Feel Safe and Grateful for the Rest of Your Life (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences, surrender your schemes, surrender your planning, your plotting, your wishing, your wondering. Let it all go.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and relax.

This is all god. It’s all one. There’s nothing to worry about.

It’s all god. It’s all safe. It’s all just for fun.

Breathe in and ask yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in the safety and security of knowing that yes, I am aware.

When you stay as you are, resting as I am, you are safe. You are at peace, you are happy, you are abundant, and you are in love. You are love.

Breathe in and feel safe and secure.
Breathe out and rejoin god. Rejoin everything.

Only your thoughts separate you and make you feel bad. When you step away from your thoughts into the observer or witness position, you can see everything is perfect and in its place. Life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you.

That feeling of gratitude—it goes hand in hand with presence, with your sense of being, your sense I am. You’ll know you’re present when you feel truly grateful or appreciative of what’s around you.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know, yes, I am aware.

And when I am aware, I have no problems because the problems are only thoughts. There are no problems that aren’t made up in your mind. It’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and rejoice in the temporary nature of life.
Breathe out and relax.

Enjoy it. Whatever’s happening—this is the only time it’s ever going to happen. You only get one moment at a time. It’s always this moment. This is always where you will be. And if you can relax and feel safe and grateful right now, you can feel safe and grateful for the rest of your life because it’s always just one moment right now.

You’re always here. It’s never the past. It’s never the future.

Breathe in and just be here.
Breathe out and be one with all that is.

Wake up. See this is all Ggod and there’s nothing to worry about.

If you’re god, I’m god, it’s all god. It’s all one thing. There’s no conflict. There’s no danger. It’s just play.

Breathe in and and let yourself play today.
Breathe out and feel safe and secure.

This moment is the only moment there is, and right now you are safe and secure. You are identified as pure awareness. You are one with all that is. You are identified as god, looking at god, listening to god, being god.

Breathe in and be aware of being aware.
Breathe out and be aware that this moment is divine. This moment is god.

You are safe and you never have to worry.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and really feel it.

Become it to see it right now. Lift your own vibration. Choose to be what you want to see right the second.

Breathing in, thank you, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Let yourself relax into this moment. Let yourself receive what you want. Let yourself enjoy what is right here, right now.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel your attention turning around to look at itself.

Yes, I am. Stay in the I am today. Stabilize as I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

As you go about your day, keep this question on repeat. It will always save you. It will always pick you up out of the drama, out of the turmoil, let you relax in safety in the eye of the storm, peaceful.

Breathe in and enter the eye of the storm.
Breathe out and be the calm nothing that watches it all.

There might be activity happening all around you, but no matter what your circumstances are, you are the calm eye, the calm I am.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Remember, you’re staying identified as pure awareness so that you don’t get identified with your thoughts or emotions or perceptions, so that you don’t get lost in the world tossed around like a ship on the top of a stormy ocean. You are safe at the bottom of the sea, watching it all, secure, in love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Any question with the answer I am can help you stabilize as you are. You can try “Who am I?” Often if I’m caught up in a mind storm of worry, of stress, I can just ask myself, “Who am I who cares? Who am I who cares so much?”

And when you genuinely ask the question and look for the answer, you see there is no central thinker that’s stressed, it’s just passing thoughts.

Breathing in, who am I who cares?
Breathing out, I am is the answer.

I exist. There’s just existing. There’s no central person who cares. Who are you who cares? You might hear answers like a small scared child or a body, but those aren’t what you really are. You are pure awareness and nothing can harm you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Keep asking yourself this to wake up in the dream. Am I aware? No matter what’s going on, what’s happening, am I aware? Am I aware this is happening? Am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Just stay aware of being aware. It doesn’t matter what’s happening, what you’re aware of. You are aware that you are aware and therefore you are aware that you are god.

Breathe in and don’t worry about another thing you are god!
Breathe out and surrender.

Let those worries go. You’re simply identified as pure awareness, God itself. Resting as you are. In love, abundant at peace.

“Am I Aware?” Is Magick (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Breathe in and raise your vibration.
Breathe out and release your resistance.

