Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and welcome what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing! Thank you for the best day of my life! Thank you for the abundance and the miracles! Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and become it to see it!
Breathe out and really be what you want to get!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Ask yourself right now, what do I want?

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine getting it.

How will you feel when you get what you want? Love. I’ll feel love. I’ll feel grateful and love!

Breathe in and feel that love right now.
Breathe out and be that love right now.

Thank you. Thank you. Gratitude isn’t quite up at the same level as love, but it’s nearly there. And to start feeling more loving, you can start feeling more grateful right now. It’s so easy. You don’t have to be grateful for anything in particular. Just start saying thank you and feel what it feels like to mean it.

Breathe in and practice gratitude in advance!
Breathe out and flex your manifestation muscle!

Breathe in and think about what it is you really want.
Breathe out and identify that feeling.

We just want to feel love. And we feel love when we are free of our thoughts, resting as pure awareness. Love is our natural state. All love is, is the absence of separation. It’s oneness, wholeness, unity. Seeing that we’re not separate from each other. Love is the absence of separation, that’s it.

Breathe in and become one with your reality!
Breathe out and do it right now.

How do you become one with your reality? You can do it logically by explaining to your mind that you are simply pure awareness and everything you see and perceive and think is also made up of pure awareness, so when you rest as pure awareness, you are one with all of the pure awareness.

Breathe in and rest as pure awareness.
Breathe out and be one with all that is, because it’s all pure awareness. It’s all god.

Ask yourself, right now, am I aware? And if “Am I aware?” isn’t quite working, notice the watcher. Notice that watching is happening. Awareness and watching, it’s the same thing. Instead of noticing what you’re watching, ask yourself, is there watching? Yes there is watching. I am watching.

Breathe in and know it’s all made up of the watching.
Breathe out and feel and recognize it’s all watching.

It’s all awareness. Everything you perceive, sense, know, feel—it’s all aware. It’s all just knowing, watching, aware-ing.

Breathe in and be one with the watching.
Breathe out and trust that this is the route to love.

Just ask, is there watching?

By practicing this, you start becoming so happy to be YOU, your individual point of perspective, that you don’t care about what’s happening with other people and money and time and health. You’re just happy that you get to be this individual point of perspective, watching.

Breathe in and feel yourself falling in love with who you are.
Breathe out and just notice: is there watching?

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let yourself just enjoy this moment, right here, right now.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and relax your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right! Everything ever created led up to right now! This moment is magickal!

Breathe in and keep opening up!
Breathe out and let go.

Open and release. Open your heart and release your resistance. Allow yourself to relax. Let yourself surrender your preferences. Right now, start saying yes to what is.

Yes, I’m thinking about what’s next. Yes, I’m trying to control. Yes, I want the timing to be perfect. And on and on. Whatever it is that’s happening right now for you, say yes to it, good or bad. Yes. Yes. Deeply accept it. Yes.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and deeply accept what is.

Now, surrender your preferences. However you want things to go today, it’s not up to you. It’s really not. You are not the one in control, so stop pretending. Stop suffering, thinking that you have to control what happens.

Breathe in and surrender those preferences.
Breathe out and let god replace you.

Let go of your separate self, the illusory self that’s made up of your likes and dislikes. You don’t know what’s best. You don’t know. Only god knows the perfect unfolding, and it’s going to happen whether you try to control in your mind or not.

Breathing in, thank you god for replacing me with you!
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you.

Thank you. Thank you for getting me out of the way, so that I can be a channel for your love.

Breathe in and let go of that control.
Breathe out and know that whatever happens, it’s god’s will.

You don’t have to feel guilty or responsible anymore. You’ve let that shit go!

