Whatever Happens, You Don’t Mind (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and keep saying yes to what is!

It’s time to surrender. And you can surrender by saying, “I surrender!” Or by repeating “YES! YES! YES!” Or with, “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” Or even, “Who am I who needs to surrender? Who am I who believes there is something to surrender?”

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and feel enthusiastic today.

Just keep saying yes to what is! However it is, is how it’s supposed to be. And your super power is that no matter what happens, you don’t mind!

Breathe in and decide to not mind today!
Breathe out and don’t steal my knuckle tattoo idea: DON’T MIND!

Remember this: whatever happens, you don’t mind!

Breathe in and decide to be happy either way!
Breathe out and know that you are happy either way!

Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. You are god inside of there! You are god! There is a point in you that touches god! It’s god! It’s all god!

Breathe in and trust the process of life! It’s all god!
Breathe out and say YES and THANK YOU and WHO AM I who even gets stressed??

Everything is working out for you! Step back from the roller coaster of preferences and likes and dislikes and ups and downs and wanting something so bad and then you get it and you don’t even care! Just step away from all of the material world concerns! Dissolve yourself into the infinite, right now! And then you’re practicing the art of letting life come to you.

Breathe in and let life come to you today!
Breathe out and decide to not suffer anymore!

It’s up to you whether you suffer or not! So decide right now, you don’t mind what happens! Someone dies, you don’t mind. Someone lives, you don’t mind. You get a lot of money, you don’t mind. You lose a relationship, you don’t mind. In theory, it sounds wonderful. Sure I don’t mind whatever happens! It’s going to take practice. You can flip the switch and never mind again but for most of us, it’s a lifelong journey to stay as you are: perfect, whole, pure awareness.

Breathe in and practice right now, being that pure awareness.
Breathe out and let all of your material world concerns go!

Let them go. Release them. Drop it. Surrender.

Breathe in and surrender.
Breathe out and relax your body.

If there is one word for this year, it’s RELAX. Because it always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and stay as you are.

If you want life to work out, if you want what you want to come to you, if you want to be happy, drop all the seeking. Drop all the resisting. Right now! And just enjoy it the way it is.

Breathing in, I don’t mind!
Breathing out, I don’t mind!

And sure your ego resists this and says, “But I do mind! I do want things. I am seeking for things. I am resisting things.” And to that you can say, “Well, am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

When you ask, “Am I aware?” and your mind does that non-action thing of finding out, “Yes, I am aware,”—in those moments, you’re merged with god. In those moments, you’re free. And if you let those moments build up, if you keep practicing dissolving in the infinite, if you keep going there, relaxing, surrendering, letting go, not minding, you keep practicing that—then suddenly you feel unconditional love for no reason. Really good things happen to you for no reason.

Breathe in and let the miracles come!
Breathe out and stay as you are today!

No matter what happens, you don’t mind! And if you want to really mean it, just ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And stay in that placeless place of pure awareness where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

You Don’t Have to Please Anyone (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

However things are, is how it’s meant to be.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and say thank you for what is!

Being here is enough! This moment right here, everything ever created led up to right now. Being here is enough. You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to think about anything, worry about anything. You don’t have to wonder what’s next. You don’t have to think about your to-do list. Being here is enough.

Breathe in and just be here.
Breathe out and smile because being here is enough!

What if you really knew that to be true? That you could just be here and that’s enough to feel love? That’s enough to have abundance? That’s enough to get what you want?

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, being here is enough.

If you can believe that statement, if you can know it to be true—that being here really is enough—then everything you want will come to you. Life will bring you what you want. Life will take care of you.

Breathe in and know: being here is enough!
Breathe out and know it to be true! Being here is enough!

There’s nowhere else you have to be. You don’t have to please anyone. You don’t have to wait around for anything to change. Being here is enough. And if you can know that, what you want will come to you.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, being here is enough.

Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” That turns your mind around to look at itself. After you ask, “Am I aware?” and you know that you are aware, you can just rest in that knowing. Rest in the I AM. Know that it’s enough to just be here. It’s enough that you ARE. That’s all you have to do.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, being here is enough.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And that’s enough! It’s enough to just be here, to be aware of being aware.