Welcome back to the present moment where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender your cares, surrender giving a fuck.

Let it go. Yes, this is my seventh attempt to record a video. Yes, I’m in a rush. Yes, I wanna roll these blunts before I leave the house. Yes, I want to give. Yes, I want the perfect gift. Yes, I want to get $5,000 so that I can pay for things for other people. Yes, I want. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I feel incomplete. Yes, I want attention and affection and approval and love from somebody else.

Yes, I’m craving. Yes, I’m seeking. Yes, I want stimulation. Yes, I want drugs. Yes, I want to go wild.

Breathe in and accept what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Yes, I feel out of sorts. Yes, I’m in a good mood, but I feel so scattered. Yes, I feel like I’m disappointing people. Yes, I’m so scared of what people think about me. Yes, I’m scared to do too much and not be appreciated. Yes, I’m so in the world seeking, looking for approval. Yes, I want approval. Yes, I want approval. Yes, I want approval.

Yes, I want approval please and five thousand dollars, please!

Breathe in and welcome the five thousand dollars.
Breathe out and welcome the approval.

Notice what you’re seeking for and then remember you are the source of what you seek. What you’re seeking for is where you’re seeking from.

And what does that mean?

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and remember the power of simply identifying as pure awareness.

You can think about your problems all day and never solve them. You can think about tricks to manifest money all day and never get anywhere. You can think about how to get someone’s approval all day and you’ll never get it. The mind separates. The mind looks for problems. The mind will never provide the answer.

Breathe in and step away from the mind.
Breathe out and relax into the source. Pure awareness, I am.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and do it genuinely.

Really look. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes, I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems because my attention is resting on its source.

My mind is not agitated. I perceive no lack, so I am happy. And when I am simply identified as pure awareness, I am identified as the thing we all have in common and so I feel one with all that is and I experience no separation from those I love.

Asking “Am I aware?” is magick. Asking “Am I aware?” is life-saving, life-giving.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am.

Now make a list of your problems right now that you want life to solve. I want $5,000 and I want it by tomorrow. I want to give the perfect gift and I want to have it in my hands by tomorrow and I want approval and love and affection and I want it by tomorrow.

Breathe in and make your list of what you want.
Breathe out and feel how you would feel if you got it.

Love, yeah, love. Now simply identify as pure awareness for the next 24 hours and let life take care of your problems. You will be resting as you are, in your source, simply identified as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

I am now aware and I am now in the flow.

Trust Where You Are (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration.

Breathe out and say, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Today is the best day of your life. Let yourself trust where you are. Believe that it’s happening in your favor and surrender your preferences.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and smile because life is not serious!

Let it go. Let it all go. Time is not linear. Just because you did something in the past doesn’t mean it has to affect right now. You can change the past by changing your perspective right here, right now.

Breathe in and change the past.
Breathe out and change the future.

It’s so simple. You just start feeling grateful. Gratitude. Thank you. Yes. Appreciation. It fixes the things in the past because the past is just a thought And you can always choose a new thought. Memory is so subjective, flawed, it doesn’t really work, you can change the past simply by changing the way you look at things right now.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and be empowered, you’re the source.

We just forgot for a a minute. It’s possible to get distracted by physical reality and think that life is happening to us, but really it’s happening for us, it’s happening in our favor.

Breathe in and remember you are the source.
Breathe out and take your power back right the second.

Thank you. Thank you. Feel your vibration rising. You are the creator, you are the Source, you are in control of what your perspective is. Choose right now to shift to gratitude and see how life already is the way you want it to be.

Breathe in and feel confident, you’re the source!
Breathe out and ask yourself, “How would I feel if I knew I really was the source? If I knew I was god, if I knew I was the creator, if I knew I was creating my reality, how would I feel?”

Breathe in and choose to feel the way you want to feel right now.
Breathe out and say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

Trust that life takes care of life. Trust that you’re not being abandoned by your mother, by God, by your friends, no one is abandoning you.

The only thing you can abandon is your capital S self and right now you can rejoin with all that is, become one with everything, by simply identifying as pure awareness—the thing we all have in common.