Breathe in and feel the feeling of gratitude. Thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Feel that feeling. Practice that feeling. Thank you! Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the magick life. Thank you for the perfect day. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Breathe in and feel that gratitude!
Breathe out and know that that feeling is attracting things to be grateful for!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Now you’ve deeply accepted what is, you’ve surrendered your preferences, you’ve practiced the feeling of gratitude. All that remains is to stay as you are, pure awareness, relaxed into your source.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Because when I am aware, I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no agitation, only peace. When I am aware, there is no lack, only abundance. When I am aware that I am aware, there is no separation from those I love. Because it’s all pure awareness, that’s what really are. Just simply pure awareness, experiencing experiencing.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are aware.

Keep it simple. Let it be simple. The easiest thing is the hardest thing. Simply identify as pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Stay as you are. Stay in this knowing. Relax into your source. And let the peace, the happiness, the abundance, the love permeate your whole reality. You can let go now! And your personal life will work itself out! When you are aware, you have no problems.

Breathe in and be aware that you are aware.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness.

Let yourself relax today. You have surrendered your preferences, deeply accepted what is, practiced the feeling of gratitude, and now you can relax into the knowing that everything is perfect and in its place. You are aware that you are aware. And you are now in the flow!

Deeply Deeply Accept It (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

You’re in the right place at the right time. You’re doing everything right. Let yourself relax into this present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts.
Breathe out and remember: only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

Thoughts are the cause of all psychological suffering.

Breathe in and step into the present moment.
Breathe out and smile because it’s easier to have an optimistic attitude if you smile!

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and trust it’s happening in your favor.

When you’re struggling, when you wish things were a different way, remind yourself to say yes and thank you. And it will be revealed why it had to happen, and that it did happen in your favor.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Yes, I miss this person an almost-unbearable amount. Yes I’m going through withdrawal from being addicted to a relationship. Yes I want to let myself cry so I can let this out. And not be so stopped up.

Breathe in and keep welcoming and accepting what is.
Breathe out and let yourself deeply accept what is.

Don’t try to change it. Don’t try to resist it. Just let it be.

Breathe in and say yes to what you’re going through right now.
Breathe out and deeply deeply accept it.

If you let yourself feel the feeling then it will pass and you won’t have to feel it anymore. Yes, I feel so sad and helpless. Yes I feel so anxious and worried. Yes I’m disappointed in myself for not being able to keep it together better. Yes I just want to be a strong person and not be so affected by comings and goings of illusory form.

Breathe in and feel better already!
Breathe out and remember who you are!

Everything in this world comes and goes, except that which you really are: the awareness that’s witnessing.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Even if you can’t see why you should be grateful, if you choose the feeling of gratitude first, the things to be grateful for show up. Because you are the source. You are the creator. And you can take your power back right fucking now.

Breathe in and say yes to the text message because you didn’t turn on do not disturb.
Breathe out and feel lighter already.

You can just say yes to it all. Yes I miss this person. Yes I’m disappointed in myself for feeling so strongly. Yes I’m not even close to done crying. Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I feel weak. Yes I’m disappointed. Yes I want to transmute this into some creative work. I guess thats what I’m doing.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

When you get to the other side you’ll be so grateful for what you went through, so choose the feeling now and trust the process of life!

Breathe in and say yes to the process of life.
Breathe out and say thank you.

I know it’s happening in my favor. I know it’s happening in my favor. I trust it’s happening in my favor. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Breathe in and think about what you want.
Breathe out and imagine you get it!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

And when you feel that feeling for real, you know what you want is really on the way.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and feel your power returning.

Whatever you’re feeling or experiencing, accept it so it can move on and take your power back by remembering you are the source.

You Are The Good Thing (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is.

Remember that you are the source!!!!!!!!!! All of the good things in your life—they come from you. Right now, remember: You Are The Source and you’re getting back what you’re putting out.

Breathe in and take your power back!
Breathe out and don’t give your power to those things in your reality that come because you feel good!

Breathe in and take responsibility for how you feel.
Breathe out and recognize your power.

You become it to see it. And if you’ve ben seeing good things, it’s because you’ve been projecting a vibration of gratitude and love.

