Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and decide to have fun today because life is not serious.

None of this is permanent. You can simply enjoy it the way it is.

Breathe in and lighten up.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Take back the upper hand right now. Greet everything that happens in your day with enthusiasm, with yes, thank you! Something canceled? Yes, thank you. Something you don’t want to do for work? Yes, thank you. Lose some money? Yes, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and see how it’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and let it be easy today.

Stop trying to control everything. Just say yes to how it is. How it is is how god wants it because that’s how it is. Otherwise it would be a different way.

Breathe in and become one with god right now. Breathe out and say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Let go of your separate self. Let go of your selfish need to control, to try to get something that your mind is telling you you need when you know the truth. The only thing missing is god. Nothing in the world is ever going to fill you up. You can only be full right now by stabilizing as you are, practicing the presence of god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am.

Whatever trick or technique it takes today to get you into the present moment, use it diligently whether it’s saying yes, thank you, who am I? Am I aware? Thank you god for replacing me with you—Whatever is hitting for you today, stick with that. Devote yourself to that. Devote yourself to practicing the presence of god.

Breathe in and be the presence of god.
Breathe out and be so attractive and magnetic today because you are the presence of god and who doesn’t want to be around that?

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you. Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Breathe in and say yes to this moment.
Breathe out and feel so enthusiastic for your day.

It’s not serious. You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re practicing the presence of god and now all the miracles are revealed.

All you have to do is become it to see it. And when you imagine getting what you want just for a second and then you let it go, it’s so easy for it to come to you.

Breathe in and practice feeling the way you want to feel.

You are the creator, you are the source, you are the magnet drawing everything to you. Today decide to become it and then you’ll see it.

Breathe in and be a magnet for what you want.
Breathe out and really picture yourself pulling what you want to you.

You don’t have to chase it. Just let it come to you. You’ve practiced the feeling. Trust.

Breathe in and trust the magick of life today.
Breathe out and say yes to all that is.

As you go about your day, when things happen that you resist, just say yes and really feel that enthusiasm. Yes, this thing I don’t want is happening. Yes, I feel a way I don’t want to feel. Yes.

Breathe in and be enthusiastic about all that is.
Breathe out and know this is your power.

After you’ve imagined what you want and practiced the feeling, magnetized yourself, as you go about your day, just keep saying yes to every single little thing. Every inconvenience. Every distraction. Everything that rubs you the wrong way. Yes. Yes. Get excited about the things you don’t like or don’t want. Yes. This thing I don’t want is happening. Yes. It’s the way I don’t want it to be. Yes.

Breathe in and stop resisting everything.
Breathe out and welcome everything.

You have practiced feeling the way you want to feel. When you start accepting everything that happens, it pulls what you want to you. It lets the universe give it to you in a way you would never expect.

Breathe in and get ready to pull what you want towards you.
Breathe out and pull what you want towards you with yes.

Anything you’re resisting, yes. Celebrate every little detail of your life with yes.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and use it as a magick trick today.

You’re not just saying yes to release your resistance and feel better. When you say yes, you demonstrate that you trust life. You show yourself that it’s all going to work out in your favor, that no matter what choice you make, it’s the right one.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Whatever you are dealt today, say yes enthusiastically. That will give you the upper hand. It will make your life so much easier because you won’t be suffering resistance. And then that thing that you want will come to you in the path of least resistance because there’s no resistance. It’ll come right to you. It’ll slip right into your life.

Breathe in and say yes to everything today.
Breathe out and have the best day of your life.

You don’t have to suffer your resistance anymore and you get to get what you want.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe out and smile because life is not serious, and smiling always helps you feel a little better.

It just doesn’t matter. This is just a dream. Just a way to pass eternity.

What If It Did Work Out? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let the worries go.

Even if you feel like you’re accomplishing something by running the scenario over and over in your head, even if you think that if you worry about it, you’ll uncover something that you forgot—all of it is for naught.

Breathe in and let the worries go.
Breathe out and remember your power.

You can stand up to your thoughts, even if it’s just a low level of worry, of anxiety, like, “What if this happens on this day? What am I going to do if this happens?” If you are stuck in what ifs or I wonder what, stand up to your thoughts before you make a problem for yourself.

Breathe in and catch it now.
Breathe out and let the worries go before they become a problem.

As you go about your day, just remember, “Thank you. I know it’s in my favor, even if I make a mistake, thank you. Even if I forget something, thank you. Even if there’s a problem I didn’t foresee, thank you.”

