Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and step into this moment!
Breathe out and relax your body, because it always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences. You don’t know how it’s going to unfold, but whatever happens is happening in your favor.

Breathe in and welcome miracles today!
Breathe out and accept the miracles trying to get to you right now.

This is the right time and the right place. Today, let’s focus on revealing the miracles by chanting “Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.” It’s the Nichiren Buddhist chant that means, “I devote myself to the mystic law of cause and effect.” It’s the highest thought you can think. It’s the one thought you can think to reveal the miracles in your life.

Breathe in and welcome the miracles.
Breathe out and just chant with me for a moment and then as you go about your day, keep chanting Nam Myoho Renge Ky, and notice how this chant is the rhythm of your sense of being.

Breathe in and be open to miracles.
Breathe out and let the miracles flow.

Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo

As you chant this, feel it clearing space in your mind. Clearing space in your awareness. And in that space, now miracles can come!

Devote yourself to the mystic law of cause and effect. When you chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo you surrender to life. You let life take care of life. You’re saying, “Ok god, I trust that your way is best! I don’t know!” And that letting go is what gives life permission to work itself out. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Only your thoughts can prevent things from coming to you. Only your awareness of lack perpetuates the lack. Today, surrender your preferences. Surrender trying to control what happens. And let the miracles unfold. And you can get out of the way by chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo Nam Myoho Renge Kyo.

Let this chant get you in the rhythm of your sense of being. As you’re chanting, feel for your sense of being. Feel yourself be pure awareness, the observer. Not strung along by the ups and downs of life. You are the one who watches and the one who watches is already free.

Breathe in and be a miracle worker today!
Breathe out and devote yourself to the mystic law of cause and effect.

You are in charge of the cause. Allow yourself to experience miraculous effects.

Content Where You Are (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. It’s not serious.

Let yourself enjoy this moment right here, right now.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and welcome what is.

Let your mind slow down. Accept whatever is. This is how it is. If it were supposed to be any other way, it would be that way.

Breathe in and make peace with where you are.
Breathe out and keep saying yes to where you are.

Everything is happening in your favor. Everything is working out for you. Trust that it’s all unfolding perfectly. Trust that this is the right place and the right time.

Breathe in and smile because smiles become things!
Breathe out and smile because you have to feel it to see it!

Whatever you want in life, imagine how you’ll feel when you get it. Will you feel love? Enthusiasm? Joy? Pleasure? What is it that you really want to feel? Gratitude?

Breathe in and picture that feeling you want.
Breathe out and feel that feeling right now.

Often repeating “thank you” and really feeling “thank you” can help you access that feeling in you—reveal the feeling in you—of unconditional love and appreciation and joy. Take a moment right now to really feel grateful, enthusiastically grateful.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It’s all working out for me! Thank you!

Trust that you’re in the right place! Trust that you’re in the right time! When it’s time to get what you want, you’ll get it. But you won’t care because you’ll already feel the way you want to feel when you get it.

Breathing in thank you!
Breathing out thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Generate this feeling. Reveal this feeling. Joy is your natural state and only your thoughts can cloud that natural joy.

Breathe in and access your natural joy.
Breathe out and let your thoughts and worries go!

You can step into the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about. And if you can let go of your thoughts and just be content with where you are, all the things you want will come to you. It’s practicing the art of letting life come to you: being content where you are.

Breathe in and say yes!
Breathe out and say thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Feel that feeling in your heart, of true gratitude, true joy, true appreciation, true love!

Breathing in, thank you!
Breathing out, thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the way things are.

Remember wanting what you currently have? You can keep getting the things that you want. You can keep getting more and more. There’s no limit to how good you can feel. But you have to choose the feeling before you get the thing. You have to choose because you are the source. You are the source of all that is good. It is you and how you feel that’s attracting what happens.

Like a Moth to a Flame (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and surrender. Let your thoughts go.

Let your preferences go. Allow yourself to realize that everything is happening in your favor. Everything is perfect and in its place. And it’s all unfolding in perfect timing.

Breathe in and slow down. You don’t have to rush.
Breathe out and remember: pure awareness never rushes.

Pure awareness is never in a hurry. You are pure awareness. That is who you really are. Pure awareness never rushes because pure awareness has nothing to gain and nothing to lose from any experience!

Breathe in and just be here now. There’s no rush.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and feel your mind go to the placeless place. Go into the objectless direction.

Feel yourself wake up into your sense of being.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

Now remember when you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you are sparking your flame of awareness, which burns away all personhood, all worries, all drama. Allow yourself to burn away everything that isn’t real, and be that flame of pure awareness!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” And you feel that flicker of recognition, let that flame burn before letting any other thoughts in. Every time you notice a thought, keep asking yourself, “But am I aware?” And then you become aware of your thoughts, not tangled in your thoughts. Any time you worry or resist or seek, “Am I aware?” And then you become aware that you’re worried and resisting and seeking. And then you can relax and remember: pure awareness has nothing to gain and nothing to lose.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware! I am burning with the flame of awareness!

