Let The Muddy Water Settle (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and smile because it’ll lighten your mood maybe just a little bit.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and get some space from your thoughts.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and feel the clouds of thought parting.
Breathe out and see your thoughts for what they are, just some passing clouds.

Life can seem so heavy when we don’t take the time to let the muddy water settle.

Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Today as you go about your day, let go of your thoughts, let the flow through you. Let this day be easy. Stop making it so hard for yourself.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

You don’t have to come up with some final mantra pivot thought that’s going to save your life, although I do love doing that. You can just relax for a couple of minutes. Take a break from the thinking. Let the dust settle. And you’ll get a breath. You’ll get an inkling that life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and just relax.
Breathe out and let yourself just be here right now.

Ask yourself, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” In this moment, I’m perfectly comfortable. I’m not in a rush. I’m warm enough. In this moment, nothing is wrong if I don’t think about it.

Breathe in and just be in this moment.
Breathe out and let this moment save you.

So often I try to think my way to the perfect thought, to the final thought that’s going to undo all the other thoughts and set me free. But the freedom is right here underneath all the worry and panic, fears, anxiety. The freedom’s already here.

Breathe in and relax into your freedom.
Breathe out and let go of all the worries and anxieties.

Let go of caring what other people are doing. Let go of caring about how it’s going to go because you just know how it’s going to go because you’ve been here before and you know what’s gonna happen already. Let go of that right now. Anything could happen.

Breathe in and remember anything could happen.
Breathe out and remember a miracle could happen.

You don’t know how it’s going to go. Just because you’re good at statistics or you have a good memory doesn’t mean you know what’s going to happen. Your mind wants to protect you from repeating mistakes or pain, but a miracle could happen at any moment. Things can change. Things can be light.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

Today my mind says it’s not enough. Awareness is not enough today. I have too many problems, too much stress, too much to worry about.

Breathing in, am I aware that I am aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

You don’t have to solve it with this question. Just get a break from the thoughts. Give yourself the grace to put the thoughts aside for just a moment. It’s enough to catch your breath.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Feel your attention come more into this moment. Come more into the peace of right now where there’s nothing wrong if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.

Even in the thick of it, when you’re worried and anxious, you know it’s not gonna go like that. Whatever you’re worried about, it’s not gonna go like that. The bad thing that happens, you won’t be expecting, so don’t worry, it’s not gonna go like that.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not gonna go like that.
Breathe out and just keep asking over and over, am I aware, am I aware, am I aware?

Whatever technique it takes to get a break from the worries today, try that. Give yourself a few minutes of space. And even if you can’t overcome your psychology forever, you can get a break, you can get a breath, and you can relax enough to let the miracles start flowing again.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware, and I know I can be in the flow, at least there’s that.

Stop Letting The World Affect You (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go. Let your suffering go.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and smile because it’ll help you feel better.
Breathe out and take your power back with thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Wherever you are, whatever your circumstances, decide to shift everything right now with thank you. All the things that that’ve piled up that you don’t like: Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes. I’m frustrated. Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I’m getting caught in old habits again. Yes, I feel like I’m moving backwards. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I am frustrated with myself and my external reality and I’m not taking responsibility and I’m feeling like the world is happening to me, not for me. Yes, I am giving my power away. Yes, I am giving my power away.

Breathe in and notice where you’re giving your power away.
Breathe out and decide to change that if you want to have power today.

If you want to have power today, take it back.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and feel better already.

You take your power back just by saying thank you and really feeling it. Thank you for the frustration. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the feeling of going backwards. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you for the piling up of negativity. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and enjoy your time today.

It’s not serious. You’re here for fun. What do you want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and let your contrast make you know what you want.

My contrast is that I feel trapped and I feel anxious and I feel like the world is stopping me from enjoying life. What is your contrast?

Breathe in and let the contrast create.
Breathe out and let the contrast make you know what you want.

I feel trapped so I want to feel free. I feel anxious so I want to feel calm and I feel like the world is stopping me from doing what I want. So I want to do what I want without the world stopping me.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and take it back right now.

Thank you for the feeling of being trapped. I know it’s in my favor because now I know I’m going to be free. Now I know I can notice the difference between trapped and freedom.

Breathe in and choose freedom.
Breathe out and take your power back.

