Get Attention (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax, relax.

Bring your attention into this moment. There’s nothing you have to control. There’s nothing you have to think about. Bring your attention back into this moment right here.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

Now rest your attention there and we’re done. That’s all you have to do.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Any time you’re spiraling in your thoughts, ask yourself, am I aware? And keep asking and asking until you wake up from the trance of overthinking.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

It’s just a technique to bring you back into your body, back into reality, back into this moment.

Breathe in and come back.
Breathe out and come back to this moment.

Am I aware? Feel your attention relax back onto itself, pulling back in. Like you were the sun shooting out rays and when you ask, am I aware? the rays come and settle back into your third eye, your center of being.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I feel my attention turning around to look at itself and notice, yes, I am aware. I am already doing it.

You are already doing it. You are already aware. You cannot stop. But when you let yourself pay attention to your awareness, everything relaxes. The problems dissipate. You feel better physically in your body. Solutions start arising.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

If you are seeking for attention from other people, like you want someone to call you, you want love, you want your partner to validate you—you want whatever form of attention you want from another person—that is the indicator to you that it’s time to start paying attention to yourself.

And all that means—it doesn’t mean thinking more about yourself. It doesn’t mean anything about thinking. Paying attention to yourself, capital S, self just means resting your awareness on awareness or being present. That’s what paying attention to yourself is. That’s what presence is. Just noticing your being, noticing you are here.

Breathe in and notice you are here.
Breathe out and really notice you are aware.

You are here and that is all the work. That’s all there is to it. To pull back from the thoughts, bring your attention into this moment and let go of the problems.

When you are aware of your awareness, you have no problems because your mind isn’t shooting out onto the problems, agitated, worried, noticing lack, noticing what’s missing, noticing separation, the difference between me and you.

All of these thinking activities, judging activities are totally unnecessary and you can just ask yourself, am I aware?

Feel your attention come back to itself and then you are paying attention to yourself. It’s fun, it feels good, miracles will come if you do it and then you won’t need attention from other people.

Breathe in and pay attention to yourself today.
Breathe out and let it be easy. Just ask yourself, am I aware?

That’s what paying attention to yourself is—noticing your sense of being, noticing the noticing, not what you are noticing, notice that you are noticing. That’s presence, that’s giving yourself attention.

Breathe in and practice giving yourself attention today.
Breathe out and feel so attended to.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe out and remember the power of thank you.

I just can’t emphasize it enough. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the magick life. Thank you. I know it’s all in my favor.

Breathe in and pull your attention into this moment.
Breathe out and ask, am I aware?

Remember, all thoughts are false. You don’t have to believe any of them. You are not your thoughts. You can let each thought go. Even if you’re really worried, even if you have a really big problem, stand up to your thoughts today with thank you.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

No matter where you are or what’s happening or what you’re worried about, you can flip the switch with gratitude and see how it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you. Remember your natural innocence. Remember you are the source. You are the source of your experience. And you can consistently have a joyful life if you can consistently rest your attention in gratitude.

Breathing in, thank you.

You are so innocent and so powerful. Allow yourself to make decisions based in love and joy instead of out of fear and anxiety.

I know it’s in my favor. Whatever you think is happening against you, switch to thank you right now. And you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Thank you. Thank you. Feel it. Feel it in your heart. Feel the genuine gratitude. Feel the innocence. Feel your life unfolding in such a beautiful way because you’re choosing to see it that way because you are the source.

Be Aware (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Allow yourself to relax into this moment. Let the flow through you and let it unfold naturally in perfect timing.

Breathe in and get out of your own way.
Breathe out and surrender.

You don’t have to think about any of it.

To have a good, happy, relaxing, joyful, abundant, loving life, all you have to do is just be aware. You’re already doing it.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax into knowing you are simply pure awareness and that’s it.

Every single other thing is appearing on the pure awareness. The thoughts, the bodies, the objects, the emotions, the experiences, the landscapes, other people, animals, everything else is just an arising, an illusion, a wave.

Breathe in and see the illusion.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

What is it that’s perceiving all of the waves, the light waves, the sound waves, the x-rays, whatever waves, the thoughts which are subtle sound waves, what’s perceiving all of that?

