Take Your F*cking Power Back (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, my feelings are really hurt. Yes, I’m disappointed. Yes, I’m frustrated by the same patterns repeating themselves over and over and over. Yes, I’m tired. And yes, I’m afraid of this uncertainty. Yes, I want to blow up my life. Yes, I am fucking hurt. Yes, my feelings are really hurt. What the fuck?

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and smile because it will trick your brain into looking for reasons to smile.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and slow down.

What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it? All of your suffering is coming from your thoughts. Only your thoughts are making you feel bad.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts making you suffer.
Breathe out and watch your thoughts right now.

She shouldn’t have done that. It was so rude. I’m so disappointed. I thought it was going to be better. What a waste. It’s unfair. I didn’t do anything wrong.

Breathe in and bring awareness to your suffering.
Breathe out and smile.

You’re lightening up already. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and watch your thoughts some more.
Breathe out and just observe the chatter that’s making you suffer.

I wonder what they’re doing right now. I wonder how I can get back at them. I wonder how I can hurt them the same way they hurt me. My whole day is ruined. It was supposed to be a good day. It was supposed to be a holiday. It was supposed to be fun.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts making you suffer.
Breathe out and feel that pain from the thoughts making you suffer.

Watch your thoughts right now. I don’t understand. I didn’t deserve that. Why does this pattern keep happening? Why do I keep putting up with it? Why do I keep accepting it?

Breathe in and notice the thoughts.
Breathe out and ask what’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice, “Yes, I am aware.”

The awareness can transcend the suffering. It transcends the thoughts. When your attention is on the awareness, it’s off of the thoughts making you suffer.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware that I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I am at peace. I’m not noticing lack, so I’m happy.
And I’m not separate from those I love. So I am love.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and be the source of your experience.

What do you want to see in your physical reality? You are the source. Decide right now to project what you want to see.

Breathing in, “Thank you.”
Breathing out, “Thank you.

I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Thank you. Take your fucking power back. Be confident in yourself. Put yourself first. Decide: I am the source and I’m going to project what I want to receive. Don’t look to all these problems in your world and let them affect you and bring you down. You’re the source. You can change and solve all those problems in the blink of an eye with “Thank you.”

Breathing in, “Thank you.”
Breathing out, “Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.”

Take back the upper hand right now. Don’t be a victim. Don’t cry because your reality hurt your feelings. You’re the source. You get to decide. You get to project what you want to see.

Look At This Instead Of Looking Forward (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes, I’m depressed today. Yes, I’m dragging my feet. Yes, I’m resisting the things I have to do. Yes, I feel like I have nothing to look forward to.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you for the depression. Thank you for the dragging of my feet. Thank you for having nothing to look forward to. Thank you.

Breathe in and remember there’s no satisfaction to be found in the world.
Breathe out and be grateful if you have nothing to look forward to.

It’s just a trick anyway. If there’s something in physical reality your mind is looking forward to, you’ll probably be disappointed.

Breathe in and stop looking to the world for satisfaction.
Breathe out and look within for satisfaction.

The only place you can find lasting peace and happiness and love is by going within.

Breathe in and remember only the thoughts make you feel bad.
Breathe out and get a break from your thoughts today.

If you can get some space, some distance, a breath from the chaotic thoughts, you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and do that by saying, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Genuinely look. Ask the question as if your whole life depends on it, as if your health and happiness depends on it. “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and slow down into this moment.
Breathe out and ask, “Am I aware?”

Remember, awareness is what everything is made up of. Awareness is God. It’s the common thread. It’s the thing we all share. When you place your attention on your awareness, you release the grip the thoughts have on you. You relax into who you really are, pure awareness.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware that I am aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Keep your attention on this holy question. Anytime the thoughts start dragging you down, convincing you you’re depressed, convincing you you have problems, convincing you you have nothing to look forward to: “Am I aware?”

You don’t need anything to look forward to. You have right now. That’s all you need. That’s where the peace and love and happiness are. Right here, right now, you don’t need something in the future. You don’t need anything to change. This, look forward to this. Whatever, look into this instead of looking forward. Look at this, look at this. This is it. This is your treasure. This is your abundance. This is your love. Right here, right now. Wake up.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am aware.”

When I am aware, I have no problems. My mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. I’m not focused on lack, so I’m happy, and I’m not separate from those I love. So I am in love.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

Whenever you feel like there’s nothing to look forward to, or you’re depressed, look at this, and you will be saved.

