Be Aware Now (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

When it’s time, it’s time. Let your worries go. Let your thoughts go. And step into this present moment.

Breathe in and wake up in the dream!
Breathe out and tell yourself, “Be aware now!”

Asking yourself, “Am I aware?” Or “Who am I?” is a great way to remember who you really are. It’s a wonderful way to become present. But sometimes these questions lose their flavor. Or we think too much while we ask them. Today, instead of asking yourself a question, command yourself: Be aware now!

Breathe in and be aware now.
Breathe out and be aware now.

When you tell yourself, “Be aware now,” you can repeat it a few times. And what is your mind’s natural response to be aware now? “I am!”

Breathe in and be aware now!
Breathe out and know: I am aware!

Pure awareness is who you really are. God is pure awareness. You are god. And when you allow yourself to be present, to be in the presence of god, your life flows miraculously. Only your thoughts can make you feel bad. Right now, get out of your own way by commanding: Be aware now!

Breathe in and be aware now.
Breathe out and respond: I am! I am aware!

It’s not that you’re aware OF anything. Of course you are aware of many things. But the idea is to rest in awareness itself. Just the fact that you’re aware. That’s where you stay. Not aware of anything, just resting, knowing that you are aware.

Breathe in and be aware now.
Breathe out and let this be your mental code today.

Be aware now. Be aware now. Be aware now. Be aware now. Be aware now.

I am!

Breathe in and be light today! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and practice resting in the presence of god today. All of the solutions, all of the miracles, are available to you when you’re present. When you’re awake in the dream, being aware now!

Breathe in and be aware now.
Breathe out know: I am aware now!

When you rest in your pure awareness, you feel that unconditional love. You feel oneness with life. Let yourself be one with life today, celebrating, enjoying, feeling good regardless of your circumstances, remembering who you really are.

The Sacred Question (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and step into this present moment.
Breathe out and surrender.

Let go of trying to control. Let go of trying to plan. Let go of scheming. Let go of control! Leave it up to chance today!

Breathe in and be light today!
Breathe out and leave it up to chance today!

Whatever’s going to happen, is whatever’s going to happen. You can’t control it. You can only get out of the way of the flow. Right now, step into the present moment by asking yourself, “Am I aware?”

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Now, if asking “Am I aware?” doesn’t quite spark your flame of awareness, remind yourself, “Am I aware?” is a sacred question. Asking “Am I aware?” is like walking into a church. The church that only you belong to.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

Let this question be your church. The church that’s inside of you, that’s your direct connection to god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

There is relief inside of you. The answers are inside of you. The things you want to manifest, the love you want to receive, it’s all inside of you. Let yourself relax into this sacred question, “Am I aware?” And enter into the church that only you have the key to. Right now, enter into the church where you meet with god.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

It can be emotional going to this church in your mind. Well, this church in your soul I suppose. Because we run around this physical world thinking that our families, our friends, our jobs, whatever, money, is going to make us happy. We want someone to take care of us, we someone to give us love. We want money. We want answers. We want life to be fun and easy. But all of that comes when we connect to god. We don’t need to rely on the physical world for our feeling good. Today, decide to take control of your experience by releasing control of your physical reality.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes, I am aware.

When you go to this church in your soul, where you meet god, where you see who you really are, pure awareness—when you go here, you know the answers. You’re connected. You get the love you wanted to receive from people. It’s all inside of you. That which you seek is where you’re seeking from. Today, ask yourself the sacred question. “Am I aware?” And let it take you to the church in your soul. Let it remind your of who you are. Let it reconnect you with god. And let all of your problems go, because when you are aware, you have no problems.

Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Let go of trying to control.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and keep slowing down.

Slow your mind down to the pace of your breath.

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

What are the things in life that you truly know? What is your primary knowing? You know you exist. You know you’re breathing.

Breathe in and rest in your primary knowing.
Breathe out and know that you exist.

The only thing you truly know is that you are here. You are. You exist. I know that I am. That is the one knowledge I have for sure. Everything else is just a thought. Everything else is just an illusion. Today, as you go about your day, let yourself rest in the “I don’t know.”

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and say, “I don’t know.”

To every thought that comes to you about planning: I don’t know. To every worrisome thought: I don’t know. To every should—“Should I? Shouldn’t I?”—I don’t know. When you know, you know. When it’s time, it’s time. Relax and let life come to you today. Surrender. Surrender. Surrender.

Breathe out and rest in the “I don’t know.”