Breathe in and remember your power.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are the creator,
you are the source of your experience, and if you want to see it, you have to be it.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts with “Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

Those things that are coming up in the future that you’re uneasy about, “Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.” The medical situations that you’re dreading, “Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.” Even if it’s hard to believe right now, even if there’s no way you can believe that it’s in your favor, you can still practice the feeling and maybe catch a glimmer of, “What if it did work out? What if it was in my favor?”

Breathing in, “Thank you.”
Breathing out, “Thank you.”

You can turn the boat anytime with “Thank you.” Even if the worries are overwhelming, “Thank you, thank you.”

Remember your power. Remember you are the source. If you’re sitting around worrying, that’s what you’re projecting. You’ll see it reflected. But if you relax into gratitude, that’s what you will see reflected.

Breathing in, “Thank you.”
Breathing out, “Thank you, thank you.”

Even if it’s hard to do, turn the boat now and you will be rewarded with miracles, synchronicities, and things working out better than you ever could have imagined.

Even The Problems Are God (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Remember, it’s all happening in your favor, even when you’re tired, even when you’re hungry, even when you’re mad. It’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m distracted. Yes, I’m tired. Yes, I’m overwhelmed by planning and trying to control what happens. Yes, I just want to go outside and play in the yard. Yes, I’m worried about what’s happening to someone else.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and just notice what is.

Even the problems are god. Even the problems are on your side, helping you. It can be uncomfortable in the moment, but when the moment passes, it will have been so worth it.

Breathe in and don’t give a fuck about being uncomfortable.
Breathe out and get curious about being uncomfortable.

Who are you who’s uncomfortable? Who am I who is tired?

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and really look, “Who am I who is suffering?”

Breathe in and have some compassion for yourself.
Breathe out and slow down.

You are god. You are pure awareness. You are infinite. You are never born and you’ll never die. But you are in this body. You are in this temporary vessel. You do experience pain and suffering and heartbreak. But it’s all for the joy of the good parts. So you will suffer. You will have the bad parts because you can’t have the good without the bad.
That’s why we came here. But have some compassion for yourself and for everyone else. It’s not easy being in this body. It’s not easy having a death sentence. It’s not easy experiencing pain. It’s not easy experiencing sadness. But it is worth it. Just be easy on yourself.

Breathe in and give yourself some grace today.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself today.

You do so much. You help so many people. You are so kind and so good, so generous.

Breathe in and be in love with yourself today.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself today.

If you’re ever suffering, just ask yourself, “Who am I who is suffering?” Let yourself see yourself as a baby animal, as a little child. That’s where the suffering comes from, conditioning left over from childhood. Be kind to the little child in you that didn’t get everything they wanted, that wasn’t treated how they were supposed to be. You still persevered. You’re still here. And you are still perfect, just as you are.

Breathe in and slow down. There’s no rush.
Breathe out and just say thank you.

It’s going to work out for you. It’s happening in your favor. In the meantime, relax and just notice you deserve love and compassion, like everyone else in your life.

Breathe in and be kind to yourself.
Breathe out and ask, “Who am I who needs kindness?”

We’re all just looking for love. So today, give as much love as you can when you are attending to something, giving it your attention. Say, “I love and accept you exactly the way you are,” and mean it, including to the mirror.

Remember today the only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and remind yourself over and over today.

The only thing missing is god. When you say that to yourself, realize all of this is god. There is nothing missing.

Breathe in and be in the right place at the right time. Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that you are an expression of god and that it’s all unfolding perfectly and you don’t have to get in the way.

Breathe in and know the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and really contemplate what that means for you.

Slow down. Let yourself relax into the thought that the only thing missing is god. Let yourself be still and know the only thing ever missing is god. When you are seeking for change, remind yourself it’s not the change that’s missing. It’s not the health, the text, the money. The only thing missing is your awareness of god.

Breathe in and see how this moment is a miracle. Breathe out and let this moment be enough.

If you wake up in the dream and recognize god is right now, you will be so blown away by the sacredness of your life at this second that you won’t need that change that your mind thinks you need to be safe.

Breathe in and remember the safety is here right now.
Breathe out and recognize your presence is the only safety there is.

Your presence and the presence of god are exactly the same. Asking, am I aware? is one way to reveal the sacred presence of this moment.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am aware that the only thing missing is god and once I recognize that that’s the thing missing, not
whatever thing my mind wants instead—when I recognize that’s what’s missing I can instantly access the god of right now just by knowing it’s here.

Breathe in and instantly access god.
Breathe out and feel so confident in yourself.

You’re one with god. You don’t need anything to change. You don’t need any person, place or thing to change.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and smile because life is so easy when all you need to do is remember that this is god right here right now.

