Be The Background (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you thank you thank you I know it’s in my favor.

Let yourself relax into this moment let yourself feel ease and flow. Let go of those thoughts, let go right now.

Breathe in and lighten up. Life is not serious.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It’s not serious. No matter what the stress tells you, no matter what your thoughts tell you, it’s not serious.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and keep lightening up.
Breathe out and ask yourself. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware that I exist? Am I aware of what’s going on? Am I aware of what I’m witnessing?

Breathe in and ask. Am I aware?
Breathe out and look for the answer.

Don’t think about it. Look for it. Feel your mind release the thoughts. Feel your attention turn around to look at itself. Yes, I am aware. I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and be aware.
Breathe out and rest as pure awareness.

Awareness is what makes up everything. Awareness is the space or the field in which everything arises. Awareness is also unconditional love because it lets anything arise. It doesn’t resist anything. Awareness allows everything unconditionally.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and be the background in which forms arise.

Today as you go about your day, say to yourself over and over, “Be the background.” All that means is identify as the awareness in which everything arises instead of identifying as your thoughts or your emotions or your body.

Breathe in and be the background.
Breathe out and be the background in which everything arises.

Be the background against which all things are seen. Be the background, the unconditional love that allows everything. That resists nothing.

Breathe in and be the background.
Breathe out and relax.

Nothing has to affect you. You don’t have to get so riled up by the ups and downs of life. You can be the background, simply identified as pure awareness, relaxed, allowing, identified as unconditional love. And when you do this, when you make the conscious choice to place your attention on identifying as awareness, you release the tension, you release the stress, you release the hold that the thoughts have on you. And then when you let go of your problems, your thinking, your problems work themselves out. Manifestations start arising rapidly. Miracles flow to you because now you’re a match, you’re unconditional love. You can see them now.

Breathe in and be the background.
Breathe out and smile because that’s the key, that’s the solution, that’s the relief you need.

Simply identify as pure awareness with whatever technique works for you. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Say to yourself, “Pure awareness, I am.” Ask yourself, “Who am I?” or simply say, “Be the background.”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems, because my attention is resting on its source. My mind is not agitated, so I am at peace. I notice no lack, so I am happy. And I am identified as the thing we all have in common, pure awareness. So I experience no separation from those I love.

You can do this anywhere. You can do this with anyone. When you simply identify as pure awareness, you’re in love with everyone. Everyone is in love with you.

Breathe in and be in love with everyone.
Breathe out and let everyone be in love with you.

You made it. This is it. Be the background and see life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe out and say, “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”

Be Glad to Feel Out of Control (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

When I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathing in, “Am I aware?”
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I exist. I am aware of what’s going on. I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Tune your vibration right now. Tune yourself to the vibration of receiving, of joy, of celebrating.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Whatever is going on in your life, accept it, welcome it, say yes to it, and say thank you for it. Be glad for it, whatever it is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Yes, I’m feeling scattered. Yes, I’m feeling out of control. Yes, I’m feeling dull. Yes, I’m feeling… Uninspired. Yes, I’m feeling low energy.

Breathe in and say thank you for all that is.
Breathe out and welcome all that is.

Thank you, thank you for the low energy. I’m so glad I’m low energy today. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m so glad I feel uninspired. I’m so glad I feel out of control. Thank you. I am so glad I feel out of control.

Breathe in and keep welcoming what is.
Breathe out and keep saying thank you for what is.

You can shift everything with thank you. The things you thought were against you, it turns out they were in your favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

I’m so glad I feel out of control and uninspired. I’m so glad I feel low energy. I’m so glad I feel out of control.

Breathing in, yes.
Breathing out, thank you.

Thank you, I’m so glad life is the way it is. I’m so glad. Allow yourself to be glad, to celebrate everything, even the things you don’t like. It’s all awareness, it’s all a miracle, and it’s all happening in your favor.

I am so glad that I am aware and I am so glad that I am now in the flow.

