Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Relax your body.
Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and smile because it’ll lighten your mood maybe just a little bit.
Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and get some space from your thoughts.
You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.
Breathe in and feel the clouds of thought parting.
Breathe out and see your thoughts for what they are, just some passing clouds.
Life can seem so heavy when we don’t take the time to let the muddy water settle.
Breathe in and be still.
Breathe out and know.
The more you let go, the more it flows. Today as you go about your day, let go of your thoughts, let the flow through you. Let this day be easy. Stop making it so hard for yourself.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.
You don’t have to come up with some final mantra pivot thought that’s going to save your life, although I do love doing that. You can just relax for a couple of minutes. Take a break from the thinking. Let the dust settle. And you’ll get a breath. You’ll get an inkling that life already is the way you want it to be.
Breathe in and just relax.
Breathe out and let yourself just be here right now.
Ask yourself, “What’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?” In this moment, I’m perfectly comfortable. I’m not in a rush. I’m warm enough. In this moment, nothing is wrong if I don’t think about it.
Breathe in and just be in this moment.
Breathe out and let this moment save you.
So often I try to think my way to the perfect thought, to the final thought that’s going to undo all the other thoughts and set me free. But the freedom is right here underneath all the worry and panic, fears, anxiety. The freedom’s already here.
Breathe in and relax into your freedom.
Breathe out and let go of all the worries and anxieties.
Let go of caring what other people are doing. Let go of caring about how it’s going to go because you just know how it’s going to go because you’ve been here before and you know what’s gonna happen already. Let go of that right now. Anything could happen.
Breathe in and remember anything could happen.
Breathe out and remember a miracle could happen.
You don’t know how it’s going to go. Just because you’re good at statistics or you have a good memory doesn’t mean you know what’s going to happen. Your mind wants to protect you from repeating mistakes or pain, but a miracle could happen at any moment. Things can change. Things can be light.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.
Today my mind says it’s not enough. Awareness is not enough today. I have too many problems, too much stress, too much to worry about.
Breathing in, am I aware that I am aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
You don’t have to solve it with this question. Just get a break from the thoughts. Give yourself the grace to put the thoughts aside for just a moment. It’s enough to catch your breath.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
Feel your attention come more into this moment. Come more into the peace of right now where there’s nothing wrong if you don’t think about it.
Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and trust it’s all happening in your favor.
Even in the thick of it, when you’re worried and anxious, you know it’s not gonna go like that. Whatever you’re worried about, it’s not gonna go like that. The bad thing that happens, you won’t be expecting, so don’t worry, it’s not gonna go like that.
Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not gonna go like that.
Breathe out and just keep asking over and over, am I aware, am I aware, am I aware?
Whatever technique it takes to get a break from the worries today, try that. Give yourself a few minutes of space. And even if you can’t overcome your psychology forever, you can get a break, you can get a breath, and you can relax enough to let the miracles start flowing again.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware, and I know I can be in the flow, at least there’s that.
