Ride The Wave Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m wondering about the future. Yes, I feel uncertain.
Yes, I want to know what’s going to happen. Yes, I am worrying. Yes, I am wondering if I’m going to miss something.

Breathe in and welcome where you are.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and let it be easy today.
Breathe out and surrender to the flow of life.

We torture ourselves with thinking. But if you step back away from the thoughts, everything does itself. You don’t have to torture yourself deciding, pondering, worrying, stressing.

Breathe in and root down into consciousness.
Breathe out and root down into consciousness.

Think of yourself as a spine on a koosh ball or a wave on the ocean. Something that looks individual but is connected to the whole. You cannot separate the wave from the ocean. The wave is the ocean waving. You are consciousness waving. Today, root back down into consciousness. Follow your consciousness to its source.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

For me, thinking of myself as a cresting wave helps me see the bigger picture. If I think of my body, my localized point of view as the tip of a wave cresting in an ocean, I can feel the rest of the ocean surrounding me. I can feel that I am in the rest of the ocean. I can feel that I am the whole and that the crest of the wave is going to do whatever naturally comes to it. I don’t have to stress about what I’m doing. I don’t have to stress about making decisions. It’s all happening whether I think about it or not.

Breathe in and notice how you are like a cresting wave in the ocean.
Breathe out and feel how you are the rest of the ocean.

You are the ocean, the entirety, all of it. This metaphor applies to consciousness, to awareness. You are one expression of consciousness, but you are part of the whole. If you stay relaxing, resting as the whole, whatever your individual expression is doing doesn’t really matter. It’s just something to watch and enjoy, like a plant growing or water trickling down a driveway. You’re just an individual expression of consciousness, but you don’t have to try to control it. You can just enjoy it. Let go. Ride it.

Breathe in and ride the wave today.
Breathe out and let go of caring so much what the wave is doing.

It’s just something to look at briefly, to enjoy briefly. It’s going to go back and rejoin the ocean. Enjoy it while you have it.

Breathe in and let the stresses go.
Breathe out and see how you’re just the tip of the wave and everything else is the consciousness that you also are.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Use this question, this holy question, to trigger your memory into reminding yourself that you’re just the crest of the wave and you’re really the whole ocean. You’re really all of awareness. You’re really god. You don’t have to worry about the tiny details. You don’t have to worry about your decisions in the moment. They naturally come just like the wave makes its shape naturally without any deciding or choosing. You are expressing yourself in the same way and you don’t have to control it.

Breathe in and let go of all control today.
Breathe out and enjoy riding the wave that you are, writing the wave that you are.

Breathe in and just enjoy it.
Breathe out and let yourself relax into the oneness, the wholeness that you really are.

It’s not serious. It’s just for fun and now you’re in the flow.

Ask Yourself: Am I Aware? (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and smile because it helps you feel better.
Breathe out and smile because it feels good.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Trust the process of life. Trust that this is where you’re meant to be.

Breathe in and trust it’s all unfolding perfectly.
Breathe out and smile because it’s all unfolding perfectly.

You know this in your bones. You know this in your heart. It is all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that, “Yes, I am aware.”

Today, as you go about your day, remind yourself you are one with pure awareness. You are an extension of god. You’re like a wave in the ocean. You’re still part of the ocean. You’re just an individual expression of the ocean. Today, remind yourself of this. Remind yourself to connect back to the ocean. And the ocean in this case is pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice the answer, “Yes, I am aware.”

That’s how you connect to the ocean of consciousness, the ocean of awareness, the ocean of consciousness, the ocean of god that you already are.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am.”

Breathe in and connect with the ocean of awareness.
Breathe out and connect with the ocean of god right now.

Identify with that thing that you really are, god or pure awareness, instead of getting caught up in your thoughts, your individual expression, the chaos of the mind.

Breathe in and root back into the ocean.
Breathe out and keep your attention in the ocean.

You can’t stop yourself from being your individual self with your mind. You’ve been conditioned. You’re going to act the way you’re going to act. You’re going to have the thoughts that come naturally to you. What you can do deliberately to make yourself feel better and enjoy life more is keep your attention on the whole instead of the part. Keep your attention rooted down into the ocean of awareness instead of in your thoughts. That’s all it takes to connect with the magick of life.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Feel wherever it is in your body or in your intuition. Wherever you feel that ocean of awareness, keep your attention there. “Am I aware?” I can feel my source. I can feel the god or the awareness, the abstract nothing that I come from when I ask, “Am I aware?” And if I keep my attention there instead of in the worries, my life just flows.