You Don’t Have to Do Any Work (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing into this moment.

Yes, I’m sitting in this chair. Yes, I feel a little uneasy. Yes, I’m thinking about the future. Yes, I’m pretty content today. Yes, I’m looking forward to the rest of my day. Yes, things are working out for me.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and celebrate how far you’ve come.

Right now in this moment you have the choice to surrender or hold on. Decide right now to let go of your expectations. Let go of your preferences. Let go of your goals, so that you can achieve the goal of happiness right here, right now.

Breathe in and let the flow through you.
Breathe out and stop trying to force. Stop trying to control. Stop trying to direct, to drive, to guide. Just surrender and let it unfold.

Breathe in and keep opening up to receiving.
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Everything is perfect and in its place. It’s safe to let go of control now. There’s nothing left to do. All you can do is be.

Breathe in and notice, am I aware?
Breathe out and answer: yes, I am aware.

Yes, I am aware that I am aware. Yes, I know what’s going on. Yes. I know I exist.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Let this question wake you up in the dream. When you surrender your preferences and your goals and your desires, it’s difficult to convince yourself to do it because then when will you get something to feel good about? When will you be happy? If you don’t change anything right now, what’s the point?

Well, if you can truly surrender your desires, your goals, your preferences, and simply identify as pure awareness, you feel love, you feel happiness, you feel abundance, you feel joy, and it’s because you are identified as that thing that never changes. It’s not an up or a down, a yes or a no, a good or a bad.

Breathe in and surrender the good and bad.
Breathe out and be the unconditional love of pure awareness, allowing whatever arises to be unconditionally.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and let it be fun.

When you feel like you’re suddenly waking up like, “Oh my God, this is real. I get to be a person. There’s textures. There’s plants.”—When you feel this childlike innocence and enthusiasm, that’s how you know you’re identified as pure awareness. When you surrender the thoughts, the happiness is revealed. It’s who you are, just give it a chance.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your attention turn around to look at itself. “Yes, I am aware.”

The point is to take the attention off of your thinking and onto your present moment experience of simply being.

Breathe in and simply be.
Breathe out and notice how you’re already doing it and you can’t stop.

You don’t have to do any work to be happy, to feel love. It’s a letting go, a releasing of the work, a relaxing of the work.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. I am simply identified as pure awareness. I am already doing it. And when you say to yourself, “I’m already doing it,” let it wake you up into this moment where you see life already is the way you want it to be, because you are here, you get to experience physical reality, and no matter what happens, you’re safe and you are loved.

Breathe in and enjoy the dream.
Breathe out and know you’re dreaming.

You’re already doing it.

Notice the Sameness (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious.
Breathe out and let those thoughts go.

Surrender your preferences. Let go of your desires right now. Desire is bondage.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Welcome this moment. This moment is all there really is. Instead of noticing the differences between moments, start noticing the sameness, the similarities. What is it that never changes moment to moment? What is it that’s the same in every moment?

Breathe in and find the sameness.
Breathe out and find the sameness.

What is it that’s consistent in every moment, in every experience? It’s you, the witness, the observer, the awareness. It’s the awareness that never changes. And if you can rest as you are, pure awareness, then you don’t have to be so affected by the ups and downs of life.

Breathe in and notice the sameness.
Breathe out and relax.

This is the key, to feel the way you want to feel now. To feel the love, the happiness, the abundance, the peace right now before you get the things that you think are going to give you those emotions.

Breathe in and have those things now.
Breathe out and notice the sameness.

Notice the awareness that is constant as the form changes around you. Notice who you really are. You are the awareness that everything arises in.

Breathe in and simply identify as that pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax, relax your body.

When you simply identify as pure awareness by asking yourself, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” or if you say something like, “I’m already doing it.”—When you identify as pure awareness, your mind is at peace because it’s not agitated. You feel abundant because you aren’t noticing lack. And you feel in love because you’re identified as awareness, the thing we all have in common.