I am burning as the flame of awareness! And when you burn as the flame of awareness, what you want comes to you, like a moth to a flame.

Breathe in and be that flame of awareness.
Breathe out and feel what you want coming to you, like a moth to a flame!

This is how you get what you want. But when you are burning as pure awareness, you don’t need anything. You’re already whole, you’re already complete, you’re already happy and satisfied. It’s your natural state.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware.

I am burning as the flame of pure awareness. And what I want comes to me like a moth to a flame!

Be the Seer (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and say yes to what is.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body. Make peace with what is.

Just relax and let this moment be enough.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream.
Breathe out and be here now.

Right now, practice feeling for your sense of being.

Breathe in and say, “I.”
Breathe out and focus on the thought, “I.”

I am. I is pure awareness. I—the feeling—is your sense of being. When you say, “I,” you’re noticing your sense of being. You’re noticing that you are aware and you are here.

Breathe in and say, “I.”
Breathe out and let the thought “I” (capital letter I) help you feel your sense of being.

Repeat the thought “I” until “I” the thought disappears and all that remains is the sense of being. The impersonal witness. The seer.

Breathe in and be the seer today.
Breathe out and give up seeking.

There’s nothing left to seek. Relax into being the seer.

Breathe in and say, “I.”
Breathe out and feel your sense of being when you say “I.”

Notice your sense of being. If the letter I stirs up too many thoughts for you, go back to “Who am I?” or “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am!

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

All of these thoughts and techniques are used for you to feel your sense of being. And when you become aware of becoming aware—when you feel your sense of being, when you step outside of your thoughts, you become one with life. You remember you are unconditional love,

Breathe in and be unconditional love.
Breathe out and get there by focusing on being the seer, not the seeker.

There’s nothing left to seek for. When you are seeking, you are ego-identified. When you are seeking, you forgot you’re god and that you’re whole. Decide right now to be the observer of all that you experience. And find peace at the bottom of the ocean, where you are still. Where you are infinite. Where life comes to you.

Breathe in and be the seer.
Breathe out and give up seeking.

To be the seer, focus on those sacred questions. Whatever’s working for you today—“Who am I?”, “Am I aware?”, “Yes!”—there are many techniques, many thoughts you can use to feel for your sense of being. Today, let yourself slow down and just watch your life unfold. And see how it’s all in perfect timing and it’s all pure unconditional love yeah love!

Breathe in and give up seeking today!
Breathe out and be the seer.

See your life unfold. See the miracle in front of you. See the perfection of every moment. See that you are already whole and complete. And you get there just by turning your mind in on itself, looking at the source.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware of the presence of god! I am now in the flow!

Bring Your Mind Home (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and enter this present moment.
Breathe out and ask yourself, “Who am I who is worried about that?”

If at any time today you get overwhelmed, stressed, worried, anxious—zoom out by asking yourself, “Who am I who is getting so worried?”

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and just step into this moment by asking yourself, “Who am I?”

Who am I who is sitting in this chair? When you ask yourself this question, you can feel your mind turning around back in on itself to look at itself. And the mind just sinks back into the infinite. It dissolves into the heart of hearts. It becomes still. And its limitations are removed when you ask, “Who am I?”

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I who is sitting here?

Who am I who is thinking about other people? Who am I who is anxious? Feel the mind turn in on itself, and relax because it has found its home, the heart, the infinite.

Breathe in and bring your mind home.
Breathe out and ask that sacred question, “Who am I?”

Feel your attention turn inwards. Feel your mind rest back in the infinite. Feel your mind dissolve as it looks for the answer to “Who am I?” What is the answer you recognize when you ask, “Who am I?”

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

Go to the placeless place. You can get there by asking, “Am I aware?” or “Who am I?” Maybe it depends on your mood what’s going to work for you today. But if you’re overwhelmed or stressed, sometimes asking, “Who am I?” works a little better than “Am I aware?” Of course I’m aware. I’m aware of stress. But when you ask, “Who am I who is stressed?” feel the mind turn in on itself, dissolve into the infinite, and realize there’s nothing there to be stressed about. It’s nothing. Everything is perfect and in its place. You’re in the right place at the right time. And it’s safe to relax now and practice the art of letting life come to you!

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

Relax into the knowing of who you are. Relax into the infinite. Dissolve your mind into the infinite. And when you come back to objective reality, you will have such amazing creative solutions to any problem that may present itself. Because now, you have relieved your mind of its limitations. You are now aware. And you are now in the flow.

Practice the Art of Letting Life Come to You (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies.

Breathe in and smile because life is not serious!
Breathe out and surrender your preferences. It’s time to let go of control!