What is it that’s not a wave? It’s the pure, still awareness.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and see how everything is simply waves arising in the pure awareness.

The thoughts are just waves, the sights, the sounds, everything you sense, it’s just a wave and when the wave stops, when it becomes still, what is it then? Simply pure awareness.

Breathe in and notice the waves.
Breathe out and remember you are the source of all of the waves.

Everything is made up of the pure awareness, everything you perceive, including your body and your thoughts, that’s just shaken up pure awareness, the stillness of pure awareness moved into a wave form.

Breathe in and be the pure awareness.
Breathe out and see everything for what it is, a wave arising within the pure awareness.

Breathe in and be aware.
Breathe out and notice how the pure awareness is never tarnished, affected by the waves. They come and go but the pure awareness is always the same and that’s who you really are and if you can stay resting identified as pure awareness, you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Relax into this knowing. You’re already doing it. You’re already registering everything unconditionally. You notice everything. You know you exist. You cannot say “I am not.” You know you’re here and that’s all you have to do to simply identify as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Let yourself slow down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s really not serious.
Breathe out and smile because smiles become things.

Give yourself something to smile about right now.

Breathe in and opened up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Whatever is happening is happening in perfect timing and it’s happening in your favor.

Breathe in and keep relaxing.
Breathe out and keep slowing down.

Use this time right now to relax your body and relax your mind. Allow yourself to become peaceful and still right now. Remember, you are the source. It’s time to start projecting what you want to receive.

Feel yourself feeling more optimistic already. Feel yourself trusting the process of life more and more, right now.

Give yourself something to smile about today. Thank you, thank you. Trust, it’s in your favor. Trust, you don’t have to try to keep up with the world. The world can keep up with you.

Breathe in and relax some more.
Breathe out and let it be easy.

If you feel frantic and hurried, like you have to keep up with all the things you have to get done, you’re sending a signal to life that you’re frantic and hurried and there’s too much to do and that’s what life will give you. But if you take the time to meditate, relax, smile, be the source, say thank you, practice stabilizing as I AM, identifying as pure awareness—if you take the time to slow down and do these things, you’re telling life, I have time to relax. I have time to be peaceful. Everything happens in perfect timing in my life.

Breathe in and trust. Everything happens in perfect timing in your life.
Breathe out and know it really, really does.

You set the pace for today. You set the tone. Let god help you. Let life help you. All of the things you want to get done, you don’t have to be the one to do them. If you take the time to relax and rest and be the source, all of your little tasks that you want to rush to finish will start doing themselves. People will help you. You’ll be surprised that you don’t have to do certain things.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and feel confident in your ability to project what you want to receive.

Breathing in, yes.
Breathing out, thank you.

Trust it’s in your favor. Trust it’s all working out for you. Trust that you set the tone for your day. You don’t have to rush to keep up with the world. The world can slow down to your pace. You set the tone. If you relax, the world relaxes. If you relax, the tasks do themselves.

Breathe in and relax today.
Breathe out and trust you’re the source.

Set the tone. You relax and your day will be relaxed.

Surrender thinking you know the best way to go.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

Trust that it’s all happening in your favor. Trust that you’re in the right place at the right time.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and keep surrendering control.

Let go of trying to control. The only control you have is letting go.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Whatever is happening in your life is happening in your favor. The more you practice this and know this, the easier it is to accept things as they come. Initially, when something throws you off balance, it can send you into a tailspin of negative thinking and worrying and stressing. But as you practice trusting the process of life, you learn that everything is happening in your favor and you can just relax and be unaffected by the comings and goings in the world.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and know it’s all happening in your favor.

Practice it right now. Feel the feeling of gratitude. Thank you. I’m so glad that happened. Thank you. That was in my favor. Thank you. That thing I thought was happening against me really turned out to be in my favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Take your power back. Your power is just trusting god, trusting life. Your main power in life is practicing the presence of god, and you do that by feeling gratitude or by resting in the source of your attention by asking, am I aware? Those are the two techniques that always work for me.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice the answer. Yes, I am.