You take your power back by not caring what happens, by saying thank you for all the stuff you don’t like and for not letting the world affect you.

Breathe in and stop letting the world affect you today.
Breathe out and surrender.

If the world is affecting you too much, remember that if you ask, “Am I aware?” and connect with the god that you are, if you remind yourself that you are awareness and you reunite with that awareness, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be because you don’t need anything outside of you to feel good. You can feel good no matter what your circumstances. You can enjoy being alive no matter what your circumstances.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

It’s just like tripping. It’s just like when you take a psychedelic and suddenly everything looks new. Everything is interesting. You’re curious about everything. You can have that right now by letting go of the thoughts and stabilizing as you are, pure awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

This is how you stop letting things affect you. This is how you stop needing things to change to feel good. You identify as pure awareness and you let go of seeking, of looking for something in the world to make you feel better. It’s not going to work. The only thing that can make you feel better is your own awareness of awareness because that’s god.

Breathe in and reunite with god right now.
Breathe out and be free.

You’re reunited with god right now. You don’t need anything to change. Are you aware?

Thank You For Your Bad Decisions (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and smile because smiling always helps you feel a little bit better.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say thank you for wherever you are, whatever it is.

Give thanks for where you are. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Feel the switch flipping right now.
Feel the optimism returning. Feel how when you genuinely say thank you, even if you have nothing to say thank you for, you start feeling better, you start feeling more optimistic, and you start feeling empowered.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you. Say it enthusiastically!

Even in the dead of winter, when you have no energy and you’re dreading what’s going to happen, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel that gratitude.
Breathe out and feel that enthusiasm. Thank you.

It might feel fake, but fake it till you make it. You might feel like you’re forcing it, but you are flipping the switch. You are changing the trajectory of your entire life with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

As you go about your day, whatever it is that happens, remember to say thank you, even and especially your own actions, your own behavior, your own choices, the things you want, the things you decide to do that maybe you don’t even like, you can still say thank you and trust even your actions that you don’t like are in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you for all that is.
Breathe out and notice how it’s all happening in your favor.

Even when you’re craving something and you give in to your craving, thank you. I know giving in to this craving is in my favor. Thank you. Even when you start seeking outside of yourself for something to make you feel better, thank you. Thank you for the seeking behavior. Thank you for the desire to look for something outside of me to make me feel better. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and see your superpower.
Breathe out and notice how when you look at everything as happening in your favor, it really is.

This is how people in power play. Everything that happens, they use to their advantage. And you can do it too, starting right now, starting with your own actions. Whatever it is, giving in to a craving, not doing something you wish you had done, spending money you didn’t think you should spend. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. It’s so easy to trick the mind. And when you trick the mind, you trick the projection of your reality. You are in control. When you say thank you and feel it, no matter what it is, you start shifting your experience. You start receiving.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, even for your bad decisions.

Say thank you for your own bad decisions, because you don’t even know if they’re bad. You’re judging them because that’s what the mind does, but you don’t know. Even the bad decisions will end up working out for you. And the sooner you choose thank you, the sooner you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you for the bad decisions.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Light The Candle Of Awareness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” and feel it in your heart.

You’re the source of your experience. Right now, decide to be what you want to receive.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you,” and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and be what you want to receive.

Thank you, thank you. Be grateful right now, and the things you want will come. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep lightening up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and keep feeling that gratitude in your heart.

Life is not serious. You’re going to get through it, whatever it is. It will pass. But what do you do in the moments when you’re not quite at a manifestation, you’re not quite depressed, you just don’t really know what to do with yourself and you’re starting to reach for the drugs or the food or whatever it is, what do you do then?

Well you breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Today, light the candle of your awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

When you are aware that you are aware, you have no problems. When you ask the question, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look, you do a no-thought thing of turning your attention from the outside world back onto the source from where your attention came: awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Sometimes you can get an epiphany and you can understand, “Yeah, it’s all awareness, it’s all God, I’m awareness, I can identify as pure awareness, sure.” But the thoughts come back.
And for most of us, it’s a process to get to the point where we can go through life not affected by the ups and downs. The more you practice staying as you are, being awareness, being aware that you are aware, the easier it is to go through life without being rocked by the ups and downs. But how do you stay there?
How do you stay as awareness? How do you exist without the thoughts bothering you is basically the question.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and feel your awareness.

