Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.
Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.
Everything is perfect and in its place. You can relax now and just enjoy being.
Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and say thank you.
Thank you. Remember you are the source. Every time I start feeling depressed or down or lost in my thoughts and I remember to say thank you, I instantly get the pick me up of remembering: I’m the creator. I am the source. I become it and then I see it. I can choose right now to feel better. I don’t have to let reality dictate how I feel. How I feel dictates reality.
Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you. Thank you.
In the moment you say thank you and really feel it, you can tell it has an effect on your experience. You feel more optimistic for a moment but then the thoughts come back.
“I’m going to have to do this later and then I’m going to feel bad again. I’m waiting for this and I can’t feel good until I get it.” But remember it’s only the thoughts making you feel bad and you can transcend those thoughts by asking:
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.
You don’t need to keep getting lost in the thoughts. Yes, they keep coming back. You can’t stop them. But you don’t have to give attention to them. You don’t have to let them dictate how you feel. Your brain perceives thoughts just like your ear perceives sounds. They are not your thoughts. You didn’t make them. You’re just perceiving them with your brain. You can let them go.
Breathe in and get some distance from your thoughts.
Breathe out and smile because you can transcend your thoughts today.
You are the source. You are the creator. Allow yourself to feel better right now with thank you and then that boost of optimism gives you the courage to surrender the thoughts, to trust it’s safe to just exist in the present moment without a plan, without a scheme, without meddling. Just let it unfold. Be at peace with what is right here right now. Everything is perfect and in its place. There’s nothing wrong.
Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.
Feel yourself becoming more optimistic already. Feel yourself taking control of your life experience. You be it to see it. Thank you, thank you.
Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in the knowing that yes, I am aware.
You’ll know exactly when it’s working. When you come to, and you look around you and you realize those thoughts have been clouding you for days, if not weeks, if not months, if not years. You don’t need them. They’re not yours. Let them go.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Slow down into the present moment. In the present moment, everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. Life takes care of life. Your problems solve themselves. And there is bliss here. There is love here. Don’t let your thoughts disrupt this.
Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.
Don’t let the thoughts disrupt this. They’re not even your thoughts. And when you let them go, you can see life already is the way you want it to be. When you let go of the thoughts, the worries, the problems—those things stop existing. There’s no more problems.
Breathe in and enjoy your day today.
Breathe out and let go of needing it to go a certain way.
Let go of needing to plan and scheme and have it go your way. Let life live you today. Let the miracles keep coming. Step away from the thoughts.
Breathe in and say, “Thank you for the best day of my life.”
Breathe out and let today really be the best day of your life.
Anything can happen, starting right now. Let it be fun. Let it be magickal.