Rest your attention here, aware of awareness. That is practicing the presence of god. All of this is god and when you ask, am I aware? and rest in the knowing that yes, I am, you get a break from your thoughts. Your thoughts are the only thing that ever separate you from god. This already is all god, even the thoughts. But in experiencing, thoughts can make us feel separate from god, separate from others. But when we practice the presence of god by getting some distance from our thoughts, we step back into our power and we see life already is the way we want it to be, right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Feel yourself magnetize. Feel yourself be empowered. You are in control when you’re practicing the presence of god because you’re one with god. You’re working with god. You’re acting as god. Everything you do is perfect.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god today.
Breathe out and know that’s the most powerful you can ever be: when you are in alignment with god.

All of your actions are divine. Your thoughts don’t separate you because you see them for what they are, just passing objects, illusions.

Breathe in and practice the presence of god.
Breathe out and be the most powerful you’ve ever been.

Aware of awareness. Grateful to be here in this moment.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes, I am aware.

Breathe out and let the flow of well-being through you right now.

Let yourself flip the switch to gratitude right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of those unexpected circumstances. Thank you, thank you, I know it’s in my favor.

Breathe in and remember to trust the process of life.
Breathe out and relax.

Relax.

It’s all happening in your favor. As you go about your day, whenever you notice yourself wanting to control, wanting to self-medicate or self-soothe—anytime you notice yourself craving for something to change, ask yourself, who am I who is craving?

Breathe in and look within, who am I who is craving?
Breathe out and look for the answer, who am I who is craving?

Who is craving love or money or health or drugs or food or comfort or friendship? Who am I who is craving something to change so I can feel better?

Breathe in and look within, who am I who is craving?
Breathe out and feel your attention move from being identified with your thoughts back into the center, back into the source, identified as the awareness that watches the thoughts arise.

Breathing in, who am I who is craving change?
Breathing out, who am I who is craving things to change?

Who am I who needs something to change to feel good? Who am I who needs change to feel good?

Breathe in and see it’s just an image of a separate self.
Breathe out and see how that image of the separate self doesn’t trust life.

But an image can’t trust or not trust, it’s just an image. It’s a reference point. It’s a past version of you based on your conditioning. When you really investigate who you really are, you can see you’re pure awareness and you don’t need anything to change to feel good or whole or complete or rich or in love.

Breathe in and see the riches of right now.
Breathe out and see the magick of right now.

This moment is the riches. This moment is the health, the abundance, the love. It’s right here. This moment is what you’re craving.

Breathe in and keep looking, who am I who craves?
Breathe out and see that image of the separate self, feeling so separate, so vulnerable, so lost and alone and threatened, needing something, love or money or health or drugs, something to feel better, to feel like it can keep up with the world.

Breathe in and know the world is just a thought.
Breathe out and see this massive illusion of thoughts trying to keep up with thoughts.

None of it makes sense. None of it is real. All that is real is this moment. All that is real is pure awareness and you are that pure awareness.

Breathe in and connect with pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s getting easier. It’s getting easier to slow down and see this moment is the main event. This moment is the wealth. This moment is the joy and the love. All you have to do is ask, am I aware? And do it for real. Do it genuinely. Practice it. Go within. Quiet your mind. Take the time for stillness. You can’t—It’s challenging if you’re mixed with experience, if you’re caught up in your problems to simply identify as pure awareness. So take the time for yourself today to go slow, to be alone, to look for the magick that’s right in front of you.

Breathe in and step into your power today.
Breathe out and live the magick of simply identifying as pure awareness.

It’s simpler than your mind will ever understand, but when you know it in your body, when you experience it for real, you don’t need your mind to understand anything. You already know.

And I am so relieved. I am now aware. And I am now in the flow.

Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, surrender your worries, surrender your to-do list.

Let yourself relax into this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Decide to become it so you can see it. You are the source of your experience. Decide right now to project what you want to receive.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Feel this feeling of genuine gratitude in your heart. This is your magnet drawing to you the things that you want. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and relax. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and let go.

It’s not serious. Only your thoughts make you feel bad. You can choose to stand up to your thoughts right now. Let them go and have the best day of your life.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and let go of all of the thoughts, each one as it comes.

I’m not good enough. Let it go. I’m irritable. Let it go. I’m annoyed by everything. Let it go. I’m worrying about what time it is. Let it go.

Breathe in and welcome your thoughts.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Just let them go. Each one as it comes. Let it go. None of the thoughts are true. They are just illusions. And most of all, they’re not you. They don’t belong to you. They don’t represent you.They really mean nothing until you decide to give them meaning.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and let them go.