Breathe in and enjoy your day with god.
Breathe out and enjoy your day being god. It’s all happening in your favor and now there’s nothing missing.

Time For A New Version Of You (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your fucking power lies.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and let all of that distraction go.

It’s time for a new era. It’s time for a new version of you.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

The only love you’re going to find is in your own heart. The only lasting happiness is in your own heart. Today stop looking to the world for satisfaction and start finding it, revealing it in your own self.

Breathe in and be your own drug today.
Breathe out and be in love with your own presence.

Ask yourself over and over, “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and say, “Yes, I am.”

In the past, I’ve done this practice to get things. I’ve wanted to stabilize as pure awareness so that I can manifest the things I want in my physical life. But those things I manifested? They crumble, they go away, they don’t last. The only lasting happiness and love is in your own heart, in your own presence.

Breathe in and find comfort in your own presence.
Breathe out and let go of seeking comfort in the outside world.

There is no comfort outside of your own presence because it will go. If it’s comforting to you, it will leave and then you’ll be uncomfortable again. Everything goes, other than your own presence.

Breathe in and find the safety of your own presence.
Breathe out and relax into the safety and security and love of your own presence.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and ask, “Yes, I am aware.”

Cut through the bullshit of your thoughts. Cut through it with, “Am I aware?” And do this inquiry without expecting to get anything out of it. Do it without trying to manifest with it. Do it for the sake of doing it. Even if you get manifestations out of it, they’re going to leave. The only permanence is your own presence. Rest in your own presence.

Breathe in and say yes, to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome the disruptions and distractions. Welcome the things messing up your timing and your plans. Welcome the disappointment. Welcome the winds of change.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathe out, “Yes, I am.”

Stop looking to the world for your satisfaction. Stop looking to the world for your love. It’s going to disappoint you and if it doesn’t disappoint you, it will simply leave and that will disappoint you.

Breathe in and stop needing to manifest anything.
Breathe out and stop needing anything to change.

Relax into the safety of your own presence. Your presence is the only permanence. Your presence is the only true comfort. Your presence is god, that’s why. And god is love, however you want to put it. When you rest in your own presence, you are whole and in love and one with god.

Breathe in and see this reality for what it is, a dream.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

You can have fun. Consider this your permission slip to have fun because it’s not serious. But it’s also not permanent and nothing you get is permanent.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

Find the love in your own presence. Find the safety in your own presence. Find the relief in the connection and the love of your own presence.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart. Thank you. Thank you.

Allow yourself to step into your own fucking power today. Remember who you are. Be pure awareness and enjoy your life today.

Breathe in and welcome your blessings.
Breathe out and see how everything that’s happening is a blessing.

Say thank you to it and you can see the silver lining. Say thank you to it and you can see how it’s in your favor. Every little thing you think is happening against you is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and stop taking everything so seriously.

You don’t have to save anyone else. You don’t have to change yourself. All you can do is rest in the presence of god and let the miracles come to you.

Breathe in and let the miracles come to you today.
Breathe out and be a magnet for miracles.

You don’t have to try. You don’t have to strive. You don’t have to struggle to get what you want. All you need to do is feel whole and complete in this moment and then the things that you think will make you whole and complete come to you. The things that you want that you think are missing will be revealed to be already in your life when you relax and stop seeking for them.

Breathe in and stop the seeking today.
Breathe out and let the seeking go.

Nothing outside of you is gonna make you feel better. No drug, no food, no relationship, no circumstance, no event, no property. Not even changes in your own body are gonna make you feel better. You have to choose it and then you see the changes.

Breathe in and choose it right now.
Breathe out and feel confident in your ability to be the source of your reality.

It’s not even an ability. It’s what’s happening. You’re the source, period. You now have a choice what you want to project, what you want to receive back.

Breathe in and decide what you want.
Breathe out and acknowledge it right now.

I just want to be so in love with my own presence that I don’t care what happens in the outside world. I want to so thoroughly enjoy each moment that I am breathing in this body that it doesn’t matter what happens, that every moment is the same because I am blissfully in the presence of god.

Breathe in and be blissfully in the presence of god.
Breathe out and let that be your answer today.

What you want will come to you if you rest blissfully in the presence of god and that is your choice. That’s what’s up to you today. You don’t need to do any kind of spiritual trickery or spellcasting or martyrdom, sacrifice, suffering. You don’t need any of that to be blissfully in god’s presence. You choose it. And you choose it by using a technique such as asking, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” or you say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.” Or you chant something like, “Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.” You count.