Breathe in and recognize your power.
Breathe out and be the source.

It’s not other people that make you feel good. It’s not anything outside of you that makes you feel good. It’s you. It’s your natural state. It’s you!

Breathe in and be the one you’re looking for!
Breathe out and stay as you are: pure awareness.

When you rest as pure awareness, what you want comes to you like a moth to a flame.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen. Feel really, recognize: Yes, I am aware.

Let the past go. Whatever good things have happened, take the risk to let them go right now. You don’t have to catalog them. You don’t have to remember them, go over them one more time to make sure you sucked every last juicy detail from them.

Breathe in and be free from the past.
Breathe out and be free from the future, by simply resting as pure awareness, staying as you are, the source of the good things.

When you get the good things, let them go! Just like the bad things. Because you are the good thing. And if you can stay as you are, you never have to depend on something outside of you to feel good ever again!

Breathe in and be the source.
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

You only need a few tools to stay as you are, in my experience. Of course, you can simply identify as pure awareness and the problem’s always solved, but sometimes if you’re lost in your psychological mind, you need a few reminders to wake you up in the dream.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and remember your power.

If you’re resisting or feeling hate, just say yes to what is. “Yes I feel bad. Yes I want this.” If you’re feeling uncertain about the future and you want things to go your way, just say “thank you thank you thank you” and then you always know it’s going your way. And if you’re stuck in your preferences and you really want something but you know you shouldn’t or you have a terrible vibration about it, or you’re trying to force or push or try, “Thank you god for replacing me with you.” Then you know god’s working through you.

Breathe in and know you have the power.
Breathe out and be aware that you are aware.

That is your power. Stay as you are today, and if you need those other techniques, use them. But always come back to “Am I aware? Do I exist?” And rest as you are, pure awareness, whole and complete, being the source, not needing anything.

Breathe in and let what you want come to you!
Breathe out and be the flame that all the moths come to!

You’ll Be Unhappy Either Way (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and surrender to what is.

Surrender your preferences. Surrender wanting it to be another way. Right now, just accept what is.

Breathe in and say yes to whatever your circumstances are.
Breathe out and welcome whatever your circumstances are.

Yes, I’m resisting. Yes, I’m disliking and judging. Yes, I’m kind of crabby and irritable. Yes, I can’t even figure out what would make me feel better. Yes, I just want to get my period so I can feel better. Yes, I just want to have a good day. Yes, I want to feel better. Yes, I want to love and not hate so much. Yes, I’m breathing in. Yes, I’m feeling better, the more I witness. Yes, I’m feeling better, the less I resist what is.

Breathe in and say yes.
Breathe out and become that witness.

Become the witness that embraces and accepts it all. Become the witness that is already unconditional love. Become the witness that’s just happy to be here, no matter what’s happening.

Breathe in and become the witness by saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and smile because you’re taking your power back right now.

Go beyond your preferences. Go beyond likes and dislikes. When you really like something, you seek it. When you really dislike something, you resist it. Both of those activities of the mind cause suffering. Today, surrender your preferences. Decide to not give a fuck what happens. Because if you give a fuck, you’ll be unhappy either way.

Breathe in and decide to be happy either way.
Breathe out and do that by becoming the witness.

The witness is just pure awareness, and you can identify as that right now, by asking yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Feel the flicker when you ask, like flicking a lighter. It’s making a little spark, a little flame, each time you ask, am I aware? There’s a brief glimmer where you mind turns around and looks at its source and sees, yes, I am aware.

Breathe in and simply identify as pure awareness.
Breathe out and take your power back.

You don’t have to be affected by all of your likes and dislikes. Today, surrender your preferences. Say yes to everything that is. Become the witness. Become the unconditional love that you really are.

Breathe in and remember: you are the source!
Breathe out and be empowered!

You can flip the switch and start enjoying your life by remembering you are the source. You become it, and then you see it. You feel it and then you see it. So if you choose to simply identify as pure awareness, if you choose to simply identify as the witness, you will have no lack, no agitation, no separation from the ones you love. You will return to your natural happiness, your natural state of love, yeah love!