Trust the process of life. Be patient! And let it unfold. It’s time to practice the art of letting life come to you.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and be aware now.

Allow yourself to let go of any shape, any object, anything you’re thinking about. Let yourself enter into this present moment, by turning your mind back in on itself. Turn around, turn your mind around to look at itself right now.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for the answer. “I am.”

In between asking, “Am I aware?” and the knowing, “I am,” you go to the placeless place. You dissolve into the infinite. You become one. You become whole. You become unconditional love.

Breathe in and go to the placeless place.
Breathe out and practice the art of letting life come to you.

Breathe in and keep relaxing. It always comes when you’re relaxed.
Breathe out and feel confident in yourself!

Feel secure in who you are! And the way that you feel security, true security in this world of ups and downs, is by being aware of being aware.

Breathe in and ask, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and really look. Am I aware?

Ask yourself, am I aware of the presence of god? That’s what you’re really asking. Am I aware? Am I god? God is just pure awareness. And you are aware. You are god. So ask yourself right now, “Am I aware of the presence of god?”

Breathe in and start seeing the sameness in all experience.
Breathe out and be aware of the presence of god.

The presence of god is here now. You are aware of the presence of god. You are aware. You are the presence of god, right now, right here.

Breathe in and become whole, one with the presence of god.
Breathe out and feel the presence of god.

Be aware of the presence of god. It’s all the presence of god.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream. You made it!
Breathe out and feel your connection.

Feel yourself awaken into the presence of god right here right now. Let go of all of your thoughts. Any object. Become empty and just be the presence of god.

Breathe in and be aware now.
Breathe out and just be the presence of god.

And then you’re whole. You’re complete. And life comes to you!

Go to the Placeless Place (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Empty yourself, right now, of all of your thoughts.

Breathe in and relax.
Breathe out and be empty.

Be empty. Be empty. If you’re caught up thinking about something, worrying about something, focused on something that you’d prefer not to be, ask yourself, “Who am I who is focused on this?”

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer.

But when I say listen, it’s not necessarily coming as a thought or as words. When you ask, “Who am I?” you enter the experience of being.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and experience being.

Who am I? When you ask, “Who am I?” or “Am I aware?” you go to the placeless place. You become aware. You become who you really are: pure awareness.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and know who you are.

When you ask “Who am I?”— inside of you, you do know who you are. It’s a knowing that you can’t unknow. You can’t really put it into words. You can’t really think about it, but you know who you are. You just are. You’re just awareness. You’re just here observing. You’re just being. You’re just being. That’s all you are. Being.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and look for that answer. “Who am I?”

Who am I?

Breathe in and be who you really are today.
Breathe out and empty yourself of everything other than being.

And that’s how you stay empty. Empty yourself of your thoughts and your feelings, your personhood, your problems. Empty yourself of all of your physical world drama, just by asking yourself, “Who am I?” And then noticing, you’re just being. You are just being! You are being itself! That’s it.

Breathe in and be yourself.
Breathe out and feel the unconditional love that is already here when you just be yourself, when you just rest in being, instead of thinking and doing and feeling and worrying and wishing and wanting and judging and criticizing.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and let yourself just be who you really are. Being!

Breathe in and take the relaxed approach today.
Breathe out and remember it always comes when you’re relaxed, doing you, enjoying being. In joy in yourself.

Breathe in and keep asking yourself today, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and rest in the knowing that you ARE. And when you rest in the feeling of knowing, you know that everything is perfect and in its place. You know that life loves you. You know that life takes care of life and you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathing out, I just am!

You Always Have Love to Protect You (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment, where everything is fun and there’s nothing to worry about!

Breathe in and just be here now!
Breathe out and say thank you thank you thank you thank you for everything that led to this moment right here.

Breathe in and lift yourself up!
Breathe out and remember who you are!

Ask yourself right now, “Who am I? Who am I?” What do you hear?

Breathe in and keep lightening up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and remember: You can always go back to love, yeah love!

If at any time, you feel afraid—if you’re afraid of evil, if you’re afraid of being harmed, if you’re afraid of what people think, if you’re afraid of someone coming after you, if you feel fear, if you feel in danger, you always have love to protect you.

Breathe in and feel the love in your heart!
Breathe out and really feel that love in your heart.

You are made of love. Love is the only truth. Love is all that is real. And if you ever feel afraid, it just means that you’re cutting yourself off. Your ego is making you separate from god. But you are one with life. You are love itself. You are god in human form! And you always are safe. You can access your safety with love, yeah, love.

Breathe in and just feel that love.
Breathe out and keep feeling that love in your heart.

Love yeah love. When you look at people, look at them with love. When you look at yourself, look at yourself with love. And if the word love doesn’t quite get you there, practice being aware. When you step outside of your thoughts into the present moment, you become infinite. You remember who you are. You connect to everything. You become one with life. And when you are one with life, you are that love and you don’t have to try to feel it. You already are it.