Breathe in and let your life just flow today.
Breathe out and get out of the way.

Life is already folding, unfolding in the path of least resistance. Life is already doing the right thing and you are that life. You don’t have to think about it. You have to simply identify as pure awareness. Keep your attention on the whole and then you’ll always know you’ve got god acting through you.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am now in the flow of life.”

Breathe in and relax into the knowing.
Breathe out and be the knowing of life.

Shift Your Reality Immediately With Thank You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Remember you are the source of your experience. You must become it to see it. So when you say thank you, you’re becoming what you want to see.
You’re becoming the receiving state.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

You really don’t need any other thoughts in your mind other than thank you.

Breathe in and let the other thoughts go.
Breathe out and relax until the moment.

You don’t need any other thoughts. The thoughts that are there to help you will come on their own. There’s nothing you’re going to figure out or solve with thinking.
Thinking does not solve things. It just makes problems worse.

Breathe in and become a match to solutions.
Breathe out and let the problems go.

Nature always works it out. The big picture is always solved. You are the big picture.

Breathe in and let it be easy today.
Breathe out and say thank you for all of the gifts you’re receiving today.

Thank you for this breath. Thank you for the help. Thank you for the friends.

Breathe in and feel the thank you in your heart.
Breathe out and let thank you take care of you today.

Even if you’re criticizing yourself, beating yourself up, judging your actions, say thank you for them. Thank you for the bad habits. Thank you for the impulsive decisions. Thank you. Thank you for the fatigue. Thank you for the problems in my body. Thank you for the communication problems. Thank you.

Breathe in and let it all be in your favor.
Breathe out and smile because it already is all in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Any time you have a problem, if you’re sitting around thinking about it like, “Man, what am I going to do about that? How am I going to figure that out? What am I going to do?”, switch your vibration immediately with thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and shift your reality immediately with thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Over time, you build the confidence in yourself that everything really is in your favor. Everything that you think is happening against you is actually happening for you. And as you start to notice, each time you shift from worry to gratitude, you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. The problems do solve themselves. All of those things you used to worry about—they’re all solved. And you can get to that relaxed, receptive state right away before you make yourself sick with the worry.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Let it be in your favor. Whatever minuscule problems you have at this second that you’re thinking about, thank you. Thank you for the missed appointment. Thank you for the uncertainty about how my night’s going to go. Thank you for the continued choices that are not in my best interest. Thank you. Thank you for the fatigue. Thank you for the not replying to emails. Thank you for the carpet estimate not coming yet. Thank you. Thank you. What a relief. I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and be so relieved with thank you.
Breathe out and let thank you be your relief today.

You can trust it’s in your favor. You are part of nature and it’s all unfolding perfectly. Before you get wrapped up in the worries about your problems, about the uncertainty, face everything with thank you. And then things will work themselves out and you’ll already feel good. You’ll feel relieved because you already feel that gratitude. Show life that you trust it. Show god that you trust it. Be so free today. Be the person who walks on clouds because you have no worries. Because you know god and life have your back.

No matter what you’ve done, no matter what you’re doing, if you keep thank you on your mind and your heart, miracles will continue to flow to you.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and feel it in your heart right now.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

It’s not serious. There is no rush. You’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and keep opening up.
Breathe out and keep thank you in your mind and on your heart.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and be kind to yourself today.

Ultimately, none of it really matters. So instead of getting stressed out by your to-do list, allow yourself to focus on love and gratitude for what is, instead of rushing to try to change.

Breathe in and be in love with what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you for the time to do this. Thank you for the safe travel. Thank you for the miracles. Thank you for the friends. Thank you for the love and connection.

Breathe in and feel the love in your heart.
Breathe out and let go of all of the worries, the to-dos, the stresses.

None of it matters. Clear a space in your heart for thank you and let thank you make your miracles for you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. Whatever is happening, it is in your favor.
It’s a gift. Trust that where you are is exactly where you need to be. That you are no different from a plant blooming at a certain time. Everything comes at the right time. You do what you need to do at the exact right time.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust that you’ll do the right thing at the right time.