Keep letting go. Each irritable thought. Each doubtful thought. Each insecure thought. None of them are true. Don’t trust them. Don’t believe them. Just let them go.

Breathe in and let yourself enjoy this day.
Breathe out and let go of all the criticisms, all the judgments.

Keep letting go of the judgments. Allow yourself to get to the place that’s beyond right and wrong. Beyond good and bad. Simply identify as pure awareness. The thing that holds all of it. All the polarities.

You know that you’re mind-identified when you see things as good or bad. But when you’re identified as pure awareness, you see it all as one beautiful oneness, unconditional love. With no good or bad, just loving experiencing.

Breathe in and identify with the loving experiencing.
Breathe out and keep zooming out.

Get the bigger picture. If you keep getting shaken by your thoughts, the ups and downs, you will always suffer. Today, allow yourself to go beyond the polarities of thought. Rest in the unconditional love of pure awareness. Just ask yourself, am I aware? And stay there.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

This question can always catch you. It can always expand you to hold the good and bad instead of identifying with the good and bad.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and be free today.

Free from the ups and downs. Stay as you are, pure awareness. And let life take care of the rest.

Break Free (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open to receiving.
Breathe out and ask, who am I who is receiving?

Today as you go about your day, whenever things get overwhelming or you really want to try to control something, ask yourself, who am I who wants to control this? and then really look for that answer.

Breathe in and keep opening up.
Breathe out and say, thank you, thank you, thank you.

You are the source of your experience. You can choose right now to become what you want to see by intentionally feeling the feeling of gratitude.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Thank you is a wonderful way to shift your vibration, to rebuild your trust in life, to flip the switch and start seeing miracles. But sometimes we do suffer and we can’t get away from the thoughts making us suffer and that’s when “Who am I?” comes through.

Breathe in and ask, who am I who is suffering?
Breathe out and investigate the answer.

Who am I who is suffering? Who am I? Who am I? There is no answer. There is no central me. There is no answer. Once you get beyond things like a child, a teenager, a parent, a daughter, an employee, whatever labels come to you, dig deeper. What’s under that? Who am I who is suffering? Who am I whose feelings are so hurt? Who am I who is so offended? Who am I who is so hurt?

Breathe in and really investigate who am I?
Breathe out and look within right now.

Who am I who is so anxious? Who am I who wants to be so liked? You can see when you ask, an image of yourself will often show up. You as a child, you as a hurt teenager, you as a son or daughter, you as a parent or sibling. These images will come up, but they’re just images. They’re just thoughts and they’re not who you really are. Keep looking.

Who am I?

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I who wants to control everything?

And really the answer is a separate self, an image of a separate self that feels threatened. The separate self feels vulnerable, in danger, weak, limited, mortal.

Breathing in, who am I who suffers?
Breathing out, who am I?

This question isn’t really to produce a specific answer. It’s to take your attention off of the thoughts and show you it’s all just a thought. You as you think of yourself are just an image. Who you really are is just pure awareness. There are no labels or descriptors that apply. It’s just awareness of right now. It’s whatever right now is, the awareness of that.

Breathing in, who am I who is aware?
Breathing out, who am I who is aware?

This question isn’t necessarily a cure-all and you have to really go within for it to work. You have to be genuine and silent and really look—who am I who is suffering? Who am I whose feelings are so hurt? But as soon as you look within and you see, there’s no one there. There’s just awareness. Everything else is just images. Then all of those thoughts don’t hurt you anymore. There’s no separate self to be hurt or threatened. There’s just awareness of arisings and you are that awareness in which it is all arising. You are safe. You are unborn. You are untouched, unaffected.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

Ask yourself this question over and over today to see if it can help you break free from patterns of thought that trap you into an identity that’s completely false. You are pure awareness. You are free. And when you see that it’s all just an image, life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I’m anxious. Yes, I’m overwhelmed. Yes, there are so many things I want to do and I’m overwhelmed thinking about all of them. Yes, I’m impatient. Yes, I feel like things are happening against me. Yes, I want to control. Yes, I want to control other people’s behavior. Yes, I wish people were doing things differently. Yes, I’m in a hurry. Yes, I’m in a rush. Yes, I’m frustrated. Yes, I thought I would feel better than this. Yes, I’m still so sad. Yes, I’m avoiding my feelings. Yes, I am overwhelmed. Yes, I am at a loss.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and remember you are the source.