When you ask, “Am I aware?” the point is just to quiet the thoughts, to see that you are the awareness of the thoughts, to remember the thoughts are not true, they are not facts, they are just passing objects. You can choose to blow them up and make them a big deal or you can let them go and forget them and they never become a thing. But how do you stay in a place where the thoughts don’t affect you? How do you stay in a place where you can feel good without every little thing putting you in a bad mood?

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

When you are aware, you have no problems because you are not agitated, worrying. Your mind isn’t fixated on what’s missing, so you’re happy and your mind isn’t noticing the separation between you and other people, so you are love itself because love is the absence of separation.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and trust this question.

Trust that when you rest as awareness, the miracles come. The manifestations flock to you like moths to a flame and when you ask, “Am I aware?” the question, “Am I aware?” is like a lighter and it’s making a spark to create a flame to light the flame of your awareness and your body is like a candle. Your body is the candle, your awareness is the flame and when you ask, “Am I aware?” Your flame of awareness is lit, your candle is burning and you are holy, you are god, you are one with all that is. That’s the goal, to stay as the burning candle.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and be the burning candle of awareness.

Can you just sit there burning, burning the flame of your awareness instead of worrying, instead of wishing, instead of wanting something to change, instead of thinking you’d be happier if only you had this?

Breathe in and light the candle of awareness.
Breathe out and just sit there and burn the flame of your awareness.

Be a candle that is lit with awareness. That’s all you need to manifest everything you want. That’s all you need to feel good and not be affected by reality. That’s all you need to get through life, not affected by the ups and downs, just witness to the beauty and perfection that is right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and burn as the candle of awareness right now.

Yes, I am aware. I am burning with the light from within and I am now in the flow.

Stop Caring What Happens (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and don’t care what happens today.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t care what happens.”

You have two choices in life: either you care what happens or you don’t care what happens. It’s going to happen either way, but your suffering comes from caring what happens or what happened.

Breathe in and say, “I don’t care what happens.”
Breathe out and notice all the places where you do care what happens.

That’s where you suffer. Those are your pain points. That’s your work.

Breathing in, “I don’t care what happens.”
Breathing out, “I don’t care what happens.”

This doesn’t mean that you don’t care about your quality of life. It doesn’t mean that you don’t care about how you feel. It just means detached from outcome. Care about what’s happening right now. The rest will work itself out.

Breathe in and stop suffering your thoughts.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t care what happens.”

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”

When I first started making these videos, I would say, “Breathe in and say I love myself. Breathe out and say I don’t give a fuck.”

Those two principles are still so true. The love part is the awareness, the letting go of separation, the acknowledgement that it’s all one god and you are that too. And the “I don’t give a fuck” part, that’s the stopping suffering your thoughts. When you care, you suffer. When you care, you push it away.

Breathe in and say, “I love myself.”
Breathe out and don’t care what happens. I don’t give a fuck.

The only thoughts you really need are, “Am I aware?” and “Thank you.” I love myself is equal to “Am I aware?” and “thank you” and “I don’t give a fuck.”

When you say, “Thank you,” it’s because you know things are happening in your favor and you’re not going to judge them right now. You don’t give a fuck what happens past or future. And when you say, “Am I aware?” You’re giving yourself love. You’re becoming love. You’re letting go of the thoughts. It’s all about letting go of the thoughts that make you suffer. Whatever technique you use, “I love myself. I don’t give a fuck. Am I aware? Thank you.” They all try to get to the same root. Letting go of the thoughts, becoming the awareness of the thoughts.

Breathe in and stop suffering your thoughts today.
Breathe out and feel so free.

Love is the answer and the way to get there is to stop caring. Love solves everything and only your thoughts make you feel bad. Choose to be the awareness holding the thoughts. Choose to stop suffering the thoughts about caring about the past and the future.

Breathing in, “I love myself.”
Breathing out, “I don’t give a fuck.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

These are all getting to the same root. Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I love myself. Thank you. I don’t care what happens because I know it’s all in my favor.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And now I don’t have to give a fuck. Thank you.”

Follow Your Bliss (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you for the way things are.

It’s all unfolding perfectly in your favor.