I am now in the flow, and I’m saved from my thoughts yet again.

Plug The God-Sized Hole (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and notice what you’re seeking for.
Breathe out and notice what it is you want.

I want attention, I wanna feel loved. I wanna feel like my presence is wanted. Ugh, and every time I feel like I want my presence to be wanted, I know that my presence is wanted, and that’s all I have to do is practice the presence of god. It’s the same answer every time.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god.
Breathe out and do that in a few different ways.

Am I aware? Who am I? Am I having the experience of simply being?

Breathe in and remember the portal I am.
Breathe out and notice if you have a bad attitude about this practicing the presence of god.

I don’t wanna practice the presence of god, I want attention. I want love. And I feel like it’s being held away from me. I feel like it’s being withheld. It feels like attention and love are lacking, even though I know the only thing missing is god. The mind doesn’t trust that.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

When I am aware, I have no problems. But my mind is agitated, so it’s not at peace. And my mind is noticing lack, so it’s not happy. And my mind is really noticing separation, and so I don’t feel love. And I’m having a hard time trusting the holy question, am I aware? It’s not working.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and do that by saying thank you.

Thank you for the contrast that’s making me create what I want. Thank you for the lack of attention and love so that I’m forced to go within and practice the presence of god. Thank you for those circumstances that make me take my power back. Oh, I’m so tired of taking my power back. So tired of losing my power.

Breathe in and take your power back.
Breathe out and shut that hole, plug the hole, plug the god-sized hole.

Even if you’ve got the love and attention you wanted, it wouldn’t be enough and you’d still find a problem.

Breathe in and plug the god-sized hole today.
Breathe out and do that by practicing the presence of god.

Then you’re as big as god and there is no more hole.

Breathing in am I having the experience of simply being?Breathing out, I guess.

Breathe in and acknowledge where you are.
Breathe out and just welcome where you are.

Yes, I can’t get there. Yes, I can’t let go of my need. Yes, I can’t let go of the seeking.

Breathe in and surrender to the seeking.
Breathe out and surrender to the seeking.

Yes, I am seeking for love and affection and validation outside of me. And I don’t feel like I can get it myself.

Breathe in and try to take your power back.
Breathe out and maybe try, Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

I miss my fucking parents. I miss my mom, I miss my dad. I miss comfort in this world that isn’t made up in some intangible god concept. Can I get something real?

Breathe in and welcome the pain.
Breathe out and welcome the pain.

Who am I who is suffering? Who am I who is so sad? Who am I who’s seeking so hard for love?

Breathe in and even if you can’t get it from yourself, look for it.
Breathe out and acknowledge that you’ve gotten it from yourself before and you can do it again.

Jessica, I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are. I love and accept you exactly the way you are.

Breathe in and get some space from the thoughts.
Breathe out. Get some space from the thoughts.

When nothing else is working, you can still flip the switch with thank you. Get a breath, trust it’s in your favor and know it’ll be revealed soon why the pain was in your favor. You’ll get your power back even if it’s not instant.

Breathe in and say thank you for the contrast.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. I don’t know why it’s in my favor, but I do know that it is. I know from life experience it is. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Gratitude Is Your Greatest Superpower (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts, let go of your worries, surrender right now.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile. It’ll lift your mood a little bit.

Breathe in and keep relaxing.
Breathe out and just focus on your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

You can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and decide to trust today.
Breathe out and say thank you, that’s how you trust.

Whatever’s happening that you don’t like, you say thank you and you express your trust in the universe.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Saying thank you for the things you don’t like doesn’t mean you’re being a doormat. It doesn’t mean you’re asking for more of what you don’t like. It doesn’t mean that you’re weak or that you won’t stand up for yourself. It does not mean that you’re going to keep getting stuff you don’t like. When you say thank you to what you don’t like, you acknowledge that you don’t know best. You don’t know the way things are going to work out. However you think it’s going to work out, it’s not gonna work out like that.

Breathe in and be free.
Breathe out and trust.

It’s not gonna work out the way you think, no matter what. It’s not your job to figure out how it’s going to work out. It’s not up to you to decide how things will play out. You cannot know how things will go. You can only trust the process. You can only trust you’re in the right place at the right time. You can only trust that god has your back.