I don’t know if I should or shouldn’t. I don’t know if I should say that or not. I don’t know if I should send the message or not. I don’t know about that thing I’m worried about. I don’t know what’s going to happen. I don’t know what that other person is thinking. And all of that is ok, I can rest.

Breathe in and rest in the “I don’t know.”
Breathe out and surrender trying to control.

When I say rest in the “I don’t know,” it just means stop trying to control with your thoughts.

Breathing in, I don’t know.
Breathing out, I don’t know.

I’m leaving it up to chance. I’m letting it come to me. I don’t know, but I know that life knows. I know that I can trust. I know that I can surrender.

Breathe in and be light!
Breathe out and trust the process of life.

When you rest in the “I don’t know,” you’re trusting. You’re not trying to control. Today, let your mental code be “I don’t know.” I don’t know. I don’t know what’s best. I don’t know what I should do next. I don’t know what that person’s thinking. I don’t know what’s going to happen in the future. And that is a peaceful place to rest because that means I’m surrendering and letting life take care of life. I’m letting the flow take care of it. And I’m letting it come to me.

Breathe in and trust the process of life.
Breathe out and rest in the “I don’t know!”

Be the Miracle You Want (transcript)
Breathe in and raise your vibration!
Breathe out and release your resistance!

Breathe in and raise your vibration!

Relax your body.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and let your thoughts go.

Just relax into this moment. Everything is perfect and in its place. And if you’re caught up in your thoughts, worrying or thinking about something you said or something you have to do, just let it all go by asking yourself, “Who am I who is worried about what I said? Who am I who’s stressing about the future? Who am I who’s so wound up about this?”

Breathe in and get curious about who you are.
Breathe out and just relax into the knowing of who you are.

You are pure awareness. You are the observer. You have nothing to gain and nothing to lose from any situation in your life. If you’re ever waiting for someone to write you back, send you an email, send you a text—in that moment, you are wanting to gain something, you want to gain a message. But remember, pure awareness, who you really are, has nothing to gain or lose from any life experience.

Breathe in and be that pure awareness who needs nothing.
Breathe out and be whole.

When you keep your attention on who you really are, when you keep your attention on your sense of being, your source—you’re whole! You’re god. You’re connected. You’re one with life. You’re one with all things. There’s no separation from you and other people or the things you want. When you keep your attention resting in your sense of being, all of life flows. It’s all one. It’s all connected. And it’s all in perfect timing.

Breathe in and be in perfect timing today!
Breathe out and any time you get uptight, wound up, ask yourself, “Who am I who’s getting wound up?” When you ask that question, let yourself relax into knowing the answers. You know who you are. I say a lot words, like you’re pure awareness, you’re god in human form, you’re divine. But when you go inside and ask yourself, “Who am I?”, you know the answer.

Breathe in and go within.
Breathe out and look. Who am I?

Unborn awareness. The seed of life. Pure love. When you keep your attention there, knowing who you are, all of life flows with you and all of the miracles are revealed. Relax into your life today. Let all of your planning and controlling go. You’re in the right place at the right time and you’re doing everything right.

Breathe in and trust the process of life today!
Breathe out and be the miracle that you want in your life. And you be the miracle by going inside and resting in who you are. Ask yourself, “Who am I?” And get curious about that answer because you know—YOU KNOW—that answer. You know who you are. And when you rest in that knowing, you know that all is well. And everything is happening in your favor.

Keep letting go. Keep letting those thoughts go.

Breathe in and relax. You’re in the right time at the right place.
Breathe out and relax your shoulders.

Relax your arms. Relax your face.

Breathe in and slow down.
Breathe out and smile because everything is perfect and in its place.

It’s all unfolding in perfect timing. You can trust the process of life.

Breathe in and keep slowing down.
Breathe out and keep relaxing your body.

If you find yourself getting wound up or uptight, too worried about physical reality—ask yourself, who am I who is so worried?

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and investigate: who am I who is so worried?

When you ask this question, feel your attention return to its source. When you take your attention, your awareness, and you turn it back on itself, by asking, “Who am I?”, you relieve the mind of its activity. And you remove the mind’s limitations.

Breathe in and ask, who am I?
Breathe out and look with genuine curiosity. Who am I?

In the past, asking “Who am I?” didn’t work for me. I didn’t understand it. I didn’t know what I was looking for. But one day, I got really curious. Who am I? What is it in there? What is this? Who am I?? And when I looked, I saw who I was. I saw that I am.