Breathing out, am I aware?

It’s seems simple, too simple. How does asking “Am I aware?” make me unaffected by my experience? Well, it’s because when you ask, “Am I aware?” you do a thing that’s not thinking. You do a recognition that you are aware presence, that you are aware of the presence of god. When you ask am I aware, you’re really asking, am I aware that this is the presence of god?

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and rest in that recognition. That’s where you stay. That’s how you stay as you are.

When you stay there, you’re not thinking about what you like or dislike, what you want to happen or don’t want to happen. When you rest as pure awareness, everything comes to you in perfect timing, miraculously!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Feel this place that we’re in, this placeless place. There’s no need to think. There’s no need to judge. There’s no need to wonder. You can just stay here, kind of floating, kind of vibrating. Just existing as you are: Love, yeah, love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Ask yourself this all day, any time you find a preference. When you resist something, when someone does something you don’t like? Am I aware? And then you conquer that right then and there. You take care of it right there. You go back to your source and you remember who you are. And everything starts flowing again.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware. And I am now in the flow!

God Will Solve Your Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and relax into this moment.

Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware?

Breathe in and keep asking yourself, am I aware?
Breathe out and really listen for that answer when you ask, am I aware?

Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes, of course I’m aware. Ask yourself, until you feel it, until you recognize: Yeah, I am aware. I am aware. Because your thoughts will keep going when you’re asking, and they’ll distract you and you’ll answer, logically, “Yes of course I am aware.” But you must go to the experience of being aware.

Breathe in and experience being aware.
Breathe out and feel the experience of being aware right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Am I aware? Am I aware? When you focus on listening for the answer, or experiencing the answer, you can feel your attention turn inward. You can feel your mind turn around to look at its source! It’s so thrilling!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

When you do this, and you genuinely look, and experience the recognition that, yes, I am aware, it takes your attention off of your thoughts. It puts your attention on the source of your attention: god!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and listen: am I aware?

Am I aware? You can feel yourself becoming more spacious as you start to simply identify as pure awareness, instead of with your thoughts that are making you suffer!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Am I aware? You can stay here, aware of awareness, and your whole personal life will work itself out because you’re not focused on your problems. You’re focused on god. And god will solve your problems every time.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

Am I aware? Am I aware? Yes, I am. I am aware. I am aware of awareness. I am awareness itself. And when I am aware, I have no problems. There is no lack, no agitation, no separation from the ones you love.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, am I aware?

All day, repeat this question. So that it becomes second nature. You just think it all the time. Am I aware? Am I aware? Am I aware? And when you notice yourself thinking this, you’ll probably take the time to experience the recognition—oh yeah, I am aware. And then you get better at feeling the experience or going to the experience. The placeless place of being aware of being aware.

Breathe in and be infinite!
Breathe out and have the best day of your life, being aware of being aware. Am I aware?

The Manifestations Are Here! (transcript)

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving.
Breathe out and let your body relax some more.

You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right. Everything ever created led up to right now. This moment is perfect. You are perfect. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

If you’re caught up thinking about your problems, remind yourself:

Breathing in, I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Feel that feeling of not giving a fuck right now. To all of your problems say, I don’t give a fuck! It’s so liberating! Let it go, right now. There’s so much more waiting for you.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep saying “I don’t give a fuck! I don’t give a fuck!”

Feel the relief that comes when you really mean it. I don’t give a fuck! I don’t give a fuck what that person thinks about me. I don’t give a fuck. I made a mistake—I don’t give a fuck. I’m feeling judgmental and criticizing everyone including myself—I don’t give a fuck! You think I give a fuck?

Breathe in and let go of your fucks today!
Breathe out and surrender those preferences.

God those preferences, they’re so draining! Just let them go! Today, as you go about your day, keep reminding yourself to ask the question, am I aware? Am I aware?