Breathe in and smile. It’s happening in your favor.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Everything that’s happening is happening for you, not to you. And it’s safe to say thank you for the timing, for the people, for the places, for the circumstances.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you for the missed communications. Thank you for the blowout arguments. Thank you for the fights that make me see myself more clearly. Thank you for the revelations. Thank you for helping me see all I’m projecting onto other people. Thank you for the timing. Thank you for the things that I wish could be handled right now, but aren’t. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and smile. It’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Just remember to follow your bliss. In every moment you have a choice. First of all, do you want to feel good or do you want to be right? And if you’d rather feel good, let go of the arguments. Let go of the fighting. And if you want to be right, it’s safe to say you’re ego-identified, firm in your sense of being a separate self. But sometimes that’s the way things go. It’s all in your favor. We’re all just walking each other home to our deaths. We’re all going to die. It’s so much less serious than the mind thinks.

Breathe in and just remember you’re dreaming.
Breathe out and try to lighten up today.

It all feels so serious. And to the mind it is so serious because it’s life or death. But the thing is, it’s death. The answer is always death. You’re going to die. They’re going to die. We’re all going to die. How do you want to spend your time before you die?

Breathe in and follow your bliss.
Breathe out and enjoy this life while you have it.

You’re going to miss it when it’s gone. What can you do to enjoy today, to enjoy this moment, to enjoy your life?

Breathe in and stop taking it so seriously.
Breathe out and follow your bliss in every moment.

In this moment you have a choice. What feels good? What feels fun? What’s calling you? What would make you feel better?

Breathe in and follow your bliss.
Breathe out and follow your bliss.

It doesn’t matter what your bliss is. Drugs or alcohol, fucked up relationships, sobriety, meditation. It doesn’t matter. You’re going to die. It just matters how you feel right now. Are you enjoying being alive or not? And if not, what’s going to make you feel better? Go do that.

Breathe in and be grateful for this time you have.
Breathe out and use your magick of thank you.

No matter what it is you want, no matter what it is you’re craving, no matter how fucked up you are or other people are or your behaviors—none of it matters because we’re all going to die. It’s not serious. It’s temporary. It’d be serious if it were permanent and these choices were permanent, but they’re not. You’re going to die. You’re going to be a skeleton in the ground.

Breathe in and think about your death now.
Breathe out and think about all you want to live before that time comes.

What do you want today? What do you want right now? What’s going to make you feel good today? Go towards that. Go to what feels good now. And if there are things you don’t want to do that you feel obligated to do, if that’s your bliss, go do it. And if not, fuck it.

Breathe in and stop taking it so seriously.
Breathe out and just have fun with your life because it just doesn’t matter.

You’re going to die and so is everyone else. And so when you want to control everyone else, what they’re doing, make sure they’re healthy, make sure they’re perfect—that doesn’t matter either. They’re going to die sooner or later and it’s all in perfect timing. All you can do is say thank you and trust it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and follow your bliss today.
Breathe out and say thank you for the bliss today.

Thank you. Thank you for this time. Thank you for this life. Thank you for this moment. Thank you for the presence to see life already is the way I want it to be.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and genuinely look: What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? Nothing.

Breathe in and see how only your thoughts make you feel bad.
Breathe out and notice how all problems are in the mind.

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and relax your arms, relax your legs, relax your shoulders.

You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because life isn’t serious.

This is the right place and this is the right time. You can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and notice everything happening against you.
Breathe out and say thank you for everything happening against you.

As you go about your day, when you notice yourself resisting, fighting against, being annoyed, remind yourself to say thank you. It really is in your favor, whatever it is, and the sooner you feel that gratitude, the sooner you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

The more mad you get, the more you can trust it’s in your favor. The more you fight against what happens, the more you can really know it’s something good for you. The more activated your emotions are when something happens, that means there’s a lot of strength in the flow. That means if you feel really mad, you can feel equally as good if you can just flip the switch with thank you.

Breathe in and flip the switch.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it right now.

Thank you. Thank you for the inconveniences. Thank you for the disappointments. Thank you for the push and pull of wanting to do something but not having the energy. Thank you. Breathe in and feel optimistic.
Breathe out and feel in control.