Breathe in and trust where you are.
Breathe out and stop resisting everything so much, finding a problem or a judgment with every single little thing that happens that’s not identical to what you think you want.

Even the things you think you want, when you get them, you’re not gonna feel any better. Getting what you want doesn’t make you happy. Happiness is a choice you make this second, this instant. You make it right now.

Breathe in and make the choice right now.
Breathe out and say thank you and feel how much lighter you feel, how much more innocent you feel.

It’s not up to you to judge other people. It’s not up to you to decide what someone else is doing is right or wrong. It’s not up to you to decide the consequences of someone else’s actions. It’s not up to you to decide how it’s going to work out.

Breathe in and say thank you and feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and know this is your power.

It doesn’t make you weak to say thank you, to be grateful for what you don’t want. It puts you in touch with god. It makes you one with all that is. Accept it as if you had chosen it. That’s the route to peace. That’s the pathless path to happiness.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you to all that stuff you don’t like. Thank you. Thank you to the person who threw a piece of cheese at my car last night. Thank you. Thank you to all that drama that’s going on that seems like such a mess. Thank you. Thank you for the extra free time to myself. Thank you. Thank you for the time to go within and connect to god so that I don’t make bad decisions. Thank you. Thank you for the time.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and know gratitude is your greatest superpower in the world of manifestation.

After my mom died, I didn’t hear from her for months and months. And then finally one day when I was cleaning out her house, she spoke to me the last night that I was there and said thank you. And she said, she just wished she would have been more grateful. That was her only message was thank you and be grateful. And that’s the only way you can change your life for the better. Just say thank you and be grateful. You have so much more than you realize.

Breathe in and say thank you for the way things are.
Breathe out and say thank you and really fucking feel it.

You’re so lucky. Everything in your life is going so well. Your mind looks for problems. That’s the nature of the mind. But you can stand up to your mind and realize how lucky you are, how blessed you are, how perfect this moment already is.

Yes, I’m worried. Yes, I’m a little stressed. Yes, I’m worried about the well-being of other people. Yes, I’m dragging my feet about starting my day, starting my week. Yes, I just want to lay around and be lazy. Yes, I just want to be comforted. Yes, I just want to spend time with people I love.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

Yes, I chose for my friend to have a medical problem. Yes, I wanted this to happen. Yes, I wanted this to happen.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and relax into what is.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and let it be.
Breathe out and smile. It’ll help you feel better.

Surrender to what is. Everything in the world is going to change. It’s going to leave. You can’t be attached to what is and you can’t resist what is. It’s all just an illusion. The only stability, the only security there is, is within.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and reconnect to your source right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

I am is the portal to the infinite, the portal to the divine. It’s only the thoughts making you feel bad. It’s only the thoughts stressing you out. What’s wrong with right now if you don’t think about it?

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and stop trying to control the process of life.

You can only do what you’re called to do in this moment. You will always know the right thing to do in the moment. You don’t have to plan. You don’t have to scheme. You don’t have to overthink and worry about everything. In the moment that your action is needed, you will know exactly what to do.

Breathe in and remember the only thing missing is god.
Breathe out and connect to god and then you’ll know all of your actions are the right actions.

Breathe in and stop being tossed around by your thoughts.
Breathe out and remember the portal I am.

You must do the self inquiry all day every day if you want to live in peace. If you don’t want to be tortured by your thoughts, suffering with worry. You must simply stay as you are, pure awareness. Resting as I am. I am is god.
Everything added on to that is thought. Rest as I am.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice I am.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and know you are only I am.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I having the experience of simply being?”
Breathe out and notice I am.

Whatever question works for you, whatever inquiry stuns you out of your worries—keep that question on repeat. Keep asking all day. Do the inquiry all day. It’s the only way to get a breath from the thoughts.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, “Yes, I am.”

That’s where the miracles are created when you are resting as you are. When you are one with god because you are the I am and not anything else. Just I am. Just I exist. Just I am aware. That’s where the miracles happen, because your thoughts aren’t creating problems. Your thoughts aren’t pushing what you want away from you. Life is magickal. Life is fun. The miracles are always coming. You just have to get out of the way.

Breathe in and make space for the miracles today.
Breathe out and relax into I am.

You don’t have to control. You don’t have to solve. You don’t have to fix. Rest as I am, and god will solve and fix. Let it be easy. Let yourself be magickal today.