All day, am I aware? Am I aware? And listen for that answer: Yes, I am. Yes I am aware that I am aware.

Breathe in and rest in your awareness.
Breathe out and relax into the knowing that you are aware.

Today as you go about your day, detach from outcome. Detach from the ups and downs. Detach from letting things affect you, good or bad. Today you are neutral. You are the neutral witness. You are aware that you are aware, and everything is just happening. And you don’t have to get in. You don’t have to get involved. None of it matters. None of it means anything. You can just be blissful resting in your awareness, enjoying the experience of physical reality and fuck all the rest.

Breathing in I love myself!
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck!

Breathing in, I love myself—that thing I’m aware of.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck about any of those thoughts!

When you say, I love my Self, who is your Self—capital S—Self? It’s pure awareness.

Breathe in and be your Self.
Breathe out and love your Self. And you love your Self by simply being aware that you are aware. By asking yourself the question all day, am I aware?

This question turns your mind around to rest upon its source. Then you don’t have to get so mixed up in physical reality, which is an illusion! Don’t let yourself get mixed up in the illusion! You don’t need it!

Breathe in and go to your source!
Breathe out and know all of the miracles are there!

Now when you rest as you are, when you stay as you are, pure awareness, the miracles are coming. The manifestations are here. You’re getting everything you want. And that’s when you have to be vigilant. You have to remind yourself, am I aware? Am I aware? Or you’ll get mixed up in the good stuff and get dragged around when it leaves.

Breathe in and be the neutral observer today.
Breathe out and be empowered today.

When you rest as you are, by asking yourself, am I aware? and feeling that recognition—when you rest in that knowing, you’re already whole. You’re already abundant. You’re already peaceful. And you’re already unconditional love, connected to everything. One with everything. You don’t need anything else from physical reality. It’s just an illusion. It’s just a play to watch for fun!

Breathing in, I love my Self.
Breathing out, I don’t give a fuck about problems, about outcome, about what people think, about what I think. None of it matters, none of it is real.

All that matters is that you stay as you are, pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

When I am aware I have no problems. When I am aware, there is no agitation or lack. When I am aware, there is no separation from those I love. This tree bears immediate fruit. Am I aware?

Breathing in, I love my Self!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and just listen for 30 seconds to the answer: am I aware?

Breathe in and know that, yes, you are aware.
Breathe out and relax into that knowing.

You must become it to see it. So if you want to know, if you want certainty, if you want security, just keep asking yourself, am I aware? And then you know the answer and you’re resting in the feeling of knowing. And that will provide all of the security you could ever wish for.

Breathe in and open up to receiving today!
Breathe out and let yourself relax.

Relax right now. I command you to relax. Let your shoulders relax. Let your mind relax. Let your stomach relax. Let your legs relax.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let this day be easy.

Sometimes I get caught up in my mind, constantly thinking about what’s next, what’s next, what’s next? What do I have to do next? God I have to do this next! You can just rest in the present moment, and your to-do list will do itself at the perfect time without you getting in the way.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences about how you want this day to go.

Forget your to-do list. Forget your desires about what you want to happen today. Let yourself just relax into this moment. Stay as you are: pure awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware! I am aware that I am aware. I am aware of the presence of god.

You can feel your attention turning in on itself. You can feel when you’re just aware, and not aware of what you’re thinking about and identified with your thoughts. You can feel it, how uncomfortable you were, one moment before you asked, am I aware?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

And I am so relieved to get a break from my thoughts. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad, and that’s the cause of all psychological suffering. Let yourself rest in the present moment, where there is no suffering. There may be pain, but you can stand pain. It’s time to surrender the suffering, by stepping away from your thoughts, into the present moment, where everything IS fun and there is nothing to worry about!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am.