If you ever don’t know what to do, if you don’t know what your next step is, relax into thank you. You’ll feel better and the better-feeling impulse will come to you. The whole trick is to feel better and then you get better-feeling thoughts that lead you to where you want to be.

Breathe in and feel better already.
Breathe out and say thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. I feel better already. Trust in the power of your own heart, the power of your magnet, the power you have to create the reality you prefer.

Breathe in and set the tone for your day.
Breathe out and remember you’re the source.

You are what is making things happen. You are coloring your experience with your emotions and your thoughts, your perspective.

Today allow yourself to choose the perspective you prefer and let the miracles flow to you.

Let the activity slow down. Let yourself relax. There is no rush.

It always comes when you relax. There’s nothing you have to keep up with. That’s an illusion. If you find yourself racing to keep up with life, if you find yourself in a rush, just remember you’re the source. If you slow down, life will slow down, but you have to make the choice first.

Breathe in and make the choice to slow down.
Breathe out and relax. You can’t rush fruit ripening.

You’re the fruit. You cannot rush.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and stop looking to the waves to inform how you feel.

You are the source of the waves. You are the thing generating the circumstances of your experience. When you’re rushed, life feels rushed. When you’re relaxed, life is relaxed. You set the pace.

Breathe in and set the pace for your day.
Breathe out and believe in the miracles.

Anything could happen. Your mind will come up with excuses like, “I have to rush and finish this because there’s a deadline and people are waiting on me.” But if instead you take care of yourself, you slow down, you get the rest you need, miracles can happen. The deadline gets pushed or canceled altogether. Someone else does your work for you. Miracles will happen if you are brave enough to put yourself first.

Breathe in and put yourself first because you are first.
Breathe out and act like the source that you are.

You get back what you put out no matter what. Your energy is what your world will be like. If you are in a hurry, life will feel stressful. If you are relaxed, life will feel blissful.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and let yourself relax today.

There is nothing you have to keep up with. There is nothing you have to do, nowhere you have to go. Set the tone for your own day by relaxing first and then enjoying.

Choose Presence Over Thinking (transcript)

Breathe out and relax into your own presence.

Your presence is your superpower.

Breathe in and step into your superpower.
Breathe out and stop beating around the bush today.

There’s nothing you have to change about yourself. There’s nowhere you have to go. There’s nothing you have to think about to get what you want. All you have to do is practice your presence. You can call it the presence of god, but it’s you. You are the presence of god.

Breathe in and be the presence of god today.
Breathe out and be loved today.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I have no problems because my mind is not agitated. So I feel peace. I’m not focused on lack, so I feel happy. And I’m not separate from anyone or anything I love. So I feel in love.

Breathe in and feel in love today.
Breathe out and be in love today.

Be loved today. You don’t need it from anyone else. You don’t need love from anyone else to be in love, to feel that high, high, high feeling of being so in love. You don’t need a person.

Breathe in and be so in love with your own presence today.
Breathe out and do that by asking, “Am I aware?”

And then just be on the lookout for that love. This tree bears immediate fruit. It’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad. It’s only your thoughts that separate you from the feeling of love.

Breathe in and stop separating yourself.
Breathe out and surrender to whatever is.

The only thing you have control over is whether you’re practicing the presence of god or not. It’s the same thing as letting go, feeling grateful, being aware, asking, “Who am I?” Doing self-inquiry. However you want to look at it, choose presence over thinking today. And that is how you will have the best day of your life.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware. I am choosing my own presence over thinking today.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

You have to trust that this is a holy question. You have to trust that this will work for you. Otherwise your thoughts will keep creeping in and you’ll believe them over the knowing that comes with presence. But give it a chance. Give yourself a chance to experience this knowing just for a moment.

Breathe in and genuinely ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

“Am I aware?” got you into so many miracles. And if you’re having problems, it can keep the miracles coming. Asking, “Am I aware?” can solve any problem that you have today. You have to trust this holy question and drop the thoughts.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

Trust this holy question. Trust this holy question. Trust this holy question. It will save you. It will solve your problems. It will save your life today.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware and I am now in the flow.”

Breathe out and remember who the fuck you are today.