Breathing in, being here is enough.
Breathing out, I am aware.

I am aware being here is enough. I am aware being here is enough. Why is being here enough? Because then you’re relaxed. You’re resting. You’re open to receiving. You’re content where you are. And the whole idea of all this spirituality practice, is to know you are the creator and that if you become it, you’ll see it in physical reality. That’s the fun of getting to be alive!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And I am aware that being here is enough. Resting in the I AM is enough. Being is enough. You’re already doing enough. You don’t have to do anything more. Today, as you go about your day, surrender. Embrace what is. And know that being aware of being aware, or being here, is enough.

Your Power Is Ready (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and remember: all of your power is here, right now, ready for you.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and just relax your body.

Surrender your preferences. However things are, is how it’s meant to be.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and keep letting go.

Keep letting go. Every time something distracts you, or you think about something that stresses you,

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. Yes, I am aware.

When you’re distracted, when you feel tension in your body, that means you’re ego-identified. That means you are worried about what you have to gain or lose.

Breathe in and feel your body.
Breathe out and feel where you have any tension in your body.

Let that tension go. It’s time to stop identifying with the ego and start identifying with your true self.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and just laugh.

What can you do? When you’re distracted, it’s your ego wanting things to be a certain way. When you’re distracted, your ego thinks you have something to gain or lose. Right now I’m distracted worrying about losing views because of dogs barking, thinking I have something to lose. But when I am aware, I have nothing to gain or lose. Pure awareness is never in a hurry. It never resists. Nothing can happen to it.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your mind turning back around in on itself. Yes, I am aware.

Relieve your mind of its activity. Dissolve back into the infinite. You don’t have to suffer anymore!

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and notice: Yes, I am aware.

Zoom out to be the watcher. To everything you can say, “Even this is seen.” You are the watcher. You are none of this activity.

Breathe in and keep saying yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep surrendering.

Any time you find yourself suffering, worrying about what someone else thinks, ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

It might seem dull to be in the neutral state of awareness, but that’s where the miracles are. As soon as you release the tension and relax and go back to your neutral state, the miracles come to you!

Breathe in and practice the art of letting life come to you today!
Breathe out and relax. Because it always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware. And I don’t have to suffer anymore!

Give Life A Chance to Help You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let those thoughts go!

Breathe in and let life take care of life today!
Breathe out and surrender!

I surrender. I’m letting that go. I’ve decided to feel good about that. It’s working itself out! I surrender!

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and bring your attention into this moment.

Let those thoughts go. You can’t solve a problem while you’re thinking about the problem. You’re creating, perpetuating more of the problem.

Breathe in and let yourself become a match to the solution!
Breathe out and let life take care of life!

Your finite mind can’t understand how a miracle could happen to solve your problem. And that’s why you step away from your finite mind, dissolve into the infinite, and let life figure out for you.

Breathe in and let life take care of life.
Breathe out and trust the process of life!

Trust that there is something bigger than you. Trust in the infinite! Trust that help is available, right now! Trust that god is on your side and wants you to thrive. All you have to do is let go! It’s the easiest thing and the hardest thing. It’s the easiest because you’re already here! And it’s the hardest because your mind doesn’t want to let go of control.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and let go of control today!

Surrender! Whatever the problem is that you think you have to figure out, whatever little thing gets stuck in your mind that you can tell is becoming a problem—decide right now to let life take care of it! Surender. Does it really matter if it doesn’t get taken care of? Give life a chance to help you! Give yourself 24 hours to let life take care of it. And you go relax!

Breathe in and surrender today!
Breathe out and let life take care of it!

Give life a chance to help you! You don’t have to control everything. You don’t have to figure it out! You don’t have to solve every problem as soon as it comes up. It always comes when you’re relaxed. The solutions come when you let go. Today, just let go. Surrender. Surrender. Surrender! And relax. And then life will bring you your solution!