First you say yes to what is so that you acknowledge where you are and what’s happening and you stop denying it and trying to avoid it. When you say yes to what is, it loses its power. When you accept it, it no longer has a hold over you because you’re not resisting it, therefore pinning it in place.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and make peace with what is.

Yes, I can’t stop thinking about what other people are doing. Yes, I’m still so anxious and nervous about my family. Yes, I’m still so heartbroken and devastated and grieving. Yes, I want to return to my magick.

Breathe in and return to your magick.
Breathe out and be the source.

That’s all you have to do to return to your magick. Be the source. Acknowledge you are the source of your experience. No one’s blaming you for anything. This is just to empower you to see: you take the first step and life matches you.

Breathe in and say thank you and really feel it.
Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it.

Thank you. Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I know that every single thing that has ever happened to me, especially the so-called bad things, have all been in my favor. Everything, every rock bottom, every broken relationship, every mess, every disaster, every emergency, every unexpected move, every disappointment—they have all happened in my favor and I wouldn’t be where I am right now if they hadn’t happened.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and trust it’s happening in your favor, all of it.

Even if right now it’s a little uncomfortable, it’s happening in your favor and the sooner you switch to gratitude and thank you, the sooner you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and detach from the ups and downs.
Breathe out and stop being so affected by life, by the comings and goings.

It’s all impermanent. It’s all going to go. When you let things make you feel good, you let things make you feel bad and vice versa. Be the source. Choose right now to feel good regardless of your circumstances, regardless of what other people are doing.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I know it’s in my favor, I know it’s in my favor, I do know it’s in my favor. Thank you. Take your power back. Take your magick back. It’s so easy. Flip the switch right now with thank you and trust the process of life.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I feel under the weather. Yes, I feel overwhelmed. Yes, I feel like a lot of things are really pointless. Yes, I just want to get to my nap. Yes, I feel a little depressed. Yes, I am being affected by the grey weather. Yes, I’m slowing down. Yes, I’m letting go. Yes, I’m relaxing into this moment.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and slow down.

There’s no rush. It’s already all in perfect timing. You can’t rush the ripening of fruit. There’s nothing you can do to make it happen any faster.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and surrender.

Surrender trying to control. Surrender the thoughts. Surrender the actions. Surrender the worry.

Breathe in and just accept it as it is.
Breathe out and let yourself be where you are.

You don’t have to change anything. Whatever needs to change will change when it’s time. All you can do is relax and learn how to enjoy existing without anything changing.

Breathe in and disentangle from the world.
Breathe out and notice how you’ve been so mixed with experience.

Letting things affect you. Letting good things make you feel good and bad things make you feel bad. When you let go of being so affected, you see there are no bad or good things. It’s all the same thing. It’s all love. There’s nothing that has to change.

Breathe in and just welcome it as it is.
Breathe out and stand up to your thoughts.

You can’t keep going through life tossed about by the ups and downs. Then you’ll always suffer. Something will always happen that will make you feel bad. But if you can learn how to feel good regardless of your circumstances, nothing has to affect you ever again.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel the relief that comes when you ask that question.

Am I aware? Yes, I am. Practice this question. Practice the no thought feeling of noticing, yes, I am aware. If you can learn to enjoy the state that you’re in when you ask, am I aware? Nothing will ever affect you again. When you ask, am I aware? You’re resting as awareness itself. You merge with the source of all that is because everything is made up of awareness. When you ask, am I aware? And you notice you are aware of awareness, you become one with everything, with god, with love.

Your mind will never figure it out. Your mind will never find a solution. The only solution is to simply identify as pure awareness and let the comings and goings of the world go by without being affected.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Go beyond the polarities of thought. Go beyond good and bad and rest as you are, pure awareness, in the present moment where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about because there’s no judgment of right and wrong, good and bad. Everything is as it is. And you remember who you really are, unborn, pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am now aware and I am now in the flow. Rest here, aware of awareness in the flow, unaffected by the comings and goings, and you’ll never have to suffer again.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