You are god in human form. Enjoy it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Yes, I’m annoyed. Yes, I’m stuck in my head thinking about worst case scenarios. Yes, I’m ready to blow it all up. Yes, I’m ready to walk away and forget my whole life. Yes, I am feeling overwhelmed. Yes, I am feeling hurt. Yes, I’m feeling rejected and abandoned. Yes, I am feeling lonely and regretful. Yes, I am feeling so many emotions that are unpleasant and uncomfortable. Yes.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

So much suffering comes from avoiding the things we feel or think, but if you just face them, then they’re free to pass along.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you for the pain in my body. Thank you for the emotional turmoil. Thank you for the uncertainty and the unknown. Thank you for me caring about what other people think. Thank you for me giving a fuck about other people. Thank you for feeling like I’ve done too much and given too much and I’m unappreciated. Thank you for the conditioning that I was raised with that makes me act like this now. Thank you. Thank you for the awareness.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you for the awareness.

There’s nothing you can do to change anything. All you can do is be aware. Anything you try to force is going to backfire.

Breathe in and just be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and drop your forcing.

Let yourself just enjoy this moment as it is.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let the swirl of thoughts go.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad and you may have some trapped thoughts in your body that made trapped emotions that make trapped pain and you can let that all go by facing it with yes.

Breathe in and face your darkness with yes.
Breathe out and welcome the darkness.

Yes I feel like a total failure. Yes I feel so pointless. Yes I feel so rejected. Yes I feel so worthless.

Breathe in and just accept where you are.
Breathe out and just acknowledge where you are.

Breathe in and embrace and accept it all.
Breathe out and surrender.

Just let god deal with it. Give your burdens to god and if you’re tired of me saying the word god just replace it with whatever you want—the universe, your higher power—god is just the easiest word to use.

Breathe in and let god replace you today.
Breathe out and say thank you god for replacing me with you.

If you’re at a loss, if you don’t know what to do, if you’re feeling pointless, if you don’t know how to handle your emotions, let god take you over and then you’ll know you’re doing everything right.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

You are innocent. You always do your best and you are just acting with love. The expression might get a little messed up sometimes but you are innocent and it’s all for love.

Breathe in and let god replace you today.
Breathe out and know it’s all going to work out because you’re letting god replace you and you don’t have to feel so fucking responsible anymore.

When I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I feel peace. I don’t notice lack, so I’m happy and I’m not separate from anything, so I feel love.

Whatever practice you need today to remember to be present, choose it, stick to it, devote yourself to it. You are devoting yourself to practicing the presence of god, the highest calling there is.

Breathe in and devote yourself to the presence of god.
Breathe out and be the presence of god.

The only thing ever missing is god. It’s not a relationship. It’s not money. It’s not health. It’s not entertainment. The only thing missing is god, and you can get the god right now by asking, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

Trust this question, this sacred question, this holy question. There’s nothing religious about this. You are simply relaxing into who you already are. You already are god. There is nothing missing. It’s just your awareness of awareness that’s ever missing.

Breathe in and be aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and notice you’re aware.

You can’t stop it. You’re already doing it. You already are the presence of god, and when you ask, “Am I aware?” you’re just recognizing who you already are. You’re recognizing god is already here. It’s all god. All of this we’re experiencing is awareness, and that’s what god is.

Breathe in and be aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and identify with that pure awareness.

Only the thoughts make you feel bad. Stand up to your thoughts today. Take back control by letting go of the thoughts. There is no control that you have over what happens. That’s the magic of life. You cannot control it, but you can control the tension within you, the resistance. You can let it go. You can stop resisting everything. You can surrender your preferences.

Breathe in and be so free.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences today.

You don’t have to care. You don’t need anything to change. You don’t need anything in the world to be a certain way, to be one with god, to be in love.

Breathe in and choose to be in love today.
Breathe out and be in love because you are aware of awareness.

You’re not in love with how things are, with who you see, with what you’re doing. You’re in love because you’re not separate from god, and when you ask, “Am I aware?” there is no separation from god. You are one with pure awareness, and then the miracles flow.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

I am aware that I am awareness. I am aware that I am practicing the presence of god. I am aware there is nothing missing now, and I am now in the flow.

Say Yes To What You Don’t Like Today (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is today.
Breathe out and welcome all that is today.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go of control.