The whole goal is to get a break from the thoughts. The thoughts are the only thing making you feel bad. The thoughts are the only thing separating you from god. That’s the free will that god gave you, thinking. And when you let the thoughts go or you transcend them and see them for what they are and you don’t let them affect you anymore, you’re in the presence of god. Today blissfully exists in the presence of god.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I am identified as the thing we all have in common. God is just awareness and when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you do the no-thought thing of becoming aware. Just do that and then you’re blissfully in the presence of god.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am blissfully in the presence of god and I don’t need anything else.”

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today.
Breathe out and get out of your own way.

Only the thoughts are making you feel bad.

Breathe in and get some distance from your thoughts.
Breathe out and surrender to this moment.

Let yourself be the still, alert presence.

Breathe in and accept this moment exactly as it is.
Breathe out and relax into this moment exactly as it is.

There’s nothing to resist. There’s nothing to change. If you can accept this moment just the way it is, as if you’ve chosen it yourself, you will feel peaceful, you will feel love, you will feel relaxed, and things you want will come to you because you’re not fighting and resisting and pushing things away by caring.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and just accept what is right now.

Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I’m craving. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I’m irritated. Yes, I’m wondering what someone else is doing. Yes, I am resisting what is.

Breathe in and acknowledge your resistance.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

The resistance is just thinking. The resistance is just resisting what is, thinking that some future moment will be better. But it’s always right now. It’s always this moment. It can’t be any better than this moment right here.

Breathe in and accept this moment as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and accept what is exactly as it is as if you had chosen it.

Let go of the resistance and you will no longer suffer.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and relax into the still, alert presence that you are.

Breathe in and stop indulging in thinking.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts.

Stand up to your thoughts right now. Step into your power. Remember who you are. You are god in human form. You are a powerful witch. You don’t have to take this abuse from the thoughts.

Breathe in and be the still, alert presence.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

It’s all unfolding perfectly in your favor. The sooner you let go, the sooner it will flow.

Breathe in and stop fighting what is.
Breathe out and say thank you to what is.

This is the reason saying thank you on repeat is so powerful because it helps you accept the moment as it is. It helps you acknowledge all the things you’re fighting about this moment. And instead you say thank you, I know it’s in my favor, even though you don’t know why yet. You know from life experience that everything that has ever happened to you has led up to right now. And in this moment you have no problems. What is wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Feel your innocence returning. Thank you. Thank you. It’s all happening in your favor, especially right now. Thank you. Thank you. Trust this feeling. Trust that god is on your side.

Breathe in and accept this moment as it is.
Breathe out and be so grateful for this moment as it is.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and get the one thing that’s missing from your life right now: the god.

Breathe in and know the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and realize for yourself the only thing ever missing is god.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and remember you have the god right here right now.

You access the god by asking, “Am I aware?” and joining the awareness you already are. Or you ask, “Who am I?” and you see you’re nothing but this. Or you say, “Thank you.” And you see how god’s right here helping you in this second, giving you what you want right now.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and know it for sure, for sure, for sure. The only thing ever missing is god.

When you want more money, you’re looking for the security of god. When you’re looking for love from other people, you’re looking for the love of god, unconditional love. When you want health, you’re looking for the safety of god. The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and get the god right now.
Breathe out and relax into the god that is right now.

You already have what you think is missing, the god. You think that there are physical reality things that you need to feel better, but I promise you the only thing that’s missing, that’s making you unhappy is god. And really the only thing blocking god is the thoughts.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and smile.

It can be easy. The only thing missing is god. The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and see the god right here.
Breathe out and relax into this moment because this is god right here, right now.

It’s not going to come in a different time. It’s not going to come in a different way. It’s already here. It’s this. This is it. This is the god. This is the thing that’s missing from your life. Awareness of right now.

Breathe in and keep remembering the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and remind yourself that all day the only thing missing is god.

The only thing missing is god. The only thing missing is god.

Breathe in and feel more complete already.
Breathe out and know you don’t need anything else to change.

You don’t need more money. You don’t need more health. You don’t need more love. You only need to recognize what you already are right here right now. This is it. This is the god.

Breathe in and see the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and recognize there’s nothing missing when you are aware.

When you remind yourself the only thing missing is god, it’s easy to remember it’s right here. It’s easy to get the thing you want.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

When you are aware that you are aware, you are aware of god. God is just awareness. This reality is just awareness.
It’s all just made of awareness. It’s not serious. Just let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and find the god right here right now.

Nothing needs to change. You don’t need to change. It’s right here. Let god take you. Let it be easy. Let yourself be free.