Breathe in and relax today!
Breathe out and surrender today! Just let yourself relax for 24 hours.

Give yourself a break. You deserve it!

Breathe in and relax today!
Breathe out and surrender!

Whatever that mess is in your mind, whatever loose ends there are, you’re never going to get it done. You’re never going to finish. You’ll never check off everything on your list. But when you relax and feel good for no reason, just because you’re enjoying being, that’s when life takes care of your to-do list.

Breathe out and surrender!

I’ve decided to feel good about that. I’ve let that shit go! And once you’ve made peace and let those thoughts go, you can say “thank you” to get yourself in that great mood of receiving!

Breathing out thank you!

Because you must be it to see it! And right now you can become what you want to receive!

Thank you! Thank you! And now that you’ve practiced the feeling of gratitude, go back to surrendering. Just be here now. Ask yourself, “Am I aware?”

Practice this process as much as you can. Surrender whatever junk is going on in your mind. It’s just looking for problems. Surrender right now! Let it go!

You surrender your control. You feel the way you want to feel with thank you. And then you just rest in your being. You relax in your awareness. You just sit there, happy to be alive. And then the miracles flow, I promise!

Breathe in and remember you must be it to see it!
Breathe out and start becoming it right now!

What is it that you want to see today? How do you want to feel when you get what you want today?

Breathe in and feel that way now.
Breathe out and say thank you because saying thank you is one of the easiest ways to feel the way you want to feel right now.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Today, you are receiving gifts from god. Today you are a gift from god. Today is a joyous occasion! And you get to play and have fun!

This day is a gift from god of course, but we can get lost in our thought tornadoes and caught up in worrying. But you can let all of that go with my 3 part plan! First, surrender. I give up! I’m not going to try to control anymore! I surrender! Whatever happens is what happens. I surrender! And then, you say thank you, to feel the way you want to feel! Because you have to feel it then you see it!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you!

And then, since you’ve already decided how it’s going to go, decided how you’re going to feel, all you can do is be aware. Rest in your awareness, in joy in your Self.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

There’s nothing left to think about. Nothing left to plan or control. You’ve surrendered. You’ve said thank you. You’re going to get what you want. Now just relax in who you really are. Stay as you are: pure awareness.

When I am aware, I have no problems. Today, let’s practice being aware of being aware.

Breathe out and feel your mind turn around to look at itself. Feel your mind sink back into its source. Am I aware?

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and feel the lightness that comes when you are aware of being aware!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” You relieve the mind of its activity. When you ask, “Am I aware?” your mind has to do something to find out the answer. What is it that it does when it finds out the answer, “Yes I am aware”?

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

Feel the mind look at itself, dissolving into the infinite. Feel your mind relax. Feel how your mind is normally such a tense rubber band. And when you ask, “Am I aware?” and listen for that answer, you can feel your mind relax like a rubber band going back to its relaxed state.

Breathe in and go back to your relaxed state.
Breathe out and remember: it always comes when you’re relaxed.

Let yourself surrender. You don’t have to do anything, plan anything, worry about anything, judge anything, when you are aware of being aware.

Breathe in and practice the art of letting life come to you today!
Breathe out and feel how your relaxed state is a magnet for abundance, miracles, relief.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Any time you feel stressed or you notice a problem start to form, “Am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems. Decide today you’re not going to suffer anymore. And it’s so simple, you just sit there and ask yourself, “Am I aware?” and listen for that answer. Feel that answer. Be the answer. Be aware of being aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Refuse to suffer today. Suffering is just thinking about what’s going wrong. Suffering is just thinking. Pain is not suffering. You can feel pain and still be happy. But if you’re suffering it means your mind is seeking or resisting, and when you are aware of being aware, you are resting in your natural relaxed state. At peace. Whole. In love. Letting life come to you.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Refuse to suffer today! Any time you notice a problem, think to yourself, “I’m not suffering about that anymore! Am I aware? Yes I am! I am aware of the presence of god. And when I am aware, I have no problems.”

Breathing out, yes! I am aware! And now I don’t have to suffer anymore!