Ask yourself this question over and over today. Am I aware? Am I aware? And you can feel when it’s working because you feel better.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

Am I aware? Am I aware? Every time you ask, you can feel your attention going back into center. Yes. Yes. Yes. Let all of those thoughts go. You don’t owe your thoughts anything. Let them go!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware that I am aware. And I am now in the flow!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is.

Yes I feel low energy. Yes I’m waiting for a phone call. Yes I feel insecure and uncertain! Yes I’m afraid of the unknown. Yes I feel stressed.

Breathe in and welcome what is.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

At any moment, you can flip the switch. After you have said yes to what is, and made peace with where you are, you can simply switch to the vibration of thank you! And start getting everything you want!

Breathe in and think about what you want!
Breathe out and think about how you’ll feel when you get it.

So grateful. So blessed. So loved.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Feel yourself feeling better already! Thank you! Thank you! You really can flip the switch, and get into that high vibration, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about! It’s the present moment, and it’s right here, and we can access it right now! We already are!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and go to the placeless place, where your attention turns in on itself and you find out for sure, you know naturally: Yes! I am aware! Yes I exist.

Breathe in and rest in that knowing that you exist.
Breathe out and simply identify as pure awareness. Ask yourself, “What is the thing, what is the part of me, that is present in dreamless sleep?” And identify as that!

Breathe in and be who you really are.
Breathe out and surrender all your earthly preferences.

You are pure awareness, that which is present in dreamless sleep. As you go about your day, remind yourself, “That which is present in dreamless sleep….” And simply rest there. Let it be a koan. Let it be a trigger to remind you that none of this is real! It’s just for fun! Life is just for fun!

Breathe in and celebrate this experience!
Breathe out and stop taking it so seriously.

It’s not serious. It is just for fun! Let yourself relax and enjoy exactly where you are!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Feel your innocence revealing itself. You are pure awareness. You can do no wrong. You can trust the process of life!

Breathe in and say yes to what is.

If you’re resisting what is, you’ll lose. So right now, start saying yes to what is and get back in the flow of life.

Breathe in and say yes to where you are.
Breathe out and say yes to who you are.

Yes I’m sitting in this chair. Yes I’m irritable and crabby. Yes I’m feeling so… frustrated? Yes I’m feeling so… angry? I don’t know. Yes I don’t know what I’m feeling. Yes I’m frustrated. Yes I just want to be in a good mood. Yes I just want to have fun.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and let saying yes to what is bring you into the present moment.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep saying yes.

Yes, I’ve been really in my thoughts. Yes, I’ve been really distracted. Yes, I’m judging. Yes, I’m resisting. Yes, I’m dreading. Yes, I’m full of dread. Yes, I’m not trusting life to give me a good day, because I think that it’s not going to be good because I have stuff to do.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

As you say yes to what is, and what’s going on with you, you start feeling lighter. Because you start to see that the feelings you’re feeling as a result of what you’re thinking—they can pass if you just acknowledge them. If you just say yes and accept them, they can move on.

Breathe in and feel lighter already!
Breathe out and smile because smiling always helps!

Breathe in and just be here.
Breathe out and be easy on yourself today.

You’ve been through so much. You’ve come so far! And today is the best day of your life! And once you say yes to what is, and start getting out of your thoughts into the present moment, the miracles can start happening!

Breathe in and say yes to the miracles!
Breathe out and say thank you thank you thank you!

You can flip the switch! If you’re resisting your day at all, just say yes to whatever’s going on, and as you start feeling lighter, shift into thank you and start noticing those miracles.

Breathing in, yes!
Breathing out, thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! I know it’s happening in my favor! I know I can trust that even the decisions I have made, the things I have said, are happening in my favor. And I don’t have to beat myself up!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for all the miracles that are right in front of you, right now.

Thank you for the perfect timing. Thank you for the miracles! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Breathe in and let it be easy today!
Breathe out and let it be easy because you flipped the switch!

You said yes. You accepted what is. So that now you’re back in the flow. Now you’re back in gratitude, a match to miracles.