When you attach things to I am, like I am tired, I am angry, I am thinking, you limit yourself. But when you rest as you are, pure awareness, simply I am, I exist, you are infinite and you have no more problems.

Breathing out, I am.

Breathing in, am I having the experience of simply being?
Breathing out, I am.

Let I am be the portal to the infinite today. There is nothing wrong with right now if you don’t think about it.

Breathing out, yes, I am.

Only your thoughts are making you feel bad. And if you can’t see that, you are so lost in your thoughts that you are helpless. You can choose to keep going with your thoughts, making a mess, making problems, looking for problems. Or you can try it. You can try the portal, I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, I am.

You must do the inquiry if you want to let go of your suffering. You must do the inquiry if you wanna live a life of peace and joy and happiness. You must transcend your thoughts. You don’t have to stop them. They’re never going to stop. But you must transcend them. You must see them for what they are. Just static, just noise, just limitations.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

I am aware. I am aware that miracles can happen when I get out of the way and stop looking for problems with my thoughts. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I have cramps. Yes, there’s someone playing basketball and I am recording a video while you can hear them bouncing the ball. Yes, I miss my mom really bad today.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and relax your shoulders.

Accept what is as if you had chosen it. Yes, I wanted this person to play basketball while I recorded. Yes, I wanted to miss my mom.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and welcome what is as if you had chosen it.

My mom died in February and I’m just now feeling it I suppose.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, I’m so distracted by the basketball. Yes, I wish I could talk to my mom again.

Breathe out and just say yes to what is.

Yes, the basketball is really irritating me. Yes, I’m disappointed that I don’t have some distraction away from these feelings. Yes, I just want to escape. Yes, I just want to be light and have fun and not feel so grieving. Yes, I feel like there are things I want that are being held away from me. Yes, I’m disappointed.

Breathe in and welcome the disappointment.
Breathe out and accept where you are as if you had chosen it.

Breathe in and keep slowing down into this moment.
Breathe out and just exist in this moment.

Are you having the experience of simply being?

Breathe in and notice the thoughts rush in.
Breathe out and keep asking yourself, am I having the experience of simply being?

Breathe in and welcome the thoughts.
Breathe out and welcome the basketballs.

Breathe in and welcome the cramps.
Breathe out and welcome the grief.

Breathe in and slow down more and more and more.
Breathe out and smile.

It’s not serious. It always passes.

Breathe in and decide not to care if you’re focused or not.
Breathe out and just ask, am I aware?

My mind says I don’t want to know if I’m aware. I want to be distracted. I want drugs. I want to be numb.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and crack that shell of thoughts.

Let the clouds part. See the awareness. Remember that the miracles come when you’re aware that you are aware.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and remember this is your superpower.

Am I aware?

Breathe in and keep looking, am I aware?
Breathe out and go deeper.

Don’t let your mind tell you that it would rather do drugs than be aware. It’s not true. That’s what happened to your mom. It’s not true.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and choose the awareness over escape.

Choose the awareness over escape. Choose the awareness over escape. You can do this. You can sit with the pain. You can sit with the painful feelings. You don’t have to escape.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and really look.

Move past the thoughts. Move past the pain. Am I aware? Am I aware? Somewhere in there, there’s supposed to be peace and love and happiness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Crack through the clouds. Slow down enough to get into this moment. Beyond the thoughts there is peace. In the awareness there is love. Beyond the agitation there is relaxation and ease. Beyond the lack there is happiness.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

Let the awareness be enough, even if it’s uncomfortable, even if you want to escape what is.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

The thoughts keep pulling me, but I am aware.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god.
Breathe out and know that when you ask, am I aware, that’s the presence of god.

Your attention goes right to the awareness and that’s god. That’s where the safety is, where the peace is, where the love is and the happiness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware of all the pain and all the thoughts, but I am aware of awareness and I am choosing awareness over escape.

When You Flow You’re A Flower (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and lighten up, it’s not serious.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and say yes to what is.

Yes, I am so crabby. Yes, no one’s doing what I want them to do. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I have cramps. Yes, I wanna cry.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and stop resisting what is.

If you stop resisting it, you give it permission to move on and flow out of your experience. Yes, I can’t really name why I’m so crabby. Yes, I feel so anxious. Yes, I’m disappointed. I woke up in a worse mood than yesterday. Yes, I am feeling out of sorts. Yes, I am feeling crabby and I don’t know why. Yes, I’m feeling whiny. Yes, I’m judging myself.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s all happening in your favor. It’s all in perfect timing.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Yes, I keep asking god to replace me but I feel so abandoned. Yes, I’m so mad at the patterns that just keep repeating and repeating and repeating and repeating and I don’t know how to stop them.