Breathe in and rejoin oneness.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

You don’t need anything to change to be happy. You don’t need to receive anything to be happy. You don’t need to change your body to be happy. You can choose right now to simply identify as pure awareness. And then you will be at peace. You will be abundant and happy. And you will be in love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Keep your attention resting on awareness instead of on problems, and life will solve your problems for you.

Breathing in, yes.
Everything out, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Thank you. Thank you. You don’t need any drug. You don’t need any relationship. You don’t need anything to change in your life to start feeling the best you’ve ever felt and attracting the most magickal miracles you’ve ever experienced.

This moment right here right now is the only chance you have to project what you want to receive.

You can’t project for the future or the past. You can only feel the way you want to feel now.

This Attitude Is All The Control You Need (transcript)

There’s no rush. Let yourself relax into this moment.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the magick life. Thank you for everything happening in my favor.

Breathing in, thank you.
Breathing out, thank you, thank you.

Remember this vibration of gratitude is all you need to have a wonderful, perfect, excellent day. Take the first step right now. Choose to receive. Choose to give what you want to receive.

Breathe in and give gratitude.

This innocent attitude brings so much freedom because you don’t have to resist anything anymore. You don’t have to think people have ulterior motives. You don’t have to worry about change or when plans go awry. You can trust everything that happens is in your favor when thank you is the only thought on your mind.

It’s safe to surrender now. It’s safe to give up control. The only control you have is letting go of your thoughts. Today, as you go about your day, just keep thank you on repeat and watch the miracles come to you.

If you start resisting, if something starts bothering you, irritating you, just switch to, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.”

Surrender control, surrender preferences, surrender thinking that you know how it should go. Surrender wanting to change because wanting something to change is what causes your suffering.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

The surrender makes you accept what is. And then you can see life already is the way you want it to be. When you can’t get out of your head, when you can’t stop hating or disliking, just ask god to replace you. And then you don’t have to worry about taking action out of fear or anger or irritation. You can trust that god will take care of you. God will do your motions and actions and thoughts. It’s not up to you.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Anytime you’re jealous, hateful, irritated: thank you god for replacing me with you. And then when you’re just going about your day enjoying life, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This attitude is all the control you need. This attitude is your magick wand. This attitude will bring you exactly what you want. You are the creator. You are the source. Trust.

Surrender Your Suffering (transcript)

Breathe out and say thank you because it’s all happening in your favor even if it doesn’t seem like it.

Breathe in and lighten up, it’s not serious.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

First admit what they are. Say yes to what is. Say yes to everything that you want to change because you don’t like what God made.

Yes, I’m furious. Yes, I’m in disbelief. Yes, I’m in shock. Yes, I’m so angry. Yes, I’m so disappointed. Yes, I feel torn. Yes, I feel devastated. Yes, I feel broken. Yes, I feel responsible and obligated and guilty.

Breathe in and acknowledge everything you want to change.
Breathe out and deeply accept it.

Yes, I’m in the middle of some really frustrating drama. Yes, I am seeking for things outside of me to escape from this drama. I am seeking for circumstances to distract me from my own problems.
Yes.

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and welcome the seeking.

It’s all happening in your favor, even the seeking.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you for the seeking, thank you for the drama, thank you for the problems, thank you for the devastation, thank you for the heartbreak. Thank you for the distraction, thank you for the distraction. Thank you for the desire to escape, thank you for the desire to completely go numb and just black out.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Thank you. Thank you for the way things unfolded so that I had to face my problems instead of escaping them yet again. Thank you for getting these emotions out. Thank you for starting my week with problems.

Breathe in and know it’s the mind generating the suffering.
Breathe out and know that if you can let go of even the big problems, life will work them out for you.

Let them go. Let them go. You don’t have to think about them. Often it’s the really bad, bad, bad problems that we can’t let go of thinking about because we feel so responsible and obligated and guilty. We have to take action. We have to do something. But don’t you trust god? Don’t you trust life to help you? It helped you every time before.