This is your control. You don’t have to control what other people do. You don’t have to control what you do. You can only control your perspective. And you can switch your perspective right now with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Now, as you go about your day, there will be plenty of times when you’re not fighting something and you’re not celebrating something. You’re just going through the motions of your day. Checking boxes, doing whatever it is you do in your daily routine. Instead of letting your mind wander, instead of letting your vibration dip due to the worrying creeping back in, remind yourself to ask yourself over and over, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and ask, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?
Breathe out and really look.

When you’re in the moment of something you’re struggling with, something painful, for example, lifting weights, exercising—ask yourself, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? And you’ll see the body may feel pain, but it’s the thoughts that make something wrong. It’s the thoughts that fight what’s happening. It’s the thoughts that sap your energy. In the middle of a workout, if you can say what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? and see how there’s nothing wrong, you will be so much stronger. Things will go more smoothly. You will flow.

Breathe in and see how there’s nothing wrong with right now.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Life loves you. Life wants you to thrive. You’re doing everything right and you’re in the right place at the right time. Just get out of your own way with thank you and by genuinely inquiring, what is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? Nothing.

Anger Is Your Cue (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and smile because it’s really not serious.

This is the best day of your life. This is the best moment of your life. Right now, how you feel is dictating what happens in the future.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Today, I’m going to give you two examples of how thank you can really turn your life around before you know why.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it in your heart.
Breathe out and say thank you to all those things you think are happening against you.

Every time something happens that you resist, that you don’t like, that you think, “Why is god doing this to me?” Remember to say thank you because it truly is in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really trust it.

Several weeks ago, my wife was ordering some perfume and she had a coupon code to get it for free. So she hits order and it’s supposed to be free.
But then something got thrown in her cart that cost $270. This company would not give her a refund. They said, “You just have to accept the package when it comes and then you can return it if you want your money back.” She was mad, really, really mad. She got so mad and she fought with the company and fought with the company and went through everything she could to try to get her money back, but it didn’t work. Now, several weeks later, she ended up getting another coupon code, got to get another bottle of perfume, and then on top of that, there was a glitch and she got another coupon code for another bottle of perfume, both costing $270. In conclusion, she got three bottles of perfume for the price of two and she was really happy it worked out like this because she never would have done this for herself.

Breathe in and don’t get so mad at the mistakes online.
Breathe out and see how even little shopping mishaps are in your favor.

In the moment that you get so mad, that’s your cue to say thank you. Thank you. It’s happening in my favor. I don’t know why, I don’t know how, I don’t know when, but this thing that’s making me so angry, that’s how I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you to the thing you think is happening against you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really trust it.

The more angry you get, the more it’s in your favor. The other example that just happened was, Maybelline discontinued my favorite liquid eyeliner
and I was really mad because I hate shopping for makeup and I didn’t want to find a new one, but I trusted it was in my favor. I went to the store and I found a new eyeliner and I like it better and now I’m not so mad. It was in my favor. And then I found this other thing of makeup that I liked and even when something happens that’s inconvenient, that pisses you off, it is a gift. Every time you get angry at something happening against you, try saying thank you and you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Then as you go about your life, you never have to get so mad. You just train yourself to trust that every time something pisses you off, it’s actually a good thing happening in your favor. The anger is your cue to say thank you. The anger is the indicator that it’s a gift.

Breathe in and welcome the anger.
Breathe out and welcome all the little snafus and mistakes, all the little things that make you mad because they’re actually in your favor.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Really feel it. This is your superpower. You don’t ever have to be mad again. You can say thank you and enjoy the gift you’re being given.

You’ll Never Figure It Out (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and come to your senses right now.

Come into your body, come into your senses. Come into this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Open yourself up to receiving a good day. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and relax into the flow.
Breathe out and smile because smiling always helps you feel better.

You don’t have to think about it. You will never solve it with thought.

Breathe in and slow down into right now.
Breathe out and smile because you will feel better if you do.

You are never going to figure it out with your thoughts. No matter what you are thinking about, ruminating about, worrying about, wishing about, you are not going to figure it out.

Breathe in and ask, what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?
Breathe out and see the answer so clearly: there’s nothing wrong with right now if I don’t think about it.

