, all about law of attraction, who changed the world with that movie—her next book is about the power of awareness and how to live in bliss by simply asking, am I aware?

Breathe in and see how easy it can be.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

If Rhonda Byrne also uses “am I aware?” as her presence
practice to live a life of bliss, then I think we’re on the right
track. We’re doing something right.

Breathe in and see how you’re already on the right track today.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Remember the power of this question. All you have to do to live in bliss is stop putting your attention on the thoughts and put your attention on the background of all experience, pure awareness. And you do that by asking, am I aware? When you ask this question the attention and energy leaves the torturous thoughts and returns to its source: pure awareness. By doing this, recognizing that you are awareness, resting as awareness, staying as awareness, you rejoin all that is, you stop separating yourself with thought and you remember who you really are: happiness, peace, love, joy. You’re already doing it.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice: yes, I am aware.

This is the only technique you need to reconnect with all that is, to live a life of happiness, peace, and love. And to let the magick life live you. This is how you live magickally. This is how you live in synchronicity. You stop dwelling on the torturous thoughts and you rest your attention on awareness itself and then life lives you and all the magick happens through you and you don’t have to force anything or try.

Breathe in and live from the magick today.
Breathe out and step into your power.

It is your natural born right to rest as awareness and let life live you. Let life do the work. Your job is just to enjoy.

Thank You for Hurting My Feelings (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Everything that’s happening is happening in your favor. You can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and just say thank you, it’s in your favor.

All of the things you think are happening against you—decide to say thank you, and you’ll see they really were happening for you, not against you.

Breathe in and keep opening up.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Thank you for the anxiety. Thank you for the cold weather. Thank you for the short texts. Thank you for the thoughts that make me question people’s intentions. Thank you for the stress. Thank you for the feeling of being offended. Thank you for me getting my feelings hurt. Thank you for hurting my feelings. Thank you for hurting my feelings. Thank you for hurting my feelings. It’s making me see that I’m giving away my power. It’s making me see that I’m letting the world affect me. It’s helping me see that I am not stable as I am. I’m mixed with experience looking to the world for satisfaction. Thank you for showing me where I’m giving my power away.

Breathe in and notice where you’re giving your power away.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you for helping me see where I’m giving my power away. All of those things I think that are happening against me, that are affecting how I feel—that’s where I’m giving my power away. That’s where I’m giving my power away.

Breathe in and notice your patterns.
Breathe out and relax.

Stabilize as the awareness, the background that holds the patterns. You’re not the patterns, you’re just the awareness. Watching it all arise effortlessly.

Breathe in and say thank you for your patterns.
Breathe out and relax into this noticing.

All of the things you think are happening against you are the places where you’re wounded, the places where you’ve been hurt. The things you think that are happening against you are waking up old injuries, old trauma. Today, face those things. Face the things you think that are happening against you and say thank you for them and you will see how they’re in your favor because they’re showing you where you are hurt, where you are wounded and they’re allowing you to take your power back. They’re allowing you to step back into who you really are, pure awareness, God.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you to the contrast that made you focus, the contrast that made you suffer so much, feeling so hurt.

Say thank you to that hurt because it’s making you stronger. It’s making you recognize your true nature and where you see things happening against you, that’s where you’re giving your power away. So today, notice those things and take your power back by simply saying thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for showing me where I’m taking things personally. Thank you for showing me where my feelings are hurt because I’m letting them get hurt because I’m letting the world affect me. It doesn’t have to be like this.

Breathe in and stay as you are, pure awareness.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

You can flip the switch like that now. You’re on the right path, you’re doing everything right. Rest in your gratitude, in your awareness and you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you for hurting my feelings.
Breathe out and see how you can’t be hurt anymore.

It was just an illusion, thank you for showing me. Thank you, thank you.

Seeking Is Suffering (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax your body.

There’s no rush. It’s all unfolding perfectly. It’s safe to relax now and let those thoughts go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and smile because smiling will always change your vibration for the better.

Let yourself settle into this moment.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax.