When You Are Aware, You Have No Problems (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let your thoughts go.

Breathe in and relax your body.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let those thoughts go. You don’t have to think about that ever again.

Breathe in and say, “I’ve decided to feel good about that! It’s working itself out!”
Breathe out and really surrender.

Let go of whatever you’re thinking about, so that you can step into this present moment where all of your power lies, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about.

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and surrender.

Any time you notice yourself feeling stressed, or any negative emotion or bored, or you’re noticing your thoughts and you think something that’s stressful, say to yourself, “Well, am I aware?”

Breathing in, well, am I aware?
Breathing out, well, am I aware?

Any time you have a thought like this, like, “I wonder what that person thought about what I said.” Or, “I wonder how this is going to go.” Anything where you feel doubt or uncertainty, ask yourself, “Well, am I aware?” Because when you are aware you have no problems. So if you are noticing a problem form, or you’re thinking about a problem, just ask yourself, “Well, am I aware?”

Breathing out, am I aware?

You have to genuinely ask and really listen for the answer. You can’t just think about things and ask the question on the side. It has to receive all of your focus. This is how you turn your mind in around to look at itself. This is how you dissolve your personhood into the infinite. The is is how you remember your wholeness, when you become the unconditional love that you know you are. It’s just buried under thoughts.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

When you are aware, you have no problems. When you are aware that you are aware, you have no problems because you’re not thinking. You’re just being. And you can only have problems if you’re thinking. You can only have problems if you’re judging things as good or bad. But when you are aware, your’e just watching. You’re just accepting. You’re noticing. And you’re witnessing the perfection of the unfolding.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Let this question pull you into the present moment, wake you up in the dream. Allow yourself to just be here, happy to be you in your body no matter what’s happening, just happy to get this chance to be physical!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

When you are aware, you have no problems. Any time you notice a painful thought, a stressful situation, a problem forming—“Well, am I aware?” Because when I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and feel yourself wake up in the dream. Yes, I am aware.

I’m aware. You don’t have to be aware of anything. You’re just aware that you are aware. You’re aware that you exist. You’re aware that you know what’s going on.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

Rest in this awareness. This awareness is god. God is just the knowing. God is just the awareness. It just is what is here now. And that’s you! All the rest is just an illusion.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

And now that I am aware, I have no problems.

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and let what you want come to you.

This is the best day of your life! Everything is unfolding perfectly, just for you!

Breathe in and be here now.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Today, when you feel your preferences coming through—when you feel yourself liking and disliking—instead of choosing, “I want it to be this way,” choose god. And let god figure it out for you.

Breathe in and choose god today.
Breathe out and surrender your preferences.

Decide to surrender. You don’t know the best way. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And only your thoughts can push away what you want. Today, when you notice yourself getting caught up in your ego, your desires, your likes and dislikes, your judgements—when you find yourself in a mindstorm, when you find yourself preferring something so much—decide to prefer god. Decide to let god work it out. Decide to let god give you what you need. And so it is.

Breathe in and be light today! It’s just for fun!
Breathe out and be a conduit for god today.

This day can be a miracle. This day can be special. This day can be magickal. This day can be holy! Just by surrendering and letting god replace you.

Breathe in and choose god today!
Breathe out and surrender your other preferences!

Sure you want money or a relationship or a car or a house or whatever material, physical thing you might want, but when you feel that strong desire, say to yourself, “I choose god.” And then you know the perfect thing will come. The perfect thing already is!

Breathe in and choose god today.
Breathe out and let god replace you!

When you surrender—when you surrender to the mystery—you make space for miracles. You let what you want come to you. You get out of the way!

Breathe in and let life be magickal today!
Breathe out and remember: you live the magick life!

And the magick life is so easy. You just surrender. You just leave it up to god.

Breathing in, I choose god today.
Breathing out, thank you god for replacing me with you!

It’s all unfolding perfectly. Whatever happens is the best thing that can happen. It’s what is meant to be. However things are, is how they’re meant to be.

Breathe in and see the perfection in this moment.
Breathe out and keep surrendering.