Breathing in love, yeah, love!
Breathing out, love, yeah, love!

Ask yourself throughout the day, if you’re ever feeling hateful or afraid, irritated, angry, even rushed—ask yourself, “Who am I who feels rushed? Who am I who feels hate?” And that false image of yourself will disappear because it’s nothing. All that’s real is love yeah love!

Breathe in and feel that love!
Breathe out and keep asking: who am I who feels this love? It’s love! It’s pure awareness!

Today, step outside of your thoughts by going within. Take the pathless path. Ask yourself, “Who am I?” Ask yourself, “Am I aware?” These sacred question will wake you up in the dream, return you to your infinite state where you have no limitations, and you will see everything is perfect and in its place!

Breathing out, love, yeah love!

Relax your body. Let those thoughts go. You don’t need to think about that right now.

Breathe in and step into this moment.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body. It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and lighten up! Life is not serious!
Breathe out and let go of your thoughts because only your thoughts can make you feel bad.

And if you’re caught up in your thoughts today, just ask yourself, “Who am I who is so caught up in my thoughts today?” And you’ll keep looking and looking and you’ll see that there’s nothing there. It’s just an illusion. It’s not real.

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and keep surrendering!

With each breath, you can become lighter. You can let go of more and more. You can relax into this moment and practice the art of letting life come to you.

Breathe in and let life come to you today!
Breathe out and let it be easy.

Life comes to you when you’re relaxed. The things you want in life come to you when you feel good. When you’re in a place of receiving. When you’re relaxed, you’re receiving. Right now, imagine, what’s the most relaxing thing I can do?

Breathe in and picture yourself relaxing.
Breathe out and keep imagining yourself relaxing.

The more you let go, the more it flows. It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Breathe in and keep asking yourself, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and keep looking for that answer. Who am I?

Who am I? If you’re struggling or suffering today, ask this question genuinely. Ask it like you’re a little kid asking god for help. “Who am I? Tell me! Please! Who am I?” And listen for the answer. Let yourself relax and be still. Ask this question and you will receive the answer. You will receive the tranquility. You will receive the manifestations.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, who am I?

Who am I? Who am I?

Breathe in and let the self inquiry be easy.
Breathe out and feel excited about life!

All of the answers are inside of you! All of the solutions are inside of you! And if you can go inside and untie the knots you’ve made with your own thoughts and feelings—if you can untie those knots and relax, your whole reality will rearrange itself. It will come to you! But you have to stand up to your thoughts. Stand up to your mind. Remember: you are pure awareness. Your mind is just activity in awareness. You can let those waves sink down to the bottom of the ocean and become still. And when you are still, when you are relaxed, you are knowing. You are receiving. You don’t need anything!

Breathe in and let yourself relax today.
Breathe out and keep relaxing. Let yourself get to that point where you don’t need anything to change. Everything is perfect and in its place. When you reach that point where you are so at peace with what is, that you don’t want it to change? Then all the things you want will fly to you. But of course you won’t need them anymore because you already have what you want. You’re already relaxed. You already feel good.

Breathe in and relax today.

Let yourself be still. Just look inside with “Who am I?” Relax into the knowing of who you are.

Be Aware Now (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

When it’s time, it’s time. Let your worries go. Let your thoughts go. And step into this present moment.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and tell yourself, “Be aware now!”

Asking yourself, “Am I aware?” Or “Who am I?” is a great way to remember who you really are. It’s a wonderful way to become present. But sometimes these questions lose their flavor. Or we think too much while we ask them. Today, instead of asking yourself a question, command yourself: Be aware now!

Breathe in and be aware now.
Breathe out and be aware now.

When you tell yourself, “Be aware now,” you can repeat it a few times. And what is your mind’s natural response to be aware now? “I am!”

Breathe in and be aware now!
Breathe out and know: I am aware!

Pure awareness is who you really are. God is pure awareness. You are god. And when you allow yourself to be present, to be in the presence of god, your life flows miraculously. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Right now, get out of your own way by commanding: Be aware now!

Breathe in and be aware now.
Breathe out and respond: I am! I am aware!

It’s not that you’re aware OF anything. Of course you are aware of many things. But the idea is to rest in awareness itself. Just the fact that you’re aware. That’s where you stay. Not aware of anything, just resting, knowing that you are aware.

Breathe in and be aware now.
Breathe out and let this be your mental code today.

Breathe in and be light today! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and practice resting in the presence of god today. All of the solutions, all of the miracles, are available to you when you’re present. When you’re awake in the dream, being aware now!

When you rest in your pure awareness, you feel that unconditional love. You feel oneness with life. Let yourself be one with life today, celebrating, enjoying, feeling good regardless of your circumstances, remembering who you really are.