Breathe in and surrender to what is.
Breathe out and accept what is as if you had chosen it.

I wanted to be crabby today. Maybe so I could focus and wash the sheets and dry my hair. I wanted it to storm so I can’t cut the grass. I wanted to be blown off when I offered something from my heart. I wanted my feelings to be hurt. I wanted to ask for what I want and to be told no.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and remember having is evidence of wanting.

I wanted to cry. I wanted to feel abandoned. I wanted to feel rushed. I wanted to feel impatient.

Breathe in and welcome impatience.
Breathe out and just sit with what is. Accept it as if you had chosen it.

When you reframe it as, “I wanted this to happen,” your mind does start coming up with reasons why that could be true. I wanted to be crabby so that I could focus on my work and not be lazy, enjoying life or something. I wanted to be snubbed and blown off so that I would say fuck you and do my own thing.

Breathe in and do your own thing today.
Breathe out and listen to your intuition.

Listen to the voice of god, whatever it is. You know that when you flow, you’re a flower. You know you can get in touch with the flow at any time.

Breathe in and accept what is as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and feel the blockage already crumbling and moving on in the flow.

You just have to accept it as if you’ve chosen it. It’s the only way for it to move on. And then by the time you’ve accepted it as if you’ve chosen it, it’ll go away and you’ll miss it. You’ll be like, wait, I made peace with that. That’s what I want now.

Breathe in and know it’s just your mind.
Breathe out and remember only your thoughts make you feel bad.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and smile because god is on your side.

Life is on your side. The universe is on your side, whatever you wanna call it. At any time you can draw on universal energy, infinite intelligence, the power of all that is.

Breathe in and accept it as if you had chosen it.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

That’s one simple way to accept it as if you had chosen it: thank you. Thank you for the impatience. Thank you for the people blowing me off. Thank you for being snubbed. Thank you for the crabbiness. Thank you for the focus on what I wanna do. Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you.

Be At Your Most Powerful Ever (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Everything in your life is happening in your favor. And in the moment that something happens and you resent it or resist it, remind yourself, thank you. Thank you. I know this is in my favor. And you will see it truly is in your favor. It really is a miracle happening for you. Your life is nothing but miracles.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and believe in your power.

Yesterday I recorded a video where I was resentful and jealous and so mad and so frustrated. But by the end, I reminded myself thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you. And I caught that feeling for just a glimmer for a brief moment. And now today I feel so much better and it has been revealed why the things I was resenting were in my favor. I feel better about it. I feel relief. It took less than 24 hours for me to discover life already is the way I want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and feel your power as the creator, as the source of your life experience.

You become it and then you see it. Life reflects you. You have to take the first step to feeling better, and then the miracles start flowing. You cannot wait for life to change to change the way you feel. You choose it right now.

Breathe in and choose the way you want to feel right now.
Breathe out and feel that gratitude in your heart.

Thank you. Thank you. I’m so relieved. Thank you.

Breathe in and lighten up. The power is in your heart.
Breathe out and trust in your ability to generate the circumstances you desire.

It’s not complicated. It’s not serious. You can choose to become it then see it.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and feel that feeling right now.

Love and connection and gratitude and joy. All of those are already yours. The trick is to remember that what you experience in life is not your reason for feeling good or feeling bad. It’s just a reflection of you and when you get lost in experience, you forget your power. But when you withdraw your attention from the objects of experience and place that attention on the source within, pure awareness, you forget all of the problems in your life and you remember you’re one with god. You’re one with all that is. You’re one with awareness or life energy—whatever you want to call it. The thing that’s bigger than all of us. The common thread. The thing we all share together. Awareness or love.

When you place your attention on this awareness, which is really easy, the thoughts fall away. The problems fall away and you feel that relief that there is something bigger than you, caring for you, loving you, holding you.

Breathe in and be one with all that is today.
Breathe out and let your petty problems go.

You get so caught up in them. So tangled in the problems, in the resistance—but you can banish it all with thank you. You can reconnect to the source within you and then you don’t need anything in your life to change. You don’t need money, health, love, relationships. You don’t need anything but that connection to god. Never forget the only thing missing ever is god.

