Get Addicted (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Remember, you must become it to see it.

Breathe in and lift your own mood.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Become the gratitude that you want to feel. Become the gratitude you want to receive. Become the love that you want to get right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

The mind will get tired of this question. Am I aware? Am I aware? Over and over and over. Because this question annihilates the mind, it stops the thoughts. The mind doesn’t like that. But if you genuinely ask, “Am I aware?” and you genuinely look for the answer and you feel your mind turn around, your attention turn around to look at itself, at its source, you will be resting it on the presence of god, and the love that you seek will permeate your reality.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

All of the conditions are perfect for you to become aware of being aware right now. Rest your attention so that you may join with all that is, or rather realize you are already one with all that is.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and genuinely look even if your mind is sick of asking that question.

Even if the question hasn’t been working for you, keep trying. It doesn’t matter what the mantra is, what matters is your devotion to the practice. If you try every day to be aware of being aware, to rest your attention on the presence of god, you will be rewarded. You already are being rewarded right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

When your mind is seeking and resisting, looking for problems and running over potential worst case scenarios, that’s when you rein it in and rest your attention on its source.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

You can feel it happening, it’s like, sort of like your eyes are shifting focus, but it’s happening with your attention. Your attention is shifting focus from external objects in the world, including thoughts and your body, and it’s shifting within to the source of itself. God, pure awareness.

Breathe in and be empowered. It’s simple.
Breathe out and don’t give up.

Keep practicing. And when you want to take action out of anxiety, if you want to take a drug or do something to soothe yourself because things aren’t going your way—decide instead to trust life and drop your attention to the problems, to the objects, and rest it on its source. And you’ll see life already is the way you want it to be. You don’t have to take that drug. You don’t have to soothe with TV or alcohol or whatever it is that you’re reaching for. Get addicted to being aware of being aware. Because when you practice being aware of being aware, it’s a better feeling than any food or drug or relationship or situation or success could ever provide.

Breathe in and be the presence of God.
Breathe out and remember, life is magickal.

It’s not serious. We are here for fun. And the more you trust and be light and trust in the power of your own awareness, the more life will flow and the things you want will come to you without you having to try.

Breathe in and rest on the presence of God.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you.

You are the source. Everything wants to come to you now.

Be Free From The Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for what is. Whatever is happening, is happening in your favor. It’s a gift. Let yourself relax and enjoy it.

Breathe in and make peace with what is.
Breathe out and remember you don’t have to give a fuck.

It’s all unfolding perfectly whether you think about it or not. Today surrender your thoughts, let them go, let your worries go and see how life is already happening in your favor. You are life. It’s all for you.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious.
Breathe out and smile. It’s not serious.

Whatever is happening, it’s not serious. We’re all one. We’re all the same. When we die, we realize that. We rejoin the universal consciousness. It simply just doesn’t matter what happens.

Breathe in and be light. It just doesn’t matter.
Breathe out and let the thoughts go.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad. Today, stand up to your thoughts, trust the process of life and let it be easy.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Do this all day to keep your attention resting on its source. Practicing the presence of God.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Over and over and over, am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? And if you’re suffering too much, if your thoughts are making you feel out of control, ask yourself, who am I who is suffering so much? And look, look for the answer. This will instantly give you space from the suffering and it will help you see the suffering as just a passing thought. You are the one watching the suffering and you can surrender and let it pass by right now.

Breathing in, “Who am I who is suffering?”
Breathing out, “Who am I who is suffering?”

Use this question when you are so distraught that you don’t know what to do. “Who am I? Who am I who is suffering?” It will help you see there’s no one there. There’s no central core. There is only the awareness, and the suffering is just a passing form.

When you ask yourself, who am I? you see you are simply the awareness in which everything is arising, including the suffering. And when you get that distance by asking, who am I who is suffering?—the suffering starts to loosen up. It relaxes. You can see there is no central sufferer. There is no one who the suffering is sticking to. Just your attention on the thoughts is what makes them stay. Turn your attention around to your source by asking, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” and you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Really notice the sensation, the feeling, the knowing, the recognition that happens when you ask, am I aware? and you really look. What does it feel like when you ask, “Am I aware?”