Breathe in and let god help you today.
Breathe out and trust it’s in your favor.

Trust that even the really really big problems are in your favor and trust that if you can let go of your awareness of them, god will work it out for you.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and know that’s really the solution.

Only your thoughts make you feel bad and your attention to the problem makes it bigger and stronger.

Breathe in and surrender your suffering today.
Breathe out and say, fuck it, fuck it!

Go do you today. Fuck the haters, fuck the problems. It’s not your job to fix the problems. Leave it up to god.

Remember who you are. You’re a powerful witch. You have the power to do whatever you want. All you have to do is practice the feeling and return to the present moment.

Breathe in and practice the feeling of the present moment.
Breathe out and feel so relieved that God is taking care of you.

Life is on your side. You can have what you want. You only have to get out of your own way and you do that by resting your awareness on awareness.

Trust the process of life. Trust it will come at exactly the right time. Trust that you are the source of your experience. What you project is what you receive. You must become it to see it. So become it right now.

Allow yourself to put your trust, your faith, your knowing into God or life, whatever you want to call it. You are life and life takes care of life.

Breathe in and trust it’s all working out for you.

You only have to decide that you trust life and then rest as pure awareness for everything to flow magickally, for what you want to come to you. Decide right now to stop struggling against the current.

Breathe in and surrender.
Breathe out and relax.

Let life carry you away. Trust it’s all unfolding perfectly. Follow your impulses, follow what feels fun. You don’t really have a choice anyway. You think you have so much choice, but really everything is just happening as a result of all time. It’s your conditioning making the choices. You can relax, you can enjoy, you can just be and let what you want come to you.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

When you are aware, you have no problems because your attention is resting on its source instead of on problems, thoughts. Today, as you go about your day, just remember to ask, “Am I aware? Am I aware?” And rest in that knowing instead of thinking about problems. The thoughts will still come, but every time you notice a problem, just say to yourself, “Am I aware? Because when I am aware, I have no problems.”

Yes, it’s raining still. Yes, the weather still sucks. Yes, I’m taking the weather personally. Yes, I’m dragging my feet because I have to go out in the rain and I’m annoyed. Yes, I have to do this stupid workout that I’m making myself do and I don’t want to do it. Yes, I am tired of having a body. Yes, I am feeling so stressed. Yes, I am so frustrated. Yes, I feel guilty. Yes, I feel overwhelmed. Yes, I feel irritated. Yes, I am disappointed. Yes, I am seeking within the world for pleasure and satisfaction. Yes, my attention is seeking. Yes, I am seeking. Yes, I am seeking.

Breathe in and notice where you’re seeking.
Breathe out and remember the cliche that “what you are seeking for is where you are seeking from.”

Breathe in and ask, Am I aware?
Breathe out and really look for the answer. Am I aware?

Yes, I am aware. And when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, my mind is not agitated because I’m not worried. When I am aware, I’m happy because I’m not focused on lack. And when I am aware, there is no separation from those I love because I’m identified as the thing we all have in common.

Breathing in, am I aware.
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Let yourself slow down and come to center. Even if you’re overwhelmed, even if you’re frustrated, even if you’re angry, ask yourself, am I aware? Am I aware that I’m angry?

Breathe in and keep asking, am I aware?
Breathe out and see what you’re doing.

Instead of being aware of something, you’re noticing that you are aware. You are aware of awareness. You are awareness itself. And when you rest as awareness, the world doesn’t affect you.

Breathe in and stop letting yourself be affected by the world and the weather.
Breathe out and become impervious to these challenges.

When you stay as you are, pure awareness, nothing can touch you, nothing can bother you, nothing can harm you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

This is how you worship God. You know who said I am? God.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and look for the answer.

Yes, I am aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am.

Trust that it’s happening in your favor. Trust that when you drop your attention to problems, life solves your problems.

Today, let life solve your problems, whatever they are, trust.

Breathe in and trust.
Breathe out and feel so relieved.

As soon as you notice yourself feeling overwhelmed, yourself, “Am I aware?” and stop seeking for things to change, and rest in the unchanging pure awareness.