Breathe in and keep asking yourself, who am I?
Breathe out and feel your attention sinking back into itself, relieving your mind of its activity, and thus removing your mind’s limitations.

Breathing in, who am I?
Breathing out, I am.

Let “Who am I?” be your mental code today. And any time you get caught up or wound up or worried, ask yourself, “Who am I who is so worried?” And genuinely look with curiosity and see what you find. And when you ask yourself and you find an answer, please let me know in the comments.

Relieve your mind of its activity today and remove your mind’s limitations. And that is how you get your superpowers. That is how you become psychic. That is how life flows and things come to you, by removing the limitations your mind has placed.

Breathe out and listen for the answer. Who am I?

As you go about your day, keep asking yourself this question. And feel your attention sinking back into itself as it looks for the answer to, “Who am I?”

When you ask yourself, “Who am I,” really get curious. Really investigate. Who are you? Let your attention, your focus, your awareness, sink back into itself, as it explores “Who am I?”

Breathe out and really wonder: who am I?

What is this? Why am I here? Who am I? Where did I come from? Who am I?

Breathe in and ask, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and look.

When you ask yourself, “Who am I,” what do you see? What do you experience? Who am I?

Breathe in and keep looking. Who am I?
Breathe out and keep relaxing.

If at any time today you get uptight, or worried, or trying to control, ask yourself, “Who am I who is trying to control? Who am I who is getting so uptight?” And look for that answer. Who is it that’s uptight? And when you bring the light of your awareness inside and investigate, “Who am I who is getting uptight?” the version of you that is uptight and trying to control will disappear. It will go away like the illusion it was.

Breathe in and keep asking, “Who am I?”
Breathe out and let that flame of awareness burn.

You can melt away any illusion, any discomfort, any problem, just by bringing the light of your awareness within by asking, “Who am I, really? Who am I?”

You might want things to go a certain way, but life is unfolding perfectly, in perfect timing. And you can relax now, knowing that it’s all happening in your favor.

Breathe in and lighten up because it’s not serious!
Breathe out and know: when you are aware, you have no problems.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer. Yes, I am aware.

I am aware of the presence of god. Pure awareness, I am.

Breathe in and know pure awareness has nothing to gain or lose!
Breathe out and let yourself relax.

Leave it up to chance today! There’s nothing to control. There’s nothing that you have to do. You don’t have to think about those worries. You can surrender and just enjoy this moment.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and decide to love what is!

You are the source. All of your reality reflects you. Today, stay as you are. Stay as pure awareness. Stay as the observer of your thoughts instead of lost in your thoughts. You have the power to stand up to your thoughts. You have the power to have the best day of your life right now, because only your thoughts can make you feel bad. And wen you let those thoughts go, the miracles flow. Life takes care of life. And it’s all in perfect timing. You can trust life.

Breathing out, yes, I am aware!

I am leaving it up to chance today! Because I trust the process of life. I am leaving it up to chance today, because life takes care of life. And it all works out when I get out of the way.

Breathe in and say, “Thank you god for replacing me with you!”
Breathe out and trust.

Devote yourself to what you know is true. The mystic law of cause and effect. Your thoughts create your reality. You feel it and then you see it. You know how this works! You know the manifestations come when you feel love! Today, rest as you are in that place of love.

Breathe in and be in that place of love.
Breathe out and relax in that place of love.

When you ask yourself, “Am I aware?” you relieve your mind of its activity and remove its limitations. You become one with all of consciousness, all awareness. And then you feel knowing. You feel unity. You feel one with everything. And that’s love. Today, rest as pure awareness and the love you seek is already inside of you.

Breathe in and let it unfold today.
Breathe out and rest as pure awareness. The source of all of the love in the world. Let yourself feel that love and then the love will reflect to you.

Breathe out and welcome what is!

Whatever is, is how it should be. And if you’re suffering, it’s because you’re fighting what is. Allow yourself to embrace and welcome what is because it’s god. It’s perfect. Everything is perfect and in its place and it’s all unfolding perfectly.

Breathe in and lighten up! It’s not serious!
Breathe out and surrender. It’s not serious!

Your mind might be going to worst-case scenarios but it’s all in your mind, and you can relax your mind. You can relax back into your source. You can turn your mind in on itself and see where god comes from.

Breathe in and just be here now.
Breathe out and relax. It always comes when you’re relaxed.

Today, let what you want come to you. Decide to surrender your preferences. Stop trying to control. Leave it up to chance.

Breathe in and say, “I’m leaving it up to chance today.”
Breathe out and just get out of the way!