For me, I feel the attention release the thoughts, relax its grip, and settle onto itself. And I come back to where I am, and the suffering is gone. It’s a practice—you have to do it all day, every day, but you can do it while you’re cooking or working or cleaning or talking.

Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Keep practicing. It doesn’t happen immediately, but if you devote a little bit of time to noticing that you are aware, you will see things work out for you. You will feel better. And miracles will come because your attention isn’t pinning your problems into place.

Breathe in and be free from the problems today.
Breathe out and be free.

Be free to be the unconditional love that is pure awareness. You are already aware. You are already in the flow.

Become What You Want to See (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Let it go into the ground, ground yourself right now, surrender.

Breathe in and slow down. There’s enough time.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

The more you let go, the more it flows. You don’t have to control everything. You can just let it unfold.

Breathe in and keep relaxing into this moment.
Breathe out and relax, let go, surrender, let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and remember you are the source of your experience.
Breathe out and really consider what that means.

If you are the source, that means everything else is an out-picturing of your inner world. Everything in your physical reality is a mirror of your inner life.

Breathe in and remember who you are.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

The first step is to remember who you are, the source, God, pure awareness, and then the second step is to shift your perspective to become what you want to see.

Breathe in and become it to see it.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feel your engine revving, warming up, feel your vibration rising when you say thank you and you mean it. That’s all you have to do to become it, to see it. You want things to receive. You want money. You want health. You want relationships. But really, you want that feeling of gratitude, of love, of, “I’m not alone. God does love me. Life is good.”

Breathe in and become a match to that feeling.
Breathe out and generate it within yourself right now.

It’s not even a generation. It’s a revealing, a revelation. Today, make the revelation be the revelation.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

You are the source. If you forget everything else, if
“Am I aware?” doesn’t work for you, if “Who am I?” doesn’t work for you, if these techniques don’t work, go back to gratitude because gratitude is what you feel when you’re present and so it’s a back door to presence. And you know that presence is the only measure of success. So if you can choose gratitude, you can be present. It’s the back door. Take the back door.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.

Feel the way you want to feel right now. Feel that good mood, that good feeling, that empowered, loving feeling of, “Nothing needs to change. I already have it all. I already am it all.”

Breathe in and know nothing needs to change.
Breathe out and see life already is the way you want it to be.

It really is. And if there are things that aren’t the way you want them to be, if there are problems or loose ends or things that need fixed, you can solve them right now by shifting your vibration, shifting your perspective to gratitude. It cleans up everything else because time is not linear. It’s all right now.

If you shift yourself, if you shift your perspective, everything outside of you shifts and all the problems fix themselves, it’s revealed why things had to happen that way and you feel gratitude, genuine gratitude for the opportunity, the chance, the great fortune that you had to get to come to physical reality.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Say it to everything, especially the things you don’t want, especially the actions you take that you don’t like or you regret. Say thank you because it’s all in your favor. And the sooner you shift your perspective to gratitude, the sooner you will receive the things you want.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Really feel it. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This is all you have to do to change the trajectory of your entire life and see that it’s all happening in your favor. You are now aware and you are now in the flow. Thank you.

Dissipate Uncomfortable Emotions (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious!
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

It’s all happening in your favor and the sooner you switch to a vibration of gratitude, the sooner you’ll see how life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Now, as you go about your day, you can force yourself to practice gratitude. You can keep thank you on repeat in your mind. And that works wonders for shifting your vibration and making you a match to receiving. And it helps you see how everything is happening in your favor. But what if you have an uncomfortable emotion that you don’t know how to get rid of, but you really don’t wanna feel like that anymore?

Breathe in and notice the uncomfortable emotion.
Breathe out and notice right now.

If there is an uncomfortable emotion in your body, notice it. And then all you have to do is say, anxiety is here and then take a breath.

Sadness is here and then take a breath.

Frustration is here. Take a breath.

When you notice uncomfortable emotions, all you have to do is acknowledge them. Notice them. Look at them. Don’t be afraid of them. It’s not you. It’s not who you really are. And when you feel yucky in your body, when you you feel bad, take a moment to name the emotion and state, “Yes, it is here.” By doing this, you are accepting the emotion and you are bringing the light of your awareness to it.