Breathe in and return to that love.
Breathe out and know you’re already doing it.

You already are aware, you already are that love. It’s just your thoughts that separate you. It’s just the thinking that tortures you.

Breathe in and witness the witness.
Breathe out and witness those thoughts.

When your thoughts start getting out of control, when you start worrying, when you start thinking about all the implications of something that happened, good or bad—that’s when you stop yourself and you change the direction of your attention from going out into the world, out into thoughts, and you pull it back in to rest on its source. You just ask, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Ask yourself this over and over until you feel your attention turning around to look at itself, until you feel yourself do the no-thought thing of simply being aware, of noticing, yes, I am aware. It’s not a thought. It’s a knowing. It’s who you are. It’s who you are already being.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because my mind’s not agitated. I’m not focused on lack and I am not separate from those I love.

Breathe in and feel so relieved.
Breathe out and relax.

This will solve your problems. Life will work your problems out for you, but you have to trust that what is happening is happening in your favor and that it is safe to let go of those thoughts.

Breathing out, yes, I am and being aware is my fucking superpower and today I am aware and I am now in the flow.

Your Problems Will Never Bother You Again (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

It’s all just arisings coming and going. Nothing is permanent except you, pure awareness.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

Feel your perspective shift right now when you say thank you and you feel that feeling in your heart.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

You can choose to feel better right this second to shift your attitude, flip the switch with thank you, and change the trajectory of your entire life.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

You might have things going through your head, problems, things that you don’t like about yourself, criticisms, regrets, doubts, fears, but underneath all of those thoughts is pure awareness. You’re already doing it. You’re already being. You’re already god. All of those problems in your mind are irrelevant when you rest as pure awareness.

Breathe in and remember you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and flip the switch.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Feeling this feeling in your heart opens you up to the possibility that life loves you, that everything really is working out for you, that it really is happening in your favor. And once you get in this place of positive expectation, of optimism, of enthusiasm, then it’s so easy to just stay as you are, pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and look. Yes, I am aware.

No matter what thoughts are going through your head, like, “I shouldn’t have done that. What does this person think? I have to do this and then I have to do this. I’m tired.”—No matter what you’re thinking about, stressing about—underneath those thoughts is pure awareness, god itself. You are already doing it.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

It’s all happening in your favor. If you can trust the process of life, if you can stay as you are, your problems will work themselves out. Let yourself relax. Let yourself remember you’re already doing it.

Breathe in and know, no matter what happens, you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and relax into pure awareness.

Even when you think things like, “I’m overwhelmed, I’m tired, I don’t know what to do,” Say to yourself, “I’m already doing it. I’m already doing it.”

What are you already doing? Being aware of being aware. You are already aware. You are already one with all that is, pure awareness. It’s all awareness.

Breathing in, I’m already doing it.
Breathing out, I’m already doing it.

And when you realize that the answer is not in the mind, when you see that there is no effort required, your problems will never bother you again. Because underneath those thoughts is pure love and you’re already doing it.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax into pure awareness.

You’re already doing it. Say to yourself over and over today, “I’m already doing it.” And then no matter what’s happening on the surface of your life, you are still merged with love.

Breathe in and already be doing it.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’m already doing it. I’m already in the flow.

Become it to see it right now. Start feeling the way you wanna feel right now.

Breathe out and say thank you and really feel it, thank you.

This is what gratitude lists try to accomplish. When you list things you’re currently grateful for, you get that feeling that you wanna feel. You want that feeling of thank you, wow, life actually is okay, life actually does love me! Thank you, wow, this really could work out for me.

Breathe in and feel the way you wanna feel now.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you.

You become it and then you see it. You feel the feeling you wanna feel and then you see it reflected in your reality because you are the source of your experience. You are the source, you are the creator.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

If there are things bothering you that you think are happening against you, those are also in your favor. And you can also say thank you for those things. And then you’ll see how they are miracles bringing you exactly what you want.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you.