Let go of anything outside of this moment. Let go of being aware of anything but being aware.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware.

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” Can you feel your attention or your mind returning to itself? Returning to its source? Seeking for that answer? And becoming more and more still? More and more still. As you rest in your awareness of awareness.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

You know you’re aware when you’re not worrying, fighting, judging, thinking, stressing, planning, controlling, manipulating—even in the face of a storm, even in the face of drama or a conflict, if you can be in the middle of an argument and say “Am I aware?” and hear “Yes I am aware,” you’ve already won!

Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

I am aware! But after you ask, “Am I aware?” it’s not so much the words “Yes I am aware”—when you ask the question genuinely—am I aware?—your mind sinks back into itself. And remembers or recognizes, “Oh I am aware. I am awareness itself. There’s no more need for words.”

Breathing out, I am aware!

I am aware of the presence of god. This is it! Its like waking up in a dream! This is the lucid dream. This is the main event right now. You can do nothing wrong. Everything is perfect and in its place.

Breathe in and lighten up! We’re just here for fun!
Breathe out and trust!

Keep your entire focus on being aware of being aware today and your day will be miraculous. And the more you can stay being aware of being aware, the more miracles will flow.

Breathing out, yes! I am aware!

No need to fight. No need to control. No need to stress. Whatever is happening, is what is meant to be. Surrender right now and let the miracles come to you! You’re not in control. It’s not up to you.

When you surrender all of your thoughts and your choosing and your wanting and deciding and needing—when you surrender your thoughts, life already is the way you want it to be and life gives you exactly what you’ve been wanting. Because that’s how it works! Life is a miracle. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad and push away the things you want!

And I am aware of the presence of god. I am so aware of the presence of god that I am without words!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and welcome this present moment.
Breathe out and let the flow through you.

Surrender your preferences. Let god replace you. Let love replace you. Let life be fun and easy today!

Breathe in and open up to receiving!
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body. Relax your mind.

Keep slowing down. Relax into this moment.

Breathe in and practice the art of letting life come to you.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

As you go about your day, keep surrendering. Keep letting go. Any time you get uptight, any time you get angry or frustrated, any time you want to argue, start a fight—say to yourself: “I surrender!”

Breathing out, I surrender!

I surrender. What is it that you’re surrendering to when you do this? You can think of it as god, or love, or the universe. But you can also think of it as you’re surrendering to the field of knowing.

Breathe in and surrender to the field of knowing.
Breathe out and become psychic right now!

When you surrender your ego or your personhood, when you surrender your conditioning—the mental conditioning that makes you act a certain way and react in a another way—when you let go of that conditioning, relax your mind, dissolve it into the infinite—you become one with the knowing that makes up all that is.

Breathe in and surrender to the field of knowing.
Breathe out and know.

Another way to access the field of knowing, is asking, “Am I aware?” Yes, I know I am aware. And then you feel knowing. You access your primary knowledge. You recognize, reveal, remember your primary knowledge. Yes I am aware! I know I am aware! All this is, all consciousness is, all reality is, is knowing.

Breathe in and surrender to that field of knowing!
Breathe out and know you are the field of knowing!

You are everything. Right now, you are contracted, condensed into a single point of consciousness so that you can enjoy an individual perspective and preferences, but you can always relax that perspective, dissolve into the infinite, and remember who you really are: all-knowing.

Breathe in and be all-knowing today.
Breathe out and keep surrendering to the field of knowing.

Any time you find yourself with your thoughts in a tornado, when your mind feels like it’s fighting itself, when there are dust clouds of thoughts whirling around in you, say to yourself, “I surrender!” And feel that dust settle. Dissolve back into the infinite. And then you can remember who you really are: all knowing!

Breathing out, I surrender to the field of knowing.

When you surrender, you stop pushing what you want away with your thoughts. When you surrender you become a conduit, a receiver, a recipient for grace, for miracles.

Breathing in, I surrender to the field of knowing!
Breathing out I surrender to the field of knowing. And now I am all knowing!