Breathe in and bring the light of your awareness.
Breathe out and let the light of awareness dissolve anything that isn’t true.

As you practice this, when you say things like, “Sadness is here,”—right away, I hear my mind say, “Where?” Because really, it’s not there. It’s just an illusion. It’s just a passing thought, a passing form. And when you bring your awareness to it, your full attention, and you say that it’s here with you, it separates the witness from the emotion and allows the emotion to simply dissipate right away.

Breathe in and face how you feel today.
Breathe out and notice how you feel right now.

For me, I notice relief. Relief is here.

Breathe in and notice how you feel.
Breathe out and accept it.

Anxiety is here and I feel it in the periphery of my attention kind of vibrating like a scribble. But the more I place my attention on what is, welcoming it, accepting it, not resisting it or trying to numb it or run away from it—the more I do that, the faster the emotion dissipates and it’s simply not there anymore because it was an illusion all along.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and be so empowered.

Your emotions don’t have to ruin your day. You can simply bring the light of your awareness to your emotions and watch them dissipate right in front of you.

Breathe in and be light today.
Breathe out and be the powerful creator you know you are.

Breathe in and feel so relieved.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. It really is all in my favor.

Dissolve Bad Habits (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome the thoughts. Welcome what’s happening.

Breathe in and know you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

It’s all unfolding perfectly. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen. All you can do is watch.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and just watch what happens.

You might want to change things about you or your life or your behavior, but it’s all happening automatically. It’s the playing out of conditioning. Your actions, try as you might to change them, are going to keep playing out robotically until you lighten them with awareness.

Breathe in and be aware.
Breathe out and just be aware.

That is all you can do about your problems, is shine the light of awareness on them. If you have a habit, if you have a tendency, something that you keep doing that you can’t stop but you want to—you can’t change it. It’s not up to you. Your conditioning will keep playing out and it seems like it’s against your will but it’s not up to you. It’s just happening unconsciously and if you do the action with total consciousness, the bad habit or the tendency, it will start to dissolve under the flame of awareness.

Breathe in and feel relieved.
Breathe out and really feel relief.

It’s out of your control. You don’t have to torture your thoughts, torture yourself with thoughts. You don’t have to torture your thoughts either. You don’t have to torture yourself with thoughts about what should be different.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and be the unconditional noticing.

You’re already doing it. You are already being aware. You cannot stop.

Breathe in and notice it all unconditionally.
Breathe out and see how you’re already doing it.

You’re already doing it. You’re already doing the thing that makes you feel love, that makes you join with all that is. You already are all that is. Just your thoughts are separating you. Today, identify as the unconditional noticing. It happens before thoughts. It happens before manifestation. You are that, the unconditional noticing. You can’t conditionally notice. You can’t turn off your noticing. That’s who you really are. You can call it pure awareness. You can call it unconditional noticing.

Breathe in and see you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and see you are already doing the unconditional noticing of it all.

Try it right now. Say to yourself, “I’m already doing it.” What are you already doing? Noticing it all unconditionally. You cannot stop. It’s already happening. Become aware of it right now.

Breathe in and say, “I’m already doing it.”
Breathe out and reply to the inevitable question your mind brings up, “What am I already doing?”

Noticing it all unconditionally, just allowing whatever is to be. No resistance, no seeking. Simply identified as unconditional noticing.

Breathe in and notice the sameness.
Breathe out and see how this is how you get through life without it affecting you.

This is how you get through the ups and downs without being so affected, without being so devastated. Rest as the unconditional noticing. You’re already doing it and that is the safe place, the secure place, the presence of god place where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and say, I’m already doing it.
Breathe out and be the unconditional noticing.

The light of your awareness will dissolve anything that’s not real, any illusion, anything you don’t like. Trust the power of identifying with the unconditional noticing. You are now aware. You are now in the flow.

The Present Moment Is God (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.”

Let yourself relax into this moment, slowing down your thoughts to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Stand up to your thoughts right now. Get some distance from them. Let yourself step into this present moment where all of your power lies, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about, because the present moment is god. And when you are present, you are practicing the presence of god.

Breathe in and keep opening up.
Breathe out and really feel that feeling of gratitude.