Remember, this is your magick wand. Saying thank you and really feeling the feeling, despite all physical evidence, will generate the circumstances you prefer.

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

This is all you need to shift your perspective from life being a chore to life being blissful. Thank you, the power is in your hands, in your perspective and attitude.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

And if you’re in a bad mood, or you can’t get away from the thoughts that tell you something bad is happening, just relax and let god replace you. And then you’ll know everything is working out for you, and you don’t have to struggle trying to decide what to do, because god is acting through you.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Anytime you’re too irritated, you’re mad, you’re arguing, you’re in a fight, or you really don’t want what you have, let god replace you and you will see life already is the way you want it to be. You will see how it’s all happening in your favor.

You don’t have to worry about your decisions. You don’t have to wonder what to do. You don’t have to try to figure out how you’re going to make your life circumstances better. You can just surrender, leave it up to god and let the miracles flow.

The rules of physics don’t apply to you. The laws of the universe are just limiting beliefs. Today decide to believe in the magick life and see how everything can turn around for you in an instant.

Having everything turn around for you in an instant doesn’t mean you get all the things you want. It means that you feel good, that you feel optimistic about being alive, that you’re grateful to be here, that you feel love, that’s all it is. Everything turns around when you feel love.

Breathe in and open up to feeling love today.
Breathe out and let love take care of your problems today.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer.

Look for the answer, “Am I aware?” Yes, I am. That’s all you have to do to feel love. Because when you are simply identified as pure awareness, you are identified as the thing we all have in common: awareness. And when you rest as awareness, you are one with all that is. And that’s what love is, unity, oneness.

Breathe in and welcome love into your life today.
Breathe out and surrender all of your other preferences.

You want things to go a certain way. You want things to happen at a certain time. You want people to do things right the way you want them done. But all that matters is that you are identified as pure awareness so that you feel love and then you don’t need any of those things to change.

Breathe in and welcome love into your life today.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

You’re already doing it. There’s no mental work to do. It’s not a thought. It’s not a puzzle. It’s not a magic trick. You’re already doing it. You already are pure awareness. Everything is pure awareness. It’s just your thoughts that make you feel separate, that make you feel like you’re a person that can die and be hurt. But you are pure awareness. You are one with everything and you are love itself.

Breathe out and say fuck it because life is not serious.

All of your problems, all of the little things you wish were different—they’ll all work themselves out. Just get out of your own way. Stop thinking about them. And yes, that’s easier said than done. And that’s why you train yourself to simply identify as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes. I am aware.

I am aware that I am aware. I know what’s going on right now. Do you? Do you know what’s happening right now? Are you aware that you’re existing? That’s all it is. You’re already doing it.

Breathe in and relax because you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and let it be easy.

You don’t have to do anything. You’re already perfect. Life is already perfect. It’s just the thoughts that separate you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware I have no problems. Because when I am aware, my attention is resting on its source. My attention is one with god, when I am aware that I am aware. And when my attention is resting, my mind is not agitated, so I am at peace. When my attention is resting on its source, I’m not noticing lack, so I feel happy. And when my attention is resting on its source, I feel no separation from others because I am pure awareness itself. And that’s all I have to do to feel love, to be love, yeah, love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

When life gets overwhelming and things aren’t going your way, and there’s nothing that you can do to change your circumstances, simply identify as pure awareness. Say fuck it to all of the physical reality problems! And stay as you are. You’re already doing it. You are aware. You know what’s happening right now. You know you exist.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am!

Keep practicing until you feel yourself waking up in the moment, looking around like, “Oh my god, I’m actually here. I don’t have to be trapped in the mental prison of my thoughts.”

Breathe in and be here.
Breathe out and say, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

All of that stuff, all of your problems, they are happening in your favor. Not getting what you want is always a blessing and it’s always creating something bigger and better than what you had imagined.