Breathe in and reclaim your power today
Breathe out and be at your most powerful ever.

You’ve made it through so much. You have survived so much. You have overcome so much. You really can let your life be easy. You will still have ups and downs because you’ll still have good things happen that you get attached to, and when they’re gone you’ll feel bad, but you always have the ability to go within again, reconnect to your source and generate the miracles that make you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and see this as your power, your confidence, your knowing: “Yes I am aware. When I am aware I have no problems. My mind is not agitated so I am at peace. I notice no lack so I am happy. And I’m not separate from those I love so I am love itself. I am in love. I am the source of love right now.”

Breathe in and be so powerful today.
Breathe out and enjoy your day being the source, being in power, being confident life already is the way you want it to be.

Nothing Is Ever Transformed By A Negative Mind (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor, thank you.

All of those things you’re resisting right now, say thank you, and you’ll see them transform into things that are definitely happening in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome judgment. Welcome frustration, welcome irritation, welcome hatred, disgust, distaste. Welcome anger, welcome being pissed off, welcome.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and smile, just welcome what is.

Let it wash over you. Let yourself sit with what is instead of running away from it, trying to escape it.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and do it now.

Yes, I’m judging. Yes, I feel taken advantage of. Yes, I feel disrespected. Yes, I feel mad. Yes, I feel so judgmental. Yes, I’m so mad at people being stupid. Yes, I am so mad.

Breathe in and welcome the anger.
Breathe out and smile, it can help you lighten up just a little bit.

Yes, I’m dissatisfied, yes, I’m disappointed, yes, I am fucking frustrated, yes, I am so repulsed. Yes, I am repulsed, yes, I am just so pissed.

Breathe in and feel the anger in your body.
Breathe out and just feel the anger or whatever it is you’re feeling in your body.

Feels like heartburn, feels like I wanna explode, it feels like I just wanna lash out and punch something. It feels like pent up energy.

Breathe in and notice the trapped energy.
Breathe out and remind yourself: what’s wrong with right now if I don’t think about it?

Breathe in and notice it’s only the thoughts making you feel bad.
Breathe out and notice your mind resisting.

It’s only the thoughts that make you feel bad and if you don’t think about it, a miracle can come. But if you’re thinking about it, you’re perpetuating the thing you don’t want.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is.

Ask yourself right now, am I having the experience of simply being? Yes, I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

My mind doesn’t trust that miracles can come. My mind feels responsible for all this stupidity. My mind feels taken advantage of. My mind feels resentful. Resentful, that’s what it is. I’m so resentful, I resent so much.

Breathe in and acknowledge your resentment.
Breathe out and feel around for what the opposite would be.

What is the opposite of resentment? Maybe admiration, how about admiration?

Breathe in and admire yourself.
Breathe out and admire what you can.

I admire myself for getting up another day and going through the motions another day. I admire the people in my life who do hard things, even though I would never do them. I admire the people who have gone through so much and yet still have a good attitude. I admire the people who are able to survive no matter what life throws at them.

Breathe in and feel yourself calming down.
Breathe out and smile. It’s not serious, it doesn’t matter.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious, it doesn’t matter.
Breathe out and ask again, am I aware?

Can you switch from the foreground to the background? Can you switch from the content of your experience to the background of experience, pure awareness?

Breathe in and ask, am I simply being?
Breathe out and notice your frustration with these self-inquiry practices.

If you’re frustrated and you can’t get away from your anger or resentment, go back to thank you, it always works.

Breathe in and say thank you for the things bothering you.
Breathe out and remember it’s in your favor.

Write it down today, the things you resent, the things that are against you, the things that are bothering you, write them down. I resent this situation. Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, feel when it flips in your heart. Feel that switch turning, thank you, I know it’s in my favor. The situation that I resent so much, thank you, I know it’s in my favor, thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and know that the miracles will come.

“Nothing is ever transformed by a negative mind.” That’s an Osho quote, but it’s true. If you can start feeling optimistic with thank you, and even if you don’t know why it’s in your favor, if you can just feel that subtle optimism for a moment, the miracles will start flowing. You will see how it’s in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you, I do, I know that. I know from life experience it’s in my favor. And even though I don’t like it today, if I write it down and let it go, I will see, life already is the way I want it to be. I will see it actually is in my favor. I don’t know how, but I will see.