Thank you. I know it’s in my favor. Thank you, thank you. Let yourself be light today. Let yourself be unaffected by what happens. You don’t care what happens because your infinite supply of feeling good is right inside of you right now.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and connect to the place where you touch god.

It’s all god. But if you take your attention inside and rest it on where your attention comes from, you will be filled with a feeling of wellbeing, with the feeling of love and gratitude. When you rest your attention on its source, you drop the thoughts, and so your true nature of love and peace and happiness and joy is revealed.

Breathe in and let it be easy today.
Breathe out and smile.

Life doesn’t have to be hard. Only your thoughts make it hard.

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today.
Breathe out and know you hold the power.

Your power is in where you place your attention. And when you rest your attention on itself, the miracles flow and you feel love. You have to be brave enough to let the problems go, to stand up to your thoughts, and to trust that it’s working out for you. But if you have the courage to stop worrying your problems, your whole reality will be permeated with love, yeah, love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware of the presence of god.

And that’s why when I am aware I have no problems, because I’m practicing the presence of god. I’m not worrying or agitated, so I’m at peace. I’m not looking for problems or lack, so I’m happy. And I don’t notice any separation from those I love because I am identified as pure awareness, the thing that makes up us all.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. Let yourself be the background of experience today. Whenever your problems start creeping in, ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Until you feel it, until you catch that feeling of peace. It’s not immediate. Practice it for a few minutes at a time. Am I aware? Am I aware? Do it to the exclusion of all other thoughts. Let your problems go while you are practicing the presence of god. If you believe in god, you know that all of this is god. It cannot not be god. And so if you’re practicing the presence of god, if you are actively noticing it’s all god, then you know there are no problems. You know it’s all perfect. God does everything perfectly.

Breathe in and trust god today.
Breathe out and use whatever word you need—universe, life, source energy.

I just say god because most people understand it. All it means is the thing that’s bigger than your individual, separate, suffering self.

Breathe in and be free of your suffering today.
Breathe out and be aware of the presence of God and let those problems go.

They don’t even exist anymore.

Who Are You Who Is So Hurt? (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you.”

Thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor. I know it’s in my favor. The things I think are happening against me, I know they’re in my favor.

Breathe in and say yes to all the things happening against you.
Breathe out and welcome them right now.

Yes, my feelings are hurt. Yes, I’m creating outlandish theories in my mind. Yes, I’m projecting my problems onto other people. Yes, I am looking for other people to fix my mood. Yes, I am letting the world affect me. Yes, my feelings are hurt. Yes, I’m stressed. Yes, I’m really mad. Yes, I have been looking into the world for satisfaction and there’s a little bit, but it’s not it. And the more I look into the world for satisfaction, the more I get hurt.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile because it’s not serious.

It’s happening in your favor. It’s happening in your favor. Everything in the past you thought was happening against you was in your favor.

Breathe in and keep saying yes.
Breathe out and keep welcoming those things that are happening against you.

Yes, my mind is separating me. Yes, my mind is labeling things as bad. Yes, I’m taking things personally. Yes, my feelings are so hurt. And I didn’t do anything. I didn’t do anything wrong.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and surrender.

Give up. You think I give a fuck? I don’t give a fuck. I don’t give a fuck.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and just calm yourself with your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

I’ve been here before. I know how to do this. But my mind is clinging and seeking and resisting and it hurts. It hurts so bad.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I who hurts?”
Breathe out and investigate. “Who am I who is so hurt?”

Breathe in and keep looking.
Breathe out and keep looking.

“Who am I who is so hurt?” A little girl, a daughter. Who am I who is so hurt? A baby who thought she was safe. A baby who thought she did everything right.

Breathe in and keep asking, “Who am I who is so hurt?”
Breathe out and keep looking, “Who am I who is so hurt?”

It’s just a thought. It’s just a construction of a self-image. It’s a false identity. It’s just a thought.

Breathe in and keep asking, “Who am I who is so hurt?”
Breathe out and keep looking, “Who am I who is so hurt?”

“Who am I who is so hurt?” A heart. An exposed bleeding heart.

Breathe in and keep looking, “Who am I who is so hurt?”
Breathe out and keep looking, “Who am I who is so hurt?”