Breathe in and say thank you, I know it’s happening in my favor.
Breathe out and feel that feeling of gratitude.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you is your magick wand and it will shift your vibration from lack to enthusiasm, to knowing, to trusting that it’s all happening in your favor. And when you can relax into your true identity of pure awareness, you will see life already is the way you want it to be.

You’re Doing A Great Job (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

When you stop resisting it, it will stop persisting. So right now welcome all of the unpleasant things. Welcome all of the parts of yourself you don’t like. Welcome all of the things you’re dissatisfied about.

Breathe in and say yes to dissatisfaction.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I feel not good enough. Yes, I feel scattered. Yes, I feel like I’m not doing enough. Yes, I feel like I am disappointing other people. Yes, I’m having a really hard time putting myself before other people’s needs. Yes, I feel stretched and pulled. Yes, I feel anxious. Yes, I feel angry. Yes, I feel so frustrated. Yes, I feel so mad at myself. Yes, I feel so imperfect. Yes, I feel really not good enough. Like I’m really fucking it up.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and just notice what is.

Yes, I am feeling so much self-criticism. Yes, I feel like I am making mistakes left and right. Yes, I am having a hard time being present. Yes, I am really in my head. Yes, I am really worried. Yes, I am feeling really stressed.

Breathe in and welcome the stress.
Breathe out and say thank you for the stress.

I know it’s happening in my favor. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and say thank you for what is.
Breathe out and notice how when you say thank you for what is, when you say thank you for the things you don’t like—thank you for the stress—you can feel your mind shift and start looking at that thing with curiosity instead of repulsion.

Thank you for the stress. Thank you for the stress. Thank you for the stress.

Breathe in and feel yourself getting curious.
Breathe out and let yourself be light.

You have the power to shift your perspective, to feel grateful for the things you don’t want. You have the power to see things in a new light, to see how it really is happening in your favor. Even the family drama, even the major health problems, even the decisions you made that you regret, it’s all happening in your favor. It really is. You’re doing a great job.

Breathe in and know, you’re still doing a great job.
Breathe out and know you’re doing your best and that’s all you can do. You’re doing your best.

Have some compassion for yourself like you would for a child.

Breathe in and know you’re doing a great job anyway.
Breathe out and see.

Even if you’re stressed, even if you feel like you’re not good enough, you’re doing a great job. You’re doing a great job. You are really doing a good job.

Breathe in and just keep doing what you’re doing.
Breathe out and say thank you as much as you can, because it’s a really good way to shift your perspective from being a victim to being open and curious and playful like the innocent baby you are.

Breathe in and congratulate yourself, you have come so far.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you. I know it’s in my favor.

Everything is unfolding perfectly for you. Trust the process of life. Trust life will take care of you. Say thank you and fuck all the rest.

You’re doing a great job. You are perfect the way you are. You’re doing your best and you are so, so, so loved.

You’re Already Doing It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

All you want at the core is to be loved. That can come in so many ways. Today, surrender whatever preferences you have of wanting it to go a certain way and let the magick life fill in all of the empty spots.

Breathe in and lighten up. It’s not serious!
Breathe out and just be still.

Let your mind slow down.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and relax.

Let it be easy today. The mind wants to struggle. The mind wants problems. The mind is looking for something to be hard and difficult. But who you really are, pure awareness, always is. Who you really are, pure awareness, is already here, and you don’t have to do any work to be here.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Genuinely look for the answer. “Am I aware?”

Breathe in and keep lightening up because it’s not serious.
Breathe out and say thank you because it’s all happening in your favor.

Let it be easy. Let yourself relax. Decide today that you’re going to stay as you are, pure awareness, and then your reality will be permeated with love, the thing you want more than anything.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems, because when I am aware, I am identified as pure awareness. My mind is not agitated, so I am peaceful. I’m not noticing any lack, so I am happy. And I am not separate from anyone who I love. So I am in love, I am love itself.

Breathe in and rest in your awareness today.
Breathe out and know you’re already doing it.