The more you let go, the more it flows. So often, when things happen that we don’t like, we say “no” in our heads or out loud or with our bodies. Our bodies get tight, they contract, they shy away. They contract, they shy away from what’s happening, causing pain and suffering.

Breathe in and notice where you’re saying no today.
Breathe out and turn that no into a yes.

When something you don’t like happens today, instead of unconsciously saying no and reacting with your body, consciously say yes to it.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and say yes to everything you don’t like today.

The more you let go, the more it flows. Meaning, the less you struggle against what is, the more what you want comes to you. When you say yes to what is, it doesn’t mean the bad things are going to keep coming. It means the bad things get easier and flow away, because you’re not pinning them in place with your resistance.

Breathe in and say yes to what you don’t like today.
Breathe out and welcome what you don’t like.

In the moment that something happens—someone’s bitching or complaining and it’s annoying—instead of internally saying, “No, no, I hate this. I don’t want to be here. I hate this,” internally say yes, yes. Allow it.

Breathe in and remember who you really are.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Yes, I am aware. That’s who you really are. Awareness. Pure awareness. That’s what everything is made of. That’s what god is. That’s what we all have in common. Pure awareness.

Breathing in am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware that I am aware.

Pure awareness, who you really are, allows everything to arise without trying to stop it or resist it. That is what you’re going to do today. Allow everything to arise without trying to stop it, without complaining, without saying no.

Breathe in and be like the pure awareness you really are.
Breathe out and say yes and allow everything that is.

Let everything arise without saying no, without trying to stop it, without saying, “I hate this.”

Breathe in and feel the relief in your body when you say yes.
Breathe out and feel the openness that comes when you say yes.

You don’t have to force yourself to feel anything when you say yes. Yes, yes. The language of enthusiasm is yes, and when you say yes, it opens you up. It opens your body. It opens your mind. It relaxes you. It expands you. It feels better instead of painful, like no.

Breathe in and notice what you say no to today.
Breathe out and say yes instead.

You will not be trampled by the bad things if you say yes. Instead, when you say yes to what you don’t like today, it won’t bother you so much. It’ll flow past you more easily, and you’ll begin to see why it’s in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to the things you don’t like today.
Breathe out and welcome everything.

Let everything arise without saying no to it. Pure awareness never says no, and you don’t have to either.

Breathe in and say yes to what is arising.
Breathe out and feel the relief in your body when you stop saying no to everything.

Yes is the language of pure awareness. No is the language of the mind. And if you catch yourself saying no and resisting, you’re in your mind. You’re overthinking.

Breathe in and identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and say yes to what is. Allow it all to arise.

This doesn’t mean you’re a doormat. This doesn’t mean you let bad things happen. It just means you stop fighting with your cells and making yourself sick. You open yourself up to the possibility that the things you don’t like are actually miracles in your favor, which they are.

Breathe in and say yes to the things you don’t like today.
Breathe out and let the no’s go.

Everything is happening in your favor. It’s all unfolding perfectly. You’re in the right place at the right time. Now let yourself enjoy your day instead of fighting it with the internal no’s that makes you suffer.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and be one with the yes of god, of awareness, of enthusiasm, of love, yeah, love.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. As you go about your day, relax into the magick of thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Feel your vibration shift right now.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine receiving it right now.

Breathe in and picture how you’ll feel.
Breathe out and feel that lightness in your heart of receiving what you wanted.

Breathe in and take your power back today.
Breathe out and say yes to what is no matter what it is.

No matter what you’ve done, no matter what decisions you’ve made, no matter what is happening, you can turn the boat right now with thank you. Just focus on it. Just stay with it. Stand up to your thoughts. Let go of the lazy thinking. Stand up to your thoughts with thank you. And let all of the rest go.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Thank you.

Keep this on repeat in your mind all day. No matter where you are, no matter what you’re starting from, no matter what regrets you are holding on to, no matter what grudges you’re holding on to. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and know it’s all in your favor.
Breathe out and be light about it.

Thank you. You can choose to shift your energy right now. Turn the boat of your attention from struggling with thoughts, diffused attention, to a laser focus on thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Feel the lightness. Feel the relief in your heart. When you say thank you and you really feel it—you don’t need to be saying thank you for anything specifically—just know that the feeling is generating things to be grateful for.

Breathe in and become a match for things to be grateful for.