You’re in the right place at the right time. All of everything, led up to right now. You are so lucky to be here, getting to enjoy this physical moment.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

What is wrong with right now if I don’t think about it? Nothing. That’s the point of the question, “Am I aware?” It’s to stop focusing on the thoughts and the worries and to bring your attention onto the source of attention, awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I feel peace. I’m not noticing lack, so I feel happy. And I’m not noticing separation from those I love. So I am love itself.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

This question is your source, this question is your supply. If you can keep your attention on this question and the resulting answer, you will see life already is the way you want it to be. You will have no problems. You will feel better in your body. If you can get a break from the thinking.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

Breathe in and really look, “Am I aware of awareness?”
Breathe out and wake up in the dream, “Yes, I am aware of awareness.”

To the mind, this question is abstract. Sometimes it can make you think more than it means to. If you get caught up thinking about the meaning of this question, just ask yourself, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” That’s the point of “Am I aware?” It’s to prove to you that there’s nothing wrong if you’re not thinking. All problems come from the mind. They’re your creation. You make your own problems.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and feel it so clearly in your body.

There is nothing wrong with right now. There is nothing wrong if I don’t think about it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and see life already is the way you want it to be.

There’s nothing wrong with right now.

See Through The Illusion Of The Separate Self (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences, surrender your control.

It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and smile because it’ll help you feel better.
Breathe out and take your power back right now.

You’re the creator. You’re the source of your experience. Start acting like it.

Breathe in and remember you’re the magician.
Breathe out and step into your magick again.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and have fun today.

Be magickal today. It’s all happening in your favor. You can trust the process of life. You can trust in your own power.

Breathe in and get rid of the separate self once and for all.
Breathe out and relax into the oneness that this is.

As you go about your day, notice how often you feel like a separate self, like you are separate from god, separate from other people, separate from things, and therefore vulnerable to harm.

Breathe in and notice where you feel separate.
Breathe out and notice where you feel vulnerable to harm.

Every time you notice yourself feeling vulnerable to harm, that is your clue, your indicator, that you are being a separate self, that you are under the illusion that you are separate from god.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and see through the illusion of the separate self.

If you feel vulnerable to harm, you are acting as a separate self.

Breathe in and notice how the separate self is an illusion.
Breathe out and notice right now: where in your life do you feel vulnerable to harm?

Who do you feel vulnerable in front of? What are you afraid to lose?

Breathe in and notice all the places you feel vulnerable.
Breathe out and let your vulnerabilities be your strength because the second you see where you are vulnerable, you can see that’s where you can take your power back.

That’s an opening for you to be stronger. That’s the opening for you to know god because the only thing ever missing is god.

Breathe in and see through the illusion of the separate self.
Breathe out and notice the vulnerabilities.

Every time you feel threatened or attacked, that’s where you are being separate. That’s where you feel like you are separate from god, from love, from all that is. But it’s an illusion, because this is all one awareness. You are the same awareness. It’s all the same fabric, the same material. You’re just a localization of awareness. It’s like—imagine those things, it’s like a child’s toy and it’s filled with all those pins and you can put your hand on it and it makes the shape of your hand—I don’t know what it’s called but you press your hand through all the pins and then you can see the outline of your hand and the pins. It’s like a little box.

You are god pushing through the little pins and sometimes you identify as the little pins. You think you’re the little box that’s the little pins but you’re the god pushing through showing the shape in the little pins. That’s all everything is. All of this reality is the little pins and you’re pushing through it as god making the shapes but never forget you’re the god making the shapes. You’re not the shape that is made.

Breathe in and stop seeing yourself as separate.
Breathe out and notice where you’re god pushing through the little pins.

You’re not the little pins.

Breathe in and feel free. You’re not the little pins.
Breathe out and remember you’re the one, the wholeness, the god, the love that is everything, the awareness.

You’re the awareness of the little pins, not the little pins. The little pins are just for fun. You just do it for the novelty, for the enjoyment, for the pleasure, for the thrill. That’s what physical reality life is about, the thrill.

Breathe in and live for the thrill today.
Breathe out and see through the illusion of the separate self.

When you feel vulnerable, remind yourself: I’m just being the separate self right now and that’s an illusion.

Breathe in and ask, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?”
Breathe out and notice: there’s nothing wrong with right now because it’s all god. It’s all one. It’s all you and now you can see through it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And I am now free of the illusion of the separate self.