Just an innocent being who looked to the world for satisfaction and got hurt because it’s all temporary and the only way to get past it is to stabilize as I am. The one unchanging thing, the one thing that won’t go away. The only thing that will solve my problem is practicing the presence of god and dropping the thoughts.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and look. Yes I am.

Just stay here, stay as you are, stay as I am. Drop all the thoughts and it’ll all work out. It’s only your mind making you feel bad. It’s only your thoughts separating you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

This is my superpower and I am choosing to stabilize as I am, practice the presence of god and not give a fuck about what the world is doing.

Breathing in, yes.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you, I know that’s in my favor. Thank you!

Reject Every Thought (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Trust that it’s all happening in your favor. Trust that whatever is happening is a gift for you.

Breathe in and lighten up, life is not serious.
Breathe out and keep practicing the vibration of thank you, thank you, thank you.

Become it to see it right now. Thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and become what you want to see.
Breathe out and feel how much better you feel already, choosing gratitude, choosing it before you see it, choosing to feel good before anything else changes.

Breathe in and step into your power.
Breathe out and remember you are the source of your experience.

You become it and then you see it. Whatever it is you want to see, become it right now.

Breathe in and find out, what do I want to see?
Breathe out and really identify it.

What do you want? What do you want to see today? I just want to see love. I want evidence of love. I want kindness and generosity and love.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice, yes I am.

This is one of the simplest ways to feel love, to become love, to open up to receiving love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. My mind is at peace because it’s not agitated. I feel rich and happy because I don’t notice any lack. But best of all, I feel love because when I am identified as pure awareness, I am identified as the thing we all have in common—awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and really look for that answer. Yes, I am aware. Yes, I am aware.

Keep asking and asking and asking and asking until you get that relief of dropping your thoughts and resting your attention on its source.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t give a fuck.”

Whatever it takes to reject every thought, that’s what you have to do. It’s the thoughts that cause the suffering. It’s the thoughts that cause problems. It’s the thoughts that are the problems. Whatever question, whatever technique, whatever mantra you choose today, remember the purpose. It’s to reject every thought. It doesn’t mean you stop thinking. You really can’t stop thinking. But you can reject every thought that comes. You don’t have to hold onto or believe every thought. You can just reject every single one by asking,

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

To every thought that comes, “Well, am I aware?” To every problem that arises, “Am I aware?” Because when I’m aware I have no problems. It’s only the thoughts making the problems. If you can pull your attention away from the world and rest it on its source, you will rejoin the love you already are and then the manifestations and miracles will come. But you won’t even care because you’ll be love itself and you don’t need anything when you are being love itself.

Breathe in and stop seeking today.
Breathe out and just relax.

Relax your attention. Drop the seeking. Drop thinking that something outside of you is going to make you feel better. Only you can make you feel better. Devote yourself right now to dropping the thoughts, rejecting the thoughts, letting the thoughts pass by with whatever technique works for you. Am I aware? works really well for me but it might be something different for you like, who am I?

Breathing in, who am I who has these thoughts?
Breathing out, who am I who has these thoughts?

Keep asking yourself, “Who am I?” until you get to the middle, which is nothing. You are simply this. You are this moment. That’s what you are. You are the awareness of this moment and everything in this moment is made of awareness. You are it all.

Breathe in and feel excited about your day today.
Breathe out and play with this puzzle of, am I aware?

Don’t give up on it. Keep asking and asking and asking until you feel your attention relax and you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware and I am now in the flow.

Thinking Is Torture (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious.

Everything is perfect and in its place, it’s all working out for you.

Breathe in and trust you’re in the right place at the right time.
Breathe out and surrender your thoughts, surrender your judgments, surrender your worries, let it all go.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and look for the answer. “Am I aware?” Yes, I am aware.

Breathe in and be aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and just rest in your sense of being.

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” You feel your attention turn around to look at itself. And for a moment you can feel what it’s like to just simply exist without your thoughts torturing you.

Breathe in and simply exist.
Breathe out and get some space from those thoughts.

Am I aware? Yes, I am. And when you catch that feeling, that knowing, that recognition, that yes, I am aware—when you feel your attention turn around and rest on its source—see how long you can stay there. See how long you can rest without your thoughts pulling you out of the now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Repeat the letter I over and over to cement this feeling, to really rest in your sense of being. I, I, I.