Everything good that happens—it’s never because you controlled something. It’s always an accident. It’s always a gift in the flow—right place, right time. Let go of trying to control and leave it up to chance today!

Breathe in and lighten up! I promise it’s not serious!
Breathe out and let god through you.

Let life through you. When you get out of the way, life takes care of life. So today let’s get the fuck out of the way!

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and start surrendering.

Relax your body and just say thank you. You always have the upper hand when you say thank you. Thank you for this time. Thank you for this body. Thank you for this experience. Thank you for this emotion. Thank you for this contrasting reality. Thank you for my friends and family. Thank you for this time to record and listen to the airplanes. Thank you for water and food and money. Thank you for a place to live.

Breathe in and say thank you.
Breathe out and say thank you. It’s the only prayer you need today I promise!

Thank you. Thank you. Keep this on repeat, especially if you’re suffering. Keep saying thank you until you find things you’re grateful for, until you realize your life is going pretty well, until you feel better. And you will feel better when you keep saying thank you and practice that feeling of gratitude.

Breathe in and say thank you!
Breathe out and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

It’s all unfolding perfectly and only your thoughts can make you feel bad! Let go of your thoughts so you don’t have to suffer anymore! And just rest in your gratitude, in your knowing that everything is perfect and in its place. Keep saying thank you and you’ll always have the upper hand.

Your Power Is Coming Back Right Now! (transcript)

Welcome back to the present moment, where all of your power lies!

Breathe in and remember who the fuck you are today!
Breathe out and be yourself today!

You are pure awareness. You are god in human form. It’s time to let your sniveling thoughts go, step into your power and enjoy life exactly the way it is.

Breathe in and say yes to what is!
Breathe out and know: the way it is, is how it’s meant to be. And if it were supposed to be a different way, it would be that way. How it is, is perfect. How it is, is how it’s meant to be. Relax and enjoy it!

Breathe in and smile! Your power is coming back right now!
Breathe out and remember who you are!

You are pure awareness. You are the light of god. You are consciousness. You are divine. You are pure love.

Breathe in and be that pure love!
Breathe out and know that when you rest as you are, as pure awareness, what you want comes to you! But you don’t need it because you’re already whole. You already are god. You already are connected. You already are love. You don’t need love from anyone else because you are the source of love!

Breathe in and be the source of love today!
Breathe out and let what you want come to you!

To be the source of love, you only have to rest as pure awareness. Rest as you are. Rest in your sense of being. When you relax into the feeling of “I AM,” or the thought “I” or the knowing that “Yes, I am aware,”—when you relax into that knowing, what you want has no separation from you. When you rest as you are, as pure awareness, there is no separation between you and the world. You are one with life. And when you are one with life, the love is revealed. The relationships come to you. The physical outpicturings reflect your alignment. And you get to have these fun relationships and these fun manifestations and everything is flowing and loving and joyful. But you must stay as you are.

Breathe in and ask yourself, “Am I aware?”
Breathe out and listen for that answer: “Yes, I am aware.”

Stand up to your thoughts today. Stand up to your lazy thinking. If it’s too hard to rest as you are, if you can’t quite feel your sense “I AM,” if you can’t quite feel that magick of, “Am I aware?” then go back to silent counting right now!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today!
Breathe out and discipline your mind if you have to.

Resting as pure awareness can sometimes happen all at once, and you don’t ever have to get mixed with experience again. But for most of us, it’s a gradual practice, learning more and more how to stay as we are—stay as the sense of being. But when the mind gets too cloudy, when the mind gets all stirred up and mixed up in experience, silent counting I promise will be the answer for you!

Breathe in and stand up to your thoughts today!
Breathe out and remember your natural enthusiasm!

This is it! This moment is the main event. And you have to make peace with this moment right here, right now. You have to be happy exactly as you are right now, without anything ever changing. Without ever seeing that person again, without ever getting that money again—whatever it is you want, it doesn’t matter. If it’s not in the now, it doesn’t matter. Your job today is to be as happy as you fucking can right here, right now, in this moment without any motherfucking manifestations coming to you. You are the source of your manifestations. You are the source of your love. You are the source of all that is good, and today you are going to be the source. You are going to be happy just to be who you are. And it starts right now.

Breathing in, am I aware?
Breathing out, yes I am aware!

I am the source. I know I am here. And everything is perfect and in its place!

Breathe in and ask, am I aware?
Breathe out and know: yes I am aware and I live the magick life!

It always comes when you’re relaxed.