We try all of these mental tricks to be enlightened. We practice breathing and counting and awareness and praying and feeling the way we wanna feel. But the thing is, you’re already doing it. You’re already being. You already are pure awareness. You can’t get away from it. It’s only your thoughts that ever make you feel separate.

Breathe in and notice you’re aware.
Breathe out and notice you’re already doing it.

It’s much simpler than the mind wants it to be, because you’re already doing it.

Breathe in and notice: I’m already doing it.
Breathe out and see how saying that can wake you up in the dream.

I’m already doing it. I’m already aware. I’m already identified as pure awareness. I’m already stable as I am. I am already doing it with no effort, no thinking, no trickery in the mind.

Breathe in and say to yourself: I’m already doing it.
Breathe out and know it’s that simple.

You’re already doing it. There’s no more tricks. There’s no more inquiry. It is what it is and you are what it is and you are already doing it. You’re already enlightened. You’re already love.

Breathe in and see how you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and say it. I’m already doing it.

I’m already identified as awareness. I’m already whole and one with all that is. Don’t let the words get in the way. Don’t think about it too much. Just say to yourself, “I’m already doing it.” And notice, you’ve always already been doing it. You’ve always already been enlightened. You’re already here, you’re already doing it.

Breathing out, I’m already doing it.

Say this to yourself all day today. Let it wake you up in the dream and notice how your perspective shifts when you say it. See how it’s true.

See how you are already doing it.

You are already resting as awareness.

You are already simply being. There’s nothing more required. Life takes care of life and your body knows what to do. Your body is a genius.

Breathe in and be so relieved you’re already doing it.
Breathe out and enjoy life in the simplicity of being.

You’re already doing it, you can’t stop. There’s nothing to think about. Just say to yourself, I’m already doing it. I’m already identified as pure awareness. It’s already done.

It’s already done. I’m already doing it. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Become it to see it right now.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is the best day of your life and everything is unfolding perfectly in your favor.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you, thank you, thank you and feel your vibration shift already.

Thank you, I know it’s in my favor. Even my decisions, even the things that I think I do wrong, it’s all happening in my favor.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep welcoming what is, accepting what is, letting whatever is be.

You are unconditional love. You are infinite awareness. Allow everything to unfold within your boundless love

Breathe in and love today.
Breathe out and let go of your suffering.

Let go of your preferences. Let go of your opinions. You can’t change your conditioning. You can’t help the way you were raised. You can’t help the way that each little action built up your psyche and your psychological mind. But what you can help as your perspective. You can help the way you look at things.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and answer, yes I am.

You can choose what you look at. You can choose where you rest your attention. You can choose right now to be aware of being aware and merge back into the infinite where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, I am identified as the thing we all have in common. Awareness is what makes up everything. I am awareness. You are awareness. Objects are awareness. Thoughts are awareness. That’s all everything is made up of. And awareness is love. And you can call it love because awareness never denies any arising. Awareness never rejects anything from happening. It is open and accepting of all possibilities, anything, unconditionally allowing.

Breathe in and feel what it feels like to be unconditionally allowing.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

Let the suffering go. It’s not your job to control. It’s not your job to judge. It’s not your job to change other people or even yourself. Your job is simply to be and you’re already doing it. You don’t have to change a thing or do a thing. You can relax now. You can let it unfold. You can merge with love and live the rest of your life in love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

When I am aware, I have no problems because my mind isn’t agitated, so I’m at peace. When I am aware, I am not noticing lack, so I am happy. And when I am aware, there is no separation. So I am love itself because I’m not separated into the scared body separate from everything. No, I am pure awareness. The same thing as everything else that I witness in reality. It’s all the same thing. It’s all love. And when I stay as I am, pure awareness, I have no problems. I am in love and everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and accept what is.

Be the unconditional love that is pure awareness. Simply identify as pure awareness. And the more you do this, the more love you’ll feel, the more love you’ll see, and that’s all we really want—is love.

You already are it. Now relax into it and be it.