Just relax. Just relax. Let those thoughts go. It always comes when you let go.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I know that everything that’s happening, even my choices, are happening in my favor.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and center yourself in this moment with thank you. Thank you. Slow down into this moment. Let thank you wake you up in the dream right here, right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you.

And if you aren’t quite there yet with thank you, just say yes to what is. Accept what is and then it will be free to change.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and have some patience with yourself.

Yes, I am beyond impatient today. Yes, I am so frustrated that I have to think about what other people want when I want one thing. Yes, I’m feeling very wanty, needy. Yes, I want things to go my way. Yes, I’m feeling frustrated because I feel like things are going to be in my way. Yes, I just want to do what I want to do. Yes, I’m mind-identified. I’m separate because I’m seeking for change.

Yes, I am seeking for something to change. Yes, I am seeking. Yes, I am seeking. I’m just seeking to go outside. Yes, I’m seeking to get in the sun. Yes, I’m seeking to have fun with my friends. Yes, I am seeking for something to change to make me feel better.

Breathe in and notice where you are seeking.
Breathe out and relax into the seeking.

Just accept it. Just admit it. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I want something. Yes, I want it so bad that I’m mad at everything in my way. Yes, I want something to change so I can feel better. Yes, I just want to get to this feeling and I know that when I’m seeking, I’m suffering and I have a choice to feel the way I want to feel, right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax.

Look at that answer. Yes, I am aware. I am aware that I am aware and when I am aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t agitated. I’m not worried. I’m not noticing lack, so I’m happy and I’m not separating myself, so I feel love. I’m one with all that is when I’m simply identified as pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax until the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

You want all these things to get the feeling of love or joy or relaxation but you can choose that feeling now by simply identifying as pure awareness, going back to your source. Nothing needs to change for you to feel love and that’s what it comes down to. You just want to feel love and that’s why you seek and seek and seek and seek for change so you can get that love. It’s all leading back to wanting love but you are the love. You’re the love. It’s already right here.

My separate self-mind says, “I want the love so bad though. I want it so bad.”

Breathe in and be the love you seek.
Breathe out and trust that it will work.

Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” and rest as that answer. “Yes, I am aware that I am aware.” I am aware that I am practicing the presence of God and that is all I need to feel love, to be connected. I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

No Thought, No Problem (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let your body relax.

Let yourself slow down. Calm down. Let yourself relax into this moment, where everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember you don’t have to give a fuck.

All problems are created with thought. If you’re not thinking, you have no problems. Today, remember to rest as pure awareness and then you won’t have any problems because your mind will be at peace. You won’t notice any lack and you will be one with all that is and you will feel love.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and really investigate, “Am I aware?”

Yes, I am. This question stops the mind from thinking. It brings your attention back into the present moment. It grounds you back into what is real—just right now. And it helps you turn your attention around to rest it on its source, pure awareness.

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you stop the thought process, you stop the worrying, if you genuinely investigate the answer.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Teach yourself to trust this question. Practice it whenever you are stressed, whenever you are worried, whenever you feel insecure or uncertain, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware I have no problems. If you’re thinking about a problem, you’re not present. You’re making the problem, as you think about it. As soon as you catch yourself worrying, wondering, wishing, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

You can feel your attention condensing, resting on itself. You can feel the difference between thinking and being. You can feel the difference between thinking and knowing.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” and you answer, “Yes, I am,” with full conviction, that is knowing, that is the feeling of knowing. If you rest in the feeling of knowing, everything in your life will be taken care of.
You will know this.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out, and really look, “Am I aware?”

“Am I aware right now?” “Yes, I am.” Ask yourself this over and over and over, waking yourself up in the dream all day, every day. Practice this feeling of knowing that you are aware. There is no worry, there is no uncertainty when you ask that question. “Am I aware?” “Yes, I know for a fact I am.”

Remember to investigate for real every time you ask, because if you just start it repeating in your mind as a mantra, it’s going to not be potent. It becomes a thought. You have to do the no-thought action of investigating. “Am I aware?” “Yes, I am.” And when I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathe in and know who you are.
Breathe out and rest in that knowing of who you are, where everything is perfect and in its place.

It’s all working out for you. You are now aware, and you are now in the flow.