Where is that I coming from? Where does the I thought come from? Watch it arise.

Breathing in, I, I.
Breathing out, I, I.

Watch where it comes from in your consciousness. Is it coming from inside your brain, in your body, in your imagination? Where is the “I” thought coming from? Wherever it is that it’s coming from, that point is your connection to the universe, to god, to the infinite.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am. I. I.

Feel your attention rest in this moment in the place where you already are. Feel how you’re already doing it. There’s nothing complicated. It’s already happening. Only your thoughts make it complex. Only your thoughts pull you away from your presence.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When my attention is resting on its source, I have no problems because I’m not focused on lack. My mind isn’t agitated. And I’m resting as the thing we all have in common, pure awareness. And so I’m not separate from anyone that I love. I am one with everything before the thoughts come and separate.

Breathe in and feel your thoughts lose their power today.
Breathe out and just exist.

That’s all you have to do. It’s your only to-do list item. Exist, you’re already doing it.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. My attention is resting on its source in this moment. I, I, I am resting in my sense of being. I, I.

Breathe in and let it be simple.
Breathe out and trust it’s safe to drop your thoughts.

Let life figure out your problems for you. Just rest in your sense of being. Rest in the knowing that you exist and life will clean up all the messes.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

I, I, I, I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Notice It All Unconditionally (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I feel a little unstable. Yes, I feel like I am having to work to keep my good mood. Yes, I’m feeling tense. Yes, I’m feeling anxious. Yes, I just want to get everything done at the same time. Yes, I just want to finish.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is.

Yes, I’m slowing down. Yes, I’m letting go of the thoughts. Yes, I’m surrendering into this moment. Yes, I’m remembering who I am.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and look for that answer. Yes, I am aware.

Breathe in and notice the thoughts that still come.
Breathe out and notice how you’re the one who sees those thoughts who come.

You are the pure awareness, watching it all, noticing it all unconditionally.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware of being aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t agitated, so I feel peace. I’m not seeking for something to change. So I don’t feel lack, I feel abundant. And I’m not separate from anything or anyone. When I am aware that I am aware, I am identified as awareness itself, the thing that makes up everything, the universal substance. And when I know that I am awareness, that I am aware of being aware, then I have no separation from those I love, we’re all one. Love.

Breathe in and be in love today.
Breathe out and let the love come to you.

It’s only your thoughts keeping the things away from you. It’s only your thoughts that make you feel bad, that make you feel anxious and like, you have to get things done and like things aren’t perfect the way they are. But your mind is just a series of thoughts. It’s not an entity. It’s not the boss of you. It’s not this secret hidden thing that’s hard to find. It’s just thoughts as they’re arising. It’s not a creature. It’s not an entity. It’s not some standalone thing. When you stop thinking, there’s no more mind.

Breathe in and be free from the thoughts today.
Breathe out and just let them go.

They’re not true. You don’t have to believe them. You can just rest as you are, aware that you are aware, stable, happy, at peace, in love, if you can just be brave enough to let the thoughts go.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and notice your mind, your attention, turn around to look at itself, to look at its source.

Am I aware? It sucks right back into itself, resting on its source. It pulls your attention right back into this moment, the only thing that’s real.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And then you just stay there. And every time you notice you’re distracted or suffering or seeking, just ask yourself again, am I aware? And feel your attention let go of the thoughts, stop attending to the thoughts and come right back to rest on its source. Love, god, pure positive energy.

Breathe in and rest your attention on god.
Breathe out and become one with god.

Then you know everything is going to flow for you. Everything is perfect and in its place. It’s all unfolding perfectly. And everything you want is right in front of you. Just get out of the way.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Feel your attention do that thing, the no action, the no thought thing of recognizing yes I am aware, I’m here in this moment. Let the thoughts drop. Notice that your discomfort comes from the thinking. Your discomfort comes from your attention, seeking, resisting, running itself over uncomfortable, untrue thoughts, but you can just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Genuinely look, feel your attention relax onto its source of god, and then you see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes.

I am aware and I am now in the flow.
